How's your sleep last night? Did you sleep well?
I only sleep for like 2 and half hours last night because I rendered preshift overtime at work then wake up early before 4 am.
I am used to it. I am used to sleeping short hours a day. It's not that I'm struggling with it but a choice of mine. If I were at home my mom would definitely nag me with my sleeping habit. I am fully aware that it's not good for my health yet still doing it.
In my 8 hours shift earlier, I was full of energy and excitement to assist the customers though I only sleep less than 3 hours. It was maybe because of the good news I received. My survey scores are all positive and also my QA evaluation score is in π―. Clap! Clap! Clap! Good job self. You finally make a bawi.
My call transactions went smoothly. We have no meeting after shift so I immediately close all my tools and shut down my PC. It was a great shift I could say.
I stepped out of my room and saw the dishes in our sink. I remembered that I haven't finished it early during my 10 minutes break. So, I washed all of it and clean the floors.
After cleaning, I suddenly feel tired and went straight to my bed. I then checked noise and read notifications. In a minute, my roomie asks me if I will eat for lunch but I said "Nah, I think I'm full. I will eat later". Then, he nodded.
"Why do I feel tired?" I asked myself.
I cackled and said to myself "Are you dumb? You don't sleep that much last night!"
Right then, I told my roomie that I will take a nap and just wake me up later.
But guess what happened? Haha
I sleep around 12:40 PM and wake up at 8:45 in the evening. I can't believe he wakes me so late.
I was still sleepy but he reminded me that I didn't write an article yet for today. So without hesitation, I get up from bed and do the "close then open eyes" in 1 minute before checking my phone. I don't know if you're doing the same thing when you wake up but I always do that.
Before writing, I eat first. I asked my roomie to cook some noodles for me. He also cook four hotdogs and sliced a ripe mango.
After I eat my dinner, I checked both of my precious platforms and them started writing.
I was so happy that I was able to sleep 8 hours today. I'm fully charged.Lol.
Thank you for letting me share this one to you. It was like an achievement for me. Lol. I haven't sleep that long for a long time. Tonight, I am back to 3 hours sleep haha. I have to wake up before 4 am for work, so yeahhh, kulang sa tulog nanaman.

Sana talaga makacomplete ka na ng 7-8 hours of sleep everyday. Isa sa biggest factor for stroke ang kulang sa tulog. Health is wealth. Hugs, BreadChamp. π€ gusto ko yung dinner mo. Hahaha. Sarap.
