The rise of robots Industries that robots have changed the most so far, and a few that you would never think would creep in at all. In the summer, one of Apple's largest subcontractors, China's Foxconn, which became "famous" for reports of inhumane working conditions, announced that they would start including robots, so-called foxbots, in production, one of which costs close to 20 thousand euros. **One and a half million robots in the global industry:** **1.Automotive and electromechanics:** The tasks of robots in the automotive industry are most often welding, painting and other forms of application of materials, machining and assembly. Various special features include quality control. Another distinct area of application of robots is electromechanics, where smaller and lighter robots are involved, and the tasks are similar to those in the automotive industry. **2.Aviation: greater monotony of pilot work, fewer accidents** But robots are penetrating many industries (by which we mean artificial intelligence in a variety of forms). The aviation industry is an example of how automation can take over the work of even the most skilled. In the 1980s, aircraft such as the Airbus A320 appeared on the market, where the computer took the lead not only in flying but also in controlling pilots. Computers monitor all maneuvers that pilots want to perform and strictly control that they do not exceed the permitted limits, otherwise they prevent them from activity. In the latest models, such as the two-story Airbus A380, pilots before they enter the desired parking position and the computer calculates the required braking force for the optimal exit from the runway. Crews are now more in the role of computer supervisors. As a result, practicing the pilot profession has become so monotonous that the challenge is how to stay focused during the flight. The pilots of the former Northwest airline flew over their final destination for more than 200 kilometers in October 2009. However, there has been great progress in aviation safety. According to last year’s statistics, there were 265 deaths per 31 million flights, more than half the ten-year average of 720 deaths per equal number of flights. **3.Healthcare: The Greatest Advances in Surgery** The IBM Watson supercomputer is able to make a better diagnosis and adopt a more appropriate method of treatment based on extensive records of past patient treatments and continuous improvement of the database with new scientific knowledge in the field of medicine. In surgical rooms, the benefits of robotization are manifested in greater accuracy, nicer and smaller incisions, blood loss and pain are less for the patient, and treatment is faster. Surgeons can operate the robotic arm via a so-called telemanipulator (the user is in physical contact with the robot) or via computer control. The advantage of the latter is that the surgeon can perform the operation anywhere in the world. Robots are used in general surgery as well as in cardiac, neurosurgery, urology, pediatrics and gynecology. Robots are also becoming increasingly important in recovery. Robots allow patients to do more repetitions in exercise training, while relieving therapists of strenuous physical work. , medicines, food, beds. Physicians are still irreplaceable for now, but robots can be an intermediary between a patient and a physician who is not physically present. **4.Flying postmen** At first glance, it is difficult to imagine automation in services. Last but not least, this involves a wide range of work and, in many cases, important contact between people. But there are big changes in this area. In delivery, robotics is reminiscent of science fiction films from the 1970s. Flying robots, whose range does not exceed one meter, can carry both lighter and heavier loads. For example, the local Lakemaid brewery sent crates of beer to fishermen who go to Mille Lacs Lake in Minnesota every winter, gaining worldwide attention. But the state-run U.S. Aviation Control Agency (FAA) has banned commercial drone flights, hurting a number of technology companies developing such distribution systems. Among the most active is the world’s largest online store, Amazon. According to its boss, Jeff Bezos, the drone shipment could only be sent to the user 30 minutes after the order was placed. The maximum weight of shipments that Amazon drones could deliver is 2.3 kilograms, which means 86 percent of all the company's shipments. Of course, the regulation of air traffic is important. Compared to passenger planes, there would be incomparably more drones, which poses a major challenge in preventing collisions. In addition, drones fly low, the flight altitude mostly does not exceed 300 meters, which means a high risk of collision with taller buildings and natural obstacles. To this end, the US space agency NASA is developing an automated air control system designed exclusively to prevent drones from colliding with each other and with other objects in the vicinity. **5.Infantry warrior** Drones are also a new weapon, used by the Americans in Afghanistan, Pakistan and, finally, some Islamic State targets. The U.S. Department of Defense has announced that it will reduce the number of drones, as they do not have many options for defense in enemy airspace, and pay more attention to robotic systems for shorter, more intense bombing. To get robotic soldiers to fight instead of humans, however, some more water will pass. Despite decades of research and breakthroughs in robotics, the development of autonomous military robots is slow. There are the first prototypes of humanoid robots, but they lack portable energy sources and sufficient artificial intelligence. Another branch of development goes into connecting robotic military systems with humans. This would gain the soldier gaining in reaction time, accuracy and power. In this area, too, Americans are far ahead of everyone. The goal of the Land Warrior project is to equip soldiers with wearable computers, advanced communication equipment, helmet visors and displays, and exoskeletons - robotic "suits" for faster movement on the ground. **6.Loan advisers** For many, a surprising area where artificial intelligence is increasingly penetrating is finance - when lending, it can assess risk more accurately and set a more optimal interest rate. That is already a reality. Doric Inc. uses algorithms to calculate the interest rate on a loan to a company or individual. In doing so, it can keep track of all the relevant data that lenders need over time. The creditworthiness of an individual or a company is constantly monitored and any possible major deviations that could jeopardize the repayment of the loan are thus more quickly revealed. Advising consumers on choosing the right investment plan or taking out a loan has gained a lot with new technologies and part of the mass redundancies in large banks in recent years can also be attributed to the automation of some processes. **7.Butler, cook, waiter** Robots are also getting their place in tourism. The Starwood hotel chain has started test use of the robot assistant Botlr with Aloft. The robot, which measures a good meter in height and resembles a self-driving trash can in shape, delivers orders in front of the guest's room. Botlr employees place an order and send it to the guest room. Botlr can even use an elevator on its way, which is the first condition for using a robotic delivery man in a hotel. In addition to lower labor costs, hoteliers are also hoping for higher quality services. The robots are never annoying, intrusive or rude, they will not wait for a tip at the door. ROBOT ASIMO AS A WAITER The robots are also already preparing food and serving it to those guests who are comfortable with such service. They are leading the way in China, where more robotic restaurants have opened than waiters. Upon arrival at the restaurant, you are greeted politely and brought food to the table. The price of such a robot is around 6,500 euros, with a "lifespan" of five to eight years.Developments in this area are extremely rapid. Robots are already helping out in the kitchen. Due to their shape and ability to quickly and accurately repeat certain tasks, they take over certain jobs from the chefs and thus also slowly replace them. This makes you less likely to find hair during your salad. **8.On the road without a steering wheel** Already, partially intelligent transport systems manage signaling, car navigation, and freight traffic control. We also know the automatic recognition of license plates and smart traffic lights, which, based on the received data of radar sensors, cameras and sophisticated algorithms, adjust the traffic signals according to the current situation. The Slovenian company A.s.K. has developed, for example, COPS @ road, a system with software-controlled sensors and an active light display that warns participants of the danger of a collision in real time when entering a priority road. We will witness even greater changes behind the wheel of the driver. If this one will even exist. This summer, Google introduced the first hundred prototype vehicles, which are expected to be without a steering wheel and pedals in a while; it is a new two-seater car equipped with sensors, navigation and a computer. It reaches speeds of up to 40 kilometers per hour. Cars that are not far from this are already being driven on European roads. The latest Mercedes S-Class sedan automatically keeps the car in the lane, detects pedestrians and responds by braking to a stop, detects the risk of a rear-end collision, then stops the car completely if necessary and prevents a chain collision. Peugeot is developing a special infrared camera aimed at the driver's face, which detects a person's mood. Angry drivers will be calmed by the system with pleasant music, and the aggressive light will wake the drivers. **9.Robotic news** General news or content summarizing current events may be taken over by technology. Most interesting is its current level of development. Namely, artificial intelligence is not only suitable for short reports, but algorithms can compose text that takes into account the context, and they can also include humor in it. The report on the result of a certain match can thus be prepared taking into account the fans of the winning or defeated team. **10.Humanoids to help the elderly** Robots in the household? Maybe you already have it, a Husquarna lawn mower or an iRobot vacuum cleaner, humanoid robots, .... Experts are confident that we will have the first really useful humanoid robots towards the end of the next decade. These robots are supposed to gain energy by drinking water and breathing air and generally have the appearance of a human. Futurologists are also convinced that robots will be able to recognize our mood and adapt to it. Japanese robot Hiroshi Ishiguro, who developed the humanoid twin, believes that knowledge in this area is advancing so much that we will soon find it difficult to separate man from robot. Opportunities also open up for the care of the elderly. It consists of a robot and a multitude of sensors that are distributed throughout the apartment and monitor the health and activities of the elderly person. **Robots are therefore taking on more and more functions in our professional and private lives. Therefore, the question rightly arises as to who will control them.**

A very special recipe for lunch that no one will be able to resist! Good morning @cashreaders. How are you today? I hope you all doing great. Today i want to share with you one great recipe for lunch. So lets go! The dish is based on the intertwining of tastes of tradition and innovative modern healthy cuisine. Little is next to experimentation and the result is an imaginative dish. **The secret of preparing ravioli with homemade cottage cheese and walnuts, čemaž cream with white sweet potatoes and poached egg:** *1.First, prepare the noodle dough, which - in addition to the proposed - you can also enrich with other fillings:* Ingredients (for 2 people): -100g sharp flour -4 egg yolks *Preparation:* Knead the flour and yolks to get a smooth and compact dough. Wrap it in plastic food foil and let it rest for at least half an hour in the fridge. Then roll out the dough evenly with the help of a pasta rolling machine and cut it into any shape according to the chosen shape of the filling. *2.Stuffing:* Ingridients: -100 g of homemade cottage cheese -30 g roasted walnut kernels -1 tablespoon walnut oil -1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar -salt -freshly ground white pepper *Preparation:* Roughly chop the roasted walnut kernels and mix them with the cottage cheese. Add the remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the filling to a dressing bag and spray the same size piles on the rolled dough. Form any form of ravioli and cook them in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. *3.Čemaž cream with sweet potatoes:* Ingridients: -1 medium sized sweet potato -30g mask -1 tablespoon čemaž pesto -salt -freshly ground white pepper *Preparation:* Peeled sweet potatoes cut into pieces and cook in salted water until soft. If desired, it can also be replaced with ordinary potatoes. Then squeeze it through a fine strainer or mix it into a smooth cream. Add butter and čemaž pesto and season to taste. *4.Serving:* -2 eggs -50 ml of alcoholic vinegar -salt flower -bouquet of squeezing čemap (optional) *Preparation:* The freshest possible egg is killed in a larger amount of water just below the boiling point. Before that, add vinegar to the water and turn it with the foam so that the egg white adheres better to the yolk. When the egg white is cracked, carefully take the poached egg out of the water and serve with a pinch of salt flower. BON APETTIT! Greetings from @Teji

Orthorexia Have you heard of orthorexia? A little less known eating disorder, but also dangerous to health? **WHAT IS ORTHOREXIA?** Orthorexia is much more than a healthy diet, as it goes beyond all limits and shows obsession and destroys all areas of an individual's life, and in 1997 it was defined by Dr. Bratman. Often people due to various problems (eg low body self-esteem, health problems) or even prevention of certain diseases and illnesses, think about changing their eating habits and start eating healthier. At the beginning, they remove only certain types of food from the diet (eg more fatty, salty or sweet foods), and later whole food groups, even when there are no real health or medical reasons for this. Healthy food and eating habits gradually gain a central place in an individual’s life. Healthy food begins to dominate other values as a value. The evaluation of oneself and others takes place through the prism of healthy food. An individual with orthorexia avoids the same things as someone who lives a healthy life: sugar, artificial supplements, very salty foods, genetically modified foods… Problems occur when food excretion becomes an obsession. A person rejects more and more foods and food groups and there are only a few selected things. It is not so much burdened with counting calories as with the quality of the food consumed. Orthorexia mainly affects people with certain personality traits. People who strive for order and perfection are most exposed to it. In this they know how to be unwaveringly rigid and strict towards themselves and others. **Serious health consequences:** Eating disorders are usually progressive. Thus, if a person stops taking industrial bread and processed products a little later and if the disorder develops, it is likely that he or she is gradually eliminating the necessary nutrients, such as vegetables or meat, from his or her diet. non-ecological.These people are becoming more and more demanding and rigid with everything related to food. They remove several groups of foods and do not replace them with others, which in the long run brings a large deficiency in essential vitamins or minerals. If the case is very serious and if the obsession cannot be controlled, it is likely that the person will fall into malnutrition. As a result of this inappropriate regimen, they show signs of fatigue and are more vulnerable to disease. Their immune system is affected by a decrease in the level of sodium in the blood, as well as platelets and red and white blood cells. In addition to these physiological consequences, on a psychological level, these are people who have high levels of dopamine and low levels of serotonin, who show anxiety combined with excessive euphoria. **IMPACT ON SOCIAL LIFE:** People with orthorexia can be so highly focused on their diet that they eliminate most of the products and constantly check how something is prepared, so it soon becomes impossible to eat outside. This can lead to a number of problems that also threaten social life, as for example orthorexic people do not want to eat when visiting friends, avoid restaurants and parties where they cannot control food preparation and make sure everything is up to their standards. All of this is exacerbated by information on social media, which is often unverified and based solely on the experiences of celebrities. **HOW TO TREAT?** Although orthorexia would probably be attributed to women, men suffer from it almost as much. People with low self-esteem, vegetarians and vegans are at higher risk. Orthorexia often has other disorders that lead to it. Some may be obsessed with counting calories and following trends that say we need to eat healthy. Others suffer from anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder that has prompted them to eat this way. **The disease must definitely be taken seriously and a doctor involved in the treatment. Talking to a psychiatrist who specializes in eating disorders also helps a lot.** Thank you for reading my article. Greetings from @Teji

