Am I in love again? 🤔
I am not the type that has this time for ladies, most times I joke a lot and when ladies feel I make them laugh so much then they would just keep beating and beating thinking they are playing. So I made up my mind to reduce my interactions with ladies especially when it comes to joking.
This got to the extent that I don’t even have many feelings for ladies again since I have been ignoring them and limiting my time and actions with them. It continued like that for years and I could feel changes in my life. But how would I cope with my wife if I had to continue this way?
I had to tell myself, “you have to start relating with them again and make sure you learn how to control yourself”. I understood the message I passed across to myself and I decided to go for a girl I felt I would like over time.
Yeah, it worked out. She accepted me and I started to maintain my first relationship with a girl. It wasn’t really bad as a first-timer but I noticed something strange about the relationship. She is always the “asking” type and not ready to support. I felt I already pushed myself into this. So there is no backing out. I made a write-up about her, don’t know maybe it’s on this platform or others I am not so certain.
Then all of a sudden there was a day Mum called me to ask about my relationship with her, I said nothing much. Then she told me to forget about her. I took the step with immediate effect and broke up. Since I already started to have some ill feelings about her.
It broke my heart and hers too, she kept asking the reason for the sudden break up for days but I gave no answer. I was just so sorry.
Since then I never asked any lady out because I don’t want what happened at first to happen again. Not until my 3rd year in the university that I came across this lady. I had a crush on her but it seems she never noticed me. So I decided to throw my card. I expressed myself to her but she never gave a direct response. She seems to like me but something is holding her back. I thought she was trying to play hard not until I realized that ever since I have been calling her on my call log and messages, she never called me or messaged me once. That’s when I realized she is a no-go area for me.
I suffered another heartbreak but it was just for a little while. I moved on with my life. Meanwhile, my relationship with ladies kept on reducing after each experience.
Fast forward to my after-school days and when to go for our youth service corps. I met a lady. We were on the same bus to the state where I was deployed. Seems she was a friend to a friend of mine. From there I knew her name and nothing more.
We camped for 21days and I have gotta see her often, but I just wave at her and move on. I can’t experience another breakup again. After camping all of my friends moved to another state. But I remained where I was posted. I got my place of primary assignment and tried settling down. The next morning it was this same lady I saw next door.
I approached her and she said she was also posted to the same place of primary assignment. I was at least happy that I would have someone to talk to again. I won’t be lonely after losing all my friends.
I got her contact number since she is the only one I knew partially from camp and the same bus too. Then gradually we got fond of each other and our chat became more consistent. From there I felt some attraction towards her. I don’t know if she has any. But I could feel it.
Right now I am in a state of confusion as to whether I should express my feelings to her or just keep the friendship going between us. And I don't know if I am ready to love again after a long time.

My dream about Bitcoin Cash 💰
Today was pretty cold as I woke up to the cold weather and cool environment. Yeah, we went for another physical training today which takes place on Mondays and Wednesday mornings. It was quite okay for me because I later had to jog out some of the colds in my body. After that, I decided to have some bread and hot tea to warm my body.
Yeah yesternight was so much of an amazing night because I would say I felt like not waking up when I am supposed to. It is all because of my dream. I went to bed late last night because I had to make sure I publish my article for yesterday before the day runs out and I was so grateful I was able to accomplish that.
All of a sudden while I was fast asleep I realized my article got rejected so I woke up again to check then I saw it was still okay and intact 😂. So I had to sleep in peace.
While sleeping I saw someone right in front of me and asked me. What would you do if you got 1bch in your wallet? I felt reluctant to answer at first because I don’t know who the person could be, who knows maybe they are just finding a perfect time to scam. I heard the voice again, what would you do with 1bch in your wallet? Then I replied. If you want to ask me such a question and you want to receive a proper answer from me then you would have to send it to my wallet first before I could say what I would use it for.
The next thing I would hear from was to drop my Bitcoin Cash address so I would receive the alert. I was happy inside of me that it was time to explore. After a few minutes, I got a notification in my wallet with a whole BCH at the current price, then I was asked what I would use it for.
After that, I met myself in front of a crowd while everyone was staring at me. I was totally out of my mind. One part of me regretted asking for the real BCH in my wallet while the other part kept telling me to do my best for this might just be an opportunity that came but once.

A few minutes later I began to analyze how I would buy some tokens on the Smartbch network after converting some part of my BCH to Smartbch and holding some Smartbch tokens for the future. I further explained how I would stake my Daikuri token in the Tropical finance pool and earn other tokens too. At the end of my explanation, they all gave me a round of applause and I was happy to spread some knowledge on BCH and Smartbch to the world. The next thing I began to see was notifications from my wallet. 2 BCH, 5BCH, 1.5BCH and it continued counting up to 50 BCH in my wallet. I burst into tears of joy and showed my appreciation then I realized I wasn’t even teaching anyone because they were all BCH whales.
Wow 🤩. I felt myself on top of the world, though I know it was just the beginning. I held my phone so tight to myself while I left the stage. It became one of the happiest moments in my life.

My friend tried to kick me awake for prayers, I was frustrated but the happiness from my dreams changed my look as I was about to reconfirm what I had in my wallet and not see even a drop of 0.00001 BCH in my wallet. 😂 it was a pain in my heart. My country, My nation
**Good evening here my Readcash families**
`Today is another beautiful day on the earth's surface. We wake today again to appreciate our existence and give glory to the source that created life.`
Some days back I read a poem by @Olasquare in his article **“Move On”** which I promised him I would make mine someday. It’s been a long time since I wrote one because I feel it is not just ordinary word combinations but what pours out from one's mind, what one is passionate about, and it’s an art of expressing our thoughts in a few lines and stanzas. https://read.cash/@Olasquare/move-on-32fba531
So I was triggered to write a poem after watching a heart-touching poem from a poet and a humanist on YouTube. She had it much more interesting and touching only if poems could speak and touch the heart of people. I was about to shed tears at the end of the video. Benefits of exercise in our body.

Today is Monday again. Another day to resume our normal duties after taking some rest and having fun for the weekend.
Yesterday we got an update from our WhatsApp group notifying us about this morning's PT (physical training) in the cantonment. We haven’t experienced one before so everyone was eager to go out and see how it looked. To me, it was a very nice one because I had to stretch all my body and make sure I had done all the physical fitness moves, from jogging, push-ups, and some others. After the thorough exercise, I got back home and took my bath before resting.
****So today I would love to talk about exercise, its benefits, and its disadvantages.****
We have to make sure we get ourselves the best exercise to avoid injury. Get a good, consistent workout routine that keeps you active, that includes mobility and flexibility training.
At times you might need to spend more time out of the gym, taking the stairs instead of walking. Try to lift only in the mornings, you'll burn more calories and get more work done. Do exercises that challenge your muscles and make them stronger.

My advice: if you can, do a variety of different exercises. Build up your strength by building up and training different muscles all over your body and by doing exercises and movements that you feel comfortable doing. These exercises are the most effective. You can do them anytime. **Benefits of exercise in the body.**
There are various benefits we could get from exercising ourselves.
1. Aerobics is also an excellent way to lose weight, reduce the risk of disease, improve mobility, build strength, increase energy, strengthen the heart, muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and bones. It also can help to improve balance, coordination, and posture.
2. You are more likely to keep fit if your work is done in an environment where you have access to a range of exercises with a personal trainer and where they encourage you to build your strength.
3. Working out strengthens your bones, connective tissue, and connects with your mind.
4. It builds confidence. The best advice I can give to anyone trying to start a weightlifting program is to go for it. If you don't like the program or feel you are overtraining, then don't do it."
5. Exercise makes you stronger in many ways - it burns fat, improves joint mobility, and promotes healthy hormone levels.
6. With exercise your metabolism will be stimulated.
7. It may take time for your training to become consistent and regular, for instance, you need to tone your upper body, chest, back, arms, shoulders, triceps, and legs.
8. To get a good idea of how much muscle you can build you should always make sure you are on a proper program. While it isn’t possible to eat whatever you like, always limit your calorie intake per week.
9. When you lose bodyweight, a person gains muscle. If you want an extra pound of lean muscle, lose fat.
10. As I mentioned before, the best thing about bodybuilding is that it involves a fair amount of walking and not just lifting weights.
11. Keep working towards a goal and then you'll have achieved it. Exercise is a great way for you to stay motivated and engaged. And, remember to always keep a positive attitude.
13. Muscle building can improve flexibility and your ability to tolerate strain.
**Disadvantages of exercise in the body.**
There are various setbacks we could get from exercising too much.
Many of us are either injured or overweight (fat) while performing a specific exercise. Sometimes our muscles or bones can go too far beyond our design and can be damaging to our joints or tendinous structures.
Injuries can occur during exercise, or while training, when muscles are working too fast or too much. It's important to work out regularly, not just to make your muscles stronger and to burn fat because it makes your skeleton stronger.
**Types of exercise**
Various types of exercise are pretty good and healthy for the body some of which are
1. Push-ups: Push your heart rate up by sitting on your hands with your feet slightly apart and bringing your knees in to touch your chest and chest muscles stretch and relax.

