Sanity is a large part of humanity. If you don't die by animals or bugs or rashes or illness you will die from losing your mind and if you lose your mind, you hear voices and you see things and you'll end up fighting random natives that aren't even there. There are many ways to improve or lose your sanity and I am going to go through a list of 10 to help you out.
**1. Being near a fire**
Being near a fire will increase your sanity by plus two or three clicks every few minutes. This is great because a fire allows you to cook food get warm get cozy and obviously raise your sanity. However, having a fire out at night may have the potential to attract the undesirable beings in the jungle such as natives or the jag wire! Lol!
**2. Honeycomb from a Honeybee Hive**
Eating this will in fact increase your sanity. Fn fact- you can also make a bandage out of the honeybees. You can make a honey band. If you've ever walked through the bush and you've gotten a rash guess what the honeycomb bandage is the cure.
**3. Comfortable sleep**
In order to get comfortable sleep you cannot sleep on the ground. You must sleep in a hammock or a bed or a makeshift bed. You can't sleep on the ground if you want to have comfortable sleep.
Try sleeping on a bed and you will get +3 sanity whenever you wake up.
**4. Eating a parrot / bird meat**
Now take this with a grain of salt as I'm. It suggesting you change your diet if you're vegetarian. I'm just saying eating birds especially will increase your sanity short and sweet to the point.
**5. Don't eat human meat**
Many people make this mistake because they played the game of the forest where you essentially survive by being a cannibal eating other cannibals and with zero side-effects.
That's not the case here. If you eat cannibal meat guess what you're going to be docked like 35 sanity points. It's pretty hefty isn't it?
**6. Don't eat larvae**
Now larvae by itself is a terrible thing for your sanity and it's probably taste disgusting anyway so don't eat it. However, you can use larvae in certain soups.
7. Don't eat maggots
Don't eat maggots the same exact reason as the larvae however they can be used to treat infectious festering wounds and you can also use them in soups and stews.. So delicious I guess.
**8. Don't sleep on the ground**
Don’t sleep on the ground because you'll get ringworm. A lot of people get caught off guard with the ringworm because it drops their sanity and they're freaking out and they don't have a bone needle to dig it out.
Fun fact- you get a bone needle by harvesting any kind of bone whether that be a bone that you find on the carcass of a dead animal, a native that you killed (I wouldn't suggest this), or a Fish.
**9. Don't eat raw food**
If you eat food that is not cooked, it will make you feel weird and you will eventually lose your sanity.
10. You will lose sanity by eating something unknown
You will lose sanity by eating something unknown items such as the mushrooms, some herbs and some fruits everybody.

I'm writing this in lieu of my last article **Ten (10) Signs your mental health is diminishing!**. This article like every other one was written based on research. The process of compilation of result and arrangement to bring about a meaningful article was straining but enjoyable. Mental stress affects everyone regardless of who you are what you do. It is an inevitable absolute which we all have experienced at some point in our lives. In fact, a lot of people are experiencing it at the moment. Though I may have written the article, it is nothing but a result of my research out of curiosity as I have been going through a lot of the symptoms mentioned in the above mentioned article especially the "***loss of interest***". The truth is I'm experiencing diminish in my mental health and a lot of depression, hence the article mentioned above as written earlier today above is not only for whoever reads it but for myself as well. With everything going on in the world today, there is more than enough reason to be depressed. The reasons are very obvious hence I wouldn't go further. Plus there's the excess of heat which is influencing my thoughts and ability to make proper decision.
I am right now struggling with a lot of things which a two thousand word long article wouldn't be enough to describe. A lot of things are happening today, especially in my environment which are directly affecting me, my businesses, and my productivity. I'm a very frustrated person who is mentally disturbed by everything. These days, all I do is spend time in illusion land via something called excess thinking, I'm overwhelmed by everything that real life is no longer enough. I'd rather bask on those old time memories as a means of excusing myself from everything as there is no longer anything good on this planet and perhaps plane of existence.
Interest in little things have been lost, I am overwhelmed by everything, I can no longer socialize, little conversations now bore me as I mostly want to be alone while enjoying the illusion called peace of mind (it's all an illusion). My sleep schedule is messed up, I feel drained all the time especially mentally, I can barely concentrate and can't think straight either as my thought process seems to be diminishing daily all thanks to reasons unknown. I constantly feel like there's something I should be doing which I'm not and everything seems weird altogether.
In the end, all qualities mentioned in **Ten (10) Signs your mental health is diminishing!** are directly pointing at me as my life is... I don't know the words but my life is a complicated one. I may require a psychologist anytime soon. Unfortunately, even psychologists are depressed themselves and are also experiencing a diminish in mental health. **1. You’re losing interest in little things**
Do your favourite activities suddenly seem boring and uninteresting to you? If you’ve started to lose excitement for life’s little things, then this is a sign that your mental health might not be at its best.

**3. You don’t feel like socializing anymore**
Does it feel more exhausting to interact with people nowadays? Regardless of whether you’re an introvert, extrovert, or somewhere in between, we all have a standard comfort level when it comes to social interaction.
If you feel yourself slipping below your comfort level, pay attention to this. Remember that even if it doesn’t feel that way at the moment, interacting with people can help boost your mood!
**4.You don’t have a consistent sleep schedule**
Have you developed a seemingly random sleep schedule? Despite wanting to get up at a certain time in the morning, do you wind up sleeping all day? When you have an irregular sleep schedule, this could signify increased stress in your life and a decline in your mental health.
If you're struggling to regulate your sleep, you can try setting up a routine to wake up and go to bed at the same time every day. This will get your body back into its regular rhythm of sleep and wake cycles, therefore no longer causing sleep disturbance.
**5. You always feel drained**
Do you constantly feel exhausted or drained despite getting enough sleep and eating well? According to Healthline, mental exhaustion can set in when you are under long-term stress and this type of exhaustion can make it feel like you are trying to move up a mountain. **8. You can’t seem to pay attention**
Do you have a harder time focusing and staying on task? When you’re reading, is it hard to comprehend? Do you have to reread the same passage over and over again? Though it could relate to potential psychological disorders such as ADHD, depression, or anxiety, it is also likely that a lack of focus can be due to stress or poor self-care.
It can be frustrating to start losing focus so frequently and those feelings are valid and normal. Remember to take care of yourself and, as you recover, know that help is available.
**9. You might be struggling with your impulse control**
Are you acting more on impulse? Are you possibly indulging in things you shouldn’t? Whether it’s retail therapy, or binging all of your shows, or playing video games for hours, when you act more on impulse like this, it can signify worsening mental health.
You might pick up some unhealthy habits as a way to cope with life stress, fulfil yourself, or distract yourself from a major issue going on in your life. Journaling, mindfulness, and therapy are great ways to start uncovering some of these issues!
**10. You are struggling to feel grounded**
Like feeling centered, when you are grounded, you are feeling confident and balanced within yourself.

