Last Sunday, I bought puto cheese and now I'm craving it. I decided to buy ingredients and make them instead of buying. It's also a perfect snack since it has no gluten.. But I didn't expect that it needs to be fermented before cooking 🤣.. I was too excited . . that I just added instant yeast powder to lessen the fermentation process. I'll be cooking this after an hour . haha.
