Hello dear virtual friends, how are you today? One of my favorite topics I like to write about is modern psychology. Over thirty books I have read and attending seminars entitles me to write freely on the subject.

Decide today to forgive everyone who has ever hurt you in any way. Get rid of it. Refuse any further discussion in this regard. Instead, focus on doing what's important to you, so you don't have time to think about it again.
Many people are still angry at their parents for not doing or doing something for them. They are trapped by the past and cannot tear themselves away from it.
Your biggest enemy is a negative emotion that hinders you, tires you, takes away all the joy of life. Be in yourself self-pity, envy, jealousy and anger. When you remove them from your thinking, your negative emotions will automatically disappear. Then you will be governed by love, serenity, joy and enthusiasm and your whole life will change for the better.
Stop making excuses
For some reason, people are constantly explaining and elaborating the reasons for their negative feelings. However, if you can’t justify your negativities you can’t even be human.
Refuse to rationalize and find excuses
Rationalization and justification always require you to declare someone or something else the source or cause of your problem. You assign yourself the role of a victim while making another person a “villain”.
Rise above the opinion of others
Psychologists say, "Everything we do we do to earn the respect of other people or to avoid that respect."
Responsibility as an antidote
Responsibility nullifies negative emotions. When you get rid of negative emotions and take full responsibility then you reach the goal.
Stop blaming others
"No one can make you feel less valuable if you don't agree to it."
Control your emotions
Whenever you complain or criticize others, you evoke feelings of negativity, anger and rage. Then you are the one who suffers. Being angry at someone means allowing them to control your emotions and thus the quality of your life. Positive emotions such as love, enthusiasm and happiness contribute to being STRONGER. You choose, you decide!
Develop a government strategy
You are responsible for personal strategic planning:

Take the helm of your own life
Orient yourself towards the future and think about what you want and where you want to go. Above all, you think about your goals.
Determine the place of your control
People with an internal place of control feel they are in complete control of their lives. With the right place of control, others control them.
The three elements go in a package of responsibility, control and happiness.
