**Anzoátegui Coffee**, this company bought from the coffee growers of the region and they processed it in Puerto La Cruz, Anzoátegui state, I liked the aroma that it gave off when you passed near the company, this company has approximately 70 years working, has several presentations from 100 g to 1 Kg., in the course of time they were creating various presentations, going through traditional coffee, gourmet coffee, normal packaging and empty packaging, it also sells roasted coffee in beans. A few years ago I stopped consuming it because of its high price and that I felt that it had deteriorated its quality, I have a long time without trying it.
**Fama de América** **Coffee**, this company also presented a high quality coffee, very good aroma, its slogan is. "By the aroma I know, Fama de América the best coffee", really one of the best coffees in Venezuela.
**Madrid** **Coffee**, another great coffee brand, it was very difficult to distinguish between the coffee brands, they were all very good, you barely added the coffee, the house was impregnated with its pleasant smell, that aroma took you directly to the kitchen.
**La Laja Coffee**, this brand of coffee was bought very rarely at home, in my opinion we did not know how to prepare it, because this coffee was truly pure, we were used to the others and we added the same amounts of coffee, with a small amount of this coffee was enough, a cerrero coffee (express coffee) as we know it. It is possible that there were other brands of coffee, but these are the ones I remember, of all these brands I think La Laja Coffee disappeared from the market.
According to the president of Venezuela, there are 248 certified coffee brands, this seems excellent to me, but and the quality of them?, I have consumed several brands that seem very good but not excellent like the previous ones, which have also lowered their quality.
With the economic crisis apart from increasing coffee brands (it is contradictory, we have crises and coffee brands are increasing), a group of people has also emerged who have dedicated themselves to buying roasted coffee and grinding it in their sales stalls, selling freshly ground coffee, this coffee is called artisanal, it has no brand, they do not pay taxes, nor electric energy, in short, it is supposed to be cheaper and better tasting, because you are seeing what they are grinding, I have bought some that taste good, but.... but.....
People want to earn 10000% of the coffee, many times this coffee comes mixed with anything, with any type of roasted beans (rather, burned) that, of course, are cheaper than coffee, or roast it with leaves, sticks or whatever, this coffee we have called at home: stick coffee, without aroma, or taste, it is horrible. Another modality that they were using is to grab the coffee erase (what remains after preparing the coffee) and mix it with the freshly ground coffee, the situation is that these people do not sell the coffee they are grinding, they sell you one packaged or that they have in bags ground and previously mixed, it is a scam.
The worst thing is that many of the products that come in the CLAP bag, are of poor quality, there I include that stick coffee, which I could not take a single sip, you will see that it is a simple packaging with a label, which I can make and print and stick it to the packaging, therefore, I have 2 days without drinking coffee because I have not been able to buy.

Misfit Neighbors

Today's story is due to a situation that happened two days ago in the urbanization. Our urbanism has 39 houses and 5 streets, 2 of the streets are entrance and exit, it is very quiet, it is totally enclosed, on one side there is a drainage channel that reaches the Manzanares River, we are divided by a wall of stones and near wires, on the other side is a company whose land covers the entire urbanization, it is also delimited with a wire fence.
**Origin of urbanization**
Our houses are very comfortable, spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, garage for 2 to 3 vehicles, patio. These houses were built from the union of a group of educators, who created an association for the purchase of the land and subsequent construction of it.
Our urbanization has 22 years of construction, with a lot of sacrifice, immediately after completion, we moved to it, that is, we have 22 years living here. The streets were initially dirt, but over time we achieved asphalting.
Our neighbors are wonderful, they are always helping, exchanging dishes, sweets, all in harmony. Some neighbors never occupied their homes, others have sold, these sales were made mainly to other educators, but there was a house that the neighbors left the country and simply sold to the first bidder, at first the house was rented, these new people were very respectful until they bought the house.
**Offense and Conflict**
It turns out that the house is number 1, that is, it is at the entrance of the urbanization, the first rule they broke was to park 3 trucks in the streets, in our meetings this situation was raised, but as time went by we were getting to know our new inhabitants. We do not know where these people came from, they have a lot of money for their sale of merchandise, but these people are not polite, to talk they shout, they are offensive, for this reason many were afraid to apply the corresponding rules. A neighbor said: "**it is better to have them as friends than as enemies, with them there is no middle ground**"
The waste collection service passes once a week through the urbanization, these people have been seen throwing garbage into the canal, please why not wait for it to be collected. But we all shut up out of fear.
Our new neighbors like dogs, they had a **Rottweiler dog**, very meek, but she lived on the street, some neighbors (fearful) supported that the dog was the guardian of the urbanization (this dog died), after this they acquired 2 dogs a **Pincher** and a **Pitbull**. The pit bull bit a person, there was no complaint, almost killed another pet of another neighbor who left him fractured (they locked the dog), but the Pincher who is also aggressive, lives on the street, has bitten several people, but they do not care, because the dog is small and does not hurt.
About 20 days ago a neighbor was leaving the urbanization, as usual the puppy goes behind to bite, this angry neighbor says: "until when, shitty dog" and goes on his way. There was no one else on the street, only the puppy. 3 days ago, the owner of the puppy, very politely tells him

