Warm greetings, my beloved readers!
Have you noticed something? Well if not, then I'm pertaining to my profile picture here. As a result of my boredom, I was able to edit my picture on this application called "***PicsArt***." Indeed, I was able to create something like this.
You know what folks, I discovered this app for almost 6 years. I was in Grade 10 at that time when I started editing my photos using this app because one good thing about it is that you can download it for free. Besides, this app is so easy to use.
Honestly speaking, I didn't discover this app all by myself. It was my friend who introduced me this app since she is fond of editing her pictures back then, but I don't know whether she still uses this app today.
Actually, I'd like to learn how to Photoshop. That's one of the many skills that I want to hone. Without a doubt, you can earn money out from editing photos provided that It can be considered a skill. Image editing is a time-consuming task and thus, it also uses your brain to visualize everything that you want to put in the photo to make it more appealing to the eyes.
There's no denying that the app PicsArt helped me in my task today. The president of our organization has sent a Google form link in our group chat to be filled out by us members. I thought it was just an easy task, little did I know that part of the form is to upload a recent 2x2 picture. What I have is only an old 2x2 picture which is this.
This picture was taken when I was in first year college. That being said it's an old picture. What they need is a recent one. And so instead of spending my money in Print Shop, I thought of a brilliant idea, and that is to make my own 2x2 picture.
What I did was of course to fix myself. When everything's settled, I started to take shot of myself. I struggled during the shoot because I was balancing my shoulder in the camera including my face. It's funny because I don't know if I should smile in the cam or not, but I ended up smiling. I actually took a lot of pictures but the particular picture that I instantly like is this one (below).
And so what I did is to open the Picsart app and then remove the background. Anyways, here are the steps.
Steps in making my own 2x2 picture
***1. Open the Picsart app, select the picture you want to edit, and select the "cut-out" icon.***
***2. After selecting the cut-out icon, select the "person" icon.***
***3. After clicking, it will load for a while, and it will appear like this.***
***4. Click the eye icon if you want to clear the background so that you can edit the picture precisely.***
***5. Edit your picture using the "brush" and "erase" icons.***
***6. When you're done polishing the photo, go directly to the check icon.***
***7. Download the photo to your gallery and exit the app.***
***8. Open again the app and scroll so that you will see the color backgrounds and then choose the white background since 2x2 picture requires a plain white background.***
***9. After clicking, it will appear like this. Find the "Add Photo" icon below.***
***10. Add the photo you have just edited a while ago and adjust it to the white background.***
***11. After that, click the check mark and then download the finished output of your 2x2 picture to your gallery.***

How's your day today? Was it good? Or bad? Well, I'm hoping you had a blast today! Let us choose to be happy every day. Let us not dwell on negativity.
Speaking of today, today, I discovered a challenge that was initiated by @MoonTrader 6 days ago. The title of the challenge is ***"My Read Cash Story Challenge."***
Since the challenge is without a doubt interesting, I noticed that there are few read.cashers who took on this challenge. I thought why not give this a try? That being said, for today's content I will be doing the challenge. To be honest, it's my first time to join a writing contest here, so I consider this moment a memorable one.
Anyways, the mechanics of this challenge are the following:

***1. How did you get here in "READ CASH"?***
I was able to get to know this platform because of my classmate/friend in the person of @Sequoia. I will never forget the day when she introduced me to this platform because that was a memorable day for her since it's a special occasion of his close friend which is actually my classmate as well. She talked to me if I'm up for a part-time work where I can earn money by writing articles. She explained to me most of the things that I need to know about this platform. Of course, I was amazed of what I could possibly earn since she can attest to me that she really did earn something out from writing.
Be that as it may, my biggest concerns if I joined Read.Cash was my capacity to stay on this platform for a long period of time and the kind of blogs that I will produce. I had second-thoughts in joining Read.Cash but then I thought to myself that this an avenue for me to get out of my comfort zone. If it weren't for Sequoia, I would probably still be stuck in a place where nothing grows.
*2. How Challenging it is as a writer that need to write article every day?*
If I were to rate how challenging to write an article every day, it would be 10/10. Indeed, it's so challenging because it's difficult to think of an interesting topic to write about. But you know what, in spite of that issue, I still managed to craft a blog for the day.
*3. How did "READ CASH" help you?*
Read.Cash helped me financially. Besides, this platform gave me the opportunity to maximize my potential in writing. Big thanks to this platform because I was able to become aware of things. Certainly, Read.Cash is not just an earning platform but also an avenue for knowledge acquisition because every day you get to learn something out from the blogs you read.
In addition, I'm grateful of this platform provided that, I get to express my thoughts and emotions, and thus I get to hone my skill in writing every day. I may not be as good as the other writers here, but one thing's for sure is that I'm learning, and I'm enjoying my stay here.
***4. What are the Lessons that you learned in "READ CASH"?***
Joining this platform, I've learned to be patient, persistent, and resourceful. I couldn't deny the fact that when I was just starting back then, my patience was tested. During my 1st month on Read.Cash, Rusty did not bother to visit me. At that moment, I'm starting to question myself, have I done something bad? Did I break the rules? Or was my write-ups were not that interesting and worthy to be tipped by the random rewarder?
I felt like giving up. I felt disappointed but still hoping and praying for that time to come. And yes, that moment was put into reality. I will never forget the day when Rusty finally visited my account and that was November 5, 2021. I could still feel the emotions I had at that moment. Upon checking my notification, I couldn't help but scream in happiness. Undeniably, the atmosphere of euphoria enveloped the totality of my being. Indeed, what a memorable experience I've had that I will forever cherish.
Due to that circumstance, I was so persistent to make contents every day. Despite experiencing this so-called 'writer's block,' I always make sure to find a way by being a resourceful writer. If you don't have topics in mind, then search for a topic to write. It could be a random questions or even challenges like this.
This is for the newbies of Read.Cash, be patient, persistent, and resourceful. Always remember that we have different time to shine. Just wait for your turn.

What a FRIYAY!!!

***"One of the most memorable days of my life...today"***
A fantastic FRIYAY (Friday) my dear readers of this amazing platform!!!
There's no doubt that you could tell by the title that my day went well. A lot has happened today and all I can say is that I genuinely enjoyed every single moment of it.
Anyway, If you happen to come across on my blog last Tuesday, I shared my disappointment on that particular day. I was disappointed for the reason that I failed to carry out a specific task that was already planned. And so, I really am hoping that It won't happen this Friday.
Since today is Friday, did I able to perform that task? Obviously, yes. In fact, I'm not the only one who successfully performed the task but also my group mates in Thesis. Yes, you read it right, I'm with my thesis group mates. With that said, that particular task we did today was purely school-related.

And so, for today's blog, I just felt like sharing with you all here how my Friday went. And so, without further intros, let's get started!
Since I have errands at school, I intended to wake up at 6 in the morning. I woke up earlier than my usual wake-up time which is 6:45. Everything was already prepared and fixed at quarter to 8. With that said, I used the remaining 15 minutes to check my social media accounts including this platform of course.
I left at home and traveled to my group mate's place since our thesis project was at their house. Our main task for today is to bring our project to our school which was the task we failed to carry out last Tuesday. So me, together with my group mates Chris and Sequoia, were able to transport our thesis project to our school via taxi. Thankfully, we got to use the remaining funds in Thesis to charge for our taxi fare.
If I'm not mistaken, it took as an hour before we finally enter the campus because our Adviser was still having his class, and we had no choice but to wait at the bench near at the Guard's desk. At the same time, my classmate/friend/group mate in the person of @Sequoia was confronted with a problem regarding her outfit. There's no denying that our school is following a dress code, but fortunately, she's too brilliant to find a way on how to resolve the issue.
To cut a long story short, dealing with our Thesis project and making new memories together with my group mates are the main highlights of my day.