**5. Cabbage Patch Snack time kid**
Anyone who was a child growing up in the 80s remembers Cabbage Patch dolls. The cute cuddly plastic children that derived from a Cabbage Patch. A self-referential explanation for reproduction echoed by discerning parents.
The Cabbage Patch doll line started when toymaker Xavier Roberts from Georgia handcrafted his signature dolls back in 1997 which he originally called “Little People”. A name is generic as spam but Roberts was insistent on maintaining a parentage for his manufactured offspring with titles like “babies” or “kids”, a rite of passage that his future target audience namely children would adopt as soon-to-be parents.
The marketing strategy was designed to entice children to adopt their Cabbage Patch Kids complete with a birth certificate and adoption papers blurring the line between fantasy role-playing and being a responsible caregiver.
In the 80s at the height of Cabbage Patch fever, psychologists have drawn children's innate sense of nurturing their dolls to validate their early parenting skills. By that token, it would seem that the only real issue for these kids is learning about how reproduction works in which Cabbage Patch Kids well aren't harvested from a Cabbage Patch at all. However, as the Cabbage Patch Empire rally through some commercial changes with its original company Kolko forfeiting the rights to Hasbro, it would become Mattel's hottest commodity for years.
The distinctively tailor-made dolls with their freckled braided hair and baby expressions seemed anything but a child's nightmare until a relaunch came with the snack time kid during the Christmas season in 1996 following a recent lag in popularity over the last decade. Mattel innovated the Cabbage Patch line with its titular doll containing a motorized mouth that stimulates eating included with plastic fries and carrots that you feed back into its mouth.
A newfound concept albeit for a mundane activity like chewing created a feeding frenzy in the most unappetizing way. With reports streaming in over the dolls’ Hannibal like tendency to gnaw on fingers and munch hair down to the roots with no traditional on and off switch to avoid chomping madness unless you count removing the battery-powered backpack as a fail-safe option. With the loose carrots and fries deposit, your fingers would become a meal.
Numerous cases over the defective snack time kit product erupt it into a legal fallout from Mattel prompting an immediate recall from an estimated 500,000 dolls in circulation compounding the megalithic toy company’s error by distributing refunds back to its consumers.
**4. Freddy Krueger talking doll**
When you think of a kid-friendly doll, the last image you'd expect to pop into your head is a serial murderer who stalks and kills teenagers in their dreams while they sleep. Freddy Kreuger is a deranged horribly burnt psychopath donning a fedora dirty red and green sweater and his signature weapon a glove fitted with knives on each fingertip.
During the 80s, this iconic horror legend was the quintessential bogeyman scaring up audiences with his unique ability to enter his victims dreams, popping wisecracks before piling on the bodies. But what's a slasher franchise without introducing a child's doll version of a mass murderer who racked up a death toll of slain kitties who gets burned by some angry parents.
Well, the company- Matchbox wanted to expand their market by tapping into the Nightmare on Elm Street saga, inventing the talking Freddy with a pull string to deliver some choice phrases. One must admit Matchbox scored on crafting a worthy miniaturised counterpart of Freddy, touching on all the details from his shabby boiler room attire to his hideous disfigurement but this was supposed to be a child's toy, a counter-intuitive move by matchbox who ended up pulling the doll after fever and protest from parental and religious groups.
**3. Candy**
Back in the 30s cigarettes were a staple item, not so much built for their health as it was an elegant and trendy statement. Speaking to the ethos of good taste, watch any of those old Hollywood movies those were the real puff daddy's who make smoking look and taste good.
Fortunately for kids who wanted to smoke after their parents, they had candy cigarettes which was comparatively less dangerous until medical reports in the 50s began slapping cigarettes with cross and bones health risks.
A primary reason for the appeal of candy cigarettes lies with the ingenious method to replicate adult brand names sometimes omitting or transposing letters from a trademark name so Marboro became Marlboro, Camel became Acmel, Winston became Winstun.
Maybe it's just me but striking a single letter from household name tobacco companies did little to mask the growing concern that cigarettes are carcinogens. Even addictive parents who couldn't shake their nicotine vice feared the impression that candy cigarettes served as a legitimate gateway to experimenting with the real thing.
With evidence mounting over the health implications regarding smoking, a push to ban candy cigarettes was considered in the state of North Dakota which effectively managed to prohibit the cancerous sweet meat between 1953 and 1967.
Legislative measures to ban candy cigarettes failed to pass through Congress respectively in 1970 and 1991 leaving a dim hope on the face of the next generation.
However, following the government's laxity to enforce regulations against candy cigarettes, an alternative solution was implemented by replacing the word cigarettes with sticks. The only thing missing from this equation is preceded by a six-letter word.
Candy cigarettes always had a long history of indirectly promoting cigarette smoking among impressionable youth. Now, in the 21st century they're relatively hard to find with many European countries banning them all together.
**2. Furbies**
Launched back in 1998, Furbies were those cute cuddly fuzzy gremlins or hamster owl creatures or whatever they are with their beak-like mouths that made a splash with consumers leading into the Christmas season. At the outset, consumers were headstrong and stampeding their local retailer when Furbies hit the market inciting parental chaos as supply could not meet the demand.
Tiger Electronics introduced their line of fur bees as an archetype for the first domestically owned robot. Outfitted with technology designed to transmute their original furbish language of gibberish into English words and phrases with a network of built-in computerized chips and sensors creating a fully interactive Furby made engaging with humans an unprecedented feat.
However, its integrated system of pre-programmed furbished phonetics coupled with learning English skills made it a concern for the infraction against intelligence. The National Security Agency was under the false impression that fur bees with its complex audio hardware capabilities could record and repeat sensitive information outside the headquarters. As a safety precaution, employees were forbidden from bringing their Furby to work.
It should be mentioned that the original furbies were dynamic tools for hackers to disassemble and tamper with their circuitry for nefarious reasons to make every paranoid at the Pentagon think Code Red.
In a statement to dispel NSA's fears of a national security breach, the owner of Tiger electronics Roger Shipman confirmed that furbies were not designed for consumers to involuntarily co-opt inside knowledge about the government. The airline industry and medical field imposed similar playtime restrictions on bringing Furbies to work seeing that their technological redesigns could respectively interfere with navigational and medical equipment.
**1. Steve the Tramp (Dick Tracy)**
Dick Tracy features the titular Private Eye bringing criminal baddies to justice donning his signature yellow overcoat and Fedora and trademark wristwatch from which he handles all dispatch calls. The number of colourful villains in the Dick Tracy franchise is as long as their rap sheets from big boy capris to flattop to prune face and so on.
Let's focus on a small-time crook called Steve the Tramp. While Steve the tramps name might have had some connotations back in the 30s, social movements progressed in redefining class associations that can sound offensive today.
Homeless communities took offense over the blatant packaging of Steve the Tramp with a caption that reads “ignorant bum you'll smell him before you see him.

The last decade was undeniably one of the richest periods of scientific discovery ever. Researchers across all disciplines tested hypotheses found proofs and visited places that have made us rethink our understanding of not only our own planets but the entire universe. It was the decade when we finally begin to understand one of the greatest challenges humankinds has ever faced and we've learned far more than ever before about some of the most destructive objects in existence.
**1. Pluto**
Despite having been unceremoniously downgraded from being a fully-fledged planet in 2006, that year also saw the launch of the New Horizons spacecraft that was destined to travel to the farthest reaches of our solar system to study the dwarf planet.
It finally reached its destination in July of 2015. In the images and data that were sent back were astonishing far from being the boring frozen rock that some had expected. It was found to have moving glaciers floating, ice mountains and a huge frozen sea made of solid nitrogen.
The ice is constantly in orbit but at a slow rate because it is warmed by the pressure above it which in turn causes it to rise. The constant replenishment of the top layer of ice creates a surface structure that no one had expected and that has given a new introduction and understanding to what happens on the mysterious dwarf planets at the edge of our solar system.

It took the construction of the world's largest machine at a cost of just under five billion dollars. The reason it’s so important is that the standard model of physics which includes familiar particles like electrons and protons and unfamiliar ones such as muons and quarks doesn't explain why objects have mass. The answer though is the elusive Higgs Boson particle which exists in the Higgs field and due to its interaction with other particles, it's the reason why mass exists.

**3. Kepler**
For thousands of years, humans have looked to the skies wondering what's up there. As astronomical devices were invented, we learned that countless stars exist throughout the universe and that there are other planets in our own solar system. But it was impossible to learn how common it is for planets to orbit stars.
This all changed in 2009 with the launch of the first Kepler probe which was used to study distant stars and measured the amount of light they emit. Fluctuations in their brightness can be used to determine whether any objects are orbiting them, and the results have been unbelievable.
By the end of the last decade more than four thousand and fifty-five exoplanets have been discovered including a few that are potentially habitable and this number is only expected to increase as we enter a new decade. The more we look the more common our own solar system seems to be and you can only imagine what else is out there to be found.
**4. The world's climates**
Throughout the Earth's history the climate has changed drastically. There have been periods of extreme heat and extreme cold and there's no doubt that things are noticeably changing again during our lifetimes. What's different this time though is that the changes are largely due to human behaviour- something that became clearer than ever in the last decade and we've begun to understand the extent to how it's affecting the planet.
In 2012, four hundred billion tons of ice was lost from Greenland and more than two hundred and fifty-two billion tons of ice has been lost from Antarctica every year throughout the decade.
This is an increase of almost six times the amount being lost just thirty years earlier and at the current rate, the world's sea levels are expected to rise by three feet by the year 2100. This would directly affect the homes and lives of at least six hundred and thirty million people. But the consequences are further reaching.
Human activity has meant that forty percent of all amphibian species, more than thirty-three percent of marine mammals and ten percent of insect species are endangered and things continues to get worse.
While the last decade was the time where the extent of the problem was beginning to be fully realized, let's hope that the next decade is when the solution is finally found.
**5. Black Holes**
Black holes have long been some of the most mysterious objects in the universe. Thanks to researchers dedicating their efforts to studying the phenomena, we've uncovered far more about them and they are much more interesting than you may think.
Black holes are typically formed by large stars at the end of their lives, and when all the material collapses in on itself to create an unbelievably dense structure. And because of their intense gravity, cause some very unusual things to happen.
In 2016, black holes were detected colliding into one another which confirmed the prediction made by Einstein in 1916 whereby they created ripples in space-time known as gravitational waves. This amazing discovery wasn't the biggest black hole revelation of the last decade as a team working with the event horizon telescope managed to capture the first-ever image of a singularity.
It was a massive black hole that lies at the center of the Messier 87 galaxy about 54 million light-years away from us. Its mass is so big that is the equivalent to 6.5 billion of our Sun. Black holes like these are thought to be at the center of every galaxy and their gravitational pulls are the reason why so many billions of stars orbit them in such large structures.