Because we have 1 plant of grapes and another of parchita, we saw the need to eliminate one of them, because they begin to entangle with each other, the parchita is a very aggressive plant and quickly covers the other plant, so we decided to eliminate the parchita, which already had a good size, better we stay with the grapes that is almost 2 years old and is starting with its first harvest.
We also have an banana plant in the garden, this is the fourth generation of banana we have, but his mother got sick (we cut him a beautiful bunch of banana), but not all banana were good, we decided to leave the son in place, but he has not grown enough, most likely we can not plant banana in that place because it must be contaminated with some nematode, therefore, any cambur plant that is planted will be affected and will not have good production.
There is a curious fact that has been asking me for a long time, the translation from Spanish to English for Cambur and Plátano is Banana, but we have many varieties of Cambur and Plátano, for example: Cambur cuyaco (Creole), c. apple tree (manzano), c. Guinean, c. titiaro, c. purple and other varieties, bananas are normally consumed in their ripe state. C. zumbi, or topocho, is sometimes consumed when ripe, but is generally used in fish soup.
Bananas are consumed when it is green in tostones, thin fried layers, in its state of maturity we consume it by cutting slices and frying.

Quails: Few Are Many
Happy day dear friends of this great Community, grateful for one more weekend with family, as I mentioned in the previous article, I had a small farming of quails at home, these birds do not take up much space and the daily dedication is minimal.

With Few quails Are Many eggs that you collect a day, I started my quail breeding with 10 females and 2 males, these animals I bought were juveniles had about 30 days of birth. I prepared a cage that I built with thin rods, aviary mesh and wire, with 2 doors, it had a length of 1 meter by 40 cm wide and 30 cm high, the floor I did with an inclination so that the eggs rolled to the outside of the cage and collect them easily.
To the cage I made a connection to the water pipe, with 4 automatic drinkers, to avoid taking away space in the cage and they were constantly dirtying the water, on the outside I made a small hopper with recycled material to place the concentrated food. After 1 month of having them in the house they began to lay their first eggs, in the first week we collected like 4 eggs, then in the following weeks it was increasing, when we had about 12 eggs, we prepared them with pink sauce, delicious.
After about 2 months, I decided to increase the number of animals, but this time I did not buy quails, there were quail breeders in the city and bought 2 dozen fertile eggs, but before buying them, I was researching how to make an incubator. Look for recycled materials (as always), I made a wooden box with your door, use a refrigerator resistor to provide heat, use PC electro fans, buy a thermostat and thermometer for temperature check, manufacture two trays with the wooden edge and with small mesh the bottom, at the base of the incubator I put a tray with water, to maintain moisture.
When I had quail breeding I didn't know I was going to make publications, therefore, I don't have photographs, my apologies.
Now yes, let's go with the incubation, buy two dozen fertile eggs (they sell them more expensive) and select 12 eggs from the ones you had in the hatchery.
Place the eggs in different trays and then, at birth, select the females and separate them from the males to avoid consanguinity and I laid the females born from the eggs purchased with the males born from the eggs of the hatchery, likewise the males born from the eggs purchased with the females born from the eggs of the hatchery.
After checking the operation of the incubator for several days, verified the temperature, humidity and that all the equipment works well, begging to have electricity for 15 consecutive days. Place the trays with the eggs in the incubator and every day before going to work (they were normal days) I checked the temperature, the tray with water and turned the eggs with my hands. Then he would check the cage and collect the eggs, place food, in the afternoon to make the same tour.
It was 15 days of impatience, waiting to see the cutupollos born, I made an ovoscope with a plastic container and a light bulb, to see the growth, but they were not born on the 15th, I was worried when at night I heard the cutupollos chirping, I ran to see them it was very exciting, they were already being born, the next day almost everyone was born, for that first experience there was an 80% birth rate, not bad for being a rustic incubator.

