Yesterday, we celebrated my roomie - Chinggut's birthday 🎈 yay. He's the one who wrote a short message for me on my birthday if you've read my previous article. Check here if you have time to read it.

His birthday was on the 24th of August but we celebrated it yesterday since it's his day off. He prepared and cooked for himself since I and our other roomie- @MissJo are on duty.
We have three visitors yesterday. We have Christe who was on my birthday last time. Then we have Joel and Ariel. Joel is our workmate and also a close friend. While Ariel is our QA (Quality Analyst) during our training days who unexpectedly become one of our friends now. Honestly, our friendship is all unexpected.
Chinggut cooked adobong manok and pansit bihon. He bought "Tuslob Buwa" and kinupusan na baboy from Azul. Also, he bought two bottles of beer and two liters of soft drinks. It was like a mini celebration with amazing buddies.
According to Wikipedia, Philippine Adobo is a popular Filipino dish and cooking process in Philippine cuisine that involves meat, seafood, or vegetables marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, and black peppercorns, which is browned in oil, and simmered in the marinade. It has occasionally been considered the unofficial national dish in the Philippines
In Wikipedia, Tuslob buwa (lit. 'dip in bubbles') is a Cebuano street food that originated from the barangays of Pasil and Suba in Cebu City in the 1980s. It consists of a mixture of pig brain, soy sauce, and some oil. The ingredients are subjected to blast cooking on a pan, a process that produces bubbles. The dish is often served with pusô or hanging rice as a dip. Tuslob buwa is traditionally for food sharing; with street vendors customarily cooking tuslob buwa in one wok where several people could dip their hanging rice.

Pinakupsan is a Visayan dish wherein pork belly (or any cut high in fat) is portioned into serving pieces, salted, and then cooked in low heat until golden brown and crisp. Unlike in lechon kawali where an obscene amount of oil is needed for deep frying, the pork in pinakupsan fries and browns in its own rendered fat.
Chinggut set this up and called me to take a small for noise haha, he knows that I always lost an update on noise. cash.
We eat together and talk a lot. We talk about work, love, life, and many many more. (Napadami talaga ang usapan dahil sa redhorse.Lol.)

I feel sorry for the mic, he's been passed from one hand to another. Lol. At first, they're refusing to sing and hold the mic but after a few minutes, they're singing their fave songs na hahaha. @MissJo is good at singing.

Yesterday was super fun! We really had a great time. After the celebration, our visitors went home. It was indeed a happy mini celebration.
To Chinggut, happy 27th! You're officially an "angkol" to me hahaha. Don't stress yourself too much. Your family will be fine. Don't worry kasi magsasama na kayo soon. Mayayakap at makikita mo na din baby mo. I know how much you miss Nathaniel. Kaya walang stress stress, kaya mo yarn! Fighting!

Pareho pala kayong August ni Chinggut. Yeah, I remembered your QA. Napost mo na din siya dito before. Belated happy birthday to Chinggut. 🥳🥳 ayan nakita ko na naman si kinupusan. Yung tuslob buwa nakita ko na siya before sa isang travel video noon. Can't remember kung sinong vlogger yun. Gusto ko siya matry na natatakot ako. Hehe. Kasi yung tito ko namatay from CJD. Ang hirap ispell pero Jakob's Disease. One in a million daw yun. Kung paano nakukuha ay hindi pa maexplain kasi kokonti pa nga lang ang nagkakaron nun. Pero isa yung pagkain daw ng mga utak sa nakikitang cause. Hindi pa naman proven na yun nga pero may possibility lang. Yun sabi sa amin nung doctor.
