So many times, we all have one task or the other we always want to accomplish right?
Yes! Absolutely.
But what happens then?
Why do you always tend to lose focus all of a sudden?
Why do we always tend to leave the task unfinished, and just move on to a fresher one?
All these and lots more are tantamount questions we sometimes ask ourselves.
The fact is., We lack the self-confidence to keep pushing, and that's why we soon get tired of trying.
I keep telling people, so long as it's something your mind is fully into., You can do it. You can fly to any height you wish to, do anything you want to. You just need yourself to agree with your mind, work hard, be persistent enough and win!
You need little or no encouragement from anyone. You are ENOUGH. You have got yourself to encourage YOU.
Don't ever feel bad when people criticise your works or efforts, it's normal.
Don't feel bad when people don't show you love as you feel they ought to.,. It's normal.
But something you should never do is :
✓To lose yourself in the process of getting someone to love or see how valuable you are. Never do so, Never!
In as much as you can dream widely about something, you can bring to reality that dream.
If you can think of it, you can achieve it. Just keep working
Now the question is.,
Are you willing to work?
Or are you someone that just thinks about something, and goes back to sleep on those dreams? If you are such a person., I bet it's time to wake up.
Don't sleep in your dreams. When you dream dreams, you stand up, map your success schemes, get ready to work and work. Make friends with like-minded individuals like you, it will help you a lot.
Forget about those people that don't add anything to your life except critics. Don't feel bad. Instead, use their critics to your advantage.
And how do you do that?
By taking every critic as a challenge, and facing it.
.... When they say you can't do something, do it twice, thrice, even as many times as you Will., Take not just a picture, but pictures. Give them the photo bump., Spam them!
They deserve to feel terrible at your success, yes! It was their wish anyways.

How do you handle your goals/dreams/task/or just anything?
✓Know what you want to be. Let passion rule your decision in choosing a partway to life, a career, or even a profession more still.
✓Set goals. Long-term, short-term, daily goals alike. It helps.
✓Build healthy relationships with people. Never stop connecting with people. Humans are the surest plugin in this world and beyond. We need them to live, to thrive in business, to talk to, to work with. Always and always make sure you build healthy relationships and connect wisely with people. You may need them in due time.
✓Never stop learning. As much as you can, learn!
The day you stop learning, that's the day you stop growing.
✓Don't ever lay your eggs in one basket. Don't ever hope 100% on someone or something. It may crash, you never can tell. Always have a backup plan, just in case of necessity.
✓Have this life-changing and transforming mentality.

Time is the denominator of just everything on earth. Life, death, success, failure. It's all ruled by time.

Many of us, admire a lot of relationships on social media, which we term perfect. Even though they aren't.
Now, will you just want to sit back and keep appraising other people's relationships, while you let yours crumble within your very eyes?
Finding someone you love is hard, finding them and loving them sincerely is quite a task.
Sticking with them for better for worse., Is also more like work.
In this article, I would be revealing 35 Relationship Hacks that would help you take your relationships from scratch to the next level.

1) Make love the essence of the relationship. Love should be the reason for the relationship and not money, looks or any other secondary necessity.
2) Respect each other's boundaries.
Is there something your partner does not like.,. Don't go too wild with that. Respect their boundaries. You will enjoy their company more.
3) Respect their personality.
Male or female, everyone deserves respect. Attach respect to them., Always and always.
4) Take note of the little things they love.

One of the basic criteria for living on earth is having relationships with people. It is unavoidable, as no one is, or wants to be an island. Except in very rare medical or psychological cases.
In one way or the other, we are all company. Company of family, friends, and well-wishers. We want attention. We want to be loved and taken care of., We want to socialize and get along with so many people with personalities of different kinds.
Most especially, we all want to venture into a romantic relationship some time, someday. With someone we love, and love, someone we cherish and would cherish. For the rest of our lives.
I will lay more emphasis on a romantic relationship.
Yes! It is true we want to get emotionally attached positively to someone who feels the same way for us. I too would love to be in such shoes.
But the big question is., ***Why are you entering a relationship?***
Are you venturing into a relationship because your circle of friends is into one or more already? Or you feel it's the right time.
The very reason I term this question a big one is because sometimes, so many people are cajoled to be in a relationship they originally didn't want to be. Sometimes, as a result of peer pressure, low self-esteem, environment, and others.
Some even endure a toxic relationship. And sometimes I keep asking myself why a lady or a guy would actually have to pass through or endure a toxic relationship when they could just put an end to it and save himself/herself from mental stress and emotional trauma.
I really don't know what your reasons may be for venturing into a romantic relationship., Or one that would eventually lead to the future.
But here is my advice for you. Whatever the reason is, don't ever take that decision based on someone else's idea, or ideology., Believes or traditions.
Enter a relationship because you don't just only feel it's right, you know it is the right time for you to do so.
Enter a relationship because you are bent on building and shaping your future with someone so dear to you.
Enter a relationship based on your own ideology and believes about it. It has a greater chance of working for you than the ideology of others. And lots more...

* Are you a guy that can only offer money and sexual satisfaction., One of the two or both.
Note, these so may be very important to almost everyone., But if sexual satisfaction and money is what you can only offer to your woman., I put it to you that you aren't near "Good Enough" for an ideal relationship. Forget the way the world is going.
* As a guy, outside the shores of your home, can you be a person of value to your woman?

In a case where all but finances and sex are missing in a relationship., Forget it, you both are so close to destruction than drowning ship.
Don't just be a value-added man in the bedroom alone. Outside, to the public., How well enough do you support your woman?
As a lady, aside from cooking and sexual satisfaction too., What else can you offer?

She had quickly left the scene and was bent on getting to know the master-minder of her ordeal the previous night.
She later discovered that the man who had met her at the restroom the night before was an agent for Mr. Alex. Who was her superior in the music industry.
He had planned to get Mr. Alex to sleep with her, get her sex tape and use it to dent her name and reputation in the industry. But instead of his agent moving her to room 3118, he took her to 318, where Lucas was. The lady that was paid to service Lucas that same night, was sent to the wrong room too, in place of Lucy.
As if God was at work mysteriously. All the same, Lucas or Alex. She would have still been slept with. But somehow, she was grateful it was Lucas and not Alex because it would have been more disastrous for her and her career.
Just then, the face of the man who met her mysteriously that night, she quickly recalled it was Jason.
Pheww! How come she never knew, nor was she able to place his face pretty well that day.
So much for alcoholic highness!
She was dumbfounded at the next step to take.
What was she supposed to do?
Was she supposed to take up Lucas's fake marriage scenario? At least if not anything, just to compensate herself for the loss of her hymen.
She had made numerous researches about Lucas, but everything seemed to be in the discrete. All she could fathom was that he had power in the whole of Korea somehow. She noticed from the way people addressed him when he got down from the flight of stairs to look for her when she had run down the morning after her ordeal.
Who was this anonymous man that seemed so great and untouchable to her?

She paced around the corners of her slightly dark room.

Her meeting with Lucas was a quick one. No much talking, just straight to the business they came for. Nothing much to say about him, if not that he was a reserved, gentle, calm, and awesomely handsome young man.
Everything was to be concluded that day, so they headed to the court and got the papers and marriage documents signed and issued out to them.
" We would be living at my home from hence"
Lucas has said.
" You can't be serious? She asked.
"I am serious, we are couples from now on, to everyone, the public, most especially my parents., For the period of six months".
Lucy felt more comfortable getting to know the marriage wasn't forever after all.
Soon, they began hanging out. The media took up hot blogs and gists about them. This caused a huge shift to Lucy's music industry., She became more famous.

She had begun to love this man called Lucas.
How this was possible, was what she never knew.

One Night Stand
Lucy had gone to the club that night with her best friend Jane. Somehow, after they finished having fun and the party concluded., Lucy had told Jane she needed to use the restroom and that way, she disappeared into the thin air. Jane couldn't see her again. She tried her line several times, but she was unable to reach her. It was late at night and she was soon getting uneasily dizzy. For a split second, she had thought Lucy had left her all by herself and headed home as she did the last time. Little did she know that Lucy was still on the shores of the club.
At the restroom, drunk Lucy had managed to relieve herself completely when a man approached her. He was trying to put up a conversation with her, though she just kept replying in a weird way, proving she was high on the influence of alcohol.
The young man then decided to take her to the hotel, and book a room for her where she would spend the rest of her night.
"Where is she" a voice had asked in steep darkness.
"She is in room 318"

"Okay, bring her in., So we don't keep our young Master waiting".
Lucy was moved to a new room, still unconscious. All she could remember was a man's voice, saying she should do what she was paid to do.