Usually the consumption of quail eggs is done in celebrations, served with pink sauce, this is the only way I've tried them in a meeting, but there is a very large variant of how they can be consumed, because of its size they are perfect for combinations with other dishes, make figures and show them in different ways. After some long years of struggle for the change of title, as students of the School of Animal Husbandry, we achieved that the Ministry of Higher Education changed the titles of Animal Husbandry for the title of Animal Production Engineer, but it does not end there, this struggle for the change of title began in the School of Animal Husbandry of the Universidad de Oriente, when I entered the university, the pioneers had several years fighting for the change of title, many professors did not participate because they did not believe that we would improve as professionals by making the change of title, therefore they did not agree.
It was a great joy when we were announced that the Ministry of Higher Education, after years of studies, accepted the change of the title of Animal Husbandry to the title of Animal Production Engineer, thus giving the order to all universities in the country to make the corresponding changes to all their graduates. At that time I had not yet graduated, so I was given the title of Zootechnician.
But the Universidad de Oriente, which was the first to begin this struggle, now refused to make the corresponding changes, the other universities had already made the respective changes, now we were even more at a disadvantage in the labor market, because there were careers such as: Agricultural Engineer mention Zootechnics, Veterinary Zootechnician, Agricultural Engineers mention Zootechnics, now Animal Production Engineer and we were still Zootechnicians. I do not remember how many years passed after the decision of the Ministry, so that the Universidad de Oriente called all its graduates and in a solemn ceremony in the city of Maturin, Monagas State, we were awarded the title of Animal Production Engineer, incredibly graduates of the first cohort of zootechnics were present.
That day was unique, since the whole event was carried out by the Universidad de Oriente, not only the ceremony of awarding the new degree, but the celebration was totally covered by the university, from the rent of the place, the drinks, the food, all the service. From that moment on we entered the Guinness World Records for being the only university to graduate with 2 degrees in a single career, haha.
Our struggle in the labor field has not been easy, one of the biggest drawbacks that has been presented to us is the displacement by veterinarians, who covered much of our field, they were the first to be formed in the country, therefore created the first laws, one of these laws in particular is that only they are the ones who can do legally, artificial insemination and that is the main basis of our career, at present this has changed now we can work in that aspect but it is necessary to obtain a certificate.

More work at home, the daily routine

After leaving Mir4 I continue with the cleaning and disinfection of Luffy's wounds, they are open wounds that I would like to take some stitches to close them faster, but unfortunately I don't have enough money for local anesthesia and I don't have an assistant either, because I have to hold him, he moves too much. I wash the wound with warm water, then I disinfect it with hydrogen peroxide, after drying it I put a freshly cut aloe leaf on it, and I fasten it with a bandage. I am also treating him with antibiotic and vitamin B complex.
At the beginning when Luffy was inflamed, I had cut the hairs where he had a small wound, thinking that it would be there where the retained liquid would be released, but it opened more towards the neck, it was complicated to cut the hairs, it took me several days, he would not let me get close with the scissors, until he understood that I was healing him and he stayed calm, until I could remove all the hairs inside the wound and clean it well. Now he knows when I am going to heal him and he lies on his side so I can clean him well, he is very calm.

