It's been a week of not publishing any article coz I don've time for the past days ..Atlast our rice planting has been just finish today and it's a blessing that heavy rain poured down.
FunFact: Rain is better than the water coming from the irrigations for it contains minerals and etc that can help the rice to grow healthier and to develop hood crops.😊

Animal Lives Matters Too.
Finally after a long years of not publishing an article. Oh I forgot it's only 4 days lol. Anyways, that 4 days of not publishing anything is just like years for me because I'm not used to skip publishing articles but I need to see my cat and tend to her. She needed a lot of attention since she's been traumatized and unable to eat for 3 days. She just sleep and sleep. Finally yesterday she's been able to stand up and eat.
In this article my friends I just want to talk about animal lives as per my title indicates.
Most of us talk about human lives and we forgot that there are other lives that matters too. I think their lives are more important because they are just innocent beings that are trying to coexist with us.
There are many animals out there who are trying to survive because some humans took away their homes. Some humans destroyed their homes. Some humans killed those parents of baby animals. Some humans make fun of animals by taking advantage of their inability to speak out what they truly feel. Some humans take advantage of their inability to speak and they hurt them to the point of dying.
We are too lucky that we humans can speak and can voice out our feelings towards those we don't want in our life and other humans can understand us and comfort us. Take care of us to become better again but for those animals out there they don't have.
We are too lucky that we can enjoy our life after loosing important persons because we have relatives but how about those innocent animals. They don't have any relatives out there. Their family can't be replace by some animals and humans.
We are too lucky that we can have beautiful homes , having a comfortable house to sleep in. While they just live in the forest and are quiet but we bother them because of our own interest.
Animals exist out there in order to balance our ecosystem and other factors of life. They exist because they have purpose to fulfill just like us humans but there are some humans who are selfish enough to ruin that balance.
Why are some humans like that? How far can humans violate the natural laws in order to rule everything that exist here? How far can humans go in treating the animals wrongly? Is it really ok to call us Human kind because I can see that as time passes by humans are becoming a devil. Becoming unkind and doing what they just want for the sake of their own intentions, bad intentions.
I'm just really glad that there are still humans out there who truly cares and understand them. I'm really glad that there are still humans out there who are not selfish and humans who can set aside their lust for money. I'm really glad that there are still humans out there who are worthy enough to be called as Human Kind.
There are laws out there but sometimes the suspect can go because of influence inside the goverment and it's not really cool.
I'm just thinking that what if animals can really talk and can have standing in our society. They can study , pursue a degree in order to save their kind. I'm sure there are many guilty humans behind the bars now. I'm sure justice will be serve if they are abused or killed.I'm sure humans will respect and value them.
Animals have unique minds and have unique ways of surviving through out the day. What if they will use their intelligence to take revenge on humans. What if they will join forces all around the world to make the humans extinct. What if one day your dogs and cats are able to speak. Would you be afraid of them?
All these thoughts came up to my mind after what happened to my cat last Sunday. All of a sudden my cat went home and came directly to my room then I noticed that she's weak then when I checked her , her head was already covered in blood and her left eyes is bleeding. I'm just glad that she's able to go home despite her condition. I don't know what really happened to her but my guess was someone beat her head with a hard object.
She's unable to eat for 3 days because she can't open her mouth and her tongue was sticking out. It looks like that she bitten her tongue because of the shock. I cleaned up her wound in the head and I don't know what to do with her eyes. All I did was to monitor her everytime. Leaving some foods and water beside her just incase she wanted to eat.
I'm really down for the past days and unable to come up with ideas what to write. I'm really thankful that after how many says she was able to eat and walk na. If I really know who did this, I will file a case in our barangay. This is animal abuse already but unfortunately I don't know who did it.

A day filled with miracles.
What a tiring morning for me. I thought that I can rest this day and can finish my drafted article the other day but it's not my lucky day so instead of finishing it I will make this one. What made me busy this morning. lol.
I'll finish all of these this day so that I can focus the next days in making articles even rusty is so cold. But I know he will come back and will miss me haha. Shana ol namimiss at may nakakamiss. Anyways and by the ways in the highways . Let's get this article done. Time is running fast and it's already 1 pm again in the afternoon..huhu.
I saw a post in noise cash yesterday about doing her laundry and I commented that I'll do my laundry tomorrow but it ends up doing it today. My lola was having a sermon this morning and she woke me up early just to prepare the laundry and fetch some water.
So I started the laundry at 7 am and I just finished it at 10 am. 3 hours of kuskus there and there. I did it with my hands lol. We don't have a washing machine. Then my lola was talking a lot about something. They got a fight with my lolo so early in the morning due to some misunderstanding. Love's Quarrel hahaha.
They're so cute when they're having a fight then later on lolo approached her to buy some coffee, sugar at gatas ni lola haha. ***Seeing like that makes me believe that forever still exist. You just have to find the right person and don't rush things about having a relationship with someone. Kung andyan na talaga. Para sa iyo na.***
I just finished sampaying the clothes. It's so hot here kaya pakinabangan. haha. Sorry if this article is not pure english because my thoughts right now are all mixed up and I'm letting fingers to do the work.haha. I also feed my adorable ducks. They've been starving so they've been making noise the whole time.
But I felt sad when I found out that there are 2 deads. aww. I don't know the reason but my hunch is the weather. They didn't endure the heat.huhu. There's a pain in my chest but I had to accept it. That's life. After I found them , I immediate burried them beside the coconut tree. As I burry them, I said " Rest well". From 24 ducklings down to 22 huhu. I hope that there's no more death.
**In our life there are times that someone will passed away without a notice and we will get shocked but in the end we have to accept the reality and move forward. We never know the future so we have to be ready at all times. Strengthen our minds and soul. Acceptance can open a way for you to be a better human being.**
After that my father told me that he found the other mother duck who's been missing for 1 week. She's under the tree beside the river and had eggs , 8 of them . See, there's a miracle already. We lost 2 ducklings but we've been blessed by 8 eggs and they're about to hatch. maybe 1 more week.
**Sometimes God has his unique ways to bless us and give us hope. We didn't expect that the mother duck is still alive because she's been missing for a week. All we know is that she's been eaten by other people or dogs or biten by snake. In every situation there's always a miracle that is about to happen and make our day.**
After I visited where the duck was. When we are about to go back I saw something small and like an umbrella shape. When I go near that thing. I was shocked of what I found . I found a battalion of mushrooms. I asked my father if they were edible and he said yes after confirming that they don't have any rings. He also said that those mushrooms only appeared to chosen people. haha. I feel so especial after he said that. The mushrooms chose me to cook them.
There's so many miracles happened this day.
Another one but not the least. When I went to our mini fishpond at the middle of the rice fields. It was so hot. My skin was burning huhu. But all of that vanished when I saw the fruits of my banana plant are already ripe. I carry it to our home. My cousin was so happy to see the bananas and she called my lola.
My lola was smiling big coz she's craving for bananas since last night lol. She's been telling me nonstop to visit my plant and she was right about her hunch haha.
I will boil some for dinner and that ends my article for today folks. **You see , this day has started with negativity because of my grandparents love quarrels lol but in the end we end up with positiving. So many blessings at the end. I am grateful for all of these blessings and I will be forever grateful for the rest of my life.**