Stella had blanked out for hours and was put in a separate ward where she was given a drip.
She tried to reach Dave severally, but no way.
Dave never came back the following weekend as he had promised. Stella stayed and watched Kelvin, nursed him back to health without Dave calling or even texting.
She had called Franca and told her of the happenings in her marital life, and together they decided to investigate the case.
They both knew Dave was in town and not in Lagos., So they found a way to discover the hotel he was staying., And it wasn't difficult as Franca's younger sister was a manager there.
The 3rd week, Dave got back home, and kept apologizing that he was unable to call her., Her line was always unreachable and he got his phone stolen on the first week too, and he just got a replacement and didn't have her contact. At first, Stella wanted to believe him., But the fact that he didn't travel to Lagos made her not to. She didn't ask him Further.
It didn't take them (Stella and Franca) to find out that Dave had 2 children with patience, which was his ex, he denied having anything to do with her anymore. Stella couldn't hold her show of disappointment and amazement too. How could Dave go to that extent?
Just then., She put a call through their family doctor., Dr. Martin's.
"Does he know already., Did he try to find out"
That was all Franca could hear from Stella's end as she couldn't fathom what the doctor said from his end.
Then Stella smiled and cut the call.
What was all that about, Franca asked? I will tell you soon., But first, we have one more thing to take care of.
And with that, they headed to Dr. Martin's office, demanding for a DNA test to be run on patience kids since he had access to them as their family doctor too.
When they got home, Stella told Franca all she felt she needed to know.
The next day, she went to retrieve the results.
Two days after, France received a call from her younger sister, stating that Dave had lodged with a certain lady minutes ago. She sent the photos to her and just as expected, it was no one other than patience. She quickly contacted Stella and together they went to the hotel.
On getting there, Franca's sister gave them the spare keys to the room and Stella went to the room, opened it. she couldn't believe her eyes.
There was her David, cheating before her very own eyes with his ex he claimed nothing was between them anymore.
David quickly got up feeling embarrassed and ashamed. He begged Stella but she just stormed out of the room. And together with Franca, left towards home.
They were right. And they had caught him red-handed.
The next morning, being a Saturday. Stella couldn't hold it back anymore. It pained her to know David didn't just lie about his trip to Lagos weeks back but was cheating on her., Not just that, with his ex. To crown it all, had 2 kids she never knew existed.
Stella had confronted him., And he spilled the beans of Kelvin not being his son. He tried playing the victim and saying Stella had the guts to cheat on him and have another man's child live and eat under his roof.
And that he had rather stick with his real family and blood which was patience. And just then, Stella brought out the DNA test for his 2kids with patience, and to his greatest surprise., They weren't his either.
Stella had lied about the pregnancy. She got her stomach pumped when she saw dave refused to give her attention., Just so she could win him back.
But he kept on cheating.
Patience too, who was his side chick had lied to him. The 2kids she had for Dave weren't his. But she enjoyed the luxury and money Dave showered her, so she had her own secret to keep.
Dave knew Kelvin wasn't his son from the secret DNA test he had done when Kelvin was one-year Plus. So when patience had told him of her being pregnant, he decided to concentrate more on building a family with her instead, while pretending to be there for Stella.
As Stella got pregnant, he just wanted to find a way to keep his two families without either of them knowing.
But he couldn't stand the fact that Kelvin wasn't his blood. He hated Stella for cheating.
He was just waiting for the right time to break up with her if after she gave birth, and the child wasn't still his., Then he will be done with her. It will just be him, patience, and his 2 sons' patience bore for him.
After reading the result of the DNA Stella gave him., Confused Dave stood bewildered., And just then, their family doctor came in.
And Stella spoke.
8years back. , You went to JADEN'S HOSPITAL intl.
Where you donated your sperm to be paid in return.
The hospital paid you for the services, and never called you back.
And you never asked why?
It was because of the low sperm count they noticed you had as a result of the kidney failure which resulted in your kidney transplant in 2013.
Luckily, I worked there as a biologist during my IT defense.
I was ordered to discard the sperm gotten from you because of its impotence. But then, I had to speak with my senior colleague, doctor Martin's here. And together we worked on your sperm. And when it was healthy enough, I was advised to get my eggs fertilized by it. Just so I can bore you a child.
That was how I got inseminated, and we had Kelvin.
I had asked him to give you fake DNA because I knew you had a hint about Kelvin not being yours. Because you and your mom taught I was cheating behind you But I was actually saving you a lot but you never knew.
I and doctor Martin had been investigating you ever since I noticed you were cheating with patience, your ex.
He happens to be their family doctor too, so getting DNA for you and your so-called kids wasn't quite a job. And just as expected, it turned out negative.
Dave, I never cheated. I accepted to marry you after seeing the predicaments you had and I wanted to salvage it. And that's exactly what I did just so we could have our first child "Kelvin". But you thought it right to backstab me.
You are impotent as a result of the kidney transplant you did. I wanted to save you and your family from shame when I found out you were an only son.
And just then, doctor Martin's handed him an antidote.
Here is an antidote that will help your low sperm-count return back to normal.
Dave was dumbfounded.
He couldn't help but cry after getting to know all the good things Stella had planned and did for him from the onset...
"But why didn't you tell me earlier," he asked.
I wanted to know if you were man enough to love me notwithstanding.

They got things mapped out again, and Dave was the ever-loving husband to Stella and his son Kelvin.
He soon got treated, and a year and a half later were blessed with triplets. 2 boys and a girl.

"What is all this Dave? Why do you keep coming home late just every single night? You no longer create time for me and your son Kelvin anymore. What has come over you?
Stella had asked David almost at the point of tears.
Stella!
I have told you times without numbers., It's work that is making me stay up so late at night. I have to work extra hours of the day just to complete my task so I don't get sacked.
David replied back.
Sacked?? Really., wow!
You know what Dave., I'm beginning to over suspect your excesses this time. You no longer regard me as your wife., You don't keep to our weekend dates for 2months now. I have tried talking to you countless times about this, but all you tell me is work, work, work!
I just hope you aren't cheating on me!
At this very statement., Stella made her way out of the sitting room.
Dave kept staring at the already vanished shadow of Stella. He couldn't believe what he was hearing from his wife. The very woman he had spent 5years of his life with, felt he was cheating on her, how pathetic!
David sank into thoughts. He kept thinking and thinking. What was he supposed to do now? This was the same wife that helped him to his feet as a young man, and she was like the last person he wanted to ever lose in his life. But what was he supposed to do?
It was a weekend already., So he decided to take the rest of the next week off to make things right with his wife and son.
That Sunday after church., While the couples were in the sitting room watching a movie., Dave tried bringing up the matter to be discussed, but Stella wasn't ready to entertain such. According to her, he was complicating everything, and she was beginning to lose trust in him. If he couldn't find or spare 5mins to give her a call when or not he would be staying late at work, or even during the day to ask how she was doing, her and his unborn child. Then she Didn't know what else he could possibly do for her except hustle for money.
All she said had caught Dave really hard, and he kept apologizing to her.
The next morning, he decided to give her breakfast in bed. Stella wasn't expecting any of that, so when she was woken up by Dave, she was excited and surprised too.
"When did you start making breakfast., Let alone serve me breakfast in bed?
She had asked with eyes widely open.
"Ohh babe, that's to show I can do anything I want for you to be happy".
" So you mean you could do all these, and you never for once gave me this pleasure since 5years, Dave are you this mean?
Stella asked smiling and trying to play the victim's side. While they eventually started smiling and laughing at themselves.
Dave had stayed home all day, assisting his pregnant wife with chores, laundry, and doing the dishes while she cooked. I'm sure you know what all these means to a lady.
Stella once again felt fulfilled and happy. She had found love again in the eyes of her husband. To her, her marriage was gradually returning back to blissful and leaving the former sour nature.
These and more repeated for the whole week, till Dave resumed work the following week.
Days later, Dave had come home telling her he was posted to Lagos to oversee the building going on, on the company's newly acquired site. And he was meant to leave the next morning and would be back the next weekend. Stella didn't feel so good about it., But what could she do? She just had to reassure him of her love and prayed for him for Journey mercies. So in the morning, Dave had set out for Lagos as he told Stella.
Two days passed, and not a call or text from Dave. Stella had begun to feel worried. But she just decided to wait up till the third day and if nothing, she would go to his company and ask his secretary if they had communicated with him recently. Later that day, Stella decided to go get some groceries at a nearby store, and just then, she came across her old family friend that had been out of the country for a great while.
Franca and she exchanged pleasantries and she had asked her about her trip to Canada and when she got back. They talked for some time when she asked Stella about her husband Dave.
"Dave is fine o, just scarce these days because of work yunno!
" Wow, sorry dear, men always get scarce when looking for money. Did you say he traveled to Lagos? "
Franca asked a little bit inquisitive this time.
" Yes, he did. He has been out for 2days now.
" Wow! Okay, hope you both are keeping in touch., And how is Kelvin doing? "
" Kelvin is doing well dear. The fact is, Dave hasn't spoken to me since he left that morning. I'm getting scared, what if something has happened to him. I would report to his company by tomorrow if he is yet to call me or pick my calls"
Stella had said emotionally.
They had soon gone their separate ways back home. When a call came to Stella that Kelvin was in the hospital.
Jesus!!
She exclaimed, dropped all she had bought and ordered her driver to take them home, and rushed to the hospital.
Kelvin had been hit by a car while coming back from school. Luckily for him, he didn't sustain any internal injuries, just some minor fractures which would take some days to heal.
Stella stayed all day at the hospital, praying, while the doctors were nursing Kelvin back to health. And still, she was unable to get through to her husband.
2days passed, making it 4days, she hadn't still heard from Dave and was unable to go to his company because of kelvins health.
She woke up to her phone ringing by 10:30 am that Wednesday morning. She had already missed 5calls and behold, it was Franca.
Hello babe, wats-up?
"Stella, I'm good. You wouldn't believe what I just saw now. "
" What did you see that's making you jilt like a frog "
" Stella., I just saw dave coming out of the Chinese restaurant here at Trans Amadi Road with a lady.
See, I'm not trying to blackmail your husband, but believe me, dear, there is more to what those people have. The way she was seductively dressed up, it didn't look to me like they were out for work or something official. I don't know but., I think your husband is cheating on you.
At this, Stella's heart dropped.
How could dave do so to her??
"Are you still there Stella? France asked from the other end.
"Ye.. yes. I am dear.
Stella replied shakily.
" I would send you their photos right now. I really thought dave traveled to Lagos., But it seems he never did travel anywhere.
"Okay" was only what Stella could say and dropped the call. Just then, the photos of Dave and the anonymous lady popped up, and she checked it out immediately.

