That looks yum! Here rice cakes are present in almost every celebration but especially during the holidays. We can do away with every other dish but rice cakes is a must.

Sorry about that! 😅Puto is the Filipino version of rice cake. It is made of rice flour, evaporated milk, sugar and then topped it with salted egg and cheese.. then steam for abour 45 mins.

Thanks Jen123 Now you can use flour, either all purpose flour and other kind of flour. It is a lot easier now to cook rice cakes compared to when I first learned it to cook.