Once all the tiles were placed, I tried to fill them with sand to prevent them from rolling, flattening the surface a little and adding water to compact it a little, finally I placed a smaller stone at the end. But a funny thing happened, after finishing everything, you remember the cat that came home, well he liked the stone and made his funny there, I don't know how to avoid him to use that space as a bathroom. I was thinking of filling some recycled bags with gravel and placing them at the base of the tiles, to guarantee that all the plants won't roll and fall off once I place them, I will probably do it next week.

A bit of Daily Routine

Difficult days with my doggy Luffy

Luffy is recovering quite well, but those days were terrible. We visited the vet on Saturday afternoon, he prescribed him Dexamethasone subcutanea, antibiotic tablets and analgesic, he informed us that the inflammation would go down soon, that if there was any hematoma he would have to do a small surgery to eliminate the clots, as for the antibiotic he indicated it as a preventive and the analgesic for the pain.
The sales of veterinary products at that time are closed and on Sunday they are not open, but I forgot that there are stores in the municipal market that sell veterinary products. On Sunday Luffy woke up very well, he was very happy, he was limping a little, he started to jump because he forgot what he had, then he complained, I kept putting him the painkiller I had bought before.
On Monday I evaluated him, he had no inflammation, but a little pain, I did not have the resources to buy the medicines, but as he was improving, I only gave him the antibiotic. The leaves of the Libertadora plant are very good to lower the inflammation, we proceeded to apply it with a little warm oil, I made a bandage to keep it firm, he was lying on his side and complained when he did not see me, I had to get out of bed several times at night to accompany him, the inflammation went down a little.
The problem was on Tuesday morning when he woke up with a swelling between his chest and paw, and another slight swelling in his ribs. At night I had to roll up a towel and place it between his front paws to soothe the pain. He complained a lot that night, I fell asleep next to him, but Luffy got up and went to sleep in my room, leaving me alone on the couch.
On Wednesday we bought the anti-inflammatory and antibiotic, he was walking better, I injected him with subcutaneous Dexomethasone, incredible but he did not say anything. At night he had even more inflammation between his arm and chest, also his right rib was inflamed.
Thursday morning dawned the floor all wet with a secretion, Luffy was walking better but with a little pain, I checked him and the inflammation had emptied, but left a large wound, the inflammation of the rib had also decreased but left a smaller wound of about 2 cm, that day I washed him with warm water and soap, I cut the hairs around the wounds, removed as much as I could so as not to leave liquid, disinfected with tincture of iodine, then I cut some sheets of aloe vera and put them on the wounds and made another bandage, to avoid flies and to prevent him from licking constantly.
One of the good things is that Luffy has understood that he is going to be cured, he sits down and shows his teeth when I touch his left paw to make him lie on his side, but in the end he gives in and lies down without problems, I have been able to clean him, cut the hairs (when he sees the scissors he shrieks), but he stays calm, he lies on his back so I can clean him well and he doesn't complain. To give him the pills was a little complicated, he clenched his teeth once he bit me very hard, but now he loosens up a little, because you have to put the pill all the way down his throat so he can swallow it.

Luffy is improving very well, the wounds are closing little by little, I continue with the antibiotic and aloe treatment, he has been tied up for several days to prevent him from bathing in soil, I take him for a walk several times a day, his appetite is back but before he didn't leave anything in his plate.

