How was I? Life update - I'm back!
Hello, dear ReadCash people!
Since it has been so long, I sincerely hope everything is going well for you in your personal and professional lives. I missed posting and sharing my everyday events and wandering thoughts here. I miss talking to you and reading your wonderful blog posts!
Today was my rest day, so all I did was stay at home.I surfed around TikTok, played online games, and read my favourite book. My other social media accounts, which I still have for work even though I seldom use them. I've been spending a lot of time lately watching TV series and movies, planning and seeking better investments for my future needs. Yes, I could have been absent or inactive for a while, and to be quite honest, it really helps me a lot. These days, my mind is so occupied that I struggle to come up with topics for a blog post. In spite of this, the majority of my writings are about my everyday activities or act as an online journal, which makes it simpler to write about than to come up with a topic.

Permit me to recap what occurred or what I did during my inactive months with you, as I did previously. I've been gone for over three or four months, and I'm not sure whether any of you remember me. I would love to reconnect with you all and read all of your lovely blogs! Without further ado, here is a rundown of what has happened in my life over the previous several months.
**Work at home from 1pm to 10pm.**
Yes, I still consider it a blessing that our company still permits us to work from home. Our employer still permits us to work from home, even though the COVID-19 cases have been dismissed and the majority of businesses have gone back to the office. Other than that, I feel completely at home. Yes, I'm still staying in our province with my parents. I haven't been here in awhile, but I genuinely enjoy being here. Even though I had been living on my own in Cebu for 10 years. I still miss the city. I was able to do anything while I lived alone. I had complete freedom to go out whenever I wanted, eat whenever I wanted, and more. Our employer only wants us to work once every month, so every last Thursday of the month, I'll be in Cebu working on-site.
The monthly bonuses for all employees are another opportunity that our company offers. By passing and fulfilling their requirements, I was really lucky to have the opportunity to get those incentives. I will also earn P3,750.00 on August 30th in addition to my paycheck. I may use it to save money and also to pay my bills.
**Invested in Sun Life for Life Insurance.**
I am not getting any younger, which is the truth. I'm 30 years old, not married, may not have had children, and I only have one sibling. Despite the fact that I have a job, working is a temporary thing. We must make serious plans for the future. When I'm middle-aged and out of work, I don't want to be a burden on my family. I didn't write this to brag, but to encourage the lovely and young people here that it's alright to invest when you're still young. That much is true. Although it's still not too late for me, I ought to have begun getting insurance when I was 25. I have ten years to pay for this, and when I'm 45 or 50, I'll hopefully at least have a guaranteed pension fund that I may utilise for my necessities in the future.
Before persuading myself to choose Sun Life as my insurance company, I went to a number of meetings and listened to a lot of financial consultants. Feel free to look into each of the many additional insurance companies that are available. I can promise you that they all have excellent plans or policies in place to take care of us all.
In addition to my other investments, I will continue to hold and trade in BCH in the hopes that it will continue to rise at the same rate. My next goal is to make an investment in St. Peter, which is essential for all of us and a very practical one.
**Daily workout at home.**
Since I am working at home, my biggest problem right now is my weight, aside the loud noise of our dogs, chickens and neighbors. I have now gone from 45 kilograms to 52 kilograms. Especially since I'm with my parents now, there is always food on the table. One thing I am noticing as I am getting older is that **health is truly wealth**. I am so done with the drinking sessions, nightclubbing, and other restless outings. I miss traveling, and I will definitely go on one, not to look for a party or to remember that "You Only Live Once," but to relax, unwind, and cope with life's stresses. Oh, I almost forgot the workout. My bad. Yes, I did save a 4-minute full-body workout, and I do it four times a week. My weight goal is to be 48 kilograms before the year ends. So, I truly hope that I will achieve it. I hope my laziness will not interrupt me again.
So, that's it! That's how boring my months were. I can say that I have just really stopped being active online, and am doing more things without online world involvement. Which is, honestly, I am more okay right now compared to last time. Staying away from social media really helps my mental health. I am not saying that it will work for others, because we all have different ways of healing our wounded minds and souls.

My BPO Story - 8 years in the making

Hello, lovely people here in Read Cash. Thank God it's Friday and today is also my day off, so it's really a great day for me ahead. For some, it's really their last shift. Mine is my first day off until Saturday, and I'll be back at work this coming Sunday. Anyhow, it just somehow popped into my mind, and I just realized that I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 9 years already. Consider how time passes; it feels like I am still a newbie in this field of work. Many are asking why I am still an agent as of right now. Despite the length of time that I have worked in this field, it really might be considered having a great position already. Well, I once led a team before, at my first BPO company for quite some time, but I ended up quitting my role and looking for a greener pasture with another company. I am forever grateful to my previous companies because if it were not for them, I can say that I couldn't really make it this far. Now, allow me to share with you all the companies that I have worked with and my current one too. It seems like I am writing my resume here, though, lol.
The Results Companies-January 2014 to September 2016
During my final interview, I realized that the person who interviewed me was also my supervisor when I arrived at the Operations Center. She asked this tricky question to me: "How do you sell this ball pen without ink to me?" I was so shocked, and I couldn't even think straight after that. She gave me ample time to think because she noticed to my face that I really didn't have a definite answer to it (a very considerate supervisor indeed) and honestly, I forgot my answer to that, he-he. I was there for almost 3 years and was promoted as a team leader for a year. That company really taught me a lot. I grew there personally and professionally with the help of good people, who up until now have been my truly good friends. The reason that I left that company was that there was no salary increase despite being internally promoted. That's also the sad part if you get internally promoted, the salary is just the same, but if you are hired externally, they will definitely pay for your experience. Culture and the environment are both beneficial. It's just the salary, which is the most important thing of all, that sucks at that time.
Manulife-September 2016 to September 2019
My second home after The Results. Everything is almost perfect there: the compensation, environment, and people to work with. I really love how the management treated us. They truly value the mental and physical health of their employees. There's a program that you're probably going to join because it's really a good one. The program that I really loved when I was there was their Sport Fest every year. If you read some of my articles, you will see that I am really active in sports, and all of my favorite sports are there during that event. Not to brag, but when it comes to this sport of billiards, they are really afraid of playing with me, and I don't even know why. I just know how to play it and am not afraid to play it with men. Well, it could be that most of the employees are really not good at that sport and were just amazed that a woman like me knows how to play pool. We actually were champions in that sport for 2 consecutive years. My reason for leaving this company was not a good one, and I am still bitter about it to this day, and that's fine. Life must go on. It's so personal, so forgive me if I can't write it here.

The QWEST BPO Company - September 2019 to August 2020
My first experience with an outbound role. I had no plan to apply after I left Manulife, but since bills are still waving, I have no choice but to look for a job. I saw a post online, and it really caught my attention. It was an outbound role. I am always in an inbound role, answering calls and emails, but for this one, you're the one calling the customers. So then I applied and, to my surprise, they hired me despite the fact that there were other applicants who already had outbound experience. The compensation was good, there was no pressure at work, and another nonsense reason that I left this company again. Still, there's a little regret, but then again, LIFE must go on. I can say that I was in the midst of a crisis at the time because I couldn't concentrate on anything. I easily get distracted and disappointed with everything.
The Results Companies - September 2020 to March 2021 and TDCX - April 2021 to October 2021
You might have noticed that I combined those two companies. It's because I was there for just a little while only. I applied again with my first BPO company, but at that time, I had a bad experience. Not with the company, but with the account I was in charge of. Who among you has handled TELCO accounts? Comcast, AT & T, and Sprint? Anyone? I salute you all if you can stay with that account for a year or more. I thought that I was already immune to irate customers, but when I was in this account, I was wrong. The customers of this account are the worst ones. I understand it is really because they had problems and needed to be resolved, but since it's also a pandemic time, it made it worse because we couldn't send technicians to their places because of restrictions. You can't even continue your opening speech, "Thank you for calling...", because your customer is already shouting.
On TDCX, it's the opposite one with The Results. The reason I left there, is because of the management. For how many years have I been in this industry and I know that there is horrible management, but there? It's the worst ever. The worst, unprofessional, and evilest management ever. I almost filed an incident with DOLE because I sought professional advice and was told that I could file one and have a good chance of winning. The company ended up paying me and I accepted it because I no longer wanted to stress myself with them and just moved on, which I did.
24/7 Intouch-November 2021 to present
The current company that I am working with. I've been here for six months and, honestly, this is the coolest and most chilling account/company ever. The account is good; there are a few irate customers, and both calls and chats are not always in queue. I can even access all my social media accounts and watch series and movies while at work. The compensation is also good. It's not as high compared to my last one, but it's still good. As long as I am not as stressed compared to last time. Money matters, but mental and physical health matters most. I am actually writing and reading all your beautiful articles while working. Aside from that, we are still allowed to work at home because some companies already let their employees go back to the office.
Alright, that's how work life goes. But, if you might ask me this question, if given a chance to go back to your previous company, which one would it be? My answer is that I will stay with my current company. I am forever grateful to my previous ones, and it really helps me a lot to be here and will continue to grow with my current one. I might consider this one as my last BPO company. I have plans to work abroad next year. It's still a plan, but who knows?

