How to know that l got penalties?

Good day to you, I would like to ask if I'm on penalty. My points didn't move at all yesterday. I'm just new here so I still don't understand a lot of things. There's only a few people who read my work. And I'm not commenting much because I'm not good at it. I don't have any other accounts and I'm sure I'm not in any upvoting groups. Hmm... I do upvote articles that seem interesting to me... Upvoting groups... Nah, I don't believe I am in any of that... But I do know users I invited here and they upvote my contents from time to time... But i also know non of my contents are bad and not upvote deserving...

With these new update now I guess you guys @Read.Cash are discouraging upvotes because now we can barely tell how we would fall into this trap. Personally I don't think I would even upvote any one again since I don't know if I would fall into this trap doing so.

I know I am no longer active here on read.cash because I am working on my own project, but I do like the contents here from some users and upvoting them is a way to show appreciation... But telling me I would be penalized for doing so doesn't really sound nice.

We also now apply a virtual users fairness multiplier. If you have two accounts each of them would be getting half of the points it should have got. If you have three each gets a third. If you have more you'll get much-much less...

For this , i don't actually understand it because earlier in your posts (update in the welcome post) you made mention that multiple accounts are acceptable due to the topic difference you might want to write on but it has to follow specific rules . Don't upvote something just because you know the author. Don't upvote because somebody in a Telegram/Facebook/whatever group told you to upvote it in exchnage for your upvote. Upvote only stuff that is worthy.

I saw a lot of people having a lot of upvotes even how poorly written their article is and most of all even nonsense and they even complain how low their points here while me, I get low points but I never complain. They just sounds like they want more everyday and they're making readcash a money harvesting site!

What a good job the platform is doing, it is in bad taste what they do, there are writers that their articles are good and only one person is the one who votes in favor, the writers must be encouraged, I did not know about this, but for money they do things that are not honest.

I brought out one of these groups in my article few days ago to the notice everyone. Though personally I don't think I have any connections with any group doing upvote for upvote, my points stops moving for almost a week. It was yesterday that I started receiving points once again.