My brain has been over heating since the early hours of the day. I don't know if this is the right word to use but permit me to use such words to describe how I feel. Brain has been over heating, body has been feeling super hot due to the heat and sweat has been all over me. I don't know if it's just me but I've never experienced this kind of heat in my life. I mean, this is just different, and indicative of the fact that the world will soon end. Imagine that in the next ten years the earth moves so close to the sun that we can no longer differentiate night from day because the world will be so bright. Not only bright but super hot. I doubt if we'd be able to survive such temperature as we'd be nothing but roast turkey.
Imagine the weather being so hot that you'd have to take your bath multiple times in a day in order to feel comfortable. At this rate, I feel like I should be taking my bath every one or two hours. Unfortunately, we'd run out of water super fast and I'd have to bear the expenses of pumping water since there's been no power supply for months. The only way to operate any electricity dependent device is by using the power generator- this requires something called petrol (obviously). Unfortunately, petrol has become more expensive than it used to be, hence we'd have to spend more money on fuel- a very scarce commodity in my country. Damn!
Right now I've got a load of books in front of me- about ten different books stacked at one end of this table, resting on the wall with three open books others directly before me. While the first is a really long notebook with a pen on it which I'm using to take notes, the other two are novels from which I'm drawing inspiration. It's weird right? Well, I'm writing my own story, hence I'm observing the sentence structure and the arrangement of words these books while also taking note of the descriptive style used in each case. It's not an easy task as I've been on seat since about 1 pm. On my clock right now is 10. 46 pm, which means I've been here for about nine hours or so...
Hey, I've not been sitting for nine hours straight. There's the occasional walking around and stretching of legs that comes every thirty minutes to one hour as I can't stay on seat for more than one hour straight or my butt will begin ton hurt. In fact, I wouldn't feel like me- I'd feel like a prisoner confined to a position. What I do basically is sit for about thirty minutes or higher and stretch my legs by going to the kitchen to see whatever edibles I can throw into my mouth. Writing this makes me realise that I throw stuffs into my mouth about every thirty minutes or there about, but it's not reflecting in my body size. Weird isn't it? I guess it just isn't in me to get big regardless of how much food and snack I eat.. Lol!
I almost forgot to mention that there is a fan in front of me. A dysfunctional fan thanks to the absence of electricity. It was blowing my brains a few minutes age until I decided it was time for me to put off the generator since it's getting late already and the environment is super quiet. A very weird environment I'm in at the moment.. Ondo state isn't like Lagos where I can choose to leave the generator on over night without worrying.. here is just... something else..
If it were by my jurisdiction, I'd choose to leave the generator on over night as the heat has begun to affect my thought process once more.. I guess tonight is gonna be another long night in a series of long nights which I've had to endure lately. Right now the weather is 37 degrees and increasing daily. I can imagine the weather reaching 40 degrees plus during summer... by then I'd have to go soak myself in ice block throughout the day so I wouldn't die of heatstroke!

Schools and educational facilities are places we send our children so they could learn to become responsible people while choosing a career path that best suits them. Unfortunately, there are a lot of schools around the world with a high degree of paranormal activities such as what I bring to you today!
**1. Penang free School**
built in 1816 this school is so old that it is the oldest school in Southeast Asia. Due to his age, there have been so many stories and even apparitions going on in this school.
One of the most common ghost stories of this school is a woman scream that can be heard throughout the school after midnight. Allegedly, who was tortured during World War II.
**2.Chung Ling High School, Penang**
Built in 1923 this school was used as a military hospital in 1941 by the British Army during World War II. A massacre took place in this building by the Japanese killing all the Malayan Chinese in Malaysia.
Most of the Chinese Malayan people who were killed in this massacre were mainly teachers and students. One of the common stories that goes on in this school is that dogs bark for absolutely no reason. This could be something that the dogs may see and something that we don't.
**3. St. Michael Institution Ipoh**
This school was built in 1912. It was used as a secret police headquarters by the Japanese. There are many tunnels that were built underneath the school to store food and to torture prisoners.
A man in a black robe known to be brother Paul who was one of the headmasters of this school would be seen in a black robe holding rosaries sitting in front of the door headless.
**4. Sekolah Menengah Victoria Institution**
Also used by the Japanese, British soldiers and even locals. Prisoners were being tortured in the basement of this building.
There have been reports in this school of many students being possessed. There have been so many possessions and even one story of a band member who was practicing till late night and later went missing.
**5. SMK Cheras Perdana**
This school was built in 1895 and is currently the most haunted school in whole of Malaysia. It was invaded by the Japanese during World War II and was used as a torture chamber.
Students living in the hostel have reported seeing headless soldiers walking along the corridor and even sightings of soldiers marching in the football field during midnight. Hysteria and possessions is a common thing in the school especially among girls and currently remains a yearly routine. Letting go of the past is something we all need to if we intend to move forward and live a better life. I say this a lot yet it's something I find difficult to follow. It's been ten years already since the incident. An incident that would change my life forever, and I still haven't learnt to let go. It was in the year 2012, the 7th of October. It was an unexpected event that still gives me nightmares and influences my thoughts on a daily bases. I can no longer have a normal conversation without having an element of the conversation remind me of the past.
It is annoying, I feel trapped in this loop and nothing can save me from it. It will hunt me forever as long as I am alive and I'm willing to embrace it. Since I can't escape it, embracing it is my best bet to ensure my mood doesn't get ruined per second. I expect that it should be able to get over the events of that day as time passes but it gets worse daily. It gets even fresher as time passes, almost like it just happened yesterday. "Ten years ago feels like yesterday, and yesterday feels like ten years ago"- this sentence probably makes no sense to you.... Id rather stop here.
I want to talk about the heat. I want to talk about how my thought process is being influenced by the heat and how I'm losing my mind per second. It's not fair- the heat is too much and this lack of electricity is making things worse. I feel like the lack of power supply is a deliberate act by the electricity company to torture us so we can come begging at their feet. I wouldn't blame them. After all, there is no law in this country and the regulatory bodies are nothing but corrupt men who wouldn't hesitate to turn this country to dust once given the opportunity, all thanks to their love of money and all things material.
I mean, isn't it wickedness? I got to Ondo state third week of January and was surprised to see that there was no power supply. Two months and some weeks have passed after that but it's been the same.. I'm trying to understand how that works.. I guess there's been a fault or something but the electricity company doesn't care. Like I said earlier, they'd like to see people come begging like dogs before they'd get anything done, plus the irrelevant fees they'd be asked to pay to cover the cost of whatever is wrong. A very corrupt country- I'd rather not say too much about the corrupt system or I wouldn't come to a closure anytime soon.
I've had to spend a lot of money on fuel so I can power the generator whenever I've got stuffs to do. I've had to add fuel expenses to my budget which is annoying. It's really inconvenient and I've had to manage the fuel tightly such that I only put on the generator when I've got work to do. I'm working on so many things at once hence the power supply is a necessity as I'm mostly on the internet doing a research for my next article here on read.cash while also interacting here and on noise.cash, giving my editor feedback on the progress of my story via email, playing Pegaxy while ensuring that my Pega doesn't exceed 20 energies before playing again, crypto chart analysis and many more.. I'm one busy body... Lol!
Lucky me! My laptop lasts up to 7 hours once fully charged, hence I get to do a lot of stuffs before it goes down once more. Due to the lack of constant power supply, I had to put my Pega on a ten percent shared profit rental so I wouldn't spend time playing it in a bid to manage my battery properly.
Staying in Lagos offers me freedom from fuel expenses. Unfortunately, I had to get out of there for complicated reasons which I do not want to dive into. My life is a very complicated one.. Lol!
This weather keeps getting hot daily and is making me go nuts. I've not been sleeping properly, neither have I been able to think straight. And it keeps getting worse. I already ordered a rechargeable standing fan... about $60 or so.. which would be delivered from my door step by Monday or something...This heat is the major reason I didn't write an article since the early hours of the day as it's killing me an my mood. @Theblackdoll was right, it's just the beginning of the year, yet we're already experiencing this level of heat. By the time summer comes arrives, we'd all be ***roast turkey...*** *haha...*
The excess heat is killing me and affecting my emotions, thus influencing my ability to think. I've been on the low since last night and I can't even write an article here. I guess I'd have to skip writing for today, or wait until late night perhaps my emotions will be settled.
I find it weird that I had to go through a lot while growing up, it's not fair. Imagine having to lose my dad while I was just 14, brother followed the following year and kaboom, mom died years later- 2017... I was meant to go crazy but I've been strong. I've come to accept that depression will always be a part of me- it's inevitable.
This is me giving too much information about my life, but I do not care. Hiding it wouldn't change anything. It is who I am and I've come to accept it as a part of my history. This history doesn't define me, doesn't determine who I am and what I will be. It simply is one of those things that motivates me into living a better life while ensuring that I do everything within my power to not allow history repeat.
In the end, it is nothing but a world of pain. I wasn't born yesterday, I have seen more than enough, I have gone through a lot more things which I'd rather not talk about. I am hunted by memories of the past daily which I'm simply pushing through attempting to maintain my sanity.
The heat is influencing my ability to think and make rational decisions... I can't take it anymore..
Was writing an article tonight when I suddenly changed my mind and deleted it all from draft. I'm mentally unstable tonight, memories are hunting me. I miss my brother... It's annoying, he died ten years ago. Ten years ago is a long time but the events of that day feel fresh as though it happened yesterday.
We had spent about seven days in the hospital when things suddenly changed over night and he died on Sunday morning- the 7th of October 2012. I've felt lonely ever since... it was frustrating and annoying as my Dad had died barely ten months earlier. My mom was in shock but I'd rather not talk about this.
Getting over my dad's death was easy but my brother's death is something I can't get over. The events of that week plays itself in my head daily and I can't escape it. Irrespective of how busy I am, it just finds its way to pop up in my head.
Every conversation reminds me of him, every event. It's annoying that I can no longer have a normal conversation without being reminded that he once existed. It gets worse daily, almost like it happened yesterday... I need my head cleared, I need it erased...
I sometimes feel relieved knowing by his death as he was sickle celled and he got to escape this world of pain and suffering to a better place.
All of his pictures were disposed soon after but I still remember his face, his voice, and everything about him vividly as though I still saw him yesterday
It just isn't isn't fair that the memories remain. It hunts me daily and I'm beginning to lose my mind. I've gone through so much pain in this world and I can't do anything about it. I need my memory cleared. I want to forget everything. I want to be free from all this. I deserve to be happy. I don't deserve sad memories, I don't deserve to be reminded of how I was young and naive and couldn't save my brother from dying.
I still see him in my dreams but it's not happy kind. My dreams constantly remind me of his death and I find myself crying till I wake up... . Life isn't fair! I need a break from it all. I deserve a better life.
I had to delete the article I was writing initially as I am no longer in a good mood. I want to talk to someone to someone tonight. Somebody... Anybody... I need to be distracted as I don't see sleep coming tonight.

