**Hello read cash friends! Happy Monday!**
How was your day, your Monday? Mine was a bit busy, a bit productive. I cleaned our room, folded clothes and went to a pet shop to buy vitamins for doggie's (Summer and Franco).It was a tiring day but all worth it. Anyhow, currently in my room and listening to songs with my favorite singer ever since the world began, **"Avril Lavigne"**. Yes, she's the best among the rest! I love Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga, Kesha but no one compares my love with Avril Lavigne. Bring back the 90's! Bring back the punk, yow! Tell me honestly, are you also one of those punk kids wearing eye liners and wearing black t-shirts? I am one of those punk kids around 90\s and early 20's and I'm proud of it. I remembered when I was still on high school, we played one of her songs "I'm with you". That was during election days, debate day to be exact. I'm with my best of friends playing that lol and because of her our bond gets stronger because we always love to listened to her songs. If only I can show to you all my posters, cd's, dvd's I collected for her (it's on our home. in Bohol) however can't show it because I'm in the city now.

**Avril Lavigne** is a Canadian singer-songwriter. What I love about her is that all her songs are all the same genre which are pop and rock genres. I believed most of us can relate to her songs (I really hope so) because if not, I would highly suggest to try to listen to her songs and you will definitely love it. **Hello read cash friends!**
How was your weekend? Mine was nothing. All I did was watch the Korean series **"Squid Game",** played **Call of Duty, listening music** on YouTube and monitored my **Plant vs Undead** account and made some plan strategy on it too. I also have my job contract earlier and I'll be starting my new job next month. Yes, I made a plan to make sure I have some picture of what will happen to my farm. I will write an article on it as soon as I promise with @Kristofferquincy I will update him on that game. Anyhow, I am writing this article just to provide an update with my Noise and Read platforms for this month of September. I know September is not over yet and most of us here have a monthly goal/plan but unfortunately I was not able to make one. I'm planning to make one for October (will get some ideas on your goals/plans).
As of **September 25. 2021, at 12:35AM**, I was able to gather an accumulated Bitcoin cash (BCH) of **0.2133268** for both platforms (Noise and Read). I know it is way too far to reach the 1BCH however I am still aiming on this and soon I will reach that goal and be one of BCH holder same as you guys and from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much everyone for the support and the creators of these platforms a big thank you to all of you. Continue to be a blessing to everyone and for sure you will get more blessings not just in wealth but also in health. By the way, I've been active with these two platforms since the middle of August. I was really motivated and inspired by my friend who is one of the BCH holders because of these platforms *(really aiming to be like him)*.
I'm currently holding only **0.17432733 BCH** because I withdrew $20 and tried my luck with an EBEN token and invested it and the rest of it is on my Bitcoin and Coinsph wallets. I really hope to achieve 1BCH the same as others but in the event that there's really a need to withdraw it, I will definitely do it. Nowadays, cryptos are really too low and for me it is a really good time to invest if you have some but still do some research first before investing anything. Everything is too risky so please do some research first.
I am very glad and happy to be part of these platforms and was given a chance to earn and gain a new set of friends even though it is just virtually but you can feel the sincerity within them. Aside from this, it really enhances my writing skills which I thought I am not really good at. For now, my brain is really not functioning well (sorry for that). I will try my best to write interesting articles/topics.

Tips on an Interviews - Common Questions on an Interview

**Hello readcash people!**
Humpy Thursday it is! How was your day? Mine was a bit of a productive day today. I went to a computer shop to reformat my desktop, did a general cleaning in our house, bought some groceries and made sure that my dogs are well groomed *(fresh from bath, cut their nails, etc.)*. See? how productive it is lol. Anyhow, I'm writing this article now while waiting for my Final interview (multi-tasking it is) and just to share with you as well how I normally answered questions in an interview.
**Disclaimer**: The information that I'll be providing is not a hundred percent guaranteed that you will be hired if you are going to apply this. This is just based on my experience. It is still within you, yourself and how you will express yourself during the interview.
**These are the common questions during an initial/final interview:**
***** ***Tell me more about yourself***
This question doesn't mean you will provide what's on your resume/biodata but rather explain more on it. Normally, they will mention *"Walk me through on your resume".* Good example of this is to use the "**PPF**" formula which stands for **Present**, **Past** and **Future**.
**Present** - meaning to say, tell your interviewer a little bit of insight of what you are doing or your recent accomplishments that you have even though it is not work related.
**Past** - Tell your interviewer your past roles in your previous works. The accomplishments that you established are related to the position you are applying for.
**Future** - Tell your interviewer what will be the contribution you can give to that company. Personally, what I always tell them is I will give 100% of my **attendance**. *Skills can be learned but will is not*
**** Why did you apply to this company or What brought you to this company?***
This is a tough question, in all honesty. Your answer normally depends on your interviewer's pace/mood. But me, I always answered them "*I can see that there's a work-life balance in this company. In which they will make sure that both employers and employees have a good connection and communication with each other. There's respect, work ethics and integrity applies to this company*". At least a safe and short answer lol.
**** Why did you leave your previous company?***
Another tough question. Make sure to answer it in a short and precisely positive. Compensation could be a good answer but if there's another answer that you can think, that would be perfect and please do not provide any negative or badmouth your previous companies, it's a big No for that. Instead try this one "*I'm looking for a greener pasture, expand my skills and capabilities which where I can excel and use it both professionally and personally."*
**** Why should we hire you?***
Such as simple question right? We should answered it promptly "Of course, you're company is hiring!" haha. Just kidding guys. If an interviewer will ask me this question, this will be my answer "With my (number of years) experienced and with my skills, I can guarantee that I will be a great contributor to this company. I will provide 100% attendance to this company and make sure to apply all the action plans provided to me." It may sound arrogantly but you need to showcase yourself on this question.
These are some common questions in an interview nowadays guys and allow me to share this with you all, I passed with the interview today and I'll be having my Job contract tomorrow, 6pm :). Plants vs Undead - Steps on how to set it up