Closing Thoughts
I can't deny the fact that I felt a sense of accomplishment today because we were able to get consultation from our Adviser and also to our three panelists. As a result, we were able to figure out which aspects of our project needed to be worked out. The good thing is that, we can go again to school by Monday to start revising our project and that means that we can utilize the necessary equipment in our lab for our project. (Ay okay! Lol)
To be honest, I felt euphoric because I was able to enter our school and at the same time be able to meet my group mates in flesh. It's been a while since the last time we met together. And so, I'm just so delighted to spend the day with them. Char!

Not an impulse purchase

I can't deny the fact that today, I've gained again a lot of new and interesting information that would surely benefit me as a pre-service teacher. As you may happen to stumble upon my recent blog, I mentioned there that I am attending a 5-day event (seminar workshop) organized by our school.
On the other hand, tomorrow will be the final day of the seminar workshop since we have just concluded the 4th day today. I would have to say that this is one of the most memorable seminar workshops that I've attended to. It was such an honor to be attending in this kind of endeavor, and thus it's a fun experience meeting people who are highly respected in their field of expertise. Without a doubt, I will only become a pre-service teacher once and so having that said, I was just so lucky to be part of this amazing event.

To be honest, I'm quite distracted right now due to my busy schedule. Nonetheless, I don't want to miss this day without publishing a blog. That being said, for today's blog entry, I'll be sharing with you here the items that I purchased on Shopee.
And so, let's start!
*1. Socks*
I considered purchasing this item for the reason that I was fascinated of how cute the socks are. Honestly, I only have plain black socks, so I thought why not buy it? Besides, I wanted to stock a lot of socks. By the way, I only bought all these for PHP 48 ($0.94). I don't know, but I like wearing socks even when I am inside the house. It feels cozy to me.
*2. Tote Bags*
The purpose why I purchased it because of the cost of the item. Imagine from PHP 150 ($2.92) each, I only bought it for PHP 67 ($1.31). Undeniably, I was able to save ($1.61).
I decided to start collecting tote bags provided that it has a become a trend and thus, I find it convenient to carry. Soon, I will buy more tote bags.
*3. Slippers*
I intended to buy these lovely slippers because I want to personally give it to my mom and my youngest sister when my brother and I travel back to our hometown. I'm going to give this stuff as my birthday present to my sister since her birthday will be next week. I only bought these items for only PHP 78 ($1.52).
***(P.S I added to cart these items last year. And just this month, I decided, why not buy these items considering that the items have marked down. That being said, I would say that this wasn't an impulsive purchasing)***
I really am a frugal person, so as much as possible, I see to it that I can save money through purchasing discounted items.
***Closing Thoughts***
It's undeniable that online shopping has become a trend in today's generation. Due to the pandemic crisis, people tend to purchase most of the things they need or desire through shopping online. Some people would tend to make this as a coping mechanism to get rid of stress. Most of us if not all find this amazing because we don't need exert much effort. Just by using our smartphones, we can purchase whatever things we want anytime, anywhere.

**Hey dear readers of Read.Cash!!!**
Was your day productive? Well in my case, I think I do considering that I was able to attend a whole-day event spearheaded by our university. It's exclusive for 4th year students who are taking the course of education. The title of the event is "Practice Teachers' Capability Building and Pre-Deployment Seminar Workshop. It's actually a 5-day event held via zoom platform. Basically, this event is preparing us for our deployment as we journey ourselves in the world of teaching. This basically means that we are now at a certain point of our journey as an education student where we have to immersed in the world of teaching.
Although the status quo of our educational setting is quite a struggle, however, this shouldn't be a hindrance. Learning should never stop. That's why online education has become a new normal way of education in today's generation.
On the contrary, before diving into the main subject of this blog, I'd like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation to my generous, and amazing sponsors of this platform. Today, I am privileged enough to hear 5 amazing topics coming from the distinct keynote speakers but out of those 5 topics that have discussed, the specific topic that struck me the most is the topic pertaining to Special Education (SPED). I couldn't deny the fact that I was interested of the topic. Perhaps, the reason is that it was the first plenary session in the morning. Besides, I really liked how the speaker conveys the topic in a way that it encourages you to listen. The speaker speaks with conviction.
What s Special Education?
Learnings
Upon hearing this topic today, I have learned so much in the perspective of our brothers and sisters with disabilities. Knowing their situation in the society, it's undeniable that the atmosphere of discrimination and marginalization is evident in them. People will tend to acknowledge first their imperfections and not as an individual.
With that being said, it is important that we must understand their situation. They never wished to be somebody who has a disability. We must have empathy by showing respect to them. Gaining respect means a lot to them for they are also humans who have emotions as well. Of course, what opportunities and rights we have, it must be equal to them as well.
All they need is to feel that they also belong in the society, that they are not an outcast. They don't deserve to be treated badly. It is crucial that equity should prevail in each one of us regardless of race, disabilities, etc. We as normal people, we must encourage them to overcome their trials in life, that no matter how strong the storm is, there's always a shelter that they can dwell in and that is "us." We can do something for them even in our own little ways. When we speak to a person with disability, we have to show positivity to him/her by smiling. We should focus on their capabilities not on their inabilities.

Today's Disappointment

Warm greetings in this cold evening dear readers of Read.Cash!
I am back again with another blog entry! Yay!
The weather in my end today was not in a good mood. I was planning not to craft a blog today as I was tempted by the cold weather. However, I don't want to waste my time scrolling through my cellphone. Although I don't have an interesting topic to write about, but still I have to make a way on how to pull this off.
As I am writing this blog, I'm lying on the bed covering myself with a blanket to keep myself warm. Besides, I'm using my brother's phone provided that my phone needs to be charged.
We humans are like phones, when we are at our lowest, we need somebody who can boost us and at the same time uplift us.
Undeniably, we can't live alone, and that is the truth no one could argue. Whether we admit it or not, in order to survive in this cruel world, we need people in our lives for that's how life should be. With that said, life should not be celebrated in solitary.

***For this blog entry, I'll be sharing my today's dissapointment. And so, let's cut to the chase!***
I used to wake up early in the morning, but this time I woke up earlier than my usual waking time. The main reason is that today, my group mates and I are going to bring our thesis project in our school. Of course, I informed my group mates beforehand about this matter.
We really readied ourselves for this day but unfortunately, the plan wasn't realized because of our Adviser. He just told me late that he has a scheduled meeting at 9am to 12pm. He could have said it to me last night that he can't meet us in the morning. I'm quite disappointed, but I have no choice but to accept it. And so, he told me that we should instead transport the project this afternoon. So, I told my group mates that we should go instead this afternoon. There's no denying that my group mates are disappointed as well.
But at around 9 in the morning, my Adviser called me that the meeting that he's going to attend was moved in the afternoon. That being said, he called me about what happened and then told me if we could transport our project since he can cater us since the meeting was moved. To be honest, I shudder in exasperation while calling him. How am I supposed to tell this to my group mates knowing that they are expecting to go to the univ this afternoon?
Despite the unfortunate circumstance, I informed them about it, and they are obviously disappointed. And so, one of my group mates suggested me that we should postpone our errands today and move it on Friday. Without hesitation, I agreed to his suggestion. I chatted our Adviser about our decision on transporting our project on Friday and as usual, he just seen my message. (Sigh)
Closing Thoughts
Without a doubt, I failed to carry out this particular task today. I hope that it won't happen this Friday. I don't like it when I didn't accomplish my task for the day because it makes me feel unproductive, and It's actually very disappointing.