Little update for the past few days

Hello lovely people here in readcash. I hope you are all still having a great time. I've been away again for several days because I got sick, I got infected by a virus called Measles. Some say that this virus normally infected us during childhood time, but I don't know what happened, I got it, and it is really itchy, and it spreads all over my body. I never even thought that I am sick already, I just thought that it's just an allergy and my body was just tired. Anyhow, I feel better now, no more itchy all over my body and also, no more body pains.
Aside from that, I'm home again in my province. My one-week stay in Cebu is over, and I truly missed lying in my bed. I missed the food that my parents cooked for me, the sea breeze outside our home. If I am allowed to choose, city or province, I would pick my province, no doubt about that. In addition, a few more days to go, it will be our Barangay Fiesta and that will be this coming June 24 and June 25. I can guarantee you all that it will be a lot of fun during fiesta time because many would say that our Barangay fiesta is the nicest fiesta in our Municipality. You want to know why? It is because our fiesta's activities already started yesterday, and it will be a one-week celebration. It's going to be 12 straight nights full of fun and activities in our Barangay for our upcoming fiesta. Aside from night activities, there's also day activities, which is more of a sports one. I heard that there will be an Inter Barangay Volleyball and Basketball tournament. I love to join that volleyball game, if you knew me here, you have probably known me as a volleyball fan. However, I think I can't join this tournament. I feel so old, and my knees are really hurting so bad. I think I am just going to watch it, probably if there's no work, of course.
I've been here in my hometown since Saturday, June 11, 2022, and I just recently went out to our house earlier for an early walk. My shift ends at 4 in the morning and this is my goal, every after shift, I will clean the house first *(my room, living and dining room and outside our house)*. Then, at 5 in the morning, I will have an early walk with our dog for 30 minutes or an hour, yeah just walk not jog because my knees are still hurting. Lastly, around 6 in the morning, I will have a bit of exercise *(jumping jacks for 50 times and burpee for 30 times)*. I badly need to do this since I am always at home and as I said last time to my post, I am really gaining weight and need to lose some. I was 55 kilos last two weeks ago, I don't know my weight for now and I don't want to know it yet, maybe next month lol.
Now it's 6:24AM, I'm done with the house cleaning, walking with my dog, and it is time for my jumping jacks and burpees but before that, I need to finish my writing first lol. Another failed goal for today, but that's okay as long as I am still able to do it, not in the exact time but at least, I am able to make it within the day, that's all that matters. Lastly, as I am scrolling on my social media (Facebook) while thinking what to write, one of my close friends posted this, and it really bothers and worries me now. I knew her as one of the fighters and strong women in our group. I know that she faces a lot of struggles and challenges now and me and our other friends are always with her, but I also know that not all the time, we are always there. Furthermore, I sent a private message to her and I know it may not be enough, but I just want to let her know that this is how life goes, and I will truly be there for her. Life is tough, right? But I do hope not just my friend but all of you to keep on fighting, whatever happens to us, let's keep fighting. I am not that type of religious person, but I pray, I silently pray for me, for my family, for my partner, for my friends and for all human beings.
*One last thing, let us all be kind, pretty please? It costs nothing to be kind, right? Why can't others do it? Do they know that words are more hurtful than anything else? I am saying this because I truly believe that mental health truly matters. It matters by all means and I hope all of us should notice that. I think that's it for now, everybody. Hello lovely people here in readcash. Happy Tuesday and I hope you all are having a great week. Mine was a little hustle because I am in the city again, for 1 week. I am currently working in the office for this week since our client from the United States is here. I don't know why my supervisor picked me, but because of her mood swings, I am here now in the office for work. Well, it's totally fine for me, especially since I badly need some walking and exercise. One thing I realized while I am working at home is that I ended up sleeping right ahead after my shift. I haven't had any body movements since then, and the sad part is that I gained a lot of weight. From 48 kg to 54 kg which is really a bit shocking for me because it is really my first time gaining a lot of weight.
I remember before, I did a lot of sports and other curricular events. I played badminton every weekend, sometimes played volleyball, attended marathons and even went hiking. Now, I don't know if I can still make it since I gained a lot of weight. Staying fit and healthy is my main goal for this year, like if possible, I'll lose at least 5 kg. That would be a great achievement for me. Do you have any tips, everyone?
Enough with my body insecurities, let me share with you all a beautiful place that I visited recently here in Cebu City. This is a new attraction here in Cebu and if you're a fan of green scenery and mother nature, this is the perfect place for you. The name of the place is Nanda Café, located in Consolacion, Cebu City. In order for you to go there, you really need to have a service ride because it is located in the mountainous part of Consolacion. Once you are in the place, it will be all worth it. Who thought from the busy city street, there's still a place in the city where you can relax, and sumptuous food to unwind with. A big thanks to my elementary buddies for the joyride, if not because of them, naah I just spent my weekend lying in my bed.

Another city experience that I encountered for being here is the city traffic, which is something I would not want to experience. Since my shift starts at 7 in the evening, my allotted time for travel will be 3 hours before my shift. Though, it's only 1 bus ride, but it's really busy hours to travel with. A lot of people are out of work, so it's really a rush hour for me to travel with. Sometimes, I even ended up riding a motorcycle to avoid traffic and be on time in the office. This is the least one that I really hate in the city and if only I can avoid it, I will do anything if there's any way.
Writing this while I'm currently at work and honestly, it's been a while since I have seen a lot of coworkers in the office. The last time I'm in the office was last March, and I think there were not more than 10 employees working at that time. Now, there are more than 30 people working in the office. I don't know how their work in the office works, but on our team, we will only be working for 1 week. Meaning to say, I will be here until Friday only, since this coming Saturday is my day off. Right after my shift, I will be back to my province of Bohol again. Then again, once I'm back working at home, I will make sure to do some stretching with my body and, if possible, I will have a daily basic workout. My goal is to lose weight before December 2022. So, that 5 kg is very achievable, I will make sure of that.
One last thing though, what I love working in the office also is that there's free food and a free ride for each employee. What I did is that I only eat when I'm in the office and only take a bus when coming into work and will take the free ride after my shift. Though the free ride schedule is around 6:30 in the morning and my shift ends at 4am, I still take advantage of it and just sleep in the sleeping lounge for more than 2 hours there and wait until the free ride is ready. It's fine for me since I am staying at my brother's apartment and I know for sure that he wants more privacy, so that is why I'd rather stay here more in the office than in his apartment.
So, that's how my life goes as of this time, everyone. It's been a busy day for me, but I'm still thankful that I still have a job, I can still give money to my parents, can pay my bills, and I am almost done paying my debt. There's only one left, and I do owe a lot to you @Carewind . My bad for not able to pay you immediately, and I will make sure that this month, I will fully pay you and Begel. Hello lovely people here in readcash. Thank God it's Friday and the weekend is coming. I hope you all are having a great time and great days ahead. I was not able to write yesterday due to we were so busy in the house repairing and general cleaning almost the entire day. Furthermore, I was so tired and had no sleep at all since I was also working later that night, but still, it's all worth it. Also, I noticed on my social media, most of the topic is all about cheating. Like there were a lot of local and international couples who broke up whom we thought would last for a lifetime. It's been a trending topic since this year, and it's just half of the year though, more coming? I hope and pray not.
Enough with those cheating issues, let me share to you instead my work schedule transition. Last month was my 6th month in my current company, meaning to say I was regularized and of course, I am so happy about that. However, there's also a huge change after that. Our team or let's say our wave has been transferred to different respective teams. Personally, it's totally fine for me because I have gotten used to it. In my field of work (BPO), team transition is normal. It is my first time that I was so attached to my supervisor. He was just so good to be true, he gave us free food, even lent us some money when we really didn't have one, he really did his part as a great leader. He did all his best for our team to get regularized which I can say, there are really some of my teammates who do not deserve it.