**Hello beautiful people in readcash!**
Happy Wednesday everyone. How’s everyone going? I hope you all have a great week. By the way, a good friend of mine introduced this game to me yesterday. Have you heard **Plants vs Undead**? Or am I too late for this? 😅. Just signed up today and good thing I bought it on a very low price (***$20***) to have an account. Let me share to you how did I sign up on this.
Steps on how to set up Plants Vs Undead through Binance, Metamask and Pancakeswap:
First, you need to have a **Binance** account because that is where you can transfer BNB money to your Metamask. If you don’t have an account yet, you can download the app on your play store and sign up. Once you have an account, go to your bitcoin wallet and transfer some BCH money to Binance and then you need to convert to BNB because depositing it to you Metamask account is through BNB.
Once everything is done on Binance, you need to have another browser on your devices. Others used **Yandex** browser and I’m currently using **Kiwi** Browser on my phone. On your browser, search for “**Metamask wallet extension**” just make sure to open the correct one with google verified and you will see there a blue box “**Connect**” and click it. It may take a couple of minutes to successfully connected to your browser.
Once it is connected, open your Metamask account and make sure to add another network “**Smart Chain**”. Just follow the information on the image below to make sure all the details are provided. Add token and you can manually add PVU token by this wallet address: **0x31471e0791fcdbe82fbf4c44943255e923f1b794.**
Open again your Binance account and go to **spot** and click **withdrawal** and get the wallet address of your **smart chain or BNB** through **Metamask** and paste it. It may takes several minutes to successfully complete the transaction but once it’s done, it will definitely appears to your Metamask account.
Open **Pancakeswap** and connect again your Metamask account. Click **trade** and chose **exchange** because that is where you can trade your BNB to PVU token. To make sure you have the correct wallet address of PVU, you can visit coingecko.com and search for PVU. You can exchange **5 PVU** token since that’s the minimum amount needed to have an account.
Lastly, go to ***plantsvsundead.com*** and make sure to click “login to Metamask” so that you it will be connected to your account. You can see the 5 PVU token added to your account by clicking “**Farm**”. I attached here a video tutorial which will provide you more guide and steps on how to do it.

What happened to Monday?

Another week to start everyone. I hope your Monday went well. Mine, it is great. I had a very productive Monday. I hope that this week will went well too. Not just mine but to all of us. Anyhow, let me share to you what did I do today, Monday.
I woke up around 5am and went for an early walk with my dogs namely Summer and Franco. That’s already our daily routine. My dogs are always inside our house, they can just go outside to pee and poo. We were outside for almost an hour because I want them to enjoy and have some fun playing outside our home. After that, we went home then I prepared food for them. I cooked there favorite meal which is chicken liver. Once I’m done with them, I will prepare also for our breakfast which I went outside again to buy food on a Karenderya (cafeteria). I was getting lazy our food because I don’t know what to cook lol.
Around 10am, I folded clean clothes. I was not the one who washed it, it’s our neighbor. She don’t have work for now due to this pandemic so I asked her if can wash our dirty clothes then we will pay her and she agreed to it (don’t worry, it is not heavy clothes).

Around 12 noon, I took a nap and woke up around 1 in the afternoon. I gained a lot of energy after that so I asked my partner what’s her plan. She’s planning to go to a Salon for manicure and pedicure which is I need to because my nails needs to be clean as well. So, we went to a Salon around 2 in the afternoon and pampering ourselves there. I decided to cut my hair as well. I have a short hair already but still I ended up to cut it again. It needs to be fixed because my partner was the one who cut it last time, she thinks she is a professional hairdresser lol. I am happy with the result when she did it but I am more happier when the new one now (she don’t have an account here so I’m safe lol).
Then, after my haircut and pedicure, I went to a grocery store for a bit to buy some goods since we’re already in the mall and while waiting for her as well. She’s not yet done so I roamed around the mall and the results was nothing. I did not buy anything because there’s a lot of people falling in line in the cashier area. What I did instead I went to a food store and look for something to eat. I bought 2 wrap shawarma and coke for our snacks and to be honest, that was our first out again since this pandemic. We never went out together and I don’t know why but it all happens that someone needs to stay in our house because of our dogs. But now, I’m happy because we went out together again. I hope to have more of it.
Around 5pm, I’m about to go home and she needs to go to work so we split up. It is very traffic in our place due to rush hours. Many people were out from work. It took almost an hour before I’m at home. Once I’m home, I need to prepare dinner for my lovely dogs. I cooked pork and mixed it with their dog food. There’s some dishes that I need to wash too and took a shower after that.
Now, it is 7pm already and I am lying now in my bed while writing this. I have some cold beer too lol. I’m just stress. Just trying to voice out what’s happening in my life nowadays. I made an online diary on my article today lol. Sorry for that. I can’t think straight. I overthink so much which I ended up of thinking bad things lol. But I am fine guys. Glad to have these platforms which I used as a diversion towards negativity and I have you guys as well. So thank you for that 😊.

Toughest Decisions I made this year - 2021

Happy Sunday! How are we so far? I’ve been inactive again for a quite a days due to some errands. But I can do this, still living and breathing 🙂. Anyhow, this blog that I am writing today is all about the decisions I made for this year. I am still not sure if this is all good decisions or bad but all I want in my life is to really avoid stress if possible, trying to live in all positive way (not Covid-19 but positive life).

**Quitting my job (2 companies)**

This was the toughest decision I ever made in my entire life, quitting at work. I resigned to my previous companies due to the management was very toxic. It’s just like you will be physically and mentally sick because of toxicity. I know nowadays, it is really difficult to find a job due to this pandemic situation, like I should be grateful and thankful that I still have a job in the middle of life crisis. But these previous jobs that I have been working with will might cause of my sudden death due to stressed. Yes, I am so stress that I think of negatively because of that. So that is why I made a deep decision to quit and trying to live a good life if possible. Less stress, good life. My plan is that I am looking for a work from home jobs or opportunities. For now, I really don’t want to work in the office due to the fact that Covid-19 outbreak is still rising in our Country.
**Investing some money in cryptocurrency instead having a bank account**

I decided not to have a savings account due to the fact that you are only getting a small percentage of interest when you saved it with banks. I have no against with those people who currently put their money on banks because I believe they have their own personal reasons on it (housing loans, car loans, money loans). But what I did instead, I studied some cryptocurrencies that some of money now are currently investing in most especially in Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Thankful also on these platforms (read cash and noise cash) because there are a lot of good people providing great information about cryptocurrency. This is a good decision that I made for this year. At first, I am really hesitant to get vaccinated because of the a lot of negative things I saw online. But I am really glad and happy that I decided to get vaccinated not just because it is somewhat mandatory here in our place but because that is one way for me to help our dear Front liners fighting this Covid-19 virus. Their jobs is the hardest thing to do. Why would they risks their lives to people but because they love to help us, protect us that is why we still have our dear Front liners now. I salute you all and you really deserve a raise on this.
**2021** is still ongoing and for sure there are still a lot of decisions I need to make before this year ends. This is year is really a tough for me, not just me but all of us but life must go on. Still continue to look on a brighter side despite of everything we are encountering now.

