We are alive today which is not by our power or by our well-being but all by the grace of the Almighty. Many have slept just like we did yesterday but we’re unable to make it alive, some made it alive but are not in good condition 😫.

`This poem is dedicated to all real and best friends out there. It’s not easy to have a friend who would be there for us when we need them the most.`
There are times when we feel our friend is just because of the material things we have at our disposal. Sometimes our friendship might just have to be cut off because of money.
I have a lot of experience with fake and unrealistic friendships that we thought are true friendships but in the long run, we realize it wasn't that way.
You would know a true friend when these three things come to any of you and yet that didn’t make them shake but rather strengthen them. When money, power, and women come into the life of two individuals and their lives remain intact without any fear of hatred, envy, and jealousy. Instead, the walls of their friendship became stronger and stronger.
It’s not about having a hundred people in your life but having that one person who can’t replace a hundred souls. Friends are easy to make but hard to maintain.
There is this saying that; 20 friends can be together for 20 years. That’s the fact. We can’t afford to be in a group of 20 and call ourselves friends for over twenty years. It’s either something happened that some of us would have to leave for a new life, or death comes in between, it might even be a progressive life in the long run.
I remembered a friend of mine with whom we were so close to the extent that no one would believe that something of that nature would tear us apart. But all of a sudden money came in between us and then he decided to take it to another level. He changed totally and then I was so surprised to see that coming from someone I called a friend. I couldn’t believe it.
Yeah till today he decided not to even talk or chat with me anymore.
So then I believe that ***“your friend today might later become a sworn enemy tomorrow and that enemy of today might turn out to be your best friend tomorrow”.***
Look at your mates
***Good day to you all here on readcash. My family, friends, and loved ones. It’s always a privilege to be here among you all and I would always remain a soul who would be grateful for my existence.***
Life is good and also amazing by the way. Most times we just have to live our lives to the fullest and make sure we create happiness on our own. No one is responsible to make you happy, they might be a reason to be happy but they came to make you happy if you didn’t want it for yourself.
There are times when we strive to make the best out of what we do, we hustle to make sure things are put in place and that’s basically what life is all about. Most times it’s always cool to be who you are and not compare your life with others.
We all have different lives to live. Even twins that are given birth on the same day never got the same fate. They would always have specific traits that make them differ from each other.
Siblings from the same parents never got similar fates too; they have different complexion and also different heights. They have their different characters too and that’s just the way it is. You can’t compare yourself with your brother or sister even though you grew up together not to talk of your friends.
You might be rich and yet your siblings won’t, there is nothing you can do about that. There are times when the elderly one would not make it in life and the youngest of them all would be the breadwinner of the family. That doesn’t mean the first child or other children never tried, it’s just that that’s what they are destined to have then
The same thing applies to a rich man, the riches he has today can’t solve everything. So the QUOTE never underestimates the power of a common man because you never can tell who would come to your aid tomorrow.
It might be that very person you dislike the most or even that enemy of yours. So why spread hatred toward people instead of sharing love and care?
Before I digress from the topic. The phrase **“look at your mates”** has sent a lot of people to a pit of no return. And most times this doesn’t come willingly but has a force that would push one to the wall and if care is not taken then there would be no choice left but to go for it.
**Some of the reasons why people rush before their time are**
**Peer pressure**
This is when an individual gets to think about his way of life and then compares it to that of his/her mates without knowing what that person might have passed through before getting there. For example, someone driving a car to classes and his friends also decided to feel among and want to get a car for themselves too.
He never knew that the car his friend was driving was given to him by his dad who is a wealthy man. Meanwhile, he never came from a rich background yet he wants to be like or even be better than his friend. This would make him run a race that he shouldn’t have run which might lead him astray.
**Parental pressure/lack of guidance**
The second cause of this is the parent or guardian of a child or individual. Most times we hear from our parents that “look at what your mate did” they forget that that mate of ours has a different fate and a different world from ours.
They would want us to be better than them in a forceful manner instead of them to sit us down and then discover our talented area, focusing on it, and make sure they build us to where we wish by supporting us.
If all parents could do this to a child there is no way those children won’t shine in their area of specialization. For example, a child who loves athletes but his parent must have seen the son of her neighbor who is a doctor and have earned a lot of money build a house for his parent, with that they would have to enforce their child to become a doctor like him, meanwhile, the child would have been a great musician who would make the parent so proud only if they had focused of his area of specialization and supported him by all means.
**Greediness/ covetousness**
I put this to be the last of it all because this might occur to anyone at any point in our lives. And these two walk hand in hand. Greediness and covetousness are two things that result from lacking one thing which is contentment. Once a human lacks contentment then there is no way they won’t rush and run a race that isn’t theirs because they would always want more and never be satisfied or you see them craving for things their hands can never grab.
**Conclusion.**
I am not saying we shouldn’t try to make a better life for ourselves. But let’s be considerate too and also know when to run and when to stop. We should try to work hard, have patience and endurance, be content and never lose focus. With all these, the best of it all is to be ourselves. This way we would realize that not only do we see ourselves at the top but we see people looking up to us.
What does the future have for me?

Most times I think about it and I know those thoughts might always come to us too at times, times when we wonder about life and why some things are just happening to us naturally. Most times we try fighting so hard against all of those occurrences not to happen that way in our lives but at the end of it all we find out we just die trying.
I look at the world we live in, why aren’t we equal everything would have just been so simple, no cause for oppression and depression, no cause for happiness and sadness, no cause for joy and hatred, no cause for celebration and jubilation. What if everything was just as equal, with no top class and lower class, no time of bitterness and prosperity? What would the world we live in look like?!
But the answer to the inequality of life is that “ that’s what makes the world a better place to be, as it brings along hope and merriment, Brings along dreams and goals, targets and accomplishments, reality and grace. The inequality in life is what would make us struggle to become better, that’s what would make men struggle for change in their lives. What about destiny? Men would still try and struggle to work towards their destiny.
**Back to my topic of the day. What does the future have for me?**
Yeah, I would love to think about two things unknown to me and what I wish and pray for, and also work towards accomplishing them. That’s the life I want, but another question is what if? That’s not the life I am destined to live.
**Rich or poor**
Most times we turn it to our prayer points about becoming a wealthy soul. We always hope for the best for ourselves and just like I have said above, all of us in the world cannot be rich and also all of us cannot be poor. There are to be the men with riches so that they can help and grow the poor men. There is a need for poor men so that the rich can also have a reason to spend their wealth. I don’t know what the future has for me in this regard. Which would I be?
I am also working towards becoming a wealthy man on earth because there is a saying that “aim for the moon and if you can’t get it you land among the stars”. I know that I might not be destined to be that wealthy. I never want to be poor. I pray god helps me and you.
**Die young or grow old**
Another amazing thing that remains hidden from everyone in this world is the day our souls would no longer be ours. Yeah, we can’t say when the time would come that we would take our last breath. Just like I have said before, we can’t remain equal in this world of ours. If we are all to leave the world at a certain age then there is no reason to struggle and have a lot of hopes. But having it unknown to us remains a mystery that would make everyone prepare for it coming at any point in time. The question pops up: what if? Am I young and hoping to grow old? And I didn’t? What if I thought I would grow old then I leave young? What if?.
I pray to grow older but not too old too. I would love a nice existence during my old days.
The computer 💻 age!
*I remain this humble soul who is always ready to appreciate my existence on the surface, once we realize that staying alive is never by our power or might then we know that all we have to do in life is to thank God for his mercy and grace over us.*
In the world we live in today, we find ourselves equipped with technological knowledge and skill, the more the world keeps revolving the more technological advancements. Gone are the days when we count using stones and an abacus 🧮. Now all your calculations got simpler with the use of calculators.
Gone are days when transportation was via beasts of burden like horses, camels, and donkeys, advancing to the use of steam engines and now the world is heading towards rechargeable and electric motors. I appreciate the world we live in today compared to back in the days when things were quite stressful. This is the new age we call the computer age!
But we all know that these so-called innovative ideas come with their own do and don’t. And so they come with their advantages and disadvantages. But the basic thing is that the advantages should be more than the disadvantages. With that then we just have to bother less.
**I would be talking more about our computers.**

Most times when I think about it, what if there is no computers in this world how peaceful would the world be? But on the same side, we should also be because a peaceful world without ease is nothing to write home about.
Most times I feel empty when my device phone is dead or on a battery low, especially when I don’t have data subscriptions on it. We are now addicted to these so-called computers, a thing that we can hardly say we can do without them. There was a day I left my phone at home and I had to check myself countless times because something is missing out on me. I felt its absence in my hands for the little time I am not with it.
That’s what world we live in today, even a newly born child nowadays is ready to operate the device on its own. There is a lot to gain via computers and also a lot has been destroyed through these computers. It’s our choice to make.

