Yesterday I saw so many articles about distraction and also my friend told me about it. So today I decided to join this contest which is about distraction promoted by @JonicaBradley. After reading about it that how to write it then I Think 🤔 today I need to write about it instead of others. First I want to tell you what is a distraction? Because many users are not good at English and that's why they face difficulty understanding the word **"Distraction".** Distraction is like an interruption that keeps us from calling attention to others. In today's life, we have so many things that distracted us and in fact, it's a part of our Life.
**Which one thing that distracted me a lot:**
I start writing this article at 9 am. And now check the time at what time IAM posting this article ☺️. So I think you understand something to distract me that's why I write one write in one day. The most important thing that distracted me a lot is Facebook. I don't love to post anything or tag anyone but I love to watch videos, memes, short movie clips. Almost I spend 10 hours watching these videos. Sometimes I Think by watching these videos IAM wasting my time and at that time I leave to watch ⌚ video but after one hour again I start to watch videos.
**Noise from the neighbors:**
First I want to tell about my neighbors, they are my cousin and they are making their house. So they came after some minutes and ask: Have you that thing! Again and again, they came and ask that question ⁉️ for different things. Already I said they built their houses so heavy machinery working on their house. This creates a lot of music and that's also distracting me a lot.
**Typing SMS also distract me:**
Not to use in driving know most people don't like chat because of typing again and again but I almost type messages for 6 or seven hours. And sometimes I think 🤔 I leave it but because of my fancy I can't do it. She said I want to chat with you daily whatever you are doing or not 🚫. I know she said to me because of love but sometimes it distracts me a lot like how it's distracting me from writing an article. A lot of time I forget what I will write next.
**Mobile phone 📱:**
I think 🤔 no one here who will say mobile 📲 phone not distracted me. It's a common thing that distracts a lot whatever you do. Like I want to learn and suddenly I remember I need to check WhatsApp. Use it for 10 minutes and then stop using it then again after few minutes we start using it 😃. Mobile distracts a lot mostly In exams. It's not necessary to have internet or not some who don't have internet 😂 start playing games 🎯.
**These are four distractions that I have to undergo every day. It's hard to focus on writing while you have such type of distraction in life but we are surviving because these are now part of my life.**

**Every few months I quite some of social media accounts like sometime Instagram,sometime Facebook etc. Even when I quite social account these periods ends up being some of my most productive and creative.**
We are completely addicted to these application by getting education and so many other use. But many information doesn't lead to any worthwhile chnage in our behavior. Sometime these application programming our brain 🧠 to cultivate many more bad habit's.
Many social scientists, doctor 🏥, researchers, author's or and different field of people predict that this behavior of using social application cause so many problem like anxiety, depression or other mental health issues. And I think it's a greatest hidden danger of social media complex that it's destroy our mental health and that's why we don't Remain happy all the time. Now almost it's a major part of our life like bread 🍞 without we can't live or survive.
So after leaving social account I learned so many lessons and the main lesson is "real life is better then or more important then virtual life". So after leaving social account I have gotten rid of anxiety, depression, jealousy and found peace mind. And now IAM happy and IAM enjoying every moment of life ☺️.
So leaving social account we learned so many lessons that's are helpful for our health,like

After reading so many books 📚 and seeing so many who leave social plateform for any reason one thing that came in my mind without using social account a person Remain mentally fit and he don't be depressed. Excess of using anything cause problem like these social application. Now I have experience it when IAM using it mostly I Remain in anxiety but when I quite social media accounts,in just two days I noticed that my anxiety had gone down. And after it I felt calm down ⬇️, happier . I felt relaxed,also feel like I have peace in my life now.
Start learning:
Whenever I am using social account I don't like to learn. I want to spend more time on social account and that's why IAM week in learning but when I quite my social account ,now I giving more time to learning. So when you feel peace and don't have anxiety then we easily studied book whatever related to course or some extra knowledge book 📚
Remove distraction:
When IAM using social account then my mind always Remain in distraction and don't ever think about anything ,just IAM always think about social media accounts why that happens? Or what happens next? And my whole day spend in just these questions. Now IAM using social account but in limited. Now IAM focusing on my work without any distraction.
Like these so many we have benefits when we just quite our social account in just 3 days so think when we quite our social account every one month then we what changes occur in our life.
IAM not saying you would leave mobile phone or exit all the application,I know it's a part of life without it we can't survive but now a days it's like a cigarette we want to leave but we can't leave.
Try to give up social media for a few days and then you might just find your creativity start to flow again like earlier

How to remain safe in cryptocurrency 🔑📲!
When you have money then there is a chance for fraud, and specially cryptocurrency has no exceptions. In just United States of America around 80000 cases were seen about crypto fraud 🤥. So let's imagine how many crypto frauds happen in this universe.
No doubt this attractive market attract so many new comer's but with poor regulations that make it an appealing target 🎯 for fraudster.
When any new token came in market,the scammers are right by. They create icos, telegram account,and making fake smart contract. And then many innocent people face this fraud and many leave crypto beacuse they think they will not face 😈 these scammer.
Already I have faced this type of frauds and I lose almost 0.07btc. I bought token when the price up they labels it a scam and many investor withdraw all their money but I don't and I face a heavy loss. Till know I can't complete my loss which I face due to scams.
Crypto market have a lack of security but we need to adopt some rule's and beacuse of these rule we didn't face it. These rule will be helpful in preventing our money,so let's discuss some points:
Use secure internet:
The first and most important is to secure your internet connection. No one will hack you if your connection will be strong. I think 🤔 you know better hacking will be done by internet without it no one will hack you.
If connection are 🔐 then it's possible you will not face any crypto scammer by internet.
**Investigate new project or suspicious founder:**
Whenever a new project came in market don't think to invest early. First try to investigate about that project that who is the owner of this project? What he have ideas about it?
Beacuse crypto is a tight project. Sometime those person enter in cryptocurrency who don't know about it and lounch a new project , rarely those projects are real but it's a risky. I called it personally a scam.
I ask a question ⁉️ to you? When you don't know about something then how it possible to invest a heavy amount on that works ,would you invest or not! Mostly people will say no! And that's why IAM saying I recommend that person a scammer, whenever he got profit he would leave that project.