Happy pumpy Thursday everyone. It’s been a good week for me as of the moment. Hopefully until the end of the week, it is still the same. Anyhow, how about you guys? How was your week so far? I hope all is well with you all. I read an article’s about celebration from @CoquiCoin and @MissJo and also @LykeLyca whose celebrating her 1 year anniversary here in read.cash. Yaaay, congratulations to you sis and more articles to read 😉.
Anyhow, let me share to you what celebration means to me. For me, celebration is a genuine feelings. You know what I mean? You can celebrate anytime you want but the inner feelings (genuine happiness) towards you, the feeling that you can’t explain, it means you need to celebrate it. Everyday, we should celebrate the gift of life that we still have, that our Almighty had given to us, the food we eat, the people who truly loves and cares for you, everything that makes you happy, celebrate it. By the way, these are the things that I am celebrating now.
**2nd life – Covid-19 Experience**
With my experience during this pandemic, I can really say that this is my 2nd life, 2nd chance and I do always celebrated it by heart. Not sure if I am positive with Covid-19 but most of the symptoms except lost of taste, I had it. I am in home quarantined on that time for 10 days and the sad part is that I am too far from my family, my parents. They are in our Province in Bohol and I am here in Cebu for work. Physically, mentally and emotionally, I am totally sick. High fever, hard cough, vomiting, having a hard time breathing, anxiety, depression almost kills me during that time. I’m scared to go to the hospital became I think I might lose myself there and end up suffering more by dealing with depression. At least I am home, my partner and my neighbors are still here. I can still see some of the people I love. I tried my best to fight it, to make sure to live more in order for me to fulfill my goals in life, to enjoy life and to make sure to correct the mistakes that I have made. I am now better and I celebrate it everyday. There maybe instances that I still feel down to myself but still, I overcome it and celebrate it.
**Gender Preference**
Another thing that I am celebrating in my life is that I am able to express who I am. I am proud to be part of LGBTQ Community and always be. I love humans, no gender will matter as long as love wins. We should celebrate love and I really hope that there will be no more discrimination. I love to be part of it and I always celebrate it with a pride.
**To be a fur mom**
This is the best decision that I have ever made in my life, adopting a dog and treating them like my own child. I love my Summer and Franco so much. I’ll do anything for both of them.

**Hello beautiful people in readcash!**
It’s the middle of the week already. Happy Wednesday! How was your week so far everyone? I hope you all are doing great and of course stay safe as always. By the way, my topic for today is all about my vaccination experience. Yes, I am fully vaccinated already. I feel good right now and my cough, in a all honesty it is more than a month already that I have it but now it is all gone. I believe it is also because of that and of course I do always taking my vitamins daily.
**Disclaimer: This is just my opinion on getting vaccine. No intention of offending anyone. I hope you will not take it against me.**
*This is my insight about getting vaccine and what’s in it for us to have it. So let’s start…*
It took months before we decided to get vaccinated due to the news we got from online that there are a lot of people died when they got it, it is just like a test – no proof yet that it works and also even though you are vaccinated, you are still prone to get Covid-19 virus. So we questioned it, what’s the point? And then our Municipal Mayor gave an order to all of us if we are not vaccinated, we can’t enter to any type pf establishments (***grocery stores, restaurants, department stores, etc***). So we got panicked and set a schedule for a vaccination. Imagine, just because of our Mayor many of us now are fully vaccinated.
While waiting for our schedules, I chatted my close friends who are one of the front liners and asked her if it is okay to get vaccinated. She provided me a lot of information about it and you know what I realize is that there’s no harm of getting this. The good thing instead it helps our body preventing us to get sick and most especially helping us not to get infected to any type of viruses (I really thank our Mayor and of course my friends who provided and enlightened me to get this).
Most of the other countries such us England, they already lifted wearing masks to public because most of the people of the people are fully vaccinated and no more Covid-19 cases recently in their country. So if all of us are fully vaccinated, big chances that less Covid-19 cases and we might be able back to normal (crossed finger).
I am glad and proud that I am fully vaccinated. I hope everyone will do the same. Let us not be an **inFLUencer** but we should be an **influencer** to everybody that getting vaccination is totally fine. No harm will happen to you unless you really have some medical issues already or you are pregnant.
This is also one way for us to help our front liners guys. Who on Earth provide this type of treatment if it will harm us human? No one of course. They guarantee that this is safe so let’s follow and get vaccinated. Let’s help them by getting vaccinated and spread the good news of it. Let’s fight this Covid-19 virus together. We can make this!
Fighting everyone! I hope I was able to explain why it is okay to get vaccinated 😁. Again, it is still you who will decide to grab it or not. Because we might never know what will happen in the future. For now, everything is free, everything is covered by the government. Let’s just hope it will not change in the future.

