Some of your children have asked you when they see Santa Claus walking, why is he walking around here, if he goes out at night with his sleigh at the North Pole? Te haz comido una hallaca?. Pues ya falta poco para el 24 de diciembre y aún no.me he comido la primera, si Dios quiere, tendre los ingredientes para realizarla el 23 de diciembre y tener en la mesa mi hallaca, acompañada de ensalada, pan y su respectivo jugo o refresco. Cabes destacar que es una tradición este plato, espero puedas tenerla en casa.

Fanáticos del Fútbol en Plaza el Encuentro en Barquisimeto. Y la fiebre del fútbol está en todos lados, acá pueden ver como las personas ven el partido de fútbol de Argentina vs Croacia en pantalla gigante al aire libre, la euforia estaba presente en el lugar, no les importo el sol, algunos de pie, otros sentados en el suelo, solo por ver la hazaña ese día 13 de diciembre a las 3:00pm de la tarde, finalizó el juego a las 5:00pm, llevándose los aplausos, viva el equipo argentino. Aproveche de tomar unas fotos con mis dos hijas, la plaza está muy bonita, se encuentra licalizada en Calle 25 entre carrera 18 y 19 en Barquisimeto estado Lara-Venezuela.

El niño Jesús ha visitado tu hogar?, pues en la comunidad donde vivo está en que una vecina desde ayer, lo vienen a buscar hoy a las 2:00pm para llevarlo nuevamente a la iglesia Divina Pastora acá en Barquisimeto estado Lara-Venezuela. Ha sido una experiencia bonita porque mis hijas lo vieron y se emocionaron tanto, se canto la canción niño lindo, dos niños tocaban sus cuatros, a la actividad navideña fueron 6 mujeres y 4 niños.

La navidad llego a mi hogar, me dispuse a armar el árbol, adornarlo, colocándole las bambalinas de colores, y una cadena de pepitas doradas y verdes, además de una cinta roja, le agregue por último las luces y así quedo. Tengo tiempo que no escribo por acá, por las diversas ocupaciones que he tenido, intentando ponerme al día con todo, deseando que todo marche bien, se hace cuesta arriba cuando lo que deseas no depende de ti, solo de los designios de Dios, a esto es que me refiero mi abuela tiene 98 años de edad, ya empieza a tener olvido, aparte le ocurre otras cosas, que cuando se lleva al médico dicen que es por la edad, no quisiera que algún día me deje, solo pido a Dios hágase su voluntad y que me de valor para aceptarla.

La esperanza del Caracol. Érase una vez, una playa hermosa y grande. A ella, iban los adultos y los niño a bañarse y a jugar,  también, se diviertían  viendo el tamaño de las olas. En esa bella playa, sobre una roca, vivía un caracol que era muy alegre. En ocasiones le gustaba caminar y observar el paisaje. Otras veces, recolectaba un poco de agua para sentir su frescura,  oía los cuentos de los peces y subía a dormir sobre la roca. Resultó que un día, el caracol, quedó dormido profundamente y no se dio cuenta de lo que sucedía. Percibio un sonido muy fuerte como una detonación. Y dijo que pasa?, el estaba nervioso. Nadie le contesto, posteriormente comenzó a darle vueltas todo.  Una ola inmensa lo llevaba y lo traía. Pudo escuchar que  alguién decía es una tormenta, corran a resguardarse en un lugar seguro. Mientras tanto, el caracol intentaba agarrarse de alguna roca, pero su esfuerzo fue ineficaz. Le llegó una gran ola, y lo elevó bien lejos, rodando a lo más profundo. Desde ese momento, empezó a estar rodeado de oscuridad. La ola lo había enterrado en la arena. Pensaba que voy a hacer, aquí nadie me escucha, estoy triste... Pasaron los días y nada que ocurría,  no podía caminar, ni escuchar el ruido del mar, ni ver el vuelo de los pájaros. Sólo queda, seguir esperando a que alguien me encuentre, y poder salir de esta cueva oscura. Lo que voy a hacer, será cantar y tener paciencia y pensamiento positivos, para que mi estadía aquí sea placentera. No voy a perder la esperanza, no será hoy, pero sucederá el milagro de ver la luz,nuevamente, muy pronto. Pasaron los meses, y llegó el día que dos niños, andaban por la playa buscando caracoles. La Consigna era agarrar los caracoles más bonitos. Procedieron a escarbar en lo profundo de la arena, cuando uno de los niños, le dijo al otro, encontré un caracol. Al verlo le dice ese no, está sucio, viejo. Espera que pase la ola y verás mejor. Mira ve, es bello, Oyes?... Colócatelo  en el oído.  Puedes escuchar las olas y los secretos que esconde el mar, nos cuenta de los peces y de los barcos que están por pasar... Este es mi caracol, desde ese instante, el caracol comenzó a vivir con el niño en su habitación. El caracol dio gracias a Dios por hacerse realidad el milagro, de que el niño lo encontrara.No perdi mi fe,y mi esperanza, nunca murió, tuve seguridad y confianza que llegaría el día, y así fue. Ahora, estoy con mi amigo en su casa. Todas las noches, lo deleito, parezco una cajita de música.  Le cantó canciones, continuamente de sonidos del mar, y de los animales que hay en él. Le  comentó historias de piratas, y sucesos dados al niño, que me encontró un día en la playa cuando todo era oscuridad para mí.