It ends with I Love You

Our story was supposed to be ***"I love you more than you love me"*** and ***"you love me more than I love you"*** but sad, it really did become a story just as how it didn't deserve to be just like that. I admit that it was all my fault and the blame must be on me. It's all backfiring me now, and I hate the way I love my sense of cowardice and lies back then.
Despite these things, I want you to know that I really did love you. I have several questions here, and I hope you'll remember it clearly.
Could you still remember the last time of how I slowly caressed your hair? It was the moment I realized of how I slowly fasten my affection to you over anything else.
Could you still remember the time we first met? I never had thought that it was the moment of how destiny guided us to witness a vision of a concrete happiness.
Could you still remember the time of how happiness caressed us both under the light? It was the foresight of how heartache would mean equal, equal to that of experience d happiness. Even worse, beyond the human perception of pain.
Could you still remember the last time we held our hands? It was the warmth feeling I lone to feel one more time. It puzzles a memory of how we embrace our ***"us"*** despite how we remember it only a memory now.
Could you still remember the first romantic kiss I forced? It was the sight of how my eyes could passionately view of how important I am to you, of how you wish me to treasure you just as how you treasure me or more than that, but what I did was to just let you love me all alone without me genuinely loving you back.
Will memories make me happy again just as that of our blissful past? I came to realize that a person is fool to realize that he loves someone when someone breaks away. That's exactly what I feel right now, and I hate myself.
Will I be happy that you're gone from me now? Will I be happier without you, your smell, your gestures, your voice, your smile, and your love? It was my choice to hurt you, but why am I feeling lost now? I chose this option, and yet I would be feeling this now?
If you are happier now, I couldn't do anything but to let you feel happiness, without me. I think it's better this way to let each other's hearts go. Just let me know if you would choose to because if you don't want me to come back again one more time of this one last chance, I guess it will be alright the way it isn't is.

A-yo my fellow Read.Cashers!
How can time fly so fast? It's only few hours left until Valentine's Day. To all the lovers out there, are guys excited for tomorrow's event. Well, for sure, a lot of lovers are going to romantic places, eat at a restaurant, or even have a one-day vacation just to celebrate this momentous occasion. I guess the most important thing is that you celebrated this day meaningfully and memorably.
It's Sunday today which means it's rest day and at the same time the end of the weekend. Although it's a rest day, however I have no choice but to be busy today. Good thing is that I woke up feeling invigorated and ready to take on the day unlike yesterday, I felt so demotivated and frustrated because of what happened. Anyways, let's not bring up the past and move forward like nothing happened.

1. What does your name mean?
To tell you honestly, I got my pseudonym 'AlphaCron' from the term ***"Cronbach Alpha."*** I first heard of this term in our Research subject way back in Senior High School. I was completely amazed of this word to the extent that I even used it as my code-name. Lol. You know what guys, If I got to have a son in the future, I will name him Cronbach Alpha.
Anyways, just a short information about the aforementioned term, this term is considered a measure used to examine the reliability of test items.
Certainly, this term is somehow relevant to authenticity. So, I'm authentic. Char!
2. What's on your mind right now?
What's on my mind right now is our Thesis. Actually, I went to my group mate's place today just to help him in polishing our thesis project provided that this coming Tuesday, we will transport our project in the university. The panelists including our thesis adviser are going to check our project. Hopefully, they will help us on how to improve more out technology.
3. First thing you want to do after COVID-19 ends?
I desire to have an outing together with my beloved classmate's. Perhaps, we'll do camping at the beach. Undeniably, it has been 2 years since the last time we were complete. Having that said, I want to create memories together with them.
6. How many hours do you sleep a day?
Honestly speaking, I only have 6 hours and 45 minutes of sleep, and it's enough for me tho.
7. What's your favorite song/s?
Since I'm a fan of Ariana Grande songs, I'll consider all of her songs as my favorites. Period.
8. Any movie recommendation?
I would like to recommend this movie entitled, ***"The Privilege."*** It's available on Netflix and for sure you can access this movie through third-party sites. My brother and I watched this movie last Friday and I find the movie disturbing. Just a short spoil, the main character discovers that he's taking a pill for his insomnia that contains a Necrofungus psilocybelis in which it only grows on dead bodies.
If you are fond of watching horror-thriller and conspiracy type of film then this is for you.
9. What hurts you the most?
What hurts me the most is when I see my mother crying. I can't help myself but be emotional as well. I want my mother to be happy always.
10. Where do you see yourself in the next 10 years?
I see myself living a grandiose life. I see myself settling in the United States together with my family. Not only that, but I see myself going to different countries; countries that I've always wanted to go.
14. Something that you are proud of.
I'm proud of the person that I am right now. Being on this platform creating contents to all of you here is a huge achievement I never thought I couldn't do. I'm amazed of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone. Big thanks to the people who supported me and noticed my existence.

Feelings into words

Judging the title of this blog, you may know already that I'm not in a good mood. And so, I'd like to use this platform to express what I'm feeling today because I couldn't help myself but feel an atmosphere of anger.
I feel irritated and at the same time frustrated for the reason that my plans for today was not achieved. I know some things don't go the way we expected to happen but for goodness' sake, this is an important one.
Today, I woke up so early, although I was having a hard time sleeping last night. Having that said, I woke up having a grumpy mood. I opened my Messenger to check if our Adviser was already online or was able to message on our group chat regarding on our Thesis, but unfortunately he's not online and at the same time he hasn't even messaged us on our group chat. We were supposed to be scheduled for Thesis advising today but what happened? It was a major flop because our Adviser wasn't even online and when I do message him privately, he wouldn't even care to give a response.
I'm really pissed off because I'm wasting my 4 hours waiting for him. Actually, I'm not the only one who's waiting, my classmate/group mate @Sequioa is also waiting. As the leader of the group, I feel frustrated because we could have had a meaningful conversation together with our Adviser pertaining to our Thesis, but sad to say he didn't even care to mind the time and his students.
Truth be told, I feel like we are not being guided by our Adviser. He didn't even care to update us every now and then. Does he care about us? I don't know. I hope he realizes that we need him. Just because we don't update to him often about our Thesis, it doesn't mean we are okay, because in the first place we are not. Although we are taught to become independent individuals, however we still need someone who will direct us, someone who will facilitate and assist us to accomplish this academic endeavors that we are performing. We are struggling, and we need a helping hand.
It may seem so cliché' but I always do believe that ***"every second counts."*** And so, we should make use of our time efficiently because we don't what's going to happen in the following hours. We should be mindful of our time because we can't turn back the past. Thus, we should carry out successfully all the tasks we set for the day. Productivity should be given significance.
Closing Thoughts
As much as possible, I don't want to complain about this stuff, but my heart feels so heavy. I just want to scream in frustration, but instead of doing it, I'm here on this platform ***expressing out my feelings into words.*** I am confident that I'm safe to share my thoughts here without being criticized. There is no doubt that Read.Cash has become my journal notebook where I can write whatever thoughts I have in my mind.

Would you agree with this statement? Well, if you asked me, I do agree with it without having second-thoughts.
Today is Friday which means, we're bidding goodbye to the stressful weekdays, and saying hello to the weekends. Anyways, what's your plan for today? Me? Perhaps, I will continue watching the Korean television series entitled, ***"Bulgasal: Immortal Souls."*** I only have few episodes left until I finish the series. Actually, my brother is also watching it.
If you were to ask me about this series, I would consider this series as one of the best k-drama that I have watched. It's available on Netflix, and for sure it can be accessed as well on third-party sites. Korean dramas never fail to impress me with an amazing story provided that you will never get to predict what's going to happen. They are excellent at catching the viewers' attention which make them become curious of how the story will go.

**1. How many siblings do you have?**
I do have two siblings. Actually I'm the middle child, so basically I have an eldest brother and a youngest sister.
2. What are the age gaps?
We only have a year gap and I liked it because I feel like we're just friends.
3. Who's more stubborn?
We used to be stubborn before when were just kids, but now that we are grown-ups, no one is stubborn, I guess? Hahaha.
4. Who's more polite?
I commend my parents for raising us to become somebody who has respect and high moral values which is of course the most important thing we should possess. It's something that we should always possess.
7. Rate your closeness (1-100)
If I were to rate our closeness as siblings, I would really rate as 100/100. Thankfully, our closeness to each other never fades. Hopefully, as we grow older, we still have this level of closeness.
9. Group pictures
So here's our group pictures. Actually, these are recent pictures. We are so cute here. It's like we went to California because of the background. Lol.
21. Do you guys look the same?
Back when we were kids, we looked as if we're not siblings because of our distinct looks. Some people would not believe in us that we're siblings. But as we are evolving over the years, our looks are starting to have similarities. In fact my friend would tell me that I look like my brother.
27. Do you want more siblings?
Personally speaking, I don't like to have a lot of siblings because to me, it's crowded and there's a huge tendency that it will affect the level of closeness. What I have right now is enough for me and If I will be reincarnated, I hope that they will still be my siblings. I do love my siblings more than they know.