Beware of deciteful websites:
If someone say someone is deciteful then it's mean that it dangerous, risky or unreliable. When you see red flag on any website it mean it's a deciteful websites. Because sometimes a founder of projects made project early with don't team members or with stealing logo then he try to find member on social account.so these type of project are deciteful because they don't have proper planning and I think you don't think to invest on it.
Don't share your seed phrase to anyone:
Keeping the wallet secure is also an important without it you will loss all money 🤑 whatever you do but keeping you wallet secure. Whenever someone asking your wallet seed phrase them automatically one thing came in your mind and that is he is a scammer.
I shared with you a similar experience whenever I joined crypto so I love to get giveaway similarly trust wallet start giveaway ( I don't know he is fake or real) and my name came, I said to him that I don't receive my giveaway amount, he said to me you need to send your seed phrase of your wallet then you will receive 📲 when I refuse him suddenly he block me. And then after Iam very thankful to Allah for saving me biggest loss because earlier no one know what to do when such condition happen.
Try to use different password 🔑:
When you used same password in wallet or also in Crypto site then whenever someone hack you password 🔑 sudden you will loss all of your asset's. So try to use different password in different plateform. I know it's very difficult to remember all password but keeping secure you need to do this.

Everyone is different in this world 🌍 no one know how much asset I have? So different person have different amount. Also everyone have a dream to become millionaire and in my view everyone have such dream.
They want to become a owner of Bitcoin or you called it dream of anyone. The most important thing that we know that Bitcoin price reached approximately fifty thousand and it impossible for many people to became owner of BTC.
Bitcoin will not be easily available or purchase like it today. You would understand it easily by example.lets suppose market is like a musical chair. The music is currently playing 🎴and the players walking the chairs peacefully. But soon the music will stop 🚏 and panic to sit in a chair will begin. To sit In a chair are you have Bitcoin or not 🚫! Do you have enough!
So main thing I want to say the real long now a days who have Bitcoin. Now a days buying Bitcoin is easy here like that you will buy everything on internet. Now a days people are buying those which are out of stock but they buy with internet. Like this you will buy Bitcoin easily.
You will easily purchase Bitcoin on any exchange 💱but no one know what is happening behind. Excess of buying Bitcoin will causes price increasing that's why iam saying if you have already bought a Bitcoin with low price.
As we know the the total supply of Bitcoin is 21 million and the total people on the earth are approximately 8 billion. If we split these token to every human,each human could own approximately 0.0028btc or 280000 Satoshi. This amount will be bought for about $130.
I think you will know approximately 56 million people in the world 🌍 who are millionaires and if they want to buy Bitcoin then the company of Bitcoin face shortage or I say it's impossible because the supply of Bitcoin is limited. And those millionaire have a very small portfolio and they have minimum Bitcoin that's why Bitcoin price is stable at fifty thousand dollars.
**So let's go to our main question ⁉️ how much Bitcoin you have own or in your dream!**
I have approximately handsome amount like is said earlier if we split 21 million Bitcoin token to every users then person will get 0.0028 btc and thank God I have that amount in my wallet. But I have dream or you said it that it's my goal to achieve something big
Goals:
First I want to make this amount this amount (0.0028btc) double 0.01btc with my hard work then after it 0.05btc after it 0.1 btc and in the last 1BTC.
Actually you called it my dream to have 1 btc like other people have. I know it's very difficult to achieve this target 🎯 but nothing is impossible in this world. If I will try then why not I will do?🚫.

Bitcoin hit Million Dollar 💰 it's imagination or reality?
Today I have seen the news 📰 that Bitcoin will hit 🎯 the one million dollar Mark at least hundred time on the last twelve months. When you think about it,it's looks crazy 😧.
The price of Bitcoin in last year (January 2020) was $7476 and now at a time of writing (August 2021) is $47869. You will comparisate how much the value of Bitcoin increse in just 20 month.It mean seven hundred time it's value increse. And it's value going to one million dollar in next 4 or 5 years later! IAM saying right or not 🚫!
When I saw this news IAM thinking 🤔 is it possible or not? Could a Bitcoin will really hit million dollar or it's just a prediction.
IAM not saying it will happen because iam not a financial advisor,IAM just telling you that what people think🤔!
Supply is limited:
Bitcoin is not traditional or like paper money who print more and more every year but the supply of Bitcoin is limited. BTC circulating supply is approximate 21 million dollars and nearly 8 billion people are in the world 🌎. And also to add more in this circulating supply about 7 million dollar lost by owner in a different way. It mean who have just 14 million dollar now at a time in a circulation.
And because of this limiting supply , Bitcoin is a rare asset now a days also in future. It's a human cycology that when the anything demand is high then the people want to buy. And what happened when the demand is high than the supply? Automatically it's price up.

Everything have it's uses and it's abuses,we can say that smart phone have just uses. No doubt smart phone gives so many convenience but due to it we face so many destruction,but now it's a part of our life and we can't leave it.

Earlier I said no doubt smart phone gives so many convenience 🏪. By using smart we easily do our work with it within a short time. Now a days Smart phones are so advanced that we do not only talk but also do video conference at the same time.

A wise person said that rich people keeps getting richer because they act like a poorer and a poor people keeps getting poorer but they act like a Richer.....and they lost so much wealth by showing Richer.
