Pain and suffering are part of our lives, to make us grow as a person, to make us tougher and a better version of ourselves, to make us realize the negative things we've done in the past, and once we endure the pain and let go of it, we'll be far better off. -Jane
There are times in our lives that we face painful events, and we usually say to ourselves, "endure them, tough them out." Because it is engraved in our minds that sufferings and pain can be endured and all sufferings happen for a reason. To make us self-reflect and realize what we have done in the past and why we are suffering the pain. And this is part of our challenges in life.
There is no easy challenge in life. The meaning of the word itself implies how difficult it is to face. It is something that needs mental or physical effort to surpass the challenges. And to endure the pain, we need to tough ourselves. It will take a longer time to recover, especially if the pain subsides in our lives for a long time. Because we took it for granted and did not mind fixing our unbalanced well-being.
If only medicines can eradicate all the pain and suffering, our well-being should not have been compromised and remain balanced all the time. Unfortunately, even some aspirins can't heal our aching frame, even sedatives can't make us feel well all the time, because not all pills are worth taking, not all therapies are worth trying, and not all can afford to buy medicines. Moreover, they are only made to alleviate the pains but can't eliminate the suffering.
It's tough for us to maintain equilibrium in life and it sometimes leads us to a dark room that is inescapable and makes us lose track. The unavoidable path of pain is strenuous and inevitable, however, we are made to endure them to prepare ourselves for upcoming sufferings.
We all certainly experience needles in life. They are like piercing our bodies. The longer they stay, the more pain they give to us, and often become destructive and bloody once we don't pull them out shortly. Those uncomfortable tingling and prickling sensations are sending stressors that are tough to deal with.
They're like paralytic drugs immobilizing our body for a moment, and once we move for an inch, we'll feel the pain caused by the needles. We are working hard to survive in this world and we are facing those needles in life that may cause permanent or chronic pain for those who fail to endure them, for those who fail to get out of the darkroom. Those substantial physical pain or mental distress caused by failures and uncertainties can be debilitating, can be distressing, and can even cause death.
But a person who wants equilibrium and minding the five Fs or important aspects in life will always find ways to endure the pain, to surpass the obstacles, and to escape from the inevitable perilous room. The pain, suffering, grief, sorrow, failures, and setbacks are the needles of life that are piercing and are something we need to deal with. And we also have to always bear in mind that there are things that we should prioritize more than any material possession.
Before they cause further complications and destruction physically and mentally, we better pull them out sooner, not later. The process can be painful and unbearable. However, we'll be far better off and comfortable once we get rid of the needles in life that cause pain and suffering.
They will leave spots and marks in our lives that will always remind us to consider every single pain and the important aspects of life should always be on top. Some pain can cause wounds that will take a longer time to heal but with the determination to get better, those wounds can be remedied to heal faster. Some pain can even cause death, but that is inevitable and acceptance is what we need to apply to lessen the level of pain and suffering.
Needles in life are made for us to see clearer pictures of ourselves and for us to acknowledge the pain. Whether we are dealing with physical or emotional pain, we'll soon realize that there are more choices to deal with than embracing the pains in life. We can't just see them because we are focusing on the negative emotions and pains covering our minds and bodies.
Endurance is what we need to work out to fully get rid of pains in life. And we have choices on how to respond to it. We can let the emotions flow, we can cry, we can grieve, we can get mad, we can even laugh at them. But the better way to handle them is to withdraw them from our system, throw them out, or bury them in oblivion.
And if the pain comes back again, just endure it again. Do not stick those needles to others so we can free ourselves from the pain. @tired_momma
And always remember that the pain of today won't last until tomorrow, so we should let it get into our souls. @Grace97. We can embrace them, but not stay with them for long and we have to let go of them to avoid too much pain and suffering.
It is also worth noting that needle contact is painful sometimes to the point of bleeding. Sometimes we have to feel the suffering for us to be grateful for what is there and try to achieve what we want. We just have to keep our spirit and be strong to get something satisfying. Above all, we should always be grateful for everything. @Hafiza0407

Needles in life are made to fix the broken pieces of ourselves, just like how it repairs damage clothes. Life is tough and full of tribulations. And we are not fully equipped to handle them without any help. We always have a choice on how to respond to the pain, and we have a choice to get help from others if we can't stand the pain anymore.
Remember that the strongest people we have known are those who have endured pain, those who have surpassed obstacles, those who accepted failures, those who have defeated enemies, and those who have found their way out of the depths and withdrawn the needles from their lives.
And every after pain comes joy and happiness. Embrace the pain, and pull out the needle that causes it. If we do this willfully, we'll be far better off and we'll enjoy the fruit of life.
If you are wondering about the photos and this article about pain, this was inspired by my acupuncture and cupping treatment yesterday which you can find from this post https://noise.cash/post/1j3qvxr2.
Almost a year ago, I suffered the same pain and had my first-time Chinese therapy experience. But the pain keeps coming back and I just take it for granted and did not mind it at all. I was able to endure it but it's causing too much trouble and discomfort. I let the pain stay for long and now it's calling my attention and wanting to come out of my system. This is perhaps the most regretful decision I have ever made when I have the choice to let it go. Enduring and embracing pain is what we need to do, but we should not let it stay for long because it can affect other aspects of life. It also shut down our ability to experience true happiness and comfort.
So if you are feeling a little pain, you have to acknowledge it sooner, not later before it gets bigger and disastrous. And learn how to let go of it. I hope this will serve as a reminder to all not to ignore the pain in life.
Embrace the pain, but learn how to withdraw them from your life. Use the pain of the needles to fix the shattered aspects of life. It isn't too late yet. We always have a choice to do the right thing!
Thanks for your time.
Cheers to the silent pain we have inside . Life throws many to mention needles , but yeah it keeps us more discovered how beautiful to live and breath despite of everything we gone through ♥️ Thankyou so much for this powerful words of encouragement ♥️