Old times memories; Rummage through my phone gallery.
**Hi all 👋**
`How is your day going?`
`I would be taking you through my gallery and showing you some of my pictures as the challenge I took up upon myself as requested.`
**Oldest photo on your phone**
This was a capture I took from a printed photograph of when I was graduating from the pre-elementary classes to the elementary classes. I couldn’t remember vividly how it happened that day but I still have some faded memories of it. It's been the oldest photo I have of myself and my siblings. Though we got a lot of photographs, the old ways never made it last longer. As soon as the photos join together then it starts to wipe off. But I got this from my aunt's home, probably because she had kept it so dearly for a long time.
**Latest photo on your gallery**
This was a capture I took on a Friday last year, it was the last Friday of the year. So coincidentally I had someone who wanted to use my phone to get some captures then I requested a capture of myself too. It’s still the latest photograph on my device because I am not that much of a picture lover, but I take pictures. I am not sure if I have taken pictures this year. 😂
**A photo you have no idea what it is about**
I can’t say exactly what this picture would be or how it even gets on my device. Because most times my younger siblings would sneak in to pick up my phone and turn on the camera to snap themselves. So at times they just capture anything around them 😂. I still can’t guess where this place could be.
**An embarrassing photo**
My friend at the NYSC camp was a naughty one. I do sleep at the top bunk in our hostel. So there was a day I was on my phone and slept off while using my phone. He came in and saw me asleep with my phone on. He said my phone was about to fall off before he came to my rescue 😂. He took my phone and got a naughty capture of me sleeping and used it as evidence. When I woke up finding my phone all around he gave it to me but I could only see the pictures some days after. 😂 I racked my brain before I knew it would be his handwork.
**The worst photo**
I know I am the worst when it comes to taking photos so most times I delete them after snapping. But actually, there are times I would have to contemplate whether a picture is worth it or not. 😂. So I would later leave it on my device. This was a picture I captured under the direct sunray. I felt its presence through the window. When I opened the window, I took my camera and got a capture. After taking a series of pictures then I could only leave this one. And right now I feel like deleting it again because I see it look so awkward 😂.
**A selfie/groupie**
I would always cherish this group selfie 🤳 with my siblings. It was years back on an Eid celebration. After prayers, we decided to get ourselves a capture with my brother's new mobile device. It was an amazing shoot and I love it.
**The best photo**
My friend had boasted about this capture a lot because he was the one that captured it. It finally became the best capture on my device. It was a sunny evening after classes then on our way to the bank we felt the environment should be okay for some capture and it was indeed worthwhile.
**A Photo of food you want to eat again**
If I could bring back the old times I would wish to take this plate of rice and chicken again. It’s a packaged meal by a food company known as “Item7.” I remembered my days at school when I would always have to order and have a nice time taking it with chilled drinks.
**A place you have been that you want to visit again**
I would love to visit Rio ice cream and snacks. They have amazing flavors of ice cream and it is not so expensive. I wished to be there again to have so creamy ice cream 🍦 and their sugar-coated doughnuts 🍩 .
**A photo of someone you admire**
She is like a sister to me but I admire her beauty and character, she is so friendly and cheerful. There are days when we would have to talk and laugh. Especially when we talk about relationships. She is just so cool. 😎
**Beach/Resort/Getaway Photo**
I remembered the day myself and my younger sister sneaked out to visit the Olumo rock at Abeokuta Ogun state. We never planned to visit the place but when we were outside our uncle's house we saw the rock from afar. And we wished to go but mum promised us some other day. It was around noon when I told my sister I would be going over to that rock. I need to climb it. 😂. She agreed to sneak out with me then we journeyed down the tourist attraction. We got to the gate but they requested our tickets. We joked and had fun with the man in charge then he let us in but just for a quick tour. So at the top of the rock is where we got this capture.
**Funniest Photo**
God bless this very day when I had to take freshly cooked hot 🥵 noodles 🍜 before going to class. After taking it then I began to sweat 😥. The sweat continued like it was raining. Then I took my device and captured it. I think the noodles did a good job. A friend of mine saw it in my gallery and said; you are one of the most unserious fellows I have ever met. 😂
**The Most memorable photo**
This was the first photo I would upload on Facebook and it was captured using my brother's first mobile device. Facebook had kept it for a very long time before I had to come across it again. My little brother with me in the picture is now a big boy.

Essence of prayers in our life.
Prayers are so essential in human existence, we have to make sure we are so prayerful in all we do even if it warrants people tagging us 'prayer warriors'. This is our life's work and we should always be prayerfully engaged in our personal and spiritual life. Pray because we can. When we pray, God does not ask us to do something, he only asks us for our willingness. We can only pray when we already have the will and the willingness to pray. If we refuse to pray, then we will not be prayed for. We may feel that we cannot make the most of the opportunities God gives us, but we must not allow that to stop us from praying.

Prayer is a way of life for us as humans, this often means that we need to develop our ability to focus on God, direct our attention to Him, and have our prayers answered. It's not just about praying. If you've ever prayed a little, you may have experienced that there is an inner resistance to praying, that you are often afraid to say some words. So when you find yourself thinking like this, it's time to refocus. God is waiting for you to be the one who's going to get answers, and if you're not, He will do it for Himself. You can pray for yourself or you can just pray and ask for whatever you need, as long as you have it or not then you will get it, in prayer or in any other way. It's not a matter of if, but when, because God knows He is always with us. He knows we don't always get what we want, so He can certainly work things out for us if we only open our eyes. As long as you take the time and pray with your whole heart, your prayers will be answered when they are. Don't forget that when you worship, there's no such thing as a lack of power to get God to answer your prayer, only a reluctance to use it when it is needed.

Some people only have faith in their prayers, those who have nothing else. They pray on the way to the bank or to see a doctor, or they pray at home for a job, etc. But others pray day and night. If you pray all day long, all you get is more and more of the same. In the last few years, I've seen many people come to pray only once a week (Fridays and Sundays) and never pray again, even though they had a good time. But praying is different from any other kind of action. For me, the real secret of prayer is that it's a lifelong commitment. I don't have to pray every day. That's why I have my whole life to put into prayer for the things I want. Every prayer I ask God for will have its answer. Not always, but sometimes. And that's what it means to pray as God desires.
To give up praying when you feel you already have all the answers. I hope you will come back to the table. The table of prayer is only for those who need help. It is not for everyone. There are many ways that praying can be a challenge for some people. We should pray in our homes, at work, in our car, on a train, and at times in prayer with friends and family. The point is that the more we pray, the sooner God's answer will come. And at that moment, let's pray that it will happen so that our lives will also be prayerful life. If you feel that prayer is getting in your way, tell God what you think, and don't forget to thank him for his answers. Thank him that He heard you in prayer.

Happy birthday to you Princess
Today is the 14th day of the first month of the year and this would no doubt be my 14th article. I am happily writing this and also grateful for my consistency so far. Yeah Just like the title has it, it’s all about a birthday post and nothing more.
I am not the type that is used to always writing birthday articles or celebrating birthdays here and there. Because I see every birthday as another day to sit back and reflect on our past actions, think about the future we are not promised, and remember death is getting closer for each countdown we make.
I found myself writing this because there are some people just worth celebrating 🥳 and appreciating. Not really because of the day itself but because of what they had made out of their 365 days on earth. So I am dedicating this article to the celebrant of today, a person with a wonderful soul, a person with good character and an amazing one, someone who is ready to shower love and care no matter who and where you are, and guardian angel, an amazing mother to be, the daughter to a queen and it’s no one other than the only @Princessbusayo .
I have nothing much to say to you than to shower you with prayers and love. You have been a wonderful friend right from the very beginning. I should have added a virtual friend but there is just a thin line between virtual and real. The only reason why I would still call you a virtual or semi-virtual friend is because you failed to see me in person. 😂 😂 😂. Laziness and procrastination in my veins
`Hi all Readcash families`
Today is Thursday. The 13th day of the first month in the year 2022. If I am not mistaken this should be my ***13th article out of 365 articles*** for this year 😂. I think I have gone farther than expected. I haven’t even got to ¼ of my journey but I have already begun to feel lazy.
I am not so sure if there is some kind of injection for someone to work hard and remain much active or maybe some drugs to use. But one thing I realized is that laziness comes from loneliness and laziness results in procrastination. That’s how I would take my theory: **Loneliness - Laziness - Procrastination.**
I have found myself so lonely for days now. Just a little bit of activities to be done. No one to share my thoughts and experience with. And I am that kind of person who always loves competing with people just to remain up and active. So when there is no competitor I might be left with no option but to relax and relent. This could be what has resulted in my laziness.
Though not that I am fully lazy, just that I take most of my time sleeping. And I began to grow fond of it. So whenever I feel like doing something better I feel like this is not the right time to do it. I should be sleeping now not doing anything and that's how I continue to sleep and sleep. By the time I would wake up I might not have the time to do them anymore because other things should be done by that time.