The Bond That Can't Be Severed Even By Death.
Hello there again folks. A whole day suffering from migraine. Finally it calmed down a bit and so I'm here again writing this piece that I'm sure you can relate to this one.
When we talk about bond, it is the connection that's been formed after a long time of being together. This thing called bond is very meaningful to many especially when it comes to pets. Any animal can be considered as a pet if we allowed them to be one. If we treat them right, I'm sure they will also treat us the same way.
Since I was a kid, I have dogs as a pet and those dogs had names ofcourse. You can't own a pet if you won't give him/her a name. They deserve a name too as we do.
I've been lonely since I was a kid because I don't have any siblings, I have cousins but they are far away from our house and can't come play with me everyday. So my father gave me a present for my birthday back then and that present was a dog. Later on that dog became my pet.
His name was blackie I don't know if he has a breed but when was still a puppy, his body is not normal for a puppy of a dog here in the Philippines especially here in barios. He's been my playmate, a friend and later on the bond grows stronger and stronger as we grow up together and I considered him as my brother. I know you have a pet too that gour bond is more than a pet and a owner.
We grow together , we took a bath at the river together. He go with me when I go to the rice field. We run together. When I run faster back then he will chased me and barked like he's saying that " wait for me". When I came home from school back then, he sat outside our door and waiting for my arrival. That routine last for more than 8 years. We play , run ,chasing each other. We go for a walk and many more.
Until one day and that day became the most gloomy part of my life. When I came home from school last January 21, 2012, I'm wondering why he's nowhere to be found and he's not present at the door when I came home. So I called his name..I shout and shout because I thought that maybe he's just there faraway or maybe he's playing with the other dogs. I called his name many times but no one came. So I got nervous and I immediately asked my father about blackie. My father told me that he's at the back of our house. So I went there and found him lying at the side, near the wall.
When I looked at him closely, his tongue was outside of his mouth and when I touched him. He was very cold and not breathing anymore. I immediately called my father, actually I shouted when I called him " Paaaaaa..Papaaa.. Apay ngay ni blackie. Naan-anu ngay apay ngay natay mittin." (Paaaa...Papaaaa...Whyyy..What happened to blackie..Why he's dead.?..I said that while sobbing because I can't control my tears coming out from my eyes..
I was crying and crying.. while patting his head.. His eyes were still open.and looking at his eyes, he suffered a lot of pain before he died..
My father talked and told me that our neighbor beatenhim with a baseball bath just because he barked at him when he was passing by infront of our house. I cursed our neighbor..I can't believed that he killed my dog just because of that shallow reason.
I urged that he must pay for what he did tk my dog. My father felt thesame way because they are close too. So we went to our barangay and filed a complaint to our neighbor for beating our dog to death. My cousin said that it was considered as a animal abuse and there's a corresponding punishment for that. The barangay officials didn't want to sort in legal action but we insist that he must face the consequence of his action.
The barangay captain issued a summon order for that man to appear in our barangay hall. If that man didn't appear for the third time. A pulong will be held and after that it will be transfered to the police already. That man understood hias situation and didn't want to mess with us any further so he appeared in our barangay hall.
At the end of the hearing it was decided that he will pay for the damage and signed an agreement that if he will continue to treat animals like that, his cased record in our barangay will be reopened and if that will happen, the barangay will immediately transfer it to the police jurisdiction.
After that incident, my father built a fence made out of kawayan in order for my other dogs will not be able to cross the road.We buried blackie near our house and we put a cross in his grave.
The bond that formed between me and blackie didn't severed even by his death. I fight for him even he's gone. That's the bond formed between me and my pet. It is a bond that I engraved to my soul and I'll never forget our happy memories together.
My aunt gave me another puppy again and now he's big. Just like blackie, I considered him as my brother also. When he was still a puppy, he used to sleep with me. Ofcourse he bathe everyday . And now he's big , wild and free. His name is Dalisay. I'm glad that there's no other incident after that one. It seems the man learned his lesson.

Evaluating One's Self: Passed or Failed.
Oh hello there folks. This article is an assignment from sir @Eunoia where I've been tasked to evaluate my self regarding my improvements in my journey as a writer here in readcash.
Now I will face the reality and start the evaluation of my journey.
First of all let me tell you that I'm not good in speaking so basically I'm not a talkative one but one thing is sure I'm a different person when it comes to writing. It seems that being a writer is in my blood and not to be a speaker.
Before my journey here in readcash, as a student I've experienced a lot of writing journey especially in school activities where we are tasked to do a 1000 words essay about a certain topic, movie, songs and even a poem. I'm sure you experienced it too.
Being in the field of this career has never been easy despite the fact that I had experienced before, it's not enough for me to become a perfect or let's say a better writer especially that my audience has changed. In school, my audience are just my teachers and classmates but here, people around the world in all walks of life and had more experienced than me.
I came here in readcash with a little knowledge about making an article about cryptos. Let me just tell you that when I first came here I thought that all the articles here are about cryptocurrency thats's why I doubt myself if I can do it and stay here but as I roamed around I found out that any topic can do as long as it's not a plagiarized one. As a newbie here, I'm not confident wether I'll publish an article because doubt was eating me alive but I've found motivations in reading somearticles here so I've stengthen my resolve and started to publish an article.
**So let's get to the bottom of this article and see if I will passed or failed this evaluation.**
**Topic**
When it comes in making an article, ofcourse a topic is necessary in order to come up with different ideas that will be compiled to make one. In my first day here, thinking a topic was not so easy because it's very crucial and my topic might not be interesting enough to attract readers. Everyday I read and read articles here until the time comes that coming up with a topic became more easy but I'm not saying that I can think of any topic anytime. I'm saying that by reading more It can help me to think of a topic. I'm having difficulties now in terms of topics but not that bad so with that I can say that I passed.
**Title**
This one is your asset in making articles. An article without this one is not considered be called an article. Why? Because your title will serves as your tourist spot to attract tourist to click your work and read it. In my first days here , I'm not very creative in my titles so I had less readers but as I explore here I've learned a lot in constructing titles that can attract readers. With that conclusion I can say that I passed.
**Grammar**
Well you know I'm a busy guy here in our house so I don't have the time to check all this kind of stuff. One thing is for sure, I'm not perfect in terms of grammar but atleast I know how to construct a sentence and convey the meaning of my articles. I'm not good in this one but I'm not that bad. I know how to correct my grammar but If I missed some kindly correct me in a nice approach. Don't be a war freak approaching me with those curse words or else you'll see the bad side of me lol. Be polite in correcting others and don't be a bossy one. YOU'RE NOT PERFECT JUST LIKE ME. (capslock para dama haha).
No matter how bad the grammar is if you really want to understand something from what the writer wants to convey , you'll get it. In this area I'm still learning those first rate grammar along my journey here on readcash. I can conclude that I passed but if I will grade it, it will be 85 out of 100.
**Vocabularies**
In terms of this one, I don't really want to make my vocabularies too complicated. I don't want to use deep words or words that is hard to spell. Man, if you want your readers to understand what you're trying to tell in your articles, you will do it in a simple way but it may look like a pro. You don't want your readers to get confuse after encountering some new words to them but it's your choice so you're free to do what you want.
In my case, when I encountered some new words, I'll look at it in a dictionary (Merriam webster) to know the meaning of that word. In this process I'm learning new words to add in my vocabulary. I know that you're doing thesame too because I know that you're not perfect to know all the words out there. With regards to this, I can say that I passed but I will continue to learn new interesting words out there and in here at read cash.
**Spelling and Punctuations**
In this area I can say that I'm good at this. Atleast this one thing alone I'm good haha but kidding aside don't tell me that you're not able to spell the basics words, ofcourse you can and I can . There are some points that I may spell it wrong and if you spot it kindly correct me in a nice way too. The same with the use of punctuations, I'm not perfect with it but atleast I know how to put a period, question mark, exclamation point, comma and many more. In my journey here I want to improve this because I can use this in making my thesis , research or whatever when I'll go back to school.
**Interacting to other authors**
Well I can say that I'm good at this one as long as we agreed to what we are talking about and if not , don't worry I'm not good in fighting with words and I hate it. I really love to make friends online and I think that friends in a virtual word are more real than in reality. If the topic is serious then I can share my opinion in a serious tone and if the topic is not too serious I can go with the flow especially when the author make funny statements (tatawa muna ako bago magreply haha). With the help of my experienced in school I improved my way of sharing my opinion to others.

This topic is concerning everybody who are resisding in the society. No matter what the position , reach or poor , old or young and female or male. Yes you read it right , in this article I just want to remind everybody about the great sacrifices of these forgotten heroes to the country.
I think you can already guess who are these forgotten heroes are base on the lead image of this one.
If your guess are rice farmers then yes , you are absolutely correct. Arround of applause for that. **What can you say about these rice farmers about their sacrifices? Do you know them well? Do you respect them? Do you value their contributions to the society? Do you agree if I will say that these forgotten heroes don't get too much attention from the society? Those are the questions I want to ask to the crowd and I think starting here would be great because I know that there are real people here than in the outside or real world.
**So back to the main topic of this one, I want to share what farmers are doing in ther rice fields, under the burning sun.**
This afternoon we went to the rice field together with my father to put or scatter the partially grown rice grains in the rice seed beds. The planting season has begun and we need to prepare our rice seedlings. The seed bed must be wet or partially wet and not dry. This rice seed bed had been plowed by hand tractor to loosen the soil. Farmers plows the soil until it become like muddy in order for the partially grown rice will grow well and for the uprooting process will be easy.
In that image, you can see my father scattering the rice grains to the seed bed. As you can see the seed bed is wet and not dry. I tried this before and it's very difficult because you have to accurately scatter the rice grains equally in the seed bed or else they will stay in one place and will not grow well. The weight of the rice grain in the bucket also one factor why it's difficult.
These are the partially grown rice grains that my father scattering in the seed bed.
You see the preparation for the seed bed is difficult and also in putting the rice grains to the seed bed. Now you know that it is difficult from this one step only , how much more in planting the rice seedlings.
The outcome of this one will be this if the rice grains will start to develop some leaves. We prepared this one earlier because the rice grains that came from DA( Department of Agriculture) didn't grow so we need to change it, that's the rice grains we put today in the seed beds. Not all the rice grains that comes from the DA are good. Sometimes they didn't grow just like those we tried to grow last week.
While capturing the rice field that's been plowed , my dog (Dalisay) came in and boom. He just wants to take a pic.haha. He sat exactly at that point where my camera is.
So this is the one I want to show you in the image above. This rice field has been plowed few days ago. So if you're wondering why they hasn't plowed it yet thouroughly, the answer to that is for the weeds and the remaining rice straws will decay first before it will be plowed and be ready for planting.
As you can see, the view from the rice field is just awesome. I can stay there and build my house beside the rice fields to enjoy this amazing view.

