আমি আগে আরো দুইবার বানিয়ে ছিলাম, তখন পারফেক্ট হয়নি, আসলে বিভিন্ন ভিডিও দেখে মনে হয়েছিলো খুব সহজ কিন্তু বানাতে গিয়ে বুঝেছি, খুব ঝামেলার কাজ, একটু এদিক ওদিক হলেই শেষ।

হা হা, আমার মোটেও তেমন মনে হয় না, খুব সহজে যেগুলো ফ্রাইড রাইস বলে আমাদের বাসায় বানানো হয়, সেটাকে আসলে ফ্রাইড রাইস বলা চলে না, আমি তো সেটাকে বাঙলায় বলি ভাত ভাজি৷