Laziness is the quality of being unwilling to work or use energy; idleness.

Just like the definition has it to be as a result of idleness and being idle is what results in laziness. So everything in life has its advantages and disadvantages. But I would be looking more into the consequences of laziness
**It lowers self-esteem**
Laziness makes one lose more confidence in oneself. When you think you can’t do it, meanwhile you never even gave it a trial but you already concluded that if you could do it then something might happen. Having lower self-esteem reduces one’s morale to do more and also makes one lose self-respect.
**It hinders positive recognition by others**
In a society where there is the presence of lazy people, they are mostly being judged instantly and also pushed away and counted as unworthy.
**Lack of discipline**
Lazy ones are known to be lacking discipline because they prefer to run from anything that seems hard or uncomfortable to them. They would always want everything to come so easy and faster. Instead of them facing the difficulty and making sure they combat it by creating a comfort zone for themselves.
**Destroys good habit**
Most times when we get too lazy we tend to lose some of our good ways of doing things. For example, someone who is used to taking his bath twice a day gets lazy, then they begin to reduce it to once a day and at most maybe thrice a week. This looks so funny but kinda the reality. There is a friend of mine during our school days who is always lazy but not to the extent of missing out on class notes. Gradually he began to create spaces between his notes and omit some topics till he stopped writing notes in the class. And he never did till we were out of school. Laziness should be fought to make sure we avoid missing out on what is to be done for our good.

This article should have been published in the morning but laziness made me delay it till now. I am also trying to fight it over and I did for today so tomorrow should be different 😂.

Readcash versus Other social media
`It’s always so amazing to see how fast time flies. Just like yesterday, we kicked off the new year but by His Grace, we have a few more days to get to the middle of the month. We give thanks to God for everything he has done in our lives. And we pray for mercy and prosperity.`
Yesterday I was trying to clear some apps away from my device to at least function more efficiently. I was able to log on to my Facebook application again and after a short while, I couldn’t access my login because I might have forgotten my password. So I had to open my chrome browser and try accessing it with my “save passwords” option on the browser, luckily it worked out and I was able to access it again. I realized the last time I made an update on my profile was **14th March 2021**, getting to a year now.
Then I thought to myself where have I been for all these while not having become active in the media. I thought maybe it was just because of my Facebook app that was somewhere hidden on my phone. So I decided to go over and check my Instagram page also and I realized that was even worse I made my last update on **19th June 2017.**
The last and funniest thing to me was that even the mighty Twitter *(though still banned in our country except tweaking with VPN before we could access it)* on my phone got its own last update from me last year when we had to wish noisecash a happy anniversary, so all these media’s just had their app on my device without checking them out.
The only social media application I could see myself active on is WhatsApp. And this might be because of the instant messaging the app provides.
Then I thought to myself where have I been? What has been taking my time for so long? Most times I think about how many hours I used for other things in a whole of 24hours then I realized I just used 6hours for other things, 8hours for sleeping, then 10 hours on my phone. And if I couldn’t be active on social media then it should be on WhatsApp or my browser.
This is proof from my device settings. Due to the poor network from my service provider today I was able to spend 2hours on my phone and the most time spent is on chrome. Then my Google docs app I used for drafting my articles then come WhatsApp. So I decided to check on my chrome too to see where I have been for a while now so I checked on my recent tabs to track my activities, I realized I was just most active on the website Read.cash.
**Learning while Earning.**
This is something I am always proud of because I realize that the turnaround I got from not becoming active on other social media and always on some online websites is far better than the days I have spent surfing social media and becoming active over there. There are a lot of advantages to be considered when it comes to differentiating them. Though some other social media’s provide little knowledge about what’s going on in the outer world but compared to Readcash and other online platforms, the avenue to stay at home on your bed at your own convenience, and earn while you learn is just a great deal to make someone become more addicted to the platform.
**Conclusion**.
This is actually from my own personal research and finding of what I have been doing online and not finding myself active on other social media. I am grateful to God, myself, and the team behind the success of the great platform which had exposed me to a lot of gist and information about the crypto-verse as a whole, the fun 🤩, and also getting to have another big family from people all over the world.

My motivation to keep going 🚶♂️
`Good day to you all`
*How are you all doing today?* **Today is another day to do more!** We have to keep the spirit high and going, we have to keep pushing harder and smarter. Even if everything seems blocked we can still pave a way to come out successful. Life is not a straightforward path. It comes with its ups and downs. Yet we still have to live our lives to the fullest and remember we all have our goals and target in life. Water that flows would never remain dirty, but remain clean because of its consistent movement. But that of the stagnant water to remain idle and would always remain dirty and colored because of its inability to move from one place to another. All I am trying to say is for us to keep moving and never remain still, the route may seem far but with the gradual movement, we would arrive at our destination.
For the past few days now I have been on the word prompt by Shadows publishing. And so for today too. I think I am finding word prompts these days more interesting to write on. Just as the world prompt said, ****“What motivates you when the world seems upside down?”****
Isn’t that an interesting thing to work on?. Maybe that's an additional reason why I started my article for today with motivation 😂. Though it’s always interesting and easy to give out motivational speeches at times when it comes to practicing them we find it much more difficult or we find ourselves in such a position it becomes tough and harder for the motivational speaker himself to carry on, maybe he already forgot about all his said words that kept people going.
There are lots of reasons for me to keep going and so do each of us have our reason to keep going even if the world seems to turn upside down we still believe we are going to get there. Life might have pushed us or kept pushing us so hard, throwing thorns at us, setting a rough path for us to move on, but yet we remain focused and consistent with our lives. Then there must be a reason behind it. To a man who has his own family, his children and wife at home awaiting him to arrive home so they can feed and also settle expenses. Most times when he feels like giving up and he remembers his children and wife at home depending on him then he would be left with no choice but to keep pushing even when it gets to the point of giving up. Its same thing to a child who was sent to school to study and he remembers how hard his parent had to struggle before they could pay his school fees and send him to school, even when the tough gets tougher then he has no option but to keep it going not to disappoint his parent and make then am happy and have them realize that their sacrifices were never in vain.
To me, if I were asked what motivates me even if the world seems upside down. I would say **MY PARENTS**, even if it turns out to be tougher I would keep on striving so I make them happy and proud to have me. I was a motivation to them when I was young and couldn’t do anything, when I knew nothing, they stood by my side, cared for me, made sure I became a better child from a good home and background. Even at the point of giving up, I knew they never did because of me. If they did I might not be the person I am today. So now they are getting older and it is time for them to depend on someone. I have no reason to disappoint them but to stand up and keep moving, keep pushing, till I get there. My parents are my motivation and I pray God helps me. **I never want to be like that of a bird 🦅 which lays the egg and cared for the hatchlings 🐣 only for it to grow older and repay its kindness by flying away from its mother.**

10 reasons for me to be grateful
`Good day to you all my families here on Readcash. It's Monday here again. Another beautiful day on the earth's surface. I continue to give thanks to the source that created life and all in it. Life is cool when we have peace of mind. Preparation here and there, makes me feel the energy Monday’s always have in their disposition. I pray we continue to witness many more.`
Yeah, still on the same problem of no power supply for days now, it's surely been a boring day. I just had to charge my device with a few percent so I could come active and make my article for today as I already promised not to miss out on any article for January and probably the whole year of 2022. I pray God will help me. Yesterday was just about different because they had to flash the light up to four times but it never stayed on. We still had hope that something would be done.

