A simple realization.
As I observed, worst system could transform the good ones sinisterly. I want to bring this thoughts to everyone and ask ourselves. Why we have a bad leaderships and corrupted mind? Should we blame the person because of its influence? or might we stand in the wrong foundations?. And lack of knowledge to take a look for both a perspective in our society and how to construct a formally solution?

The issue: as long as their is a bad system. It simultaneously give birth to the evil works.
The questions: how can we address this corrupted system to stop giving birth?
The example: take a moment to imagine a group of fruits and all of these fruits are healthy. But because of the bad surroundings and lack of good nutrients, because of wrong decisions of it's source ( the system ). it falls out and turn all the good fruits into nasty smell.
The solutions. We knew that we have our own political identity that derives our emotions to become more aggressive rather than to become more skeptical to our actions(thinking beyond thinking and benefits of it or possible outcomes) and be rational in terms of problem solving. The only thing that we can do is to reform our own system and re-evaluate our fundaments. if the statistic tells about how it damage the people and the trust. It's time to changes the fundaments and changing won't cost any trouble but it leads everyone to starting put a trust, promoting good beliefs, preventing the corrupted minds, and be beneficial to everyone who wants changes in reality. Thus, it will flattered the curve and stop giving birth of bad governance. they will force to re-allign in good shape. If we wanted to be in the good shape.

The major role of 21st first century is to mold the students to become life-longer learners and build relationships between environment, society, community, and self. It gives purpose to the students to motivate, to be an active learning, and skillful worker.
It is indeed to have the concepts of a 21st century in our learning in classroom and real-world. Because it prepares the student to become more productive and gain high-quality performance for the future works. Unlike in the past decades which use only a behavioral basis, simple literacy like read and write, and teacher based. There are 7 keys of features in 21st century in teaching and learning. First is **Personalized Learning,** where the teacher used a unique approach in students because of different outcomes. Not all students can learn at the same time and same topic. Therefore, the teacher will have an alternative way to teach the student and learn the topic. Second is **Equity, Diversity and inclusively.** The goal of 21st century educator is to achieve the equality of outcomes. The focus of this is to sustain the gaps between rich and poor and hope that everyone will access to learning. Diversity is more in engagement in the different culture and personalities and last inclusively which gives opportunity to the people with disability to sustain learning and gain knowledge with discrimination. Third is the **Learning through doing** in the past decades. Behaviorist method used in the 20th century, but now the learning of the student is relying on performance and skills. Where they based their learning from the works and manipulation of tools. The fourth keys feature is **Rethinking Learner and Teacher Roles.** In the past, it based the system of education on the teacher-centered where the students listen to the teacher words. While today 21st century is more in student centered and the major role of the teacher is to guide the students with tips, knowledge, strategy, and style. The fifth key feature is **Community Relationships.** In 21st century, engagement in the social activity is necessary to imply in the student mind. Because it will be the basis of their environment. Connecting to the other’s idea can provide them strategies. The next is **Technology.** This is the focus of 21st century. Because all the fields in the education used technology to deliver the information freely and enhance more strategies in teaching and learning. It provides multiple sources where the students benefit from it. The last key feature is **Teacher Professionalization.** The primary goal of the teacher is to become a role model for their students. Therefore, they can use it as a guide to become professional someday. The more teacher engaged with professionalism. The more the student learns from them and increase interest to a certain topic. **The Critical Attributes of 21st Century Education.