There are people who try to convince with their arguments of what is right and wrong, according to their ideology, by not doing it in a subtle way, it causes discontent and many of the times, they get upset because they do not achieve their purpose. According to 1 John 5: 1-2 it relates: "Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God and everyone who loves the begotten also loves the one who has been begotten by him. In this we know that we love God's children when we love God and keep his commandments ". If we are all brothers in Christ as the Bible establishes and we love God, we have to comply with what is written. He considered that the behaviors generated should not exist, since they claim to do God's will and claim to fully comply with his commandments. In Saint Matthew 5:22 he states: “But I tell you that whoever is angry with his brother will be guilty of judgment; and whoever says: Fool, to his brother, will be guilty before the council; and whoever says to him: Fatuo, will be exposed to hell fire. La perseverancia de Amilsú el creador del árbol de Araguaney.      Desde que llegó el hombre a la tierra, no ha sido fácil para él. Ha tenido que vencer  obstaculos con perseverancia, amor y tolerancia, aparte de otros valores que han ayudado también.      Cada día el individuo se debe fijar  metas, y  cumplirlas con  constancia. Acá en esta publicación, te darás cuenta como este personaje de la historia lo logra.       Años atrás existió un cacique llamado Vacumachí, vivía en una tribu indigena con una gran extensión de tierras. Este amaba a las aves y a los árboles del lugar, pero pensaba que a  la vegetación le faltaba color, además de otras plantas.      Pasaron los días y Vacumachí  pidio hablar con Amilsú, miembro  de la comunidad que se encargaba de realizar trabajos de pintura.  Acércate deseo que realices un dibujo para mí.       Llegó el joven Amilsú  a  dónde estaba el cacique y le expresó: -      ¿ Que desea que realice para usted Gran Vacumachí?. El cacique dijo:  -Me dibujaras un hermoso árbol.  Amilsú le contesto:  -¿ Qué deseas que tenga el árbol.? -  Quiero que sea diferente a los árboles que hay en la comunidad respondió Vacumachi. Amilsu le respondió: -Necesito tiempo para dibujar y pintarlo. Vacumachí le expreso: -Sólo dos días para crear el árbol.      Amilsú se fue y empleo los días dado en la construcción del árbol, en ese tiempo no se supo nada.Luego al tercer día, apareció ante Vacumachí y le dijo, espero te guste mí trabajo.      Había utilizado de lienzo para pintar la superficie de un tronco grueso y pequeño. En el pinto un árbol cuyas ramas eran largas y sus hojas de menor tamaño. _ El cacique miró la obra fijamente y le preguntó cómo lo creaste?  Amilsú le respondió: - Estuve en el bosque que está próximo a la tribu, de el obtuve diferentes hojas de árboles y raíces. Separe las hojas de las raíces, utilice un mortero para desmenuzar las hojas, añadí agua de la mezcla logre sacar el color verde y pinté las hojas del árbol.       Para el tronco y las ramas hice el mismo procedimiento, machaque las raíces, incorporé agua y obtuve el color marrón y pinté el tronco y las ramas del árbol. Vacumachi le contestó: - Se ve Amilsú que le dedicaste tiempo al dibujo, pero  el árbol qué hiciste le falta color.   El joven Amilsú le dijo: - Puede darme Gran Vacumachí  otros días más por favor. El cacique le respondió: - Si, tienes cuatro días más.       Amilsú se fue otra vez .Regresó al quinto día, era la segunda vez que volvía a estar ante la presencia del cacique.       