**I am grateful to the Greatest.**
First thing first. I appreciate God for being the highest. He is the most beneficent and the most merciful. He is the one worthy of worship, for he is the Lord of the whole universe. He created the earth and all in it, the sky and all in it, everything in life gives thanks to him so who am I not to be grateful to the Greatest.
**I am grateful for life**
Not everyone is opportune to have life today. Some were given back their life after our temporary death(sleep) while some were not given. I am grateful for my life, for my existence as myself.
**I am grateful for my health**
Many people out there need health, but here I am healthy and perfectly fine. Do I have any reason to be ungrateful for my health? Many found themselves in the hospital due to minor health issues, some landed at the hospital due to accidents and critical health issues. So I am always grateful for a healthy body each day.
**I am grateful for my wealth**
I am not rich and so I am not poor. I appreciate the little amount God had provided for me. I can feed and settle expenses, I am not in debt, so why shouldn’t I be grateful? When I look behind me I see people who pray just to have the little I have, thereby some are ahead of me and I believe with prayer, hope, and hard work I can also attain that position. I am grateful for my wealthy status.
**I am grateful for my parents**
To wake up each day and take a look at my parents, listen to their voices, and see them smile is just everything a child would wish for. I am grateful to God for sparing my parents and making them happy. I pray God continues to grant them sound health and make me able to repay some of the kindness they had shown me while I was young.
**I am grateful for my ability to learn**
Being literate is never by my power but by the grace of the Lord. I am grateful for the ability to read and write. I am grateful for the ability to learn.
**I am grateful for my home**
Having a roof over my head is something worth appreciating. Many have wished to have a home but God never rendered it to them. Having a home to return to after everyday activities is just something I have to appreciate always.
**I am grateful for the challenges**
Life throws a lot of challenges at us and that is just another reason to be grateful. Fighting those challenges, going through hard times, making mistakes, and learning for them to take steps forward is worth being grateful for.
**I am grateful for having good friends**
Show me your friends and I tell you who you are. Having good friends is sometimes all you could have to make your life worth it. Because at times our friends define who we are and that’s just how life is. Our cliques define what we are to be at times. I am grateful for having good friends with great ambitions.

Do you believe in soulmates?
**Good day to you all my Readcash ✨**
`Today is Sunday. And I wish all my Christian friends a happy Sunday service today. Don’t be like my friend who skips Sunday services 😂. And how's preparation for Monday? Over here in my countryside schools are to resume from vacations tomorrow which is the 10th of January. So the preparation is not just for workers alone but for everyone including teachers, parents, workers, and students. So we should all hope for a memorable Monday and work towards it. I am wishing all of us happy days ahead.`
The past three days have been so boring for me. I couldn’t engage much even on my posts, not to talk about other people’s articles. And it’s so sad to hear. I hardly check my notifications because all I do is just try composing articles, editing them, and posting. There is another power down in the electricity again. The last one lasted up to four days and it wasn’t an easy struggle. But right now today is the fourth day and still counting. I pray they find a solution to it as soon as possible because the power supply has affected a lot of things, we don’t have water to use, we can’t power our devices and even see during the night. Most of my days are full of sleep immediately my phone is off and everything seems to get dull.
Like I published in my article yesterday when I discussed a prompt word from Shadows. That was the fictional prompt with the title **A world without books**. Life is cool when one is with the right person at the right time. Like a QUOTE has it that **when you are married to the right person then your life would be a heaven on earth. But when married to the wrong person then your life would be like a living hell**. There are lots of benefits to getting from being in a relationship. I meant true relationships some of which are
**You see the world a different way.**
In the sense that whatever you do would come out differently from the way others without soulmates do theirs, and even your life would turn out to be different. When you are in the right relationship there are things you would have to see more to, like forgiveness, gain more happiness, and you also create a happy bond between yourself and the people around you.
**You Smile When You Are Alone.**
When you are with the right person and you take a look at your soulmate in the eyes, then you realize how blessed you are to have him/her in your life. When you are alone and the memories about you two together come again or you get a call or message from him/her then it puts a bright smile on our faces other people might look at you and wonder why you keep smiling at yourself but you are just too happy to notice. Because relationships that bring smiles are the right ones. The opposite would result when we find ourselves in the wrong relationship.
**You Do Things That You Never Did Before.**
Most times we would have to engage in things we never did before just to satisfy and be with our soulmates. You can sit hours watching football or playing indoor games which you were not used to before just to make sure you are with them and this could open our minds to new hobbies and activities.
**Conclusion**
I believe having a soulmate has a lot to do in our lives, but the main point is to be with the right soulmate that’s only when we can have the best of definition to the term soulmates. No religion also goes against us having soulmates instead they embraced it and mandate us to have one so we can have a peaceful coexistence among ourselves.

A world without books
**Hi everyone on Readcash**
How was your night and hope everything is going fine as anticipated? It's the weekend again today and we just have to keep appreciating our existence on the earth's surface. Today is Saturday and the last day of the week. How have you spent your past days of the week? Good? Bad? Amazing?. It’s all a choice for us to make so let’s just make sure we live the best out of our short existence on the surface.
Yesterday was a bit stressful for me, we had to attend our monthly clearance. It’s my first time attending it this year for the month of January. So I found it was nice seeing friends this new year and gisting. but when I got home was when I started feeling the pains all over my body. I was forced to get something to eat and take my rest. By God's grace this morning I felt better again.
While checking my mail today I came across another biweekly prompt word by Shadows publishing. And I found them interesting so I decided to opt-in for one to see if I could pen down something. Yeah, the topic to write on is all about **“A world 🌍 without books 📖”.** Let’s just imagine a world without books. Many things in the world have changed through books. So I would say the book itself has a lot to do in our general and individual lives.
A world without books would bring diversity in beliefs, if we take a look at the world we are in today and the diversity in religious worship. We realized there might be some kind of misunderstanding by some people in the revelations sent to them. I realized that apart from the inter-religious intolerance between several religions it also happens that each religion has its own diversity too which is mainly because of the different way our religious head preached the word of God to us thereby creating different beliefs among ourselves even as one religion. If not for the holy books that have shown the true and clear revelation where people would have to turn back to for guidance then everyone would just have brought their own revelation from their heads. So I would say books play a huge role when it comes to religious beliefs.
Another interesting part about books is the fact that there would be no difference between us. Books made a huge gap between the literate and the illiterate. This difference is what gives the literate opportunities to become richer and gain more power over the illiterate who never knew how to read or write. Literacy skill is what made a difference between the higher-ups and the commoners. So I would say those that are opportune to read books are mostly the ones with upper hands in the society. And the more they read the more they know.
Books are one thing that brings pleasure especially to the bookworms that can’t do a day without reading. I have a cousin who loves to read storybooks and can do anything just to get that book from you. She loves reading and it became a part of her. If the world could be that one without books then I am sure it would become a hard time for people like that to survive the test of time.
Everything in life has its own advantages and disadvantages too. So do books too. Every time I think about reading books especially for tests and exams 😂 I would always think of who brought about the idea of writing them. Only students can relate to a life where they won’t have to read because of exams but to read just to understand. One of our lecturers once said to us that Exams are the only thing that can handle a student’s stubbornness. And that’s true because we all created that exam phobia for ourselves thinking that it is the foundation to our success in life.

Brutality in the hands of man
**Good day everyone**
How was your night and how’s writing and engagement on the platform over your side?
Today is Friday! Yaaaay! Another blessed weekend approaches. Today is the first Friday of the year 2022. It is just so amazing to see how fast time flies, I couldn’t believe I am already making my 7th article for the month. Everything happened just like it was yesterday, but here we are today.
Vacations in most places in the world would have resumed by now but would have to go on the weekend break so why don’t we just use our weekend for something great and make cool memories with our loved ones. Life is too short as we speak, many are gone before us, many would go while we are leaving and many would also leave after us. So let’s try to have nice times at least once a while.
Yesterday while we were on the parade ground my friends and I watched some trending videos on social media. The video was about a lady being shocked with a knife and then slaughtered. I don’t know what she would have done to the extent of killing her brutally. She must have screamed for help but she was on her own. One thing I know for certain is that money isn’t everything but just a source of happiness. I am much more sure that the cause of the incident would be all because of a man. Barely watching it I could see that she was attacked by females.
She is gone. While I also watched another on my WhatsApp status yesterday morning. The lady might have run mad because she was just wandering the road n*ked and I think if that’s not madness then it couldn’t be something good. The caption below the video was passing a message to other females on how they should reduce their urge and thirst for money. Many must have gotten a better boyfriend but the fact that he might be a broke man with low income made some ladies take their step forward seeking those guys with big Benz and apartments.
They never could tell where and how those guys got their money from, then at the end of the day, those girls become victims of sacrifice. The country is bad but still when we live our lives with modesty and fear of God then we can still have some nice time. Those videos almost made me burst into tears, but I couldn’t pity them that much. One reason for making me sad is that how would their family feel while taking a look at them in the video. Imagine the level of brutality, they knew what they were about to do was something bad but they would still have to make videos of it and upload it over the internet. But some would still pay deaf ears to the message.
I render my salute to hardworking ladies on the platform and other online platforms who are not freaked by sudden wealth but prefer to work their ways and get their income. There are a lot of ways to get money online nowadays but I wonder why youngsters decided to pick fraudulent acts, robbery, kidnapping, rituals as their job and source of income. Yesterday I was in a conversation with a friend of mine, he gave me a detailed explanation of how he made his cool income by selling Ebooks on Amazon. Yeah, that’s just something he worked for and he is doing it with happiness. Many others are into crypto trading, blogging, affiliate marketing, web designing, copywriting, and many more ways whereby they just have to sit at home at their convenience and start earning from home.
Though there are disadvantages to the advancement in technology, the advantages are more than enough. How I wish our young ladies and gentlemen of today could see more of the importance of the digital world and stop involving themselves in violence, corruption, and all other bad vices. This is my rambling for today.