My Summer and Franco

**Hello beautiful people in readcash!**
Happy Tuesday! How was your Monday? Is it a manic Monday? 😁. Mine is totally good because Mondays and Tuesdays are my rest days. Yes, it is my relax day, Netflix and Chill (lol). I don’t have a Netflix account (beke nemen) but I know a site that can still watch movies and series for free 😁. Anyhow, I am writing this blog just to share my daily life as a fur mom. Yes, I am a proud fur parent. I have 1 kiddo namely Summer and 1 grandchild namely Franco but most of the time, they are just like siblings haha. Like how the way they play, treated each other. Others may say that treating animals is like some of a joke but you don’t get it, if you don’t experience it 🙃.
**The story goes like this…**
Our land lady do have a lot of Aspin dogs in our apartment. They are like somewhat the security dog guards and for sure no one can enter here unless the dogs recognizes you. There’s 3 little puppies that they putted in a cage near to my apartment. They asked me if I want to adopt a dog and I said “No” because I am just renting and not all the time I am at home. That’s my excuses before because I don’t know, maybe I don’t have time for it or it never came across to my mind to have pets while renting here in Cebu, without my parents. In our home, we have dogs, cats, chickens, pigs, goats and hamsters and there’s an instance that my father brought a snake and an eagle in our house. Like imagine how my family loves animals in our home. My mother loves pigs (yes, literally the pig is inside our house with her own bed), my brother loves dogs and hamsters, my father loves them all and me on myside (before), I am more into cats.
Going back to the present story, that little dog inside that cage always stares at me every time I walked near to them. You can really see it I her eyes that she wants me to adopt her maybe because her two big brother always teasing her. She can’t eat, sleep much and there’s a lot of tick and fleas on her body too (same with his two brothers). I feel sorry for them but since I am just renting and always at work, I can’t guarantee that I can take care of them or one of them.
Then, this pandemic happens to all of us. Most of the companies allowed their employees to work at home which we were given a privilege as well. So my daily routine changed. I am always at home since then and still, no one’s adopting them. I asked my partner if she wants to adopt a pet. At first, she said no too but when I brought her near to the cage and she saw that little puppy, she fell in love right ahead with that little black puppy. So, we decided to adopt her.
At first, we thought that we are just going to adopt her. Feed her and be with the rest of dogs outside on our apartments but what happens is that, we ended treated her like a child. She’s always on our bed, sleeping, peeing, eating and we always makes sure that she’s inside our home most of the time not unless (poops and pees) and we named her “Summer”.
After 6 or 7 months, she is now on her menstrual period which as per google that is also the time that the a female dogs looking for a male dogs (you know what I mean hehe). We don’t want her to get pregnant because we don’t intentionally want to have additional one to our family. We are happy with her already but because Summer really wants to see with male dogs, what she did she was able to open the door and went outside. I did not notice it maybe I’m doing something on that time and my partner is not at home as well. Around 30 minutes that I noticed she’s gone.
I looked at her outside and she’s nowhere to be found. I thought we might lose her. A couple of hours, she’s already outside of our door, smiling (because she knows she committed a mistake). After a month, we noticed that her tummy is getting bigger like she’s pregnant 🙄. We have no choice but to accept it.
She had 6 lovable puppies but since I am working at home, we decided to give all the puppies to trusted people whom we knew they gonna love them too. My brother he wants to adopt one of them, the brown one. So we keep it here until he will get this puppy but he informed us that his landlady won’t allow him to have pets on his apartment.
What happened instead is we decided to keep him because we can see how our little Summer loves him and we did not regret of keeping him 🙂. My brother named him “Franco” which we like it. As much as we would love to keep all of them, we can’t unfortunately. If this is just our own house, why not but since we are just renting, we can’t afford it because of the space and place. Don’t worry, all of them are in good hands. They also treated them like there own child too.
So now, these two little munchkins are our precious little ones. We always prioritize them, they eat first, shower first. All of our time are always with them. Imagine we are not able to go outside because of them. There’s a saying that “We have dogs in our house so that they will protect and guard it however the real scenario is that, we have dogs in our house to protect and serve them” 😅.

***Places that you can visit in Cebu South Province:***
**Disclaimer: There are places that no explanation due to it has almost the same tourist spots with other place and some photos I grabbed through google but the rest, are all my photos with my friends and teammates.**
**Naga Cebu – Boardwalk**
A fast rising tourist place in Cebu is a good place to spend time with your loved ones and friends (if you would like to avoid city stress). This place is so relaxing and you can literally feel the cold sea breeze. It is really a good place for any pictorial events due to the very beautiful scenery. It has a lot of good local restaurants too which is very perfect in that place. A highly recommended place to visit.
**Carcar City – City of Lechon**

This city is locally called Dakbayan sa Carcar. It is a very famous city in Cebu because it is best in Lechon which is one of Cebu's delicacies. It is also affordable to buy there compared to the city and it is very delicious. You want to go back there just to eat that food. Another delicacy in Carcar is the Chicharon which you can buy at an affordable price. Every time I go to Cebu South, I always stop by this place just to eat that yummy food.
**Birhen sa Simala – Sibonga, Cebu**

One of the famous shrines in the Philippines. Different devotees will just come there to visit Mama Mary and go there for a prayer and lit up some candles. Others may go there most especially when they ask for wishes or help (during board exams, travel abroad for work,etc). There are different types of colored candles that each have their own meaning. Many Cebuano devotees are also visiting this place just to look for a sign or peace of mind.
**Badian Cebu – Badian Falls and Beaches**
Known for their Banig festival. A local traditional festivql that is being celebrated by the residents of Badian people. Many tourists will also visit this place due to the very captive view and very adventurous "Kawasan Falls". If you want to have some adventure or canyoneering, this is the place I would highly recommend. Aside from falls, there are a lot of beautiful beaches too which have a good spot for sunset. This place is good for team building or gathering. You would really like to chill in this place with your favorite people.
**Dalaguete Cebu – Osmena Peak**
Known as the summer capital and Vegetable Basket of Cebu. Yes, that’s right. All the fresh vegetables in Cebu city and the rest of the provinces, are from Dalaguete. Aside from that, if you love trekking or hiking or any outdoor activities, this is the best place for you to visit because this is where Osmena Peak and Kandungaw Peak are located. My best experienced is that after we stayed for one night in Osmena peak, a must recommended to go to beach after that. There are a lot of nearby beach places that you can explore.
**Moalboal Cebu – Beaches and best for Island Hopping**
This place is more popular with divers because this is really such a nice place for scuba diving where you can see real marine life’s, more particularly the sardines run. You would really love to visit Pescador Island during the Island hopping which still has beautiful coral reefs and of course the Moalboal's white beaches which is perfect again for chill out with your friends or teams
**Oslob Cebu – Beaches, Falls and Whale Shark watching**
After Island hopping and scuba diving in Moalboal, you can also have a quick tour in Oslob. It is just a small town in southern province but very popular due to whale shark watching or locally known as butanding or tuki.