When comes cold or hot weather-here are top energy solutions for your home Your home deserves the best solutions to make your stay in it more comfortable and carefree. Even before winter, you can save on heating and electricity. When we think about home heating and sanitary water, today we are most often faced with a dilemma: how to find the right way that will be both environmentally friendly and our finances. I present you with two solutions that are convincing for several reasons: they are environmentally friendly, easy to use and maintain, and last but not least - they save money. I’m talking about a heat pump and a solar power plant. You can opt for one or the other, but they can form a great duo. ***HEAT PUMP:*** Heat pumps provide you with a friendly way of heating rooms, but we can choose ones that will also provide hot water. The heat pump is one of the most energy-efficient methods of heating, which enables space heating in winter and cooling in summer, and hot water is available all year round. According to numerous studies, heat pumps can be ranked among the most environmentally and human-friendly ways of heating. **Different types of heat pumps are available:** **1.Air / air heat pump** All types of air conditioners that cool rooms and transfer heat to an adjacent room or surroundings. **2.Air / water heat pump** Used to heat domestic hot water and is usually installed directly on the water heater. **3.Water / water heat pump** This pump generates heat through a collector mounted on the bottom of a water catchment, lake or other water surface. **4.Ground / water heat pump** Heat can also be pumped from the ground, which is a natural storehouse and gives the heat pump good efficiency. **Advantages of heat pumps:** • 70% - 80% of energy is provided free of charge, • maximum space savings, • investment-friendly heating, • ecological heating (up to 60% lower CO2 emissions), • independence from expensive energy sources (gas, heating oil), • the possibility of subsidizing the purchase by the state, • minimum maintenance costs. They work very easily as they take advantage of the heat from the surroundings, which they convert into the energy needed to heat the home or sanitary water. They provide a more economical and environmentally friendly way of heating, as they use renewable energy sources such as air, earth and water. Heat pumps are easy to operate and use, operate quietly and do not require much maintenance. However, they have another extremely practical advantage: they do not require energy to be stored, so you also save a lot of space. ***SOLAR POWER PLANT:*** With a succulent power plant, you will get an environmentally friendly source of energy that uses the energy of the sun for its operation, which is an endless source that the solar power plant converts into electricity. Not only for heating, with a solar power plant you will get your pure source of electricity, which you will use for all electrical appliances at home, including your car. **1. Solar energy** Life needs energy: chemical energy for food, thermal energy for heating and in the modern world also electricity, which is so versatile that it can be used for all needs. The need for energy is increasing, and in parallel the pressures on the environment. Our planet has limited capabilities, so we need to be careful how we burden it. The only truly renewable energy source is therefore solar energy. In addition to enabling photosynthesis, supplying heat, and causing wind and waves, the sun is most effective in using solar energy directly through solar cells. The price of solar cells is steadily falling with the development of technologies and the expansion of use,the result is an ever-increasing increase in small and large solar power plants. **2. Self-sufficiency in electricity** With a microsonic power plant, you can fully meet the electricity needs of your household. For the status of a small solar power plant, the rated power must not exceed 11kVA. You can use the electricity produced for your own needs, store it in batteries or send the surplus to the public network and still make money. At night and in cloudy weather, however, you can still be powered from the public electricity grid. **3. Domestic or small solar power plants** You’ve already thought about your own power supply but you don’t know where to start. Many experts can help you plan a turnkey home solar power plant, offering everything from documentation, delivery, installation, maintenance of solar power plants and obtaining funds from the eco fund. In the Darko power plant, they say that the solar power plant does not have much weight, so it can be placed on practically any roof. The most suitable is the south-oriented roof with a slope of about 30 degrees, but the south-eastern and south-western orientation are also suitable. Keep in mind that a solar power plant can also be implemented on vertical surfaces, such as the south facade. It is only necessary to pay attention to the elements that would cast a shadow on the solar cells, such as chimneys, ridges, trees, etc. The installation of the solar power plant is fast and can be done in a couple of hours. The solar power plant will operate without major problems for up to 30 years and more. With a solar power plant, you will take care of both your wallet and a healthy environment. Thank you for reading my article. Greetings to all from @Teji

Lao Tzu-‘Breathe through your feet’ - the most effective and simple technique for relieving stress Lao Tzu, is a Chinese legendary and historical figure who is considered the founder of Taoism. Laozi or “old master” is said to have been born and died sometime in the 6th century BC, although some historical records find him in China closer to the 4th century BC. that Laozi was a contemporary of Confucius, which would have placed him in China at the end of the pre-armistice period during the Zhou dynasty. The most common biographical record of his life is recorded in Sima Qian s Shiji, or Records of a Great Historian, supposedly written around 100 BC. The mystery surrounding Laozi’s life begins with its design. Traditional reports show that Laozi’s mother watched the shooting star and as a result, Laozi was conceived. He spent as many as 80 years in his mother’s womb before growing up as a fully grown man with a gray beard, a symbol of wisdom in ancient China. He was born in the village of Chu Jen in the state of Chu. Laozi became emperor or archivist and historian for the emperor during the Zhou dynasty. As a shi, Laozi would be an authority on astronomy, astrology, and divination, as well as a custodian of sacred texts. **Lao Tzu, the father of Taoism and Taoist medicine, said thousands of years ago, "Whoever breathes through his feet learns the secret of life and true health."** What did he mean by that? 1. In the middle of the feet is a very important and special acupressure point K1 (Kidney 1 - Kidney 1), when stimulated, life energy is most restored, and a lot of blood flow to our kidneys, adrenal glands (which are most depleted by stress), and reproductive authorities. Where there is blood circulation, there is regeneration. This point is a direct recovery switch and the best SOS against exhaustion. The entire Tai Chi and Chi Gong is designed to open this point and connect it to the earth. Why? 2.Earthing / Grounding: Numerous studies confirm that when a bare foot touches a natural surface, the earth's electromagnetic field regulates our internal bioelectrical environment and cools the overheated sympathetic nervous system due to stress. Not only that: the contact of the feet with the ground resets our internal biorhythmic clock (that it exists is confirmed by the Nobel Prize), and calms excessive levels of the stress hormone cortisol. There is a huge amount of stress around us right now. Which affects our cortisol. Cortisol imbalance is associated with inflammation, weak immune system, poor sleep, depression, irritability, with aging. **It is crucial for our mental and physical health to regulate our cortisol and prevent its harmful effects.** Spend at least a few minutes a day with your feet touching the ground, grass, sand ... nature. If you want more multiplied regeneration effects, massage the point in the middle of your feet. And when you are in contact with the ground with your foot, imagine that with each exhalation, all the stress drains from your feet, and when you inhale, calmness, health and strength enter you. **The simplest things are the most effective - just use them!** **All power is IN YOU!** Thank you for reading my article. See you, have a nice Sunday.@Teji

How to get a new job through a video call? If you’re looking for new career opportunities during these times or are planning to do so in the near future, your next job interview will most likely take place online. The remote interview is not new, but during the corona crisis it changed from an additional option for some employers into a new reality. So how do you create a great impression through a video call and at the same time avoid the pitfalls of technology and the inconveniences of quarantine? You will have to get used to job interviews online, as they will be a part of everyday life, even when they are no longer limited during personal contacts. The pandemic is rapidly changing the situation on the labor market, as more and more employers are recognizing the advantages of teleworking and are also looking for staff reinforcements outside their home region or country. In order to cash in on such changes and expand your circle of potential employers, it is therefore important to prepare for virtual job interviews. In terms of content, a long-distance job interview does not differ significantly from a classic one, so it is subject to the same general guidelines. You must prepare properly for the interview and "examine" the employer, and at the same time make a list of questions that you will ask the HR manager. **Of course, the presence of technology requires certain adjustments and some digital skills. Here are some:** 1.Make sure your internet connection works in a timely manner. If this is often bad, you can, for example, use a smartphone and use it as an entry point to connect to the Internet. 2.Prepare the headphones and check their operation. Remember to test the microphone. 3.Make sure your laptop is charged and you always have a charging cable with you. 4.If necessary, download the application (Skype, etc.) through which the employer wants to conduct the interview, or create a user account in the required communication tool (Zoom, Google, etc.). 5.Is your existing Gmail or Skype username professional enough? If not, you’d better create a new one. **EDIT YOUR HOME “STUDIO”**: 1.Whenever possible, the space in which you will conduct interviews should always be the same. When choosing it, pay attention to the following: 2.Choose the part of the apartment where there is a suitably strong Wi-Fi signal. 3The background should be as neutral as possible. Remove distractions or distractions from the camera's field of vision. For example, don't have a pile of dirty dishes or a mountain of clothes behind you. 4.Choose a quiet place where it doesn’t resonate too much and where you can be alone for extended periods of time. It is essential that you feel good in it. **ARE YOU FORCED TO USE A TABLET OR CELL PHONE?** 1.Use the holder to keep the image from shaking. 2.Pay attention to the distance between you and your laptop (or tablet or smartphone). Place it far enough away so you don’t look too big in the picture, but also close enough so you don’t get too far away. There should be at least a little more empty space between your head and the top edge of the picture, and you should also capture your shoulders and upper body in the frame. You know Murphy's rule: "What can go wrong will go wrong!" Even if your internet connection works flawlessly, it can be "caught" by family members, roommates or pets. How can you prevent problems from “throwing you off track”? 1.Communicate the date and time of the interview to the other members of the household in advance, ask them for insight and thus avoid conflicts. If you are conducting an interview in a common space, agree when you can only have it for yourself. Just in case, you can put the sign "DO NOT DISTURB, I HAVE AN INTERVIEW" on the door. 2.Small children and a small apartment? Especially at a time of action when it is desirable and responsible to stay at home, this can be a devastating combination. If at all possible, ask your partner to take the children for a walk or otherwise provide peace during your interview. 3.Are noise-causing works currently taking place in the vicinity of your home? Do you live along a road that is particularly congested at certain hours? Consider these factors when coordinating an interview appointment and avoid it. 4.If your pet likes to unknowingly engage in your online conversations, move him or her to another room for the duration of the interview. 5.Set the phone to silent and turn off notifications on the laptop so that they do not distract you. 6.Close any tabs in the browser that you don't need during the conversation. **DRESS AS YOU WERE VISITING YOUR EMPLOYER LIVE.** 1.This way you will not only make a good first impression, but you will also feel more confident and more professional. It doesn't matter which parts of the clothes are visible on the camera and which are not. 2.Avoid vivid colors and colorful patterns. The most camera-friendly choices are slightly softer, neutral shades. 3.Do you choose a tie? Make it one color, and leave the one with the pattern in the drawer. 4.If you wear glasses, adjust your camera position as well as the lighting to prevent glare. However, you can also download them during the interview. 5.Elegant top, and the legs can be covered with a tracksuit or pajama bottoms - right? You prefer to wear elegant pants or a skirt. In case you need to get up from the computer for a moment during the conversation, you won't be embarrassed! **CAPTURE YOUR ENERGY IN THE FRAME!** Body language is also very important in video calling. Make an effort to radiate positive energy and optimism while making it clear that you want a job. **TRAIN AND HONE YOUR PERFORMANCE!** Especially if communication via video call is foreign to you, it is imperative that you eliminate nervousness and make friends with your webcam and microphone as soon as possible. Fortunately, like any other skill, the art of video calling can be honed with practice. So it's time for training! **WHEN YOU FINISHED YOUR INTERVIEW GET IT ANOTHER THANK YOU TO EMPLOYER!** Within 24 hours of the remote interview, send an thank you to the employer for their time and opportunity. Briefly repeat why you want the advertised job so badly. You can also add some detail from the interview to make a personal touch. I hope I helped you get a new job via video call. **I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK!** Thank you for reading my article. Have a nice weekend.Greetings to all from @Teji