These kind farmers are sacrifing for us their family and ofcourse for the society in order to maintain the rice supply in the market. They had been sacrificing for how many decades until now that the society are improving, being more advance. There are so many laws there that helped so many sectors of the society but I'm just wandering why there is not a single law for the sake of farmers especially for rice farmers.
If you didn't know yet the prize of rice in the market are just like the crypto market. Volatile to it's best and it's unfair for the hardworks of these farmers . The society is forgetting these kind, harworking and living heroes of our country. The prize has not been good this past years and even back then. Why is that? Because they didn't care much about these forgotten heroes of the country. They are too focus in advancing and these individuals are being left behind.
Are there any sector in the government who are responsible to buy the rice grains directly from the farmers? Yes , NFA, but there are too many process and those high standards are adding to the burden of these farmers. Because when you sell your harvested rice to them , there is a certain moisture content to be meet before they can buy your harvest and I see it too much for these farmers. They work hard already in growing those rice for the sake of rice supply for the country and yet they have to suffer like this.
Why they can't set the fixed price for the harvested rice of the farmers? I think it's because for the economy of the country but I think that it's too much. They don't deserve this kind of treatment.
And that is all I want to say for this article. I just hope that rice farmers and all kinds of farmers out there will be given the attention they need in order for the sector of Agriculture will also improve together with the other sector of the country. I just hope that one day , their blood and sweat will be appreciated. I hope that you respect these farmers and value them. Because if they will not work hard to grow rice grains there will be no rice to cook for your meal now.

Hi there my friend.In this article let's talk about something you might want to learn in order for you to interact better with the people of the North. Well without further a do, let's dive in to this one. I hope that you read it and learn in this piece.
**Have you ever heard people talking in their native languages?**
**Did you feel left behind when you heard someone talking to each other about something and can't understand them because there's a language barrier and can't relate to what they're talking about?**
If you feel like that folks then in this article let me share with you some of the common phrases in my native language which is **Ilokano/Ilocano/Ilukanu**. There are many ways on how we spell it.Their meaning is the same anyway.
**First and foremost let me share with you some information about this.**
Most of the people living up north speak Ilokano and it is considered as their mother tongue. It is an Austronesian language of the Philippines and it is part of the Cordilleran Languages spoken mainly in the Island of Luzon.
This Ilocano term is derived from "i" means from and "looc" means bay. When combined " People of the bay".
Did you know that Ilocanos were the first ethnic groups to revolt against spanish invasion back then and the Spain are not lucky enough to conquer Ilocos because of them.
Did you know also that Ilocanos had a king back then which is Don Pedro Almazan bur he was executed after the kingdom built by Ilokanos were dissolved.

It originated in the provinces of Ilocos, people living here speaks the purest of ilokano or what we called " nauneg nga Ilokano"( deep words in Ilocano). Ilocos is the homeland of these Iloco people around the world. Why around the world because some of the OFW's who work abroad are Ilocanos and they ended up meeting their partner and having a family.
Ilocanos migrated all over the country that's why I'm not surprised if there are Ilocanos in Mindanao particularly in Sulu.
My grand ancestors came from Ilocos that's why I wanted to visit it so badly. Cultures of Ilocanos are unique from other cultures out there.
**Biag ni Lam-ang** is one of the famous epic of Ilocanos and I'm sure you read it while you were in Elementary or even in highschool.
**Manang Biday** is one of the song we sang when we were in elementary and we even danced using this song.
**Here are some Ilocano words I want to share to you and might be helpful incase you may encounter one.**
**Naimbag nga bigat/ Naimbag nga agsapa** (Good morning)
**Naimbag nga malem** (Good afternoon)
**Naimbag nga rabii** (Good evening)
**Mangan tayun** (Let's eat)
**Makan** (Food)
**Naimas nga makan**( Delicious food)
**Kamusta ka?**( How are you?)
**Napintas** (Beautiful)
**Nagpintas ka** ( You're beautiful)
**Agdigos**( Take a bath)
**Papanam**(Where are you going?)
**Ana ti nagan mo** ( What is your name?)
**Nasam-it** (Sweet)
**Naalsim** (sour)
**Napait** (Bitter)
**Ay-ayaten ka** (I love you)
**Mabalin kadi nga arimen ka** ( Can I court you?)
**Nagpintas kaman ading lalu ta isem mo. Madik malapdan nga kitaen.**(You're so beautiful especially your smile. I can't resist not to see it.)
**Ay-ayaten ka unay , Gaw-atek ken alaik jay bulan para kenka.** (I love you so much , I'll reach and get the moon for you)
**Nu siyak ti ayatem madi kantu paspasakitan**.(If I'm the one you will love , I'll never hurt you.)
Those are just some of the Ilocano words and Ilocano sentences. If you have some questions to know about it or translate to ilocano just comment down below.
Learning this kind of things will help you to communicate better if you will visit Ilocos and other provinces of the North. My province Nueva Vizcaya is one of them and if you happen to visit here , you have some knowledge on what they are speaking.

Perfectionism is messing up your Productivity.
There are people who are afraid to fail. People who always doubt theirselves. People who alway say "my work is not good enough" " this will not do". People who are afraid to admit their own mistakes. People who fear being rejected.
If you have those thing above, you may asses yourself if this kind of mindset is helpful at all in your journey to success.
We live in a world where humans are trying their very best to be perfect and to be a perfectionist in everything. Let me ask you, is this good or bad? Well to be honest with you in my honest opinion, it's not bad to be a perfectionist but always remember that everything here on Earth has their own consequences later. If I will define a perfectionist, someone who always aim not to make mistakes and failure. Isn't it funny to think that you want to be successful but you don't want to fail or even make a single mistake in your journey. That is not possible man, mistakes and failures are ingredients to be a successful individual.
**How this perfectionism thing can destroy our productivity?**
Productivity is a great factor in aiming success but this one factor can be affected by our own doing ,by trying to be a perfectionist. When we do a thing and we want it to be perfect as a masterpiece but at end of the day, we do nothing. We end up messing our time to be productive and coming up with a blank output.
When we are not satisfied with our work we tend to repeat and repeat it and we don't realize how much time we wasted in making it perfect. It's not a good habbit to practice everytime we do a thing.
Being a perfectionist, they tend to settle down to their own knowledge alone and don't want to accept ideas coming from other people who's intention is just to give help in achieving that certain project or output. This kind of mindest will only lead that person to stagnation and ofcourse by being in a stagnant state you can no longer take another step to be productive.
Many define a perfectionist by being a workaholic. They tend to do everything in order to achieve a certain task and worry every single details. They do this by staying up late at night, they even forget to eat their meals leading their health status to collapse and worse case scenario they may develop some serious conditions corncering their health. Your health is the foundation of your productivity, why?. Because how can you work if your health is mess up. Poor health will only result to poor productivity.
Perfectionist thinks too much and bombarding their minds with every single solutions and ways to make an output perfect. This will make their minds fully occupied and no room for new ideas. This will also cause mental health problems and this will be tragic if this will be left unattended. You need to give attention when it comes to mental health because this is your asset in coming up ideas for you to be productive.
Perfectionist have poor relationship to people around him/her affecting the percentage of productivity. They tend to set their standard very high and this makes the people around him/her uncomfortable. In this case a perfectionist will lose the connectivity to people and this will only result to people leaving you behind because they can't connect to you. If you're making a big project, you need to welcome every single person that can help in order to attain high productivity.
**So how can we avoid these things in order for you to become perfectionist?**
A simple answer will do in this question. You just need to balance everything , you don't need to worry over things and making simple things very complicated. If you can do it in a simple way why not. You don't need to sacrifice your health just to achieve perfectionism. Always remember that by being healthy we are already perfect. Don't put too much preasure on you. Do it in your own unique style. Don't be afraid to fail.
Everyone of us fail and that failure will mold us to be a better version of ourself. You don't need to be a perfectionist to be a successful person. Don't overdo it or else you'll lose every single important person in your life.
I myself is not a perfectionist and I do a lot of mistakes and failures which made me to who I am today. It's ok not to be perfect.