**Barili Cebu – Falls and Beaches**
When I looked at these pictures again, I ended up misses my friends and team mates before. We ended up working in different companies now, so barely seeing each other nowadays 😔.
There are still a lot of beautiful places in Cebu South and honestly, I was not able to explore it much due to no time and most especially now, pandemic. If given a chance, I would definitely visit those places and share it with you all, virtually 🙂.

Random Questions - Time after Time

**Hello readcash people!**
It is good to finally back. I’ve been out for a few days due to not feeling well after my 2nd dose vaccination. Yes, I experienced those side effects after you’ve been vaccinated (headaches, chills, colds, fever, numbness and cough) for 3 days. What I did for those days are just lying in bed and rest. No more, no less. Anyhow, I am writing this blog today just asking 5 random questions to you all and I will provide my answers too. I know this is too late to post but let me try.

**Do You Save Or Spend?**
It depends haha. But most of the time, I am more on save. I only spend most of our money when it comes to food but for things, nah never mind. I would love to save money so that in the future, we can use it and most especially for emergency cases.
**What’s The Strangest Thing That You’ve Ever Fallen In Love With?**
Siargao ❤️. For the very first time, I really would love to go back and if possible live with that place. Even when even just landed in Siargao, my heart went up. Last 2019, I went there twice and if there’s no pandemic now, I already booked a ticket to go there
**How Would You Want To Be Remembered?**
Not sure but hmmm… I think that would be I always taking care of others rather than to myself. Selfless? Maybe. I don’t know. It depends of those people who knows me. Lol
**What Would You Do With 10 Million Dollars?**
To invest more on BCH and to travel around the world. Of course, my greatest dream to buy a land and build a shelter for all animals who doesn’t have a home most especially for dogs and cats. To buy a place to stay in Siargao Island too.

My Daily Routine - Pandemic version

**Hello readcash people!**
It’s the middle of the week already. Happy Wednesday! How’s your week so far everyone? I hope everyone is having a good week. Anyhow, I am writing this blog to response to my dear mate @Niazi420 recent article about “Daily Routine” or what do I usually do everyday? Well, mine is boring since this pandemic started. I do always stays in the house unless I need to buy groceries and emergency stuffs but still let me share with you my daily routine. Let’s check it out 🙃.

**6:00am- 6:30am**
I’m out at my work 6 in the morning and after that, I will be having an early walk with my doggies “Summer and Franco” for around 30 minutes. It has double purposes by the way, a bit exercise for me and pee and poop for them. At least we do have an early bond with my doggies. It’s a good way to start your day.
**6:30am – 9:00am**
Preparing breakfast for doggies and of course for me and my partner. Yes, it took 2 hours and 30 minutes because there are times I need to go to wet market to buy so something to eat. Also, I need to watch some videos in youtube first before I cook because honestly I don’t know how to cook lol. I guess that’s the reason why sometimes my partner won’t eat our food and just went out to sleep instead.
**9:00am – 9:30am**
Time to freshen ourselves. Before we went to sleep, we make sure that the house is clean most especially our bedroom and of course after that, we took a half bath to make sure that we are fresh and clean before we went to bed and put some beauty regime too 😁.
**9:30am – 4:00pm**
Sleeping time. Yes, we really tried our best to sleep during those hours at least when we are at work, we have enough energy to fulfill our workloads. There are really times I woke up around 12noon or 1pm. What I normally do on that is we went outside with my doggies so that they can also pee and poop and after went back home and try to sleep again.
**4:00pm – 6:00pm**
Preparing lunch/dinner for Summer and Franco and of course ours too. Normally, I’m the one preparing for our food because I am just working at home and my partner working in the office. So she need more time sleep because I know how tiring it is.
**6:00pm – 6:30pm**
Another walking with Summer and Franco so that they can pee and poop again. We need too because we don’t want them to do it inside the house.
**6:30pm – 8:00pm**
I took a nap on those hours. At least I can gain some energy before coming in to work.
**8:00pm – 9:00pm**
Preparing myself for work. Took a bath, making coffee and cleaning also my work station. There are times I do some stretching to make sure I’m awake during working hours.
**9:00pm – 6:00am**
Work mode. Now on my work. Though I am just working at home, I am still making sure no one will disturb me during working hours. Proud to say my doggies might understands it too because they are just sleeping during those hours. They are not loud compared to our neighbors dog 🙄.
So that’s my daily routine everyone. It is really indeed a boring routine but I love it. My body clocks love it too. Some says working on a night shift is really stressful and hard. Yes, it is but you know what? I’d rather work in a night shift than in a day shift. Why? On a night shift, you will never encountered traffic it is not even hot to go out. Transportation is so smooth. Then again, it really depends on our body if we can handle night shifts or not.

**Hello readcash people!**
Rainy season again here in our country. During “Ber” months or before the end of the year, we do always encountered heavy rains or low pressure area. You can really feel the cold breeze because of it, no need for electric fans and air-conditioner. Currently, we are now encountering a tropical storm and they named it “Jolina”. We’re on signal number 1 now and I hope it will be gone as quickest as possible.
Anyhow, I am writing this blog just to ask some answers from you all because boredom strikes again and I saw a lot from my social media accounts about break ups, cheating, all about relationships. So, here’s the common questions*;* ***In your relationship, are you 100% open to each other? Do you see yourself that he/she is the one for you? Does both of you thinks about future plans to each other?*** Those are the questions that you always think and ask to yourself when you’re in a relationship. I’ll try answer those questions guys and if you have time, please provide your answers too (it will help a lot 🙃).
**Are you 100% open to each other?**
This is a tricky question. Well, for me it is okay not to be 100% open to each other as long the important things are always to he discussed with my partner. Sometimes I may tempted on it, most especially we’re not talking to much anymore compared to when we are still new. In the end, I still trust and respect our privacy. I will still believe in her, to us.
**Do you see yourself that he/she is the one for you?**
When I am in a relationship, I will always think that he/she is the one. I will always looking forward for that. I will give everything that I can (my friends even teased me as “marupok”) because I will always give myself to the person that I am with. Not because I am scared to not able to find another relationships (lol) but it is because I love that person and I will make sure to do anything to make our relationships last longer.
**Does both of you thinks about future?**
It is somewhat related to the 2nd question but this one is more about planning it. In your relationship, does both of you have plans to each other? Mine is I have plans for us however this is the saddest part, my partner not responding to me when I tried to discuss it with her or sometimes she just said yes just to avoid conflicts however still she didn’t not applied it. I don’t want to make argument when it comes to money but for Christ sake, we need to save money. I gave a suggestions for the both of us but she did not respond to it so I guess she don’t like it. After that incident, I never asked her again. Yes, we are okay. We don’t have arguments, no third party or cheating but not sure for us in the future.
I don’t know what her plan is but as long as we are still okay now, I’m still fine with our relationship. What I did instead, I save money for myself and for emergencies. We never know what will happen to us so at least there’s already money that you saved for it.
*Disclaimer: We’re totally okay but even though your relationship now is okay that doesn’t mean that the future between you two will be okay as well. Unless both of you have the same thoughts about it (sana all).*