Coming into the fifth dimension - the great awakening or ascension-tips for coming Today, humanity suffers in agony because the consciousness of many remains in the third dimension, and at the same time we are already in the fourth dimension. The fourth dimension is a bridge that reliably, but at the same time relentlessly leads us to where we are headed: to the five-dimensional world of consciousness, to the truth… The truth that permeates the fifth dimension of consciousness lies in the experience of “I am”. Perhaps those unfamiliar with the field think that we are moving into a state where everyone will be for themselves, but the opposite will happen - and is already happening. Consciousness "I am" is the culmination of unity, oneness, in it live all the high vibrations of harmony, love, peace and bliss. There is no room in the fifth for the low vibrations of greed, hatred, and the like that are characteristic and predominant in the third dimension. Last but not least, the fact that a high vibration always beats the lower one is known to everyone. 1. GREAT POWER Everything present in the fifth dimension is much faster and more powerful than ever before. There is incredible speed in thoughts, vibrations, and frequencies, so it usually also happens that when someone is completely attuned to the universe in general, they manifest their ideas incredibly compared to others. It is the result of a deeper understanding of what the universe really symbolizes. 2. THE END OF ILLUSIONS The illusion of the third dimension fades when you are in the fifth dimension, but it does not happen in an instant, it requires its course in time. Some may already be moving forward, while some are suffering stuck in the limitations they are used to. How unnecessary grief, suffering, burdens of worries are for man, we will understand only when we move into the fifth dimension, in which ego, anger, and vanity simply dissolve. In the fifth dimension, you would realize that everything you experience is just oneness. You are one with the whole universe and you feel it in yourself. Your heart chakra will open for the first time and you will feel true serenity and bliss. By opening the third eye, you will see that your intuitive powers have been constantly increasing. As a result, you value someone else’s well-being as much as your own. But how to remove the illusion of separation that we have permeated for generations and generations, and accept the love of the fifth dimension? To do this, you need to increase your vibrations. TIPS FOR THE TRANSITION WILL HELP YOU: 1. Start using a filter for everything that travels through your subconscious - it is a storehouse of different thoughts and patterns that constantly affect you the way they want you to. 2. If you want to accept the love of the fifth dimension, systematically begin to eliminate and heal the pains and fears that the past has imprinted on you like a seal. As you work on yourself, you will also be able to come to the aid of others in overcoming their fears and pains. Charity starts at home, right? 3. Try to add meaning and value to your life. Therefore, you may need to focus solely on what heals you. 4. Always live in the present. The past is dead, and you are creating the future with the present moment. 5. Try to spend as much time in nature as possible. The serenity and beauty you will feel will regenerate you into a loving being. 6. You have no idea why someone did something because you didn’t live their life. So forgive their sins. 7. Never take things personally. You are one with the Universe - there is no self here. 8. Aljoša Tušek - the first Slovenian constructor of super sports cars Stories of Slovenian entrepreneurs in the world can be significantly more successful than at home, the global market can offer opportunities to compatriots who decide to try in one of the boutique industries, which many people do not like at home, and there are enough customers in the world lives and grows. This category also includes supercars, which are among the fastest and most expensive (and supposedly the most beautiful) cars in the world. Crowds dream of super sports cars, but only a few lucky people can drive them. Because of the astronomical price, of course. Super sports cars have long been a part of Aljoša Tušek's everyday life. They are his dreams and a great obsession, as he can boast that he has been constructing them together with his colleagues for a decade. It is not easy for him, there is always not enough money for development. His path in the automotive business has been long and thorny to this day. It has been developing prototypes under its Tushek brand since 2004, and the latest product is a hybrid car. With it, he wants to offer the best of the world of petrol and electric engines on the road and racetracks. The Tushek company was founded by Aljoša Tušek, born in 1965 in Ptuj, Slovenia. At the age of 14, Tushek quickly became interested in racing. He started riding a dealer and motorcycles and won the Alpe Adria Cup for three years in a row. However, when he obtained a driver’s license, Tushek devoted his racing efforts only to cars. In 1999, he was named the pioneer of the year in the Fiat Seicento Cup. A year later, he joined and quickly became the top competitor in the Petrol Racing Team. Tushek ended his racing career in the Target Citroen Factory competition team with the Citroen Xsara N-Group during the Slovenian National Cup in 2003. Tušek in Slovenia boasts great cars that can match the best in the world. In 2004, Tushek used his experience with racing cars to build his own supercar. The original idea was for Tushek to produce a range of prestigious and efficient K1 Attack sports cars. There is no real understanding and no real support for car development in Slovenia. It is this support and better working environment that he received in Austria, where he works with AVL, which is one of the largest engineering companies in the world, and is also assisted by other manufacturers, such as carbon parts, tools and the like. In any case, the industry in Austria is better developed. He is now, co-owner of the Slovenian-Austrian niche manufacturer of super sports cars Tushek & Spigel Supercars. Later, however, he decided to develop his own model of superstars. In 2008, he started designing the first prototype of the Renovatio TS 500. Renovatio means "rebirth", as it is the first Slovenian supercar, which is 70% different from the previous Slovak K1 Attack. The Tushek T 500 has been highly accepted in the global Supercars market. The Tushek Supercars Group has received good coverage in many international publications as well as customers. 2008-2012: Tushek built the TS 500 Renovatio and was unveiled at the Top Marquez in Monaco. The hand-crafted small-series sports car is powered by Audi’s 4.2-liter V8 engine with a maximum output of 331 kW and a maximum torque of 428 Nm. This is enough for the car to accelerate to 100 km / h in 3.7 seconds, and its top speed is measured at 310 kilometers per hour. One of the main features of Tušek supercars is their low weight. https://youtu.be/HcTsz5iNAuk Tushek built and disassembled the second TS 600 in TopMarquez Monaco in 2014. According to Autocar, the TS 600 is ranked fourth among the Top 10 Supercars in 2014 and the same car still remains on the top 10 lists of super cars! At the beginning of 2014, Aljoša Tušek gave a hand to the Austrian investor Jacob Carl Spiegel, and moved the production to the Austrian Cmurek / Mureck, a town right on the border with Slovenia. There, they developed an even lighter and more efficient TS600, built around a carbon fiber monocoque with titanium components. The car is powered by a 4.2-liter V8 engine with 630 hp, which provides exceptional acceleration to 100 km / h in 2.9 seconds, 200 km / h in 7.4 seconds and 300 km / h in 17.4 seconds. The speedometer stops only at 351 kilometers per hour. Due to its exceptional power and light construction, for the needs of efficient braking, the car is equipped with high-tech carbon-ceramic brakes, which stop the car at a speed of 200 km / h in less than 4.2 seconds. The Tushek TS 600 will be produced in just 33 units, while its price remains unknown. For comparison, for the T500 model, around € 300,000 had to be deducted. https://youtu.be/59pEurnEpYA Developing a supercar requires a lot of money. It’s hard to talk about exact amounts, and it all revolves around millions of euros. The demand for luxury products is really high, as there are more and more rich people around the world and they are representatives of the trend of owning something that not everyone has. Those who have money adore things that are rare and consequently expensive. The supercar is very uncomfortable and of limited use for everyday use, but many people want to drive it. The example of the Bugatti is eloquent - it is one of the fastest cars in the world. People want to have something of quality and above all different in the garage, so they want it. Many are happy just to have it in their garage. The rich have a lot of prestigious cars and just by looking at them they are happy. Most of their potential buyers have at least 20 cars in the garage. No one is thinking of buying a Tushek car instead of a Ferrari, but Ferrari already has one. And not just one. Tušek has made eight prototypes so far. The TS 500 (the latter went to Germany) and the TS 600 were created under the Tushek brand. The ninth prototype is the hybrid TS 900 apex. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6BEhTWW_wo Tushek TS900 Apex, It is a technological revolution on four wheels that demonstrates the true use of new technologies. It creates new dimensions of driving enabled by hyper-hybrid technology. The aggressive sporty exterior adds new dimensions to the aerodynamics. The drivetrain has many patent-protected solutions that provide exceptional super car performance. The car is certainly extremely striking, design-wild and futuristic enough. From some points of view, there is a noticeable resemblance to the Lamborghini brand. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbpnhzJuSd0 The car is powered by Audi's 4.2-liter FSI V8 engine at the rear, and two more electric motors are installed at the front. Together, they produce a power of 480 kilowatts and a thousand newton meters of torque. It will be possible to drive this hybrid up to 50 kilometers on electricity alone. The system power of the car will thus amount to a poor megawatt (1,340 "horsepower") and 1,600 newton meters of torque. The theoretical top speed of such a car can reach up to 380 kilometers per hour, and mainly thanks to electric motors, the car will also have instantaneous accelerations or immediate torque.DriveThe TS900 is powered by two units. Each drives its own pair of wheels, each its own axle. The Apex is thus actually a four-wheel-drive supercar that will ensure its constructors have no problems with grip and tor Buyers of the lightest hybrid in the world will be mostly home from Europe, as well as from the Middle East and China. “Hypercars are niche products aimed at a narrow circle of customers. Mostly these are car enthusiasts and athletes. It is an extremely powerful sports car both on the open road and on the racetrack. "Just under one megawatt of power, both powertrains offer the driver, which means that the TS900 accelerates to a hundred kilometers per hour in just 2.5 seconds. The top speed outside the racetrack is just an academic number and hard to reach at the moment: it reaches 380 kilometers per hour in ideal conditions. Aljoša Tušek believes in her dreams and potential in the demanding global market of petite (wealthy) buyers. Thank you for reading my article. Love you all @Teji

Jin Shin Jyutsu WHAT IS JIN SHIN JYUTSU? Jin Shin Jyutsu will relieve us of discomfort, pain and distress in minutes.Jin Shin Jyutsu is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that defines 26 different energy centers in the body, focusing on the fingers and toes. Each of the 26 energy points is associated with different organs in the body and by massaging a specific part of the fingers we can send well , positive energy into these organs and stimulate them and keep them healthy. Did you know that each finger on the hand has its own meaning? Each finger on the hand is associated with a specific organ in our body, as well as with well-being. We can learn a lot by observing different techniques of different cultures. Because of this, we can only be even richer and richer. And Japanese culture is one of those that is definitely worth pursuing. Despite extraordinary technological advances, this culture has managed to preserve the tradition and its contribution to the well-being of their people and almost all of us are familiar with their longevity and youth. Their methods of treatment are still used today, and among them is the technique described below, which will not take us much time. It is about techniques that go beyond Buddha, Moses and Kojiki in age. Already the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu describes these Japanese methods as something natural to the human species, which at the same time simplifies an overly complex existence - and is a true art of living, even Zen. One of the methods is the stimulation of the fingers of the hand and the relief of tension in the organs, while at the same time releasing blockages and the smooth flow of energy bodily pathways (similar to Chinese medicine chi-energy and meridians). Each finger is connected to a specific path (meridian) that serves a specific purpose. It means that each finger represents certain organs, emotions, symptoms, and conditions that arise in the body. By stimulating the finger (or fingers), we can thus influence the conditions we feel - both physically and mentally. All we have to do now is hold the selected finger for a few minutes (3 - 5), take a deep breath in and out, and then massage the fingers of both hands. The whole process does not take much time.By selecting a finger on the (non-dominant) hand and by stimulating with the dominant hand (as described above) - so if we are right-handed, we perform a massage on the left hand with the right hand, we can influence the conditions that go along with a particular finger. This way you can influence your body and well-being by massaging a certain finger: 1. THUMB Its organs are the stomach and the spleen. Physical symptoms: indigestion and headaches Mental states: worries, depression, hatred, obsessions, anxiety 2.INDICATOR The indicator is related to the bladder and kidneys. Physical symptoms can manifest as digestive problems, muscle aches, toothache, and back pain. Massaging the index finger can also help alleviate fear, confusion, and dissatisfaction. 3. MIDDLE FINGER The organs are the gallbladder and the liver Physical symptoms: mental fatigue, dry cough and eye problems. Mental states: anger, cowardice, irritability, indecision, instability, inattention, excessive emotionality Massage helps with general fatigue, eye discomfort and forehead area. 4.RING FINGER The ring finger is connected to the lungs and colon. Physical symptoms can manifest as asthma and respiratory problems, skin problems, and digestive problems. Massaging the ring finger can also help alleviate sadness, fear and pessimism. 5.PINKY FINGER The organs are the heart and the small intestine It helps when we feel a sore throat or tension in the nervous system. It helps to laugh and improve well-being. Mental state: pretense, excessive effort, insecurity, nervousness, confusion, feeling abandoned Even with bloating. 6.MIDDLE HANDS You can also massage the middle of the palm. This will eliminate nausea, calm you down and make you feel happier. Try it, you will be surprised that the finger massage method can even make sense! SO WHICH FINGER WILL YOU CHOOSE? Thank you for reading my article. Best wishes from @Teji