'No' Is Not A Bad Answer

Hey readers, glad to have you back in this space. I'm sure you all know what familiarity is all about.
Let me make things clearer just in case of any doubt of emergence. Familiarity refers to you being so used to someone. A friend most especially. You are pretty damn free to do anything around that person (of cause, not every - every) you feel free to talk or air out your views just any time you feel like.
This type of familiarity is mostly termed as best friendship. It's a positive one actually. Where you can boast of a friend that got your back always. You could share things with and he/she could confide in you too.
It's just so amazing if you do have a best friend.
But wait!
What about over Familiarity? I'll tell you.
Over familiarity., Just as the name implies, refers to when you are overly familiar with someone. This is not just you being in a friendzone only., But when it seems like someone knows so much about you.
It isn't always a great idea when over-familiarity has to step into most of your relationships or friendships with people. Because, it could ruin it in the long run, definitely it would!
When you get overly familiar with people, you lose your self-respect to them.
__They begin to take you for granted.
This is what Nigerians term "see finish"!
__They wouldn't appreciate your little efforts.
__They could even go to the extent of saying some kinds of stuff about you in public that they originally shouldn't have.
Why?
Because they felt they probably knew you too much.
They felt they have "seen you finish"
They felt they could do anything they want to, and because of familiarity sake., You will always welcome it.
Over familiarity is just so bad because it could pave way for a lot of ill-treatments from your overly familiar friends to you.
__ you will be eventually taken advantage of!
Yes!, I meant every bit of what I said earlier.
In the course of your friendships with people, at some point, they will need you helping them in one way or the other of which you would oblige to.
Now, when you willingly decide to help them each time they need your help, you are giving them a bad signal you will soon regret.
I'm a love advocate, and I believe in giving out to people. This is what I learned personally from my numerous and little encounters too.
Now firstly, giving isn't bad as I stated earlier. But giving someone that assurance that you will always be available to "help out no matter what" isn't so advisable. Exceptions to your partner, family member, or best friend.
A mere friend shouldn't always enjoy these privileges too often. Sometimes, when you are called upon to help., It is okay to say "No" and be firm about it. It's your assistance and it's your right.

Help them when you feel a nudge to.
Help them when you are capable of doing so. But still., Don't always do it in a way that you arouse certain "I am always there" mentality in them.
If you can't completely say "No" when you feel the little bit of asking are too much for you. You could help solve 40% of their problems and leave 60% to them. Or vise versa when you feel they are unable to.
It's best that way!
This is because, the person in question will have an understanding that you are a good person, and you help when you have. And when you are unable to do so, they will understand that you can't. Because you tell them "No" politely at times.
But if you feel the demands are too much and you don't know how to put a stop to it ., Just know that you are within the claws of over-familiarity.
As regards this,
__you wouldn't mind hurting really hard just to keep pleasing.
Really toxic!
In as much as you are friends with someone., You both have problems to solve. Your life is your responsibility and you take care of it., So they should take care of their problems too.
But If out of your godly mind you decide to help out., Don't let that be on a regular basis.
Don't do it to the extent you are tired and you can't put a stop to it.
There is a difference between helping and being taken advantage of.
Yes! There is.
When you help and you are tired of helping., Please stop. It's best you don't help at all, then help with grudges.
__Dont let people play with your emotions into doing things you don't feel like doing for them.
You are being taken advantage of.
__Know when to say a "NO" and keep to it. It's one of your most basic rights as a human.
__Do things because you feel like, don't let anyone cajole you, if not, it's a waste of time and resources especially when you are being overly forced to do so in the case of helping.

Giving out help should be done willingly because it is a thing of the heart. It becomes of no use when you are forced to help., And still, feel bad about helping. Then it isn't of the essence.
A lot of us are victims of over Familiarity and its negative effects because of the soft and tender nature and heart we have got. I was a victim too. Good thing I'm liberated.
I would give you a few wisdom nuggets of getting rid of it, if in any.
If you aren't a victim too., Just keep them in your backpack and save them for the future just in case.
Here we go!
__Always have this mentality.,
✓Not everyone is your friend.
✓Not everyone deserves to know the real you. Some just have to get familiar with the social media you., That's all!
✓Don't be too quick to get comfortable around just everyone the passes by, extending a hand of friendship.
✓Not everyone can handle your secrets when told to them. So better still, keep them to yourself and your God.
Get acquainted with all of these.
__Dont brag about your finances to people!!!!
This alone has all the capacity to land you into a lot of charity depts.
✓When people have a hint that you make a lot, or you are well to do., Or even average, or the least notwithstanding.,
¶ Get ready to offer free financial help to them even when you don't want to.
Of course, you can't say you don't have money, to the very soul you told of the credit alert you received last week, and are to receive this week too. Or the fact that you get paid at a particular time of the year.
✓ When this kind of friendship which isn't necessary is established., You will be getting shocker news on a daily basis.
How an emergency dept arose and he/she is too bankrupt to pay.,
How his mom/dad/partner/sibling swallowed cutlass or penknife and need a quick deposit to begin treatment.
Now., I'm not saying you shouldn't help but., All of these would have never been your utmost concern in the first place. Even if it was meant to be., At least a little of it, not all these family problems ranging from A to Z.
But because you felt too comfortable to the extent of discussing your financial status with someone you taught you knew., Now, you have been turned to a money bank, and the surest funds plug by still that same trusted friend of yours.
Think!
__Define all your Relationship with people.
Not everyone deserves to be close to you., Too close to you., Or be closest to you.
__Place core boundaries.
Let people know the kind of person you are, the kind of conversations you welcome. Most times, it's best people see you as a Strong-minded and serious person even if you aren't. That way it will save you from a lot of losses and others.
Above all, it till help you avoid "see finish" or over Familiarity. Because people can never be able to pinpoint your next plan or agenda.
There is a lot to over Familiarity., But I guess I've been able to enlighten you more on it.

The Person OF The Holy Spirit
Now, the holy spirit is the closest person to us. He is here with us, but we don't notice his presence because we are too occupied doing irrelevant things.
How do you know he is with us?
Listen attentively. The Bible says God speaks to us via his spirit. He comes with a still voice. That's to say that, if we aren't so attentive, we wouldn't hear him speak. That's why we always and always tend to do the wrong things because we paid more attention to the devil due to his subtility and forceful hold on us.
When the holy spirit speaks to us, he doesn't drag, he doesn't do that forcefully, he doesn't give you so many reasons why you should obey him.
He just tells you slowly and gently. ' My son/ daughter, don't go out today"
This very statement has saved a lot of people from dying or meeting so many problems on their way out, going somewhere. because they listened and obeyed him.
But the devil will always come to counter whatever the spirit of God tells us. He would give us a thousand and one reasons why we should not miss going out today. He would remind us of the pleasure and fun we were meant to have.
Just so we could pay attention to him and disobey the holy spirit and then, whatever we are the consequences, we would face it alone.
See, it would interest you to know that the devil has to good intentions for us. Whereas God does. He said in his word in Jeremiah that the thought he has for us is of good and not of evil, to bring us to an expected end.
With this scripture alone in mind, we should always know that whatever the holy spirit tells us to do is genuine, and is for our own benefit.
When he speaks, how do you know he is the one?
Pay so much attention. Whatever he tells you to do, is genuine, good, and in line with God's word. He doesn't pressurize us, but he always speaks to us calmly as usual.
Now the question is ., Are you willing to listen to him. Would you pay attention and do everything he tells you to do, or would you just ignore and do the one the devil tells us?
This is a very important question, which disobedience to the voice of the holy spirit often leads to death. Because sometimes, he may come to warn us about something, and when we disobey, the end result could be death. That is why we should always be quiet. He isn't heard by noisy people., Because they wouldn't hear him when he speaks.
__Cherish and have your alone time with God.
__Pray without ceasing., Pray always. When you have a problem., Pray!
When you are thankful., Pray!
__The more you commune with God through praying consciously and studying the Bible., The more closer and intimate we get to him. Nothing beats when we have an intimate relationship with God. Because we are saved from a lot of things., We have a greater advantage than a mere Christian.
***Things the holy spirit helps us do.***
When Jesus was about to leave earth., He told his disciples he would bring the comforter to help them. Here are some benefits enjoyed by those who have the holy spirit, and are conscious about him.
__ The holy spirit, tells us what to do when we are confused. We just have to pay attention and listen.
__ He advocates for us.
__ He helps us to pray when in the spirit realm, when strong and in distress., (Tongues)
✓ Speaking in tongues is the sign of you having the holy spirit in you.
Do you speak in tongues?
Do you want to learn?
Funny enough., So many of you who haven't spoken in tongues yet would definitely want to learn.
But the truth is.,
Tongues can't be learned. It is given to us by the spirit of God.
Once we have the holy spirit in us, our tongue-speaking ability is spiritually enabled.
Let me clear your doubts A bit.
What are tongues?
Tongues are unknown Langues Christian's who a baptized by the holy spirit is enabled to speak in.
According to Romans., The Bible said tongues edify the spirit. For each time e consciously pray to God in tongues or our own languages. We keep divinely connecting ourselves to God.
The Bible said, when we speak in tongues, we speak in strange languages that the devil will be unable to understand. This communication is just for the understanding of God alone. The devil can't stand or understand the prayers when made in tongues.
That is why it's good our spirit man is quickened by the holy spirit.
__Hw helps us overcome the fleshy desires of man.
__ He enables us to do the will of God more easily than before. No man can perfectly obey all God's commandments on his own accord, except with the help of the holy spirit. That's why he is very important.
__He helps us enable our blessings once we are able to be thankful for the little God has done. By so doing, God is willing to open the treasure base of heaven to keep blessing us.
We all see how important the holy spirit is to us believers and Christians.
It is an amazing thing if you have the holy spirit in you.
But if you haven't.,
What is holding you?
Is it environment, or false doctrines that the holy spirit does not exist?
How about you just have an alone time., Pray to God and seek an encounter with him. I bet, God would divinely change your perspectives for you. And you will see reasons why we all need the holy spirit.