Now, half of our team were transfer to this team, whom I know for sure is a very strict and keen team leader. I knew her personally, we're friends outside work but when it comes to work, there are no friends for her. It's totally fine for me since I am abiding the company rules and also her, but I just don't like the fact that the way she treated us like we are below her. She said she's a team leader, but she acts like a boss, you know what I mean? It's totally fine to be strict but the way she said something to our team, it's really below the belt and imagine, we were just with her for one week. I still believe in this saying, “Be kind to one another”. Nah, it's hard to explain but honestly, I don't like our new team but I of course, I need to adjust, we need to because we need our job and this is really my source of income.
Aside from the new team, of course the new schedule and day offs too. My current schedule is **Thursday to Monday**, **10pm until 7am** but starting ***June 6, 2022***, this is my new schedule **Sunday to Thursday, 7pm until 4am**. I love my day off which is **Friday – Saturday** because it's been a while since I had a weekend off. I can now be with my friends who are weekend offs but for sure most of my time off, I am just staying at home, reading books and watching movies and series. Not only that, but I am no longer a fan of going out unless it is really an urgent or needed one. I can call myself a “home buddy”, I just love cleaning my room, doing the dishes but not cooking lol. These things are my happy pill, and it really helps me to release my stress at work. I still love chit-chatting with a few people, but I love more alone time right now. The saying is true, **“Not all alone people are lonely, they just really love and enjoy it”** and yep, that's ME now.
In addition with my happy pill, writing and reading your lovely articles always made my day. I may not be as active as before but every time I am on this platform, I would really love to give my ample time to read your writings. Every time I am not on this online world, I just read a book and this is the book that I am currently reading, **“The Subtle Art of Not Giving a fxck”.** I just changed the U to X because the word is somewhat offensive. I recently read this and would love to share this with you if you're from my province, perhaps we can exchange books? He-he

It is also the time of the year when WE, the LGBTQIA+ come together and uphold the freedom to be ourselves, celebrating our uniqueness. And so, this month we recognize the contribution of history and culture, locally and internationally. In addition, we honor this community for their undying efforts in fighting against discrimination, for equality and to keep pushing forward the concept that **“LOVE ALWAYS WINS”.** For me, this month is a celebration of individuals coming together in love and friendship, to show how these community rights have to come and how we value each and treat each other equally. Some of us just know our community as LGBT, but it has been discussed and changed to LGBTQIA+ which I will be glad to tackle and explain to all of you. **L** stands for **Lesbians**, **G** stands for **Gay**, **B** stands for **Bi-sexual**, **T** stands for **Transgender**, **Q** stands for **Queer**, **I** are for **Intersex** people, **A** stands for **Asexual** people and the **“+”** sign stands for other sexual orientation people. Now, allow me to share with you all what and who are these people, and they spread their wings and affects to the society. Let me just explain to you the LGBTQ for now. The easiest way to describe them is that they are a group of women who are also and only attracts to women. There are different types of lesbians and even gays. For me, this is all about gender identity. This term can be explained in many ways. This is somewhat like for a person who feels like that the sex they were given at birth doesn't match what they feel inside. There are a lot of ways to be a transgender person; some use dresses and mannerisms, some take pills and even have surgery and change something to their body to satisfy what they really feels inside or match their gender identity.
**Q – Queer**

Queer in the past, really somewhat an offensive word to describe to a specific person, especially to gays. I guess it's not the word that is offensive, it is those people who discriminate, insults and criticize to a specific individual; either straight, gay, lesbian and other types of genders. For me, Queer really means “not a straight people”. No more, no less.
That's how I explain my community to you, everyone, and I hope you don't forget to validate yourselves of having a heart that embraces all the forms of people in the society. Let's all spread love, equality, and fairness to each one. May each one of you shines every day along with every color of love and acceptance to yourself. **Hello lovely people here in readcash**. It's been so long since I've been here, and I truly missed writing and being with you all, virtually.
It's the start of another hustle week, and I hope you had a great start to your week. Not only that, but it's been a roller coaster May for me. It's full of ups and downs but still, at the end of each day, I'm still thankful for everything. I was not able to write anything for this month, or I think I just wrote some for 1 week then the rest of the days, I'm inactive. Honestly, it's not just on this platform that I am inactive, all my online accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). All I see on my notifications for the past few days are all not good, like it drained me (physically and mentally). I detached myself of everything. Maybe you think that I am not doing good or what, no I'm fine, not totally okay, but I am all good. There's really a part of me that I just want to be alone, not think of anything and just not doing anything. Anyway, I'm back to the online world. I am now ready to attach myself to these things and more focus on the opportunities online (side hustle it is). As I am getting older, I realized a lot of things and wished that I had made these decisions 5 years ago. I know that I can still start these things now, but if given a chance to go back for the past 5 years, I would literally plan this. I would highly suggest to each one of you to think of this and make plans ahead. We don't know what will happen to us, so better prepare for everything, If you want to know what I mean, kindly read the lists that I'll be writing.

**Insurance**
This is one thing that I would highly propose to you all, have **insurance**. There are different types of insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Death Insurance, etc. Most of us think that this is just a waste of time and money but reality wise, this is really a big help for our future. Not just for us, but for our future family and children. I had a deep talk with my friend who is also a financial advisor and this is her best advice for me about taking insurance, *“Aside from your own insurance, you may also apply insurance for your parents.”* It may sound negative, but in reality it's a big help. As we are getting older, so do our parents and the fact is that most of us are not able to think or plan ahead about death, right? Where are we going to get money for that? What if they need to be rushed to the hospital? What if they need to operate, do we have money upfront? Do we have enough money for our future or once we can't work, do we have money to cover our expenses? Again, this is not just for our parents, but for the US too. Having insurance helps you cover those things and aside from that, our future is already secured. Before signing up on these things, please seek advice from a financial advisor, and they would really love to provide a lot of good things about this and of course, we can do our own research too.
**Investment**
Nowadays, a lot of us think about investment. Not just in the cryptocurrency world, stock market, but there are a lot of ways to invest with. But please, before we take a risk of investing, let us make sure that we are not also suffering our present needs. I saw and read a post on Facebook that an investor took his life due as LUNA went down, and he invested 2 million dollars and the only amount left on his investment is $1000. Imagine how risky these are? I know for sure that person is not a beginner of this, but still loses a huge amount and took his life too. I hope and pray that all investors should not think of any negativity in the event if it happens to us. Furthermore, I experienced this, I got scammed by my former workmate. I lost an amount of P80,000.00 and that amount is all my savings. I emotionally break down, I lost track of everything (not able to focus of my work, my future plans, everything) but gladly, I was able to cope it up. My thinking is that as long as I'm alive, I can get that amount back or even higher than that. So before investing, please study it first and make sure that your present needs will not be suffering, okay?
**Do a Side Hustle**
I believe most of us are just really up for our salaries, right? I am guilty with that, just like what I did in the past few days. Likewise, I took for granted, read cash and noise cash, but these two platforms, are very great opportunity, and we should take seriously on this. Of course, I am not saying that these two are only side hustle plans. What I'm trying to cope up on this is that, if you were given an opportunity to earn aside from your salary, take time and never took it for granted. Save money as much as you can and never settle only of being employed, but think outside the box. How about 5 years from now, you will have your own business? Sounds good right? Think ahead of the future!
**Live not to impress, but to have a better life**

I once scrolled upon this quote, and ever since told myself this line whenever I feel down, just because I feel like I am not someone's cup of tea.
How often have you tried to impress people, to make them like you? How often have you felt anxious with the idea of 'not being liked'? Here's the thing. One can be the prettiest tulip in a garden, and there will always be someone who prefers roses or daisies. Or it could be that they simply don't like tulips. Not getting picked isn't always about what we lack or who we are. Bet, there are times that it's just the other person's preference. And we need to accept that, as we are just like them who happen to have our own likes and dislikes too. Of course, being disliked for reasons we, ourselves made, is another thing.
It all boils down to acceptance. Accepting that we are not for everybody, and that the same goes for them. At the end of the day, not slipping into people's list of likes doesn't make us less likable.