Being grateful and optimistic
`Good morning 🌞 read stars`
**Today is another beautiful day on the earth's surface. It’s always best to appreciate our existence and remain optimistic about things going on in our lives. Life is full of ups and downs but the strong ones triumph. It’s all about the survival of the fittest. We should always remember to pray and make sure we live a happy life.**
Today is Thursday, another day in the month of January**. I stumbled across a meme yesterday saying 5days gone out of 365 days remain 36 days left 😂 😂.** Anyways it sounds funny but the fact is that time isn’t by our side anymore. Just like yesterday when we were welcoming the year 2022. Now it’s already here and we have scaled through 5days already. How far time flies. I pray God makes us witness many more years in our lifetime.
While I was reading through articles on the platform I came across the @FarmGirl article two days ago where she got a challenging topic ongoing on other platforms. **"What are you most grateful for right now?"**
I am grateful for life in general. What do I have to give to the almighty God to repay for life alone? There is nothing I can say other than to give thanks to him. I appreciate my existence right from the beginning till today. Every day is another day to appreciate our existence on the surface. Taking our breath, which is something others couldn't, is nothing but the grace of the almighty. Come to think of feeding, our daily expenses, and all our needs, today is what we know, we never can tell what tomorrow would bring for us and no one knows yesterday would turn out to be how it is today. That’s just another reason to appreciate our existence. If we should say we go on vacation not to appreciate the almighty. It takes nothing out of his grace.
When we look at the trees, the sun, the moon, the stars, the oceans, and the rivers, the animals in the wild and even the domesticated ones, the fishes deep down the oceans and the angels. They all appreciate and glorify him, so who are we?.
**The second challenge calls for us to share one nice thing about ourselves.**
Do I even have anything nice to say about myself? I don’t think I really know my behavior or much about myself. But I know that I always love to be the best I can be to everyone I meet in life. I believe that today is all we know and no one knows tomorrow. A rich man today might not turn out poor tomorrow. So why take life so hard? Though I don’t think I mingle easily with people, I rest assured I would be among the best such people I have ever met just after I find myself closer to such a person.
Just like FarmGirl said in her article which made me laugh while reading. She said she was always a “YES” person and sometimes found it hard to say “NO” but she later became a changed person. I was also that way too. Most times I say “Yes” even at inconvenient times. But in the long run, I realized we all have our own life to live and we should try putting ourselves first in whatever we do. Even if they tag you selfish, just make sure you are fine first, because the only thing you can do to make your people and best friends happy is to remain alive and healthy.FScreenshot from @

From grace to grace.. {part II}

The D-day is finally here. It was Kelvin’s first time to come on stage to explore his talent to the world. His first step towards his dreams, he had anticipated so big for the gold medal because there are a lot of things going in his mind that he wished to accomplish as a young musician. At times dreaming big doesn't help when it comes to times of disappointment, only the strong ones can handle the shock. So at times when we think positively we should also think the other way round too.
Everyone got on stage and sang their songs. It was Kelvin’s turn then he got on stage and was much scared but happier than ever! He never believed himself coming on stage his sister got frightened and forgot how they rehearsed for the show, she flopped.
It pained Kelvin to heart but what would he do about it? he encouraged her they can do better. The announcement of the result was made and Kelvin was announced second to the last position. But one thing he gained from the show was confidence and he also learned some additional skills from others from his experience so far, he figured out his flaws and pondered how much he needed to improve. He was wise for that. His sister cried for days but still, he told her they are going to do better.
Josh, Kelvin’s friend who told him about the competition, was planning for his wedding ceremony and told Kelvin that he would be the one to perform live on stage on his wedding day. They were both in their final year in the higher institution. Grace was still at home but she made sure she tried to support her brother’s education by all means. If Kelvin should make it then her education is rest assured.
Countdown to Josh’s wedding day. Kelvin and his sister made sure they practiced perfectly and they have already overcome the fear from the stage. They got more confidence in themselves and she promised never to disappoint her brother again. Her words gave him a reason to keep moving.
After the wedding ceremony was over Josh appreciated his performance as he got positive feedback from people who attended the ceremony. Some people asked for his phone number and tried reaching out to him to sing for them too. He realized everything had already begun to change for good. He never tarnished his reputation because of money. No matter how rich or poor, he would charge them a little and affordable amount. This made him reach out to a lot of people in no time. Though he wasn’t that famous yet he is living happily doing what he loves, that alone became another source of happiness to him.
He would always take a look at his mum’s frame and say “Mum your son is doing fine”. They never ignored their father but he was the one trying to ignore them. He never got married to another woman after their mother but the alcohol addiction is just something that bothers them a lot.
One morning Kelvin got a strange call and was invited to sing at a birthday party. After the party, the chief who anchored the party enjoyed his music and called him back for a quick interview about his life. He felt bad after listening to his story and how he had to pass through a lot to get to the stage he is. Then he promised to take complete responsibility for his sister's education and get Kelvin a complete set of musical instruments. Kelvin was out of words as tears of joy began to drop down his face. He never knew how much to thank him for his generosity. He broke the good news to his sister and she was extremely happy 😃. She did perfectly well at school and was sponsored to study music at a musical college abroad. Upon her arrival, Kelvin already worked hard to get a studio where he also had his music crew while he made connections with some music producers too.
He already got his first album set but he decided to wait for Grace’s arrival before launch 🚀. Grace arrived with her degree and made the music album with her brother, to their greatest surprise the music hit millions of views on YouTube and became the most-streamed album of the year. This raised their fame and made them more popular. They made several music hits and received several awards for their good job and contribution to the music industry.

From grace to grace
`Nothing could be done from stopping divine grace. When it’s time for it to happen it would always happen, and nothing could be an obstacle to that. No matter the condition we are in today, no matter the pain, no matter the difficulties we encounter, everything is to make us grow stronger and better. Great-minded people would always see themselves as aSEED, whenever a seed is buried deep into the soil it is not for it to rot away but while rotting away it gathers more strength to grow bigger and come out stronger.`
Kelvin has always had the passion to be a singer and an instrumentalist right from his tender age. He would always love to go to church with his parents so he could pay attention to how they operate the musical instruments in relation to the choir as a band. His parents had thought he had much interest in prayers without knowing he rather had an alternative motive driving him towards the church on Sundays.
Everything was perfectly fine in the family, not until the demise of his mother after giving birth to her second child. The baby could survive but the mother was gone. This had brought a lot of thinking to her husband's heart. Who would have to be like a mother to the newly born child? Kelvin’s father would always question himself. The death of his wife destabilized him and made him see the definition of true love. He remembered their promise on their wedding day that they would love each other till the end and only death would do them apart. But it’s just 10 years into their marriage and she left him alone.
Kelvin was just ten years of age when the incident happened. He hardly knew much about life and was still a young boy with big dreams, but would those dreams come to reality after the death of his mother?. He realized her motherly love and care for him. His father gradually became a drunkard two years after his wife’s death. He couldn’t bear the pain especially when he took a look at Grace. She had the look of their mother but how cool would it be if she was raised by her mother.
Kelvin tried to grow stronger at age 10 while his sister was two. He already knew their home filled with honey had become so sour. They hardly feed three times a day and their father paid less attention to them only after he returned from the bar drunk.
Kelvin had to take his younger sister with him and wander around the street moving from one house to another requesting help. Some out of pity would give them foodstuffs and money while some would scold them for begging on the street at a young age. Years after years, Kelvin had been on the struggle with his sister always by his side. He would never let go of her as she also got used to him. From the little amount they got on the streets they tried enrolling themselves into a public school and after school, kelvin would go to his place of work while he told his sister to focus more on her studies. They did this for several years till Kelvin found his way into the higher institutions. It wasn’t an easy journey but they never gave up.
Kelvin applied for music but was given a different course of study. He didn’t forfeit the admission because he knew how hard it was to gather all they had to make it through. While he was in his second year at the university he was lucky to have got a handbill from his friend who knew his love for music and instruments. It was a musical competition organized by a high chief. Kelvin saw this as an opportunity to win the grand prize from the competition. He applied for the competition and told his sister about it. The requirement is to have a singer and instrumentalists. His sister volunteered to sing but she told him she would just give a trial and he would be one to compose the lyrics but she would sing. He agreed to her conditions and did as required while they prepared and practiced for several days before the D-day.

