Make a list of the three to five most important values you adhere to in your life today.
By what qualities and values are you best known today among those who know you?
What value do you consider the most important of those that govern your relationships with other people in your life?
What are your values in terms of money and financial success. Do you apply them every day?
Describe your idea of the ideal person you would most like to be when you have no limits.
What change could this be in you to help you live in greater harmony with your value system?
The essence of personality is the value system, so is your personality.
If you have a positive value system including love, compassion, and the generosity that people in your world deserve that value, treat them accordingly.
Expectations - If you believe you are a good person, expect good things to happen to you
Your attitude - Your attitude will be an external manifestation of a cheerful system of values, beliefs and expectations.
Your actions - Your external actions will be the ultimate reflection of your inner values, beliefs and expectations.
Make sure the ladder of success leans on the right support as you climb it. Faith in yourself comes by listening to your intuition, that "quiet voice" inside.

What about your health? Do you believe in the importance of self-discipline, self-control and self-control regarding food, exercise and rest?