Why do people quit their job?

**Hello readcash people!**
It's been a while. Sorry for being inactive and I'm happy I am back again on writing. I was just so stressed at my work now and normally what happens is that when I'm out at work, I sleep right ahead. Yes, you read that correctly, sleep right ahead because for now I'm working at home and my bed is at the back of my working station. So anytime I can lay down on my bed most especially if it's available or no calls for a couple of minutes, nah I just lay down on my bed.
I am very thankful and grateful that I am correctly working at home because the fact is not all are given this kind of privilege. Others may have a hard time looking for a job now due to this pandemic we are facing because there are a lot of companies not accepting new applications or the worst case scenario are some companies are filing bankruptcy.
Anyhow, I have a common question to all you guys. Why do employees quit their jobs? Even though the COMPANIES gave them great opportunities and privileges. What triggers them to resign? Well, let me share with you my reasons why I resigned from my previous companies. By the way, I am writing this while I'm at work lol.
`Disclaimer: I am not writing to give you reasons to quit your jobs. This is just based on my experience.`
**Reasons why people quit their jobs:**
***Salary/Compensation***
In the BPO industry, this is the common reason why they quit. My first BPO experience was last 2014. I stayed in my first company for 3 years. I got promoted as being part of the support team however my salary was still the same. I handled more than 20 agents but my salary was the same when I was an agent. We even have thank you overtime (not paid). They did not give me a raise. I have no problem with my job, people at work only my compensation/salary. So I decided to resign from my job. At first, they did not allow me to quit and what they did they gave an allowance instead. I stayed for a couple months on that while job hunting. I already told my manager that in the event I got hired and the compensation and benefits are good, I quit and he said yes to that.
***Management/Operations***
This is the major reason why people in the BPO industry quit. I believe this will definitely applied to all. Indeed we really need a job to feed and sustained our daily needs but what if the management that you're working on had a very disrespectful and overly used people for their own benefits only? Let's say a non healthy employer? Would you stay because of the pay or quit because you know to your self that it is not healthy to you psychologically? In my experiences, I encountered these type of environment. It is really not healthy, emotionally and even physically. Sometimes it may end up to a decision that we never thought we can think about it. I quit to my previous job because of this reason as well. Others may think that it was a unwisely decision but for me it is not. I have a peace of mind right after that. You may start from scratch again but at least your mental state is in good condition.
*My thoughts on this...*
If you feel that you are no longer happy with your work and you feel that both mentally and physically not healthy anymore, you can quit your job. Yes, it maybe a difficult decision but rest assure it will give you peace of mind. You can still look for another opportunities as long as you have you self confidence and not losing yourself. Don't lose hope. Take care of your mental health. Don't let other abused you.

I know most of you already have monthly goal plan with these platforms *(congratulations and I’m totally amazed with that).* On the other contrary, do you also have your monthly budget plan? Like how does your monthly salaries circulates? On my end, I already have plans on it. Our monthly budget is already set and planned with my partner. I always make sure that we have one so that we know where our salaries went through and everything is according to plan (sounds like accounting 101 right? Lol). I learned this with my best friend who is a certified accountant and she told me that better to have a plan with your salary so that you will know and able to manage it properly. I still believe in the saying “You only live once”, that is why I need to have a plan so that if I have a future travels, things that I want to buy, it is still according to the plan, to the budget. I just want to make sure that I will not get broke again, like literally no money again. It’s very hard you know, very hard indeed.
Anyhow, this blog again is all about my monthly budget plan. Let me share to you now how it goes. By the way, our monthly salary is divided into two, 15th and 30th of every month.
***So here’s our currently monthly bills and expenses:***
· House rent – 6000
· Electricity and water – 2700
· Internet – 2009
· Groceries – 2500
· Summer and Franco – 2500
· Food Allowance – 4000
· Debt – 2166
· Credit card – 1500
· Home credit – 970
· Savings – 5000
· Transportation – 2500
· Extra - 2000
***This is how we divided it for the whole month, every 15th and 30th of the month:***
· House rent – 3000
· Electricity and water – 1350
· Internet- 1000
· Groceries - 1250
· Summer and Franco – 1000
· Food allowance – 2000
· Debt – 1083
· Credit card – 750
· Home credit – 485
· Savings – 2500
· Transportation – 1250
· Extra - 1000
This is our estimated monthly salary for each other, ₱25000 for her and ₱27000 for mine. The accumulated total of our monthly payments and expenses is ₱33845 and split it into is ₱17000. This is really a huge expenses for the both of us but we have no choice because we are just renting an apartment here. If only we didn’t rent a house, I can say that we have a better savings at all. So if the estimated total salary is ₱52000 minus ₱33845 the remaining money that we have every month is around ₱18000 (seems a huge amount right? But I don’t know nawawala padin to eh 😅)
Still we divided it into two, me and my partner. Even though we live together, we want to make sure that we still have privacy with our individual salary. Others may seem to combined their incomes together but ours is “NO”. Of course, we told each other how much our salaries is but we respect each other not to combined all of it so that if we want to buy something for us, we have money on our own right ahead. It maybe sounds not good because we’re living together (that’s what I think at first) but then I realized it’s good for the both of us. At least I can say that we can still hold the money that we worked hard for. But of course we have savings, it’s a combination for the both us after all.
In addition to this, I also have my own expenses. I always gave money to my parents every salary for an amount ₱2500 so for the whole month is ₱5000. I need to because they no longer have any work in our province. They are relying to me and my brother now. Same as her, sometimes she’s sending money to her family but not all the time.
Normally, the remaining money I will have every pay day is around ₱2500 and the good thing about it is that I will never touch that money unless (shoppee and lazada are waving) I bought something that is not part of the budget plan same as her but she do have a lot more extra money compared to me though 😅.