Zeolite-a miraculous volcanic mineral Stress, various environmental influences and the constant search for a balance between family and business life are often the cause of digestive problems, lack of energy and more frequent illness. Did you know that there is a 100% natural mineral called zeolite clinoptilolite, which provides complete detoxification of the body, fills us with energy and regulates our digestion? What is Zeolite? Zeolite is a mineral formed more than 300 million years ago by cooling lava in seawater. It is mostly composed of silicon dioxide, but also contains aluminum. It was discovered in 1756 by the Swedish scientist Axel Fredrik Cronstedt and since then the mineral has been versatile for various purposes. The rock has many holes in its surface that act as a filter for radioactive and toxic substances and heavy metals. In nature, we find about 40 different species of zeolites, formed by both volcanic and sedimentary rocks. The type of natural zeolite most commonly used for commercial purposes and of great economic importance is clinoptilolite. Zeolites are very stable solids that resist environmental conditions. High temperatures do not bother them, as they have a relatively high melting point (above 1000 ° C) and do not burn. They also resist high pressure, do not dissolve in water or other inorganic solvents and do not oxidize in air. Their most interesting property is a cage-like structure in which other molecules are trapped. Zeolite can be used for many purposes in horticulture, agriculture, industry and for organic purposes. It is used, for example, to improve soil fertility and biological activity, remove contaminants in soil and plants, to remove odor and moisture in barns, as an ingredient in cleaners and toothpastes, in the disposal of radioactive waste, adsorption of heavy metals ... You can use it in your household to: -prevention and removal of bad odors (refrigerator, pets), -as a raw material in domestic soap production, -for cleaning kitchen surfaces, -raw material for filtering water in the aquarium. ZEOLIT is the most powerful natural detoxifier on our planet. Heavy metals to which we humans are constantly exposed (lead, cadmium, mercury, asbestos,), chemicals (solvents…), pesticides, herbicides, drug residues, etc. they accumulate in our body and create a lot of free radicals in our brain, liver, kidneys, intestines and consequently cause a number of different diseases. That is why it is extremely important to regularly detoxify our body with the help of various natural preparations, which relieve the liver and thus enable faster regeneration and strengthening of the immune system. Unique Zeolite Structure: The special structure of the zeolite gives an extremely large specific internal surface, up to 1000 m2 per gram of zeolite. Numerous sprawling tunnels, channels, and cavities make zeolite like a sponge that absorbs heavy metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium, cesium, as well as drug residues or pathogenic bacteria and viruses before they enter the bloodstream. This deadly cocktail is usually eliminated from the body within 24 hours by excretion. The body of the Desired Ions: Volcanic soil emits the body necessary and highly desirable ions such as magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium. Ion exchange works so well because harmful substances have a high affinity for the clinoptilolite zeolite crystal networks. The cations found in crystal networks, however, are highly dependent on organic matter in the body. Zeolite and its use in various diseases and problems: 1.Zeolite very well supplies the body with the necessary trace elements (Magnesium, Manganese, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Silicon). 2.Stabilizes and corrects circulation, blood pressure, vasodilation, dilated capillaries, increases heart muscle strength, accelerates postinfarction regeneration. 3.Zeolite is potential in repairing injuries in duodenal and gastric ulcers, accelerates recovery from hepatitis and liver cirrhosis. 4.In dermatology, a positive effect of zeolite was discovered in psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis and all types of herpes, wounds, eczema, where the simultaneous use of a local sprinkle of drinking was shown. 5.Zeolite has a good effect on periodontitis by directly applying powder to the gums. 6.In the endocrine system, it stabilizes the activity of the endocrine glands and also acts on the lymph glands. 7.In type 2 diabetes (diabetes mellitus), it stabilizes the overall condition and corrects the glycoregulation of sugar in the pancreas. 8.In neuropsychiatry, it successfully rejects insomnia, neurosis and depression, and is also effective as an adjunct in the treatment of epilepsy. 9.A very good adjunct is zeolite in the treatment of glandular tissue tumors (ovarian, prostate, breast tumors), malignant melanoma, squamous cell and microcellular lung cancer. 10.It reduces the negative effects of radiation and chemotherapy by stimulating the body's immune system. 11.It also has a characteristic effect on fungal infections, both on the skin, nails, and on those resulting from radiation, chemotherapy, antibiotic therapy, is applied topically and orally. 12.Because it contains the necessary trace elements, it improves calcium absorption and increases bone density and is recommended for osteoporosis. 13.Because it is a powerful immunostimulant, it can be of great benefit in all diseases associated with immune system disorders. 14.It is excellent for gastrointestinal problems. 15.The hydrophilic effect helps reduce stomach pain and relieve heartburn and gastritis. 16.Zeolite also has a positive effect on bowel problems and eliminates bloating. 17.Stops diarrhea and prevents constipation. 18.It is very effective against Helicobacter bacteria. 19.Zeolite is a very good help in radiation and after chemotherapy. 20.Zeolite is also very effective in hair loss, brittle nails and dull, withered skin. 21.Improves taste and smell. 22.It protects athletes very well from muscle pain, as it binds lactic acid and free radicals caused by sports. 23.Zeolite actively helps to lose weight, as it removes excess fats and sugars and removes them from the body. https://youtu.be/fuJOlfz6cLg INTERESTING: Zeolite is a natural mineral formed from four elements: air, fire, earth and water in the depths of the earth’s crust as a result of ancient volcanic processes. It was officially discovered in the 19th century. It began to come into use in the 1970s, although it had been used by Indians and Egyptians much earlier. Due to its effectiveness, zeolite was also used to detoxify the earth at Chernobyl. Zeolite clinoptilolite is number one among detoxifiers, which restores our body balance and banishes many diseases. Provide yourself with strength and energy for everyday life with premium Zeolite. Thank you for reading my article! Love you all @Teji

Let's protect our atmosphere-air traffic the biggest air pollutant Air is crucial to life. It is something that surrounds us every day, everywhere, every step of the way.The air consists of 78.084% nitrogen (N2), 20.947% oxygen (O2), 0.934% argon (Ar) and 0.033% carbon dioxide (CO2). Composition of air which are mixed either naturally (volcanism, with flower pollen, by spraying water, ...) or with human activities or. pollutants (gases from industry, transport, ...) Pollutants pass into the atmosphere differently around the planet, but due to air masses they are distributed in the atmosphere. Slovenia has a small share of the world's population, but contributes a large effect of pollutants. 1. AIR Air is a mixture of gases that make up the Earth's atmosphere. We know clean and polluted air. In addition to water, air is the most important source of our survival. Therefore, we should be even more aware of insurance or. non-snow cover.2.1.Earth air mantle-The earth air mantle is roughly divided into four layers: troposphere, which extends at our latitude to about 12 kilometers above the earth's surface; about 80% of the total mass of air is collected in the troposphere, it also takes place in most weather phenomena; stratosphere, which reaches up to 50 kilometers; mesosphere, which reaches up to 90 km; ionosphere, which reaches up to 350 km. with height does not change significantly. Water vapor can be up to 4%, depending ontemperature and humidity. 2.POLLUTED AIR Polluted air contains many other impurities that are mixed either naturally (volcanism, with flower pollen, by spraying water, ...) or with human activities or. pollutants (gases from industry, transport, ...) Pollutants pass into the atmosphere differently around the planet, but due to air masses they are distributed in the atmosphere. Air pollution is a very important thing. Our health also depends on the quality of the air we breathe. That is why we all need to pay attention to the air, especially the larger factories, which are usually also the biggest air pollutants. The heated atmosphere will also affect the melting of ice in high-altitude and flowing glaciers. Multi-water lines would cause sea level rise of 0.5 to 2.5 meters. Rising sea levels have threatened many coastal towns, coastal lowlands, sea embankments and Dutch polders. Thus, cities such as New York, Venice, Amsterdam, Vlisingen, as well as all-Slovenian seaside towns, as well as Croatia, disappeared. More water would also change the distribution of precipitation on Earth. The southern areas would receive precipitation patterns and become even drier, while the areas in the north would become more favorable for farming. 3.OZONE Factories, heating companies, domestic chimneys, exhaust gases are the biggest causes of ozone depletion, which causes increased transmission of sunlight through the atmosphere, ie higher radiation. These rays are extremely dangerous, not only for humans but also for plants and animals. Gas emissions: Ozone depleting agents are: CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons),methyl bromide, halons, nitric oxide, methane, etc ... CFCs are a group of man-made chemicals used in the manufacture of sprays, refrigerators and some types of plastic. To date, the greatest damage to the ozone layer has been caused by the release of CFCs into the atmosphere. The commercial name for this chemical is freon. Only this is used as a coolant in refrigerators, freezers, and now very popular climates. To date, about 320 million tons of this dangerous chemical have been released into the atmosphere. Methyl bromide is responsible for about 10% reduction in ozone. This toxic gas emits bromine atoms. It is mainly used to sterilize soil, so some agricultural crops, such as strawberries, can grow all year round. It is also used to disinfect ships, aircraft and certain foods such as grapes, wheat, rice and coffee. 4.SMOG Due to general air pollution, ozone concentrations have doubled in the last two hundred years. The result is smog, a photochemical reaction that poses an additional danger to humans, animals and plants. The reason for the formation of smog was initially the burning of large amounts of coal. It also occurs in forest arson, incineration of agricultural waste, combustion of other fossil fuels and the like. In the 1950s, a new type of smog called photochemical smog appeared. Photochemical smog is a chemical phenomenon in which ozone is formed at a certain temperature, sunny weather and a large amount of nitrogen oxides. This phenomenon occurs in major cities and industrial sites. The phenomenon is dangerous to both humans and animals, as it causes respiratory inflammation. AIR TRANSPORT A large part of the polluted air and the presence of CO2 can be attributed to aviation, despite all the technological improvements. The combustion of kerosene largely causes the formation of a greenhouse in the atmosphere. Another negative consequence of aviation exhaust gases is the depletion of the ozone layer, thereby rising ground temperatures and changing climate change. Air pollution from aviation exhaust is not adequately included in the documents of the 3rd Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Aviation is always in a privileged position compared to other modes of transport, and the industry is even exempt from kerosene taxes. Noise is also a big problem, as most of the world's airports, sports and helicopters are built right next to urban and densely populated cities. it will increase in the future. Therefore, advertisements for air travel should be accompanied by warnings about the consequences of flying for global warming. Environmentalists say greenhouse gas emissions at high altitudes are twice as harmful to the atmosphere as they are to the ground, so people should opt for alternative means of transport instead of airplanes when possible. The warnings would spell out exactly how much carbon dioxide is released into the atmosphere per flight per passenger. At the same time, the IPPR is also in favor of higher taxes on air transport. Scientists believe that temperatures on Earth are expected to rise from 1.8 degrees to 4 degrees Celsius this century, mainly due to greenhouse gas emissions from the burning of fossil fuels. These are mostly used for energy generation and transportation. Due to the increase in air traffic, greenhouse gas emissions are expected to increase by two to three times in the future. In Europe and the world, competition between airlines is intensifying, ticket prices are falling and MEPs are addressing the environmental impact of air transport. Parliament adopted a resolution proposing measures to increase ticket prices as well as reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Passenger planes fly at an altitude of 8,000 to 13,000 meters and the exhaust gases of their engines affect the atmosphere and contribute to climate change. The higher the planes, the harder CO2 is degraded in the atmosphere. Aircraft emissions currently account for only 3% of total EU emissions, but the share is growing rapidly. A team of English and American scientists is developing a new form of aircraft to help reduce climate change. The form of t. i. The SAX-40 is very different from conventional aircraft, it has special "joined" bat-like wings, is wedge-shaped and has no tail. It makes much less noise than other modern aircraft, and its biggest advantage is 35 percent better fuel efficiency. The aircraft is also a prototype, as manufacturers are very careful when introducing such innovations; they carry a lot of risk and cost. For now, therefore, they prefer to renovate existing models. In the last 50 years, of course, manufacturers have introduced many changes, began to use composite substances and lighter and more efficient engines. Airbus has unveiled three designs for the first zero-emission aircraft. Their solution is hydrogen, which would also be the main source of energy. Named ZEROe, the aircraft represent the climate-neutral, zero-emission passenger aircraft of the future. Airbus predicts that it could see the light of day or the sky as early as 2035. Three concept designs of Airbus aircraft: 1.The first design of the aircraft, called the TURBOFAN, would be powered by a redesigned turbine that would use hydrogen instead of fuel. There would be room for 120 to 200 passengers with a range of two thousand nautical miles. 2.Another design, called TURBOPROP, would contain both hydrogen and fuel-powered. With a range of a thousand nautical miles, it could carry up to a hundred passengers. They would use it for shorter distances. 3.The third design, however, is the one that will stand out the most. Both wings are part of the hull and thus garnered the most attention. But if we disregard this, it will have room for at least 200 passengers. Much remains to be done to keep our atmosphere conducive to the lives of our descendants. We also learned what terrible things we have already done to the environment, and to the air itself. More importantly, we focus on the things that protect our environment and try to correct those mistakes that we have already made. Let's protect the environment if we want to live. Thank you for reading my article. Greetings from all to you from @Teji

