Really? If we were to take Top 10 users by earnings last few days - user #2 joined just 1 month ago, user #5 joined 1 week(!) ago, user #6 joined 2 weeks ago. These are beginners.
They don't have "high quality" articles as in academic publications or something. They write about stuff they are interested in their daily lives, but this seems interesting to people who read them... so that is rewarded.
I can't name the names though :)