`Good day to you all.`
Today is another beautiful day on the earth's surface. Today is the first Monday in the year 2022. Over here in my country today is still declared a public holiday so work would have to resume as from tomorrow. We thank God for making us a living soul to witness his abundant grace. It’s never by our power but by the grace of God.
**Confused weather.**
I can’t say I am falling sick or just a weakness of the body. I have been trying to be myself for the past few days now but it’s not something so easy. I remembered the first time I had to leave home to go to school in the north-central part of the country. The first thing that happened to me was sickness. But later on, I spent 6years there already acclimated to the way and weather of the state. So this could also be the same. I see it as something bound to happen but survival should be the main thing.
The weather forecast has been fluctuating now. Some days there would be much heat in the afternoon and most times we wake up to a cold 🥶 morning. Our body system isn’t a piece of rock so it might take time to swap from one state to another 😂.

**One good turn deserves another.**
Many times we feel we do good to others and await them to pay back, and if they can't we see them as someone so ungrateful. It shouldn’t be that way. Let’s try considering others and this would be a reason for us to keep our heads down even when we might need something as a form of return for the help we rendered. Most times it doesn’t happen that the person we extended our hands of support to would eventually be the one to return the favor.
There are times when we get surprised at how lucky some people are in life. The sudden change in their lives, or some kind of unexpected scenario occurring in our lives. Most times we don’t know the reasons for it happening that way. But if we should take a good look at such a person's life we might realize he wasn’t the one that deserved all the good things that came his way, but what his ancestors already did in the past. So he's just so fortunate to be the one having the payback. This at times triggers another question to our mind which would have been much better if we could understand and find an answer to.

In other words, as one good turn deserves another, so does the bad too. Some are just so unfortunate to reap the bad returns of their ancestors. They would always find things difficult and different. But they could change the trend forever only if they could try to lay a good example of spreading goodness to everyone without expecting anything in return.
Age, religion, gender, status, never matter when it comes to doing good to others. It’s quite the best to do good to everyone that comes our way. This might not be for us but for our generations to come. One thing certain about life is the fact that we can never have to plant a tomato 🍅 seed and expect to reap mango 🥭 from the tomatoes plant. We would surely reap what we sowed, be it Good or Bad…

Seventeen stitches 🧵
The weather over here today is just somehow. I don’t know why it’s always related to sore throat and weakness of the body. I have been alright not until this sudden change in weather three days ago now makes me fall sick but I am into a battle with it. Trying to adapt to a new environment is not something really easy. To acclimate and also stay healthy at the same time. The nature of the water is quite different, but I am left with no option.
Anyways it’s gradually counting, the journey of a thousand miles begins with the right step. It’s said that the rainy season here looks better. So I am just looking forward to it. I was on hive a few hours ago so I realized they were contesting for a winner for writing on a prompt word **“Seventeen stitches”**, I am not making this an entry 😂. But I felt like borrowing the topic and writing something since it’s just a prompt word.
**In the beginning**
John has been warned not to stay out at night, it’s said that a town with no law to abide by has no punishment or repercussions. His mum would always tell him ***“wherever you are going you should go during the daybreak and try avoiding staying out at night”***. John is about to crossover from the teenager stage so he already started to have a reason to love. Had he known he should have listened to his mum.
Since he was the only child of his parents, he was spoiled and given a lot of freedom to do whatever he wanted. At times he even screams back at his parents and walks away. He is not that bad but since he is a spoiled brat he just had to portray those characters once in a while. No one held him from not going, just at times when his mum needed helping hands, she was always finding it difficult to do things as an elderly woman. Who knows maybe that’s the reason she had always wanted him to sit at home with her.
John fell in love with one of his classmates, Nneka. She is quite pretty to the extent that whenever she passes by any guy they would have to take a second look at her. It’s been a tough battle for John since he has to compete with other guys to win her heart. He tried all the best in his capacity but still, she never paid attention to his words.
**Every day for the thief, one day for the owner.**
It was Nneka's seventeenth birthday and she called for a party. John felt this should be the perfect time for him to express his love to her. He managed to get her some gifts hoping she would love them. The birthday party kicked off in the evening and it lasted till midnight. Everyone else started finding their way home before nightfall but John was still on a hunt for the perfect timing to express his love to her once again. He got the perfect time while he was with her alone in the staircase. He expressed himself to her and gave her the gift. Nneka was much happy and surprised 😮 at what John gave to her. She told him she would consider his words and give him feedback soon.
**In the end**
Now John is left to himself to find his way back home. He took courage and started walking down the street alone. He was scared but he remained strong not until he heard a voice ***“Hey! who are you?”*** They were some set of bad boys who already have their quarters on the street where they smoke and harass ladies who pass by late in the night. John heard them and didn’t answer but kept on walking. They got annoyed and decided to go after him. When he heard footsteps approaching him then he also raced off too. They chased him and got closer to him, struck him down, and beat the hell out of him. He had to manage to crawl home in pain.
His mother had been so worried about him, she saw him crawling in pain, then she helped him with some first aid before taking him to the hospital for care. At the hospital, the doctor said there is no doubt he would have to undergo a ****Seventeen stitches operation**** on his body including his face. John was sad 😔 but he had to undergo the surgery.

John spent days at the hospital with his mom alone to care for him. She had scolded him several times for not heeding her warnings. He felt guilty because he couldn’t afford the amount for the surgery as he already used his last cash to surprise Nneka. Nneka got news about him and decided to visit him at the hospital 🏥. Upon her arrival, she saw how bad John's condition was, then she showed her concern for him. A December to remember, And January to do better…

Today is the 1st day of the **NEW YEAR! O**ooh. 🤭🤭🤭🤗🤗🤗. Another great day in our life. We thank God for his blessings for everything. Waking up here today is surely a blessing. Today the 1st of January 2022 I pray we continue to receive good news till the end of the year, and I pray we continue to witness many more years on the surface. It calls for celebration 🎉 but prayer is what we need the most.
**Throwback to last year,**
December was indeed one to remember. Just like I wrote in my last article for the year. I am so glad I encountered readcash for showing me bitcoin cash though there might be a time I wished to join earlier I believe this is just the perfect time for me.
****Road trip for the month of December****
Yeah, blessings follow my way! I am so happy about my accomplishments last month and I would say I could see a great turn up. Though I can’t really track them all the little I could track are;

Everything wasn’t really cool and smooth as anticipated. There are surely ups and downs along the track but all in all, I am so happy I could manage to pass the ¾ of my promise and still better compared to the month of November. And I am sure this January will be much better. Yesterday’s article marked my 26th article for the month. Yeah hopefully if I could have added 5 more articles then I would have come out a champion for the month of December. But January looks promising. And I hope to cover up with 1 article per day. Consistency and dedication matter a lot.

This is not to brag about my earnings but to appreciate the platform and everyone who in one way or the other supported and encouraged me to do more. It could also serve as an inspiration and motivation to newbies that the platform is paying for real and you would never have to regret staying here. Though this amount is just some other members earning for a week, I really know I am progressing and that’s all that matters. Poor me, I couldn’t save much because of my daily and personal needs. I have been thinking about what topic to write from the beginning of today and here we are at the brink of the end of the year 2021! It has been a great and memorable year so far. How much of the blessings Allah has bestowed upon me. I can’t count them all.
I appreciate the Almighty God for making me witness to today and I pray for more years to come. Yeah, 2021 on the world calendar would soon be over in a few minutes. There are lots of things that come to mind. We have plans for the new year. Our missions, visions, and ambitions. We knew 2021 came with its best but we still have hope for better days ahead. Such is life.
Today I had to treat myself well. Today is all we know, no one knows tomorrow. My dinner tonight was quite late because I had to get some stuff before cooking. So feel free to join me. It’s a free world.
**Back to the topic of the day**
I have been coming across loads of articles about the new year and how readcash has been a turnaround in people’s life. That’s just the pure fact about it. If it never did so people won’t lie about it. At least there would be someone going against it. Everyone shared their happiness and appreciation. I felt like crying while reading some articles. But I’m glad we are all here together again in happiness and Joy.
The road wasn’t smooth and no one would have expected it to be smooth. Yes, we still have to keep pushing even though the road seems bad. ***“Rome wasn’t built in a day and nothing lasts forever”*** would be my QUOTE for the night. Just like we began the year 2021 and today we are waving goodbye. So would the day we’d have to wave goodbye 👋. I’m not here to scare us but that’s just the bitter truth about life.

Taking a good look at how to survive here on readcash one would realize it never came easy at all. The first thing you need is to engage with more users on the platform to gain a family tribe of your own. Then start creating beautiful articles for them to read and drop their comments, the next is to continue growing that family by responding to comments, checking on their articles too. With all these, you might get sponsored by users on the platform or outside the platform.
Since I already knew that. I actually began gradually and gradually. From there I realized much more about the platform and started to mingle and create a family too.
**Not long ago I realized the fact that No condition is permanent.**
We can’t stay forever. In as much as we keep breathing every day. Anything can happen. Like that of the young and old, the platform is also bound to come to an end someday. But our hope and prayers are for the platform to become more and more used widely. I remember those days when steemit, Uptrennd and some other blogging platforms were still active and fine, they also wrote about the platform. But sooner or later it was no more. I know readcash is also bound to end someday but we together pray for longevity.