A huge success over Depression.
As we heard the word success, there are many meanings popping out of our minds.Each and everyone of us has different perspective about this word. A single word composed of seven letters which we wanted to achieve in our journey.In our journey, we will travel so far , we will face so many obstacles , we will meet various type of people in all walks of life that will teach us a single or two lessons and ofcourse people wil hurt us, criticize us and turning our heart hard as rock.
**Success** comes in many forms such as when you achieve being the top 1 at school, received so many awards, medals and certificates.
**Success** when you perform well in your favorite sport, receiving the MVP award.
**Success** when you had been diagnosed of having a tumor and the surgeon successfully removed it from you.
**Success** when you just get the answer you want from your lover and you had your marriage and live happily ever after.
**Success** when your first baby was born and it was a normal delivery and the baby don't have any compications.
**Success** when you finally win in a lottery after a long time of being patient in joining spending every single penny.
**Success** when you completed your collection of shoes, bags, cars and many more kind of collections.
**Success** when you gained profit in your first time of trading after a along years of practicing and learning about the tecniques of trading.
**Success** is when you finally found the gold you've been digging your whole life.
So you see those things I mentioned above are the various meaning of success, it can be materialistic, financially , relationship and goals in life but there's one more and it's not included above and that is **being successful emotionally and mentally**.
**Turn of events**
As I took my journey in life I encountered many obstacles but the hardest one was a depression. Some says that it's not true and cannot be seen outside but they don't know that we are fighting inside of us, we're in the middle of a war that anytime it can kill us.
It's not a good experienced having what we called depression. Any moment it can consume you dragging you to the darkest corner of the planet. Many people just ignore this one and not taking it seriously well I'll tell you that it's hell being in a depression state. You're just lucky if you haven't experienced it yet , your lucky if you haven't encountered the biggest and hardest setback of yourlife.
Depression is not a joke. It's real and it can kill. There are several degrees of depression and it depends from one person to another.
Along my battle of depression, my mental state was not stable. I can't think of anything good. Everything I see is not good. I thought that my life was a worthless trash , that I don't deserve to live anymore.
I losed my appetite to eat , I losed my desire to socialize to other people because what's in my mind is that they're just going to judge and criticize me for what I did ,for my mistakes. My mind was in a blank state, not sure what to do next. I'm not certain with my goals in life anymore. I felt that everything was not in the right place, it's like something was missing .
I'm just thankful that my family was there. They joined my battle with depression, they comforted me, tuning in my mental state back again to it's current state. They made me smile, they talked to me , they told me stories when I was a kid. We reminisced the good and happy days . They don't let me alone even for a minute or an hour. My grandmother was always beside me. We cried together just to eased the pain that's been killing me inside for how many months.
Day by day my condition was getting better. I started again to open up the boundaries , letting my feelings out and voice out them to be heard and understand. Everything was going well and finally I don't feel like that I'm lost in the middle of nowhere. My self has surfaced again, stronger and bolder to face and continue my journey again.
You see folks, if you know someone who's suffering from depression , talk to them about the positivity of life and not the negativity of life. Talking to them can help , it can help them to not feel being alone in the darkest corner of their life just like the one I felt.Remind them how great life is , remind them every second that it's worth to live. Encourage them to stand once more and this time they are not alone anymore. You can say , you have me as your friend and we will face them together.
Every single one of you can help someone who is sinking right now. You have the power to lift them up so don't hesitate to take the step.
When you encounter someone having depression , please don't you dare to say to them that it's not real. It's real and it exist , others are just being ignorant. **Treat depression seriously ,it's not a joke.**
**For me overcoming my depressions was a huge success, a success that is worth to remember and to be engrave in my soul that once upon a time in my life I came back from hell. I hope that let's help those who's suffering now to achieve this kind of success.**
**To end this article let me just tell you that your life is worth living. Fight for it and live it to the fullest. Seek God for guidance if you feel like you're taking the wrong path. I know for sure that He will guide you.**

Throwback time:When I was a kid.
Reminiscing the past is such a great thing where we enjoy the things in our life especially when we were still kids. Having a simple life , playing day by day, so innocent and we don't worry over complicated matters.
I got to read the article of ate @bmjc98 where she told us her past experienced when she was still a kid and I had fun reading her article. So here I am making this article and I'm about to share what I did when I was a kid.Hope you will read it till the last sentence folks.
Let's dive into this one friends and if you want to participate in this one, just create something that tells what you did when you was a kid , tells what you want, your ambition,your likes and dislikes, your daily routines back then and many more. I'm sure you have so you can make one too.
Look at that innocent smile, my age here was 6 years old and we just got home from church. I wanna be this kid again that he always smile, worrying nothing in his life.
**When I was a kid, we always buy what we called** ***tupig***, a filipino merienda that you can find along the street or infront of the church. I always cry when they don't buy me one. One is enough, a little bit weird right haha and I'm very happy when they buy a lot. Back then 5 pieces is a lot to me but now that 5 pieces is not enough to satisfy my cravings for tupig. By the way the ingredients of tupig are glutinous rice , coconut milk, muscovocado (dark brown sugar) and strips of young coconut.
**When I was a kid, I cried a lot and losed my appetite to eat when my pet dog died.** He was my first pet and his name was Blackie. Everytime I had a fever back then he used to stay by my side, under my bed. He watched over me until I'm okay. He died of old age. It took time for me to recover and to accept that he was gone. For me , I consider my pet dogs as my own sibling and bestfriend.
**When I was a kid, we used to take a bath in the river beside our home.** The river back then was very clean, it's water was crystal clear, there's a lot of fish and crabs hiding in their holes. We catched fish and crabs while being there. There's a time when I'm about to grab the crab, I didn't catched it and it pinched my fingers instead. I was shocked and I jumped and jumped while screaming because I thought that it would ripped off my fingers haha. It bleed and it was painful but a lesson learned. Don't catch it carelessly or else you'll suffer like hell.
**When I was a kid together with my childhood friend we played bahay-bahayan** or making an improvised house made out of blankets, coconut leaves and it's floor is banana leaves. Like inside a real house there's a role of a father, mother and a child. My role back then was a father. It's an interesting experienced wherein I experienced to be a father at young age, imagine that my age back then was 7 or 8 I think and I'm a father already haha. But there's a great lesson I learned back then and that is the real responsibility of a father .
**When I was a kid I'm interested in snakes** to the point that whenever I see one , I watched it innocently without the feeling of danger. When it moves I'm following it until I lose track of it. I don't know why I'm not scared of snakes. Whenever I see a dead snake, I feel sorry for it.
I have a rule when it comes to snake that if it will not show any aggressiveness, don't hurt it. It's a rule that many people violates, whenever they see a snake they tend to kill it immediately and it's not right because in the first place those snakes are living in the forest and we destroy their homes so it's just natural for them to fine new one.Until now I'm researching about them and I enjoy to watch videos about them.
**When I was a kid I experience being bitten by a dog in my butt.** It happened suddenly when I went to buy ice candy in our neighbors house, he never barked at me when I went there, it was a silent afternoon back then but when I'm about to leave I felt pain and when I looked back there was dog's mouth in my butt with it's teeth in my flesh. That made me cry a lot,it was painful and the owner of the dog was just watching me crying lol. When I got home I told it immediately to my grandma and she rubbed a piece of garlic. Tomorrow morning we went to the municipal health office for me to be injected with anti-rabbies.
That incident gave me a trauma so whenever I go to the store now , I always have a stick for me to use just in case when they will attack me.
**When I was a kid, I accidentally sliced my palm.** I thought I'm gonna die back then because it opened up and I saw my flesh inside of my palm. There's a lot of blood, my right hand already bathed in my own blood. The wound was deep enough for it to leave a scar on my palm. It happened when I'm dugging up a hole with a knife then suddenly may hand slipped and boom my palm was sliced up. Since then I'm being careful in handling sharp objects such as knife and many more.