Undeniably, I was missing in action again for 3 consecutive days. With that said, please forgive me folks. Anyways, today, I woke up early provided that I had to attend a webinar. The webinar is focused on the Mental Health Wellness for us Pre-Service Teachers. Apparently, it was spearheaded by our institution. The webinar started at 8:30 and ended at past 11:30 in the morning. I can't deny the fact that the speakers of the aforementioned webinar are very knowledgeable about their field of expertise as they talk about mental health wellness and thus, how to cope up with stress and the like.
Moreover, they presented their individual topics comprehensively and informatively. Besides, what I like about the speakers is that they have this reassuring and comforting ambiance that really made me want to indulge in the discussion.
Being a pre-service teacher in today's educational setting, I'm quite worried of my performance. I'm worried if I fail in this field that I'm pursuing. I can't deny the fact that I'm starting to doubt myself again. Not only that, but I have this fear of failing at something that matters to me. I feel like, am I good enough to become an educator? As a result, I feel frustrated of myself. One thing's for sure is that I do believe in myself, but sometimes I can't help but think of something that questions my capability as an individual.
On the contrary, even though we haven't started yet the semester, I would have to say that this semester is quite challenging. Likewise, it's so stressful considering the fact that I was able to take a glimpse of what's going to happen. There's no denying that I will be bombarded with a lot of tasks to carry out. I can't help but overthink.
Although we only have two subjects for this semester, notwithstanding, it feels like we are having a lot of subjects because of the academic requirements that we need to comply. To tell you honestly, we're running out of time. If we don't start as soon as possible, then there's a huge tendency that we will fail to accomplish all the required academic outputs. Having that said, our status as graduating students will be at risk.
Despite everything that's bothering me right now, I will choose to remain positive and hopeful tho, that things will be in our favor and that we would have a meaningful semester as we bid goodbye to our institution and confront the realities of life.
Realizations
As I conclude this blog, I've realized that I should always believe in myself no matter what happens. Even if no one believes in me, for as long as I fully believe in myself, then no one could ever beat me nor shaken my confidence. Apart from this, I should also be mindful of the things that I tell to myself because for sure it will affect me either negatively or positively.

What's so special today?

Warm greetings, amazing Read.Cash family!!!
Your Alpha is back again with another content after not being able to publish a blog entry yesterday. To tell you honestly, I wasn't in the mood to write something yesterday. In spite of that, I made sure that I would still be productive.
The main highlights of my day yesterday was, we did perform general cleaning. We declutter all the things in the house that we don't use anymore. On one hand, I did work on our thesis paper. I was able to edit out our questionnaire for our thesis project. In fact, I already submitted our questionnaire and the validation form to our panelists. Hopefully, they will return it as soon as possible so that if there's error in our questionnaire that needs to be fixed, we could fix it early. Undeniably, we are now on our last semester and with that said, we should manage our time efficiently. On the other hand, in the evening, I was busy decorating for my father's birthday.

As you may know already, today is my father's birthday. And so, we woke up early just to greet him. Not only our father is celebrating his birthday but also our Lolo (grandfather). Although he already passed away in 2020, we still commemorate his birthday. Actually here in the Philippines, we're still remembering and celebrating the birthdays of our late loved ones by visiting them at the cemetery to put flowers or food in their graves.
With that said, my father, my brother, and I went to the cemetery to pay visit to our late grandfather. That was around 7 in the morning. So we offered him flowers and a lighted candle as a sign of remembering his birthday. After that, we went to the large cross to offer candles to our loved ones who also passed away.
We managed to return home at quarter to 8 am. Since my brother has a work later, we decided to celebrate father's birthday in the morning. On the contrary, the foods were already prepared. We had birthday breakfast at 9. It's a casual celebration tho.
Closing Thoughts
At around 11 am, my brother and I left our beloved hometown to travel back home in another city.
There's no doubt that we celebrated the birthday of my dearest father in a simple way. What's more special is the fact that we got to celebrate this momentous day together.
I promise that in the future, we will celebrate our birthdays extravagantly. Although celebrating occasions like birthdays doesn't need to be extravagant, but you know what, it feels even more special if we experience it as well. We only celebrate our birthdays once in a year. With that said, may we get to spend our special day together with our loved ones, most especially our family.

If you happened to come across with my previous blog entitled, "Apocalyptic questions: Would you rather?" then for sure you were aware of the content of my blog which is about apocalypse and zombies. You know what folks, because of this content, I woke up today with a disturbing dream. In my dream, I was being chased by zombies. As a result, I woke up with a sweat body. Thus, I felt like my body was so exhausted, although I didn't do vigorous work.

On the contrary, how's your day folks? Were you able to carry out successfully all your tasks for today? Have you felt a sense of fruition? Well, in my case, I failed to list all my tasks for today, nevertheless I felt productive for the reason that I was busy the whole day.
Anyways today, after my brother was done with his work, we decided to travel back to our hometown. Although it was not his rest day, be that as It may, he was able to secure his planned vacation leave. The reason of his vacation leave is that this coming February 7, we will be celebrating the 49th birthday of our dearest father.
Since I don't have an interesting topic to write about, I'll be answering some random questions I got on Facebook. And so, without further ado, let's get straight into the main topic of this blog!
1. How do you show someone you love them?
I would say that I am a sweet person. I do express my love to someone by giving them a warm embrace and sweet kisses on the cheeks. On one hand, what's funny about my way of expressing my love is when I do baby talk like I always do to my brother. Hahaha
2. Describe yourself using one word?
Funny. If you get to know me personally, for sure you will agree to my answer. I don't know why, but I can make people laugh. It feels great actually to hear other people laugh because of you.
3. What do you regret the most?
I regret the all the inappropriate actions that I've done back in Senior High School. If only I could turn back time, I would definitely change all my decisions and not do those things. There is no doubt that regret is always in the end. I should have though about it before I made a move. Well, I have no choice but to accept it and just move forward.
4. Would you prefer to live in the country or city?
To be honest, I prefer to live in the city not because I don't like to settle in the countryside but because I just want to be closed to opportunities. At this time of my life, living in the city is the best place to live and achieve things. By the time I acquire this so-called "self-actualization," I would really settle in the countryside so that I could live a peaceful life.
5. Who do you want to be closer to?
I want to be closer to people who can bring out the best in me. I want to be with people who will push me to become a better person and thus, who encourages me to grow holistically.

Apocalyptic Questions: Would you rather?