So that’s how we normally planned our monthly expenses guys. The good thing about this is that at least we already know where our salaries are for and we know as well the remaining amount of us. I do highly my friends to make theirs too but sad to say they didn’t listen to me and that’s fine. We have our own unique way spending and budgeting our salaries.

It’s September 1, 2021 and do you know what that means? It’s the start of “**Ber**” months meaning to say Christmas is coming 🎄😊. Everyone are all excited when it comes to Christmas because this is the time when we get to celebrate it with our family and also time to see our long time relatives and friends. Christmas is a happy moments for each and everyone of us. Let’s not forget why we are celebrating it. It’s the day that our savior Almighty God was born. We will celebrate it with joy, happiness and of course with love ❤️. Philippines is known for celebrating Christmas in the longest season in the world. How does Filipinos celebrate Christmas uniquely with others? Here’s some insights how our Country celebrates Christmas:
**Misa de Gallo/ Simbang gabi**

During Christmas season, we do have a midnight mass or what we called here as Simbang gabi/Misa de Gallo which most Filipinos believe that their wishes will come true if they can complete all the nine masses.
After the midnight mass, we Filipinos are very much excited or looking forward to the best and freshly cooked *puto bumbong* and *bibingka* with matching *hot chocolate* or most commonly called here as “***sikwate***” outside church. This is one of the signature holiday Filipino treats during Christmas season. You can eat and bought in the streets outside the church.

**Christmas Lanterns/ Parol/Farol**

As soon as ber-months arrives, you will definitely notice all the Christmas lanterns on each and every Filipino houses and premises. You will see that most of the lanterns are outside of the houses you want to know why? During Spanish colony, most of the churches put lanterns outside to shred some lights because not all have electricity before. What happened it became a tradition here in our country that on Christmas seasons, most of us put our lanterns outside not just for decorations but to shred some lights too.

In the middle of Christmas midnight, we Filipinos tend to celebrate it with and our family with a lot food in the table. It is really part of our tradition that on exactly 12:00 AM, every 25th of December that is also the time we will eat all those food together and sometimes went outside and give something to neighbors too. Same during New year’s eve, while waiting for the countdown for a new year tl come we will still celebrate it with a lot food in the table (desserts too, now I’m craving).

I included this on the list because personally, I am always excited and can’t wait for our local TV network providers with their Christmas station id. Yes, every Christmas they will always have this type of caroling including all of their artists. I wonder how are they going to make it during this lockdown due to this pandemic *(wondering and excited too).*

What's the edge of being a woman? Women empowerment

**Hi awesome readcash people!**
How are you all doing so far? I miss writing, sorry for being inactive for a couple of days. Anyhow, I’m back on track and this is somewhat a random question that comes to my mind nowadays and that’s **“What’s the edge of being a woman?"**. That’s really a Miss Universe question right? Lol. Maybe I kept thinking of this because of the ongoing beauty pageant happening here in our country. We called it ***“Miss Universe Philippines”***. I am really a fan of this, it showcased the true beauty of a Filipina and of course their intelligence too. That is why it is called **“beauty and brain”** pageant.
By the way, I’m writing this blog while cooking for our breakfast (multi tasking it is). So see, that is already one an edge of being a woman. We do always multi tasked on everything we do 😁. Going back to the question, what's the edge of being a woman? One thing is by giving a birth to a child. Imagine how difficult both physical and emotional it is carrying a baby in a womb for 9 months. Yes, of course with the help of men sperm cells, that is why there’s a beautiful creature in a women womb. However the bigger picture of this is that, the one carrying that beautiful creature is us, women. Here are my other insights/opinions into it.

**Leadership**
Based on my experience, having a female leaders provides excellent performance in a company by always applying the core values at work, no bias and accept and respect the gender diversity. They will always making the sure that they will still apply the company policy and on the other hand making sure that the employees that they are handling are also well taken care of. You can really say that there is a really great relationship at the workplace with the employees and employers by having a females leaders managing it. Again, this is just based on my experience (no offense for male leaders, they are also great too).
**Relationship**
Fact is most women are very true and loyal when it comes to relationship. They trusted their partners and invested all of their times on that relationship. Though it is also a fact that there are no gender when it comes to cheating but let’s face the reality that in a relationship, most of the time men cheats rather than women. I believe women will only cheats in the event that their partner no longer values them or treated them right and they will able to feel it with another person.
**Family oriented**
In my country, most women are the breadwinners in the family. They are the one who will definitely stay with their parents, making sure that they will still provide the necessary and essential needs for them. Most cases here is that if men got married, they are now focused with the new family they build which is totally understandable and acceptable however when it comes to women, even though they are already married they will still making sure that they can provide the needs of their parents/family.
**Communication**
In terms of communication, I can attest that women are very good and always at the right point compared to men (except for queer people, I totally love you guys!). Men talk more about the good things for there self however women tends to listen, interact and making sure that they will provide great communication.

Every one of us has or own edges. We are born uniquely and aside from that, we do know how to get in touch with others. It is just how the way we will treat others and apply our own self behaviors.