I Found love
For a great while in my life, I've been wondering about so many things. How could I even get past discouragements, how do I put back pieces of my very own broken hearts, just to let things be, or lie in the past? Love Is The Essence
So many people get the word "Love" twisted at times. What do these four-lettered words mean?
So many interpretations about this same word that bears a lot of meaning and come with a whole lot of responsibilities.
I don't know what your perspectives about love are., Because we interpret love differently. But what I can say is, love;
_ is more than a mere feeling.
The word "I love you"., Becomes so baseless when actions aren't accompanied with it to prove its potency.
Love is deeper than the eyes meet.
It's more than a mere feeling of attraction.
Love is a special kind of feeling. And this feeling isn't a rare one. Because it enables you to do something instead of how you feel about it. Love is, doing something for the good of another. Even if you aren't comfortable with it.
Love is fighting for the good of others, even when they don't see/seem not to see or appreciate it.
Apart from being the intense attraction felt between two souls, which makes them inseparable.
_Love tolerates
_Love builds.
_Love appreciates
_Love heals.
_Love understands.
_Love secures.
_Love helps.
_Love protects.
_Love is sacrificial.
_Love takes risks.
_Love fulfils
_Love completes a person.
These and lots more are what love is. They are the basic features of love.
Love is cheap, but still hard to be sold.
(Quickly analyse that).
This means that., Love isn't so hard to buttress when genuine, but it becomes so hard in this out dispensation because there is a whole lot of ingenuity, hate, pretence, and Fake lifestyles and identities.
And for this reason, so many people feel and believes love doesn't exist, or love is a scam.
Don't ever let those who love didn't work out for them, simply because they chose to follow the wrong part., To deceive you into thinking it doesn't exist.
It does exist!
Love is real!
They tasted it too but were never able to manage it and grow it. So they dropped love., And now don't even want you to love, feel loved and give love.
Such wickedness!
It's heartbreaking how we all live in a world full of hate and consideration for others.
It's pathetic how people give up on love easily., Because of happenings around.
It's bad how people go to the extent of faking love for years.
A man who can fake love pretentiously., Can kill!
Love is, has, and will always be the best thing to happen to someone.
Love is the only tool for an effective change in a man's life.
Love is the only remedy for all pains, heartbreaks, scars, betrayals and lots more.
Of cause, they say time heals all wounds. It takes love to make that faster for anyone. It takes love for them to be made whole again even after being healed of their scare.
It's only love that can reassure you when you feel you have lost everything.
Ohh., I remember a book I read during summertime this year.
This book centred on love, the importance of it and what it could do.
I saw lives transformed. I know you are wondering how "I saw", when it was a mere book "I read", as you will always say.
But., It was a true-life story. As I read it, it felt so real to me.
**HEALING LOVE**
The girl in question., A university student, who went for a night class, got raped by some hoodlums and beaten almost to death. She survived it as some students noticed, voiced out and called the ambulance. And that's how she was able to get to the hospital and was nursed back to health.
Before this ugly incident happened., Anna was a virgin and was already engaged to Tony. I'm sure you know what her being raped meant to her, her fiance and her relationship.
She lost her priceless treasure, which both she and her fiance helped preserve, unwillingly to hoodlums. How painful!
Well, Anna felt so bad about herself. She had made the worst mistake of her life and Tony would never forgive her. She wasn't Worthy enough for him. She was a spoilt vine, and she didn't want to get his wine bitter.
But you know what happened., Tony was never angry at her for any day. He never judged her negatively, didn't even think of breaking up with her, even when she insisted.
Instead, he loved her even more and reminded her of the goals and dreams they were to accomplish together.
He proved his love for her even more.
Gave her emotional strength, and assistance.
Helped her to get back to health.
Was always by her side.
Reassuring her of how amazing life is, and that life hasn't ended yet.
He did so many other things I can't even recall., And eventually married her. But the bottom line is., Love made him do all that he did.
Real love Did!
I bet you., Hardly you see any man willing to do all these without attributing blames to the poor lady.
But no! Tony understood that rape victims aren't always the indecently dressed ladies., But even well-dressed ladies could fall, victims, most times.
What Anna needed at this moment, was emotional support and not blame. Her world was already messed up to her. She was gradually losing her mind, going insane!
Tony gave her all the support she needed., Her family did so too, her friends did so too., Her local church showed her love and counselled her too.
With all these in play., Anna soon got herself back. She soon regained her emotional sanity and kept living her life. But It didn't stop there., She kept showing love because she too is a product of it.
She met a secondary school girl, who was pregnant for her teenage boyfriend too.
The girl had just her mom alive, and 3 other siblings. Her mom www is barely able to care for both their feeding, clothing and education all by herself. And here was she (rose)., Pregnant with a child. Where was the money to take care of 3 children, a pregnant first daughter and a baby when eventually born?
She told her to abort it, as her boyfriend couldn't take responsibility for it yet. But guess what?
Anna found her., Took her in, nursed her till she gave birth, send her to complete her schooling, while Anna took care of her baby.
The baby was disfigured., She had no limbs, so she couldn't walk. She was to use a wheelchair for the rest of her life. But still., Anna nursed her till teenage- hood, showing her so much love that Rose's baby couldn't help but be grateful for the kind of family she found herself in. She wasn't discriminated against in society because of her disfigurement. Everyone loved her so much. As if it wasn't enough., Her biological dad (Rose's boyfriend back then in school) came back to her and took the responsibility for her together with her mom Rose. Any family would have rejected a disfigured child, just as Rose's mum had suggested an abortion earlier, stating the fact that there wasn't money enough to care for all of them., More or less a disfigured child.
But., There is nothing Real and sincere love cannot do.
And this made Anna set up a child care facility., For motherless babies, disfigured and rejected children. There, she trained them and showed them so much that was able to make them realise that even with a disfigurement., They were still special and deserved to be loved.
Remember., Anna doing this, as a result of the love her now-husband, mom, friends, and church and so many others showed her. So she had to reciprocate it.
This story isn't fictitious it happened in reality. It portrays how much healing love can bring about.
How love can change the perspectives of things and people.
How love can bring about a new YOU.
Love is real and we all should be victims of it.
If you don't believe in love., I bet you have to start believing it's real because it is!
Our living on is a product of love.
Love is the greatest in this world, nothing else beats it.
Love is never proud,
Love is understanding.
I put it to you that, love and lots more Positive virtues are all we need to live comfortably in this world.
Just imagine the earth without hate. It could be likened to paradise itself. because everyone got each other's back. No hate, no backbiting, no jealousy.
Keep spreading the love today., So many individuals never had the opportunity to be loved, so many people lack love in their lives.
So instead of spreading hate, critics, and more critics and other negative vices.
Spread love!
Start loving others now!