I was planning to not write a blog entry today because honestly, I don't have a topic to write about. However, I suddenly thought of the previous blog crafted by one of my sponsors in the person of ma'am @yhanne. I was able to read her blog two days ago. I couldn't deny the fact that I was being intrigue and at the same time interested about the content of her blog. By the way, the title of her blog is "Would you rather? (Apocalypse questions).
On the other hand, she mentioned on her blog that she managed to watch this viral apocalyptic series entitled, "All of us are dead." Actually, the moment this series was aired on Netflix on the 28th of January, my brother and I hurriedly watched it right away.
The reason why I was able to notice this series is because I happened to watch the trailer. There is no denying that when it comes to zombies, South Korea really nailed the physical appearance of zombies. Besides, I must say that Asian zombies are quite petrifying because they can run fast. Thus, I am quite amazed of the zombie actors because they really portrayed their role accurately. And for that I say kudos to them and to the people behind this series.
Going back, since I'm interested of ma'am @yhanne's blog, I decided to create my own content as well. And so, for this blog, I will be answering "would you rather" questions as well.
Anyways, let's start!
1. Would you rather be turned into zombie or watch your loved ones turned into one?
It's agonizing to witness your loved ones become zombies, nevertheless, if the situation didn't allow me to turn into one, then I would definitely choose the latter. It may be difficult for me to look at them, but I will try my best to survive. That's the only thing I could do for them; to survive.
2. Would you rather escape the world by living underground forever or in space forever?
To tell you frankly, I don't want to live in space forever because it's not my preferred habitat. I would rather live underground and live a primitive life together with the people I love. I'm clinging to this so-called 'hope' that someday, this apocalypse would be over and that we could start a new life.
3. Would you rather try to survive a global pandemic or a third world war?
World war is something that I don't want to happen provided that it's chaotic and thus, you are going to expect a massive destruction. In addition, your life is at stake because of the ammunition. For sure, you will get to experience famine and disease. So, for me, it's better to survive a global pandemic like what we are experiencing as of the moment.
4. Would you rather share your supplies with someone and risk running out or hoard them and be alone?
My answer goes like this...
At times of apocalyptic crisis, being selfish should not prevail in us. I would rather share what I have than hoard them and be alone. I guess that's the worst thing that I would do."No man is an island," and with that being said, it's better to die together with someone may it be your family, friends, or people you don't personally know rather than to die alone. At least, I have served my purpose and that is to help other people who are in need. No regrets in the end.
And that concludes my blog for today! Hopefully, we don't get to experience zombie apocalypse because that's the worse experience we could ever encounter. Seeing those people eating human flesh or having a deformed body or face is undeniably terrifying. Just imagining it, I can't help but get goosebumps.

Undeniably, it's only the 3rd day of February, but I've already achieved a lot this month. It feels so overwhelming because God has given me overflowing blessings. What did I do to deserve all of this? I'm nothing but a sinner, but despite that, still He never fails to bless me. There's no denying, He's the coolest God I've known and nothing can compare to His greatness.
Do you feel what I feel right now? I'm beyond blessed. I feel grateful for all the things that's happening in my life and I just hope that this will remain forever in me. The feeling of euphoria is without a doubt manifesting the totality of my being. February, please be nice to me until your reign ends, okay?

The content of my blog today was supposed to be included yesterday, nevertheless, I decided to just create a separate blog and publish it today. I would have to say that this blog is quite special to me.
Yesterday, our professor already gave us grades in our subject Field Study 1 and 2. Finally, the long wait is over. With that said, I quickly accessed my portal. By the way, our means of finding out our grades is through accessing the student portal. It is basically a website own by our school. Before, when we were in kindergarten or elementary, we can only see our grades through our individual grade cards, so it's undeniably conventional unlike today, we can access it through digital technology.
Anyways going back, upon opening the portal, I was extremely surprised of what I just saw right in front of my eyes. I couldn't help but shout because I did not expect to achieve a general weighted average (GWA) of 1.00 in last semester; 1st semester to be specific. It was first time in the history that I achieve a flat 1 grade.
It's like my eyes were sparkling at that moment. And so, I did show my grades to my brother. He was indeed glad for what I have achieved. Apparently, he congratulated me. After saying it to my brother, I then video called my mother to tell her this good news. When I told my mother about my grades, she expressed her great joy at my success. Her compliments and positive words was euphonious. It feels great to know that they appreciate the efforts that I put in my studies. I can feel their support and with that being said, it really uplifts my spirit. It makes me want to push myself to do well in any endeavors that I desire to perform. You know what, it's a different kind of feeling when you know you have a family who is there to cheer you when you feel like you are not good enough. To me, it's really essential to have a support system from your family aside from your companions.
Closing Thoughts
With all the challenges and hardships that I confronted last semester, I would say that it all paid off. On the other hand, part of my success are the people who helped me make this thing possible. I believe in the saying that, "***there's no such thing as impossible.***" Everything is possible, you just need to believe in yourself. Certainly, in order to succeed in college, you need to make ways on how to survive. Build linkages and be a helping hand as well.

Today; February 2, 2022, I achieved another milestone in life. You want to know what that milestones is? Well, I'm on Chapter 4 today!
Didn't you get it yet? Okay okay, let me tell you it straightforwardly. Today marks my 4th month here on Read Cash! Yay! Are you happy for me? I hope you are. I can't deny that I'm on cloud nine right now.
Without a doubt, I am stepping into a new chapter of my life as a blogger (wow amfeeling lol) in this amazing platform called Read.Cash. My journey here wouldn't be possible if not for @Sequoia. This amazing woman pushed me to come out of my comfort zone, and here I am right now, contributing something I thought I could never do. And for that I say, thank you Seq for giving me the opportunity to be part of this amazing community of talented, unique, and diverse writers.
My 4 months of stay here is indeed worthwhile. I never regretted joining this platform because I can't deny the fact that I did improve my skill in writing. Before, it's difficult for me to write something because I was accustomed to write only when it is a school task, but now I can say that I am improving every single day. Certainly, through this platform, I got to unlock the other version of me.
I agree to the statement of Dani Jorgensen that writing is some sort of ***a journey of self-discovery*** provided that through writing, we get to discover ourselves; we get discover our potentials that for sure can create a remarkable impact to us.

At long last! I can finally say, Welcome FEBRUARY!!! To tell you honestly, I'm extremely excited for what's going to happen for this month. Notwithstanding, I'm really hoping that this month will be a good month for me and for all of us. Indeed, it's a fresh start to fulfill another amazing goals. By the way, have you already listed your goals for this month? I bet you're ready to take on another challenge.
Having that said, may this month be filled with overflowing blessings, genuine happiness, financial breakthroughs, protection, love, and all the good things in life.

The content of this blog will be about whether I managed to fulfill my goals last month or not. With that said, join me in finding out!
And so, without further ado, let's start!
1. Achieve 75 subscribers on Read.Cash (Achieved or not?)
Even though I exhibit a poor performance on the month of January, fortunately, I was still able to achieve this goal.
As you can see I made it! Yay! I know I could have done better to gain more subscribers, but laziness has taken hold of me. I become inactive on this platform. Likewise, I couldn't deny to myself that I felt demotivated to write blog entries in this particular month but in spite of that, I'm still grateful for this achievement tho. Hopefully, I'll get to go back on track.
2. Gain 270 subscribers on Noise Cash (Achieved or not?)
Unfortunately, I was not able to attain this goal for the reason that I seldom post on this platform. I'm quite upset of my performance because I'm not giving my hundred percent interest. Although, I know that I have this particular goal to achieve, but I failed to make an effort to fulfill it. Without a doubt, the blame is on me. The reason of my inactivity was because I'm utilizing more of my time in the real world. I was able to bond with my family in my hometown. I would say that I was able to feel a deep sense of tranquility.
3. Save Money (Achieved or not?)
Although I only published 14 blog entries on the month of January, still I was able to earn enough money and that money will be my savings since I haven't spent my earnings on read.cash. Anyways, I would like to thank the random rewarder, my ever supportive and generous sponsors, and to my gees for upvoting my blog entries. Despite my shortcomings for this month, you never fail to give your all-out support. You guys are phenomenal!

Undeniably, I was able to achieve two goals on the month of January. And so, I want to congratulate myself for a job well done! I have confronted with a lot of challenges, but you I have overcome it. I would have to say that I really agree with this statement. Indeed, kindness is beautiful. Having that said, if you want to become beautiful, then be kind. Being physically beautiful will be disregarded or useless if you are not beautiful within. As they say, personality is more paramount than physical appearance. Having that said, it is imperative that the virtue of kindness should manifest and prevail in us. Let's be kind to one another. Let's be beautiful together.

