Positive thoughts really evoke positive events, and you need to learn how to successfully cultivate them in your head.

And stress is a game of hormones. It is closely related to cortisol and adrenaline and can make you sick. Can't it be the other way around then?
Can positive affirmations really help you be happier and more successful? Or does it take something else?
Affirmations are simple, short but positive ideas that describe a situation we want to find ourselves in or a goal we want to achieve.
Truth be told, it is not enough just to think positively, but also to work on the realization of one's desires, whatever they may be.
In order to be effective, positive affirmations must be repeated often until they become part of our subconscious. In this way we try to change our subconscious, and it very often sends negative signals that are the result of lack of self-confidence and care. "Can I do this", "Am I good enough for this" and similar thoughts, you have to admit they are not motivated to progress. Affirmations actually nullify their effect.
Positive affirmations work best if formulated in the present tense. This means that if you want to be successful in a business, you need to say the affirmation as if you are already successful. For example "I am successful and I achieve my goal" instead of "I will be successful and I will achieve my goal." My mother taught me one powerful sentence and it reads “I want it, I can do it, I can do it” affirmation in the present tense.
Such statements instantly raise the level of self-confidence and self-confidence as well as good mood and create a sense of satisfaction. In contrast, negative thoughts make us give up on our goals very quickly.

Afirmacije su jednostavne, kratke ali pozitivne ideje koje opisuju neku situaciju u kojoj zelimo da se nadjemo ili neki cilj koji zelimo da ostvarimo.
Istini za volju, nije dovoljno samo pozitivno misliti, vec i raditi na ostvarenju svojih zelja, ma sta one bile.
Da bi imale dejstvo, pozitivne afirmacije moraju cesto da se ponavljaju dok ne psotanu deo nase podsvesti. Na taj nacin mi pokusavamo da promenimo nasu podsvest, a ona vrlo cesto salje negativne signale koji su rezultat nedovoljno samopouzdanja i briga. "Da li ja ovo mogu", "Da li sam ja dovoljno dobar / dobra za ovo" i slicne misli, morate da priznate ne motivisu za napredak. Afirmacijama zapravo ponistavamo njihovo dejstvo.
Pozitivne afirmacije najbolje deluju ako se formulisu u sadasnjem vremenu. To znaci da ako zelite da budete uspesni u nekom poslu, treba da izgovorite afirmaciju kao da vec jeste uspesni. Na primer "Ja sam uspesna i ostvarujem svoj cilj" umesto "Ja cu viti uspesna i ostvaricu svoj cilj." Moja majka me je naucila jednu mocnu recenicu a ona glasi "Ja to hocu, ja to mogu, ja to umem" afirmacija u sadasnjem vremenu.
Ovakve izjave momentalno podizu nivo samopouzdanja i vere u sebe kao i dobro raspolozenje i stvaraju osecaj zadovoljstva. Nasuprot tome negativne misli cine da vrlo brzo odustanemo od nasih ciljeva.

Positive words spoken aloud reprogram our brains. By repeating affirmations regularly, you can transform from a pessimist to an optimist. They help you focus on your goal. Then when you are focused on achieving it, you will also see some paths and signs that can help you succeed, which you might not have seen had you not decided to succeed at all costs.
We react emotionally to many things in life. One way to describe emotions and express them are just words and that is why positive affirmations work. They creep into our subconscious, and this also affects our habits, our behavior, attitudes, reactions, and generally how we deal with the things that surround us.

Positive affirmations are a simple and easily accessible way to put it all into action. But that is sometimes easier said than done. You need to learn to be present, aware of your thoughts and think optimistically.
Od vas samih zavisi hocete li mraciti, misliti negativno, u svemu nalaziti kamen spoticanja i postati energetski vampir ili cete misliti pozitivno i fokusirati se na preskakanje prepreka i kamena spoticanja.
Strucnjaci koji su se bavili i istrazivanjima na koji nacin pozitivne misli uticu na nase zdravlje zakljucili su da one:
Smanjuju verovatnocu pojave depresije;

Pozitivne afirmacije su jednostavan i lako dostupan nacin da sve to sporovedete u delo. Ali to je nekada lakse reci nego uraditi. Potrebno je nauciti biti prisutan, svestan svojih misli i razmisljati optimisticno.

We build our reality along with other factors that move us up and down a scale of positive and negative thoughts and emotions. Most people are running on autopilot and are unaware of how their negative thoughts and emotions are controlling their life. We spend 70% of our awaken day in a hypnotic trance. So, the other 30% must be focused work on what you want in life, success, wealth, happiness, love, confidence, strength, power, focus, etc, etc... This laser focus is what I coined in one of my books as "Trance-Anchoring" and is extremely important to creating the "True Success" mindset. While being in a trance state is effortless it is also dangerous. Why? Because in the trance or hypnotic state of mind negative information can be Trance-Anchored to the subconscious more easily. This information becomes the driving force of your entire reality and you will be completely unaware it is running in the background of your mind. It is a great idea to practice becoming more aware and in control of the 70% of your mental state.
