People who do the labor, reap what they sow, and those who invested worthy hard work, enjoy the fruit. Because hard work is part of success, and if you are not giving any dime of it, then you won't get anywhere and anything because that is vital to obtain any desired goals in life.
If you want to attain success, then plant it, water it every day, and harvest the fruit of your labor later. Through your sweat blood, the harvest would gonna be bountiful, and the fruit would gonna be sweet.
Farmers get the fruit of their labor after their abundant harvest.
Parents get the fruit of their labor once they saw their children able to stand alone and lead the path they have desired.
Students get the fruit of their labor after passing every exam and graduating from the course they have taken.
Those who aimed for higher positions at work get the fruit of their labor once they got the throne.
Athletes get the fruit of their labor when they're in pole position and hit the final track.
And random individuals get the fruits of their labor when they surpassed strenuous obstacles, survived from falling into the cliff, reached the summit, and pave their way to their success of whatever things they want to aim for.
Albeit, I, myself isn't successful yet, but I do believe that I have traveled a long journey, reached many summits, overstepped gigantic walls, get up from different setbacks, and harvested several fruits of labor. And this leads me to the spot where I currently standing and striving more to harvest more fruits of labor.
And here are just some of my fruits of labor I harvested in the past, up to the present.
Facing The Panel To Get The Thesis Fruit
Way back in college, passing the Thesis was the toughest challenge I have ever taken in my school life. And I am certain that it did happen to everyone else as well who has succeeded in their school journey. But before it happened, sleepless nights, tiresome days were dedicated, and zero spare time for unwinding were sacrificed just to obtain the fruit that any graduating student wanted to have.
School, boarding house, school, boarding house - that was always my route during the last year of my school life. Every after school, we have to face the bulk of papers and the four corners of the laptop's screen just to finish our Thesis book and the computer software we chose to program. Three members were assigned for each group. Our male member was tasked to create the computerized enrollment system for a certain school where we conducted our research study. And my friend and I did the part of researching and making the book. But we also lend a hand in making the software program at times since it was intended to be created by the group.
Research, read, write, encode, print, proofread, revise, finalize - those things became part of our daily cycle until we face the panel for the final defense. I still remember the first day of defense where Computer Science students were assigned to present their works. And of course, I was part of them. And you know what's more strenuous that day? Was when we were chosen to be the first group presenter. My heart was throbbing so loud and pacing so fast, as I really don't like being in the spotlight, most especially reciting in front of the class, or worse, defending in front of the panel.
And I, who did a big role in writing the majority parts of the book was the first speaker of our group and our male member was assigned to present the system. My friend was just like the assistance. Deep breathe and nerve relaxation was all I did before entering the lethal red room. Yeah, that was lethal, lol. And having this soft voice made me more nervous as I need to make my voice louder to present our book successfully.
After more than an hour of defense, we finally got out of the room, relieved and we felt like we unloaded heavy baggage. And do you know what was the result? We passed the defense and were told to make some revisions to our book and the software. And what was more surprising was when other groups congratulated us at the end of the day. Later we found out that our group was the only presenter who passed the defense and doesn't need to face the panel anymore. While the rest of the groups were scheduled for re-defense.
I felt like a thorn in my chest has been pulled out and I can freely breathe and relax. A worthy fruit of labor indeed.
And another one, this isn't to brag π€, but just showing some fruit of labor. Back when I was in college, I never went to battle without enough bullets in my pockets because I don't want to be defeated. The result of burning the midnight oil placed me on the top passers in every quizzes and exam in the Com. Sci. batch. Although I wasn't able to maintain the pace during my last year due to some circumstances, I am still proud to be one of the Dean's Listers among hundreds of students in our batch. And passing the final defense was even more rewarding than any medals.
And those are the first fruits of labor I have harvested.
Speed, Quality, Consistency, Vital Keys To Reach The Top Biller Fruit
After graduating from college, I immediately looked for a job because I don't want to be stagnated in my abode. Slacking inside my zone isn't my forte unless I need it badly. Besides, I have several dreams that I want to achieve, and unloading some responsibilities was my reason as well. Because if I will only stay at home, I would become a great housekeeper and babysitter, lol.
Luckily, I found a job in a famous Freight Processing Outsourcing company in our city founded by our provincial governor, welcoming newly grad inexperienced students. Being computer literate was an advantage as well to easily get the job.
I got a position in a newly opened department named ACT and I was lucky to be one of the pioneers. Handling the system and processing the BOLs (Bill Of Ladings) sent by our clients from abroad was my task as well as other billers. Yes, we call ourselves, billers. As days passed by I was able to master the system well, memorize all the essential codes for BOLs, and my fingers work smoothly and faster than ever before.
My supervisor even called me "The fastest fingers alive" and I wasn't allowed to get sick and take absences without an important reason. Even applying for a higher position (as QC) was prohibited to me, because I serve as the yardstick of our department and special BOLs were assigned to me, and to a few selected billers too. We were called special billers.
Then one day we were so happy when our supervisor announced that our department will be selecting top billers and incentives will be given each week. Easy pissy for me as I was already included in top billers since day 1. The incentives range from Php 1000 for the top 1, Php 900 for the second, and I guess that 800 or 750 for the third, and Php 500 for the rest of the billers included on the list. There were like 7 to 10 top billers each day depending on the number of billers who qualified for the said incentive program. No late or absence, good quality plus speed, were among the requirements. Each chosen BOLs were checked by Quality Controllers every after processing them. Every mistake was a deduction to our points.