Apparently, It's Monday and thus, it's the last day of the month of January. Tomorrow, we will be welcoming the month of hearts; February. A lot of things happened on January and so, I'll be saying goodbye to this month with no regrets and what ifs.
Anyways, who's excited for Valentine's Day? I bet all the lovers out there are super excited and can't wait for this day to arrive. Well, I'm just hoping for the best for this month. May AlphaCron get what he deserves and achieves what he wants to fulfill.
On the contrary, for this blog entry, I'll be sharing how's my day went. And so, let's get started!
I just had an amazing day today because today, I finally gave my present to my best friend. Good thing, she liked the gift tho. Today, my best friend and I went to our classmate's/thesis group mate's place for the reason that we personally checked our thesis project. I couldn't deny, I liked the outcome of our project design. It's worth the expense.
We stayed in their place for hours. During those hours, what we did was we formulated questions for our questionnaire and of course, we talked to our heart's content. On one hand, we got to eat spaghetti as our "meryenda" (afternoon snack). I would say that the spaghetti prepared by our classmate's mom is way too flavorful.
After we ate, we decided to go to the coastal road since it is just walking distance. Our classmate together with his mom, accompany us in going to the aforementioned place. If I am not mistaken, it was already 5:20 when we arrived at the place.
What we did was to walk and take some pictures of the place. What's more fascinating is that we were able to witness the setting of the sun. Although there are a lot of people in the place, nevertheless, we managed to follow the health and safety protocols. Good thing, we are all fully vaccinated.

Today is Saturday and thank goodness because I'm liking the cozy vibe this day brings. My mood is in good state because the weather is fine. By the way folks, is life treating you all well? If you asked me, I feel relieved because he (life) is not harsh to me. I do hope that life treats you kind. I know we have our individual battles to fight, but I'm confident that you will win the fight. In case no one told you today, know that you are a person who is firm and tenacious.
I can't deny, I've been absent again here for days. To tell you honestly, I got lazy these days. I don't feel like writing, so I just intended not to write. Besides, my mind is kind of like empty because I can't think of any topics to write about. Be that as it may, I really decided that today, I should update myself.
As I was scrolling on Facebook, I came across with a shared post of my Senior high school classmate. It's a random 65 questions. Since I don't have good topics in mind, I'll be answering questions that I personally picked from the post. Anyways, I will only answer 5 questions for this blog entry of mine.

1. Did you think of committing suicide?
This question is way too harsh, but I'm going to answer it by saying...
At this point of my life, I never thought of committing this sinful act. Thankfully, my mental health is stable. Notwithstanding, I feel sorry for those people who are mentally unstable because for sure, this question always come across in their minds. Life is indeed so brutal and so if you have a weak heart and a weak faith to the Supreme Being, you will be tempted to do things that will put an end to your sufferings.
2. What is your relationship status?
I'm Single and not prepared to let someone enter my life. Being in a relationship has never been my priority and I love being single because I'm free from overthinking and conflicts. I believe there's a right time for me to indulge in this kind of endeavor. For now, I want to improve myself as an individual. I want to be at my best version, and for that to happen, I need to have a full time with myself.
3. What is the best gift you receive?
If it's something that is tangible, then I would have to say that the best gift that I receive is a laptop. As you may recall my previous blog, my Aunt gave me a laptop. There's no doubt that having this particular stuff is necessary especially for us students in today's generation. We have a lot of researches to do. Thus, the current educational system today is via online, so having a laptop is indeed useful. On the contrary, the best gift that I receive if it is intangible is of course the gift of life. Sometimes, we tend to forget that our life is likewise a gift from God. Having a life is a great blessing a person could ever have.
4. What is your addiction?
I'm addicted to coffee. Periodt. Coffee lovers can only relate. Hahaha
5. What makes you scared?
I'm scared of geckos and snakes. Whenever I see videos or pictures of these animals. I can't help but get goosebumps. I just can't stand the sight of these creatures.

Before diving into the main subject of this blog for today, let me first say, How are you all? How's your health by the way? Well, if you are having a fever right now, may you get well soon. If not, then stay healthy by drinking lots of water in order for you to stay hydrated. Thus, when going to places with lots of people, always be mindful of the health and safety protocols imposed in your place. Obviously, this is to protect yourself from the virus. Additionally, by exercising social distancing, you will get mitigate the spread of COVID-19 virus. As much as possible, please do stay at home. Make use of your time together with your family. COVID-19 is undeniably legit so never underestimate it. If you are one of those people who actually don't believe about this COVID thingy, well, be careful and don't be too complacent because you will never know what's going to happen.
On the contrary, I decided to write this blog entry at around 5 pm for the reason that I took a nap at 1 pm and woke up at exactly 2:10. After that, I intended to watch Single's Inferno on Netflix. So, just a quick info about it, it is a dating show. I started watching this show yesterday together with my siblings, but since my youngest sister has a class today and my brother was returned home to another city, I have no choice but to watch it alone. Lol. If you asked, I find this show interesting and exciting. And so, if you want to know more about this show, then you can access it through the Netflix account. I guess you can likewise watch it to some third-party websites of your choice. Hahaha.

As promised, the content of my blog for today has something to do with what I stated in the closing thoughts of my previous blog. And so, let's get started!
When we were kids before, every time our fever is about to end its visitation period, my parents would really make us go to the beach and just to go for a swim so that we can recover fully from being sick. And actually, it always works. Since we are meters apart from the beach, we can just go there, and it's either to us if we walk or ride a transportation vehicle. The decision is up to us tho. Lol.
Anyways, here's the thing. Yesterday, my Father, my youngest sister, and I went to the beach at around 6 in the morning for a swim. Even though 6 am is somehow early, nevertheless, I already saw a lot of people running on the shore, playing the sand, and swimming to their heart's content.
Despite the number of people in the beach, we still see to it that we follow the health and safety protocol. There's no denying that it's been for ages since the last time I swim in our local beach. Although the seawater is not as blue as the sky, nevertheless, I like the view of the mountains and the mesmerizing sunrise. Without a doubt, I just admire the calmness of the sea at that time.
Unfortunately, we just swam for like 20 minutes. Although we didn't stay for too long, be that as it may, it's okay provided that I'm not used to swim for too long unlike when I was a kid. Lol.

I'm healed

Just this morning As I was scrolling on Facebook, I came across with this post.
I can't deny the fact that it's only the 1st month of the year 2022, and yet I experienced fever. Actually, It's been a while since the last time I experienced having a fever.
That's why, I was not able to publish a blog entry on this platform for days because of the situation that I'm into. Having that said, please for give me folks for not reading your amazing blogs and likewise for not interacting with you.

Today, I'm feeling much okay. However, I haven't taken a bath because my parents told me not to. I really do hope that fever will not be going to visit me again.
Anyways, for this blog entry, I'm going to share with you what I have been through for the past days. And so, let's get started!
On the evening of January 20, that's the day when I experienced an odd feeling in my body. At first, I experienced muscle pain when I wake up in the morning. I thought that maybe I got muscle pain due to dancing. Yes you read it right. I was dancing to my heart's content on the 19th. I was following the dance tutorial on YouTube. I know how to dance but not that fast enough to learn the dance steps easily. Due to exhausting myself, I got to experience muscle pain. I did manage to work during the day, however, in the evening, I couldn't help myself but stuck in the bed. I was having a terrible headache which led me to have a high fever. I guess, every one of us doesn't like to experience headache as it really affects your mood. I would have to say that the level ache I felt on my head at that moment was way too excruciating. Thus, I was having chills. As a result, my mother wasn't able to have a good sleep because of my situation. She monitored me and gave me medicine just to make me feel better. Be that as it may, I still felt the aching sensation of my head to the extent that It extended on the 21st.
I was having a very high fever on the 21st. My eyes sore, my lips were dry, and my body was so fragile. What I did was to lay on the bed. My mother was worried of me because I didn't have sweat. She told that once I produced sweat, I will feel better. With that being said, what made me produce sweat was when I vomit. After I vomit, I felt much okay. So, I slept and when I wake up. My fever including my headache gradually disappeared. As a result, I was able to join with my family eating "samgyupsal."
Closing Thought
Since I wasn't able to take a bath for 2 days in a row, my Father decided that tomorrow we should go to the beach and there we would go for an early swim. Anyways, I'll try to share this on my next blog.