It's Monday again, another new week to start with. Aside from that, today is the most awaited and biggest happening here in our country, Philippines. It is because today is the election day. Today's election is really the tough one, the most controversial one ever since, most especially with our national running candidates; Bong bong Marcos (BMM) and Leni Lobredo who are both running for President in the Republic of the Philippines. Aside from them, another controversial candidates are Sarah Duterte and Kiko Pangilinan who are also both running for Vice President. Whoever wins on this election, they will be elected as the 17th President and Vice Presideon in the Republic of the Philippines.
Now, since a few hours from now, voting will officially starts. I think it will start at 7 in the morning. For sure the PCOS technician as well with the help of our local teachers, are testing again the PCOS machine now. I was once a PCOS technician way back 2016 election that is why I remembered how an election will start there process. Aside from them, I believe there are also hired watchers for each running candidates but they are not allowed to enter the room or facility, they are just outside and you will definitely notice them because they will wearing ID's. The saddest part of an election is that, there will always people lost their lives because of this and in relation of this, I saw a post on social media that a BBM supported killed himself due to a Kakampink supporter bullied him. The sad part it's his professor in the University that he is studying with bullied him. Imagine how cruel people are now just because of this election?

Unfortunately, I can't vote for this said election. I was erased on the system due to failure to vote for two consecutive times. Honestly, I really don't mind or care of elections last time. For me, it was just a waste of time. I'd rather work than going home in our province to vote but that was me before not until for today's election. Happy rainy Saturday and I hope you all are having a great one, either you spending it alone or with your loved ones. 2 more days to go, and the election is coming. I really hope and pray that whoever wins this election, either national or local, has a heart with the people, willing to serve and protect us all. Do you believe that those running politicians who gave a huge amount for vote buying, had an intention to get back those amounts that they used during their campaign? Worse, they want double, triple or more than that. I really hope that we experience a new and better Philippines whoever wins this election. By the way, let me share with you what we ate on our 3pm snacks. It's a fried sweet potato which is full of white sugar. We bought it from our neighbor and it's very delicious, though. We paired it with cold soft drinks, too.

Anyways, I read @Princessbusayo yesterday, which I enjoyed reading her answers for all those questions and it made me think, maybe I should try this too. It's been a while since I answered and wrote about this type of topic. you can visit her post by clicking this link. So, without further adieu, let me start answering those questions.
**Light's on or Lights off?**
Hmmm. Other's may think it in a greener way haha but for me, when I am sleeping, I can do both but if I am allowed to choose one, I'd pick light's off. It made me sleep well. Then again, I can sleep both. I even sleep in the jeepney or bus while travelling. I can sleep anywhere, everywhere. That's how sleep is life for me.
**Light or Heavy Sleeper**
I can do both, again. When I'm at work, I can do a 5 to 15 minutes power nap and sometimes I can even sleep for 2 minutes and right after that, I'm all good and ready to go back to work. After my shift, I can go ahead and sleep the whole day and wake up at night since I am on night shift. The same with @Princessbudayo, I am also sensitive when it comes to insects such as mosquitoes and cockroaches. I can easily wake up because of them and end up having trouble going back to sleep because it's either I'm still looking for them or got scared of them haha.
**Fan or no Fan?**
For now, due to the summer season, I am more of a fan because the temperature here is really hot, like it can release sweat all over your body and there is no need for exercise. We don't have an air conditioner here in our house and that will be my next project. As we are getting older, we tend to realize that buying home furniture is our happy pill now (does anyone relate to this? hehe). I can still sleep without a fan since I used to, but if given a chance to have one, I will have the fan and use it now.
**One or Several Pillows?**
One pillow will be fine, for me but now I have 2 pillows in my bed. Sometimes, I am not using either of them and just sleeping straight onto my bed. I'd rather have a blanket than a pillow. I can't sleep without hugging my blanket.
**Early in bed or Late sleeper?**
Late sleeper as always. I think ever since I was born lol. What I mean is even during my teenage days, I did not sleep early. Not because I am studying or what but because I'm listening to my favorite radio station and to my favorite dj's too haha. Now, I still do not sleep early because of listening to that radio station and of course, working online and focusing on the sidelines too.
**Thin or Thick blanket?**
Any of them, will do. As I said earlier, I can't sleep without blankets. Even if it's a hot or cold one, I should and definitely have a blanket on me because if not, I will end up wide awake for the rest of that day.
**PJ or Comfy Clothes?**
Comfy clothes for me. Since I'm sleeping alone in my room, I just wear large shirts and my underwear. I don't know why I hate pajamas, probably because I already have a blanket on me so why wear pajamas? haha. Besides, it's only me sleeping in my room, so it's okay to wear shirts and underwear hehe
**Drink Milk or Water?**
Water would be fine for me. My mother keeps telling me that before I go to sleep, to avoid unnecessary bad dreams, I should drink a glass of water which I am still doing. I don't know why I haven't like milk ever since I was a kid. I know for some, drinking milk helps them sleep better but for me, it really doesn't help hehe. If the question is Coffee or Water? Naaah, my answer would be Coffee since I am really a coffee addict. Like I can go ahead and have 2 to 3 coffees per day haha.

Thank God It's Friday, again and I hope you all had a great week and will be having a great weekend, too. Election is fast approaching and let's all hope and pray for a fair and safe election lovely people in the Philippines. Whoever wins this election, I hope that they will serve us wholeheartedly and follow all their platforms during their campaign (*either national or local*). I've been away again for 4 days due to busy days, if you read my recent article, the month of May here in Bohol is the month full of Feast (*Fiesta*) where most of us celebrate it with a lot of food on the table. Since I'm home for now (*working from home*), let me take this opportunity to visit my old friends, my elementary and high school classmates. Proud to say that even though we're not contacting each other often, our bond is still there, it never ends or changes. Anyhow, let me share with you how I spend my weekdays. Without further adieu, here it goes.

**May 01, 2022 - Barangay Cantores Fiesta**
It's the first day for this month and aside from it's a fiesta in our main city (*Tagbilaran City*), it's also a fiesta of one of our barangay here in our town Buenavista which is Barangay Cantores. I have an old friend there and invited us for a brunch, so without hesitation, I went there with the rest of the gang (*high school classmates*). If you're a fan of food, Lechon baboy is very common when it comes to this type of celebration and also the desserts. But the epic part of this fiesta was the road. It was somewhat a chalLenging road since we are in the province area, there are some roads that are not fixed yet by the government. I think I mentioned this one already in my recent article but right after this, I went to another town to watch a volleyball game with my fellow teammates and of course, they got the championship title.
**May 03, 2022 - Went to Tagbilaran City and Barangay Bato Fiesta**
Me and my classmate Rosario decided to go to Tagbilaran city to buy some personal stuff. Since we're in the province, there were no malls, ATM's or convenient stores, so most of us here need to go to the city to get these. After my shift (7am), we went straight to the city by just riding her motorcycle. It was a 2 hours ride though and since both of us knew how to drive, Rosario drove from our town to city and I drove from city to our town, Funny story was that, one of the motorcycle's tires was flat and we're too far to our town at that moment. We we're stressed at that time because we didn't know what to do but luckily, a good samaritan helped us fix it. He's a tricycle driver in that town (*Maribojoc*) and he doesn't hesitate to help us. I truly admired him on this and kept saying thank you until the last minute. Instead of a 2 hours ride, we ended up with a 3 to almost 4 hours ride going home and since it's also a fiesta to one of the barangays in our hometown and we got an invitation again from our high school buddy, we immediately went there to eat haha.
**May 04, 2022 - Barangay Pasanan Fiesta**
I literally don't have any plans to go out on this day but my father woke me up and said that we will go to my cousin's house for fiesta, again haha. I didn't have enough sleep the previous day but I had no choice, it's because my father already asked me about this. What really shocked me about this was that, my cousin's house was really too far and you know what, we needed to walk on a very hot, a little bit mountainous area lol (bukid part in tagalog). It took us 20 minutes to reach their house. It was a long walk but all worth it once we reached the house because the food just recently cooked so it was hot when they served it. I ended up going home early and my father and my other cousin stayed there for a while to spend more time with our relatives. My other plan on this day is to do a little cleaning or rearrangement on my room. I bought some at Shopee which was a budol again because the total amount I paid was P1500 but these things that I ordered are all worth it (I will post something on this once I fixed my room).
**May 05, 2022 - Whole day Sleeping and work at night**
Since the previous day was really a tiring one, due to that unexpected hiking/trekking, I ended up sleeping most of the day. I was a bit frightened also yesterday because there's no internet connection for almost 4 hours and since I'm working at home, I might have ended up going to Cebu city to work on site but prayer answered, the internet connection went back and I was able to work and got no problem with my connection. Let me tell you a funny story also on this one, I called my internet provider and spoke to one of their representatives but you know what? The representative who assisted me is my nephew from my father's side haha. When I provided my full name, he said "Auntie, this is JP, son of papa Jude (Jude is my first degree cousin)". Small world isn't it? haha. Since there's an outage in the area during that time, we ended up chit chatting on the phone haha but then luckily, the connection went back around 3pm and it started around 11 in the morning.
Today, I don't have any plans to go out. All I want is to sleep and wake up later on for work. My shift starts around 10pm so I'll probably be preparing around 8 in the evening. My plan is to open my computer earlier to be active on both platforms (noisecash and readcash). I will clear all my notifications and do my best to visit all your wonderful articles. Honestly, I miss writing, interacting with you all but there's really a lot of destruction. I hope I will have more time again on this, be more active again and socialize with you all. I can't promise but will do my best to stay active.