Yeah, one of the major roles of a computer is to keep us connected with each other. Gone are the days you have to travel miles to meet with friends and families. Even making friends is now easier than expected with the help of the computer. Various applications would bring you together with people you love, your families, and even your coworkers.
**Help you learn and keep you informed. …**
I love this about computers, we learn every day till we get to our graves and computers have surely come to make that an easy task for us. With a computer, you can browse the internet and get yourself updated with recent trends all over the world. The computer age has also made it easy to learn from home in addition to what has been taught in the four walls of the classroom.
**Can make you money.**
I wouldn’t have believed this if not for the fact that I am a victim of this too. I have made money using my computer and still making some. Computers have come to aid us financially. One thing I love about the computer is the fact that you can always learn as you earn too...
My bucket list. Dream or Reality

We all have our hopes and we have plans too. We have dreams and we keep praying for a better life for ourselves. No one wants to live a life filled with sadness. There is nothing bad about having hopes and dreams but the reality about having those things is that when you don’t work towards them then you know they will remain a dream forever. A dream that’s being worked on is what we know as reality.
**How about a bucket list?**
We all have one too but it might vary from one person to another, the same way it varies from one age to another. The bucket list we had when we were younger might change when we become adults and reality sets in. At times we give time and await the outcome.
**My bucket list**
I would be highlighting a few things on my bucket list. It doesn’t truly define me but just what I wish for myself and I hope I can accomplish them with time. Part of the list I have accomplished is getting to finish college and get into a higher institution too. That was accomplished and I am grateful to the almighty for that. The next on my list was to serve my nation. I also aimed for that and worked towards it too and by the grace of God, it also became a success.
**On my awaiting bucket list**
**Good paying job:**
It’s not so easy in this so-called country of ours to be able to get a job immediately after you are done serving the country, except if you are connected with people at the top. Gone are the days when all these were put in place, days when after you finished school you would have a job waiting for you at your doorstep. Everything has turned around now, what a country we find ourselves in.
I would love to see myself working in a better position with a good income, either private or government parastatals. After that, I would have the opportunity to move on to another part of my bucket list.
**Marriage**
Right now after getting a perfect job for myself then the next thing for me is to get myself a good spouse and start another phase of my life. It’s not easy getting married but I hope for the best.
**Children**
After getting married and having a family plan then we also pray to be blessed with righteous children who would be a blessing to our eyes and also a blessing to the world at large.
Why onions?? 🧅 🧅

Life is just so funny at times when we think deeply about the occurrence happening across the world. Even stepping down to our locality and immediate surroundings, we realize that we are just of human looks and the same homosapiens but what we have inside of us is different from each other.
That’s where the saying comes from “One man's food is another man's poison. And that's the reality of life. My best food is not a must to be someone else’s best. I appreciate the fact that we have differences between us. That difference is part of what makes life a better place to be.
WHAT I AM ALLERGIC TO?
The number one thing I am allergic to is onions 🧅. I hate or dislike it with a passion 😂. If I could call one thing a good poison in my meal then that’s onion, especially having it sliced in it. I get irritated anytime I crunch my teeth on it.
How it started.
When I was a little younger, I would always try my best to make sure I take all meals prepared at home to avoid being scolded by Mum. But there is something that always happens every time I take rice and fried stew. I am always feeling nauseous.
In the long run, I realized that when I bite my teeth on onions I always feel that way. I told mum and everyone at home that I can’t take onions in my food again. I knew I called a war upon myself. And I was ready to fight through it.
I started the method of handpicking all the onions in my food into a separate plate before eating. It was a great challenge to me but since then I continued and got used to it. Gradually as I continued to grow older my wings began to grow and got stronger.
I became the one responsible for cooking in the home and since I am in charge I would say I can’t cook poison for myself 😂. They won’t have a choice but to leave me to it and allow me to cook it with the exemption of onions 🧅. Finally, in our home now onions have gradually gone extinct, the only time they cook it at their own will is when I am absent at home…
The future is bright…
**EVERYTHING IS BRIGHT**

Life has been a challenge so far, the young ones, the teenagers, and even the elderly ones are never an exception. The world we keep hoping to become a better place for us all has become a maze where we all get scared and always find several means of survival.
We all must have hoped for a future that is better than our past, today better than yesterday, and a tomorrow better than today. But it is so sad to have realized that all our hopes and dreams are sinking into a shallow river. We keep seeking help whereby the aid we’ve been looking for is just right in our pocket.
Every night when I look at the moon and the stars and how bright it must have been even if we could get a little closer. The bright stars above the sky soaring high, then I think about the favors of the lord up on us, only if we could see. Most times we remain humans and always humans, the humanity in us is what makes us humane. No doubt about that, when we are in times of luxury and sorrow we get to know that life has no spare.
**Everything is bright.**
***Everything is going to be bright!*** The life we want to live and the ones we have lived. All I want is to build upon myself a life of lesser regrets and future happiness. The life of a humble soul filled with joy and grace, where I would live to see the future like a golden castle. It has to be bright and I believe it will be with time.
**That luxury?**
What should I say about that luxurious life? I have wished to have the best for myself. I keep looking forward to that kind of life I want, but I still keep on wondering why it gets far and far ahead of me. Some told me to have patience while some said to be consistent in whatever I do. I don’t believe so much in being lucky, I believe in persistence and grace.
If it’s all about hard work then I would say I am nowhere to be found. Many must have been working so hard but still finding it difficult to get through some stages of their lives. But if you see someone who is graced then you would realize that hardworking is good but being graced is the best one could ever seek for.
**What could prayer do?**
Yeah, let’s pray for a good life. There is music I listened to about the good life by a young singer Harris J, it said their things in life that money can’t just buy, money can’t buy, happiness and love don’t have a price. That is why I say “Happiness is free”. You just have to make sure you seek one for yourself.

`Good day to you all here on readcash. It’s been a while here on the platform and today is surely another beautiful day on the earth's surface.`
*Life has its different phases and it brings about different people at different stages in life. When the time comes happiness and time comes joy. There are times when merriments come and times come sadness. But all in all, we just have to make sure we live a life of no regrets before we leave the world.*
I have been offline for some time now and one thing I realized is that life has no rules. Because in this life we would see a lot of people that are rich and have poor health, and we would see a lot of poor people in hungry but are gifted with sound health. Life is just always what we view it to be, a number 9 to you might be a number 6 to someone else.
There is one thing I do think of when it comes to thinking about life itself. I see life to be like a train, every one must alight when they get to their last stop. Many times when I look at my life and how far I have gone, I know I have got nowhere far but I know I am not where I was.
We get news of people leaving the world when their time is over, it doesn’t matter whether they are old or young, or whether they are male or female, it might at times take the life of a younger one and leave the old ones. Nothing is certain when it comes to death.
While I was off I got the news of the death of a friend of my dad. He was healthy and nothing was wrong with him, he went outside to take some fresh air and then came back inside again to pray. After his prayers he then went out to sit in his corridors to take fresh air again, then next thing they would hear was the scream of people announcing his death. He just went straight down the spot and that was the end of it all. That became the end of his journey in life.
He has families and friends too yet he still has to leave them behind, his children are there to look up to him, his wife, and his parents, but he can't say no to death when the time comes. We should all be prepared because whether we like it or not we must face it.
Life has no rules, my friend. You can be rich today and remain rich till death, you can also be rich today and remain as poor as the church rat tomorrow. You might be so poor today and remain poor till death, you might be poor and in a few seconds become that wealthy person you never expected yourself to be. That’s life my friend, it has no rules. The parent might be so rich that the child would remain poor, or the younger siblings would be the breadwinner of the family and the elderly ones would have to seek help from him.
***Life has no rules. It pains to see that people are yet to realize this. This is the reason why most people go after a destiny that isn’t theirs, they want to run a race they aren’t capable of, and regardless of the risks involved, they want to compete with people that are far ahead of them. They already forgot that life has no rules, what would surely be yours would surely be, and what isn't yours would never be, no matter how hard we try.***
Secret to a Good life 😊