** The world of teacher and student will dramatically change in learning for 21st century curriculum. Teacher should re-test daily their strategy if it still applicable to the current curriculum. Therefore, they can easily shape and change their strategies to help a student learn. There are 8 attributes. The first attribute is **integrated and interdisciplinary**. The teacher based the strategy on curriculum, on how the student learns from a certain topic to help them to integrate their manner and knowledge from one subject to another. Second attribute is **Technology and Multimedia.** Education must have right equipment to deliver the information in the student. It is called digital literacy where in learning conduct in virtual world using multimedia apps to create a certain interesting topic and activity. Teacher have turn to improve their strategy by using multimedia apps and creating interesting new topics. Third attributes are **Global Classrooms.** Education in the 21st century aims to make students be part and called global citizens by exposing them to the real issue of the other countries. Student are engaged to be part of finding solution and reacting to issues as part of their goal to be global citizens. The Fourth attribute is **Creating/Adapting to Constant Personal and Social Change, and Lifelong Learning.** The learning in the 21st century follow to the belief that learning does not only happen inside the school and during one’s schooling years. Learning can take place anywhere, anytime, regardless of one’s age. Life-long learners can still learn from their battlefield in life. And they still discover ways to improve their learning. Next attribute is **Student-Centered.** The student learned from their own way of discovering ideas. It is their chance to prove and be independent in any areas of life. But the teacher put guidance on them according to their will as an instructor to provide tips, guidelines, professionalism, ideas, and strategy which they can use it for gaining knowledge. **21st Century Skills** is promoting skills and knowledge in the field of work. Where in the society will grow, It is not enough for students to learn the basic literacy skills such as reading, writing, and numeracy, but should develop a skills that would help them to scope their future and work under 21st century concepts. These skills include, among others, critical and creative thinking skills, problem solving and decision making, and ICT literacy and skills. **Project-Based and Research-Driven**. It will gain by reading materials and searching multiple sources of from the internet. There are 6 basic strategies where you used it to improve the knowledge and integrate it with existing skills. First is **making connection**. It is important that we collaborate and taking the helps of other to conduct brainstorming. It helps to capability to think and social interaction. There two connection. First is the **Text-to-self** connections. The readers make between the text and their experiences. Second is the **Text-to-text** is connections that readers make between the text they are reading and another text. Text-to-world connections are connections that readers make between text and the issues, events, or concerns of society and the world at large. Next is **Creating Mental Images / Visualizing**. The readers create a vision of images where in it based on their prior knowledge in the text they read. Example: reading story lines while imagining your interpretation on the text. The next strategy is **questioning**. It is a kind of strategy where the readers make inquires, speculate, and finding answer to increase the understanding from the text they read before and after the reading. **Determining Importance** is a strategy which determine the importance of the information of your readings. It highlights the ideas which give you insight and trigger your interest. Example: Reviewer materials such as books and notebooks related to your course. Next Strategy is **Making Inferences**. It is a process where in there is an integration happening with your prior knowledge and the text you’ve reading and create a meaning. The last strategy is **Synthesizing.** It is the most complex among the strategies. it is the combination of the ideas of what you read on the different angles and point of view of the text. Or even the unique sources can interfere synthesizing to combine the two info in your readings. It is also integrating your prior knowledge.