**10. Japan's flaming vagina**
In this creation myth, Japanese deities Izanagi and Izanami had several children, and this gave birth to the Japanese islands. But horrifyingly, one of these children was a fire God whose flaming body burned Izanami’s vagina so intensely that she died. Izanagi beheaded the fire baby and tracked down Izanami who was rotting in the land of the dead.
Terrified of his wife's maggot-infested body, Izanagi sealed her in the underworld. In revenge, Izanami vowed to kill 1000 people every day. Izanagi responded by vowing to create 1,500 lives a day.
**9. Chinese cosmic egg**
Ancient China's creation myth states that the universe began as an enormous cosmic egg. After eighteen thousand years of existence, the egg exploded sending an axe-wielding beast named Pan-Qu hurtling into the cosmos.
Using his axe, Pan-Qu carved out the earth separating Ying from Yang and the earth from the sky. When he died, his breath became the wind, his eyes became the Sun and the moon, and his long-matted beard became the Milky Way
**8. Native American beetle**
One Native American creation myth states that originally all animals lived in the clouds and beneath them was only water. As the sky became increasingly crowded with animals, an adventurous Beatle decided to explore the oceans below, but he found only mud and the deeper he went the larger he grew until he expanded to become the earth.
One of the animals attached the sky to the earth with strings and sent a buzzard down to prepare the earth for the arrival of the animals. However, the bird was exhausted by the time it reached America. Its wings hit the ground and the impact formed the mountains.
**7. Zoroastrian seed explosion**
The ancient Persians believed that a race of gods preceded the universe. One of these gods Mithras is said to have slaughtered a sacred Bull with shocking consequences. When the bull died, holy seeds sprang from his genitals into a giant mixing bowl.
The resultant mixture created every living creature on earth, but this was also the start of the struggle between good and evil as a scorpion sucked the holy seed directly from the Bulls testicles giving strength to darkness.
**6. Nigerian matriarchy**
The Nigerian Efik tribe believes that Abasi the creator made the first human couple. To control them, Abasi decreed that they could not live on earth or procreate but the couple soon disobeyed him and learned to survive by themselves on earth.
Against his wishes, the first humans soon had a family. Abbasi grew enraged and blamed his wife for the humans’ frivolous activities. Abasi found to resolve the situation by sending death and discord to earth to keep humans obedient to the gods forevermore.
**5. Scandinavian fire-demons**
The Scandinavian creation myth states that a blazing fire melted the ice caps of a land of fog and ice known as Niflheim. A massive cow was formed from the melted ice and an ice giant called Ymir. Ymir's armpits gave birth to more ice giants who mated and produced offspring including the god Odin. Odin then murdered Ymir whose remains were used to create the earth.
**4. Amazonian child killer**
The Sanema people are a tribal group that live in the Amazon rainforest. Their creation myth states that before man, the Moon spent its time devouring the souls of semi-divine children.
However, this perverse behaviour soon angered the gods who stabbed the moon in the stomach. As blood cascaded from the moon's bellybutton, the drips formed the first race of men whose spirits still lurk in the forests today.
**3. Malian genital mutilation**
The Malian Dogon tribe of the central Plateau of Mali believed that a male god named Amma created the earth. Amma then married the earth, but the Earth's clitoris rejected his penis and she refused to procreate.
In retaliation, Amma cut out her clitoris and eventually the couple produced three children including Ogo. Ogo also had a sexual relationship with earth which produced a stream of menstrual blood. This flow of blood formed plants, animals, and humans.
According to the myth, white people were born beneath the moon and black people were born under the Sun.
**2. Ancient Egyptian incest**
Deity rah was alone in the universe until one day he masturbated furiously eventually ejaculating children who went on to produce the race of Egyptian gods including Osiris. However, the man was so ashamed of having that many offspring that he hid 15 of them who transformed into demons and animals. And the rest is history!

Practice- a key to attaining perfection!

With time I realise that my writing skills and ability to imagine are improving daily. Now, I'm not referring to the articles here on read.cash, but speaking generally. It has come to my observation that my arrangement of words have begun to change with time and is different from when I initially begin writing several months ago. This difference is style is... permit me to use the words "***visible to the blind and edible to the deaf***".
I do not intend to run my mouth, neither am I raising my shoulders high out of pride. Who am I to do such? Afterall, I'm still in the learning process. In fact, there are other writers out there who are 10 times better. Writers like @Pantera and @PVMihalache are so on are on a whole other level- the godfathers of writing. I do not see myself anywhere near. I'm simply pointing out that I have become better with time and I'm impressed by my growth.
Nothing impresses me more than being able to write non-stop everyday for weeks and months. "***Years***" should follow suit with ***weeks and months***, but I'd rather not include this since I've only been a writer for 7+ months.
I would have argued that I wasn't capable of coming this far. In fact, I argued several times when I just began my journey as a writer. I constantly said "***writing wasn't for me***" and thought I wouldn't last one week. With time I realised there was a fire in me waiting to be ignited. I should mention that the motivation by @TheRandomRewardermade things even easier.
I make it sound like it was easy but it wasn't. It actually tough. I didn't get noticed until ***my 11th article.*** It was a frustrating experience but I didn't allow this discourage me for reasons unknown. Perhaps because the ***fire in me had veen ignited*** or perhaps because I unconsciously saw that something great awaits me.
The fear of writing was existent in me as I had nothing to say to the world, no information to share and no positivity "***in my upstairs***". I was nothing short of a frustrated person who life had treated unfairly. I'd rather not talk about this as I do not intend to go down memory lane. ***Bitter memories I must confess.***
In the end, I became a better writer thanks to hours, days and weeks of practice, study and research. I recently began to write on another platform, I must say that it's been an exciting experience so far. It's not article related, but I decided to try my writing skills with the hope of becoming better. I'm writing a book- an anthology of short stories (horror and sci-fi). This requires me to have a ***top-tier*** ability to imagine and create drama out of the ordinary. It's been tough but the process is enjoyable.
Just yesterday, I was able to write close to 5000 words of unique, quality and unplagiarised content. Whoever reads this will probably wonder- "***who are you to decide what quality is?***". A very good question. For instance, Vikings are pictured to be deadly and extremely dangerous by a majority of people. This is untrue. The majority cannot be blamed for their lack of knowledge as I used to fall in this category as well. This stereotype has also been spread hashtag Hollywood in a bid to entertain their viewers while forgetting the major influence they have on the general public. There is the case of science fiction which is generally acceptable, but once a movie states the words "***based on a real life event***", the audience will blindly believe anything. A very bad way of exercising their influence- it should be ***edutainment*** and not ***mislead-tainment*** (mislead and entertainment). There is a very big gap between myth and fiction, people need to be able to tell the difference. This is a gap my article attempts to fill, and has succeeded in several cases.

As a lover of cartoons and animes, I have come across a certain number of people with the mentality that "***cartoons are for children***". This is a very wrong statement as cartoons are animations which are used as tools to address a wide range of topics such as politics, religion, lifestyle, war, romance, hatred, racism and may more. Just as there are cartoons addressing sensitive issues, there are also cartoons for children. In fact the popular cartoon station Disney had to separate its matured content from that which is suitable for everyone by creating Dsny junior and Dsny XD.

Due to the popularity of **Fortune cookies** in Chinese restaurants, it has been believed that it is a Chinese product. This is untrue. The time spent on research was worth it and considered enjoyable since it was for the greater purpose of educating my audience and possibly new audience that may stumble upon it. Gladly, the audience was edutained, satisfaction was derived from knowing that I was responsible for bringing new knowledge to the public.
Unfortunately, satisfaction wasn't gotten in terms of the monetary reward. This was disappointing and discouraging. The article only got a total of **$1.54** with **$1.31** from the random rewarder. A far cry from my expectation considering the time and effort put into it. Regardless of this disappointment, I continued to spend more time on research and fact compilation since it had become an hobby. Complains have been made where necessary regarding my frustrated effort and how I expect changes to occur. For reasons unknown, no response has been received but I am with the hope that it will come through soon, or perhaps a change in upvotes from @TheRandomRewarder which will result in a better motivation will be received. After all BCH is the reason we all are here, and elimination of that reason will render our stay void.

