Morning guys.. Woke up not feeling well.. We all have cough at home.. I guess it's due to this hot weather then aircon at night... I was craving for lugaw (porridge) again but was lazy to cook as it takes a longer time.. Here's something I discovered lately, leftover rice turned into banana porridge in just 3 minutes 😅 I just sprinkled it with Chia seeds... Bf solved haha...

My mood is as gloomy as the weather.. Cold+cough+sinusitis+tonsilitis+body inflammation. I seldom get sick but when it happens, it seems like my whole body system is inflamed. I wanted to get rid of this discomfort too soon as I am not used to it. I bought these banana and honey lemon citron which says to be good for cough. My boss gave me this herbal medicine that I need to 4tabs 3 times a day. It's really annoying working while I am sick. It makes me want to just lay down on my bed.

Last Sunday, I bought puto cheese and now I'm craving it. I decided to buy ingredients and make them instead of buying. It's also a perfect snack since it has no gluten.. But I didn't expect that it needs to be fermented before cooking 🤣.. I was too excited . . that I just added instant yeast powder to lessen the fermentation process.