Le llevó otra pintura, en el había un árbol con las hojas de color verde pálido y el tronco de color marrón. Ojalá este árbol le agradé, Vacumachí miraba el dibujo y se quedo pensando,  movía la ceja de un lado a otro y le dijo qué procedimiento realizaste Amilsú? -Tuve que ir más lejos de la comunidad, incorporé otros elementos como las piedras, las rayé unas con otras y saqué un polvo oscuro, pude pintar el tronco y las ramas. Con el pasto de lugar lo desmenucé y uní con otras hierbas, forme una mezcla de color verde y pinté las hojas del árbol.  Vacumachí respondió: -       Te haz  esforzado Amilsú, pero el árbol no es bello.      Amilsú al escuchar lo que dijo el cacique se puso triste, no pudo dejarlo alegre. Vacumachí se percató que el joven se sentía mal, por no lograr lo que él quería y le expresó: -AmiIsú, tendrás una semana más para traer lo que quiero, no abrá más prórroga. Se fue de la tribu, ya era el tercer viaje que hacía.       Al pasar la semana, apareció al día siguiente, ante la presencia del cacique, traía una cobija blanca. Vacumachí  le dijo:      - Amilsú  ¿Con qué me vas a sorprender?      Amilsú abrió la cobija, en el centro de ella estaba pintado un árbol con muchas flores amarillas, parecían oro en trocitos. Escasamente se apreciaba el tronco y la rama de color marrón oscuro. Vacumachí le pregunto: -Me puedes decir como lo pintaste? Amilsú le respondio:     - Tuve que ir al monte que está cerca de aquí, y vi un animal era un venado. Él se me acercó y conversó conmigo.   Yo le platiqué del porque estaba en el bosque. Me respondió, súbete sobre mí, te voy a ayudar.       Recorrimos un buen trayecto,  pasamos por valles secos,  bosque sin iluminación y por pequeño ríos hasta que se llegó a un cerro. Allí paramos, llovía fuerte y había un viento enorme.      De la nada,aparecio Bribasú, el Dios de los vientos.  Tenía conocimiento de lo que yo quería.      Me expreso, no te preocupes, montate en mi espalda, te llevaré a dónde está el arcoiris y de él obtuve los colores, el cual elegí el amarillo para las flores. Luego me fui con Bribasú, iba muy rápido, por lo que el polvo se levantó y agarre un poco y lo guarde con el hice la mezcla para pintar el tronco y las ramas.      El dios de los vientos me llevó a una selva cercana, tomé de varios árboles sus fibras y pude tejer una manta y posteriormente pinte en ella el árbol con todos los elementos que conseguí, gracias a la ayuda del venado y Bribasú. El cacique le contestó:     - Te haz esmerado Amilsú, tu perseverancia ha sido grande, tu dedicación te permitió no rendirte, ni abandonar lo que te había encomendado. A pesar de las dificultades que pasaste en el camino.      Tu constancia, fue el mejor instrumento para intentarlo nuevamente, ante los fracasos que tuviste, y así me demostraste que eres capaz de ejercer cualquier trabajo que se te otorgue. ¿Qué nombre le vas a colocar a este hermoso árbol que has creado? Amilsú le dijo: -Se llamará Araguaney. Vacumachí  le responde:     - Me parece muy bien, tendrá ese nombre, seguidamente el cacique logró decirle a todos los miembros de la comunidad que Amilsú, sería su pintor porque había hecho una linda obra y cumplió con lo pautado. Sólo falta esperar que el Dios de las plantas, nos de la semilla para que el árbol que Amilsú creo se de en nuestra tribu.      De esta manera fue como Amilsú obtuvo el Araguaney. Actualmente es el árbol nacional de nuestro país Venezuela.      En este mito, está presente  la perseverancia  valor que debe tener la persona de forma paciente, y continua  hasta lograr  cualquier actividad que se proponga. La perseverancia nos permite: Cumplir con lo planificado. No desistir. Fijarse metas. Obtener el triunfo. Terminar lo que empieza.