Our department became a competitive arena and every morning, the first thing we always check was the ranking on the board. The top billers, as well as the erroneous billers, were posted every day. Because of my determination and skills, I got the fruit of my labor after seeing my name on the top.
And last October 2010, our main client from abroad visited our department and the top billers have been awarded. And that includes me π. This certificate above was the fruit of labor I had received that day along with an envelope of cash. I maintained being the consistent top biller from day 1 until the day I stepped out of this competitive arena and decided to take another path. To gain more knowledge, experience, and upgrade my skills in the career I have chosen.
Self-treats, Worthy Fruits of Labor
My second job was my big sweet break. Handling transactions, updating the daily reports, disbursing, and managing cash, were part of my job while sitting pretty in front of the monitor with daily allowance. I did not worry about my family that much since my father was newly retired with a cash lump sum which he used to put up businesses.
I had a more relaxing life. I can go wherever I want to, buy, eat, do what I want without worrying about anything at the end of the day.
I bought bags, shoes, clothes, that I can't buy before, and I even bought gold jewelry since my earlobes are sensitive and can't use fashionable jewelry. These serve as an investment as well and became a huge help during the times that I have nothing to pull out from my pockets.
The self-treats during this certain course of life were my worthy fruits of labor.
New Challenge, New Place, New Fruit Of Labor
When my mother called me to take a break from working and help her manage her business, I granted her wish. Until a devastating typhoon hit our place and created havoc and lost thousands of lives. I became jobless for a long time and staying at home while helping my mother manage her business wasn't my ideal plan. My body and mind became exhausted because I'm not used to staying at home and all I wanted was to achieve my dreams. And one of them is to travel abroad.
I took advantage of my father's money and studied a new course that will help me achieve my dreams easily. And as I mentioned above, I never went to a battle without enough bullets in my pocket. What I am referring to is enough knowledge to pass any kind of examination. I topped the quizzes and exams and got the fruit of my labor at the end of the course.
Our Caregiving batch did not attend the recognition because we exposed an anomaly in school which tarnished the names of their reputable instructors, our Caregiving instructors, lol. Our batch created something memorable in ACLC Tacloban history. I don't even think they prepare certificates of recognition for us, haha. I did not mind getting my certificate of recognition at all because I was only after my Caregiving NCII certificate. But these grades above were my fruits of labor from sleepless nights, studying for upcoming quizzes and exams.
Shortly after I eloped (another drama in life haha), I got a job that gave me a better salary for working 10 times a month with a total of 240 working hours. You might be confused, I worked 24 hours a day and 10 times a month. So strenuous right? I was earning higher than the minimum wage in a not-so-toxic workplace. When I got enough experience and money, I took the chance to pursue my dream to work abroad.
The course was arduous and I've faced tough obstacles, surpassed high walls, strenuous trails, until I stepped into where I am today. Being able to conquer new challenges, and step into my dream foreign land, were my new fruits of labor.
Reading, Learning, Writing, The Bitcoin Cash Fruit
From an ordinary fangirl to a certified blogger. Writing wasn't my forte way back, I even use references from Google to create some of my articles especially the crypto-related articles. That was long ago though. But then I told myself, "how will I grow and improve if I will always use references?" I gained new knowledge through reading, then applied them in writing. Eventually, I finally learned to create my own content without any references, purely from my own thoughts and sweat, lol.
And I told myself, "so I can actually be a real writer." Then I planted this line in my mind, "Just believe in yourself, be determined to learn new things, and pursue what you want, and you'll get what you aim for."
I found my own genre, oh, I actually don't have a specific genre of writing, because I considered myself a versatile blogger. I'm writing journalism, crypto-related article, poem, fiction, non-fiction, personal blogs, travel blogs, non-sense to full of sense, inspirational/motivational, crypto journey, Tagalog articles, either long or short or entry for prompts and challenges.
Those are the fruits of my labor from reading, learning, and writing. And it's true that when writing becomes your passion, your mind and fingers will work as a keyboard and you'll learn to unblock your writer's block. Once you start writing, your thoughts will fly, your imagination will be stretched out, and your fingers will run smoothly until the end of the article.
And it feels so great being able to give back to the community a portion of the fruit of labor I got from these two awesome platforms. Being on top even on this platform is something I can prove that, I'm a competitive person and fully determined to harvest more fruits of labor.
And Bitcoin Cash?
This coin is my sweetest fruit of labor. An awesome bonus from all the hard work and perseverance I bestowed just to get the fruit I deserve. Without this coin, I should have been lost in the rain and still struggling to get back on track. So I owe this coin a lot and these two platforms, noisecash and readcash as well.
But what's sweeter than that?
It's when I'm seeing my family happy and healthy and savoring the fruits of my labor. Something that I can be proud of and will treasure for the rest of my life
We all have different stories about the fruits of labor. From the moment we step out of the house and gain wisdom, to walking on the course of life, getting up from every fall, and reaching the trophy of success. It all started with one step, then followed by more strive, navigated more paths, stirred more wheels, until we hit the top. And the courage, perseverance, and determination to fulfill our desired goals, are what make the fruits of labor sweeter.
This is my entry for @JonicaBradley new prompt "Fruits of labor."

I just screenshot the rules because I don't like it to be flagged as plagiarized especially that it is posted inside readcash.
Your every word is very valuable and you have made a good argument. If we want to enjoy some fruits, we must work hard. Without hard work we will never be able to enjoy the fruits. If we enjoy the fruits without hard work, then it will be unjust
