ডিম ভূনা উপকরণঃঃ ১/ ডিম ২/পেয়াজ পরিমান মত ৩/হলুদের গুড়ো ৪/মরিচের গুড়ো ৫/সয়াবিন তেল ৬/লবন ৭/পানি রন্ধনপ্রণালীঃ চুলোয় ফ্রাই পেন দিলে তেল গরম করতে হবে।তেল গরম হলে পেয়াজ ঢেলে হালকা ভাজতে হবে।কিছুক্ষন পর একটু হলুদ আর মরিচের গুড়ো দিতে হবে।দিয়ে কিছুক্ষন আচে রান্না করতে হবে।পাশাপাশি আরেক চুলোয় ডিম সিদ্ধ করে ভেজে নিতে হবে।এবার ফ্রাই পেনে একটু লবন দিয়ে সিদ্ধ ভাজা ডিম দিয়ে কিছুক্ষন নাড়তে হবে।এরপর কিছুটা পানি দিয়ে ঢেকে দিতে হবে।একটু পর পর নাড়তে হবে।ঝোল ঘন হয়ে আসলে নামিয়ে পরিবেশন করতে…