Is the "modern witch" hiding in you too? And not the one with the broom and the wart on his nose. The modern witch is a wise and confident woman who is in touch with nature, with her body and with her powers. That ugly version of the witch was invented by a patriarchal and woman-fearing patriarchal society, and together with an increasingly spiritually developed society, the image of the witch as a wise and spiritually profound woman is reborn, ready to accept her femininity, her connection to nature and natural forces. who rule in the cosmos, and who is able to look behind the material walls with which we humans have surrounded ourselves and thus forgotten the spiritual dimension of our lives. Ever since we know for ourselves, we have been taught that we must fear nature, its primordial power, and our innate spiritual (natural) abilities, which they have described as mystical, occult, parapsychological, and God knows what else, just to scared them. But over time, we began to realize that it is in nature and in connection with it that the key to balanced functioning, living and healthy living lies. For many women around the world, the word witch embodies the ability to take the reins of their lives back into their own hands and live in harmony with their feminine nature and with mother nature. Features for the modern type of witches: 1. Connection to the earth A witch is a woman of the earth, which means that she inherited her natural abilities and powers related to birth, transformation, healing and rebirth at birth. In this sense, the power of a woman is related to the power of Mother Earth. The female body responds on its own to the cycle of nature and the lunar men, and the modern witch also draws her physical and spiritual strength from the energy of nature. 2. Live with nature Given that the modern witch draws energy from nature, it goes without saying that she wants to live close to her and her healing powers. 3. Wisdom Do others often turn to you for help or advice? Do you usually know how to advise them, maybe donate some special herb, crystal, amulet or something else that can help or ease their pain? Say goodbye to you with new hope in your heart and a smile on your face? If this is the case, then you have all the potentials of a witch acting as a healer and counselor. 4. Connection with animals Do you like animals? Do they like to approach you and do you find caring and living with animals something completely self-evident? If you cultivate compassion for them, help them, perhaps talk to them and understand their sounds, it means that you possess similar energy as animals and thus Mother Nature. So you are made from a real magic test! 5.Connection with the Moon Are you attracted to the energy of the moon? Do you stare at her many times, talk to her and admire her beauty? Are you in tune with her menus, full of plans and optimism as she grows, and prone to ending and completing various activities as she declines? Are you full of enthusiasm and a little crazy at the full moon, but at the new moon you tend to meditate, explore the mystical and make new plans? Have you noticed that your menstrual cycle is also related to the lunar months? In this case, the Moon strongly influences you and indicates your magical abilities. 6.Exercising and reading thoughts Have you already noticed how easily you can make your wishes come true and how quickly what you are thinking happens? Do you sometimes instinctively know how you need to help someone, what others feel, what they think, and what you need to pay special attention to? Sensitive and alert witches are easily able to empathize with others and instinctively change their and their own reality. 7.A sense of non-belonging Have you always felt different from others and as a child were you often content to be alone in a corner while others longed for company? If you avoid larger companies, long for solitude, prefer to socialize with animals, and feel that you belong neither to your family nor friends nor society, but only to yourself and nature, then you are a real witch. 8.Memories of past lives Are you often haunted by nightmares or memories of any of the previous lives in which you were harassed, burned, drowned or otherwise punished for your femininity or what you are? Are you perhaps afraid that others will see you differently and are trying to conform to majority norms? If this is the case, know that fear is completely unnecessary and that you have every right to live and live according to your feelings, abilities and desires. This is your time. This is your life! 9.Love of crystals Crystals possess the energy and power of nature, so it’s no wonder they attract you too. You may wear them around your neck, in your pocket or purse, or they can adorn the shelves in your apartment. You can use them for counseling others, healing, or just to draw positive energy from them yourself. In addition to crystals, you are probably also attracted to candles, with which you summon angelic beings and creatures of nature, and you like to cleanse your home of all negative energies with burning sage twigs or incense. 10.Clairvoyance Do you often have premonitions and warnings about what is to come? It is not necessary to help yourself with a crystal ball or some other medium, such as tarot cards, runes or crystals, but in any case, when you are completely relaxed, you are able to intuitively see the future and act on your clairvoyant flashes. The message of the modern witch is always associated with love of self, nature and others. Listen to your body, your intuition and the nature that surrounds you, and cultivate in yourself a love for everything and everyone. This is how you will live like a real witch! Thank you for reading my article. Happy Sunday to all of you!

Roast beef, smoked mayonnaise, pumpkin puree and crispy -gourmet recipe 150,000 years ago, prehistoric people tamed the fire and began to cook. It was a giant leap, in fact a real revolution, the first of the great changes in the history of human nutrition that significantly co-shaped the entire history of the human race. Cooking was important not only because it changed the diet, but also earlier methods of preparation, such as drying, had the same purpose, but also because it changed the original society and provided it with new opportunities to organize life. Early humans shared their lifestyle closely with other primates. It was the cooked food, however, that created a sense of difference from other creatures of the animal kingdom. The door of cognition then opened, the power of food and its forms began to work. Gozd Martuljek ღ A paradise piece of unspoiled nature The Slovenian Alps are especially magical in autumn and winter, as the picturesque landscape conjures up a powerful atmosphere. Below Špik you can also find two waterfalls, which are considered the pearls of the Slovenian alpine world. Particularly spectacular is the Upper Martuljek Waterfall, which descends over a 110 m vertical wall. The path to it is quite easy, but the path near the waterfall is only suitable for well-equipped mountaineers. Feeling exhausted? The solution is the B complex! If you often feel tired and without energy, and you get exhausted quickly even with less effort, you are almost certainly lacking a B complex. It ensures that we are always full of energy, and with its help the body also produces the hormone of happiness and adapts to the fast pace of life. Our body is supposed to consume the entire supply of the hormone serotonin, which is also known as the hormone of happiness, during the winter months, as its production is highly dependent on sunlight. It is precisely the lack of this hormone that we feel as exhaustion. Vitamin D deficiency, which is abundant in fruits and vegetables, also contributes to fatigue. Try to avoid sweet and overly spicy foods, which further cause a feeling of nausea and lack of energy. Spend some time on sports activities or take a longer walk. Any physical activity will be a better choice than indulging in fatigue. In addition, drink plenty of water and don’t forget a cold shower, which will have a very invigorating effect on your body. However, make sure that the state of fatigue does not last too long, especially if you do not feel the best at the same time. In this case, you should discuss your medical condition with your personal physician. Persistent fatigue and low energy levels can also be symptoms of various diseases such as thyroid disease, chronic vitamin D deficiency or anemia. B complex for well-being and more energy! Do you think that with a balanced diet you get enough B vitamins? Let us trust you that B vitamins are soluble in water, which means that your body (with the exception of vitamin B12) cannot store them. We quickly destroy them by cooking, and even processed foods do not contain much of them! Which foods contain vitamin B12? Vitamin B12 is found primarily in meat and dairy products, so people on a vegan diet are at risk for deficiency. However, there are foods options to meet their B12 dietary needs. Vegetarian sources include dairy and eggs. Vegan sources of B12 include fortified foods and nutritional yeast. The best sources of vitamin B12 include: .beef liver -clams -meat, including fish and poultry -eggs -milk -cheese -fortified breakfast cereals -nutritional yeast -other fortified foods, including plant milks and flours Best reasons to take B Complex: > Prevents fatigue and lack of energy and contributes to well-being. > Improves mental health, relieves stress and promotes cognitive abilities. > Stimulates the functioning of the nervous system and regulates thought processes. > Stimulates energy efficiency in metabolism and contributes to the synthesis of amino acids. > Helps to form red blood cells (hemoglobin). > Maintains beautiful and toned skin and slows down the signs of aging. > Provides faster and healthier hair growth and gives it shine. > Takes care of healthy nail growth that does not break. > Maintains the health of your gums, teeth and bones. How to sit properly on an office chair and tips for flawless posture while sitting on chair Hello @cashreaders I hope you are doing great and you are healthy. Today i will write about how to sit properly on an office chair. Some of you are spending more and more time in the office. For many people, the office space has become a second home, so it is even more important that you feel as comfortable as possible in it. Last but not least, well-being also has a strong impact on work efficiency. In such work, we must not forget about our health. Properly organized and organized workplace is crucial for healthy office work. Healthy office work is undoubtedly strongly related to ergonomics; in other words: by adapting work and equipment to the worker and his abilities. The office chair certainly plays a key role in this. ERGONOMIC OFFICE CHAIR The most useful tips for sitting properly on an office chair: 1.You need to sit ergonomically at your desk You’ve probably first wondered what ergonomic sitting actually means in practice. Sitting at a desk is ergonomic when you can place your feet flat on the floor with an upright posture and a rectangular bend of the knees, while at the same time having the elbows of the bent arms at the height of the keyboard. When choosing an office chair, you should also make sure that the backrest offers good support for the middle and lower part of the spine.Properly ergonomically designed chair adapts to your body and movements so that the pelvis is properly supported, and the posture of the spine is natural and completely relaxed. The upholstered part of the chair, ie the seat and backrest, must be made of natural materials. This allows air to circulate and heat to be supplied. The use of a mechanism for raising, lowering and tilting the seat and backrest is extremely welcome. 2.Use swivel chairs for sitting Swivel chairs - swivel armchairs and carousels work best and for a long time sitting at a desk. Such a piece of furniture should be as stable and strong enough as possible; it must include at least four or five rollers. The seat should have an adjustable height with the possibility of adjusting the backrest and tilting back and forth. Your forearms should rest on the work surface of the table or on the appropriate armrests. The backrests can also be used effectively for occasional relaxation, but they are definitely a welcome help when getting up. When choosing, make sure that the backrests are height-adjustable so that they do not touch the edge of the table if, for example, you want to pull the chair closer. 3.Do not keep your legs crossed while sitting The front edge of the desk seat should have a rounded bottom edge or suitably padded. This will prevent obstruction of blood flow in the legs. With the spring-loaded spindle of the writing chair, you achieve that the shock when sitting on the chair is damped. Keep the chair safe from tipping over. Do not keep your legs crossed while sitting. 4 tips for flawless posture while sitting on a chair: 1.Adjust the height of the desk so that the angle between the forearm and upper arm is preferably 90 degrees. Keep your upper arms hanging down relaxed. The forearms should be in a horizontal line towards the work surface. 2.The seat surface of the writing chair should be designed to prevent sliding forward. The seat area should be fully occupied. 3.With your knees and legs slightly bent, keep your thighs firmly on the floor. Keep them approximately in a horizontal position. 4.The back support should serve you in such a way that when changing the posture of the upper part of the body, it always gives support in the lumbar part of the spine. For healthy sitting, you can do the following: eat healthy, especially do a lot of sports and exercise for 30 minutes every day. Above all, you should pay attention to healthy sitting for those who work at the computer at work for several hours, as you may already have severe back pain after a few hours. Live a happy life Happiness is something that all people crave. We seek it in material well-being, in education and reputation, in other people, v. But it seems elusive - we can feel it for a while, but sooner or later that feeling goes away. Our search for happiness continues. Our culture is full of ideas that really keep us from being happy. Here are some practical tips on how to get to the life you want and life lessons we need to forget if we want to be happy. 1. Problems are something negative Every problem comes with a gift in hand.Every problem also carries the seeds of a solution.Burnout in the workplace: directs you to the perfect career.Relationship breakdown: teaches you what love means.Every solution you find, however, gives life that real impetus. 2. It is important to be happy Try the following: think of something that puts you in a bad mood, awakens a sense of despair in you, makes you unhappy. Now think: I have to be happy. Stressful, right? Now say the following: It's okay to be sad when I need to be. 3. The past has left irreparable consequences Painful experiences leave scars - true. But some can be deleted.Example: Focus on a matter that is causing you concern. Then think of three reasons why your belief may be wrong - how such a belief hurts you and what you can do to make it different. So learn to (let go). 4. Only hard work leads to success Children learn through play - all the important life skills and lessons. For example, the boys, who learned strategy through play, gained important skills - how to manage situations in the real world.Use the game like you did as a child. Remember how you skillfully solved problems in and through the game. 5. Success is the opposite of failure Fact: You will succeed because you will try, fall and pick yourself up again and try again. Be it smoking cessation, skiing, running an organization or learning a foreign language.Studies show that people who are afraid of failure or. that they will make a mistake completely paralyzes that fear. Those who are relaxed, even if they are not doing well, quickly learn how to improve the situation. So be curious, take a risk and you will succeed. 6. What matters is what people think of me “But if I fail, people will think badly of me.” So now think: what would you do if you didn’t care at all what others thought of you? Well, now never forget that again. 7. Decisions must always be made rationally Sometimes, with rational thinking, we complicate things more than if we made decisions intuitively. Sometimes it’s just better to think like animals.Think of one decision you have to make - any one, for example, which movie you will watch tonight. Or, whether it is the right time to buy a house.Instead of weighing the pros and cons, pay attention to the physical response to all the options available to you. Pay attention to whether your body is tense or relaxed… And decide accordingly. 8. Beautiful girls have an advantage They may indeed receive more attention in certain situations, but the truth is this, the author writes: they are all focused on their appearance, but they do not really see them. 9. If all my wishes came true, my life would be perfect True happiness comes from within. If our happiness depends on ‘external things’, these ‘external things’ also have this power to make us unhappy. When you are truly happy, then the presence or absence of ‘external things’ does not affect inner peace. And when our satisfaction is independent of material rewards, desires often come true on their own.Be happy as if it has already happened to you. That’s the point - a sense of happiness and contentment, not things. 10. Loss is something terrible Losses are not cataclysmic if they teach our heart and soul that they are a natural cycle of growth and maturation. It’s worse if we lose ourselves - in order to keep everything else.Live your life. There are probably as many answers to the question of what happiness is as there are people. For some, happiness means having a full stomach, for others health, for others a new outfit, for a fourth he is happy when he is in the company of a loved one. What is happiness for you? Take a few minutes and think to yourself: What is happiness to me? What makes me happy? What do I need for happiness? Love you @Teji