La gratitud de la mujer española hacia la leona.      Es una historia que sucedió años atrás en Argentina en la ciudad de Buenos Aires en una fortaleza. Algunos les toco vivir la experiencia y otros escucharon el acontecimiento ocurrido y les  sorprendió.       Las personas que vivieron allí en el castillo, junto con sus familias la pasaron muy mal, porque no había para comer. En esa época había un hambre feroz, se alimentaban de plantas y animales que conseguían en el bosque. Muchas personas, tuvieron la intención de matar a alguien y comer su carne. Para ese momento gobernaba un capitán, tenía un temperamento fuerte y cruel de sentimientos malos. Los habitantes del lugar estaban furiosos por su gestión deficiente, no proporcionaba lo que necesitaba la población como: alimento, vestido y buenas condiciones de vida. La sensación de inestabilidad  allí presente, y a esto se le añadía una cantidad enorme de fieras salvajes que venían de tierras cercanas a la fortaleza para vivir. El peligro era eminente, el salir del castillo, se corría el riesgo de morir por los pumas. El capitán de la ciudad había establecido que el que saliera de los linderos de la fortaleza moriría. Días después el hambre se incremento una barbaridad, murió mucha gente. En vista de tal suceso, tomo la iniciativa  la mujer española de escapar de la fortaleza, no le importo la pena de muerte impuesta por el jefe que mandaba en la ciudad, ni los leones que estaban afuera del castillo. Pudo más su deseo de sobrevivencia de esta mujer, se lleno de valor y cruzo la cerca que servía de protección y se fue a la selva a territorio de indios para poder vivir. Anduvo sin rumbo un buen tiempo, hasta que un día se nublo el cielo, se acercaba  una tempestad, por lo que tuvo que protegerse de la lluvia, y entro en una cueva. En instantes, ella se dio cuenta que no estaba sola en la caverna, había una leona grande, de patas gigantes, su apariencia la sorprendió tanto que cayó desmayada en el sitio. Tardo en volver en sí la mujer y cuando lo hizo, ella vio a la leona y a su lado estaba sus dos cachorros que cuidaba con dedicación. El miedo había desaparecido en la señora española, ella le llego a la leona  y a sus dos criaturas y los acaricio, su mirada era de amor. Convivieron en armonía y amistad los tres animales con la española, estuvo varios días  al cuidado de los cachorros  en la cueva, mientras la leona salía al bosque a cazar y traer alimento para todos. Y aconteció que un día la  mujer decidió salir al bosque, estando en el rio fue secuestrada por unos indios Querandíes  y se la llevaron cautiva a su tribu.  La leona notaba la ausencia de la mujer que no llegaba a la cueva. Pasaron días de la desaparición de la española, luego en el bosque se encontraban  los soldados del capitán en la búsqueda de alimento. Llegaron a una tribu que estaba próxima a la fortaleza, y hallaron prisionera a la mujer española, la desataron y la llevaron consigo a la ciudad  de Buenos Aires. Los soldados españoles llevaron al castillo  a la mujer, al verla el jefe ordeno que tenía que morir por su desobediencia, será arrojada a las ferias salvajes para que sea descuartizada y devorada por ellas. Los hombres del capitán la sacaron de la fortaleza y la amarraron fuertemente en un árbol que quedaba después de los linderos del castillo. Ya era de noche, y en el lugar asistieron muchos  animales salvajes, entre ellos estaba la leona que vivió con la mujer. Al verla  la leona a la mujer, le llego a  su lado y no se movió de ahí, impidió que las bestias se le acercaran para hacerle daño, la protegió. Posteriormente, los hombres del capitán, acudieron a revisar si había muerto la prisionera, y la sorpresa fue que aún seguía con vida y la leona y los dos cachorros a su lado custodiándola. El animal al ver a los soldados, se alejo para que se acercaran a la mujer española y la pudieran desatar. Quedaron maravillados de la solidaridad y humanidad de la leona. Este hallazgo hizo que los militares llevaran nuevamente a la mujer para que le perdonaran la vida, fue un milagro visto por sus ojos. La leona quedo dando maullidos como muestra de tristeza, mientras que la mujer española la miraba con lágrimas de agradecimiento. **Para reflexionar:** Esta fábula refleja el valor de la gratitud que todo ser humano debe utilizar en su vida diaria. Representa el reconocimiento afectuoso de una ayuda o un beneficio otorgado en un momento que se requería.      El ser agradecido con esa persona que ayudo no nos quita nada, nos reconforta a seguir. El respirar, tener salud y alimento en el hogar es motivo para dar la gracias a Dios por sus bondades.