Females are gods
***This is based on the norms, beliefs, traditions even culture of most people in the environment where I'm from and going beyond***
We all lay so much importance., And the great emphasis on males. In as much as a male child is heir and important. The female child shouldn't be disregarded, discriminated against, abused, traumatized, maltreated, disvalued, or treated less than she is.
The fact is, females are as important and essential as males in society. Sometimes better off. They were created in tenderness. Little wonder while the Bible referred them to as the WEAKER VESSELS. They need our maximum protection., They are vulnerable and have so many disadvantages.
Having entirely females isn't a taboo or an abomination. It's simply God's blessings. The girl child shouldn't always have to pay for your inability to produce a male., Or have to sacrifice her education for the males. They should both be treated equally. She doesn't have to be sold out into slavery, prostitution, or early and forced marriage, just so her brothers would be able to be trained in school. How pathetic!
Enjoying educational freedom at the expense of the girl child's happiness, liberty, right, and life.
Females pass through a lot already. Why make time risk so much again?
Why make them feel irrelevant.
Females, lose blood, just to be able to maintain a healthy and natural reproductive ability, yet they don't die. Who loses blood consistently, and doesn't get an illness, or eventually dies?
No one but the girl child.
Females bleed for a minimum of 60days per year, an average of 72days per year, and a maximum of 84dats per year.
Such a STRENGTH.
They serve as both a habitat for the creation of life and the passage of life to this world.
In the body of females., Lies the very kind of human life creation that God didn't do Personally.
Such a RISK BEARER.
They are talked down on, confined to the kitchens by barbaric traditions. But yet, successful ladies., Are mostly more thriving than men.
Ladies enlarge a communities population. Educating the girl child, save a life, and builds stronger families, communities, and economies. Research has shown that an educated female population, increases a countries productivity, and fuels economic growth.
Did you know?
Some countries, lose more than $1billion a year by failing to educate girls to the same level as boys.
Shocking right? I bet it is.
Females aren't just ordinary humans, they are extraordinary. They are valuable assets. They are positive instruments for maximum productiveness.
The girl child, don't just pro-create the human life (babies)., She pro-creates, spices, enhances, multiplies, and skyrockets every other thing she is entrusted with.
Business, deals, families, relationships, churches, Society, and the world at large.
Check out the ladies in the business., Sincerely, they don't just thrive, but they also do it better than most men.
Same as entertainment.
In the Educational sector too.
Excluding the difference in reproductive organs ., There isn't so much difference between the two genders. But the world has made the female gender disadvantaged in every aspect of life.
***In a relationship.***
___the females have more to lose., While the males losses a little of something too., But the world made it look like nothing.
***In marriages***
When the man cheats, they blame the lady for not being prayerful enough. Not satisfying her man as he ought to.
No!! The cheating ability of her husband is now attributed to her. It's of her doing that he cheats on everything under the skirt.
To keep her man., She has to agree to be used as a sex machine ., Dress well, eat a more healthy diet, lose weight, be at his Beck and call, as the males are now her gods. How pathetic!
Then the society attributes it to it being in the divine nature of man to cheat
So much for the things of divinity.
__She works hard enough to own a company at the age of 28/30. Simply because she isn't married., You call her a prostitute and lots more degrading names. She has probably slept with a lot of men to sauce her funding for her investments.
This is the same lady that toiled day and night to make her dream of being a SUCESS realistic. But because she isn't married, she isn't recognized as successful.
__ A man gets his company at 45/50., Yes! He had made his family and village townsmen proud. He is the true definition of a man.
The partiality of the highest order!
_A lady, after a divorce would want to settle down again with another man in whom she had found her lost happiness., But can't!
Society and their negative words. Okay., Because she is a girl child, she is meant to stick to a completely failed marriage. Even after divorce or separation, marrying again makes her look too cheap and desperate.
But yet, a man cheats, while still married. Divorces, and marries whomever he wishes.
His birthright I guess!
_A lady is opportune to be more successful than a man, or her husband in business., Just then, she hears words like "she's too proud and pompous".
She can't even enjoy peace of mind, because even breathing in the presence of the man, becomes a high form of disrespect. "Simply because she is earning higher", the man would attribute it.
__Most children are sponsored in school by their trading mothers that were denied adequate education. While most men were opportune to go to school, keep gambling, clubbing, and making little or no efforts to Carter for their children. Especially the wealth deficient men.
And yet, when a child spoils., It's the mother's fault.
That same mother kept toiling under the rain and sun in the market for daily bread.
Where was the father?
Clubbing all night, betting all day.
It would take him nothing to just fill up the space of the mother and put a close eye on the kids. Directly or indirectly.
But no!
It's her responsibility, and she must do it.
But yet, your irresponsibility has caused her to take up your responsibility, and unavoidably neglected her's for some time.
The world hasn't come to understand that without a large number of females., More humans can't come to this world.
5 men and 200 women, could make a community.
But 200 men and 5 women can never.
The issue of childbirth can never be substituted.
But there are always sperm banks!
The girl child has done no harm.
But yet treated as a hoodlum.
All she did was keep risking everything she has on this earth for others.
Why can't the world see reasons to keep her?
Why can't the world see reasons to preserve her?
Why can't the world see reasons to protect her?
To value and not disregard her.
She is a rare gem. And masterly crafted to do so many things, adapt to so many conditions. But that shouldn't make her be taken advantage of.
I write this, in order to VOICE out the misdemeanors the girl child passes through.
With no compassion
Or help.
So many are rape victims
Prostitute's
Drug dealers
Murderers.
Why??
This wasn't a consciously taken decision. Many of them were forced to do so.
Many were left with no choice.
They had to accept the negative way to help their brothers see the light of education and good fortune. Only to be used and dumped by the brothers of their fellow girl Child.
What's the use then?
If everyone keeps using them to get what they want.
The girl child should be supported and treated fairly too, valued, appreciated, educated, protected, and honored as much as the males. Without illicit discriminations or abusive words labeled on them.
This is me soliciting our sisters, daughters, wives, daughter-in-law, aunties.
The voice of the girl child should be heard., In order for Justice for the girl child to be reinforced.

The Rescue Mission
The camera opens to accommodate Azumi walking in a mysterious environment as she gets sight of a hideout

Azumi had walked tirelessly for days., And had finally approached the hideout in which her man was held captive.
She walked in as brave as always, with no fear in the world.
"Who goes?"
Said a voice from behind.
"Tell your commander I'm here for what belongs to me".
Azumi said as she came to a halt, without turning around.
"And who do I refer you as to him?"
The voice probed further.
"It is I., Azumi, from beyond the sea of Bennertter. And I have come for what belongs to me".
With that, the voice was heard no more, as Azumi turned around, observing every nook and cranny of the dark hideout.
From the look of things., One could tell Azumi was ever ready to war if that was the only option she had to rescue Chen from the hands of the bandits.
"Isn't that Azumi, the warrior princess from beyond?"
Zuko had asked with a mischievous smile and arms ajar.
" I'm in no mood for pleasantries Zuko., Where is he? "

Azumi asked, with all seriousness.
" Tan., Bring out the captive". Zuko motioned to one of their swordsmen.
You see Azumi., I will try making this meeting less stressful for you if only you would cooperate. You see, Chen has the maps we are looking for to invade the 3rd battalion., And he doesn't want to release it.
"And why would he?"
Azumi asked with a stern look.
"Of cause, he should. Well, if Chen can't hand those maps over to us., I guess we would have to kill you and then kill him"
Zuko returned spitefully.
" You really think so Zuko., Then, how about we try it out. Let's see who goes down first".
"Hahaha
You are only but a woman, you really can't do so much.
Tanzarn., Get her killed now.
Zuko yelled!
Azumi didn't seem to be frightened at all. As she just tightened her waist belt, made herself more comfortable as she held onto her sword and pulled it out from its sheath.
And just as fast as the flickering of a finger., Tanzarn was down already. How she moved so fast enough baffled Zuko and the rest of the swordsmen.
Azumi still maintained her position after Killing tanzarn. It seemed as if she hadn't moved an inch before.
What are you waiting for you cows?? Go get that bitch kneeling to the fall.
Zuko thundered.
Azumi, looked straight, taking note of their every move., Then she went for her prey as Swift as always., Climb - walking on the wall for a little distance, and with a cat wing, she had removed Zang's head ( one of the swordsmen).
She still went ahead at that same pace., Gave the 3rd man a dangerous kick on his abdomen, punching him vigorously on his face as she lifted him up and gave him a smack-down.
The other 3 guys tried escaping, but she was just too Swift, and caught up with them, smashing both heads to the wall as she looked up to the bright eyes of Chen smiling.
Zuko was shocked by these great moves of Azumi. He thought of just running away, or killing Chen and then fighting till either or both of them died. But pride didn't let him. He never wanted to be recorded, or seen as a weakling, if at all there would be an opportunity to be branded as a weakling., Not to a mere bitch! He thought.
"Since my men have failed big time in sending you to your ancestors., I bet I would do so now"
He said., Taking his staff, stroking it on the ground as he walked briskly approaching Azumi, who stood looking at him sternly with dangerous eyes.
Zuko, couldn't know what just transpired., As he could only recall her moving her sword and his left legs were down already.
Ahh!
He groaned in pain. He tried giving her a quick spare with his staff., But just as always, he was always too slow compared to Azumi.
Yes, he actually spared his staff, which ended up in an empty space as Azumi was nowhere to be found. Just then, a family's voice spoke from behind.
"Looking for me I guess".
With that, she smacked his head has with the head of her sword., Dragged him out of the darkened hideout., Loosened Chen, and left Zuko to bear with whatever ever fate he was left with.
"I would never stain my hands with the death blood for the animal called Zuko"
She had told Chen as she supported him up to his feet, and they continued their journey to the lands beyond.
Azumi, warrior princess, and heir to the lands of Bemnertter., Fulfilled the prophecy of the old, by rescuing Chen. The one chose to fight the 3rd battalion.
She indeed had superpowers and extraordinary prowess. Her speed was one in a billion., And of this reason, she was made grand commander of Bennett. After the rescue of Chen.