*Waking up to the gift of life again today is nothing but glory from above. I always remain that grateful soul who would always appreciate every little bit of my existence.*
Today is Monday again. Haha. So tiring. The weekend was nice and filled with fun but there comes today Monday again when everyone would have to get out there and work to make ends meet. Monday to some might be fun and to some others may be boring, which is dependent on the kind of circle you are surrounded with. I pray we continue to find mercy and grace in all we do.
It’s been raining since yesterday now and the weather is just so cool, I know I would be left with no option but to prepare a hot tea for myself and sip while it chases the cold away. The funniest part was that when it was about to rain it was just so sudden without blowing any breeze or even little raindrops, it started with a heavy fall. I was looking at my clothes getting wet again while I was unable to do anything about it.
**Today I will be discussing the Good life.**
We all want to live a good life, we all want a life of our dreams to come true and our needs attended to. No one wants to settle for less. But how can we know if one has a good life?
From my experience, I can only drive out one great attribute if an individual has this in their life then they would realize they should have this key to the doorstep of living a good life. And this key is already in our hands, the question here is what is that thing that one would have to sustain a good life for himself?
**CONTENTMENT**
Contentment simply means a state of happiness and satisfaction. When you are content with the little you have, you are grateful for that small amount with you, then you realize you have everything.
Contentment doesn’t mean laziness, but it means self-satisfaction. When you don’t give yourself self peace of mind in whatever you do then it would be hard to believe you have the happiness you deserve.
Happiness comes from within and it is actually free, so you don’t have to feel like you must get to a certain stage or acquire a certain level before you become happy. In every bit of achievement you make, every step you take higher, you should always make sure that you keep making yourself happy by practicing being content in everything that comes your way.
Life is too short, no one can tell what would happen in the new seconds to come. We are all living on the brink of suspense, imagination, and hope. Do what is best for you and make sure to keep your heart at ease. Happiness is always free, so you don’t have to borrow.

There are times we encounter a lot of unexpected changes in our lives, days when we get to realize that life isn’t stagnant but it revolves and so we are bound to change also.
It amazes me most times when I see people think about how far they have gone in life and then tag it all to their doings. Most time I always think life is all about luck 🍀 because most times we pray for good luck to come our way.
And some other thoughts would make it clear to me that I have to work hard to get whatever I want to live that luxurious life I want. I have to work harder to accomplish that, making it in life is not only about luck, but I think hardworking should be the key.
There are times when I look at bankers in the office and laborers on the field, both of them are working hard but why would a banker who had to work lesser sometimes have a good life and labor who worked so hard with all their strength live less?
**Is hard work a means of making it live?**
But there are instances whereby we have people who have a good source of income, not having a tedious job at hand but they won’t be able to accomplish what someone with a lower income could achieve. And so do some people who worked so hard for a good life at the end of it all would surely accomplish their desires. Is that by luck or effort?
**I believe in grace.**
Both luck and hard work would come to success when we are granted grace from the Almighty. This is a reason why a rich man might not own a house of his own and a poor would have land to build a home for himself, grace is why a man with wealth might end up not having a child and a beggar on the street would be blessed with dozens of children.
Grace is all I hope and pray for in all I do. That’s why you see two people do the same thing and at the end of the day, one would make it more successful than the other. It’s always all about grace.

Many things keep happening around the world nowadays. I was so sad while I was watching the recent occurrence in Pakistan. The terrible flood that had caused a lot of damage to some parts of the country. I am very much sure if they were told such a thing would happen to them two months back they would deny and forbid bad occurrences upon themselves.
Many times we don’t appreciate whatever we have not until we lose them. Losing them might make us realize how valuable they are to us. I read a post on Facebook where a sick old man had to visit the hospital for treatment. Within 24 hours he was passed oxygen to support his life. At the end of it all, he recovered and was billed for what they offered. He saw the amount that was billed for the oxygen he received for 24 hours and busted into tears 😭.
The doctor tried to calm him by telling him not to worry much about the payment because of his health. The old man then replied that “money isn’t the problem” but if he could pay this amount for oxygen for just 24 hours of his life, what of the God who had been providing him oxygen for over 70 years of his life? How much does he have to pay God for what he has done?
The doctor cried and appreciated what God has done in their lives. We never can know the value of our eyesight not until we see the blind ones or whenever we ask those who have been seeing before and couldn’t see anymore.
We never can know the value of waking up sound and healthy not until we get to the sick bay and witness those who couldn’t sleep at all or we get to witness those who are always forced to sleep just to relieve them of the pain they are passing through.
How much do you have to appreciate yourself walking all around majestically and yet still complaining of not having a ride to take you to places? Have you forgotten to take a look at those who have a lot of rides but they couldn’t drive them due to their encounter with accidents, have you taken a look at the disabled? What do you have to say about that?
For every condition we find ourselves in this life we should always remain grateful. Because life is not always about competition when you remember you came into this world alone without competing with anyone and so you would leave without competition.
We might not be living the kind of luxurious life we want today but tomorrow is always another day for us. Changes can occur at any time in our lives as much as we are still breathing. *Today is surely another beautiful day on the earth's surface. All praises and adoration be to the source that created life and all in it. Today is another Monday again and guess what? It’s always those hectic hours of the week again where everyone would get busy and try to work hard as possible. Because an idle hand is a devil’s workshop.*
I have been unable to make posts recently. It is not easy gambling between real-life affairs in conjunction with virtual life. Hoping this month would turn out well, and I believe the more this month keeps getting closer to an end the more engaged I would be. But all in all, I would still try to make sure I find time for my write-ups. Then when I get home back again I would have to sit up because then I am hoping to have more free time compared to now.
A blessed Monday ahead to everyone. I have thought about what to write for the day, probably I should just have my ramblings expressed in words, or I should go for a topic that would be easily discussed. Then I went hunting for a better topic to write on.
Reading from a weekly contest on hive I saw a topic with the question “what if you are allowed to swap life with someone, who would that person be and why would it be that person??
***Who would that be?***
The question is a little bit logical. Who in this world would I have to swap my life with 😂. Maybe some kind of Superman or Captain America, that’s if I wish to go into the **superhero world. Or maybe the president of the United States or the queen of England 🏴**, that’s if I am interested in politics. What of the likes of **Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Carlos Slim, and the likes** only if I want to be involved in battling with the richest people in the world?
Many dreams would surely come to one's thinking, with the question reoccurring and reappearing. Who do you wanna swap your life with? Or maybe the likes of **Tom Cruise, Will Smith, Tom Hanks, Johnny Depps, Dwane Johnson**, and some other popular actors and actresses. Or I just remain my humble self in the aspect of sports with the likes of **Ronaldo and Messi** 😂. Who did I wanna change this one life with?
I don’t know why making this decision became so hard. But what if I swapped it and things began to change from my expectations 😂. Then I must have gained nothing but lost the game. So I have to be very careful in making my selections. 😞
I would have loved to choose someone to swap my life with but it's just a hard decision to make. So I think why don’t I just sit back, take a deep breath and relax, then ponder about my life, and then work on making sure it is worth living to the extent that people would love to swap theirs with mine?