Pagmasdan mo kaibigan,paligid na kanina'y kayliwanag ay unti unti ng nagdidilim. Mga dahon na kanina'y kulay berde sa ating paningin, ilang minuto nalang ay magiging kulay itim. Oras ay tumatakbo ng kaybilis, walang kapaguran na nadarama.
Dilim ay tuluyan ng sinasakop ang paligid. Huni ng mga palaka'y unti-unti ng naririnig kasabay ng ingay na nagmumula sa kuliglig.Mga ulap na kanina'y kulay puti,ngayon ay tila ba nagluluksa at ito'y naging kulay itim. Tila ba may mabigat na nadarama , na sa anumang oras ay ito'y pakakawalan at babagsak nalang sa lupa.
Temperatura kaninang sobrang init na sadiyang nakakapaso pa sa ating balat. Ngayon, malamig na simoy ng hangin ay dumadampi na sa aking balat na animo'y hinahaplos ang aking pisngi. Kaypresko ng hangin pinapawi nito ang init na nadarama.
Ayan na ang mga patak ng ulan na nag-uunahan na bumagsak mula sa mga ulap na puno ng kalungkutan. Iba't ibang uri ng halaman at puno'y matiyagang nag-aabang sa patak ng ulan na magpapagaan ng kanilang pakiramdam. Kalungkutan na namumuo sa kanilang kaloob-looban dulot ng mga gawaing tao na hindi makatwiran.
Kalangitan na kanina'y kulay asul, ngayon ay sinasakop na ng kadiliman. Paglubog ng araw sa kanluran ay kaygandang pagmasdan.Mga ibon na kanina'y malayang nagliliparan ay sumilong na sa kanilang mga tahanan.

Paningin ko'y nasa malayo na sa tingin ng iba'y isip ko'y nasa ibang mundo. Ngunit sila'y tama sapagkat para bang hindi kona ramdam na ako'y kabilang sa mundong ito. Ang mga tao'y mabilis ang progreso ngunit sa kabila nito'y nawawala na at hindi naisasagawa ang salitang respeto na animo'y kanilang kapwa tao'y para nalang isang bato.
Sa paglalakbay ng aking isip sa ibang mundo, ako'y bumalik sa aking sarili ng may bumulong sa aking tenga. Ito'y mahina lamang ngunit para bang sinusuyod ang kaibuturan ng aking puso.
Ito'y apat na salita lamang ngunit nagawa nitong wasakin ang kadiliman na sumasakop sa aking mundo. " Kaya mo yan anak" itong apat na salitang ito ang nagsindi muli ng liwanag sa gitna ng madilim na mundo.
Luha ko'y pumatak sa aking mga mata na akala ko'y tuluyan ng natuyo. Pakiramdam ko'y gumaan ng tuluyan na tila ba'y kaya kong lumipad sa kalangitan kasabay ng mga ibon na nag-gagandahan.
Laking gulat ko ng aking mapagtanto na ako'y nakangiti. Ramdam ko rin na maryoong nakaakbay sa akin ngunit hindi ko siya makita. Tumindig ang aking mga balahibo, bumilis ang pintig ng aking puso. Alam ko at sigurado ako.
Oh Diyos ko salamat po, mga katagang nabanggit ko pagkatapos ng pangyayaring iyon. Ang liwanag na kanina'y mahina lamang ngayon ay nagliliyab na ito.
Salamat sa Diyos ako'y nakawala at nakalaya na sa kadilimang sumasakop sa aking mundo. Ngayon buo na ang loob ko na tahakin ang paglalakbay na ito kasama ang Diyos na magsisilbing gabay ko.

Days had passed and the cycle that we had are going well as usual.
Then suddenly our creator decided to create another masterpiece, which is you, humans. It started with Adan and Eve, at first our relationship is going smoothly. Years had passed , billion of years had passed , changes after changes, developments after developments, generations after generations. You humans aquired and desired more knowledge about me. Every single seconds, hours, days , months and years you aquired knowledge about me , about what is inside of me , about what is around me and later on you already had the knowledge on how to colonize my kingdom. You desired more and you even tried to robbed everything I have.
Human civilizations had change so much that you even tried to kill me with those harmful chemicals and poisonous gasses that you've been feeding me for how many decades. You've changed too much and you forgot about me. Your desire to explore and aquire everything ate you alive. Those poisons you've been feeding me the whole time are the one's killing you right now. You've changed to the point of abandoning me in the middle of now where.
You realized that I changed also from the beginning but you're not doing anything about it until you've tasted my anger, my wrath and my feelings how sad I am. Oh let me just point out that I didn't changed on my own, you, humans, changed me so much. Let me just enumerate the things you've done to me and to my kingdom.
When you gained the knowledge about moneys and golds, you researched everything on how to robbed this treasures in my womb. You invent those gigantic machineries to invade and penetrate my skin creating huge holes.Oh I forgot to tell you that before you dug those deep and large holes on my skin, you cutted down those guardians of my treasures ,shelters of those various animals and the ones who are responsible giving you a lot of oxygen for you to be able to breathe and live in this planet.
You never stopped until your desire for golds are consuming you . You cutted those tall and large trees just to clear the area for the preparation of mining golds and other treasures residing and sleeping in the deepest part of my womb.
The mountains where those forest with huge trees resides are now being destroyed just to aquire those precious minerals and gems hiding inside those huge rocks. The animals are scared to death whenever you set those gigantic machineries infront of these magnificient forest.
They are crying but the loud sounds coming from those destructive machineries making you deaf, unable to hear their cries.
The ocean that's been there for billions of years, providing you foods to eat such as fish and many more , various forms of marine animals. You throw those deadly dynamites just to catch those innocent fishes and to make profit out of them. Those poisonous substances coming out from those drainage of huge factories and hotels are killing my corals and turning my blue water to black.
You've changed a lot, making the world of human kind to be toxic. You've created those inventions such as cars and many more that produces a lot of carbon dioxide and various type of gases that polutes the air you breathe.As time passes by it seems that you're planning to make more of them for the next generations.
With these kind of doings and behaviours towards my kingdom , you expect me to give and provide you more, my answer to that is it depends upon your future and current actions. I'm grafeful for those humans who have concerns towards my kingdom. I'm thankful for their efforts for keeping and restoring my former state when you humans are not here yet but their efforts are being burried in vain by those selfish humans who only set their eyes for the sake of money ,golds and many more treasures hiding in my domain.
You were created and came into life, I welcomed you with open arms, treated you good and I provided every single things you are using today. Even today I'm still providing what you need for your everyday living. But as you become more advance and advance, your eyes are turning blind,you're ears are becoming deaf and your actions are becoming irresponsible. You're turning into a toxic human with a toxic mind filled with various pollutions that you've created yourself.
There are times that you're getting to my nerves and I express my feelings with those typhoons, heavy rains, strong winds, loud thunder, deadly lightnings, destructive tornadoes,volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and many more natural disasters. Through this anger of mine, I accidentally took lives of innocent humans who did nothing wrong to me. It's not my intention to kill people and take away the lives of your love ones, I apologize for that. I'm hoping that these events will change your minds but it seems it's not enough to make you regret all those mistakes.
I'm just wondering what will happen to you humans if I will be gone for forever. Ohh I know what you are thinking, you will go to other planet but are you sure that you are capable of living in those planets. You're investing a lot of money for the explorations of other planet amd it saddens me so much deeply in my heart that after all those good things I've done to you in the end you will leave me behind and watch me die. I'm not surprise about that because I can see and observe that even now you're just watching me die.
You are busy investing those money into something that you can't bring when you die and turn to ash. Is it possible for my kingdom to recover even now that it's slowly falling apart? Yes, a big yes and you know it a long time ago but you're not doing it. I know you can and some are doing it on their own but let me ask you, are they enough for me to recover to my former state. The answer to that would be no, it can only possible if each and everyone of you will act. Act as soon as possible , time is running furiously and you're running out of time.
Let me ask you a question, how many trees have you planted in your entire existence? Do you care for me? Do you love me?
I hope that you've planted atleast one in your entire existence.I hope that your eyes and ears will be opened for you to see and hear my cry.I hope that you love and care for me.
You know I've been crying for a long time ,how many generations of humans had passed but still you can't hear me. I've been in pain for a long time and I'm slowly dying. You know I'm tired and I'm getting weak day by day. We are both a masterpiece created by thesame creator. I'm hoping that you will come into your senses and do the right thing for my kingdom and also for the human kind.