As mentioned earlier, the upvotes received on my articles have diminished from a range of **$4 to $8 and above** to a range of **$1 to $3** in the last three months which is frustrating. I tried ignoring the diminish in upvotes while maintaining and in fact increasing my level of interaction with the hope that the upvotes will return to the initial by focusing on improving my writing skills and spending more time on research and fact compilation in order to produce articles with higher qualities.
The quality of my articles have increased with time. They have become more interesting and attractive to my readers. In fact, I tend to get new readers and commenters in each case based on the content of the articles.
For instance, articles like **Ten (10) pets that ate their owners**, **Ten (10) most mysterious places on earth**, **Five (5) most dangerous places on earth**, **Ten (10) Dark recommended Animes** and so on have brought entirely new users to my comment. A proof that the articles have been found interesting. If getting interactions from more other users- both new and old based on the quality of the article written isn't considered "***interesting***" according to the random rewarder, then what does the statement "***Interesting for the audience***" mean, considering that I have come across a lot of articles with zero interactions from other users but still get massively upvoted by the random rewarder?
I find the above situation weird. Not out of jealousy but because all requirements for an article to be considered "***interesting***" and "***of high quality***" have been met. Unless there are other definitions of "***interesting***" and "***high quality***" which I may be missing or may have forgotten. I'd like to be reminded.
I mentioned earlier that I'd be sending a mail to @Read.Cash while addressing this issue in the friendliest way possible. The mail was sent this morning with hopes that a response will be gotten, or perhaps adjustments will be made where necessary according to their jurisdiction. In case I have been doing something wrong, I'm hoping to be informed as well so I can make corrections where necessary.
I know a certain number of users will probably state in the comments that I shouldn't focus on the earnings but focus on writing quality articles and simply have fun with it. A very wonderful statement which I'd agree with if I were just starting my journey on this platform.
As a 7 months+ user, the diminish in the upvoted received from rusty began about three months ago and is getting worse daily, hence it should be addressed considering the latest development on my account is a far cry from the initial. I'd like to remind "***these users***" that read.cash is a platform where you create quality content in form of articles and get paid in BCH for doing so.

The random rewarder's fault!

I'm beginning to lose confidence in writing. I'm beginning to feel like my articles are beginning to diminish in quality and all I have is quantity- meaningless quantity. I mean, it's beginning to look that way since a majority of my effort has been put to waste hashtag the random rewarder.
I'm suddenly beginning to feel like my writing skills are diminishing as time passes and I no longer have anything good to offer but nonsensical and extremely long and boring combination of words which are not good enough to impress the random rewarder.
**I feel this way but this is not the case**. My articles are actually better than they used to be when I just begun on this platform but the upvotes from rusty are saying otherwise.
I can say that rating of my articles have begun to diminish before @TheRandomRewarder based on the tips I've been receiving lately even with an increase in engagements. It's been an exact opposite of my expectation considering I've been here for 7 months plus and my engagements, writing skills, number of followers and active readers have increased drastically.
Enough reasons for me to feel like the hours spent on research, fact compilation, writing and engaging other users is equivalent to dust and my articles aren't worth anything.

**Unfortunately, these kinds of upvotes are now a thing of the past**, and all I receive are upvotes **ranging from $1 to $3 and sometimes $4**. With special or perhaps rare cases of the upvotes reaching $5 to $7 perhaps by mistake.
I can confidently say that my writing skills have improved drastically from when I initially joined read.cash about 7 months back. My engagement and interaction has increased as well. Being a better writer based on research, better thinker and researcher should be equivalent to a higher quality of articles written.

**Unfortunately, it's quite the opposite** as I get a lot of upvotes and engagements from numerous users, yet there's usually nothing to show for it from the random rewarder. Perhaps a reflection of the random rewarder's inability to follow up with it's words, or a deliberate act intended to torture my effort.
In fact, I've seen a lot of articles with barely any engagement from other users, yet they get upvoted massively by the random rewarder, almost like a "*man trying to impress his girlfriend*". I'd rather not mention names as it may be misinterpreted as an act of jealousy or envy. It is not so.

The above statement is not exactly true as I've written long and quality articles which received insignificant upvotes but have come across a number of articles with less than 3 minutes read time, some 2 and 1 minute articles but with massive upvotes from the random rewarder than those with longer and higher quality articles. Some of these articles contain nothing but one liners and some YouTube video.
Once again, this isn't an act of envy or jealousy but is written out of the need for betterment, and out of the fact that I am beginning to lose interest in writing as the time spent on research and writing isn't evident in the upvotes received.
**The above mentioned anomalies begs the following questions-**
**Is the random rewarder bias?**
**Have certain usernames been configured to receive special upvotes?**
**Is the random rewarder an A.I or human controlled?**
**My opinion;**
I feel the answer to question number 2 is a "**Yes**", considering that I have observed certain users receiving massive upvotes constantly regardless of the variation in the quality of the articles written. This I feel is an answer to questions number 1 and 2.
In lieu of the third question- I sometimes feel like it is more than just an artificial intelligence but sometimes manually controlled. This may not be true as it's simply a speculation out of logic and proper analysis of the weird upvotes I've received.

In the month of November, I was struggling with clinical depression and had to undergo a lot of therapy which wasn't helping. I was frustrated due to a lot of things and this depression was affecting my everyday life, including the way I handled events. If the random rewarder isn't manually controlled, would we say it was simply coincidental to have upvoted an article where I talked about my decision to commit suicide more massively than it did my other articles?
Was it a special compensation from whoever was in charge of the random rewarder's operation for me to rethink suicide or a filthy coincidence? I wouldn't consider it the latter.
In the end, I'm nothing but a frustrated 7 month old writer whose effort and time spent is not properly appreciated by the random rewarder, but is simply being tortured for reasons unknown.
I will send an email to @Read.Cash while addressing this issue with the hopes of being replied, and perhaps seeing changes in whatever may have gone wrong since my articles are not being properly tipped by the random rewarder!

The protagonist Kaneki gets invited to a date by a rather popular ghoul and she has him for dinner. She literally has him for dinner. Luckily an accident prevents it, but in surgical operation Kaneki’s damaged organs are replaced by the ghoul organs. Thus, transforming him into a half-human half ghoul. The story then follows him as he gets dragged into a human ghoul way. The story's dark factor comes from its very setting and the psychological horror it delivers. Hellsing is an organization that is dedicated to stopping evil entities such as vampires and the organization has a great tool in their possession called Alucard. Alucard is if you notice Dracula’s built backwards and is currently the most powerful vampire up to date. He is the character that gives the show a more adult and mature feeling. He's not only an overpowered character but also a remorseless killer.

Unlike many other stories, everything about Shiki is related to horror. The mystery in the story starts when a girl is suddenly killed after visiting a certain mansion. The show gradually expands the horror and mystery factor of the show with each episode.

This is one of the darkest psychological animes out there. The plot may come out as a simple love triangle but after the first half of the series the show takes a much darker turn.

It happens when a boy called Keichi travels to the fictional village of Hinamizawa and befriends four girls with a rather mysterious background. He soon gets to know about a mystery in the village that people are being killed or disappearing at the end of the Watanagashi festival soon. He realizes that the murders are linked to the lives of his own four childhood friends and before long he is dragged into this dangerous murder mystery as well.
Higarashi has been labelled as psychological horror and some scenes can nearly give you the chills and Nightmares. It is far darker than any other anime mentioned in this list, and I personally believe it is one of the darkest anime to ever exist. **1. Open a savings account**
Some people think you can have just one bank account- a savings account or a current account and just save and spend on the same account, but you should not do that. Split your account into your savings spending and investment accounts. Once you have a separate account for your savings and your spending, that way your funds are split into different purposes, and you know for sure that this one here in this account is for my spending and this one here is for my saving. So, you know not to mix the two of them up.
Just imagine, if you have one account for both things at some point you might start to overspend and start getting into your saving without even realizing. So, it is highly recommended for you to split up your spending and your savings account.
**2. Save a percentage of your income**
Save a certain percentage of your income and not a certain amount. I know you are already saving, but are you saving a specific figure of your income or are you saving a percentage? If you’re employed, you would expect that over the years you hope to get a promotion, probably change your job or maybe increase your income. If you are so used to saving just a certain amount of money from your monthly income, then you would continue to save that same amount even when your income increases.
It is very easy for you to figure out or find ways to spend money than increase your savings. For people that are entrepreneurs, business owners or self-employed people that don't have fixed income on monthly basis, once you have a strategy of saving a percentage of your income then definitely even when you earn less income you would not be expected to save a whole lot of your income.
Ensure you set up a structure of saving a percentage of your income and not a certain amount so whenever your income increases or reduces you are saving a good portion of your income.
A good way to start is to save at least 15% of your earnings. I highly recommend this for beginners or people that are just trying to grow their savings. If you have challenges in taking out a portion of your income you can start from 15 or even 10 percent.