Yesterday I was in a conversation with a friend of mine where we discussed various issues, we discussed some personal things we could open up to each other. It was indeed a nice time with him till we got to discuss more about our financial life and how people do compare their way of life to that of others, how some people put themselves into unnecessary competitions and end up doing what ought not to be done.
He added life is all about natural coexistence between us and our wants. Yeah all of us want that luxurious life, we want to live a life we want and it is not a life of poverty. He said when we continue to advance in life then all these things we are talking about would come naturally. I agreed with him but that’s partially it. It would come naturally but only if you work for it.
Now the main topic later ended up being Would Good life come naturally or do we have to work for it?
A good life is something everyone wishes for and it can’t come to us unless in two ways. Which are Inheritance or Hardworking.
The good living you inherited just came to you that way but it’s great to remember that some other people must have worked for it upon your arrival. So indirectly you are still reaping out from someone’s hard work. And the second way is through hard work. There are times when we might be so unlucky and have to be the ones to strive so hard to make sure to have a good way of life. Yeah, when we work hard then the fruit of our hard work would one day surface.
**How about naturally?**
Yeah, they would come naturally but you can’t just sit and expect things to happen in your life naturally. Those who feel like we wanna have a life like theirs never remained stagnant, they worked vigorously in anticipation to reap the result of their efforts.
While waiting in anticipation, everything begins to show up gradually and naturally. People out there who never knew when the underground work was going on would see it as some kind of change in this fellow's life. And in as much as it didn’t come at once, they might have it tagged natural.
**In conclusion**
Living a life you want is not going to come naturally all alone but in conjunction with our hard work and efforts. No one would ever want to live a fake life or a poor life.

I found myself so lazy these days that to grab my phone and draft something might turn out to be a big deal for me. But I think all these must be a result of excess procrastination. I don’t know why I keep getting addicted to procrastinating on things I am supposed to do at the right time.
Anyways it’s not so in my real world, but virtually here on the internet, it’s so much easier to keep things away from ourselves or even plan on doing things we might not end up doing rather we do something else. Countless times I have opened my google document to draft articles but finally, I find myself on WhatsApp or watching movies.
We all have different ways of viewing things and also different ideologies. There is a saying that one man's food is another man's poison. And that’s true. What you feel is best for you might be the least liked by me. **A nine (9) to you might be a six (6) to me.**
**If I were to choose between a full-time job and a freelancer, which would I opt for?**
I would always go for the freelancing offer again and again and the reason is that when you freelance you would surely be exposed to a lot of opportunities across various platforms, meet with different people and also grab more exposure than applying for a full-time job.
More importantly, is one's time, your time would be yours to schedule and you are always free to go wherever you want whenever you wish. There is no one bossing you around when it comes to freelancing. But as a full-time employee, you would have to face queries and also seek promotions by all means which is another reason you have to impress your employer and make sure you work accordingly.
Freelancing would also allow diving into whichever choice of work you feel the pay is okay for you. The more you feel you could grab more work for yourself the more your earnings. And that’s an advantage over a full-time job with specific pay.
Lastly is the pleasure you get from working from home. You can feel free to do whatever you like, sleep on your bed with your laptop or relax on your chair cross-legged 😂. It’s your choice to make.
**Types of freelancing jobs**
*There are a lot of freelancing jobs out there like I have said earlier and it’s a choice for you to make whichever you feel fits well for you.*
**Copywriters**: The job of the copywriters is to write advert-related articles for companies, they are also involved in creating landing pages and copy for websites.
**Graphics designers:** another interesting aspect of freelancing job offers. The graphic designers are in charge of creating advertisements in the form of graphics, they also market products and it is done with laptops and computer software packages. The needs of graphic designers are in huge demand and they are getting wonderful pay.
**Content writers:** another amazing one as a freelancer is the fact that you can also involve yourself in writing, a paper from copywriting can also be a website content creator where you would have the opportunity to write and get paid for your content on their website. They are also similar to the bloggers who write blog posts and articles.
**Few more freelancing jobs are Software developer, social media manager, and IT service providers.**

Another wonderful Friday to get ourselves prepared for a blissful weekend. Fridays are always amazing because it’s the last working day and after the working hours comes time for rest.
Then Monday awaits again 😂
Going through some articles on the hive platform I came across a contest that had it ***“how would you get to spend your $20 given to you for free?*** So I got to think about how to go about it then.
The first thing I would do is to make sure I convert the amount into my native currency. All because we don’t live on dollars but naira. So to explore the true amount I would have to convert and then think about what to do with the amount. Though it might look small, it would go a long way.
I am approximating the amount because I never checked the actual market price of dollars to naira, and also the gas fee if there would be one. $20 should amount to a sum of 12000 Nigerian nairas. So now let’s journey together as I squander my 12k naira here in Nigeria.
**Humans' wants are unlimited**
Yeah, human wants are indeed unlimited, and unsatisfiable, we get to continue to be in need even after proffer solutions to the needs on the ground. There is a hierarchy of needs. That is; we place our needs on a scale from the most important to the less important ones. The urgent needs would be attended to first before heading downwards. So presently I am also in need of a lot of things to be done but I would have to put some things first.
**Pay for my tuition fees**
I engaged myself in some professional courses that I felt might be of help to me in the future and as life is known to be filled with knowledge, no one can ever be an island of knowledge. We learn every day till we get to our graves.
So I enrolled myself to study more. But where there is knowledge at times money would always be involved, it’s either you are on the receiving end or at the givers' end. I have to pay for the knowledge I want to acquire and I am given a duration to be paid. So I would put that debt first and make sure I clear it off. The total amount heading to be 4000 Nigerian naira which is approx $8.
**Get a power bank**
A few weeks ago my power got damaged, the battery started to swell up and it defaulted. Though I have been using it for quite a while now which has been more than a year. So after I discovered it was faulty I abandoned it and started sourcing for some amount to get a new one. A new power bank with 10000mah battery capacity should amount to a total of 7000 Nigerian naira which should approx $11 I already saved 2000 naira so a total of $9 would be needed for that.
**Cook a pot of soup**
What is more important than one's well-being? I should have put this first but for now, this is where it should be. Because I can do without cooking the soup and still move on. But since it's free money I would just get some fresh meat and fish and then get myself a pot of soup with the remaining amount.