It should be noted that in Venezuela, for some time now, families have been harmed, due to the economic situation of the country, so new plans have to be drawn up, even if that implies moving away from the family group for a better quality of life for home. I had this situation in 2018, a trip that my husband had to plan to New York, we talked about it and we both made the decision that it would be for a few months. He began to organize everything in the home, from food, gas supply, clothes and he talked to me about the obligations he had to perform in his absence, he also bought his air ticket and ended his working relationships in the company. Those days were very sad for me, I told her not to leave, my daughter was still small, the first time that we separated for several months. Every moment by his side, we live it with intensity, with a few days until the trip I began to feel strange symptoms in my body. I commented to my husband, to which he replied laughing, "How are you pregnant?" I answered no, that is stress. September 15, 2018 arrived, the day of the trip, we said goodbye with tears, be strong, take care of yourself and take care of the daughter. The communication between my husband and I was daily to know about us and his parents. Two weeks after my husband left, I started to feel bad again. I went to the doctor, I did the pregnancy test giving the positive result, at that time I was two months old and they gave me the date of birth for April 2019. On April 29, 2019, a girl was born, without complications, we received her with much love and joy, we were accompanied by our families and friends at the hospital. Currently, I have two daughters and they are the reason to keep going, they grow up healthy, thank God. To better understand the behavior of diabetics, one must know what is bad mood? And this refers to feeling bad, angry with oneself and with others, without apparent cause, generating discomfort. In particular, I have noticed these episodes in my father because he is diabetic, suddenly his mood changes, he can be happy and then angry. Have you noticed the change in people close to you? Have you ever wondered why this happens? Experts in diabetes state that this happens due to variations in the glucose that reaches the brain for nutrition, because the insulin hormone that originates in the pancreas, is not or does not work properly carrying glucose in the blood into the cell for the production of energy in the brain, but it accumulates excessively in the blood. La amistad que Dios nos brinda es real, el da lo mejor para nosotros y espera que le correspondamos. A pesar de nuestros errores y que aveces somos ingratos con Dios, el sigue allí, se puede contar con él, porque su misericordia y amor nunca se agota. Para mantener la amistad con él hay que tener un encuentro diario, ud elige el momento, lugar para hablar con Dios. Lea la palabra de Dios y medite en ella, obtendrás sabiduría y respuestas a tu vida. La amistad con Dios es lo mejor, hay que regarla cada día como una planta, sino se le suministra agua muere. El aniversario en nuestras vidas. La palabra aniversario representación conmemoración de años por su nacimiento o por hechos históricos ocurridos en determinado lugar, y este dejo un impacto social en la población, ya sea para un individuo, pareja, institución, empresa, país. Estos eventos pueden ser agradables o tristes, un ejemplo de ello, el cumpleaños de alguien o la muerte de una persona muy allegada a uno. También esta expresión se usa para homenajear sucesos relevantes para el mundo, país, estado, localidad. Normalmente estos acontecimientos se realizan en lugares públicos y donde ocurrieron. Otros espacios de celebración para aniversarios es la escuela, liceos, universidad, acá intervienen los estudiantes, profesores, directores, rectores y demás personas involucradas en esas instituciones. Los actos que se realizan es para festejar los años de fundada la institución, así como de personajes ilustres de la patria, con estos sucesos, se busca que vayan haciendo suya su identidad cultural y nacional. Por otro lado tenemos los aniversarios de boda, el cual se celebra el día en que la persona se unió en matrimonio, es costumbre festejarlo, obsequiar un detalle al compañero de vida o realizar un compartir familiar con comida, bebidas, salida a pasear… Pues hoy celebro once de convivencia junto a mi esposo, deseando que sean muchos más a su lado, le pido a Dios que proteja nuestra familia, y nos cubra con su manto.      Ha sido un buen padre para mis dos hijas, le da amor, es responsable con su educación, alimentación y vestido. Tanta es la coincidencia que nacimos los dos el 07 de enero, pero en años diferentes.      Mi esposo nació en el año 1975 y yo en el año 1979. Desde que nos conocimos hasta la actualidad celebramos los cumpleaños y aniversarios juntos, al lado de nuestros seres queridos, acostumbramos festejarlo el mismo día. En el cumpleaños contamos con una música agradable, bebida, torta, gelatina, quesillo, .dulces, galletas, y salsas con sus nombres panes y muchas cosas más. Lamentablemente por la pandemia compartimos hoy en la casa nuestro aniversario, sin los demás familiares y amigos, ya abra tiempo para festejar esos momentos y compartir las alegrías y logros.      Para finalizar, sugiero, mientras nada te lo impida celebra con tus seres queridos, tus cumpleaños, aniversarios y fechas especiales que ellos sepan que son importantes en tu vida, sino dinero tienes no importa con una palabra afectiva y de corazón es suficiente.