A thief in the barracks.
I wonder why people love to make others cry and feel pain just because of their selfish interests. Most times I see it to be a crime punishable by death but at times when we go deep into some people’s lives and see what they passed through to have resulted in what they have done then you might later pity them out of love. But some are just ruthless and careless to anyone. All they want is their stingy mind to be satisfied.
I have been a victim when I had my phone and my friend's phone was stolen in the same bag in our bags just because I had exams and kept the bag with a shop owner. Who knows maybe she was a part of the plan or not. But the best thing she told us was that a friend of mine just came to pick up the back recently. I called my friend to confirm but he was with me throughout even in the exam hall. How come? How did that just happen? Our phones were long gone into the land of the unknown? We tried finding it but we couldn’t find a trace of it. Moments later we found the bag emptied 😢. The consequence of the theft case wasn’t limited to sadness from not having a phone to use but we also missed out on an impromptu rescheduled examination which led to a carry-over for us. Yeah the thief would have been much happier that day when he stole them but how about today? Where is the phone? Or even the money he got probably he sold them off.
**In the barracks**
I was having a nice rest after staying awake through the night. Then I slept around 3 am. Just two hours after. We could hear someone scream!! **My phone!! My phone! My phone!!.** I woke up and realized the noise was directly from the opposite block. *What could have happened this morning?* We got closer and asked what could be the cause of the scream. Then she narrated
***“I saw someone walking out of my room. Then I couldn’t find my phone anymore”.*** **Someone asked her if she never locked the door before sleeping then she replied** ***“I locked the door, the person tore the door net and opened the lock then came inside and took my phone”***
Her phone was quite a new one she just bought not up to two months ago. She couldn’t cry but she would have wished to grab her hands on the thief and see who that could be. I could see the sadness in her look and speech. Her mind wasn’t at rest just like she had lost a soul much more dear to her. Since that is what our device turned out to be nowadays. I could feel her pain.
Someone from the neighboring room heard the noise and came out asking what happened. After hearing that, he added, “I think I know the person who stole the phone, it could be one of my students whom I saw in the backyard when I wanted to pour away some dirty water I used in the kitchen. He wore a white inner vest and greeted me and I was trying to challenge him of what he could be doing outside by this time of the day”. He should be the one. He concluded.
The blockhead already reported the case to the military police 👮♀️. Then they went for the boy and grabbed him. He requested to put on a shirt but they grabbed him to the crime scene. The witness who saw him was told to question him. But he denied he never greeted him because he wasn’t outside. He got a slap on his face and the Military police drove off with the suspect, the victim, and the witness.
By 9:00 am this morning we got the news that the phone was recovered from the boy who was caught to be the thief. The most painful part is that he is still a small boy with the age range of 14-16. And he already started his career with stealing. That’s just so poor and sad to hear. Sometimes I even see stealing as a curse, because you see some people steal other people’s things, meanwhile, they already have enough of that thing or they do not need it. But they would just have to steal other people's things.

All praises and adoration be to the almighty God that created life and all in it. I don’t know if I am to call this mixed feelings or just some happiness and a little bit of sadness in me. I am happy for the fact that I am also a witness to the end of the year 2021 but still sad about the days that are gone in my life and the closer I get to death. But happiness overall. If we can’t create happiness for ourselves then we might just have to wander around trying to borrow some which might not be that easy.
Yeah, the year 2021 was great and cool and I really appreciate my life so far. Just like the 2020 year of Coronavirus. Yet the year was though and somehow but I could remember vividly that I wrote an article about myself in pictures for the year 2020. And here I am today sound and healthy 🙏 .
2021 is waving goodbye to all of us till a time unknown. Today is the last Wednesday of the year 2021. It’s amazing to see how fast time flies. So I would be making my write-up with 3 pictures of me and attaching little words describing where I took the picture, how I felt back then, and some other memories I could remember. Yeah. This is not about bragging but just to appreciate God for my existence and I pray we witness many more years on the earth's surface.

This picture was captured on the **12th of January 2021.** I could remember how it happened and the reason I took the picture. There was a platform called Uptrennd. A blogging platform where you have to make some write up and comments to earn some 1up tokens. It has been in existence since the year 2019 but it became the talk of the street during the emergence of the coronavirus 🦠. Yeah everyone was at home and still sourcing for a way to get income to feed themselves. Then the platform was a great turnaround as it made everyone earn while on their bed. But sooner there was an invasion of spammers who decided to take the benefits platform and run away. We tried to curb them but they were just too much which later led to the collapse of the platform.
Ma’am Tiger Lily, one of the top members on the platform, decided to organize an institution where she would teach users how to blog properly. Though it was a virtual class on discord. But it was also a success and we got people learning and became better bloggers. This picture with the bandana on my head was the gift we got from her with the Uptrennd university logo on it. I was happy when I had mine so I took a picture of myself and sent it to the chat room for everyone to see
This was a capture taken by a friend of mine on my birthday. 🤩. I tried to keep my day a silent one only known to my family. But I wonder how my friend got to know about it. The next thing I got in the morning was a call from him wishing me a happy birthday. I never uploaded myself on social media or anywhere. But how did he know? He asked if I would be free for the day. I told him I would be free by evening time then he told me to dress up and took us out to have some fun. He is a guy though 😂 😂. But he really made my day. And I so much appreciate and cherish that day.
The next on my list was the day I graduated from the university. University life has not been an easy one. Right from the day when we had to rush to classes, take long hours classes simultaneously, read and read for exams, and so many more hard times. My supervisor tried for me but she actually made my project work a tough one for me. But all in all the D-Day finally came when I had to leave the institution. It was great for all of us on the 23rd of October.
I appreciate the almighty God for his mercy and blessings upon us all. It’s never by one's power if not by the grace of the Lord and I pray he continues to shower them upon us. Gone are the days that can never appear again in life. We grow older each day and we can never grow younger ever again. Every day is a plus on our birthday and a minus 1 on our death day.
Let’s try to put up with more righteous deeds and keep good connections with people around us. There is a QUOTE from a movie I watched recently that says; ***“Life isn’t fair for all of us. Some spend their whole lives on unpaved roads, while some run at full speed only to reach the edge of a cliff”***. Let’s live a peaceful life.

Dear Me in five years
**Good morning everyone from the planet Nigeria.**
Today is another beautiful day on the earth's surface and we appreciate our existence. Gradually the week is coming to an end, and if we look closely we realize that December has also come to an end. We have just three days to go. Yesterday was the last Monday in the year 2021 and today is the last Tuesday in the year 2021. We are a witness to the new day and we continue to appreciate that.
I think I am still having this issue of getting myself something to eat every day. For the past three days now I have been eating noodles in the morning and at night just because I can’t think of what to cook. Anyways I already promised myself a better treat for the morning and after publishing this I would start the preparation. The issue of thinking about what to eat every day I would say has led me to write this article this morning.

We all have our lives to live and I would say we live our own different lives. We plan our lives differently even twins born the same day have different plans for their lives. So it doesn’t matter the way I arrange my things but the main point is to accomplish my goals. And that’s just it. But all I know is that if a man never relents and keeps moving steadily he will surely hit his target someday.
I have been anticipating many things in the nearest years to come but some are just of priority to others.

Networking is just so important in our individual lives. Which is one reason we don’t have to underestimate anyone we come across today. Be it physically or virtually. We all came from different backgrounds and have different career opportunities opened to us. So it’s just best if we could build a good relationship with everyone around us at the moment and keep it going. I am not saying building a network is the only source to become successful in life. No. But most times it could be a source to hasten one's journey towards success. And another thing is making sure we network ourselves with great-minded people, people with future ambitions and targets. Only then you can call it networking.
****Money/Standard Job/Entrepreneur****
I have never prayed to search for a Job in my life. But I watched a video interview that was filmed as a comedy skit but there is a lot to think about from the video. The interviewer asked, “what plans do you have for the future?” Then the interviewees response was “No plan”. He then added Because the country is the one that plans for us, not ourselves. And that’s just the bitter truth. But not really for everyone. So I continue to pray to God to always provide for me. If I couldn’t make a huge amount of money 💰to start a business, then it has to be a job with less stress and huge pay. But my mindset is to become a business owner.