Stay healthy-avoid cancer risk However, when the National Cancer Institute predicts that the number of new cancer cases will increase to 23.6 million a year by 2030, it is more important than ever to be aware of everyday things that could put you at risk - especially when your health and well-being are essential. These are cancer risk factors you probably didn’t know about: 1. Poor stress management While stress does not lead directly to disease, your body's response to that stress - through things like high blood pressure, a fast heartbeat and high blood sugar - can inevitably lead to cancer if left untreated. In recent years, links between psychological stress and cancer have also been discovered, as people may be forced to develop certain bad behaviors, such as smoking, overeating or drinking alcohol. 2. Poor oral hygiene Do you maintain your oral hygiene? Flossing, regular brushing of teeth and the use of mouthwash are essential for maintaining good health. A 2018 study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute found that gum disease is linked to a 24% increase in lung and colorectal cancer, meaning you need to start taking care of your oral hygiene as soon as possible. 3. Eating too much rice An analysis of a 2018 study published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health found that your rice contains arsenic and is a very credible threat to your overall health. Although arsenic levels in rice can vary around the world, any product that contains rice - including breakfast cereals - poses a risk of developing cancer. 4. Sleep with the TV on Even if the sound of your favorite nightly show is the only way to fall asleep, you may want to stop this bad habit. A 2010 study in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives found that the artificial light emitted by your TV screen is linked to breast and prostate cancer. 5. Vaccines Because the mantra that “vaccines are safe and effective” and that they have “eradicated deadly diseases” has been repeated for decades, this is generally accepted as a fact by most people. But the truth is completely different: vaccines are the source of all modern diseases: cancer, allergies, asthma and other autoimmune diseases and autism or. autism spectrum disorders. 6.Use of scented candles There is something so soothing about scented candles. But even if they relax you in an instant, they can also do a lot of damage in the long run. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), scented candles are full of potentially dangerous chemicals such as benzene and toluene, and their regular inhalation can increase the risk of cancer. HEALTHY HABITS REDUCE THE RISK OF CANCER: -be psysically active........aim to get the minimum 150 minutes a week -limit fast foods and processed foods high in fat, starches and sugars -main tain a healthy weight -cut back on red and processed meats.....eat no more then three portions per week -if you drink alcohol,do that in moderation....woman should have no more then one alcoholic beverage a day,man should have no more then two -fill your diet with whole grains, vegetables, fruits and beans. If you follow my advices then you will stay healthy. Thank you for reading my article. Greetings from @Teji

We are proud of NBA basketball player Luka Dončič Luka Dončić was born on February 28, 1999 in Ljubljana. His love for basketball started to show very early on. The ball was also the first on his wish list for birthday gifts from his first steps. Even though he had many, he always found one he didn’t have yet. Initially, as a small child, Luka gave the opportunity to other sports. At the Miran Jarc Elementary School he attended, his gym teacher quickly discovered the sporting potential of young Luka. So he wasn’t missing out on any cross country or school marathon. His running activities were the first to fill the display case with medals in his children's room in Ljubljana. Luka also fell in love with martial arts. Judo was the one that made him come home proudly many times with a medal around his neck. In the first grade of elementary school, he began to show off his basketball talent at the basketball club. At the same time, Luka, who was always full of energy, also trained football, handball, tennis and swimming. For a while, Luka persevered and attended all the trainings and matches. Because it eventually took him too much time with school obligations, he decided to dedicate himself only to basketball. He stood out the most in it at that time. He showed faster and more visible progress than his peers from training to training at the Union Olimpija basketball school, which he started attending in 2006. His coach therefore quickly sent him to the senior team and from there to the selection. Because of his height and talent, at the age of nine he also stood out in the group where the boys were three to four years older. He was always the one who made the match end in favor of their team. Luka Dončić was followed by scouts of many European giants for a long time, and the most enthusiastic about his arrival were at the royal club from Madrid, which contacted the player and his parents through his representative. He was first invited to represent their colors in the cup tournament, and then an agreement was reached on his final departure to Real.In September 2012, barely 13-year-old Luka Dončić left his homeland and went to Madrid. Luka lived in a boarding school with other young Real players. He attended an international school where lectures were given in English and Spanish, so it was imperative that he learn Spanish on a daily basis, which he knew quickly. He made his debut in the first Spanish league on April 30, 2015, when in the match against Unicaja, at the age of 16 years 2 months and 2 days, he became the youngest player in the history of Real, who played for the royal club, and the third youngest, who played in the league. He entered the stats with a three-pointer, which he hit just 16 seconds after entering the game. In the first season of 2015-2016 in the Endesa League, Luka played in 31 games and averaged 4.9 points, 2.8 rebounds and two assists per game in 14 minutes, becoming the Spanish champion. In the final, they beat Barcelona 3-1 in victories. He wrote history as the youngest finalist, at the age of 17 years and 115 days. At the tender age of eighteen, Luka greatly helped the Slovenian national team to the greatest success in the history of Slovenian team sports, to the title of European champions in 2017, and was also selected in the top five of Eurobasket. In the 2016-2017 season, he was named the MVP of the Euroleague round four times, and he also won the title of the most promising player in the strongest European club competition. The following season he became the MVP of the Euroleague and the MVP of the final tournament of this competition, and Real Madrid led to the title of champion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yVqa-lPxXY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgJIlWT3-MI After the dream season 2017-2018, Luka applied for the NBA draft and became the 12th Slovenian basketball player to participate in the selection. On June 21, 2018, he was selected third by the Atlanta Hawks at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Just moments before the selection, Atlanta and Dallas agreed to swap players, with Luke going to Dallas as the third selection and Trae Young’s fifth selection to Atlanta.Dončić became the highest selected Slovenian in the history of the NBA draft. With his departure to the NBA, his childhood dream came true. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3QrJSBkZ38 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knz3YJKYUiQ FACTS ABOUT THE PORT THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW Most often, breakfast is served with banana and cereal smoothies. At the age of nine, he got his puppy, which he named Nody, after his favorite cartoon. She has 200 pairs of different sneakers in her closet. His favorite series is Friends. His favorite subject in school was math. If I weren’t a basketball player, I would want to become a football player. Pre-match meals are always pasta, most often aglio e olio. My favorite holiday destination is the island of Krk. As a child, he preferred to spend his winter weekends skiing on Krvavec. Sam prepares pasta with tuna best. He cheers for Real Madrid football club. She loves adrenaline parks. For him, the most difficult subject in school was chemistry. Luka is a good dancer and has already attended a dance class in kindergarten. His favorite movie is Mamma Mia. HIS MOTO IS: NEVER GIVE UP! NEVER SURRENDER! Thank you for reading my article. Have a nice day! @Teji

Do you find that your apartment is never really clean? Do you feel that cleaning takes you a huge amount of time? Or do you have trouble finding cleaners that are effective yet healthy and environmentally friendly? As in many other areas, it is wise to know a few small tricks when cleaning, which can save time and energy and make sure that your apartment will be clean without the use of potentially harmful cleaners. Here are five tricks that will definitely help you maintain cleanliness in your apartment… 1.Always vacuum both sides of the carpet Carpets are one of those items in our apartment on which stubborn dirt accumulates very quickly. A little more thorough vacuuming of carpets can thus make your home much more hygienic than it would otherwise be. So we advise you to always turn the carpet when vacuuming and vacuum it from the other side, which is something that only a few people do. This can slightly extend the time between individual deep cleanings. If you want to provide additional refreshment for the carpet, we recommend that you sprinkle baking soda on it, wait a few hours and finally vacuum the carpet. 2. Help yourself with toothpaste when cleaning It is known that many cleaners full of harmful chemicals can be replaced with alcoholic vinegar or baking soda without much harm. However, there are plenty of other safe ingredients that can be a very high quality replacement for classic cleaners. These include toothpaste, which is especially useful for removing stains from walls, polishing silverware and faucets, and for cleaning sports shoes. 3.Clean the inside of the shower enclosure during the shower itself Cleaning the apartment will be much less tedious and time-consuming if you take care of individual tasks by the way. If cleaning the inside of the shower door or walls is not close to your heart, especially when you are fully dressed, which is probably the case for most people, we advise you to spend a minute every day while preparing to take a shower. Thus, stubborn dirt will not be able to accumulate on the surface, which would require a huge amount of removal effort. So it is good to have a special brush near the cabin for this task, which will be completed from now on as if in a blink of an eye. If you are mainly concerned about removing limescale from bathroom equipment, we advise you to quickly wipe off the rest of the water droplets after each use. This habit will get into your blood quickly and eventually you will do it completely automatically, without any special thinking - but later on, of course, you will have significantly less work to clean up. 4.Give each thing a "home" For every thing you have at home, find a place where it should be stored - its "home". This will make cleaning much easier, as you will only return the item that is out of place "home". 5. Use salt and lemon to clean kitchen boards Cutting boards can quickly become a real breeding ground for bacteria, so it is very important to take care of regular and thorough cleaning of these gadgets. Two simple ingredients can help you with this - salt and lemon. Sprinkle the wooden kitchen board with salt first, then rub it with a slice of lemon. Leave on overnight before washing the board under water. 6. Be creative when using the dishwasher The dishwasher is not only useful for washing dishes. You can wash many other things in it - from children's toys to make-up brushes and hair brushes - and save some valuable time and energy. Just check that the items you intend to wash in the dishwasher can withstand the high temperature. 7. Take a few minutes each day Campaign cleaning is actually the hardest part. Instead, sacrifice a few minutes each day to keep the items where they belong. If you rinse the plate under running water immediately after eating, washing will not be a problem at all, otherwise rubbing the dried dishes will be much harder to deal with. I hope my advices helped you a little bit with cleaning your apartment. Happy weekend! Love you @Teji