We all have things we love to do always and there are some things we are not used to. Not that we don’t do them but we just prefer some other option to them. Those we like doing are our favorite. When it comes to taking meals too we all have our different choices and appetizers too. In almost everything, we do we have our different ways.
So for today, I would be discussing more of my favorite things. It might come as a challenge for anyone who feels like getting it done too.
**Which is my favorite???**
****Mango juice or Orange juice?****
This is a hard choice to make but still, I am sure I prefer one over the other. I would love to take mango juice over the orange juice and not because orange juice isn’t okay but because I would just like to taste the thickness of mango juice. If I were chance you pick a choice apart from these two then I would pick the pineapple 🍍 juice over both of them.
****Apple or Androids****
Hmm. A one-sided user would not have much to say about this or might just prefer picking one over the other. I have experienced both devices and I can say this is how it works. Though it’s more on preference and choice. But I would prefer the android version over the apple version. My reason is that android has a more friendly interface compared to the iPhone. Come to talk about the durability and costs the android is less expensive when it comes to cost of maintenance than the apple and also when you are to get things you can easily get them on the android with a little amount or no amount at all but the apple isn’t like that, most things you get must be paid for. So to me, I would prefer the android with a better version and quality.
****Mobile phones or Laptop****
I am always with my mobile phone 24/7. Even this article was written and edited on my phone too. I am used to my mobile compared to my laptop. Though the laptop seems to make things easier with its broader appearance, when it comes to portability and consistency I would rather be on my phone. I am two times faster when it comes to typing on my phone than using the laptop's keyboard.
****Noodles or Pasta****
Hehehe. I would love my noodles garnished with a lot of spices and vegetables. And a moderate amount of pepper too. Pasta is also a good rival but I would still prefer noodles over it.
****Dogs or cats****
Dogs and cats are still one of the most reared pets and one of the pets humans love to have with them. Their domestication is quite amazing. So if I were to choose between the dog and the cat, I would rather prefer a cat as my pet than have a dog. This is because cats that are well-reared are always cute and beautiful. Their friendly approach is also something I love about them.
****Beef or Turkey****
Hmm. Finally, I got to end it with something edible. Beef or turkey? Hahaha, kinda another hard choice to make again. But I would pick turkey as my favorite. I might get tired of taking meat but when I see my turkey in different options, grilled, roasted, fried, or cooked I would continue having a bite again and again.
It’s been a while.
Life has been turning out to be whatever it turns out to be. We have to experience different things at different stages of our lives and that is practically the way it would continue to happen till the end of life.
Nothing is found to be permanent. We all have to come to the world, contribute our quota and leave just like our predecessors have done and nothing would change.
The best is to make sure one is happy with the existence they are. And also have it at the back of our mind that we only live once. No time to check time as the clock keeps ticking Tick Tock! And our days are on the countdown. So why still put that little energy left towards hatred, jealousy, and envying others? Instead, you should be happy for them and pray for yours.
Yeah. It’s indeed been a while here on readcash and I would say I must have missed a lot. I don’t know maybe this might be due to the bear market or something else but I could feel the vibes on readcash have reduced. But all in all, as I said above nothing remains permanent.
**My yesterday ramblings**
Yesterday was just another hectic day for me as I have to make sure I go out and make some deliveries of the goods I sell to people in the environment where I reside. Yeah, it was stressful in the sense that I had to keep trekking and trekking before I could even get to some customers' locations and some of them are kinda funny, they would terminate their order when you get to their doorstep due to price factor or the other. But all in all, that’s no qualms since I already got used to it.
Then afterward, I had to do some heavy laundry 🧺 too which I later ended up doing nothing because I slept off so bad for up to four hours. When I woke up, I was thinking if the laundry would be possible or not.
Moments later, my friend came into the room to call me about the documentation we intended to go for so I quickly dressed up and got myself prepared to meet up with them. We went on as a group and it was indeed fun but who knows what would happen in the future? We got to the Local government area for the documentation, as anticipated we thought it should be something easily done, get there, make necessary submissions, thumbprint and leave the venue. But the story turned out to be another way.
Everyone has successfully registered since morning but upon our arrival, we got the news that the system got faulty. We waited for hours probably if there would be changes but no positive response. At the end of it all, another piece of news was regretfully announced to us that we would have to go back home and check back some other day.
I could feel the expression on everyone's faces, 😆. I just had to put on a fake smile like I was fine which I wasn’t because I already lost my money and was stressed out too.
I learned a lesson from the occurrence and that is: there are times we make plans and they come to pass but we can never rest assured that our plans would surely work out the way we expected. We make plans but only God almighty execute them into reality.
I would be back here again on readcash and have some more fun time to spend with everyone. I know I already miss you all, but I am not so sure if you guys missed me 😂 😂 😂. See you all again.

**Every day is another day.**
One thing I realized about life is that you need to create happiness for yourself. Happiness is free but not something that is distributed all around, so it is left to you to fight and make sure you get one for yourself. Sometimes some people say money brings happiness, which is kind of true because when you have money and you can satisfy your needs and wants, and then you can make yourself happy.
**Money isn’t everything**
That is the reality because many people have multiple folds of the amount in your account yet they still can’t buy what they want with it. One thing they can’t buy with the money is their life, once it’s time and the amount of duration they live in life is over, no matter the amount they have in the bank they can never buy back their life.
Another thing money can’t buy is time. Time flies and once it's gone, it’s gone forever and will never come back ever again. I am not scared of death but time looks scarier because it’s like a chain drawing us closer to death.
**Ourselves first**
No matter the table of hierarchy let’s always remember that we are very important, our health, and many other things about us should take priority. The amazing fact is that once we are gone, people might feel sad but for just a little while and then some moments after that life goes on. I am not saying we shouldn’t care for others, but don’t be a Good Samaritan to the extent that you care while you are dying off. Don’t be like the lantern or lamp 🪔 that would spread light to the world and forget the give itself some light.
**Be good to others**

The reason why I would always like everyone to be good to each other is that no matter the goodness you spread to others it takes nothing from you. Nothing from you. And if you also decided to take it the other way round, it never adds anything to you also. But there is always something that comes back in return for not taking anything from you but it adds. If you remain good to others you would surely be appreciated, respected, and also get good in return. To me, I gave myself a principle which is “ I would always try my best to make sure I pay back all bad actions thrown towards me with good vibes”. Good for good and also good for bad. This way I would have to worry less about people’s thoughts about me.
**You can’t be the best, do your best and leave the rest.**
There is always someone way ahead of you, and those ahead of you would always see someone ahead of them too. Likewise, if we look below us we realize there are people down below us the same way we are down below some others. You can’t be perfect in life and that is it. You can’t expect yourself to be the best. Aim for the moon and if you can’t get there you find yourself among the stars. The position you are in today is surely a stepping stone to another.
**No condition is permanent**
Today is all we know, no one knows tomorrow. Then today we are just a phase of life no one knows tomorrow. The rich man today might turn out to be poor tomorrow and that poor man of today might be the rich man tomorrow. No matter the condition we find ourselves in today, we should always make sure we keep our calm and pray for a better life than our present life.

Had I known…
Good day to you all my families here on readcash. Today is another beautiful day on the earth's surface. All praises and adoration be to the lord almighty that created life and all in it. Good, we are alive and healthy today which is never by our power and not by our might but by the grace of the almighty upon us all.
**My ramblings.**
Yesterday was a little weathered it was like it was going to rain so heavily as the clouds looked heavy and were also moving at a faster pace. I felt it should just pour and then everyone could get indoors and have nice sleep. But it kept on disappointing me, though I need the sunlight I think I needed the rain more.
I already forgot I sundry my clothes outside, I was inside wishing for the rain to fall heavily.
The thunder began to strike and I was still on my bed expecting the rain to pour as usual. The next thing that happened after the thunderstruck was heavy winds which I am sure blew off my clothes away from the rope and flung them all around. Then the rain started after the heavy wind.
As the rain already started to pour heavily, that was when it came to my thoughts that I sundry my clothes outside. I felt blank again not knowing what to do. I was the one wishing for the heavy rain and now the bounce-back was on me. Should I leave the clothes outside and enjoy my sleep without catching much cold or get myself wet and caught cold and know the condition of my clothes outside. I have to make a choice.
Finally, I ran out inside the rain with an umbrella ☔️, yet still got cold but was able to pack my clothes which had already become so dirty because I didn’t pack them on time. I had to wash them again and also dry them the following day. I said to myself “Had I known, I would have gone out to pack my clothes earlier before now”.
**Had I known…**
These are times when we encounter hardship, sorrow, or even regrets. Then we think about our mistakes and wish we haven’t taken that step we took, wished we haven’t taken those moves or made that decision we made. But there are times when we say had I known I should have done this better than I have done before. Assuming I put in more effort it would have been better than this, assuming I have focused the more things won’t turned out this way.
**If I had known better, I would have done better.**
There are times when we got enrolled in the Arabic schools. Though we are not so serious with it but not that we are also unserious. I was an average student by then and I am always readily available to learn but the timeframe was just too short.
I got admitted into the university and studied agriculture, I would have wished to study Islamic studies but in the end, I resulted studying agriculture which I created a passion for it. Fast forward to days when I became a graduate of agriculture and the next step of my life was to serve my country.
I applied for the service corps and I got posted to some part of the country, it was another wonderful moment of my life. Then I was given a place of primary assignment and when I looked at the posting letter I realized I was posted to an Arabic school and I studied agriculture. I expected to find myself posted to farms or agricultural institutions.
Gradually I started taking them in Arabic and now it’s more than 8 months since I have tried taking them out of the little knowledge I acquired back then. There are a few times I look back to those days and say ***“if I had known better, I would have done better while I was still there in the Arabic school”.***
Life is good by the way.
Good day to you all. We are grateful for life and all in it. Life is all about giving and taking. There are things we should be aware of as humans and let’s be aware of what is next to be done about our daily existence. We make plans but let’s have faith and keep praying to the almighty God for more accomplishments. There is a difference between planning and another thing being able to execute them.
Every day is another day. Most of the time I sit back and think about life. The days of the past are far gone and would always bring about some reminisce every time each memory or similar occurrence happens in our lives. That’s actual life for us. If we want to progress then we can’t live all our existence without a countdown.
**Today would never come again.**
Yesterday was gone and today is also going, remember, once today is gone it can never come back ever again. We might have another Sunday of the month or probably another June of another year. But June for this year is far gone as we move on to another. So I would like us to consider something in all we do, just to avoid regrets and have good memories of each moment spent together.
**Be a blessing.**
Be a blessing to others. Have it in mind that nothing lasts forever and no condition is permanent. The condition you are in today is a temporary one and the future is unknown to us. Do well to stretch your hands out to people and also make them feel blessed. There is no joy than seeing your fellow smile out of the love and happiness you extended towards them.
**Be a friend.**