Days passed, and Princess was yet not back to school. The day she finally resumed., I tried talking to her. But she didn't give me that opportunity. She always left when she saw me coming. She literally was snubbing me. I felt like blaming John for all this mess because it hurt me so much. What was I supposed to do as I was on the verge of losing the most important soul in my life. I decided to send her a text message that night.
My main aim in sending her a text was to apologize and ask how she was doing., And how I missed her and wished she could let me talk to her again. But, I guess my heart and hands had conspired to let everything all out.
I found myself typing how I felt to her...
__ To the lady that sets my heart on fire., I Just want you to know I love you dearly. I can do little or nothing without you. You are my light and happiness. These days I haven't spoken or heard a word from you, was my darkest days ever.
I really can't say how much love and affection I feel for you. But I hope you love me too..._

I tried all I could, but the message was already sent. What was my fate?

Ohh no! I felt so bad. I will just wait till the next day to hear from her., If at all I would.
The next day, I was ever ready and determined to tell her all I felt. However be the case, I was determined and ready to face it.

I held her tender hands lightly, looked into her dazzling eyes, as bright as a diamond, and spoke with the sweetest and most articulated voice I could come up it then.
"Princess, I began. It's okay to understand that John, your best friend is in love with you. It's okay to understand, that you love him too. But, if what John feels for you is deep.,
Mine is deeper.
If what John has for you is love,
I promise to be lovin' and affectionate to you.

I had already popped the question unexpectedly. I wasn't sure of what her reactions would be like I said. I was ready for whatever I was to face as a result of voicing out my feelings.
Princess took her left hand, and put it on my hands I used in holding her right hand and squeezed it gently.

Wow, was that a yes or a no. I wasn't so sure what she meant by me having guts., But I sure didn't want to lose her either, so I have to prove myself to her.
We kept getting along after school hours, in the library, in the cafeteria, on the playground, and on our way back home.
I seldom saw her and John together often., The dude got over jealous about my advances to my queen and kept his distance still trying to prove love. How weird!
We made a whole lot of memories together, as my love for her got 10× bigger than it was. I remember my first kiss with Princess. It was while we concluded dancing that day, I had given her the princely dancing style when the music approached the end. Her thin lips were too enticing, I couldn't help but stare at it, and just stare, stare, stare...

She kissed me affectionately. It was my first kiss though, and it was worthwhile. Sometimes, she would intentionally back hug me, gives me a peck, and touch my hair like a kid. That alone set me on more fire for her.
Her birthday was soon approaching, so I deliberated for days what to give her. On that day, I booked a date for her and John to reconcile. The reconciliation went pretty well, but John still asked her out, and she accepted. She had thanked me for that day that I had given her the best gift ever, but I still told her it was just something I felt I should do for her. That I still owed her a birthday gift. I found out 2days later from our school's social media handle. I was so disappointed and heartbroken. Although she never told me, I just didn't want to speak to her for some reason. She too couldn't because she felt she has disappointed me. 3 days later she broke up with John. She said they had lived all their lives as brothers and sisters, best friends and not lovers, that she didn't want to complicate things. It's a good thing John understood, and just let things be.
John called me the next day and told me he wanted to see me. Gave me a location to come to and on getting there, there was Princess., Beautiful as always. I approached her without being able to utter a word, then she spoke up. Explained how she had to accept John out of emergency so the date I booked for them wouldn't be in vain. I told her I was heartbroken, and she apologized and told me to ask her what she wanted for her birthday.

"What do you want for your birthday princess? I said wearing a bright smile.
"I want you "
"I want you, Jason, I really do."

I was so emotional, I hugged her as tightly as I could and muttered into her itchy ears. "I will be yours forever, even till the life beyond earth".
John and Princess, later told me that they all planned everything, to know the level of love I felt for Princess. According to John, he didn't want his twin, best friend, and sister to make a wrong choice when it comes to love.
So much for best friends!

I've always found it hard falling in love., Or even if I do, I really can't summon up the courage to tell the lady.

Months back, when I got transferred to a new academic institution, as a new student, I couldn't talk or associate with anyone. One day in the courtyard, there was a little accident. A girl had fallen from the fence, down to the ground. I really don't know how it happened, but I wasn't fast enough to get hold of her. Good thing she didn't sustain an injury. But, just as if I lost myself momentarily to her, I went, held her hands, and helped to her feet. I was lost in wonder while gazing at her beautiful blue eyes. She was the definition of what I call perfect. She had a black straight her, reaching down to her back, she was average height, thin red kissable lips, beautiful face. Ohh, she had the cutest smile I've ever seen in all my life. I really can't tell how many minutes I stared at this beauty in front of me, but I guess she too couldn't restrain looking at me.
Just then, a gig had jumped down from the same fence, I guess they came together, and immediately took her away from my grasp, asking her if she was okay. Well, what could I do, I didn't even know these people. Moreover, I was just a random guy she had met while falling off the fence, so we basically had nothing in common.
***God's plan***
I quickly left the scene down to the classroom. I couldn't help but think of this girl. My heart skipped the very moment I saw her step into my classroom. Was she in the same class as me?, Or she probably come looking for someone. I had asked myself countless times. But I was wrong., She was actually my classmate, and so was the guy that I saw with her previously.
As if the heavens planned it., She was sitting at the desk beside me. I would always turn and gaze at her, and she too smiled back. Wow! It was the best moment of my life. Having to see the lady you had a soft spot for., Or lady you loved reciprocate it to you in some ways you understood. So, I decided to go meet her that next day after lunch in the cafeteria.
After getting my lunch., I carried my tray of food and spotted her on an empty table all by herself. I went up to her and said "hi, of which she waved and gave me a charming smile. "Do you mind me sharing the same table as you?"
" Uhmmm, okay., She said stressing it. I don't mind". She concluded. Okay, I said, took an empty seat, and sat next to her.
I went further to introduce myself as Jason, and u was newly transferred from different school days back.
" Okay Jason., I am Princess by name., Nice meeting you Jason". She said and extended her hands for a handshake.
I delightfully took it with all pleasure, her palms were so soft like Agege bread., I loved the way she pronounced my name, Jason!
***The enemy***
I was already smiling, and everyone who had paid attention to me would have noticed too. Just then, the guy I had seen her with the first day., Had come to the same table with his tray of food.
"What's the asshole doing here?" He had asked the princess with a stern look as me. John!! Could you be a bit nicer to someone you don't know? She returned.
"I certainly can't be any nicer than this to this guy. For crying out loud "Mister new student", what exactly do you want from us. Why do you keep showing up when I'm not in the mood to see you ., What's with you"
John had asked me spitefully. I didn't take that too personally, as I extended my hands for a handshake, saying I was Jason by name. And instead of doing the same., He just replied "whatever", and waved my hands off.
I didn't get upset, because the joy of seeing a princess was worth millions, and no one could spoil it.
We kept on having little conversations, and I got to know that John, was her childhood friend and best friend too. They lived in the same compound, and both families were friends. I was happy knowing this, at least John wasn't her boyfriend, so I could still get her to be mine.

I remember one day after school., John had left early that day, owing to his ill health. So she stayed back in school to study up till 10 pm. I had nothing to do at home, so I waited for her patiently without her knowing. When she was done, I went up to her, held her tender hands, and said hi. I asked if she didn't mind me giving her an escort back home, and she obliged. I smiled within me, and we got going. By then, the weather was soon changing, and it started raining as expected. I wasn't with an umbrella and so was she. I was allergic to colds, but I couldn't mind having a cold just for the one I loved to feel comfortable. I took her hands, and we ran down to an empty shop, just to shield ourselves from the rain till it subsided. I removed my jacket, portraying my broad chest and masculine features. She was shy looking at me., So she quickly turned her backs on me and asked me what was I doing. Of course, I considered that so cute, especially the way she gave me a quick back turn. I didn't answer her and just covered her with my jacket from behind, as I beckoned on her to turn back around. I hugged her tightly. And just as if I read she wanted to ask me why I was hugging her., I quickly told her "I want you to get some warmth, so you don't get a cold okay?" And she just nodded, while I hugged her for a while, and let go of her. I really can't tell where that courage came from.,. But I bet where ever it was from, I would love to keep having it around. I literally acted as her superman that day, as I got home, and consciously left my jacket with her.
I couldn't help thinking of her throughout the night. The next day, she had a little quarrel with John because of my jacket. She told me later in the day when I asked her as we sat to eat lunch.
John, had soon started having feelings for Princess, but he never told her., Or probably he didn't want to realize it and accept that he did. Owing to the face they were best friends, but as I came into the picture, he was forced to do so, as he constantly got jealous over nothing when we were together.

