Balancing your Time and Effort: A friendly Reminder for Writers
I don't know what to do. I don't know but I become Greedy to get a lot of money but, I did not realize that I already lost the old me. I neglecting my health, I forgot to take care of myself and I already lost.
Yesterday night I was in pain because of my eyes, and Head. You know what the reason? It is because of 'Kakaselpon mo yan' which is true because I'm over used of phone. I was always late in sleeping every night, I was always late waking up in the morning, My eyes don't have a rest and it always soak in my phone which is the reason why, I'm in pain last night like the feeling of beating me on the head and my eyes can't stand my phone brightness already. So, I decided to sleep early because I can't read properly even if I want to read some articles.
And this is why I write this Article, "Balancing your Time and Effort: A friendly Reminder for all Writers" because I wanted to talk with you about our health. If ever, Wala kang jowang mag-papaalala sayo or mag-aalaga sayo, At least andito lang naman ako. Nasa Gilid gilid hanapin mo.
By the way, I made a list for myself. For today because I'm planning of 1 day vacation but, I'm so stubborn because, here I am writing this early in the morning and by the way, my stubbornness is as hard as your love. Lol don't mind me broken hearted ako. Charot
So if you read my List.
Here are the following things that I need to do today to rest my eyes in holding phone:
6 am waking up early, I supposed to wake up 6 am today but I wake up around 7 am maybe because, I enjoyed sleeping for 10 hrs. Oh my! It is very nice to the feeling of sleeping early at night then waking up early in the morning because I don't have a headache and jetlag for the first time. lol
Do some proper exercise, Since I am a lazy person I'm not doing exercise everyday. So the result is, I have a bubble stomach (bilbil Haha) and my Grandma also told me to do a Diet exercise but I don't want to because if I do that, there are some delicious foods that I need to avoid and I don't like it. Foods is life! Okay? But I'm planning to do a jogging when I wake up 4 am tomorrow.
8 am eat Breakfast because my grandma is late in making our breakfast because she prioritize her plants in her garden first because she is a certified plantita too (Bat naman ganon? Mas mahal pa niya kesa sakin yung mga halaman niya, Charot) but she cook rice earlier than the dish.
8:30-11 Am cleaning the house, which is this is not new to me because I always do this because I can't stand the dirty places like if I don't wear sleepers inside, I step in the floor with dusts and making me irritated. (Galit na galit ako sa mga kalat naalala ko ako pala yung kalat)
12 nn eating lunch and don't mind how much scoops of rice I want okay? I just eat after I will clean the house. Take a bath, and then Rest a little by listening to music or things that I wanted to do except for holding phone.
1-4 pm I need to sleep so that I can rest my eyes and head and para naman mabawi ko yung mga oras na pinagpuyatan ko sayo. Charot
But actually, I already skip the first one already and I don't follow what's on the list. Lol like I said, I'm stubborn Haha but I'm planning of sleeping in the afternoon because that is just the easiest thing that I could do.
While the "Don'ts" part, I can't do that. Why it is hard to not hold our phones for just a seconds, minutes, and hours? Oh my! Because, I become get used to it already. Like, this is the one of the most important thing to my life beside from him oh no! No! Don't mind the last sentence he already left me with a broken heart.
And this is actually the last part of our topic.
A Friendly reminder to all writers out there!
I remind you to sleep Early in the evening because, I saw this post in my facebook news feed.
That sleeping late always is bad to our health it can also become a cause of death for us.
I remind you to Eat a lot of food and don't eat late or skip your meal, always eat so that you can have a more energy to do the things that you wanted to do. If you don't eat, you will lose weight and you can get sick easily so it is important for us to eat a lot of food esp. if you are good at sleeping late at night.
Give your self some time to rest and to relax, we should not always think about our work, money, and balance. We should also think some time to rest and to relax give your self a break from stressful things. If you will just work, work, and work, even if we have a lot of money if we are very stress and unhealthy, the money that it should be buy for the things that you want will be just buy it in your medicines and grave. Do you like that to happen?
And last, Take care of your self. That is the last wish that I want my self to do and I wish you all do that too. So, Do not neglect yourself so that you will stay healthy.
Closing Thought
I titled this article: "Balancing Time and Effort" to Balance our time in Working and to taking care of ourselves. Because sometimes, some of us always forget to take care of their self just like me and i don't like you to continue what you are doing right now. We should prioritize health first before nothing else. Because my Mama said, 'Money is just everywhere but we only live once'.