Yeah, a friend in need is a friend indeed. Don’t just be a friend but make sure you are that reliable friend, the trustworthy one, the friend who is ready to give their all into their friendship. Not that betrayal, who is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
**Encourage someone.**
Yeah. Be optimistic and make sure you pass on positive energy to others. Do well to know what’s next and also make sure you have them going forward. If possible one step at a time. Be an agent of encouragement not an agent of discouragement. That’s life for us and it’s our choice to make.
**Take time to care.**
Why do you have to feel less concerned about others? Why do you have to feel you don’t need them? Nobody knows tomorrow. Then today we are in is not even certain so why don’t we care about ourselves. Take time to check on that friend of yours you called for a very long time, take time to know how they are doing. Most times we humans put on a fake smile and experience several internal pains. Check out on them, text and call them, pay them visits, and also render the help you can. No good act is wasted without being rewarded, if not today then it must be tomorrow.
**Let your words heal and not wound.**
Only if we know how powerful our words are, we won’t just utter any statement just like that. Though we are bound to make mistakes and that’s humanity. But let’s be cautious of our words. It’s better to be silent than to speak without caution. Because those words we utter are so fragile as an egg and once it drops off they can never be recovered again.

Taking a good look at the creatures and how they are being created then one would have no reason not to give thanks to the source that created life and all in it. The breath we take in and out is nothing but grace, many also are alive today but can’t breathe on their own; they need to pay for the oxygen they take in and are still not guaranteed they would be able to make it.
**I am grateful for life.**
Standing right in front of a mirror and seeing myself is grace upon me entirely, one thing I know which is certain is the fact it’s never by my power to be able to see and those who are blind never made it a decision upon themselves. That’s life for us all. I can walk down to wherever I want, that’s surely a grace upon me and I am always grateful. Many are crippled and it was never their decision to be like that.
Most times when I see people remain ungrateful may be due to some things they wished to acquire but they are yet to have, I wonder if they looked back to see those behind them struggling to be where they are. No matter the situation you are in life there would be people way ahead of you and also they would be people behind you. All you have to do is to focus, don’t remain stagnant, and appreciate your existence. Never compare yourself to others.
You have a car but you look up to those having a private jet. Haha. Don’t you look back to those who have motorcycles and can’t even enjoy their ride under the sun or in the rain?. The motorcycle owner might also look forward to those with cars and wish he just had one. But they should always remember to look back at those who have to trek on their feet and couldn’t make it to distant places compared to having a motorbike like you. To those looking forward to having a means of transportation to move around faster and easier, have you forgotten about those who have no legs as you do? How do you expect them to move around and not to talk of going at a faster pace?
For every condition we find ourselves in life, let's make sure we appreciate it. Talking about the freedom you have, when you visit the prison yard and the hospital you know the value of the freedom you have. When you get to the graveyard you realize you aren’t that special compared to the rich men and women below the soil, and if you think it’s because you are poor, you would find more people whose whole lives are poorer than you and they are still beneath the earth surface. Younger people are there and the elderly ones are there too. So what’s there so new? Give thanks while you have the chance.

I would like to tell you about a superhero I ever met.
`Not all heroes wear capes like that Superman and Spider-Man. We have heroes around us that don't show off their power but deep down they are legends that lived on the earth’s surface.`
There was a day I became so ill to the extent that I couldn’t walk down to school. I had to manage myself to make it down to the school premises. My temperature got so high all of a sudden due to the scorching weather. But deep down I am feeling so cold. I tried making it down to the classroom but at some point in time, I broke down and wasn’t even able to take a step forward again.
I tried calling someone on my device and my eyes would always go watery whenever I take a look at the screen. I felt it was all finished for me. Only if I can survive this illness. Only if I was at home then I would have gotten someone to take good care of me.
I squatted on my knees and felt like lying down on the hot sandy floor filled with spikes of grass. I was about to drop my hands on the floor when I felt that warmness on my hands. I looked up to see who had just touched me, my face already got so dizzy 😵. These hands dragged me up and supported me to a shed where there is a bench that I could rest on.
After sitting down I was asked what kind of pain am I going through. I couldn’t narrate much but I signaled using my hands. It was hard before we got the communication but later on, she discovered I was having malaria illness. Then she told me to manage myself to the nearest clinic, we got there and she still stood as my guarantor.
After a few hours of me being asleep, I woke up and saw a pack of lunch boxes. She already prepared me some sumptuous meal that would give some energy to my body system and also aid the medication. I recovered in a few days but I don’t even know her whereabouts again.
I hope someday I can meet with Good Samaritans like her and pay back what she has done. But I learned a lesson from her to be kind and tender support at times it might have just saved a soul.
It was a victory at last.

It’s been a while since I have been active here on the platform and this was due to some physical obligations I am to put in place in the real world apart from the virtual world. But I should also be happy to be able to make it here again today. It’s nothing but glory and mercy.
The best thing a man could wish for is to keep moving forward in life and accomplishing things in life. Working towards one's goal and making sure they are seeing the positivity in whatever they are doing.
Life is a gradual process, one step after the other. It’s always good to look forward to those ways ahead of us and know more about their success story. This could be a path we can follow up and try making sure we are better and accomplishing what they were not able to.
**How can we do that?**
****By learning from their mistakes.**** Nobody is perfect, we all have our lapses and we are bound to make mistakes. When we take a look at the successful ones ahead of us, we should also focus on the mistakes they made. After focusing on such mistakes then we make sure we try not to fall into such pits, then in the long run we find ourselves way better than they have done.
****Facing challenges:**** there is no way we can run away from challenges. It is just one of the basics of life. We are bound to face them at different stages of our life. Some may come easy while some might come so hard to overcome, but the main fact is that we should always try to overcome them. Every successful human on the surface must encounter challenges. Know these challenges and be prepared for them.
One of the greatest challenges we face is time, as time waits for nobody. Once it’s gone then it’s gone forever. The best is to make sure we utilize our time efficiently to avoid regrets.
****Make solutions:**** For every problem in life, there should be a solution. And on the journey to success, one must have the ability to make solutions to problems. Making these solutions is what would make you unique and outstanding.
**Victory at last?**
What do I mean by a victory at last? I am so happy I was able to accomplish a task set up for the past two months. I embarked on the journey of accomplishing a professional certification and by God’s grace, I was able to terminate it and completed the courses.
Despite the ups and downs, the rough ways, and the difficulty I still tried to strive through. At some point, I thought about giving up but I still had to keep it going.
**The induction ceremony**
We were promised to be certified and make an oath to the institute to become better alumni of the institute and represent the institution with dignity and pride. It was a meritorious ceremony as everyone was joyful 😃 about the happy day.
This is just another stepping stone and I also pray and hope for better days ahead.
Who is a failure??