I have always wanted to travel outside the walls of my country someday. Though I am yet to travel all the walls within the country 😂. But exploring different places in life to learn more about how people live, their culture, coexistence among others, the beautiful 🤩 art of nature around the world, and many more. Every day is surely another day to learn.
****Woman/marriage****
This is necessary, but the step has to be taken carefully. Which is one reason why I won’t hasten myself into it. Marriage is like a chain that would tie you down into your relationship. Most times it’s a total change in one's way of life. So I have plans for marriage too but it would likely come at the end.
****Family****
What’s the essence of having a good Job, making cool money, or even traveling to places without having a family of your own. The reason we make money is for ourselves and our family to live a better life. Anyways all the above must be well put in place to have a nice family. I don’t have any plans for the number of children to have but I would have as much as I can. 😝.

**Hi everyone.**
***Hope we are all having a nice and promising Monday today?*** It’s always great when we have the best time doing what we love the most. **This would be the last Monday of the year 2021.** We appreciate our existence so far! The few days left for the year to come to an end. It’s just certain that not everyone on the surface would wait to see that day. We never can tell who is who and the time assigned to us. I have been having a hard time making comments or reading articles due to the power supply here. But yesterday it was restored again and now I can use my charger and phone at my convenience. But everything has its advantages and disadvantages. 😂. It was not easy for me to sleep that much when there is no power supply because of the heat but now, I think it’s back again as I already started going back to my days of sleeping without doing anything.

Kudos to every writer out there. It’s not easy to pen something down all day. But we have no choice but to do it. Anyways it’s still something we find the passion for and we will continue till the end. I have been thinking about a topic to write about. I thought I should write about nature.
**WHAT IS NATURE??**
Nature is a collective word for physical things in the world including animals, insects, the landscape, plants, and other features and products of the earth, humans, or human creations.
Most times we take everything about nature for granted without realizing the importance but when we lack any of them we seem to realize how important they are in our existence. Nature in its natural state.
The beauty of our existence in the air we breathe and the breeze we take, we can’t know the value until we get to see people that are also privileged to have them but couldn’t. When we get to see people who would have to pay for the air they take in and out then we can try to calculate the amount paid per hour and multiply it by the number of years we used taking them for free. We would appreciate the value of nature.
Everything God has created is well-created and perfect. He created some things in life to be naturally recycled and there is nothing humanity could do about them. The coexistence between humans and plants. Apart from the fact that they are a source of food to us, we are also a source of food to them. Everything goes hand in hand. We take fruits, vegetables, and nutritious products from plants, as we take them all we pass them out as feces in the soil again for the plants to take, and finally, at the end of it all, we die and get back into the soil where the plant gets their source of food and water.
The air we take could have been of great harm if we would just keep breathing in and out the same air all day. But nature had everything in place and was perfectly fine. The air we breathe in is what the plant breathes out while the one we breathe out is what the plants breathe in. The cycle of life continues. Many times it’s advisable to plant trees around us, this is because nature is just something we should continue to appreciate.
We won’t appreciate the rainy days not until the season is no more. Likewise, we see less value in the sun and its importance. Everything has its relevance to nature. The perfect timing of the rainy season and the dry season is what some plants and animals survive on. Some plants flourish during the dry season alone and there are some that flower during the rainy season. Some animals barely survive the cold and harsh conditions while some are adapted to the cold weather all the days of their lifetime.

Life of Riley
After the defeat of The Shadow, Riley is sent to live in the woods with the elves where he becomes acquainted with Mika. Riley later leaves the forest to join the human resistance movement and is a witness to the rise of the Shadow.

During the war, he was forced to kill by the Shadows, who mistook him for a Shadow in disguise. He soon learns that the two parties were not brothers and that he is now a member of a human nation called “The United”. There are also many stories of him and Mika fighting against eachother or rather, against their own kind. Later, when Mika discovers that she is actually a half-human, she finds out that there are others like her as well. As the war begins to end, Mika and her brother, Miku, are forced into hiding and they join forces with Riley to stop the remnants of The Shadows. In the final battle, both sides were defeated, leaving only Manchi and the other half of mankind to stand, now on the brink. When the sun rises, the battle is over. Just as they thought they would, a little while later, there is the sound of an explosion and all is quiet.
Then Miku says, "So, what happened?" Riley looks up from where he was sitting and says calmly, "I guess I just figured that it's over now. We won." Yaaay! I had no idea what it meant at all. What I did know was that everyone else seemed fine. So why did Mika just smile and say 'Fine'.
So he asked Mika what would happen if ' The' war is on again. Well, I figured it wouldn't hurt to test the ground.
Mika's smile was the only thing Riley would remember. A smile that seemed genuine, even when it wasn't. That smile from the face of someone we knew. At the end of her sentence, her smile seemed more real than the smile of anyone I have ever known. Her smile was all that mattered. Every human I've ever met who had been forced to fight had a smile on their face. Their smiles. My father had his. And I know it in my heart. Just like Mika did. We all had smiles. Those smiles would bring us to our knees if we didn't hold them up.
Smiles that were almost a joy, the smile of an old friend that we are still trying to remember and hold onto. With that smile, Mika could see into Riley's heart and understood him. If this wasn’t his brother and she could feel that way with someone she cared about, then she would not be afraid to let her guard down. Riley wasn't afraid of her either, his fear was in her heart. For the moment I think that Riley got the biggest laugh out of it, though he never said a word to her. Instead, he just watched her for a while until the smile left her face, and then he returned to his desk to write up his report on the incident.
That was enough for me then. Enough to see the truth about something so terrible, for so long. Knowing that that person was suffering and would suffer forever, knowing that this was not all there was. My father would never have made that mistake. And that's why I won’t do that. When his daughter is kidnapped and killed by the shadow of Shadows, the world goes dark, all but Riley, was able to see the shadows. His vision is so brilliant that when the moon rises in blood-red light, he sees the new day for the very first, full, beautiful, perfect day ever. He makes a pledge to protect those who have no other way to survive. Soon, a new kind of man is born in his world. One who will change the way we think.

Riley looked around the room and saw that everyone there was human, except him. He had to hide. In the meantime, he could watch the others as the humans did. On the other side. Before he knew what was happening, Riley was caught by humans. Mika was a young human woman. Her son, *Miku*. A human boy.
So betrayal is no big deal in the human world, Riley couldn’t believe he got hung over the gates of the Humans faraway from the Elves. Mika was before him but the smile she used to trick Riley into the hands of the humans was sincere. She realized she had just fallen in love with a creature far away from their kind, she fell in love with their enemies. But how could she overcome the battle in her heart? Riley was weak and prepared for death.

Life in the barracks…
Hi everyone
How is your day going? Hope we are all having a nice time with our weekend and in conjunction with the Christmas celebration. I wish you all my Christian fams a happy Christmas celebration. I am yet to see my Christmas chicken 😂.
The first thing was how I missed out on the @Jane bch hunt. Haha. I knew it’s gonna be a tough competition but I had my hopes up that I would win. Anyway, with God so good I was a winning loser 😂. So I am sorry for the disappointment. Smile.

Yeah, here in the barracks things had not been much easy. Maybe I say it got worse than before in the past three days. We have a stable electricity ⚡️ supply which makes it easy to do all sorts of things and at times enhances a good rest. But for up to three days now we are out of power supply and this has caused a lot.
One of which is the fact that we have to source for where to charge our phones and since it’s an environment with a stable power source no one would even want to go into phone charging business and for those that use generators I hardly know them, come to talk of charging over there. But I know somehow I would have to sleep more and use my phone less.
Come to talk of water 💦, water which is one of the most important things in human existence as we barely do anything without water. Since there is no power supply then we can’t have water to use. For the past three days, I decided to wash my clothes but I couldn’t since there was no water. And also to cook or even bathe, or washing the dirty dishes became more difficult 😞. Though to drink is still fair because I would be used to buying sachet water to drink. It is not easy but a man has to choose.
Yesterday was Friday so I planned to take a trip to the state's capital international market as they called it. The state is blessed with a lot of beautiful places but you experience them at the peak only when you explore the state capital.
One thing I appreciate here is the good road. It’s said that the present date governor has been working relentlessly on the improvement of the roads and also working on an international airport for the state too which would be the first in the southeast part of the country. Kudos to his good work.
While going I wasn’t able to capture much because my device was on low battery due to the inability to charge. But I could capture the front gate of the market and it was cool to explore the marketplace.
It has a cool environment compared to the standard of the local markets. All around each section are for similar types of tradesmen. I went to the electrical section to get an electric plate but the funniest part is that they couldn’t test it for me because there is no light and the same thing when I got home I still can’t check if it’s working or not. But I am positive it would work fine.
Anyway, I got back to the barracks cantonment and I think I should have shown how the front gate looks like. It’s not that flash but still okay. I haven’t been to any other barracks so I can’t compare.
My device battery is already low again as I reserved it for the bch hunt. But now I have to write something. I hope today at Christmas they will be able to bring back our power supply again. At least I should have a full battery on my device again.