Start of the year with my puppy

As everyone knows dogs are not very friendly to fireworks, Luffy does not like it either, to such an extent that he starts to tremble and tenses his muscles when a firecracker sounds. On day one of this year, a neighbor was throwing fireworks, to such an extent that I impregnate the whole street with the smell of powder, there were many explosives, as every year my family usually goes to visit the neighbors to give him the happy year, this time we also did it, but we stopped at that time by the cloud so large of smoke of these fireworks, we made a small criticism but we continued when the smoke cleared.
My daughter had stayed at home with her partner and Luffy, nothing else happened, until a few days after the 31st that Luffy was limping on one leg, I am not a veterinarian but I know something about animals, I checked him, I did not notice anything strange, a little pain, I thought it could be one of his nails that I decided to cut to see if the problem would heal, the second day he continued with the problem, Now it was reflected in a back leg, we bought analgesic-anti-inflammatory and vitamin B complex, I noticed that he had a small wound in the back leg between the fingers, I applied tincture of iodine, for day 3 he woke up very well, even limping in the front leg, we continued with the analgesic-anti-inflammatory, he passed very well that day.
The next few days he still limped from the front leg, he did not support it, I did an exhaustive review again, but he had no injury, no fracture, only a small wound in the chest, he had already dried with the cure we gave him, we thought it was probably a blow caused by the fear of fireworks, which would trap his leg somewhere, but the strange thing is that the improvement was very slow, taking it to the veterinarian is the last option, it is not economical, the charge is in $ that we do not have.
Our concern increased when one morning he was immobile and in a lot of pain, he was complaining, I came to check it and noticed that the top of the leg was totally inflamed, as was possible if the day before he did not notice anything, I came to think that the bone had come out, well there is no option the veterinarian is necessary.
Francys and Luis made contact with the veterinary clinic, a neighbor made the transfer in his vehicle, when we arrived at the site we were attended by a very friendly man, I thought he was the doorman ... But no... it was the doctor, he was alone, he made us pass, he was waiting for us already knew that his patient had a swollen leg, his first question was What do I eat today?, we answered rice with a little chicken (almost everything that as it is rice with a little meat that we always share with him, perraharine is more expensive than meat). And yesterday he ate?, well there we doubted because a neighbor had brought him food, it was probably some stew that had remained.
We went to the care room, with a previous disinfection, he checked it and started the course of "how to feed your pet", you can not eat onion, garlic, stews, soup ...... so many other things. The inflammation comes from the stew I ate the day before, which is reflected as an allergic reaction in the affected area, which was probably a blow he had on the front leg, there is no fracture, no tear.

If it had been me who would inject it and Luffy would have seen that I have the injector, I would still be crying, but since it was the veterinarian he did not flinch, he did something like oop!!! when it was injected.
All set, now we are going to pay but we do not have cash, because the clinic has no point of sale, does not accept transfer and there was no telephone signal, haha. We told the veterinarian of Binance, BCH, USDT, he said that he was going to investigate to see if he used other payment methods, the problem was that they got into the clinic and stole several things, including: phone, computer with the records of his clients. End of Laptop History
Happy day dear friends of Read, I hope you are well and have an excellent week. With this article I culminate what happened to me with the Laptop, I hope I have not been so boring.
As I explained in the previous article, I had to change the hard drives and return to Windows 8.1, uncover once again the Laptop, change the disks without problem, everything in order, but at the time of turning it on it gives me a loading error, requesting a boot disk, additionally I said that I had to check the cables that are probably disconnected. I had not disconnected any cable, but check that everything was in place, even so it continued to give the system boot error. I had to wait for my neighbor (Pedro) to be available to check the equipment with him, I must wait until 5 pm, I had to make some visits and at that time I would be available.

