For those of you that are new to my MidNight Gems series. Welcome to this nightly trip on which we will uncover & recover some amazing songs & covers.
Living in Spain, Loving America Latina...still struggling with Spanish... but loving the music. Therefore I will lead you tonight on a southern trip mixing the oppression and the oppressed.
And I am not even checking where they originate from I am just gonna play the music and take you down this Latin road.

A love story can sound soo different depending on the narrator, just like this song doesn´t sound anything like that song 4. This is just a tribute.

That lazy guitar get´s me every-time, and so does the lazy Spanish... I guess I love the laziness of America Latina it´s in the root of the country and it´s people and I would not want it any other way-

I would love to live lazy, being this stressed perfectionist from northern Europe... why can I not just be. Be like the wind, be like the water, be like those lazy melodies.

What the fluff are midnight gems?
Somewhere lost in time, trying to escape out of the rabbit hole back into the rat race there is a vacuum..... that´s the place where midnight gems are found.
My Midnight Gems will try to uncover & recover those beautiful songs that nobody ever noticed or might have been forgotten.
Who the fluff am I?
Being a former DJ playing about everything and having an uncompleted study of radio journalism. I have been wanting to do this for years....Thought about it many nights and guess now it´s time to finally take it to the streets.