Hello again folks in all walks of life. How are you doing for this day? I hope you're doing great despite the situations we are in right now. I am here again writing this article for you to read and I know you can relate to this one.
As a kid back then , we've done something that made our childhood awesome and also made our childhood memorable. Ofcourse there are things we've done that made us cry and laugh.
In this one again let me answer random questions about random things and I'm sure you've done some of them and maybe not.
So let's cut this talk now and let's get to the bottom of this article.Hope you will read it.
**Never have I ever cut down a Christmas tree.**
Yes I've cut down a christmas tree before. I don't know if it is a real christmas tree or not but my mom called it like that haha.As a kid back then I'm curious about things such as scissors so what I did is I tried to cut it if it is sharp or not and as expected my mom scolded me.
**Never have I ever sang on a stage.**
Yup I sang on a stage before and it's for the sake of grade in school.It was our performance task or final task for the last grading and even if I don't know how to sing , I practice and practice to come up with a piece. The result was surprisingly amazing haha.I won second place lol.
**Never have I ever been to a pool party.**
Nope, I've never been to a pool party because my parents are very strict back then and they don't want me to attend this kind of activities.Their reason was they don't want me to be in danger.
**Never have I ever thought there might be something hiding in my closet at night.**
Yes when I was a kid haha.I thought that there might be a "aswang" hiding inside. That's what they told me when I will sleep at night.They used that to scare me and for me to sleep early. "Aswang" is some creature who eats human flesh and they are common in stories told by the elders.
**Never have I ever ridden on a school bus.**
Nope, I've never tried this one. There's no school bus here in our town or province. The main transportation here is tricycle , car and jeepney. Tricycle was my ride back then when going to school since I graduated in Grade 12.
**Never have I ever attended a sleepover.**
Yes, I've attended a sleepover back then and not to have some enjoyment together with the friends but to do our research haha. My parents don't want me to attend sleepovers for the reason that we might do somethings crazy haha.
**Never have I ever copied someone else's homework.**
Nope I've never tried to copied someone else's homework but they copied my homework countless times haha. When it comes to answers and homeworks in school I'm very generous.haha. Except for money because I don't have much.
**Never have I ever skipped a class.**
Nope, I've never tried to skipped class. I hate skipping class because it has a lot of disadvantages. Some of my classmates skips class and I feel sorry for them when they missed some quizes.
**Never have I ever lied to my teacher about homework.**
Nope, I've never tried to lied about my homework to my teacher. Because as we all know lying is not something to be executed and it can bring so many consequences.
**Never have I ever visited a haunted house.**
Yes together with my classmates. We visited a haunted house and I felt that there's something in there.Real talk, I don't know if you visited one before. I had goosebumbs, from head to toe. and according to the history of the house, the owner of the house has been raped and killed by it's caretaker.
**Never have I ever forgotten my homework.**
Yup, I've experienced this one before but I did it in school, reccess time just to make sure that I have a homework for that subject because our teacher is very strict when it comes to homeworks.
**Never have I ever had to see the school nurse.**
Yes, I've experienced to see the school nurse before because of my tooth ache and my teacher before was very worried about me. Another one was when I had a fever. Back then even when I had a fever, I still attend to school because I don't want to missed a single lesson.
**Never have I ever played on a school sports team.**
Yes , especially in Intrams. I belong to the volleyball boys club before and every intrams we played. My position is middle blocker.
**Never have I ever gone camping with my family.**
I've never done this before but I want to try it with my family. It's just look so memorable when you hang out with your family in a camp.
**Never have I ever been scared on an amusement park ride.**
Yes and you'll laugh at me when you saw my state back then.We ride a ferris wheel before and I was scared to death because it was my first time. When the ride stopped, my body was very cold like a corpse haha and I look pale, my lips are dried.haha
**Never have I ever hurt myself at school.**
Yes, I've experienced hurting my self in school when we had our game (Volleyball)with another school in our campus. It was my face,my fingers and ankle. It hurts like hell especially the ankle and fingers but I don't regret it because I love playing volleyball.

About the tooth ache yesterday, the pain is gone now, it all thanks to the tigbir fruits I boiled and used it to rinsed my mouth.Tigbir fruit is known for it's anti-microbial properties and also perfect for easing the pain.

Yes, I've eaten foods that I raised such as ducks,chickens and fish in our mini fishpond.Raising ducks and chickens have so many advantages in your ends.You can assure those meats and fish you eat are safe and clean.

I've experienced this one already when I was a kid. My cousins made fun of me, as a kid back then I love pancakes so what they did was they put a Taiwanese Chilli inside of it. I ate it without knowing that there's a chilli inside the pancake. I cried a lot back then, my tongue and throat was really burning even I eat sugar, still it's burning.
Never have I ever found a hair from someone else in my food.
This happened a lot especially in school canteen and I don't really like it .Well who likes to eat someone's hair anyway. Experiencing this pissed me off countless times.
Never have I ever gone from hating a food to loving it.
I have and it was a bitter gourd. When ai was a kid I really hate eating bitter foods. It's just like I can't swallow it but when I learned it's health benefits, now I'm loving it, especially with eggs.
Never have I ever eaten the exact same meal for three or more days in a row.
Yes, when we went to a camping for boys scout. Imagine having a meal such as hotdogs , eggs and bitter gourd with eggs for 1 week. Well even if it's like that I'm thankful that I'm able to eat 3 times a day, others out there they can't.

I never experienced this one and it's not cool to eat something you don't like just to impress a girl. So lame.

I've tried it once when we went to Zambales and went to a restaurant in a mall there where you can eat all you can. It's a nice experienced but it can trigger the devil tongue of others to judge you for eating a lot.

I've eaten a lot of street foods.Especially when after class back then, the vendors are just beside the gate. Street foods such as kikiam, fishball, kwek-kwek, one-day old, shanghai and many more.

Yup when I drunk a lot back then and it's not a great experienced lol. That's why when I'm drinking now, I control it.When my limitations has been reached, I immediately stop and sleep.

I never tried this one but I want to try it. I see this sake countless time in anime.I'm curious if it is strong.haha.
Never have I ever drank so much I couldn't remember everything the next day.
This one already happened to me before haha and as the question said I couldn't remember what I did but my lola told me anyway and it's embarassing haha. I cried like a child and all the stuffs are falling down from my nose. my ghadd.

This was the first I've tasted when we had a Christmas party at the resort back then.My classmates was curious how it taste like so they bought one. I'm not really drinking back then but they teased me for being KJ (Kill joy ) so for the first time of my life I've tried to drink liquor.

Hi folks, how are you? Since I can't concentrate to think of a worthy topic to be discuss in my article for today because of tooth ache. My mind now is all mix up because of the pain and I don't want having this kind of pain.I already taken pain killers to ease the pain and also boiled some tigbir fruits for rinsing.

I never experience this one but my cousins did this to me everytime they are here.They just love to make fun of me.When I get some water then when I'll come back and see my plate, my ulam has gone already, especially when it's chicken meat .

I've tried this already especially when our dish is adobo or fried fish. As a simple young boy who live in a province and a Ilokano, we normally do this but first and foremost wash your hands thoughrouly.

Yes, I've eaten from a food truck before. In our town, there's a food truck infront of the church who sells siomai and it's called " Leonardo's siomai".

I've tried it countless time in my childhood and I don't know why I can't resist eating sugar only.But according to research, sugar can be addictive just like drugs so I stop it.

Yes, I have plant beside our house called Alatiris . It's more like cherry and I love eating it's fruits. Beside from it's easy to get , I also found out that it have so many health benefits that can prolong one's life. So if you haven't try it yet , you bettet try it.

Yes, back then in my childhood we are being told to try the fruits of a certain tree called Tagumbaw and upon tasting it we suddenly feel dizzy and severe stomach ache.As a kid we don't know if it is edible or not.

Nope , I haven't tried it yet and I will never try it because who wants to eat someone else's half eaten food anyway. It doesn't sound great.

Yes , a durian but despite it's smell , it's surprisingly delicious. I don't know if you can stand the smell but just ignore it. The one your eating is the flesh not the smell anyway.

Yes I've eaten a snake meat before when I was a kid and that was the snake we caught in our small poultry.It's meat was delicious and it's one favorite as exotic food.

First let's talk about our kidneys.
Kidneys is one of the most important organs in our body. It is a pair of bean shaped organ that is located behind our belly. It's size is 4 to 5 inches long and it's size may be compared to your fist.