Hello May, Bohol Fiesta Starts Now

I hope you all had a great Saturday and of course had a blissful April. Did you all achieve your goals last month? I hope you all did. Anyhow, I was not able to complete this yesterday because it's been a busy day for me and let me tell you how I spent my 1st day for this Month of May.

**Out from work - 7am**
Some of you know that I'm on a night shift job. I have worked as a call center representative for quite some time, I think 10 years to be exact. Hello night shift people and I hope let's still take care of our health, mentally and physically, okay?. So going back, my shift starts at 10pm and ends at 7am the next day. What happened is that since I couldn't sleep after my shift, I ended up cleaning the entire house (my room, my mother and father's room and the living room).
**Home Workout**
Right after that general cleaning, I did some little home exercise. Like it's been a while since I went out for an exercise, so let me do this now. First, did body stretching for 5 minutes to avoid any uncertain body pains. Second, I did a 1 minute planking which is so hard for me though. It's been a while as I said. Right after that, I did some 20 push ups which I tapped my back for because I thought I couldn't make it since I gained weight. Lastly, I did 50 jumping jacks which made me release a lot of body sweats and it's all worth it. I can't promise that I can do it daily but one thing is for sure, I will do this home workout even though it's not a consecutive one.
**Visited my Classmate for a Barangay Fiesta**
As I've mentioned in my introduction, May and June are full of Bohol town and barangay's fiesta. So, if you're going to ask me, everyday here in Bohol is a fiesta full of food and everything. So I started my 1st day in May by eating delicious food at my high school friend's house. I was there for 3 hours to be exact. It's a very hot day like 37 degrees celsius but that's fine, because I was able to see my long-time friends and also ate delicious food (macaroni salad is my favorite though).
**Watched Volleyball Barangay Tournament**
Right after I went to my classmate's house, I immediately went also to another town to watched a volleyball tournament. Still no sleep since I ended my shift though but that's fine, as long as I was able to watched this. I am really a fan of this sport. Well, aside from that, I was pointed as a coach to my co-team before who are participating on this game. They are fighting for championship. So while personally supporting them, I also did my best to give advises on their play. I did not join the game due to my ankle sprain, I don't want to risk my foot again. I'm happy to share with you all they claimed the championship title and got the prize of P6000. All worth the no sleep for them and they still gave me a jersey as well
I was able to went home around 4 in the afternoon so it was about 18 hours that I am wide awake and still have work later that night. What I did? right after my washed up, I went to sleep and woke up 9:30 in the evening. Though it was a 5 hours slept, still my body is not really fit to work because I'm a bit dizzy and still sleepy. I had no choice but to work since bills are waving lol.
Now, it's 4:32 in the morning, May 2, 2022 and currently writing this while working. Another multi tasking, Irene. Great job but honestly, I am so sleepy like I can feel in just a couple of minutes, I may end up lying in my bed since it's just at the right corner haha. Don't worry, I can do this. 2 hours and half to go and I can rest and will surely rest and sleep right after my shift.
**Lesson on this is that**, please take care of your body. Though for now, we can't feel anything yet but for sure we will go ahead and pay for what we are doing to our body, If you have enough one, buy vitamins, do some exercice, eat healthy food and SLEEP for 8 hours if given a chance. We should value or body since we only have one.

It's the middle of the week already and I hope you all are having a great one. It's the last day of my day off and tomorrow, another work hustle again but this is life. If I don't work, how can I pay my bills, my needs, my wants and all other things in order to survive in this world of ours. By the way, how does your monthly salary goes by? Like do you make any budgeting tips or do you write it or not? Me since then, I do always wrote all the things that I need to pay with or I am making sure I know where my salary will be. I am not saying I will always follows it but at least I have a path on my expenses. I hope by sharing this, you might get some insights or ideas but then again, sometimes I may not able to follow it most especially if my salary is lower due to emergency absences and it's not paid. PS: I am not with budgeting guys, this is just really my monthly expenses. So, without further adieu, here's my monthly budglet expenses and summary:
You will see on that picture that I splitted it for every 15 days. Yes, it is because we were paid every 15th and 30th of the month. You may also noticed the words "necessity" and "optional". The necessity, it means for me that I should really comply to my plan, though there are times that the amount shows in the picture, is the amount that I may be put on the list but still, I need to comply and pay those bills. The optional for me means that it's optional, not because that I don't want to but it could be because of my salary. As I said, there are times, I am really short on my salary due to unforeseen events that I need to take a leave without a pay.

Making or writing plans is very a good technique, for me. Yet, it's not a 100% guarantee that you can fulfill it but at least you have something to take a look or a path where or what happened to whatever your plan is. Not just about salary but all other things, there are a lot of things you can plan with adn I'm glad that I am still not a lay person to do those things.
Anyhow, I just want to share with you how I spent my 2 days off. On Tuesday, I just sleep for the whole day. Like, I'm only awake to eat, go to the bathroom, video call for a couple of minutes with my partner and after that, went back to sleep again. It's really a lazy and sleepy day for me. Aside from gmeet, I did not open any other type of social media accounts. I did a whole day rest for that day. Yesterday, Wednesday, I went out to watched a volleyball league in other barangay. Since I am really a fan of this sport, I went out and watched some of my teammates before played. Maybe you wonder why I did not join or play yesterday, it is because I am still suffering pain on my left foot. I got injured last month and I need to make sure that this will be okay before I play again. Sadly, they lose the game but that's fine. That's how it goes. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose.
Aside from watching Volleyball, I remembered that it's the birthday of my ever best buddy who's now in heaven. This best buddy of mine is partner in playing badminton and our team captain in volleyball, my officemate, seatmate, and my lunch partner in the office. In the past, we also loved to travel when we are on our younger years (lol). We loved to go to clubbing, went out for some late night talks with our favorite coffee place (Bo's Coffee). Waaah, I mis this person so much but I know that he is now happy in heaven, watching us here most especially his family. I remembered we even discussed it on our lat night talks before that in the event he reached 40 and I'm 35 and we are still both singles, we may ended up marrying each other (by the way, he's not straight same as me). Like, we should take care of each other and even though we our married, we still accepted the realization that he will be liking men and I will liking women and men (lol) but now, we can't achieved and I accepted it that he is no longer here, physically but in my heart, he will always been a part of me.
It's 2:47pm and I need to take a rest again because I will be back to work later on, tonight. My shift starts at 10 in the evening and will be out 7 in the morning, the next day. Another 5 days straight work again and all I've been thinking now is this coming Tuesday and Wednesday because that's my day offs. For sure most of you are weekends off and 1 more day to go, Saturday and Sunday are waving. Spend it with the people you love the most guys or spend it whatever makes you happy and stress out.

Happy Monday and I hope we are all ready for another week. How was your weekend, though? I hope you all had a great one, mine was great. I guarantee to you, if you would love to laugh as hard as you can, watch these three pipz and you will gonna laugh until you cry. Asdie from them, the rest of the casts are also my happy pill, they are just full of good vibes, no bad saying with other people, stations and all, just pure entertainment. On this account, it has a lot of funny video clips with the casts most especially with these 3 people that I mentioned.
I do have a lot of favorite tiktok content creators in mind and would love to share it with you all but I am really so sleepy right now and I'm out from work though. Time check, its 7:23 in the morning. What Went Well and What Went Not

Happy Saturday to each and everyone of you. I hope you had a great Friday and will be having a wonderful weekend, too. Anyhow,I'm currently writing this while I'm on my shift, so please bear with me on this one. It just popped up in my mind while at work, how important it is to have and lose people. What's the big impact to each and everyone of us in the event we are losing someone, not literally losing like someone died but if you know what I mean, like suddenly, you lost contact with that person whom you never thought would happen. Also, you suddenly miss someone like you never expected it to happen because it was such a long time ago that you had contact with them and you ended up communicating with them again and hoping that they will respond.