The best time to start is not tomorrow, it's not when you get a new job, it's not after you get your desired apartment, The best time to start is today.
Start from somewhere otherwise you'll find yourself continuing to procrastinate. Telling yourself “I will start when I get a new job or when I move to a new city or when I switch my career or later , later and later will not take you anywhere. The best time to start is now. Automate your bills payment, automate your credit card payment, automate your savings payment. You simply need five minutes or less to do this. On your bank app you can set up your way to automate your payments to a certain day of the month. On the specific date set, your bank would know to automatically debit your account and move the funds from your account into your preferred destination.
**5. Seek ways to increase your income**
Regardless of however much you're earning, if your income doesn't grow or doesn't change you might still be saving a small portion of your income. Find ways of increasing your income by either getting a second job provided it would be convenient, go into a business or invest in stocks or cryptocurrencies. Whichever works best for you. There are so many things you could do to potentially earn you legitimate extra income.
Get into it once you get into it, as long as you are saving a percentage of your income this would also help you grow your income.
So, once you get a higher income, you have a higher disposable income. Once you have a higher disposable income you can save more. You can invest more and you will even have extra budget for you to spend.

I find it difficult to actually pick up my phone and have a conversation with people either via calls or texts. I've recently begun to find it boring. I mostly feel like I'm wasting my time while doing those things as I have a whole lot of work before me which needs to be completed within a short period of time. Apart from human relations and communication via calls or texts, I fins it strange that I have begun to lose interest in a lot of things. I have no idea if this is age related, but It's been like this for about six years now and it seems to be getting worse as time passes. I'm beginning to lose interest in a lot of things and I can hardly pinpoint one thing which I enjoy doing.
I realise recently that the only thing that interests me is conversations about business, money and more money. I've been on a journey of self improvement lately, been trying to improve my finance by every means possible provided it is legal. This is simply necessary as I'm not getting any younger and time passes me by so quickly. I mean I was born yesterday, and here I am today with marriage in view, plans to begin a family go through my mind daily, and at the same time the need for more money clouds my judgement. Yes, I'd say it clouds my judgement as I'm beginning to feel like I'm becoming obsessed with my increasing my finance more than anything else. I think it's becoming an addiction as well.
I should consider myself lucky... I mean, while others my age are probably obsessed with women and addicted to drugs, I'm addicted to money and the need to raise my finance. This obsession with money has made me lose interests in a lot of things. The problem with money which I have noticed with time is that no matter how much you have, it is never enough. You will always want more and more until you leave this plane of existence. You call it addiction but I call it financial security. There is nothing better than when you have more than enough and the coming generation wouldn't have to do nothing but enjoy themselves while spending as much money as they want till they probably get tired of life and choose to take themselves out of this mystery, or perhaps create a new purpose for themselves.
Right now all I want is to raise both my BCH and USDC portfolio as a means of preparing for the not too distant future. I've been going through the required stress, been having sleepless nights and restless days, doing a lot of research, investing when I can, and ensuring that opportunities do not pass me by. I guess the amount of stress I go through is enough to make me want to lose interest in every activities that I previously found interesting.
For instance, I no longer watch Anime like I used to, I'd barely have watched for just fifteen minutes when I'd begin to fall asleep and the next time I'd open my eyes would be two or three hours later. Listening to music is now boring, talking to people is a bit of a stress except it has to do with investments and finance. I don't understand but I think I've been going through so much stress these days that the feeling of fun, satisfaction and the need to enjoy myself no longer exists. All I do all day long is stare at my Laptop screen while reading those charts, monitoring my portfolio, raking note of stocks, writing articles, racing my new Pega which I bought for $341 while also taking note of VIS price as I'm beginning to feel like I'm in a loss. I almost forgot to mention that noise.cash is also one of those few things that I spend most of my time on.
In the end, all I'm doing tonight is rant, rant and rant. I know all I've said probably makes no sense. regardless of whether it makes sense or not, I think I actually feel better running my mouth and complaining about everything than keeping it within me. I wouldn't wanna die of hypertension by keeping too many things in and not expressing myself. This life is just too stressful and it's tiring sincerely..

But there is one of America's beautiful sights that is not often mentioned. Covered in a multitude of hues of red and green algae, this geyser shows the colours of the rainbow. Located in the desert, this unnatural piece of art was created nearly 100 years ago when the government tried to dig a well in the desert which resulted in geothermal boiling water spewing out and creating multiple chrome-like structures.
The geyser has been continually growing and in 2014, it was measured at five feet tall and twelve feet wide. The water was then still over 200 degrees because of such high temperatures. Pancake rocks is named as such because of its stacked-like formations of rock that look like piles of pancakes. Located in New Zealand, it is the most visited spot on the west coast. The rocks took this form after millions of years of small fragments of dead sea creatures and plants landing on the seabed only to be blown through vertical blow holes by heavy sea waters. This process slowly solidified them into layers of limestone, the immense pressure from the water wind and salt spray then eroded the limestone into the pancake layers we see today.

The cause of the hot springs is in the Earth's crust caused by the movement of the tectonic plates four hundred thousand years ago. There are 17 thermal springs from the hillside rich in calcium and the water leads to the closets of carbonate minerals to form the travertine terraces. This is the cause of the pure white colour of the hot spring.
Pamukkale is over 330 feet tall and can be seen 20 kilometres away by the town's folk. Visitors flock from all over the world to experience the natural spa treatment and explore the terraces. The meteora monasteries are clusters of monasteries located on the tips of summits of rock formations in Greece. 24 monasteries were originally built usually on a thousand feet to 1800 feet tall sandstone megaliths. Only six of the original 24 monasteries remained- Great Meteoron, Varlaam, Rousanou, St. Nicholas, Holy Trinity, and Saint Stephen.
The rock masses these monasteries were built on were formed 16 million years ago, sculpted by earthquakes, rain and the wind. The religious presence in this region can be traced from about a thousand BCE when the dwellings were created on the smaller peak of the rock formation. In the 15th and 16th centuries, many more monasteries were created, offering asylum to persecuted Greeks and independents seeking rebels in the Turkish occupation.
Amazingly, some of the six-month series still serve a religious function to those monks and nuns to seek solitude. In the 1920s, these monasteries became popular. Though the track up to them was very difficult and dangerous, ascending the rock columns involved climbing ladders or being hauled up by nets and ropes. Luckily, transportation to the monasteries has improved and since the 60s and the construction of paved roads, many more people are visited.

Near a town called Rufino in western Poland is a strange and eerie porous- crooked forest. Named such because the 90-degree bends in many of the tree trunk is shrouded in mystery. Most of the trees in a crooked forest are faced northward. Though no one seems to know, why they’re cooked or why most of them face north, there have been many theories thrown around over the years, there was no scientific evidence to back up any of them. The forest is made up of 400 pine trees that were planted in the 1930s and were only around seven to ten years old when they took the drastic turn. Starting us off is this scary wolf dog in the peaceful location of Westmoreland County Pennsylvania. Sandra Piovesan was the ultimate dog lover owning nine wolf dogs since they were pups. It was just a normal day for her when she entered the enclosure that she kept them in, and they attacked her.
She was later found dead at her home with an autopsy revealing the cause of death was multiple soft tissue injuries. This is even more terrifying when you realize that there are thousands of wolf dogs kept as pets across the world. Could this attack have been prevented? Perhaps. The police were called out numerous times for this house due to complaints about noise and odours from the dog. Humphrey the Hippo sounds like this could be an innocent cartoon character. Unfortunately, that’s wrong. Hippos are known to be one of the most dangerous creatures on the planet and they're responsible for more deaths than Elephants, Leopards, and buffaloes combined.
Owner Marius Ellis who was a South African farmer and army major repeatedly ignored warnings that his pet hippo was dangerous believing that they had a special relationship. Elis had adopted Humphrey from his old owner at five months old. After he grew too big ellis believed that he had a special relationship with the animal often swimming with it in the river and riding on its back. However, there were warning signs. He was known to escape from his enclosure and kill local animals but Ellis kept the 1.3 ton ahippopotamus around.
Unfortunately, Marius Ellis discovered exactly how dangerous the hippo was when it was too late. The former army major was found in the river near his home having been bitten to death by his beloved hippo. Teddy the Bear was kept alongside a mountain Lion and a atiger by an exotic pet dealer in Pennsylvania.
The dealer's wife Kelly Ann Waltz frequently cleaned the cage of the bear distpacting him with food for long enough to clean up his mess.

The Chimpanzee's owner's friend Charlotte Nash was attacked by the chimp who was an animal actor who was used to being around people. His owner Sandra Herold needed help as she had managed to escape so her friend Charla came over.
Charla had changed her hairstyle and Travis had not seen her since so it is believed that he was confused. The chimpanzee began biting Charla's face and hands and was extremely aggressive. Sandra hit him with a shovel to try and get him off. However, that didn't work so she called the police. The giant panda also known as a panda bear or simply a panda is native to south central China. You've probably seen these bears before, they're the ones with black and white fur.
Fun fact- giant pandas have been removed from endangered to vulnerable because of human intervention. There are estimates that there are over 3,000 wild giant pandas which is great/ However, I put pandas on this list because I think they should go extinct. The reason I think they should go extinct is because they live with their food sources too much. They only eat bamboo and when one animal only eats one type of plant, they're setting themselves up for failure.
They have the digestive system of a carnivore which makes their food processing terrible. They get very little energy from the food they do eat, they're also too stupid to reproduce in captivity. You’d have to artificially inseminate pandas to make more of them. They lose their interest in mating once they're captured.