One day, I had gone to the library with intentions of getting to see how Princess was, I eavesdropped on John and Princess's conversation.
"Why do you keep doing this to me princess"
John has asked her almost teary.
" What do you mean by why I keep doing this to you., What am I doing actually"
Princess returned.
" You mean you don't know, you mean you can't see what's happening," John said again
" What do I have to see John., I mean, ever since Jason and I have been getting so much along, you seem to have a problem with it all. "
She said on top of her voice this time.
" Yes!, That's exactly what I am saying. Can't you see Jason loves you, can't you see he is fighting hard for your attention., Can't you see that? "
John said back...
" Okay??., And if I did, even if I don't know if what you are saying is true about Jason.,. Do you have a problem with that?
She said
"Of course I do princess., I mean, I ... I...
I don't know how to tell you this., But I guess I have been blind to this fact for years.
I really love you princess,
"And I love you too John., I'm sure you know that".
" No!!,
You certainly don't understand what I mean princess., I love you so much, not just as a friend or best friend. I really want you in my life, John had told her so teary this time.
Princess was in utter shock when she heard it. And so was I.

" I have loved you since day one princess, he continued. I didn't realize it until now. And seeing this Jason guy just trying to woo you, I feel like I'm losing my best friend and lover. Please princess, I really can't do anything without you. You have been part of my life. Please don't back out now"
Princess has broken down in tears by now., she couldn't believe John loved her this much.
"I loved you too John., But I just can't understand all of this".
She said and ran away as fast as she could out of the library, and back home.
What did I just hear., What are my chances of getting the one I loved to be mine, this little revelation, melted my heart more than anyone else. I had come to love Princess deeply that I could burn for her anytime anywhere. What was I to do to prove I love her more or make her love me more. who will she choose now?

Lttle Foxes That Spoil The Vine
Antonia was heading out for her interview that morning., She had searched tirelessly for a job for 5years since she left the university. She had submitted her CV's to so many companies, hotels, and business institutions., But none ever called her back to give her a job.
She was soon getting depressed and frustrated. A 29-year-old lady., No husband, no good job, no investment, no house., How pathetic!
She had long stopped wishing for men to love her as she always wanted., But as she approached 30years., She soon began to be desperate. She had had guys, numerous of them flaunting around her, seeking her attention. But she didn't give a damn because she felt they weren't good enough. Yes., Antonia was a proud and arrogant young lady. She has jeopardized several friendships and relationships in the past. Because of how saucy (bad-mouthed), ill-mannered, rude and irresponsible she was.
Of course, she had gotten a few jobs in the past., But she was unable to keep them up till 3months. She didn't take responsibility for the task assigned to her., She wasn't punctual, she was disrespectful, and took things for granted a lot. So, she left her superiors with no option but to fire her from work.
Her best friend Mary had tried talking her into being a bit responsible and focused., But she never listened. She kept claiming no one wanted to see reasons with her, that everyone judged her without getting to know her own side of the story.
"There's no other side of the story., There isn't even your own side of this story! You are just being full of yourself, irresponsible, and disrespectful. " Mary had told her. That was the last straw that broke the camel's back, as Mary left her house and never spoke to her again.
Highly devastated Antonia was left with no one to care for or talk to, as no one valued her friendship any longer. Of cause, what could she offer other than a bag of misconduct and ill-mannered words?
That morning., Her interview was scheduled for 8 am. And she got up from bed by 7:30 am. She wasn't used to getting up early, as she has nothing serious doing with her life.
Jezz! She exclaimed as she opened her eyes, looked up at her wall clock, and realized she had 30minutes left to make it to the company.
She hurriedly tools her bath, and prepared for the interview., Then set out to the road as quickly as she could.
Antonia didn't have a car, so she had ordered an Uber to take her to the CELESTIAL GROUP OF COMPANIES.
The cab came right in time and they hit the road at exactly 7;45.
While still on the road., The weather had soon began to change, and just as expected, the rain started falling heavily. The road became more and more filled up with cars. So many car owners and drivers on the 3rd and 1st lanes were fighting so had to get to the 2nd lane because it was freer than the others. Good thing Antonia's cab was already in the 2nd lane, and so she had little or nothing to worry about. Just then, a man had knocked on the windscreen of Antonia's Uber and had pleaded to have a ride in it, alongside her.
Of cause, any average-minded person would have agreed to his request, owing to the fact that it rained. But Antonia didn't give a damn!
How could she pay a whole $25 for a ride to CELESTIAL GROUP OF COMPANIES, only to be ridden with someone else who wasn't even contributing to any payments at all.
"Driver, please move on, I'm late for my interview., I can't take chances of letting someone get in. I don't even know where he is headed to". Actually., The young man was going in the same direction as her, but she still was adamant to agree. Saying she didn't want to get a ride with some random man from only where God knows, came from.
The driver, couldn't probe further and so continued the journey while the man found someone else to join.
Antonia arrived at the company 10mins late, lucky enough for her, there were still two more people to be interviewed before it got to her turn.
"Antonia Phillips" the secretary called out., "Get in now for your interview".
Antonia, elegantly stepped in and was seated, while she was being interviewed. Luckily enough, she was able to pass that phase and was taken in to see the managing director for final clearance, before her appointment as a company staff would be approved.
She went into the managing director's office., Only to find a familiar man seated on the seat.
Astonished Antonia, couldn't place the face so well. " Maybe, just a random person from the shopping mall or club probably." She had thought.
" Antonia Phillips, nice to have you here," the young man said as he raised up his head to see her, only for a striking re-occurrence to dawn on him.
"Wait? He started. Were you not the lady that was being driven in a blue Uber today?
"Yes sir.," She returned.

"Oh wow, he said chuckling. Well, I don't know if you can place the face, but I was the man you blatantly refused a ride with you minutes ago.
Antonia went agog. She couldn't believe what she was hearing. She lost consciousness of her environment for some minutes. This man, whom she had disrespectfully declined assisting minutes ago, had all the powers to give her this job she has been longing so had to get.
"Anyway., The manager started, breaking the silence. You aren't fit for this job. I've gotten to know your kind of person ma'am Antonia Phillips., And believe me, CELESTIAL GROUP OF COMPANIES need people better, responsible, punctual and accommodating than you are. You see., The little show out there this morning proved to me how uncaring and unwilling to assist humanity and others in need is.
Well, as it stands ma'am, you aren't fit for this job. You may take your leave now. The door is wide open to receive you".
On hearing this., Antonia was downcast and sorry for herself. Her ill-mannered behavior had finally paid her back spitefully in her very own coins.
Never judge a book by its cover., You really can't tell who is who. At every point you can assist someone, always do so. Because you certainly don't know who would be of great help to you tomorrow. I hope you learned something from this short novel.

A Night To Remember

*The year 2000.*
I had come back home not quite early that day, joyful as always.
"Mom" I called. I did that quite a number of times., I guess three!
I ran swiftly through the flight of stairs and back again, round the balcony and the garage with no one in sight.
Pheww! Seems no one's home again. I walked back to the sitting room, only to find a little note on our TV set.
"Hey Bobby, I and daddy just won a ticket for a free trip to Dubai, so we would be spending the rest of the weekend. I will have Christine come over to watch you okay? Be a good Lad! "
Ohh, not again! My parents had left me to go catch some fun again. Good thing it's Christine coming over to the house and not that asshole Frank. I said chuckling.
And just then, Christine had opened the door. "Hey Bobby, she said with a smile, would you like some movies tonight? "
"Of cause, I would"., I said grasping her arms and off to the cinema we went
After the movie, we drove back home (my home). I was totally exhausted, and I had gone upstairs, into my room for a quick night's rest.
"Hahahahah"
I could hear a group of people laughing., Who were they? I thought. Just then I remembered I and Christine were the only ones at home and summoned the courage to go downstairs.
Coming down a bit frightened., I could see four (4) people. I only recognized two of them, which were Christine and Tony. Seems Christine had some company, so no need to bother myself as I headed back upstairs.
Just then, I heard them say "Truth or Dare"
It was the same game I dreaded. What were these silly youths up to., I came closer still at a discrete distance to have a better view.
"Christine, kiss Tony". Peter the leader had dared Christine.
Tony, the ever-shy guy had closed his eyes while waiting for Christine to kiss him as the others were hailing them.
"Just a bit closer ducky bear!" Christine had said as she drew closer to kiss him as expected. Just then, I could spot her left hand coming from the back of Tony's head. I wasn't sure what she wanted to do, probably to make the kiss more comfortable and entertaining. But no!
I saw a pen knife she held., She got closer and drew her thin lips to his, while she had sliced Tony's throat from behind"
Jeez!! I exclaimed a bit loud, as I nearly lost my balance. Good thing I had my hands cover my mouth. Fable Tony, choked we he struggled to breathe, while the rest of the youths, brought out a silver cup, took a very good amount of Tony's blood, and made a cycle with it, while they muttered words that seemed like incantations to me.
What was that! At this moment, I was both tense and scared. How did Christine turn to be a dreadful killer? I was thinking deeply of what step I was to take, cause I felt I was in danger of staying in the same house with these killers.