I do believe ***"People, come and go"*** but to the point that you're losing those people whom you never thought would happen, that's the painful and saddest thing that happened to our lives and yeah, that's me right now. With my last relationship with my ex, I lost a lot of good people, closest one. I thought it's the right thing to do, to let go of them because my thinking at that time was that I'd rather lose them than my ex partner but one thing I realized right now, that should not happen in the first place. Because if my ex partner really respects and loves me, she will not let me choose between her and them but it all happened in the past already and it can never be changed or go back to decide again to do what's right. It's been 4 years and I think that I don't have contact with those circles of friends of mine. Like they were my siblings from other parents. We were always supporting each other, loving each other like in sickness and in health and I don't know what happened why I suddenly decided to end my relationship with them. Like I know, we totally moved on now, it's just that today, it suddenly popped into my mind the friendship that we had and I can say that I would love to treasure those moments I had with them.
Anyways, I added one of them on my social media and I hope she will accept me again. Even though not totally the same friendship as before but at least I know that we are on good terms if possible. Hoping and praying that we may see each other again and have some coffee talk in our favorite coffee shop. Maybe soon, after her, I can add and get in touch with the rest of them. Also, I unfriended a lot of people on my social media account. I am not a picky person, it's just to avoid a lot of negatrons on my news feeds and as far as I remember, I don't have any contacts with them personally, so I'd rather unfriend them. I would love to have a peace of mind nowadays and love more about me and to those people who love me too.

Lastly, I am happy to let you guys know that I met someone right now who truly understands me and is willing to take a risk towards me. Soon, I will write something for her here, soon. I thought after that heartbreak and self pity that I encountered in my previous relationship, I will never fall in love again but life is full of surprises you know, though it is also full of disappointments but still, there are good things coming to our lives. Let's always think of that.
This is my first time to write a **moral lesson** to what I am writing. I guess not a leson but a reminder to all of us that in the event that you meet someone and you feel that person controls you in a negative way ***(red flags, if you know what this means)***, please avoid that person. It's not good for you, rest assured on that. Also, don't ever lose the people who love you for who you are for the sake of someone.If it's true love, that person will accept and love those people surrounds you.

Happy 4th of April! How was your first week of this month? Did you participate with April fools day? I hope you all are having a great time. Anyhow, I spend most of my days with my mother and also, watching the semi finals of Premier Volleyball League. Well, the Creamline Cool Smashers already took the spot for the championship and Petro Gazz and Cignal are fighting for the remaining spot. They will be having a game today and whoever wins the spot, will be competing for the Creamline team.
Enough with the volleyball fever, I am really exhausted with social media nowadays due to this election fever as well. Many families, relatives and friends broke their good relationships just because of this election. Just because they have different perspectives or people to vote with, they ended up ending their good relationship with that person. Is that how toxic politics is? I really hope and pray we really do have a safe and fair election this coming May of 2022. In addition, these are the top two presidential candidates and I don't have any bad intentions for others whom I may not be able to put here on my lists but these two, really have a lot of controversies and hot topics in social media. I just want to highlight them personally.

The son of our late former president Ferdinand Marcos Sr. The most controversial candidate of all. Many other candidates resent him and always say negative things, most especially when it comes to their wealth and his education. Their family were really known due to his father who was our former President in the Philippines. Duting his father's time, Martial Law was implemented in which in our History subject, Philippines was really in a bad shape. It's more on killing, power tripping most especially for poor families but as the time goes by, we realized that time was not really as bad as it was. Others may say that she's a puppet for Aquino-Conjuango Dinasty or most known as Dilawan team which is the best enemy of Marcoses but let's hope she's not a puppet to anyone and can definitely stand and fight on her own. It's a big priveledge to all Filipino women, if the president of our country is a woman.

They have a lo of supporters and also a lot of bashers but all I really wish is that, whoever wins this coming election, really fulfill their platforms and has really a pure heart and desire to help improve and country and the rest of the Filipino citizens. To all Filipino citizens, please vote and choose wisely. Don't let others buy your votes or just because your celebrity idols supported that person, you will also vote for them too. Please, let's make sure that our vote counts. WE all matter in this one.

**Hello lovely afternoon readcash people!**
Happy Thursday, and it's the end of the month, indeed. Are you all ready for this April? Are you able to achieve all your goals this month and make another monthly goal for April? Congrats to all of you and wish that you will be able to fulfill it again this April. Unfortunately, I was not able to achieve my goal for this month, but that's okay. I am more aiming for inner peace and for the past few days, I really tried to avoid any interactions (either personal or virtual). I'm sorry if they might feel that I may be avoiding them, no it's not. I am really fighting my own battle all by myself. Not only that, but I am really trying to be me again.

Anyhow, enough with the introduction. Let me share with you how my month ends well for both work and readcash, I can say that my performance at work is not so bad but still not able to achieve the goal that we can get an incentive for but overall, my performance is all okay, I still passed.
***So here's my score for this month of March at work:***
**CSAT/Surveys of our customers**
I got my last survey on March 29, 2022, and luckily it's all positive feedback. My total CSAT score is 4.14, which I was able to receive 21 customer surveys. 17 of them are positive surveys and 4 of them are the negative ones. It's a tough score because in order for us to get the P5000 incentives, we need to get a 4.6 score which honestly, it's really difficult to achieve. I forgot the computation, but if you will get 1 negative score, you need at least 5 positive surveys to pass. Like wow, we can never always please our customers, most especially when it comes to their bills/charges. Anyhow, I am moving on and accepted that fact that I can't get that incentive, tho. I will try again for this April, fighting.
**Quality Assurance (QA)**
I got 6 total reviews from our QA team and the total average score 83%. I think the passing score is 80% so that means, I passed. The lowest score I got from them is 65%, and it's really my first time got that score for my 10 years working in the BPO lol, but that's fine as long as I passed, and no auto fails. The hardest part of being scored with QA team is that sometimes or most of the time I guess they are really basing their score on their guts. They don't have a somewhat a QA flow that will be better for the both us. Then again, we don't have control with them, and they are just doing their job, so no personal problems/issues with them.
The rest of our metrics such as Attendance and AHT, I was able to passed it. I have no absences for this month (thank God) and hopefully for April too and, of course, to pass again all my metrics as well. Now, let's proceed with my readcash status. So here it is.
I was able to get an accumulated, an amount of $25.89 for March and very happy and I appreciate each of you who still supporting me despite my absences. That's already a huge amount of course, and I am planning to keep it for now since I have no emergency matters as of the moment. Aside from that, I was able to write 7 articles, which my goal is to write at least 10. I am still missing 3 articles which I will do my best to add it this month of April. Sometimes, I can't think of any topics to write with, and I ended up no articles to write with. I have time to write most especially I'm at home, my PC is at my room. I really have time for this, it is just that I am really lost in writing. Furthermore, I will be more optimistic again and more focus on things that help me back in writing, and that's YOU all. Lastly, I was able to got 2 more fellow writers followed me, and thank you for that. My goal is to reached 90 and now, I have 87 fellow ones. I promise to engaged more with you all and hopefully got the 90 goal.