Finally, Mr. Sun has finally come out after few days of hiding behind the dull gray sky. Hopefully, Mr. Sun will always choose to feel the atmosphere of ecstasy so that he can brighten up mood every day.
The reigning period of the month of January is about to end, and I know most of us on this platform if not all, have specific goals to achieve for this month. I just hope that we will carry out successfully all the goals we want to put into reality. We may experience difficulties in life this month, however, I do hope that we will conquer it all. Just trust the process and have the determination and perseverance to carry on what you are pursuing.

As for this blog, allow me to share with you the poem and the letter which I wrote 5 years ago.
I wrote these two write-ups during our first periodical examination in Creative Writing when I was in Senior High School. Since it's an examination, it's impromptu. Anyways, I happened to come across with these write-ups when I was decluttering my stuff. To be honest, I was amazed to see my exam papers having satisfactory scores. I can say that I somehow nailed my Academics in SHS.

Picnic at the beach

*What's up terrific readers of Read.Cash!*
As I am writing this blog entry, it's raining cats and dogs in our end. I'm laying in the bed right now enveloping my body with a blanket in order to keep me warm, although I'm experiencing a slight shiver.
Anyways, how have you been folks? I've missed you guys so much. I've been missing in action again for days. With that said, I'm sorry. I just couldn't juggle my time lately. I've been in my hometown for almost a week already and all I did was to focus on getting the most out of my time here. Likewise, I've been so busy in the real world to the extent that I had to use my time on this platform and at the same time on Noise.Cash. There is no denying that there are only few days left until we welcome the month of hearts; February.
I would have to say that this month, I exhibit a poor performance. I'm really hoping that I will get to achieve my goals for this month despite the issues that I am facing right now. Be that as it may, If I failed to attain it, then I have no choice but to accept it and that no one else to blame but myself.
Failing to achieve something in life is without a doubt disappointing, however, it doesn't mean that you will fail for the rest of your life. I believe we all have weak moments in our lives and for me, it's valid because we are just humans capable of being vulnerable. Certainly, you will never appreciate success if you never experience failures in life. We fail because we are not perfect. Achieving something requires perseverance and dedication. Giving up shouldn't be a choice.

As for this blog entry, let me share with you how we spend quality time with my cousin yesterday. And so, enough with the intros, let's get straight into the main subject of this write-up!
My youngest sister and my cousin was planning to have a girl bonding yesterday. They both planned on hanging out together after they met at school which happened on Friday. My sister was at school at that time to do a contract signing for her scholarship in the organization that she joined while my cousin was having her graduation pictorial. Yes, you read it right she's going to graduate this year (and also me, hopefully). By the way, she's a Grade 10 Junior High School student.
On one hand, so my youngest sister initiated where should they spend time together. At first, she told me that they would just go to a fast-food restaurant and just talk to their heart's content, however, she realized that our cousin has no qr code and was not yet vaccinated. Having that said, she thought of another option. After minutes of contemplation, she arrived at a conclusion that they will have a picnic by the beach. Since the beach is just meters away from our house and also to my cousin's, without hesitation, she suggested me to join their bonding time. Without hesitation as well, I said YES!
Yesterday, my sister went to the market to buy some foods for our picnic. We spent $10 dollars for the food. I can't deny the fact that the foods my sister bought was suitable for picnic. Thus, the foods were enough for us.
FAST FORWARD
The main highlights of our bonding time was reminiscing memories together when we were just kids, taking pictures, and making TikTok videos (which I will post on my TikTok account).
**Closing Thought**
I can't deny the fact that I felt the atmosphere of euphoria yesterday because my youngest sister and I got to spend quality time with our youngest cousin. I just missed those good old days when we used to play and hang out together. The days when the word 'problem' was not in our vocabulary.

Your Alpha is back again after 3 days of being inactive. Having that said, I'd like to express my sincere apology for failing to be active on this platform. Thus, I'm sorry to those who commented my previous blog for responding late.
To be honest, I was having a hard time managing my time this past few days because I was so busy helping out in fixing our house; as what I have also said on my previous blog. Besides, I just couldn't focus writing because of what I've been up to recently.
Actually, not only on this platform that I'm inactive but also on Noise.Cash. I seldom check my phone, so that's why. I just didn't feel like writing as well. In fact, I thought of ending my journey here for good. Have you also thought of that in mind? Well, I have reached to that point now.
Notwithstanding, I can't deny, I've missed you guys! I was about to postpone crafting this blog today, good thing I managed to write despite being busy as a bee. I told my parents that they should give me time to write my blog today as I was absent for 3 days in a row. Anyways, for this blog entry, allow me to share my personal experience regarding on the subject of this blog. And so, let's get started!

Taking pictures has always been included on the list of my pastimes. I feel like whenever I take pictures, it feels like I'm a professional photographer. Lol. Most of you here if not all, prefers to capture beautiful sceneries, but as for me, I do love taking photos of people. You know what, it's a great feeling for me when someone appreciates the photos that I took. I may be Jack of all trades master of none at least I can do several things which make me versatile.
On the contrary, I feel like I am a photographer when we had a photoshoot with my youngest sister last January 7 this year. So, we did a photoshoot provided that she joined a contest called Top Model in their dance organization. They had their 3-day outing (Jan. 8-10) and part of their program is that particular competition. Fortunately, she won the contest. With that being said, I felt proud of my output. To me, it was an achievement because I was the one who took the winning photo.
Anyways, the theme of the photoshoot we had was black and white. I personally chose this theme because I find it suitable to her outfit. The location of the photoshoot we just did was so low-key provided that we managed to make it inside the boarding house. Despite the space issue, we successfully carried out the photoshoot.
Closing Thoughts
She really nailed the photoshoot and so no wonder she won the competition. Being the photographer, I would say that I played my part and give my all. In conclusion, it was an unanticipated achievement of mine.

As I am writing this blog entry, I'm still here in the bed wanting to just stay the whole day because I'm currently experiencing muscle pain.
As much as I want to be active on this platform yesterday, however, I can't help myself but fail because of my other significant responsibilities that I necessitate to perform. Yesterday, I wasn't able to write a blog entry for the reason that I don't have a topic to write about and besides, I got busy helping in fixing our humble abode. With that said, I would just like to appreciate all the construction workers across the globe especially in the Philippines. I just realized how exhausting and risky your job is, but you endure it just to provide the needs of your family. You guys are worth the recognition. Certainly, the job of a construction worker is not easy.

For this blog entry, I will share with you here what I recently discovered on Tiktok. And so, let's cut to the chase. Let's get started!
3 days prior, as I'm watching videos on TikTok, I came across with a particular video that talks about the main cause of varicose. I can't deny the fact that this video is related to me because personally speaking, I do have varicose veins.
What is Varicose Veins by the way?
I have varicose veins and at the same time spider-veins on my right leg. I'm kind of worried because it's scattering upwards. Actually, there are times when I experience leg swelling and pain.
The existence of varicose veins in my right leg has first appeared when I was in Grade 9. At that time, it was visible but not that big enough to notice. I didn't mind it because I thought that it would stay small, and it won't scatter. However, I observed that it expands and gets bigger and bigger as years pass. Having this on my leg is quite disappointing, and I'm the only one to be blamed because I should have treated it instead of letting it scatter and becomes visible. For sure, those who have varicose veins prefer to wear pants over shorts. That's why when I go out, I go for pants. I only wear shorts when I'm inside the house.
Anyways, going back, after watching the video I searched more on TikTok if there are remedies for varicose veins. And so, I was able to find ways on how to treat it, but what catches my interest is the video wherein a woman is introducing a varicose serum. It's a product of Bio Neu. After watching it, I abruptly search the shop on Shopee and there I find the product. I was shocked to find out that from PHP 999 ($19.46), the product has marked down and becomes PHP 244 (4.75). And because of that I bought it right away. What I discover as well is that this product can treat leg scar and stretch marks. Having that said, this product is way too good.