The Siamese crocodile is a medium-sized freshwater crocodile native to Indonesia, Malaysia, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. They are critically endangered and already completely extinct from most regions.
There are 700,000 of these crocodiles available in commercial fisheries so they're not going to disappear off the planet, but wild ones are. It is estimated that there are less than 100 of these crocodiles left in the wild which is probably a good thing because as mankind grows, we will eventually replace nature. If you think that we're gonna make it to Mars before we've completely conquered earth, you're probably right. But we'll at least have enslaved all our former predators and that includes crocodiles.
Most of these crocodiles lost their habitat during the Vietnam War. As humans expand, they lose more territory to agriculture due to chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The Siberian tiger also called the Amur tiger is a subspecies inhabiting the Russian Far East at one point in time. Siberian tigers lived all throughout Korea and north-eastern China, as well as Mongolia and the Russian far East. As of 2015, it was estimated that there are only 562 wild Siberian tigers in Russia, and they don't live in any other countries anymore.
The Siberian tiger and the Bengal tiger are the biggest living cats today in the wild. Siberian tigers have adapted to be smaller than Bengal tigers.
Siberian tigers were pushed to the brink of extinction during the Russian Civil War where both sides based in front of a stock wiped out local Siberian tigers.
There were only 40 remaining Tigers in the wild. in 1947 the Soviet Union created anti-poaching control zones that were heavily patrolled after the dissolution of the Soviet Union illegal deforestation, and bribery of the Park Rangers brought more poaching of Siberian tigers. There were also Siberian tigers in the Korean Peninsula in the early 1900s, however they were hunted to extinction by the Japanese during their occupation of Korea. The mountain gorilla is one of two subspecies of the eastern gorilla. As of September 2016, the estimated number of mountain gorillas was only about 880. They are critically endangered.
Some of the biggest threats towards mountain gorillas are poaching gorillas are maimed or killed by traps set for other animals accidentally and also their infants are abducted and sold to zoos illegally and sold to other wealthy people as pets. This often results in the adult gorillas being killed in the process.
There are diseases because of their contact with tourists and war has destroyed quite a few of these gorillas. The black rhinoceros or hook clipped rhinoceros is native to eastern and southern Africa. Although it's referred to as black, its colours vary from brown to grey. The species is classified as critically endangered and one of its three- subspecies the Western black rhinoceros was declared extinct in 2011. For most of the 20th century, the continental black rhino was one of the most numerous of all the Rhino species.
Around 1900, there were several hundred thousand rhinos living in Africa. By the 1950s, that had dropped to 70,000. In the 1960s, there were only 10,000 left. In the early 1990s, the number dipped below 2,500, and in 2004 it was reported that only 2410 black rhinos remained.

**4. The Hawaiian Crow**

The Hawaiian crow is a species of bird in the crow family and it's currently extinct in the wild. They live up to 18 years in nature and 20 years in captivity. Some Native Hawaiians considered the Hawaiian crow a family god, but it must be a really crappy god because they're extinct in the wild.
The species is known for its strong flying ability and resourcefulness but that wouldn't make any sense considering they went extinct. Their small population size makes the species very vulnerable to environmental fluctuations leading to a very high likelihood of inbreeding which results in lethal deformities.

The fin whale also known as the finback whale, Razorback so on. The marine mammal belonging to the Baleen whale family is the second largest mammal on earth only after the blue whale. Like all other large whales, they were heavily hunted during the 20th century and are now an endangered species. The okapi and the giraffe are the only living members of the family giraffe today. They're about a metre and a half tall and weird looking. The endangered animal’s major threats include habitat loss to the logging and human settlement. In June 2012, a gang of poachers attacked the headquarters of the Okapi wildlife reserve killing six guards and other staff as well as all 14 okapis at their breeding centre. The Amur leopard is a leopard subspecies that lives in Russia and the Northeast province of China. It is critically endangered. In 2007, only 19 of these things were estimated to survive. As of 2015, fewer than 60 individuals are estimated to survive in Russia and China and with these kinds of numbers you must ask how screwed up the gene pool is.
Poaching of leopards is a main threat to their survival. There are rumours that Chinese traders buy leopard skins in the 14 months from February 2002 to April 2003. Leopards are killed by local Russians from small villages and then sold to the Chinese.
Human-induced fires are also a main threat to the survival of the Amur leopard. Setting fire to a natural field is how rural farmers burned through an area to improve fertility for livestock grazing or quickly remove a forest. The last problem is genetic inbreeding- considering that there just aren't enough of these leopards. Early school days: chapter 2

On reaching home, we took our cards to Papa. Nana was called upon to interpret the contents. After it was over, Papa passed his remarks. He congratulated those whose positions ranged high but to Matthew and I, he said "come and kneel down here, you good for nothing children".....
We were trashed and denied supper. Though prepared, this was consumed by the other children. Papa cursed us, he went further and threatened that he wouldn't allow us go to school anymore since it was a waste. To him, he found it irresponsible for me to score one (1st position) out of thirty six while Matthew scored five (fifth position). Papa wasn't educated so he didn't understand how grades were arranged.
That evening, our class teacher visited our house. I was afraid that Papa might order him to drop me out of school. Only few people could afford to send their children to school at that time and only few could spare their children from the fish lake to attend school. We greeted our teacher and he answered us by shaking our hands round. We felt delighted as it was special to us.
Matthew and I quickly buried our heads between our knees. Others were happy but we felt dejected like repentant sinners. Papa told him that only two of us had failed the examination. Our teacher laughed and told I and Matthew to bring our report cards for examination. Papa cursed and heaved a long hiss at our direction. The teacher was taken aback when he saw the results. He explained the contents of each person's performances and told Papa that I came first, followed by Matthew while the rest scored weak passes and failures.
Papa did not believe at first. The teacher further explained and Papa was convinced. He felt guilty and openly apologised for his ignorance and said that it was not his fault since he was an illiterate and hadn't been schooled to differentiate the norms of education ton the local calculation.
The other children were made to pay for their laziness. Papa sentenced them to three days of hard work on the corn farm with one meal a day. Thanks to our teacher who made us laugh last.
My stay in school the following year was good. I encountered hardship but it was unlike the previous year. Everything was okay and I grew wise. Our teacher was Mr. Saint-Peters. I was paired in a seat with a girl Josephine, her father was the a dispenser in the only dispensary in the district. We called him "Dokita" (In English... Doctor).
At first she wanted to occupy my heart initially but I had to push those feelings out. I quickly and prayerfully discarded that thought in my mind and we became academic pals. I also bought her sweets occasionally without Matthew's Knowledge.
There used to be an automatic promotion by then, and though I was almost the smallest in the class, the bigger boys and girls were no match for me academically. They giraffed at my work during weekly and terminal tests (stretch your neck to the fullest and copy the work of a pupil next to you).
I happened that our teacher fell in love with one of the big girls in our school, Linda by name. Our teacher used to send her home during manual labour to prepare soup for him. We thought that it was real soup making but after some keen watch by some inquisitive boys, they came out with a different observation.
Linda's belly protruded like one recently out of the fattening house. When questioned by her mother, she denied being pregnant and lied that she ate too much corn flour. The obvious was that she was carrying a human child in her stomach. It was a shameful experience for her parents when they eventually found out that she was pregnant, and for the teacher Mr. Peters. It turns out that Mr. Saint-peters wasn't a saint after all. Our teacher was made to marry Linda so he could take responsibility for her and was transferred to another school.....