Calm down before you go to bed Good sleep hygiene consists of various habits. Among other things, it is important to avoid caffeine in the second half of the day, not to use electronic devices before going to bed, and to sleep in a darkened and not too hot room. In addition to following the basic guidelines, some additional measures can also be useful for better sleep. If you often have trouble sleeping - or especially having difficulty falling asleep - we recommend that you try to do yoga exercises before going to bed. These are simple exercises designed to calm down, so they are perfect before bedtime. 1. Lying twist (supta matsyendrasana) Stretching the body or contracted muscles is undoubtedly one of the foundations of relaxation - and one of the best sources of excellent stretching exercises is definitely yoga. Among the most popular and well-known exercises derived from yoga is t. i. supine twist or supta matsyendrasana. Thus, it is another exercise that is highly recommended to be performed before bedtime, as it helps to eliminate tension and constriction of the body, which is almost an inevitable consequence of daily stress. Lie on your back and bend your legs at the knees. Then turn your knees to the left and let them fall to the floor. Place your left hand on the thigh of your right leg and extend your right arm to the right. The shoulders should be relaxed and gently pushed against the ground. Focus on the breath. After about a minute, return to the starting position and then repeat the exercise by switching sides (so turn your legs to the right and extend your left arm to the left). 2. "Butterfly" (supta baddha konasana) Lie down and bend your knees. Then join your feet and let your knees slowly drop to the ground. Be gentle and patient. It’s quite common that you can’t get to the ground completely at first. Gradually, if you perform the exercise regularly, you will notice that you are becoming more agile and that the distance between your knees and the ground is slowly decreasing without much effort. Here, too, you can help yourself by lining your knees with a pillow or with a selected accessory. Stretch your arms out and let them rest relaxed next to your body. Of course, even with this exercise - as with yoga in general - it is important to pay attention to your breath. Breathing should be deep, with the diaphragm, and calm. For a start, it is enough to stay in the position for about a minute (or as long as you are still comfortable), and then try to extend this time a bit every night. The exercise clung to the name "butterfly", as the position of the body from a bird's eye view resembles the shape of a butterfly. In Sanskrit, however, the name supta baddha konasana is used for this yogic position. 3. Position of the child (balasana) A very simple but at the same time very effective yoga relaxation exercise is t. i. position of the child or balasana. It is an exercise that does not require special knowledge or skills, so it is also suitable for beginners. You start by kneeling on your knees and then sit with your heels touching your buttocks. Extend your arms forward and bring your head closer to the ground. The exercise is great for stretching your back and relaxing tense muscles in your neck and shoulders.Stay in this position for about a minute (you can gradually extend the exercise time). It is important that the buttocks touch the heel at all times. If that doesn't work for you, help yourself with a pillow or a folded blanket that you place under your buttocks so that your body can really relax completely. Also, during your exercise, pay attention to your breathing, which should be slow and deep. I hope you will sleep like a baby. Good night.

Superfood-spirulina Can you imagine a plant that will strengthen your immune system, provide your body with enough protein to function normally, improve your vitality, fill you with energy, regulate your digestion…? Is there such a SUPERFOOD at all? YES! It is called SPIRULINA. What is spirulina? Spirulina is a single-celled blue-green alga that belongs to the genus Cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) and is one of the oldest life forms on Earth. Spirulina is found in both fresh and salt water. It is a great dietary supplement as it has many healing properties, especially because it is rich in chlorophyll, essential amino acids, B vitamins, iron and protein. It is found in tropical and subtropical waters, which have a high salt content, some species also grow in freshwater. However, they can also be grown under controlled conditions that are no worse than those in the natural system. Spirulina is high in protein and is therefore usually recommended to clients who choose to become vegetarians due to its natural iron and protein content. High levels of protein and iron are also great during pregnancy, after surgery, or whenever the immune system needs a boost. It contains 26 times more calcium than milk. Its healing properties are rich. How to take Spirulina and where to find it? Spirulina can be found in powder form or compressed into tablets. It is most delicious when mixed with thick drinks, about 2 teaspoons a day. Because some people cannot enjoy the powder due to its specific taste, it can also be taken in the form of pills, which can be easily taken with water. STAY HEALTHY!! Thank you for reading my post.

A childfree-Happily ever after My friend told me some time ago that she doesn’t want to have children. Her decision was final and has been growing since her childhood. As a teenager, she had to take care of her younger sister when their mother became seriously ill, and her father "took refuge" in constant work. At that time, she became a "surrogate mother" when she was too young, and today, as an adult woman, she only wants freedom and independence for herself, she explained. My friend Kim is far from the only one. Despite the majority (and erroneous belief) that every woman still wants to become a mother. More and more of them are consciously deciding not to have children. Their reasons are different. Some come from childhood, others do not want to give birth to a child in an uncertain world of global climate change, environmental challenges, economic crises and current pandemics. The third attracts independence, freedom, travel, the fourth builds a successful career, the fifth never really felt the "maternal instinct" ... And no, they don't necessarily like children. They may adore them, they just don't want their own. I read in magazines that just during the covida-19 pandemic, even more women and even couples decided not to become parents due to growing uncertainty. It is now easier and more unreserved for them to speak in public, as society today understands and accepts them more than it used to. Yes, in ancient history, childless women were often persecuted, convicted, even murdered. In the Middle Ages, a woman without children (though for infertility, not even of her choice) was generally persecuted for witchcraft and association with the devil, and in ancient Rome, a husband could separate from his wife because she did not bear him a child. He discarded her and kicked her out of the home, and then church dignitaries tried to “cure” her. And no, women who choose to be childless are not selfish. Just like in 2015, Pope Francis preached in his address to the faithful. "The decision not to have children is selfish. Life is rejuvenated and gains new energy through reproduction, enrichment and not impoverishment," he announced. American pop singer Miley Cyrus is one of the celebrities who has publicly said they don’t dream of motherhood. She revealed to Elle magazine that she will not have children due to climate change. Until I can give birth to a baby in a world where fish will swim in the sea, I don’t want to be a mom, she said. Actress Cameron Diaz admitted to Esquire that she did not want such responsibility. "Life is easier because I don't have children. But that doesn't mean I made the decision easily," she stressed. Actresses Helen Mirren, Renée Zellweger, Jennifer Aniston and presenter Oprah Winfrey are also without growth. Croatian singer and musician Ivana Kindl is also among them. "I adore children and children adore me. I thought about it a lot and in the end I decided not to have children. You just know that," she said in an interview with Slobodna Dalmacija. By the 1960s, Europeans had already changed their minds about families - postponing marriage and parenthood, more women without children, more frequent divorces and more common extramarital affairs. The world has become more friendly to people who wanted to live on their own and who crossed the boundaries of ancient norms. Women who consciously choose to never be mothers are often the targets of smarts in the sense of “oh, that’s what every woman wants,” “motherhood is a natural given,” “you’ll change your mind,” “since you’re still young, you’ll see , when your biological clock starts ticking "," you will regret when you get older "... In reality, however, you should hear “it’s just your decision,” “you’re not obligated to explain or explain anything to anyone,” “I respect and accept your decision”. Because the decision is hers and not yours. But who are you to be able to judge her and - even worse - condemn her? Thank you for reading my article. Greetings from @Teji

What problems do people who grew up in a lack of love have? The experiences we experience as children (especially those up to the age of 4) stay with us as adults. Growing up in a lack of love and support, we shut ourselves off emotionally, distancing ourselves from people in the belief that we will protect ourselves from pain. Emotional wounds remain and unconsciously affect us throughout life ... All until we become aware of them and eliminate and overcome them. THE MOST COMMON PROBLEMS ARE: 1.Anxiety Anxiety is the most common mental problem in the U.S. and has a specific association with growing up in a dysfunctional environment. If as a child you witnessed exploitation, even experienced it, were alone and lonely for a long time, if you were not allowed to try new things, be creative and explore, or were punished if you failed at something ... Then it could be the result anxiety in adulthood. 2.Difficulties in communicating and interacting with others Lack of love is also reflected in communication problems and physical contact. You find it difficult to express your emotions and thoughts, you have a hard time hugging your fellow man or opening up to him. You have learned not to let people come close so as not to hurt you. This pattern is hard to break, but it is possible. However, problems also arise in poor self-esteem, in trusting others, and in fear of loss. 3.Doubts If you saw things differently than your parents, if they blamed you for doing something you didn’t really do, if you were punished for something you didn’t do, or if they denied an event you know happened. .. Then you may have trouble doubting reality, doubting yourself, your feelings, thoughts and intuition. It is difficult to determine what is right or. what is true and what is not. 4.A critical voice If you haven’t gotten enough love, support, and emotional connection, then you’ll have a hard time building strong self-confidence later in life. If you have been exploited, if you have been spoken to or given the feeling that you are not good and worthy enough as a child, then it can result in poor self-esteem and a very critical inner voice that appears in school, at work and in relationships. Always and everywhere you have the feeling that you are not good enough, worthy enough ... On the other hand, we have overprotected children who later also have problems when they grow up. Problems with a child's self-confidence arise when the obstacles are too high or when the child has no obstacles at all. A typical example of this is an overprotected child - a child in cotton wool.Such children are passive, dependent, and overly attached to their parents. They are constantly worried about whether their father and mother are near him. In fact, it is the parents who constantly monitor the child and do not allow him to move away from them. The child is constantly faced with prohibitions, and the parents do things for the child because the child "does not know" or "cannot do it alone" An overprotected child therefore develops with two messages: that he is incapable and that the world is a very dangerous place. This shapes his conception of himself, others, and the world by becoming a passive-dependent personality instead of growing into an active independent adult. These children are passive because they dare not do anything, and addicted because they are convinced that they cannot do it on their own. As a result, they become pathologically attached to another person from whom they expect to be cared for just as their parents once did. Overcome all these problems and establish inner strength within yourself. But don’t blame your parents or cook up resentment. There are no perfect parents, everyone makes mistakes and learns all the time, everyone who has their children finds out. They may have been inexperienced and behaved inappropriately, but they wanted the good, so you can forgive them. Be aware of their mistakes and actions that were not the best and do not repeat them. Thank you for reading my article. Love you @Teji

Mandala-discover its meaning WHAT IS MANDALA' The mandala is a circular figure representing the universe in Buddhist and Hindu symbolism. Everyone can choose the character they are most attracted to at first sight and thus discover more about themselves. The mandala has always served as an aid in concentration, meditation, personality maturity process, protection and healing. The mandala consists of opposites (dark - light, above - below, large - small, fire - water), which merge into a harmonious whole. We all want to be perfect, so we often hide our dark sides. The mandala, on the other hand, tells us that opposites are something completely natural and that opposites make up the whole (kind - rude, relaxed - tense, beautiful - ugly, high - low). The mandala is a physical manifestation that connects us to the spiritual world. It is the key to the spirit of self-knowledge, where we realize that we are more than just a physical body. Our life is also a kind of mandala, consisting of words, thoughts and actions and their consequences. The mandala opens the door to our dreams and forebodings. By drawing and studying our own mandalas, we get to know our spiritual symbols, archetypes. The mandala is like a map showing the way to self-realization. Drawing a mandala Drawing and coloring mandalas in us creates a feeling of peace, relaxation, joy, calm and harmony. It’s a gadget that helps us get together, focus, and connect. The mandala emphasizes the middle, which symbolizes the center of the one who draws it. Mandalas are also called the "healing circle" or "circle of light". The picture below shows 12 mandalas, and after 30 seconds of observation, you choose the one you like best. attracts you the most. But beware, the essence of the choice should not be based on the fact that you like a particular mandala the most because of the symmetry, the number under which it is located or because it is simply the most beautiful to you. When observing, you must rely solely on your instinct. EXPLANATION OF MANDALS: 1.COMPLIANCE This mandala represents the perfect balance of yin and yang, i.e. male and female energy. It bears the symbol of a swan, and communicates to the one it chooses that he needs a balance in life (between private and business life), between his own and other people's expectations, and a balance in terms of taking care of his own health. This mandala communicates that you need to pay more attention to yourself and not neglect your priorities. 2.TREATMENT This mandala is a symbol of the spiritual frog and tells the one who has chosen it to pay more attention to healing. This means it’s time to forget the events of the past, forget the things that offended you and the things you resented, end relationships that no longer make sense… All of these things cause harm in us. The mandala also tells you to pay more attention to current events. 3.INTUITION The mandala under number 3 symbolizes the spirit of the owl, which has excellent orientation and the ability to search for light in the dark. He who has chosen it must protect himself from other people and traps, and above all he must make decisions on the basis of his inner intuition and his own wisdom. It is also imperative that you do not shut yourself off from new ideas, but study them carefully. 4.VISION The fourth mandala has the symbolic energy of a white tiger, and gives the one he has chosen a clear vision in his views. A person with a fourth mandala needs to stop fantasizing and focus on the important things in life. It is necessary to land and stop living in dreams. 5.FORGIVENESS This mandala is guided by the element of water and speaks to the fact that everything we feel, love and what we fear shapes what we are. Her symbol is the dog, which represents unconditional loyalty, sociability and a sense of belonging. If you have chosen this mandala, then you need to stop ignoring the relationships that are bothering you, forgive the people you harbor resentment, get rid of negative feelings, and simply move on in life. 6.COMMUNICATION This mandala bears the symbol of a whale that sings in a unique way and gracefully shows its presence. He reminds us that we need to look deeper into our subconscious and communicate better only with ourselves and also with others. If you have chosen this mandala, then you need to learn how to better express your desires and how to better choose the people around you. 7.IMAGINATION The mandala represents the dragonfly, which represents the ability to create, to look at things from different angles with enthusiasm and drive. If you have chosen this mandala, then you need to allow your creativity to come to the fore. For starters, however, you need to reduce negative thoughts and worries in life and, if possible, change the things in life that are bothering you (e.g., work). You need to deal with the things that make you happy and not let fear drive you. 8.LOVE The symbol of the 8th mandala is the seahorse, which represents the ability to give, receive and nurture. It reminds the one who chose this mandala of all the love he has had in his life and also of the need for even more love. This noble feeling will only come if you are positively open to other people, as isolation is not a good choice for your spirit and desire for love. 9.COMPASSION This mandala represents the element of air, and its symbol is the elephant, which represents compassion and understanding. He reminds the one who has chosen this mandala that he needs to connect more with others and try to understand her more, because only then will others understand him better. Ask yourself how much negativity bringing condemnation and criticism of others into your life. 10.POWER The symbol of the 10th mandala is an eagle, which represents strength and a kind of shield against the misfortune and sorrow that life brings. If you have chosen this mandala, then the spirit expresses the need for greater power, because only in this way will you be able to build your foundations, with which you will be able to step more decisively through life. Greater strength of spirit is manifested in the form of faith and self-confidence. 11.INSPIRATION The symbol of this mandala is a peacock, which represents beauty, a sense of pride and a unique perspective. He who has chosen this mandala must stop being afraid to give of himself the most and best he can offer. You have to believe in yourself and you have to be proud of yourself. 12.PROTECTION The mandala protection represents the bear, which is a symbol of security, strength and protection. In moments of fear, you need to gather enough strength to help yourself and others, but you also need to learn that you can ask others for help in situations. You need to let someone take care of you as this awakens relationships. We all want to live in harmony and peace with ourselves. This is not an unattainable dream. This peace and this love can be achieved and maintained no matter what is going on around us. It is only necessary to learn to become and remain focused on the source of love, peace and joy in our heart. As a result, we also realize that we have always had all this at our disposal, we just forgot how to keep in touch. By meditating on mandalas, we gradually banish darkness, activate the light within ourselves, and become creators of our own reality. This is also the main purpose of life. Mandalas are not only beautiful, but also have their own meaning and significance, serving as a tool that connects the physical and spiritual worlds and helps us to reconnect with ourselves and the world If we look closely we find them everywhere in nature; snowflakes, snails, cobwebs, flowers, shells, starfish, planets, fruits and trees. We humans need symbols to realize that we truly live. If we want to live in harmony, we need to find contact with ourselves again and learn how to hear our inner voice. SO WHICH ONE YOU WOULD CHOOSE? Best wishes from @Teji