Today is the **5th** day of the month. It's so amazing to see how fast time flies. There is always a ray of hope while we still exist on the earth’s surface. And we should never underestimate the power of a common man as much as they still breathe on the earth’s surface.
Life is never easy and is not created to be of ease. There are times come easiness and there are times come sorrow. So the best advice is for us to always be prepared for the worst, as we hope for good times we should get prepared for the other side too. If we are prepared, then life won’t come so hard on us as a surprise or something unplanned.
Life has its ups and downs. It’s never a straightforward journey. Just like it is said to be filled with a bed of roses and thorns. There are times we win and there are times we fail. `But who is a FAILURE???`

Failure to me is when one gives up on the success. When one thinks it’s all over and they can’t achieve all they had hoped and planned for, when people forfeit the reason for moving further, the reason behind their mission and ambition, then I call that a total failure.
**Who is a failure?**
We are all humans and no one is perfect. We all make mistakes, and that’s life for us all. Our imperfections make us fail at times. Every time can't always be a win-win. But a FAILURE isn’t someone who failed over something. Rather a FAILURE is he who failed to accomplish success after several times of failure.
We might fail a million times but getting up again and staying strong, determined, and having that readiness and standby mindset towards accomplishing success at the end of it all is who we can call an achiever.
**Can I get up after several failures?**
Yes, you must! and that’s when we can say you become successful. Getting up! After each fall should make us stronger and not weaker.
**Have you thought about your failures and how you finally made success in the end?**
Remember days when you were still an infant 🤔, days when we had to practice putting food in our mouths. Remember the first time, it must not have been so simple and easy but later on in the long run it gradually became a part of us after so many failed attempts.
Flashback to days when we had to crawl for the first time, I am sure it wasn’t as easy as expected. It must have been so hard and uneasy. But gradually we tried to make those moves. There are times we would fall on our faces and cry a lot. But that never stopped us from trying again. Do you remember that after successfully being able to crawl when you attempted trying to walk?
Assuming you had given up while trying to crawl after many failed attempts, do you think you would be able to stand on your feet today?
You were courageous even when you never knew what is called success or failure. You stepped on your feet and tried taking those steps, even out of fear of falling on your face and making a big injury, after many cries you finally were able to take those steps. While you were trying and not making it you never failed unless you give up on it. We are all successors only if we are determined never to let failure become a reason to give up.

First of all, I wish you all a happy new month. Ooh. The month of May finally said goodbye and now here we are on the third day of June. *How have we made use of the last month so far? How much have we achieved in this first half of the new year??? Did we get to our targets? Our missions? Our visions? What goals are we having for the rest of the year and are we working towards them?* This should be a driving force moving us towards our goals.
Yeah, for me May was cool and okay as I was still able to accomplish some of my aims. If I should remember my past months this year, especially the month of January when I have always aimed to meet up with a total sum of 1bch in my wallet. Hahaha 🤣. I think my dream will continue to remain a dream. But there is always a possibility of the impossible. This is the beginning of another half of the year and possibly I could still reach my target.

It's been a rough ride throughout the month. There are times I would always feel like giving up and missing a few days, times when I would not have anything to write on, no inspiration, but I still have to write something. It wasn’t easy but I am happy I could accomplish this little, I would also look forward to seeing my count increase this month.
**$50+ from my articles.**
Yeah, from my amount of articles written I already know I couldn’t even make it up to 20$ but out of love from the platform members and Rusty I was able to make this little and it was totally out of my expectations. This has been like a driving force for me to keep it going. Consistency should also be a watchword and procrastination should never be tolerated.
**Made a few more subscribers.**
I knew I relented a lot when it came to this aspect. Because I also knew that my engagement was drastically reduced. So I hope I can improve on that every month. Though there are some additional numbers, the increment is not so encouraging. I am also using this medium to appreciate my subscribers for the love that they show every time.
**My targets for June**
**At least make more than 20 articles.**
Yeah. This month I promise myself to make sure I make it up. My target is to make a double count of the article I wrote last month. And I am sure with all your support I would be able to accomplish that. It’s a battle I have to fight, and I am coming up with success. Till then we would have to meet again.

My engagement has a lot to do when it comes to operating the platform. The more active you become the more awareness you create for yourself. Every day is surely another beautiful day to wake up and appreciate our existence on the earth's surface. Life is cool when you are content with whatever you have and not always looked high up at those above but always look down at those you are higher than while they have always wished to even be what you are. This is the one way we can appreciate our existence.
Today would is the first day of June, it is so amazing to see how quickly time flies. Just like yesterday when we kicked off with the new year. Haha 😂. Yeah, we still keep pushing forward, praying, and hoping for better days ahead.

The weather has been so cool for days now, and I love it that way. Everything in life should have an advantage and its disadvantage. But I would always want this cool weather a million times compared to the hot summer and heat period. The cold weather could be controlled and one would feel better, but the heat period, can also be controlled but with a lot of sacrifices but be put in place. This is why I prefer cold weather.
Here we call it the weather for two. Haha. Does that mean when we are two in number then the weather is for us? 😂. I don’t think I have an answer to that yet. Maybe I will take that assignment upon myself. 😂
But seriously, most times it’s not always easy for singles to battle with the cold weather compared to couples who are already legally wedded. So here is my little finding and research for those who seem to be in the same group as I am. You might check this out if it would work out for you.
**Take your bath with hot water:** I would always love to take my bath with hot water but what discourages me from using the hot water is the fact that most times when I take my bath it would always be like the water shouldn’t finish anymore because immediately the water finished then your body started to feel that coldness again.
**Hot tea:** I found this to be a little more effective. Whenever I caught a cold, I would get some milk and prepare a tea with hot water. I would always prefer it warmer so it could be drunk easily compared to the hot type that would burn one’s tongue.
**Make your blanket your friend.** This time around even while typing this, after taking some hot tea, then I had to cover myself up with my blanket. Since it is always warm to be with. I am sure the weather Could be tackled through this means too.
**Pray**: Sit back, buckle your shoes and open your eyes when it’s time to choose a spouse. There is a great difference between he is a married fellow and the unmarried.
To live single is okay, but being in a relationship with someone you know is the best. This weather is so cloudy here again. I feel it’s just gonna rain over again.

`All glory be to the almighty God for his grace upon us. The month of May is almost over, just a day left to wish ourselves a happy new month. And we are there in the middle of the year.`
Taking a look back at the life and how far we have gone, many were able to make it to life with us but couldn't make it after some seconds. Many were able to live for days but not up to a month, many survived months but could make a year and many survived years but can’t make a decade. But we are still alive and counting. ***Do we have any reason not to appreciate our existence?***
The funniest thing about life is that we all make plans but no one is rest assured they would be the ones executing them. We all propose dates yet we still have to keep praying to be a witness of the day. I have seen a scenario where the groom and the bride had proposed date for their wedding ceremony and then everything was going on fine. The date is already tomorrow then the groom gave up the ghost a day before their wedding ceremony. He wasn’t able to live up to the date.
That’s life and how tragic it happens. But that never stopped us from planning for the future. What if we think the future won’t be ours and it turns out to be? So we still have to make plans but believe that it is not our plans that would work out but the grace of God over them.

**WHAT HAVE I PLANTED FOR MY FUTURE?**
I never had many plans because if I should say I don’t have plans then I am already planning to be a failure. Yeah, we all have dreams and we are always trying to work towards accomplishing them.