It's awesome right, a bussy buddy who is working hard all day just to make sure that our blood is in good condition. It also control the fluid balance in our body and responsible also in keeping the right levels of electrolytes in our body.
Whatever passes through our kidneys are being filtered by million tiny filters called nephrons. All the waste filtered here are turned into urine which we excrete out from our body when we pee.
All of that functions are being executed by these cute bean shaped organ in our body.
So how can we maintain these kidneys in a good condition most of the times. We all learned in our elementary days that water is essential to our kidneys and we have been taught to drink a lot of water not only to make our kidneys in good shape but also to keep the other organs in our body to function properly. Also we have been taught to take cautions on what we put inside our body especially on what we drink.
In that part I've failed to follow that lessons and I've suffered the consequences. When I was still young around the ages of 9-13, I love to drink softdrinks and salty foods, junk doods. I'm not fond of drinking a lot of water back then and that mistake made my kidneys to fail and made me to suffer to what we called **Kidney stones and UTI( Urinary track infection)**
Kidney stones are like small pebbles that can form in inside your kidneys. They are usually made from salt and minerals. These small stones are forming when our body has too much minerals and lack of fluids especially water.
Symptoms of this one might not show unless the stones will move around your kidneys. As for me the symptoms have shown and I'm in a severe pain. Intense pain in my back, below my ribs, in my lower abdomen. I felt pain when I pee, the burning feeling and my pee is color yellowish to brownish. I felt that I need to pee all the time but when I'm about to pee there's no pee coming out. I had high fever. I'm not able to sleep because of the pain in my back.
I think that it's just a normal pain but when I'm not able to handle it anymore, we went to a doctor and found out that I had kidney stones. The doctor conducted some examinations of my blood and urine. She also recommend me to have an ultrasound of my kidneys. I had my ultrasound the next day and it's my first time to experienced it. When I'm having the ultrasound I'm praying that it's not that serious.
We came back to the doctor and gave her the result and thanks God that it's nothing serious. The stones are not visible at all and it can be cure with antibiotics and by drinking a lot of water.She also lectured me to eat food containing calcium because lack of calcium is also one factor in developing kidney stones.
Since then I drink a lot of water, avoided junk foods and sofdrinks. As simple as drinking a lot of water we can prevent this kind of conditions that can put us into a lot of pain and endanger our kidneys.
Here are the benefits of drinking water.
👉Water is essential to our Kidneys and all our organs in our body.
👉It can lubricate our joints to avoid joint pains.
👉It forms saliva which is responsible for digestion of the foods we consume.
👉It also helps to delivers oxygen through out our body together with our blood.
👉It boost the skin to become health and prevent skin disorders.
👉It can also helps our brain to function to its best .
👉Water is the most important substance needed for our body to excrete all the waste not need in our body.
👉It can help the blood to not become thick and cause to increase blood pressure causing many complications.
So you see by only drinking a lot of water it have so many benefits already. Folks, don't ever ever forget this important thing. It can save your life just like on how it save my kidneys.

Burning Compassion.
First of all let me ask you what is compassion all about?
According to merriam webster dictionary it is a feeling of wanting to help someone who is sick, hungry, in trouble, etc.
Upon learning what compassion mean is it has to start in yourself. Being compassionate to yourself is the first step before you can be compassionate towards others. With some realizations of my life I think my compassion towards others is more stronger than my compassion for myself.

Last wednesday my cousin together with his mom visited us and they stayed here two nights. They just went home yesterday afternoon. Everytime they come here , his mother call me to carry him when they're about to cross the rice field. The reason for that is my cousin is too heavy for my aunt to carry when they walk in the farm embankment.
A little trivia this is what a farm embankment is. The little portion of land that devides the ricefield.
His mom called me last wednesday to carry him and as I carry him I noticed his feet, it's skin is peeling off , dry and have cracks.I feel sorry for him , my heart hurts when I see his feet like that.
For the information of everybody my cousin is 3 years old and a 3 years old can walk on his own right. I know that you are wondering why his mom carry him all the way and I carry him it is because my cousin have this what we called Club foot which hinders him to walk as a normal person. So what is a **club foot ,**

He can walk but most of the times he crawls and it saddened me. Deeply in my heart I want to help him. I want to take him to a doctor to see his condition. As I search the internet for medical solutions in this kind of condition is that it can be operated and turn it to normal but it cost a lot.
His mother is a housewife and sometimes she do laundry for others and they pay her around 150 to 300 pesos or aproximately 3 to 7 dollars. His father is a construction worker who works very hard in order to provide the needs of his family.
His sister is here living with us and he's very happy to see her and able to play with her. He's so energetic and he's doing his best to act as a normal person with a normal feet. We play together, I carry him on my back and run. He loves it very much. He always laugh with us . Sometimes when he talks about something , he's talking like an old man which making us laugh. For a 3 years old , he's very talkative. He knows a lot for a 3 years old. He's smart.
Sometimes he say's to me " kuya nagsakit tuy sakak" " my feet hurts" and hearing that from him makes me wanna cry. I can't bear to see him like that and my burning compassion saying to me that I need to do something.
Sometimes I buy milk for him and also foods, fruits and clothes. That's the best I can do for him now. When they're short on budget , her mother calls me and borrow money. I lend some not that much and I'm telling her to not pay me back , just get it and spend it for her son and their needs. All the money that I lend to her comes from Noise.cash and from my savings.
Since I found readcash, he's also one of my inspiration to do my best here. Once I gather enought funds, I will bring him to a doctor and pay for his operation. I just don't want his smile to fade away and belittle his self when he grows up. This world is a dangerous place for the likes of him. They may bully him when he went to school and I don't want him to exeperience any of that.
I'm planning to fund his future operation. It may took long but knowing that there's a possibility to turn his feet to normal is a big hope for me and especially for him. It maybe expensive but what most important is to help him to experience normal life without being judge by the selfish tongues of monsters living in this planet.
His birthday is this coming August and I'm planning to buy him a present with my earnings here.Hopefully bch prize will not be bloody when the time comes.

It's nice to go back in time where you experienced good memories with friends or our classmates who really appreciate and value us. What a wonderful memory, isn't it? Times when we venture to achieve the success we hope for. Despite the trials we experienced there are also happy memories that gave us joy and let us get rid of loneliness temporarily.

First of all, I want to wish you a Happy Moving Up ceremony! Our High school life is coming to an end. From grade 8 to grade 10 we became classmates. We always ate together in the classroom in lunch. So many beautiful and happy memories stuck in my heart and mind. You know, you are a quiet classmate. You are a kind, friendly, modest haha, and a responsible friend.
You know I miss the times we spend together in class, we are united in everything we do, always share exam answers even if there is a teacher haha. Those are the letters given to me by my classmates back then when we had our Moving Up ceremony. They prepared letters for all of us but I'm not aware of it so I don't have any letters for them my bad huhu.
As I clean my treasure box ( mahiwagang baul haha) I saw these letter covered in dust so I clean them up and read them once again.
While reading these letters , the memories are coming back and it's making me to smile while reading them and my lola said " ohh tumatawa kana naman jan , ano na naman mga yan , love letters no" and I said yes they are and my cousin "uyyy.lumalablayp si kuya " haha.
I'm glad that I keep these letters and now I'm making an article out of it. I'm thankful for these letters for they serve as a reminder to me that I've done well in my Highschool life.

A Bandit Steals A Fairy's Heart: Part 2
After what happened to Alice, Leo don't know what to do with her. She can't speak and she's sweating like corn grains. This made Leo very nervous.
**Leo's POV**
Ohh man, what is happening to her. She suddenly can't speak. Why's that. Maybe she is sick.
After 20 minutes Alice is finally able to speak. What she found out in Leo's mind just shocked her and made her to space out. She didn't expect to learn the true motives of Leo.
" What you're thinking will not gonna happen I think." **Alice said to Leo with a sad look in her face.**
"What are you talking about Alice, did you just read my mind to find out what I'm thinking" **Leo replied.**
"Yes, I read your mind and found out what you wanted me to do. I really think it's impossible because you're a human and I'm a fairy. There's no record in history that a human with a fairy live together and form a family...You want me to be your bride and I don't think I can do it." **Alice answered while she turned back.**
Leo is very shocked that she really read his mind. And Alice's statement made him a little sad. But Leo is very persistent and he really wants Alice to be her bride and wife one day. He get closer to Alice. and hug her tightly
" How did you do that? You're really amazing and it makes me to like you more. If you're saying that there's not a single record in history about a human and a fairy to be together then why don't we make one in history. I'm sure it will work. I don't know what is this feeling burning inside me dictating me to steal your heart and I can't resist it. I'm in love with you even you're very scary...Just kidding but I really like you..Please give me a chance Alice." **Leo said while hugging Alice.**
Alice wants to free from the hug of Leo but it's very tight. Alice tried her best but she can't. Since she can't understand her feelings. For the first time she felt that she's so important. Even she and Leo met only for the first time. She can't explain it. So she let Leo hug her a little longer.
"Leo, if you really love me. You're gonna stay here for the rest of your life and bear also the responsibity of protecting this forest." **Alice murmured.**
"That's what I planned since the first time I fell inlove with you. I can be with you for the rest of my life as long as I am breathing since I don't have a family outside this forest anymore." **Leo replied with a teary eyes.**
Leo's life was a not great since he was child. His mother and father are alcoholic and they spend their money in gambling making them to broke. Until they don't have enough food and decided to throw Leo in the street to lessen their burden. Leo grow up on the street , he became homeless, he became a beggar . With the harsh life on the street he became a bad guy when he grew up into a man. He dicided to become a bandit and accept jobs from rich people if they want to beat someone or teach lessons.
After hearing these words of Leo , Alice hope burns up again for she experienced being alone for almost a hundred years and finally she will not be alone anymore. Alice tears falls down because of the happiness she's feeling right now. Alice faced Leo while crying and hug him tightly.
" Thank you Leo for making me happy. I've been lonely for a hundred years and finally I can be free from that curse. Now I can have someone who I can depend on when the world is against me. Thank you for giving me hope again to be happy. You don't know how I'm happy right now." **Alice said while crying.**
" It's ok now, My queen , you will not be alone anymore. I will stay by your side forever as long as I live. From this moment , you can depend and count on me to lighten up the burden on your shoulder. Courting you is not necessary anymore because now that you let me in to your heart I can now court you forever." **Leo said with a big smile on his face.**
Leo take the chance to lift up her head and their lips touch each other.
After that confession to each other. Leo and Alice are having the best life inside the forest.With this union of a fairy and a human, it makes a bridge in order for the relationship of fairies and humans to be at peace at last. Both of them explained to humans the cirsumstances in getting the fountain of youth and this made the humans regret what they did in the past, especially their ancestors.