I have lots of insecurities in my body and one this is having varicose veins. I just hope that the product that I bought on Shopee could help me get rid of this insecurity.

For this blog entry, I will share my top 4 favorite pastimes. Without further delay, let's head directly to the main topic!
**What is pastime?**
My Top 5 Favorite Pastimes
**1. Writing**
For almost 3 months of being active on Read.Cash, I would have to say that writing has become my pastime. In fact, it has become part of my daily tasks. Before, I used to hate writing for the reason that I was not used to writing lengthy write-ups. Truth be told, I only write something if it is for academic sake. However, now that I indulge myself into writing, I realized that writing can be a great avenue to express what you feel. Besides, writing enables your mind to think. Actually, I prefer to write something with the use technology instead of the conventional stuffs for writing.
**2. Reading**
2020 is the year when I started to get interested in reading. Way back, I never liked reading as it makes my eyes sore and thus, it makes me sleepy. Be that as it may, gladly I was able to overcome it. In fact, in that specific year, I was able to read almost 20 books. It was indeed a success. Never had I imagined myself that I find the willingness to push myself to read. Due to this effort, there's no denying that I have gained learnings from the books that I read. In addition, I let myself learn so many things through reading. I was able to gain new words every day. On the contrary, since I'm now a part of this amazing platform, I can read whatever articles I want to read.
**3. Watching Movies**
Whenever I have a spare time, I watch movies. I guess every one of us is fond of watching films. However, in terms of the genres of the movie, there's no doubt that we have different tastes. As for me, I like to watch romantic-comedy movies. I don't know why, but it brightens up my mood.
**4. Listening songs**
Whenever I feel bored especially if I don't have internet on my phone, what I always do is to listen songs on my Spotify app. Big thanks to my brother because he gave me a Spotify account so that I will no longer borrow his account. Anyways, I can download the songs and still can listen to it even if is offline. Most of the songs that I usually listen is from my babe Ari G. (Ariana Grande). I started to hear her songs when I was in Grade 9. On the contrary, when I feel like I want to emote, I listen to OPM songs.

AlphaCron is back again with another content today after not being able to publish yesterday. Be that as it may, I was able to read at least 10 articles and at the same time interact with my co-writers here. As much as I wanted to read more blog entries, nonetheless, I was really busy. I am busy as a bee yesterday.
Anyways, we are now on the 6th day of the year 2022 today. With that being said, how’s life going on right now? I do hope that you will find a way to combat your battles in life. Just because it’s 2022 it doesn’t mean that our problems last year will be gone by just a blink of an eye. Problems are always there to provoke us or bully us to the point that we get to become fragile. But you know what, if we continue to be bullied by our problems, we will remain losers. It is crucial that we should learn how to fight back. Don't let problems manipulate your emotions. Don't stay forever as a victim. Instead, fight! That's the only way you will overcome it.

For this blog entry, let me share with you here the reason why I failed to upload a blog yesterday. And so, let's cut the crap!
I had to admit the fact that I was busy yesterday because I needed to travel back to other city and be with my brother and my youngest sister. I actually don't want to leave my mom and dad, however, my youngest sister, requested me to help her find suitable outfits for her outing this 8th of January. Besides, she wanted me to do a fun shoot. It's for the contest purpose.
So yesterday, at quarter to 9 in the morning, I left the house and bid my goodbye to my parents. Fortunately, I was able to arrive safe and sound.
Fast-forward (Afternoon)
We decided to go hangout together at 4 pm. We went to the nearest mall in our area. Furthermore, we roamed around the establishment for like 30 minutes. Of course, I managed to take some photos of us. I couldn't deny, we looked so great in the pictures. Eyyy! After going to the mall, we headed directly to several thrift stores in the city to find outfits for my sister. To be honest, my brother doesn't go to places like thrift store, but thankfully we were able to make him go with us. He even helped us find clothes for my sister.
For almost 2 hours, finally we were able to go back to the boarding house. I felt exhausted at that time, but it's okay because I got to spend my day together with my siblings. It has been a while since the last time we were together hanging out.
Anyways, we ended our day watching a 2021 film entitled, Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City. I have to be honest but the film is not that interesting to watch. I was expecting so much of this film considering that this movie has a lot of parts, but I was disappointed.

What Is a Faith healer?
A faith healer is somebody who thinks they can cure and heal people who are sick by means of a prayer or metaphysical powers.
What is faith healing?
My father started to become a faith healer for 2 years ago. Her mother was also a faith healer. Whenever we are sick before, we tend to approach Grandma. She can diagnose what happened to us why we experience unexplained nausea, stomach ache, or anything that makes you feel sick without any reasons. My grandma believes in this term called **"*****usog*****."** Usog is like a spell which occurs when a person tends to praise you extremely because of your beauty or talent, or the things that makes them desire to praise you. As a result, the person who receives the usog will experience a mysterious illness.
She can diagnose who's the person who cause you usog. In order to cure the mysterious illness, the person causing the usog will apply his/her saliva on your stomach or forehead and say ***"Pwera Usog"*** (No bad vibes, No jinxing, please).
Anyways, going back, I can't deny the fact that most of our ancestors from both my mother and my father's side are "Manambalay" (Healer in English). Perhaps, my Father inherited his ancestors' practice. I feel like he has found his true calling.
Closing Thoughts
For almost 2 years of performing faith healing, he has cured a lot of sick people. Indeed, prayer is very powerful. Having that said never underestimate the power of prayer. Periodt!

Learning by doing: A day in my life

AlphaCron is back again with another blog for you to read while you're in the comfort of your own space.
Anyways, for this blog entry, this is going to be a freestyle writing. I just want to wrap up what happened to my day today. To be honest I have no good topics to write about perhaps because my mind and my time so focused on my parents. I've been in my hometown for 3 days already. My brother returned to another city on the first day of the year 2022 for the reason that he has a work. I'm not sad because during the New Year's Eve he got to spend the New Year together with us even just for a short span of time. I couldn't deny that we had so much fun. We managed to make the most out of our time dancing while video-calling our relatives from Luzon and Mindanao, singing our favorites songs and watching Filipino comedy movies.
On one hand, just yesterday, my youngest sister were able to extend celebrating the New Year together with the family of his boyfriend at the beach in Samal Island. She's now staying with my brother for just 3 days. I'm glad because she gets to bond with my brother. So I'm currently staying with my parents as of now. It feels like I'm an only child. Hahaha. I get to hug and kiss them now and then. I missed my parents so much. They are the best parents I could ever have, and I'm grateful for this opportunity.

I slept late last night and was able to wake up early. Although I slept late however, I haven't felt an atmosphere of exhaustion. Good thing I did not experience sore eyes. On the contrary, I had my breakfast at 8 in the morning. Since my mom has already broomed our front yard, I told mom that I should wash the plates instead.
My parents were so busy dealing with their own errands today. So, during the morning at around 9:30 I am all alone. I was able to utilize my time cleaning the house, visiting my social media accounts, reading articles and interacting with the writers on Read.Cash, and watching entertaining contents on TikTok. I actually like my own company, so I don't bother to care if I'm alone.
Without a doubt, I consumed most of my time in the morning watching TikTok videos. This app Tiktok has been widely used by people around the world provided that it gives them not only entertainment, but also you can watch educational videos to gain learnings. Thus, people can also create their own contents and share it to the rest of the users across the globe.
Despite the positive effects of this platform, however, people specifically parents should be mindful of their children in terms of watching TikTok videos. Always make sure to supervise them because there are contents that are not suitable for very young audiences.
Just this afternoon at quarter to 5, I decided to tell my father to teach me how to ride a motorcycle with clutch. I never would have expected that I world be able to learn riding it for like 3 minutes. I must say that it's just a piece of cake for me.
Anyways, that concludes my blog for tonight. My blog was kind of soupy, be that as it may, thanks for taking the time to read this blog!