The Philippines is one of the progressive countries, not only in South East Asia but also in the world. Our country has the capability to sustain the economy by trading and reaching entrepreneurs outside of the country. But in terms of advanced technology. It can’t push the limitation to reach and stand on the top. Even with the Philippines known for highly skilled workers in the industry's field, it is not enough to take an advance in other countries with advanced technology and with complete equipment. In education, there is a lack of competencies in the actual output. Because instead of having a demonstration in the field. The school's focus on virtue and discipline in work, which it applies to the actual world. This kind of system in school can’t sustain the knowledge of the student, and it leads to a lack of experience. It is one of the principal reasons the other students take another year to expand their knowledge with the help of a school that offers complete equipment or in TESDA. Another problem in technology in the Philippines is lack of support of the government. They can’t give a huge budget for DOST to sustain the equipment for the country’s needs. The main reason for having a poor technology is, the government doesn’t have a lot of programs for the Pilipino inventor. They don’t have a budget for them to improve and sustain the fundaments of their project. The other countries take this advantage to make the Philippines remain under the line.

I base the learning capability of the child on the parent's willingness and decision. If the parents have the desire to teach the child, it will learn day by day. But if the parent does not have any intension to teach the Child. The child will force himself to explore with its own curiosity. Early Emergent Literacy is necessary to apply, especially to the infant and early childhood. Because it builds relationships and experiences which can help them improve and embrace their mind on the environment and self-awareness. The more we put the child on something important to learn and teaching them with full support. It will increase their trust and interest. Example: bringing the child to the outside world while introducing objects, sounds, gesture, signs, action, and symbols. The Early Emergent Literacy have 7 strategies which define the ideas on how to enhance the child’s learning and manage the progress from low to high strategy of learning.
The first strategy is the Modeling reading and writing behaviors where in you let the child know your teaching such as reading, writings and signing. Describing your work as you read and write. The more the child interact with the materials such as books, pencil, and paper. The more it will have an interest in reading and writing. The child should feel, see, hear, touch as you read and write. The second strategy is the Embed the use of objects, symbols, or words throughout the child's day where in you train the child to be more familiar in objects and symbols daily. It should have a routine for enhancing the awareness of the child in the environment. Example: If you go outside with the child. Start labeling the object in the child’s environment using actual objects such as flowers, stones, sky, and more. Teach the child to be more flexible in the social interaction and knowing that the people exist where they have purpose and meanings. Boost the child's knowledge by engaging them with materials. See them if their response has meaning to the activities. The third strategy is Incorporate rhythm, music, finger plays and mime games. play with the child using music or the child play something while listening to the music and start singing, then add some vibrations and movement to the activities to increase the interest and willingness of the child. Take advantage when the child is expecting something to happen, for example: (incoming rain, bus line). The fourth strategy is Provide opportunities for handling and exploring reading and writing materials. This strategy aims the child learns from the materials such as books, magazine, and writing materials for deep exploration of knowledge. Establish a consistent place for materials, therefore the child can access independently. make sure that the format is easy to understand by the child, to avoid boredom and less- interesting content. because the patience of a child is less and easily to distract. the fifth strategy is Teach print and book awareness. this strategy is more complex rather than the previous strategies. because it requires the child to know the different parts of the book. The child should learn from matching the pictures to words. the way to boost the influence of the child in the books is to have an investment time to go to library. helping them to acknowledge the essence of the books. The sixth strategy is Teach name, name sign and/or personal identifier of child and those the child interacts with regularly. It focuses to the child's name to be more familiarizes to the child. especially when someone interacts with her/him. The child must know the person by name, those who interact with her/him and let them realize that every person who comes to them is part of their life. Another part is always calling the name in daily activities. The last strategy is Embed literacy learning activities into routines. It must train the child for daily activities in home or classroom, by teaching them to identify their roles in any areas of the community. let them work with your guidance to do accomplished and finish some task example: let them help you to gather things to set up an activity. always bring materials such as tangible symbols and present it when engage in activities.
In conclusion, the child must gain this strategy in early stages because it is an investment to themselves and it can benefit to the parents and teacher to easily control their learning. These strategies are useful especially to the parents and teachers because it provides ideas on how to control the knowledge of the child and make them prosper in any aspects of the society. It takes slow but worth it. They learned day by day with a proper way of teaching and in the end of the day. They will realize the essence of progress.

The mindset of the people today is still relying on the past perspective on how a woman is so fragile in terms of "real-life situation". Unlikely to man can do anything they wanted. Some people believes that woman are under to the arm of a man because of the biblical characterization, Appearance, Strength and Capabilities.

In the past century, woman is so great for ruling and handling kingdom and nation, threating illness soldier, giving care for everyone. People in the past admire the capabilities of women but when imperialism exists. A lot of women's rights lost because of dominance of men and unfairly treated of rights in the society after the great imperialism of Western countries in lately 12-19 centuries. in some countries they see the woman as only a housekeeper, and there is no place for politics and work. There are also many countries to see woman as a sex object and for pleasure of men only. (well this is normal in the past but today, they do not allow it)
Woman is important because they are the one who takes care of the child, making a budget, and fulfilling the word "home". they one bears a child and give you a wonderful family. Woman is having a tremendous impact in a man's life because they are the one who molds to be successful. If you can't do this. They will encourage you to do that.