Do you like fresh or dried figs? Figs (Ficus carica) are one of the older cultivated plants. They originate from the area below the Himalayas and thrive very well in the eastern Mediterranean area. The largest producer is Turkey, followed by Egypt, Algeria, Morocco and Iran. They are often used in traditional medicine, where preparations from fruits, leaves or other parts of plants are used. Fruits that have a sweet taste due to their high sugar content and low acid content are suitable for consumption. TYPES OF FIGS: There are more than 150 species of figs that differ from each other, more in color than in structure. They are the best known and most widespread species: -mission (with black-purple shell and pink flesh), -kadota (with green shell and purple flesh), -calimyrna (with a greenish-yellow shell and brownish flesh), -Adriatic fig (with bright green shell and flesh of intense pink color). Figs are an important part of the Mediterranean diet, they contain sugars, dietary fiber, minerals and polyphenols. Due to the high content of sugars, especially glucose and fructose, and the low content of organic acids, they have a sweet taste. They have a high satiety value, which means that you get full quickly after eating. fRUCTOSE-HARMFUL OR NOT? Fructose is a sugar to which our body has become accustomed over the centuries of consumption, due to the slower digestion of fiber, fructose passes to the liver in smaller quantities. Therefore, the liver has no problems with it. Ordinary processed white sugar, on the other hand, is digested very quickly and reaches the liver in huge doses, which are difficult to deal with effectively. The fruit contains fructose. And if we overdo it with eating fruit, it could really hurt us. But fruit is hard to eat too much. Because it contains fiber, it needs to be chewed, it also satiates us faster. Therefore, unlike biscuits, it is practically impossible to eat so much fruit that its fructose could actually harm us. Figs consume many minerals, namely magnesium, iron, calcium, copper and potassium. Our body needs iron for good blood. Calcium for healthy bones. Potassium, however, must be consumed regularly if we do not want to have high blood pressure. Figs also contain vitamins K and B6, as well as some vitamins A and E. They also contain powerful antioxidant phenols. Compounds with potential anti-cancer effects - benzaldehyde and coumarin - were also found in figs. These compounds are still being researched, and the results are promising, especially in the treatment of prostate cancer. They have a beneficial effect on blood cholesterol levels. They found a high polyphenol content and strong antioxidant activity. A darker type of fig and a more intense color are also a guarantee for more beneficial molecules and antioxidants. By consuming fiber, we ensure good digestion. As well as for a healthy gut. Without these microorganisms, however, there is no well-functioning immune system. Researchers even have more and more evidence that they affect our well-being!Fiber helps with metabolism, so it is an essential nutrient if we want a beautiful physique and a healthy weight. WE CAN EAT FRESH FIGS OR DRIED FIGS. FRESH FIGS: When eating fresh figs, wash them gently in cold water first. If you put the figs at room temperature for a while before eating, they will only really develop their flavor. Figs are a delicate fruit. If they are already ripe, store them in the refrigerator. Eat them as soon as possible, preferably in a day or two. If they are not yet ripe, let them ripen on the kitchen counter. They are most delicious when they are soft and slightly wilted in appearance. If a drop of honey is made at the bottom of the fig, it is a sign of good maturity and quality. When they are just right ripe, they also have the most antioxidants. It is most desirable, of course, to eat fresh fruit. Fresh fruits have a sweet taste and are suitable for immediate consumption, but it is not possible to store fresh fruits for a long time. Figs can be eaten whole, peeled or just the stalk removed. The way figs are eaten depends on the type of fig and the desire of the individual. Figs can be a tasty substitute for sweets. DRIED FIGS: Snacks (especially dry) are very popular during meals, as they significantly reduce the feeling of hunger - of course only for a short time! Due to their excellent composition, they also help with fatigue, weakness, inability to work, have a good effect on the ability to concentrate and mood, eliminate nervousness and help women with menstrual problems. Dried figs - you can also dry them yourself.Sun-dried figs, apricots and dates have always been preserved, which is still the most valued technique, although artificial heat drying is gaining ground. Successful drying is only possible in countries where the climate is dry at harvest time. The speed and success of drying depends on the relative humidity, temperature, fruit size and variety. WE CAN ALSO PREPARE JAMS FROM FIGS: Figs have been a part of a healthy diet for centuries. Because they are an ancient and unaltered fruit - so man did not interfere with them by crossing, let alone other interventions, they are - in addition to wild berries - practically the healthiest fruit you can eat. BON APETTIT! Greetings @Teji

What you think about painting on a part of your body? Have you ever considered having a work of art painted on your body? If your answer is yes then i have idea for you. Today I will write about Henna painting. WHAT IS HENNA PAINTING? Henna painting "mehendi" is a unique fashion accessory that reveals our character, encourages creativity, relaxes and acts meditatively.Every pattern we draw anywhere - on paper, floor or table - emits its own frequency, energy. It’s the same with patterns we draw with henna on the body. The energy of the sample then passes through the energy points that we have the most on the soles and palms, into the biofield of the individual. WHAT IS HENNA? Henna (Lawsonia inermis) is a medicinal plant, as its leaves contain substances that have antifungal, antiviral and reduce swelling and pain. Henna was also expelled from Europe due to ignorance. “Even in hairdressing schools, they often teach untruths about henna, such as to coat the hair and then rot it inside, to clog the scalp, cause hair loss and the like. This is the strategy of the cosmetics industry, in which a lot of money is at stake, "warns Velikanjeva. Not only is henna not harmful, but it is extremely healing. It works as a dye because its leaves contain the red-orange molecule Lawson, which binds to proteins in our skin, nails or hair, and this binding is so perfect, as it "penetrates like ink into the pub" that it does not damage anything, but noble and strengthens. The painting of the body with henna, also called Mehendi (which in Hindu means kana. Kana!) Originates from India and the eastern lands. Women in the East, after several hours, beautified their bodies with mehendi. Traditionally, this was done especially on various religious and personal holidays. No wedding was complete without mehendi. The painting was worn not only by the bride, but by all the women present at the wedding. According to tradition, there was no bride, after the wedding nothing had to be done until her painting had completely faded. The tradition of henna painting has spread from the east all over the world and also to Europe. It intertwined with the work of artists and became a popular way of adorning the bodies of women as well as men. Henna painting can be a fashion accessory at an important event. It can be a pleasant and relaxing time with friends, or by doing a painting, we can show love to ourselves. Henna painting can be practiced by anyone, but making the right mixture is quite a difficult task. "There are as many recipes as there are artists," says the henna master, who adds lemon juice to the mixture, essential oils to oxidize the color, and fructose, which allows them not to break while drawing lines, while adding chemicals can burn the skin. and leave permanent scars. The prepared mass is then filled into home-made cones with a clipped tip, which are like a “painting brush” with which henna is applied to the skin. When the drawn pattern dries slightly, it is rubbed with lemon juice, which enhances the penetration of the pigment into the skin, and sugar, which makes a glaze so that the slurry does not crack and fall off. It is recommended to keep it on the skin for at least six hours for a darker and more lasting pattern. WHAT KIND OF MATERIALS THEY USE FOR PAINTINGS? -Kana Henna is a natural dye that gives a nice brown (from light to darker shade) color to the pattern. -Hengua Hengua is henna with added jagua juice. The painting has darker shades, from dark brown to dark gray. -Kana + Hengua The two-color painting is very interesting. When performing, we use henna and hengua at the same time. -Jagua gel A natural plant dye (African fruit juice) that gives a dark blue color. The full color in a brick brown tone develops within 48 hours of application and lasts for 10-14 days, depending on the care of the painting. Be special - have a unique fashion accessory on your arm, back or leg. But Mehendi is not just a painting on the body with interesting patterns. Henna has always been known for its healing and cleansing effect, so it is used in medicine and cosmetics. Each pattern in the painting has its own meaning and above all protects man and his own energy. I can say that the process of painting with henna is similar to meditation. You feel relaxation, inner harmony and peace. Thank you for reading my article. I wish you Happy weekend! Love you @Teji

Do you love tea? I present to you the latest Ayuverdic teas that will awaken all your senses Shoti Maa Ayurvedic teas are blends of herbs and spices that originated in India. Ayurveda in translation means the science of life. Ayurveda ˝Ayur˝means life and ˝Veda˝means science. Ayurveda is a thousand-year-old medicine that is still present in India today. Its purpose is to cover the soul, mind, emotions and body, and restore them to balance. Shoti Maa teas are extremely delicious and made exclusively from Ayurvedic herbs. Ayurvedic herbs may be less well known, but therefore even more effective. They are for anyone who thinks life is wonderful. Take a minute and enjoy the flavors, and experience the balancing effects that Shoti Maa tea will provide. 1. Tea wakes you up If your night was too short, we need caffeine in the morning first. Better a poor horse than no horse at all. Why? Caffeine from coffee wakes us up quickly, but it also quickly stops working. Therefore, green tea is better than coffee. Of course, you will need longer to prepare, but the effect will also be appropriate - longer operation. In tea, caffeine does not work immediately, but gradually, that is, over a long period of time. 2. With tea, your skin will be beautiful and healthy It may sound crazy and untrue, but it is pure truth! Tea makes you more beautiful. You’re probably wondering how… Simple: while other drinks pump water out of the body, tea makes sure our body is constantly hydrated. Antioxidants from tea protect against free radicals that cause wrinkles. It also helps prevent acne and protects us from the bad effects of UV radiation. The skin is more resilient, healthy and young. 3. Drinking tea is soothing Tea is not only good for clearing the brain in the morning, but it also has a very calming effect and reduces stress. Unlike other beverages such as juice, we drink tea slowly. When drinking, we enjoy each sip and calmly "sip" it. Although tea may seem easy to make, people often forget about time when making it. Different types of tea require different lengths of soaking in hot water, so always follow the stated brewing time. Fruit teas can be soaked for a longer time, while green teas for only two or three minutes, more will cause bitterness.
