We had uncooked peanuts in the kitchen from yesterday's dinner. I thought of cooking them in garlic and chili. So I watched a video on Yt on how to cook it. Then I tried it. I heard from my boss that some workers on HK slaughterhouse where pigs are butchered have covid-19 so it's temporarily closed for disinfection and workers are under quarantine. Since Saturday, the pork shops are closed and so temporarily, pork isn't available in our area. Not sure in other places though. I'm searching for the exact reason why shops are closed as my boss' information isn't reliable 😅 but to no avail . I'm okay with veggies though...