"What about the boy, bobby!" The second girl had asked Christine, " he is upstairs., Far gone into the dreamlands I guess".
Holy shit!
These killers were certainly going to kill me tonight., I ran upstairs as fast as I could, trying not to make a noise. I hurried to open my door, locked it, took the 5 spare blankets I had, and knotted them together. I was so tense that my hands began shaking, and yes, I heard footsteps too. Guess the killers were already on their way to my room.
I threw the knotted blankets down, through the window., Wore my boots, and quickly dialed "911". That was the security code.
"Hello, please come to George estate, number 54 blueprint road. I had said in a husky voice. There was a murder, and I am in danger., I added.
The footsteps sounded closer., So I quickly put down the telephone, laid on my bed, and covered myself with blankets.
Just then, my door was opened. Christine came in together with the girl that asked about me downstairs. I could see them because I opened my eyes carefully, and shut them the moment she was at my bedside.
"You see, I told you the poor boy would be off to the dreamland's, " Christine said." Quickly, hand me the string".
Ohh heavens! I was literally crying within me as I heard that. She had taken out my right am, and injected me what I suppose was meant to weaken and eventually kill me.
"So finally, we would be sacrificing Bobby ". The other girl had said. " Yes, I told you he can't run forever". They said and left.
At hearing this very conversation, I didn't know what to do again. I stood up as fast as I could, and was out through the window, taking hold of my knotted blankets, all the way downstairs.
I ran as fast as I could but was stopped by Alex who was out guarding the entrance of my house. He chased me throughout the estate. I was scared cause we were the only ones around. Were was everybody. Help!! I screamed as I ran, entering under a small hole my dad had chilled open. Being a full masculine man, Alex was unable to pass through. He brought tear gas, and through right into the hole. I almost choked till death. I was already weakened and almost losing my life. I ran out through another hole and out to safety. The police had already broken in and killed two of them while losing their lives in the process. Christine remained alive injured and looking like horror itself. Alex kept pursuing me and for himself killed, as he forcefully bumped into the edge of a rachet that lay in the dark while he tried getting hold of me. It was 2 am already., I was still running for my life. Christine was more than determined to kill me. Yes, his life too, depended on my death. So she was left with no choice as she told me. She kept swording me as I kept dodging each stroke she made with her sword. She set my dad's mansion on fire, while she kept staggering towards me and fighting me with the last of her strength. I entered into my dad's Working crane., And drove speedily towards her direction., While I jumped out of the crane. I left her with the options to save herself, but she didn't. Her life span was already due since she was unable to kill me before time. The crane hit her to the wall and bled to death.
Just then, more policemen had come to the scene, followed by my parents. How they managed to get back home quickly was what I couldn't place fingers on.
Good thing they came in time and I hadn't died. Because I was losing strength as fast as the waterfalls from a rock.
ohh, bobby, I'm so sorry., We promise not to leave you behind in the hands of some strangers again. "
My parents had said as they both hugged me.
Leaving behind your kids with strangers., Is as risky as anything. Believe me, these are so real. Don't entrust your kids with anyone.

Ken and his 3 friends, had been walking tirelessly for days., Without any cave insight. On several occasions, they had escaped death by always working tirelessly as a team.
The more days passed, the sooner the boys got tired.
"We can't continue like this", Peniel had told the rest unapologetically. But we have to because we certainly don't have a choice of our own. Wilson had added.
"How do you mean we don't have a choice of our own, I mean, we could just run away from here and never return. Peniel returned back curtly.
"Did you say run away? Peniel. How on earth could we do such. We probably would lose our lives in the process and wouldn't even gain the freedom we are all fighting for", Wilson had said.
" Ohh yeah, haven't we risked our lives enough, looking for some certain ancient cave for KORA, how many times are we sure of escaping death till will find this cave. Even when we do, what are our chances of returning back alive? Ohh, wow!
Do you really think that the cave of ZAHARAT was just some random kind of cave that we could just go in and out taking hold of whatever we wanted, without fighting or struggling? Peniel said becoming emotionally hurt. That cave is highly protected by spirits, demons, beasts. I can't even tell what kind of creatures we are going to see there. Taking hold of that goddamn medallion is something we would never do. Even if we had a thousand more lives to live, we would end up risking and losing everything, while gaining nothing in return.

At this point, just as expected., Wilson had become silent. He was trying to analyze the whole thing Peniel just let out to him. Ken, on the other hand, had been silently perusing through the old maps Kora had given them.
Guys! Come and see this.
The three sat on the ground around the pike of maps, as ken pointed to them secret and safer routes they could take to get to the cave easily. Well, there wasn't any routes void of dangerous or terrific creatures., So they had to get their minds ready for what was about to happen.
"We could do this guy's", ken spoke confidently, with eyes and face, lit with so much confidence, to the other boys that fear was getting a hold of.
Without waiting for any further responses from the boys, he stood up, packed the many maps into the knapsack he had come with.
"Peniel" !! , he called out. Take the route behind Marshmallow and green-de"Ville., " Wilson"!!, Take routes from Agent Kutifre's tent, down to Bathadox.
While I would take from Downswing up till Asprin.
Once we have reached our destinations., They're narrow lanes by the left of Green-d, "Ville, Bathadox, and Asprin. Leading to the Great perilous lands. That's where we will all meet. And that's the final boundary separating this world, from the world of the ancient caves.
See boys., We really have to stay strong., For our families, our children. And for Kora. At this, Wilson had broken down sober as he hugged Ken and Peniel. They had been childhood friends, and here they are, not even sure they were going to make it to the perilous lands, or even survive in an attempt to cross it.
"Alright., Promise me you will be back, Peniel had asked them both, with a wired kind of stare., For the kids? He added.
At that, the triple had a bit of chuckling, said some prayers, and embarked on their journey, taking their separate routes.

Days had passed, and Peniel had run out of food. He strayed out of the actual lane he was meant to follow, just to see if he could get fruit, or some fruits to sustain him till he reached green-de"Ville. While brushing his soft skin on the thorns in the thick forest, he had matched a button tied down to the ground. And that had caused the ground to open up and he fell into a deep pit, and landed with his back while facing the opening are the far tip of the well. It was such a height. Little did he know it was full of snakes. Just then a snake hissed and got him taken off balance. He hurriedly stood up trying to take himself to safety, as he grasp something that looked like a staff, and kept striking them while he made his way to the top of the well, scrawling as fast as he could.
Wilson had seen something worse. On the third night of his journey, he had set to camp and set up his fire, when he heard strange noises and sounds like that of dead souls, so fierce and terrific. At first, he had thought people were being killed somewhere close by, but he was wrong.
That was the DRACA from the shores of the underworld. He stood up, brushed his butt, and made his way carefully following the fierce sounds.
Just like a ghost, the DRACA had appeared right in his face and was trying to choke him. He fell to the ground (on his chest ) and crawled back to where he had set his fire. Just as he thought, the DRACA had disappeared. Ohh wow! He exclaimed a little bit louder. If the fire was capable of chasing away the DRACA, then he would have to destroy it with fire. He went to his old dusty books and searched for the terrific creature. Flipping 2/3 pages, and there was it "DRACA" boldly written. He adjusted and sat comfortably on the ground while reading through. The DRACA was an ancient creature from the shores of KIMBALL, the king who was defeated by SATUN, which now ruled the caves. DRACA was used amongst other creatures in the last war, and together with others were exiled as a result of the fall of KIMBALL.
It was a fierce fight, as Wilson battled every night with the DRACA, till he managed to escape death finally.
Ken on the other hand met face to face with death. He was the most tormented. He had several hand fists with LEGION, the grand commander of the army of terrific creatures. He had his arms broken twice, was chased by a thousand wolves, blood-thirsty cannibals that tried to use him as a rite for their victory charge against the PERBLES. A Pheonix bird had helped him several times., For each time he had predicaments, the Pheonix was seen up in the sky around him, and just as expected, he would defeat them. But still wasn't left without injuries.

I guess the prayers and guidance from their clan, actually stood tall for them, because they made it to the perilous lands, undefeated.
Standing tall on the hill, they could sight the cave of ZAHARAT. At this point, the unpredictable happened. Peniel and Wilson already backed out., Saying they couldn't continue with the shit quest. "I have a family to take care of ", "I wouldn't risk my life in something that isn't worth fighting for " both of them had said respectively.
" It's our freedom we are fighting for man!, Do you rather prefer us being in bondage by SATUN, who controls the world right from this end., Think guys! We can make this happen, yes we can!
Well, It was already too late as their minds were made up. Disappointed Ken, set out to journey on his own, all by himself.
He summoned courage and stepped into the cave as the others canoed and waited for his return. Days has passed, and Ken was still inside, unsuccessful. Peniel and Wilson had long waited and thought they had lost Ken to demonic SATUN. So they had to leave back to their clan. But on second thought., They had run away to a neighborhood, miles away from their clan, and it was assumed they all died.
Meanwhile, Ken defeated SATUN, took the medallion, and sent it to his clan through the pheonix bird. He wore SATUN's crown, and the demon possessed him with power beyond what the mouth can say. He lost his soul to the underworld. He lost "Ken", but regained the medallion and freedom for his people.
What a journey to embark on. At this, grandpa concluded telling the kids the story.
David and Eva, who had been listening all this while, felt content and thanked grandpa profusely, while their mom came and took them home.

You know what kids., Their mom started., Grandpa is the hero of the story he told you about. Grandpa was Ken. At this, the kids were too elated. They had sat and listened for hours to the man that made their freedom from SATUN possible.
Wow!! , But I thought he lost himself to the devil" David asked.
Yes, he did, and he regained himself too. He locked lucifer in the underworld and hid the key to date. Such an act of bravery.