Planting a seed doesn’t matter but seeing it grow into a tree that can bore fruits and produce more seeds matters most. Nurturing, protecting, and caring for the seedlings and seeing them become a tree that would provide a shed for you is all that matters and that’s always the tedious part of it.
We see people have dreams, missions, and ambitions but following them up is always an issue thereby leaving them in a world without direction. Some of the seeds I have planted and I hope I continue having the strength to nurture and see them grow are
****Good deeds:**** I learned something about life, life is always cool 😎 when you have a good heart, worry less, and always remain contented with whatever you have. One thing we should always try never to do in life is to wish other people bad. Why not pay back bad deeds with good deeds. It’s not all about today but tomorrow matters most, good or bad, you just planted a seed which you must surely harvest.
****Trust:**** Another essential seed to be planted in one's life is trust. Your trust circle matters a lot, people you trust and how many people out there can trust you no matter the circumstances? Do you have anyone you trust? Can anyone trust you? These are questions we are to ask ourselves. Then our answer would determine whether we are to plant the seed or just nurture it.
****Respect ✊:**** It is said that respect is reciprocal. Never underestimate anyone because the child of today will surely grow up tomorrow. And one thing that I want to make clear is the fact that anything we do for children, the seed we plant in them would remain in them and continue to grow bigger as they age. Children hardly forget what happened to them during their childhood days. So respect everyone’s opinion and decisions irrespective of their age or gender. This is another seed I would like to nurture and reap the fruit in the future.

**Museum or amusement park?**
Hmmm. I would always go to the museum again and again. I would love to see things that had happened in the past, learn from them, and also be among those who could experience the old ways of doing things. The amusement park would have been my choice if I were asked some years back. But presently I would always love to know more about history. One place I have always wished to be is the Kaaba 🕋 in the holy city of Mecca and then the tomb of the pharaoh in Egypt and also many more museums around the world.
**Intelligent or funny?**
I am that funny soul and also intelligent to some extent. So I can’t say I fall in one aspect more than the other. But to me, I know my funny ways are dominant compared to my intelligence. But when I talk people would always commend my intelligence. Both are essential in human existence. You don’t have to be too serious, likewise, you don’t have to be too funny. Remain funny when you have to catch fun and then display your intelligence when the needs are. Don’t go the other way round.
**Freedom or hope?**
Haha. I hope a lot. Yeah, I got the freedom to do most things right from the onset. Freedom to life, freedom to speech, freedom to necessities in human's natural existence. But who knows for how long this freedom would last? So we have to hope it lasts longer than expected. Life itself is filled with hope and it’s just among those essentials that make the world a better place to be.
**Money or Free Time?**
What’s the essence of my free time when I don't have money 😂 free time is important but money is more important.
**Handmade gifts or expensive gifts?**
To me, I don’t receive gifts so I can’t say how it feels to receive either of them. But if I were to choose I would love to always make use of the handmade gifts 🎁 while gifting others. Expensive gifts?? 😂. I would surely do that when I am richer.
**Hunting or saving?**
Hmm. Hunting? Or saving?. I have always been a hunter from the beginning and I would love to have some savings too. But every time I make up my mind to save I always end up spending them all. So why don’t I just keep earning and then satisfying myself with the little I could afford. Maybe someday in the future when I become a big fish then I would have the chance to be able to have some savings.
**Trip or staycation?**
I prefer to travel. 😝 I love to travel so much. The fact that I would have to see new places and experience new ways of life, new cultures, and traditions, meet new people and explore nature. If I could make one wish about becoming rich then I would love to spend my life traveling from one part of the world to another. And this would be more interesting if I could be granted the ability to listen and speak every language wherever I find myself.

After the short weekend comes another long Monday again today. How I wish every day remains a weekend so I can always have a Fun Time with family and friends.
**My ramblings for today.**
Every day has been another wonderful day to remember how far we have gone about life. Just like yesterday when we kicked off the new year and here we are today preparing to hit the half of the year. It’s always been grace and nothing more.
I have been away from home for months now and I hope I finish up serving my father's land and reunite with family and friends again. It’s always good to be good, remain prayerful, hope for the best, and also make sure you never have a bad relationship with people. This would always make you happy no matter how far you are even from your immediate family.
You might even be with your immediate family and still, you won’t have the best of time, making you regret each day of your life spent. Your relationship matters most.
Avoid fake friends and also try to be a pessimist. Life has been said to be a bed filled with roses and thorns. We can’t expect everything to turn out as we have expected or predicted. There are times when we fulfill whatever we have in mind and there are times even when most of all of our plans would go the other way round. That’s life for us and we continue to learn each day.
Be truthful and remain honest. Everything you do is surely for your good and don’t get so amazed when you begin to receive a bounce-back of what you have done to people. Remember everything counts, a record is always there for all you do. If you were probably lucky to have gotten free then how about the generations that are yet to come after you.
Take your time so precious and make sure to have the best of it. It’s always better to make good regrets about not using your time to have done more good things than making a bad regret of wasting your time on what’s not necessary and can never be corrected. Some say time is money. The more you make use of it the more you acquire. The funniest part of life is the fact that no matter how hard we try we can never turn back the hands of time. We can never change what has happened no matter how hard we cry.
These are my random thoughts for today I was able to pen down. It’s always been a pleasure to have the opportunity to write and also meet with some other great writers here on the platform.

`All thanks and adoration be to the almighty God that created the earth and all in it. He created us to be who we are today and also he is fully aware of what each of us would be tomorrow. Not knowing what could happen in a second is why we just have to keep praying and hoping for a better life.`
If I could see how my future would be, there is no need for me to keep hustling or struggling since I am fully aware that at the end of it all I am going to become a billionaire and have a better life. The only thing I need to do is to count my days and find a means to survive until then. Even if it is to borrow just to survive.
**Another 365 days on the surface**
Counting each day was like the speed of the light. I can’t believe I already exhausted **12 months** of my lifespan which is equivalent to **48 weeks, or 365 days, or 8760 hours, or 525,600 minutes or 31,536,000 seconds.**
Today is another day to start counting another journey toward success and happiness, prosperity, and joy. One thing I believe is the fact that when you work towards your dreams then you would remain happy in whatever you are doing.
Every success counts, no matter how small it could be. Many also have this mindset of achievement but they couldn’t. God made it possible for you and all you have to do is to be grateful and keep praying as you move.
I don’t celebrate birthday parties, one question I do ask myself is “ for the past 12 months what were you able to accomplish?” Were you able to accomplish anything? If not then why celebrate instead of working towards things that could call for celebration.
People only know you when you become successful. Your name would be celebrated and remain on the sand of time only if you accomplish success and also remain successful. ***Many were also born on the same date as you, but what have you done or what can you do to make such a date an outstanding one?.*** These are thoughts that come to my mind every time I hear the word birthday.
**Every day counts closer to my death day**
I know for certain that one day would be my last. Some would say it’s a happy day so why to talk about death?. Yeah, it indeed is a happy day for us all but to me, if I should sit back and think carefully then I must have realized that I am not the way I was five years ago, events from tens of years ago became memories that couldn’t reoccur again. Days have gone far behind me and those stages will never come back ever again. Looking forward to additional years without knowing what the future holds for me? Yet I still have to celebrate, and remain happy, at the same time also think about that rope dragging me closer to my grave.
**Your birthday is someone’s death day**
The day I was born, is the day someone else left this surface and one thing also remains certain which is the fact that the day I would leave this world while my people are sad is the day someone would be coming into this world and everyone would be happy welcoming them. He would take over the celebration from me just like I did from someone else.
**Looking backward to 365 days**
I am grateful to God for everything. For the past 365 days, I couldn’t accomplish much but I am grateful for one thing that added to my life. I was able to become a graduate despite the ups and downs. I am also looking forward to more accomplishments in the next 365 days.
**Looking forward to another 365 days**
The next 365 days look so long but it’s quite shorter than expected. Everything is gonna happen in the blink of an eye. I am also looking forward to seeing another fruitful year. By God’s grace before my next birthday, I want to be self-employed owning a farm/company of my own. And if not possible to be an employer then I should be employed with a good-paying job. This is one of my major targets against another beautiful birthday.
**Prayers and conclusion.**
I pray to the almighty God to make today a blessed one for us and everyone out there. We pray for joy 🤩, Happiness, long life, and prosperity. We also pray that may this not be the last of its kind. Better days with great achievements and accomplishments.