I stopped by to visit neighbor Pedro at 5:30 pm, but I hadn't arrived yet, I came back at 6:30 pm and he told me that he was still busy, that he would call when he was available. I had to wait until 8:00 pm, Pedro called said to take the PC, explain what happened but as I had to format the disk with Windows 10, I had to change the hard drives again, when I turned on the PC it gives the loading error again now with the other disk, the connection was made with a windows 10 boot disk and the system did not recognize it.
Pedro explains to me that this had happened with a PC, the way to solve it was by formatting the hard drive, therefore we proceeded to perform the HD format, we tried again with Windows 10 and the PC does not recognize Windows 10, then we tried installing Windows 7, at that time calm returned, Windows 7 could be installed, after that it was replaced by Windows 10, the PC accepted without problems, some programs of daily use were downloaded, but when the PC was restarted, gosh Windows 10 failed again, the program was reinstalled once again, the other programs of daily use were downloaded again, it is told in a very simple way but this work we finished at 2:00 am.
That day, I turned on the PC again at 9:00 am, it was working without problems, finally problem solved, we could not download the Office, so I decided to work with Office in the cloud.
Now comes the payment, part of Pedro's job is to fix computer equipment, he also works in graphic arts, we had not talked about price, I expected him not to charge much and that he would give me time to produce it in Read. I arrive at Pedro's house and ask him how much he is going to charge me, I was surprised when he told me that he would not charge for that work, instead he asked me to remove two wasp nests that were in a tree at the entrance of his house.
Check the trees, one of the nests was empty but the other if it had some small black wasps, that its bite leaves a very large burning and you fall asleep the area where it acts (I have already been stung). I told Pedro that I would return at night at 7:00 pm, with a gardening scissors cut the branches around the nest, then I put them in a plastic bag and cut the branch where the nest was and gave them to Pedro, because I do not kill them, I release them in another place but they return to the same tree and make the nest again.

Another Laptop adventure

Everything was going very well, until I decided to download Office, if you read my previous article, I was very happy to have installed Windows 10 but I needed to download Office, I did a lot of research, I saw the step by step of several Youtubers and probably selected a very good one, this youtuber has many followers, many very good comments, but he made 2 videos practically the same, the second video was the perpetual office update, you just had to find a text file, where the links appear, download and ready...
....Ahh but you have to disable the antivirus, all youtubers say that, so I did, at that moment I realize that I am an expert downloading viruses, it turns out that the link where supposedly downloaded Office was a virus, so totally infect the laptop, after hours of work I managed together with Luis, eliminate the viruses that were downloaded on the laptop, as Luis is no longer at home had to do it remotely, but we still have a virus that much we fight, is hidden in 2500 files, we remove it and returns, my last option is to format again, but I no longer have Windows 10.
We have been fighting for 2 days against this virus which is a DEHD extension, that is, in all text files, images, videos, this extension is pasted, for example: file.jpg.dehd; txt.dehd and so on, so you can not open any file, luckily the HD is empty has no files. Once you acquire the virus, you investigate and you find that the scammers charge you $ 1000 to remove it and give you 6 days to respond at a price of $ 500, but I found several articles where they tell you how to remove it with a program, download the program, find all the files where the virus is hosted and when you hit delete, tells you that the program costs $ 40. This makes me assume that they are the same scammers to sell you the program.
We managed to download a free program with your password, but to run it to remove viruses returns to the demo program and does not remove viruses, I'll leave it that way for now I hope to solve this situation soon, the other option I have is to return with Windows 8 (do not delete it from the HD) while I solve Windows 10. I went to bed early the next day to change the disks and everything solved, I follow the steps without problems the respective change of the hard disk is made, problems the disk with Windows 8 does not boot, I enter the BIOS and everything is fine, but does not start, I disassemble the laptop again, I check the connections that everything is correct, I return to encerder......rrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... need a boot disk, it does not work, another day without being able to use the laptop.
I visited a neighbor that I had been informed has Windows 11, I talked to him and explained the whole situation of what had happened, but he told me that he had Windows 10, that the best thing was to have formatted from the beginning, it would have saved me hours of work and hassle, the situation now is that I have to wait until 5 pm that is unoccupied, because it will help me to perform the reinstallation, while waiting I am writing this article, I hope everything goes better this time, I will tell you to install Office from a secure page.

At the time I bought the computer came with Windows XP, I wanted a more updated operating system, although with XP was working fine. I talked to some friends and they did not have Windows 10 which was the one I liked.

With the little income I could not change the operating system, because I had nowhere to back up the information, until recently I bought a used HD 320 Gb for $ 10, perfect and I can make my backup, after having spent several files I realize how stupid I am, the HD I have is 500 Gb, I decided to return all files to the disk 500 and install WINDOWS 10 on the disk 320 Gb, Hallelujah.