The day finally came, my dad asked us to put on our uniforms. We did, and he led us to the school where he handed us over to the headteacher, and then left for the farm. The headteacher wore a long-sleeved shirt tucked in a maroon coloured pair of trousers. But to my utter dismay and shock, he put a rope-like cloth around his neck. The rope hung down along the button line. I was afraid, I thought he was going to die because he seemed to me like a goat tied on its way to the slaughter house. But I got things wrong.
Matthew who had not just seen it for the first time had to explain to me. The cloth of a cord around his neck was supposed to be a beautifying object called the TIE.
We were shown into a shed with flat stones and unsmoothed planks serving as seats. A man came into our shed with a book and a writing material in his hand. We all looked at his direction and he ordered us to stand up and say "Good morning, sir ", which was supposed to be a greeting. We all chorused it "Goo morin sha".
We were to answer "Sir" whenever our names were called. I was not easily acquainted to that answer. One day, my name was called but I answered "Naam". To my astonishment, I was ordered to stand in front of a class with the other pupils laughing at me without knowing the cause. The teacher told me my offence and then ordered me to pull at my ears. I hesitated, but he helped himself to my ears and pulled so hard that I yelled with tears of sorrow down my cheeks. I wanted to give up and go back to the farm but for my parents. I was to answer "Sir" for a man and "Ma" for a woman.
Mr. Gabriel was our class teacher, while Mr. Ezo was the headteacher. Weekly tests took place on every fifth school day in the week. At the close of the term, an examination was conducted. I topped the list of thirty-six pupils examined. Matthew was placed on a bracket fifth position with another girl called Babias. My other siblings went home gloomily, their sadness was not unconnected with the failure they registered in the examination.
Papa would surely flog them for their poor performances. Their position ranged between twenty fifth to twenty third. In fact, it was Nana that bagged the twenty third position out of our roll of thirty six. Matthew and I were highly elated with the joy of our success.
On our way home, two boys engaged themselves in physical combats. The smaller of the two, Tobi teased the bully Jacob for not performing well in the paper work. Tobi called him a bunch of big muscles and iron bones but with a shallow brain. Jacob was infuriated at the concept of Tobi. The former then cupped a handful of sand in his palm and boasted that if the latter dared to turn it away, he "*would smell dog excrete*". They started to exchange words and curses. Tobi was to receive a sudden beating that sent him unconscious "I will beat you" said the bully while Tobi replied with "you can do nothing". He then turned down the sand but received a hard slap that sent him reeling across the field.
I intervened and pulled Jacob away from him. He turned and smacked me across the fact which made me lift him up shoulder high and smashed him on a heap of pebbles nearby. The other students roared, cheered and congratulated my effrontery. When we finally got up, he boasted that we would meet on better grounds but it was simply a joke to cover up his shame.
On reaching home, we took our report cards to Papa. Nana was called upon to interpret the contents. After it was over, Papa passed his remarks. He congratulated those whose position ranged high, but to Matthew and I, he said "come and kneel down here, you are good for nothing children".....

My father's four room house began to dilapidate and mother sent for me to gather some money which would be used for the repairs. It was not easy because it was still six days to our payday. I fought tooth and nail to borrow money and gave it to my mother but I was sad with all these financial requests.
My mother at last succeeded in convincing me to marry. But But for me, I would not want to get married at this for now especially since my finance was at stake. She joined my hands in marriage with her friend's daughter since she was afraid I might marry from a different family if she tarried further. My wife showed me affection even though we did not know each other for long before courtship.
My mother only lived to witness the birth of my first child. She told me that she was happy to have reaped the fruit of her labour- the birth of my son. She called me to her room one night and told me the ways of this odd world using these exact words...
"*My son, this is a wicked world. I am very happy that you have now given me a grandchild, so I won't depart here with sorrow. Beware of the evil-doers that eat with you and the enemies that cast their nets at the back of your bed. Don't be covetous, be contented with whatever you have. With children you are rich. A rich man with five houses and a poor man with only one are equal. The rich man could only live in one of the many at a time, while the poor man also lives in only one. At that point they become equal. A man with many shoes and a man with only a pair are equal too. It is only one pair he could wear one at a time and nobody would care to know if he has got extra at home.*
*Always crave for contentment. Some people yet complain when they eat meat, but I feel even healthy and happy when I eat cassava paste. Remember, not everyone can prosper. A big tree could be cut down by a small but sharpened Axe. Help those in need if you are in the position to. Look after your wife and take care of your children. Your road would be rough but success shall be the outcome. DO not be like a man who felt tired of this world, and packed his belongings and headed towards an unknown destination. Hello read stars (according to @farmgirl), it's a brand new day and I'm glad to be alive. I must say that last night's rest was amazing, I slept really early, by early I mean earlier than the usual time and I woke up feeling super healthy this morning without any sort of pain or complain or blah blah. If I mention what time I slept you'd find it really weird considering that my definition of sleeping early is quite different from yours. Well, I slept about a few minutes past 11 pm and I must confess that it's the first time in a long time that I slept that early. My usual sleeping time is from 2am upwards due to the fact that I'm always busy with so many things- work related plus finance which I'd rather not talk about. I'm actually doing a lot of things at once hence the reason for my late night adventures. Unfortunately, these late night escapades are beginning to affect my health hence the reason for my decision to begin to sleep early. I had to reschedule all of my plans, moved the time table backwards and tried to meet up while ensuring that time didn't the midnight didn't catch up to me. For starters, I could say that I tried my best and managed to be on bed by a few minutes past 11pm. I'd try again tonight and will make sure I sleep even earlier. It's a new life style I'm working on and I sincerely hope I'd successfully execute this plan without making excuses.
At the time of writing, I'm craving for Ice-cream and salad plus chicken. It's my usual combination and I haven't had this in a very long time. I mean, it's been about two months since did this combina and I'm looking forward to treating myself perhaps today or tomorrow depending on whether this craving continues or not. I've got breakfast of rice and stew before me but It's not appealing even to an atomic scale. What I want is some chicken and a lot of it. Chicken and a bottle of water (a very healthy drink).
Apart from the fact that I'm craving some weird meals, I'm also looking forward to seeing the new Batman movie, with Batman played by Robert Pattison and directed by Matt Reeves. The movie isn't gonna be anything special as the real Batman- Ben Affleck already quit due to Zack Snyder's departure from DC verse. Now all we have is some random and weird looking guy playing Batman while putting on some hockey pads and driving some 1990's vehicle in something he calls a Bat mobile. Regardless of whether the movie is gonna be good or not, I'd still watch it anyway since it's a Batman movie and I'm a big Batman fan. The only difference is that I'm not gonna be spending money by going to the theatres. I'd simply get my cold drinks and snacks while putting the lights out and watching this movie from the comfort of my home. I do not intend to stress myself today, I intend to make it a similar situation as yesterday where I'd simply stay indoor all day and enjoy myself by resting. There are so many things at stake, yet I'd rather not allow those things to bother me but will stay relaxed and develop a sound mind and health first before thinking of resuming the usual stressful life while in a bid to make ends meet.
All I want at this point in my life is to satisfy myself without holding back while also eliminating all sort of worries. Worrying excessively wouldn't do anything for me but would simply make things worse hence my decision to make myself in every small way.
Life may be stressful, life is stressful but you can make it easier, just take your mind off the source of stress, take your mind off your worries and take a nap. You'd feel better when you wake up and you'd be fine. ang out with friends, have conversations and keep your mind busy. Worrying wouldn't change anything but make things worse!

I'm writing this as a follow up to my initial article Stress free Monday where I mentioned that I was gonna be resting all through today in a bid to recover fully from the stress I've been going through in the past few days, plus Malaria from exposure to mosquito every day for the past three weeks. Today was nothing special, I was on bed all day as planned, had breakfast in bed, did a little bit of interaction here on read.cash, after which I shared a very uninteresting post on noise.cash, did a little bit of interaction on the Chad's P3 Pegaxy discord server as expected of every member, after which I watched my favourite movie once more Batman V Superman- Dawn of Justice as directed by Zack Snyder, the ware house fight scene where Batman fought those henchmen and basically ruined their lives by breaking almost every bone in their body and killing them where necessary. So basically, I stayed on bed most parts of the day and eventually slept off about a few minutes past 2 pm. While I was at the enjoyable part of the nap, my uncle's call came in but I had to ignore it since I didn't want to lose this good thing that I had. I needed that sleep badly as I have not been resting for days and been lacking sufficient sleep. His call came in at the wrong time and I had to place my phone on silent at that point after which I drifted back to dream land. I don't remember if I dreamt or not but I know the nap was enjoyable. Finally opened my eyes, checked the time and it was a few minutes to past 5pm, Damn, I had slept for three hours plus and I still felt like going back to sleep. I checked my phone and realised I had two missed calls and messages from Best friend. As much as I still needed to go back to sleep, I didn't want to ignore her message and calls, hence I had to text her with the words "*hi, I'm asleep at the moment, I simply opened my eyes briefly and realised I missed your call. Will call you when I'm fully awake, my eyes are still closing*".
The message may seem weird and a bit funny but she's the Best friend so she'd understand that I do not intend to ignore the message and still need to go back to sleep. After sending her the message, I was about to drift off once more when another call came in, I had to pick this while also stating that I was picking the call from dream land and I was gonna call back later. This person understood and even mentioned that she was glad I was taking time to sleep while also mentioning that I hardly sleep and would want me to take my time. Well, after the call my eyes were wide open and I didn't feel like sleeping anymore. I simply got out of bed, went downstairs and decided to take a walk down the street in a bid to stretch my leg after which I called Best friend once more and we had a little bit of chit chat as usual.
Long story short, today was full of nothingness, nothing special happened but it was a very boring day for me. The sleep was enjoyable but at the same time I feel like I'm lacking fun in my life. Unfortunately, as much as I wanna have some fun, I'm not the kind to go out there to relate with some random peeps since I appreciate my privacy, respect myself and enjoy the indoors. This is 10.20 pm at the time of writing and I guess it's time to sleep once more as my eyes are beginning to get heavy due to something called "*the need for sleep*". I've been cheating nature for too long but not anymore. This time I'm gonna be sleeping for hours without caring.
*Today was an absolutely boring Monday but I hope tomorrow would be full of activities. I'm hoping to receive my Pega soon from the Managers on the Chad's P3 racing server so I can begin to have fun racing while earning some VIS in a bid to increase my stream of income.*
