Baluran National Park, East Java

Called as Indonesia's Africa, this national park is a specific icon of dry forest on Java island. It consists of savanna vegetation type, mangrove forest, seasonal forest, beach forest, Lower mountain forest, swamp forest, and evergreen forest all year round. Around 40 percent of savanna vegetation types dominate the Baluran National Park area.

The area is approximately 25,000 thousand hectares. In this area, the native buddy will be served with a wide range of conservation and natural animals. Do not be surprised, while exploring this area the native buddy will be entertained with a road condition that is severely damaged. Its status as a national park makes roads this area unrecoverable.

Plants in this national park as many as 444 species, among them there are native plants that are distinctive and attractive namely Widoro Bukol, Mimba, and Pilang. There are 26 types of mammals in Baluran, including Bull, buffalo, gazelle, deer, leopard, and mangrove cat. A total of 155 birds also hang life in this forest. Among the animals, Bull (boss Javanicus) became the mascot of Baluran National Park.

The monkey community is more and more visible around the beach, its presence appears everywhere, even since entering the gate of Baluran National Park. Seeing the hordes of monkeys playing, jumping in trees, swinging on a bough, or walking on a rope bridge, does look funny and entertaining.

The view of Bama Beach is very beautiful, with white sand along 300 m, the seawater is clean and clear. Bama Beach is located in the southern waters of Bali and right-facing east, so you can enjoy the sunrise. Bama Beach is a mangrove forest. Activities in Bama Beach are on the beach, exploring mangrove, canoeing, and snorkeling.