The Heart of Volleyball - PVL 2022

Happy weekend and for sure you all have a great plans for this weekend. It's been a busy bee week for me since I'm been moving from our place to another and that's the reason why I was away again for a couple of days. Now, I'm currently at home, literally working at home (in my room) and very grateful for this opportunity to be able to work in my hometown. Probably, this coming April, we will be working back on site but I am really hoping that they will still allow us to work at home because it's really a big help and advantage to us since we are not paying for any transportation and most especially we can rest well. Aside from that, I miss being here at home, lying in my bed and be with my parents of cours.
Anyhow, aside from my busy schedule, I was able to watched to my favorite sport which is Volleyball. There's an ongoing volleyball tournament here in our country which it's called "***Premier Volleyball Leauge (PVL)***" whom all female volleyball athletes in our country playing with their respective teams. Now, let me share to you all the volleyball teams participated this 2022 PVL open conference with their respective team captains and some of my favorite players.
**Cherry Tiggo 7 Pro Crossovers (CTC)**

The champion last 2021 PVL open conference which their head coach is Coach Aaron Velez and the team captain is Jasmine Nabor (setter). Based on my observation, they really do have the best opposite and outside hitters and middle blockers and my favorite players in this teams are Dindin Manabat, Mylene Paat, Rachel Austero and Buding Duremdes. There current standing is 3 losses and 1 win. They really need to work on as a team since there main player which was there former team captain Jaja Santiago is not with them (currently playing for Japan team).
**Black Mamba Army Lady Troopers (ABM)**

The head coach is Emilio Reyes Jr, and the team captain is Royse Tubino. Before, their team captain is one of my player which is Jovelyn Gonzaga but currently, she was not able to play with them because she's also participating beach volleyball tournament which is still representing this team Army.

A very well known team in our country and the head coach is Oliver Almadro and team captain Bea De Leon. Most of the players on this team are former Ateneo de Manila players which is a very known and popular university in our place. My favorite players in this team are Denden Lazaro (libero), Des Cheng (opposite hitter), Isa Molde (middle blocker) and Maddie Madayag (middle blocker).
**Cignal HD Spikers (CHD)**

Head coach is Cesael Delos Santos and team captain Rachel Anne Daquis. The most promising team and the strongest team for me for this season. The teamwork is there, less mistake and most of all, they are always smiling playing. You can really see the good vibes on them.

Head coach is Sherwin Meneses and team captain, the phenom volleyball player in our country "Alyssa Valdez". Also, one of the strongest team in this season. Totz Carlos (opposite hitter) which is the number one scorer for this season. I can see already that they will be on the finals.

My favorite team as always. Head coach is Benson Bocboc and the team captain Tyang Abyy Marano. Ever since DLSU days, I am really a fan of this team. The swag, the way they treated each other, I totally a huge fan of them. My favorites are the swish besties Majoy Baron and Kianna Dy, Kim Fajardo, Ara Galang and Dawn Macandiling.Their team for me is the best and really hoping that they can be part of the finals.

Head coach is George Pascua and team captain Rhea Katrina Dimaculangan. The tandem of Rhea Dimaculangan and Mika Reyes are the best of this team. If only they really do have full teamwork and trust to each other, for sure they will be a strong team as well.
Alright, those are the teams particpating this PVL open conference for this year and now, they are fighting for semi final and finals which the schedule is this coming March 28, 2022. The teams that has best standing as of the moment are the Cignal HD Spikers and Creamline Cool Smashers which they both have 3 wins and no loss. I'm excited for this coming March 28 and for sure I'm gonna watch this one. Who's your bet guys?

It's my first day here back in the Queen City of the South, CEBU. Hello Cebu readcash friends, let's meet up hehe. Anyways, I hope you all are having a great week and of course will be having a great weekend too. Currently writing this while I'm at work hehe. Also, I just want to share with you all that I am back to work in the office and it's a mixed feeling. I am happy because I can really say that pandemic is almost over or we are almost back to normal and quite sad because if I will be back in the office, I'll be far away again with my parents. Well, if only our province has enough opportunities same as here in the city and also they has the same pay rate too. Anyhow, this is life. So be it.

My first day back in Cebu was quite too hassle and stressed. First, since I will be working onsite, I'll be needing to bring my computer stuffs as well and it is really too heavy. It's only me carrying it from Bohol to Cebu. I need to ride on a taxi cab and cost me around ₱300 already just to make sure that those equipment are well carried and safe. Otherwise, if it's not, I might paying it through my company.
Second, my initial plan is that I'll still be working at home since I brought my prepaid kit at my brother's place. Currently, I am staying with him since I a have no place to go. What happens instead is that my CPU is not turning on. It just keeps beeping and the end plan is that insteas of working at home, it went out to working on site. Another ₱200 again for the taxi cab since it's really too heavy to carry it and need to secure them too.
Lastly, since my CPU is not turning on, I ended up logging in late. Though my supervisor said that I will be still paid in full but since we do have performance incentives that one of the metrics that we need pass is the working hours. So, I need to cover those lost hours in order for me to get qualified from that incentives. Luckily, my supervisor treated me for my lunch and a large cup og brewed coffee as a welcome back to office, I guess hehe. What I missed in the office is really the free food and the sleeping couch. Every lunch time, I always ended up sleeping in the sleepi g couch or else when I am too early in the office as well.
So while working in the office, I am also taking advantage of the avail time. I am currently writing this as of the moment and also watching kdrama while at work (multi tasking hehe). Our company is not strict which we can open any other non related sites and hopefully they will never change it. I'll be in the office for 5 days straight which my original plan is only 1 day and the remaining days will be working at home at my brother's house.
Tonight at work is somewhat very crucial to all of us. It's because one of our client from London flew all away here in Cebu City to meet all of us and my supervisor chosen me to represent our team for the upcoming meeting with Poonam (name of our client). I'm a bit nervous because I don't know why he picked me but quite happy as well because I'll be offline for the whole day (bpo agents, relate ba kayo jan sa offline? Hehe). Anyhow, for sure I'll be just in a silent on the meeting and eat whatever food they will serve on it (if there is food and drinks on it) lol.
So, that's how my 5 days in Cebu started everyone and there's also tendency that I may extend my stay here. It really depends though but for sure I'll be going home to Bohol on my rest days because I need to be with my mother. Happy Humpy Tuesday! How's everything so far? Hmm. Mine is great since today until Wednesday is my rest day but currently I have been busy these days since I am packing my things now because I'll be going back to Cebu CIty for probably one to two weeks. As I said last time, we will be working in the office for quite some time and one of our clients is there and we will be having a one on one meeting with him. Anyhow, I'm still happy for these two days off and for my job since I can still sustain all my needs and family needs.
Anyhow, I've been in my province of Bohol for almost 2 months and honestly this is somewhat a big break for me for everything that happened in my life in the city. Like, I am much better and more calm and at ease since I've been here. It's really true to try a new environment if you really want to be stressed out, this is my biggest tip of all. Maybe you wonder why I mention "new environment"? This is my province, right? It's all because I spent all my adulthood in Cebu city. I've been living there for 10 years and I'm not really familiar with the cost of living here in our province. Aside from that, I don't have any colleagues here at work, it's literally me, all by myself.

I do have a lot of self realizations while staying here. One of them is ***"it's really YOU who can help YOU"***. I am an extrovert who normally loves to be surrounded by people. I had been always relying on my happiness to other people which is a big "NO". To be honest, it is one of my biggest realization here that being alone is okay. There's a side of me before that I am scared to be alone. Like, I thought I can't make anything without anyone sorrounds me. Please don't think of that I'm an attention seeker. No, I'm not. Is just that I thought it's more okay to be with friends always that being alone. If you know what I mean. I spent more of my days with friends by traveling, drinking and other not so good stuffs but of course I don't have any regrets of those, I swear. It was one of the epic days of my life.

For the past 10 years I was away with my parents, I just often went home to see them. I can say I am really not a good daughter with them. Even though I have two days off which I can always go home anytime, I ended up not to. I can really say that I am truly a bad one with them before. Though, I gave money to them every pay day, it is still not good enough because they are really getting old now, both of them. My mother is 60 years old and my father is 65 years old. So as much as I can, I would love to be with them. Give my full attention and supports to all that they want.

If you noticed the word "people", meaning to say it's not just my ex partner but a few people as well. On one of my social media like Facebook, I had around 2500 friends and now, I only have 1763 and more down to go. It maybe sounds like over acting "OA" but to me it's not. I'd rather unfollow/unfriend them since I barely knew them too. I unfriended some of them not because we had a fight or something but probably because their posts are somewhat toxic for me and sometimes causes my mental health. Most especially in POLITICS. My vote is already for this person but I'm not bragging him or telling everyone that I will vote for him. It annoys me seeing people bragging their candidates and ended up saying bad things to other one. Like hello, who are we to judge? Do you really think that if your candidate wins the election, they will help you personally? Lol. For me, as long as I am good abiding citizen in our country, paying taxes and stuffs, that's already good for me.
See, my big break was not all about heartaches but also all about self problem that I need to work on. I'm really proud to see, I am getting better. I have moved on from my past and eager to work on for my future. I hope you all too.