In a world where humans and fairies both exist but not having a good relationship between each other because of some conflict. But is it possible for them to be at peace? Let's find out.
**Alice's POV**
**Such fragile, fleeting creatures humans are, at the same time so deceitful , so wretch, as well as foolish and violent. Yet my friends had gone off with this humans. My brother throw his role as the Fairy King of this forest to look for them and bring them back and hasn't return yet. I protected this forest in his instead all by myself within those seven hundred years.**
Alice is looking at the fountain of youth with a sad face.
Fountain of youth is the heart of Fairy Kings Forest , it has the ability to make anyone who drink this immortal. It was guarded by the Holy saint which is Alice. Alice is the sister of the Fairy King who protects the forest from aggressive humans. This fountain of youth has been attracting many greedy and violent humans. These humans had tried many attempts in aquiring this fountain of youth but they failed many times.
**She stand up and flew a bit while looking at the vast greenery space of the forest.**
*"The sky is ominous, could this be an omen of sort?"* **Alice**
**While looking up at the sky with that question, on the other hand, a human is climbing the sacred tree and heading for the fountain of youth.**
This man is singing while climbing the huge tree. *" A lick lets you live ten years longer🎶, a swallow lets you live a hundred years longer. 🎶Drink it all and you will live forever".🎶*
**He climb and climb and climb , he's very happy because after a long time he can now drink the fountain of youth and will be able to live forever.**
This man name is Leo , he's a bandit who wants to aquire the fountain of youth in order to gain immortality.
**Alice heard the loud voice of Leo and look at the stem of sacred tree . There he is.**
*" How long has it been since the last time a human tries to climb up here and aquire the fountain of youth. A hundred years perphaps."* **Alice**
**Finally, Leo reach the top of the sacred tree where the fountain of youth is. He's tired but looking at the fountain of youth makes him the happiest person and all the tiredness is gone.**
*" Ohh he's alone. How unusual to see a human alone and will try to get the fountain of youth."* **Alice**
**Alice is just looking at him and observing him. Waiting for his next move.**
*" Woah..that was a hell of a journey climbing up here, but wait why there's no holy saint guarding the fountain of youth. Curse those old people. They're just exaggerating the story about this one."* **Leo**
**He's about to walk towards the fountain when he bumps into something then looks down and he saw a little girl in a white dress.**
*"I'm the holy saint who guards the fountain of youth and I'm right in front of you since you arrived here"* **Alice**
**Upon hearing this ,Leo's eyes turns big and he's restraining his laugh then he ask.**
*" Huh..What did you say missy? Did you get lost in here little girl? Where are your parents? . How come that you're guarding this fountain when you're just a little girl with a tiny body."* **Leo says this while laughing.**
*" How dare you to say that? Are you insulting me? I'm telling you the truth and if you don't believe me, maybe I'll do something for you to believe it. huh."* **Alice**
*"Woahhh ...really little girl. Okay then, let see what a little body like that can do."* **Leo while smiling at her.**
**He's about take a step forward when Alice raise her hand and a strong force of wind blew up Leo, pushing him out of the sacred tree and falls down.**
*" Waaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh. I'm gonnnna dieeee. Are you crazyyy..What did she just do?..I'm fallllinggg downnnn."* **Leo shouting while in midair.**
**Leo falls downs from the sacred tree and Alice is watching him struggling while in midair.**
*"It's alright. Even if you gonna die, you can continue living as a part of this forest. A fertilizer"* **Alice with a smile on her face.**
**Leo is near the ground and about to hit it when a large mushroom appeared and that saves him from death. He thanks the mushroom.**
**Leo's POV**
**That was crazy and dangerous man. That bitch is trying to kill me. It happened in an instant and it seems that she's telling the truth because who in the world can do something like that. That was cool man aside from being deadly. I think that little gir is the real deal , she's scary but kinda cute. If I will not be able to steal that fountain of youth maybe I can steal her heart instead. I think I'm inlove with her. Is this what they called First love at first sight. Ohh come on Leo wake up , what you're thinking will not gonna happen. First , you're a human and she's a fairy. You're incompatible with each other. Ok then I think I will focus on getting that fountain of youth.**

**Leo climb up again at the sacred tree and upon reaching the top, Alice were shocked upon seeing Leo bring alive.**

**Why is this human still alive after falling from that height. It should not be. He's just a human unless he's a demon. No , it can't be. Demons are wiped out by the Goddesses a long time ago.**
**She's looking at Leo when she noticed that he is smiling at him. Alice pissed off. Leo is about to say something when Alice raise her hand again creating a strong wind pushing Leo out of the sacred tree. Leo falls down and luckily, he falls downs to a river making him alive again.**
**This kind of scenario happened many times until both of them are tired.**
*" What's the deal with you? You're falling but you're not dying. Are you a demon? Huh, Answer me."* **Alice asked him while breathing heavily.**
*"That should be my line. What's the matter with you. You just keep on killing me with that strong wind. It's scary man."* **Leo answered while breathing heavily also.**
*" What's with that answer. It didn't answer my question, you idiot*" **Alice replied.**
*"I'm just trying to be friend with you since you're alone here and lonely. That's what I'm trying to say but before I can even speak you create that dangerous wind to kill me."* **Leo murmered.**
**Alice heard it even it's not that loud and began to wonder.**
*" Huh..I thought you're trying to steal the fountain of youth to gain immortality just like the other humans before so I'm just trying to protect it from thieves like you."* **Alice shouted.**
*" Damn! You should ask before doing something dangerous like that. I nearly died everytime I fall , I'm just lucky that everytime I'm about to hit the ground , a miracle happens"* **Leo replied**.
**Alice has a lot of question in her mind again.**
*" Why the forest would save a human like you.It should not be. Humans are dangerous creature. Violent and greedy"* **Alice murmured.**
*"You see, a bird down there explained to me that if I drink the fountain of youth, the whole forest will withered and will die forever. So I lost interest in drinking it after I learned that. There's no point in becoming immortal if this beautiful forest will be gone because of my selfishness."* **Leo explained**.
**Alice have the ability to tell wether a human is lying. So she look into Leo's soul and found out that he's telling the truth.**
*"That's weird. Really weird. I nearly killed him without knowing the truth. What a shame."* **Alice whispered**.
**After that she feel ashamed of herself doing that to him.**
*" Now you know , Don't worry about it. Don't think it too much besides I'm fine. My goal now has change I want to be friends with you since you're lonely. I want to know you more. And by the way I'm Leo, a bandit."* **Leo says with a smile on his face.**
**Alice read his soul again and he's really telling the truth.**
*" Uhmmm..Sorry. I really mean it Leo. I will do anything for you. So that's your name , my name is Alice by the way. I'm really suprised that there's a human like you. Nice to meet you."* **Alice replied** **while looking down.**
**Leo walks towards her and he put his face near Alice's face while she's looking down. When Alice is about to lift up her head, she suddenly startled because Leo's face is so near to her face, it's just a matter of inch before their lips to touch each other. That makes her to blush and feel shy.**
*" Really? You'll do anything for me. Uhmmm let me think."* **Leo stated it with a big smile in his face.**
**Alice became so nervous after hearing it then it came to her mind that she have another ability to read minds. So she read the mind of Leo to learn what's he thinking. After learning what Leo is thinking. Her body temperature increases ,making her to sweat like corn grains. There's a butterfly flying in her stomach.Her heart beats furiously.**
*" Hey , are you okay Alice . You're bathing in sweat."* **Leo panicked after she saw Alice.**
**Alice can't speak.Even if she wants to. It seems her voice is gone.**
This makes Leo really nervous and he don't know what to do...