Hi readcash people!
Are you done with your breakfast, lunch or dinner? Yaay. Wondering why I asked that loves? It is because my blog for today is all about FOOD. Yes, food that I cooked for this month since I started back at noise.cash and read.cash. I was also inspired by sissy @Bloghound for her recent article about photography. There are different types of Photography. Photography in human, nature, documentary, sports, fashion, food, etc. Let me share my own food photography. 😊
**Pork Humba**
It’s my favorite dish ever. My happy pill. Did you know that Pork humba is not a 100% Filipino dish? It’s a combination of Chinese and Filipino cuisine. But because we do have our own cuisine called “adobo”, pork humba somewhat refer by some Filipinos as the Visayan version of pork adobo. If you’re really an expert with history of food, you will definitely knows the differences between this two. By the way, I cooked this for our breakfast.
**Grilled Pork Belly**
Who loves grilled pork belly? Me. Lol. Most of the time, me and my partners loves to grill pork or fish. First, we marinated it garlic, lemon, soy sauce, vinegar, magic sarap or salt and add some pepper on it. We marinated it overnight to make sure that the sauce will surely be on the pork itself.
**Pork Tocino**
I love tocino for breakfast. Just to share a funny story when I cooked tocino. I’m very busy at noise.cash while cooking (multi tasking it is). Unfortunately, I forgot the tocino that I cooked. You know what happened? Hahaha. It went black/toasted. It is now called as black toasted tocino. Lol. Anyhow, I cooked another one and I did make make sure that it is well cooked.
**Corned beef and Egg**
I know that is a very common food around the Globe but I believe for some, the combination of this food is a bread. Here in the Philippines, we have rice for corned beef and egg. We can never leave without a rice on our plate. This dish is normally served during breakfast for the reason that it is easy to cook.
**Grilled Fish**
Awee. Who doesn’t love to eat grilled fish? I think everybody loves it. We called this fish as “Bangus” or in English term as “Milkfish”. What I love the most on a grilled milkfish is the belly with a sauce full of onions and garlic, with lemon and of course with chilli (suddenly craving on this while writing).
**Instant noodles**
Every kids love but so to mine. What I love on this when it is still on a hot served. I do usually have this or eat this when I am drunk, to recover right ahead and also if I want to eat urgently (when I’m only on 15 minutes break on worm, this is my solution when I am hungry). It is more delicious when you add an egg and chicharon on it. You will surely going to like it.

How's it going? Do any of you have pending or cancelled travels due to this pandemic? Nah, even me too. We we're about to book and travel to Boracay, however due to Covid-19, we decided to cancel it and just stay at home. We need to make sure that we are safe, if it's not necessarily needed to travel to other places, don't proceed. Once everything is okay, we can definitely travel soon. To any places that we want to be. For now, let's just stay at home, okay?
Anyhow, this blog that I'll be sharing to you is all about my experience as a Tour Guide in our place, Cebu City. Yes, I was hired by my friend to be their tour guide for 2 days with her family from Manila who are currently visiting and exploring Cebu City. Now, let me share with you the places they visited on our 2 days Cebu City - Part 1
**Day 1 - Cebu City tour**
***Basilica Minore del Sto. Nino de Cebu / Magellan's Cross***

Our first destination. Did you know that Cebuanos are very devoted to this miraculous child Senior Santo Nino? Myth said that Senior Santo Nino protected and saved the entire Island of Cebu. Yes, we are very much devoted to this Santo Nino in which we do have a traditional celebration every third Sunday of January to honor him and that was the biggest and grandest traditional celebration here in our places and it's called **Sinulog festival**. It has a dance ritual that will represent the culture and story of each places here in Cebu, street dances all over CebuCity and there's also a Novena Mass in honor of this Child Christ for straight 10 days. You might want to check your calendars on this because most of the time, all the hotels here are fully booked during Sinulog.
***Fort San Pedro (near Plaza Independencia)***

The oldest Fort in the Philippines. This is also a historical place that you can visit because it served as a military defense structure during the Spanish time under the first Governor-General of the Philippines **Miguel Lopez de Legazpi**, a spanish colonial. It also has three bastions which are named ***"La Concepcion"*** (southwest area), **"Ignacio de Loyola"** (southeast area) and **"San Miguel"** (northeast area) . There were also cannons inside this Fort and other Spanish sculptures which were used during the Spanish colony.

We stopped and had our lunch at this very popular eating place in Cebu. Other's said in our dialect ***"Dili ka taga Cebu kung wa ka kaon diri sa ngohiong sa San Carlos"*** you're not a Cebuano if you haven't eaten in this place. Aside from ngohiong, there's other dishes too which is also a popular food here in Cebu such as "pungko-pungko, bola-bola, lumpia and tuslob buwa".
***Temple of Leah / Sirao Garden Little Amsterdam / Tops***
After lunch, the places that we visited was in Busay area which is somewhat a mountainous part of Cebu City. First place we visited was Temple of Leah, own by one of the richest person here in Cebu and a celebrity here in our country Ellen Adarna. According to my reliable source, this temple was made by Ellen's dad as a gift of his mom. You will a statues of Ellen's mom inside the temple and of course you will as well the almost entire Cebu city landscape most especially at night, you will entirely see the Cebu city lights. Also, we went to Sirao Garden or what they called "The Little Amsterdam". You will see different kind of flowers, almost same like in Amsterdam. Lastly, we went to Tops. This is the highest peak in Busay area. It is very nice to take a photo there (you can hire me as your photographer, JK).
***10000 roses***
Last destination we went was the 10000 roses in Cordova, Cebu. Well, based on the name itself it has 10000 roses in the entire area, however those are artificial flowers only. But the place itself, the food are, the ambiance are all worth it.

Since last year or let’s say since the lockdown started, I joined the world of cryptocurrency. Not by trading (because no money yet to risk) but by joining a lot of online platforms (playing games on an apps, clicking links, etc.) and they will pay you through bitcoins, ripples or other type of cryptocurrencies. But when my friend introduced me to these; noise cash and this one, I can really say this is such a blessing to me. Not just for me but to all the people who joined in this community. By engaging with others, staying active and of course following their policy, they will give an amount through bitcoin cash (BCH). Of all the platforms that I joined, this one is the smoothest, fastest and 100% legit who will give you money.

That is why I can literally say that bitcoin cash (BCH) really helps the community today compared to the other cryptocurrencies because of those platforms. My main goal as well is to be the same with my friend who introduced me to this, to be a 1BCH holder.