For now, it is on 7 episodes already and still ongoin but I think the shooting need to be stopped temporarily because of the two main characters are positive of Covid 19 and currently on isolation. I hope they will feel all better and continue this wonderful series.

I believe most of you already watched this series already. I just recently watched and finished this last week and indeed a very great zombie story is was! This is all about a couple of survivor high school students fighting for their lives with the zombies or people who got infected with the virus. They got abandoned by the military and looking all the way to survive and go to the shelter area. You will about to scream, cry and laugh on this series. There's a lot of good characters died and you will about to cry on that (I guarantee). For me, the coolest character is the class president of their school whom got infected by the virus but got immuned on it and they call her is "hambie". I am really hoping for season two on this.
That's the latest Kdrama series I am addicting and currently watching everyone. If you wanna try to watch this, all of them are available on Netflix. I don't have a netflix account for now so for those who have one, maybe you would like to share it with me hehe. Hello everyone, lovely people here in read! It's another Saturday night and for sure most of you are spending it with friends and loved ones! How's the party going? I missed clubbing but I was too lazy to go out though, haha. I've been a home buddy for quite some time now and honestly, I'm loving it. All I normally do is just sleep, work (since I'm working from home), eat, check my phone and read some of my favorite books, then REPEAT. Other than that, after work, I went home straight to my hometown,to be with my parents.

Anyway, since I've been inactive for a while,my mind/brain is also inactive, so I was not able to write down any articles and can't even think of any great topics. I even went out investing, playing NFT's games, etc. I don't know, I have been demotivated for quite some time and I know that it's only me who can motivate me back. Some of you might think that I am just being a lazy one but to be honest, I am still coping up with all the things happening to my life. First, I encountered the monster typhoon last December. Second, I got broken hearted with my long time partner and lastly, suffering depression and anxiety. I know those are just temporary problems and I can definitely conquer them all.

Though, I am not totally okay, I can say that I am moving on to my life, I am partially okay. I did accept all those things that happened to me, learned from my mistakes in the past and tried to be a better one. I am also trying my best to fulfill my dreams and goals in life, with or without help from someone. I learned to appreciate all the small things, love the people who are always there for me even though I did not reach out with them, proactively. There's even one close friend of mine who booked me a ticket to Baguio for free this coming September 2-5. She's one of the closest friends during my Elementary years and of course up until now. We are planning to celebrate her birthday in Baguio and yes, I am so excited for that.
Anyhow, this is really my plan/goal for this month, here in readcash. I might not be able to accomplish this or this might be too late because we're in the middle of the month already but I hope and pray that I can make it, I can accomplish this. So here it goes guys:

For now, I wrote 2 articles for this month, including this and hopefully I can make it to 10 articles. There are times that I can't think of any topics to write about, that is why I ended up with no writings instead. My plan is to think outside of the box and share with you my daily lives if possible and fulfill the 10 articles before the month ends.

I know and I truly sorry for not being able to visit your beautiful writings guys and I would love to catch up with you all. Starting today, I will do my best to read 30 or more articles or if possible, clear all my notifications. I know I can do this.

Currently, I have 85 wonderful writers here in read. If only I were more active, I might have more than this. I've been here for 6 months and proud to say that this platform really helped me gain more confidence in life, gain virtual friends and of course, learned a lot of things such as earning money online and other stuff.
That's the thing that I would like to accomplish for this month and hopefully for next month, I can do better. Still, a big thank you for those people who are still with me, to you all my virtual friends. Let's continue to spread great writings.

Life Update - Where was I?
March 08, 2022
Hello everyone, lovely people here in read! How's everyone going? I hope you had a great start fo the week. It's been a month since I stayed here in our province and left my city life. It's really somewhat a new environment for me most especially I spent most of my adulthood in the city, 10 years to be exact. It's really exciting and also a bit scary because I know that I'll be starting a new one here, new journey. Though, this is my province is just that I was not given a chance to explore and live here. Anyhow, to explain further, I am currently staying in another Municipality not my hometown it's because up until now, we don't have eletricity yet due to typhoon Odette last December 2021. Hopefully, this month, eveything will be back to normal most especially the electricity (crossed fingers).
Also, we got an email from our employer that we might need to go back to office moving forward since there's no recent update with the Covid-19 and Cebu City is on level 2 which means it's almost back to normal already. Like there's no curfew, most of the bars are open, offices are open as well. It's somewhat mixed emotions because I'm glad/happy that almost everything is back to normal but also sad because I need to be back in the city for work, so I'll be leaving my parents again. Well, this is life, I need to strive hard for them and of course for me too.
Anyhow, since I am barely active in both platforms (read,cash and noise.cash) and in all honestly, I totally regretted it. Aside from earnings that I am getting for being active here is that I met a lot of good people that helps me a lot to better understand how to deal in life. I regretted that I was not able to communicate with you all because you were already been part of my virtual life. We shared our prroblems, experiences and most of all, shared a lot of good things in life most especially on how to earn more on top of our salaries and I thank you al for that.

I just want to share with you all the recent update of my life. Like what did I do for several months that I was away and also what's my plan moving forward. First, I did celebrate my 30th birthday last February 18 with my family. I don't have pictures of it but it was really a memorable one because we were celebrating it without electricity, feels like were back to 80's. It's not just me who had a celebration that time, my brother and father celebrated it too. My older brother's birthday is February 14 and my father is February 22. We had a blast that time and most memorable one. Second, I am more on playing with one of my favorite sports which is Volleyball. It keeps me busy and not able to think negative thoughts when I'm on the court. I am also planning to play badminton too once I'm back in the city. Lastly, I am more spending my time with my parents. No social media, no phones when I'm with them. Just talking and more on talking lol. As of the moment, my father is in Davao due to my uncle is terminally ill, lung cancer stage 4. My father and the rest of his siblings are there to support my uncle and to be reunited too. I would really love to go there but due to work, I can't for now. Aside from that, I need to be with my mother too since she's alone in our home. Good thing we have Tata our close neighbor helping her right now.
Now, since today is my restday, I will go home to our hometown to be with my mother. I just got out from work and now preparing to leave. I will be away again for 2 days since there's no electricity yet in our hometown and still signal is quite to weak. I will be back in my apartment this coming Thursday.

Sharing blessings for my kababayan
**February 11-12, 2022**
Hi lovely people here in readcash. Valentine's day is approaching and do you already have a date on it? Well, congrats and I hope you all have a blast with that. Hmm, mine? It's just a normal working day though. I will just sleep, eat and work on that day. Anyways, I am really not as active as before due to very poor internet connection and also some errands. Also, my birthday is coming too. Do you have any virtual gifts for me, love? Jk. Hehe
Anyhow, I just want to share with you all how one of my best friend helped my hometown during this crisis that we experienced due to typhoon Odette. He did a fundraising and he was able to get an accumulated amount of **P45000** pesos. By the way, he is now residing in the United States and also part of the US Navy. He is really one of my childhood buddies and one of the best humans I've ever met. Imagine, it's been a decade since their family left our hometown and live in the United States but he never forgot the US, all of us. Not just him, but his entire family as well.

Since he is now living in the US, me and our other close friend were given a task to share the fund raising that he did. It's a huge amount though so we were able to share it to almost all of the barangays in our Municipality and of course our own barangay too. I believe we were able to give relief goods for more than 500 households and were able to give cash to our barangay since my best friend would really love to give more to our barangay.
I can really see the happy faces of my fellow kababayan when they received it, their genuine smiles because it's really a big help to all of us there most especially our own local government still not able to give the necessary assistance since the typhoon. Not to say bad things to our local government but I'm wondering what they are really doing now, how come that the necessary assistance is still not able to be provided to the respective barangays? That's really the reason why my friend doesn't want to get in touch with them in regards to the fund raising that he made. Imagine if they received that huge amount, what would happen to it?
We are almost done giving all the relief goods to our fellow ones. This coming Tuesday, I'll be going home again and that's the time that we will give it to them. I really hope also that our electricity will be restored because it's very difficult to live without it and also I really would love to work at home in the province. **I love city life and I love provincial life more.** We are almost over with this crisis we encountering in our province. All of us are still striving but we are still conquering and fighting for a living. I would like to commend my fellow Boholanos because as what I have noticed, we are not depending to any assistance from our local government. Though, we badly need it but we find ways instead to survive. Also, we are not blaming them as well because we know to ourselves that the people behind our government are also a victims of this crisis. So instead wasting our time bashing them, again we look for things instead that helps us to survive.
