Are we always obligated to help others?
I wasn’t able to publish these consecutive days because of my very hectic schedule and I cannot make a draft even if I wanted to because my body is dropping down fast. The heaviness of our tasks in the university is getting heavier and heavier over time. The change of being a 4th-year student is that you are taking seriously every activity, exam, and discussion seriously because they all matter. We are about to shift to a new chapter of our lives, creating an impact, and dutifully done our jobs in the outside world.
How important is it to look good? Do you carefully choose the clothes that you wear every day and do your hair and makeup?
Looking good and presentable at all times is needed for us to look pleasing. But I believe that it is a matter of a choice whether we want to be pleasing since there are people who just wanted to be simple and minimalist at all times. Some of us are very conservative in our wearings and most especially if there is a theme-based event. I believe that all of us would agree that we have our favorite clothes at home that we used to wear for almost a week. The feeling that you just wore it three days ago, but you’ll use it again after it was washed up on the fourth day.
Carefully selecting our clothes affects how people see us because we know how valuable it was to be presented goodly. Although some people don’t give a damn how people would look at them since your body, is your choice. I totally agree that why we should look after the comments and opinions of others about what we wear since they are not the one who wears it or buys it. Thus, we have different tastes in terms of fashion. Your fashion might suitable for you but not for mine. It means it is just a matter of bringing up the clothes you wear with confidence and style.
Do we have a moral obligation to help our fellow citizens who are less fortunate than most of us: for example, by providing free medical care for poor people?
As an ordinary citizen of my country, what power could I have to make a change and help many? But it doesn’t mean that you can’t help even in a few steps and impact their lives. I believed that controlling and believing in yourself that you could do it, is the change you envision in your mind. It will come and manifest when you have the right people surrounding you. Comforting and supplying you with the amount of support you need, the finances you required, and the morale boost you can embrace.
I think we don’t have a moral obligation to help our fellow citizens unless we are more than required to do so. I believe that helping is not mandatory because you have to do it with yourself without someone else asking you to do it. The part of moral obligation I don’t see good is when you are branded and categorized as someone who’s selfish. I don’t think that a person who doesn’t help is a selfish person or self-centered person because most commonly the reason they don’t help is they don’t know the right outlet how they could help, too. I cannot imagine myself helping and I don’t know whether my help is beneficial or not.

I am done hating and loving our history
They say history is what we are and what we are about to do in our current lives. History is us, us to make and play. The value of our history will be depending on the heaviness of the importance and impact it has on one’s country, society, and world. Learning our history is boring to some, and interesting to others. I find myself in the middle of the given choices since I prefer learning history that tackles victory, defeat, and inventions. As I answer these questions below about our history, let’s dive into if it’s worth arguing or not.
Knowledge of history enriches one’s worldview: yes, or no?
History is encrypted with our culture, practices, and lifestyle that it is hard to break. The realization from our history is to make an on-point real situation that applies to all of us. It is hard to make a huge impact when a certain knowledge of history is weak. The process of holding on to the truth, weighing down the variables, and recognizing it happens could lead to better development of our world’s view. I believe that the more you are knowledgeable of our history, the more you will understand how deeply rooted one’s culture is.
The existing factor of being knowledgeable in our history one makes his worldview change drastically. It happens when there is an ongoing international conflict, and when you get back from the involved countries, you will definitely know how it happens, and why it is still going on in the present. I think that history makes people hate and love each other. Consequently, it heightens the recognition of truth and values passed down from generation to generation.
History & its impact on the future.
Aside from the knowledge we get from our history, it impacts our lives and beliefs that echo and transpires in our society. It is widely believed that what makes you do today will surely ripple the effects tomorrow and the next following days. In addition, our history is not just what we make, it is what we are. Looking at how I view it, history just doesn’t classify you, or a certain individual. But it classifies the whole race where you belong and it is scary to think it that way, but it’s true.
History and its impact on the future create political, religious, and self-issues since history has the power to distort, alter, and twist the truth. The lies that were added to the translated history before until today will be different. How could we move on to the pain, backslash, and ongoing suffering if we always look back at how history is made? It’s not justifiable to make it a whole reference to our current decisions. I believed the impact should be there, but we need to learn from it and move forward because the future is more important than it.
Modern interracial conflicts are evaluated from a historical perspective.
Giving a certain point of view in interracial conflicts are hard since there was a solid foundation of the said conflict. It didn’t occur just a day and will continue to another day. No, it is enriched with conflicts because plenty of people are involved in it. However, the problem occurs and will be spiced up because there were too many people involved. I could see the underlying arguments and misunderstandings between each other because various opinions throwing into the circle. It is hard to listen when there is too much noise scattering around you.
I think the best example of interracial conflict is how Americans hated Asians. I wouldn’t elaborate further since we already know how deeply worst it gets each year. Just thankfully that it is far from our continent. Thus, I believed that modern interracial issues continuously occur because world leaders don’t give a damn about it. They just let the people fight over something that shouldn’t be. How far it continues will no one can say, for sure.

Does men spend their leisure time different to women?
It was a very good day as there was not much school today. I felt like I could breathe from the suffocating atmosphere whenever I stayed away from the screen of my laptop and phone. But, as much as I wanted to stay away, it could still pull me over and over. The moment I lay down on our hammock, my mind was flying away about what to do and the first thing on my mind was get the freaking phone.
Has technology changed the way young people spend their leisure time?
Nowadays, youths spend most of their time online as it connects them to their friends. I believe that technology has a huge factor and effects on the ever changing life of young people. It creates an absolute barrier raising the fitness and health at risk. However, when we are talking about leisure time, meaning it is their free time. I believe it has changed significantly because the world has changed too. It could have been better if I saw young people adjusting and coping with the fast-paced world.
Most of the time, young people today do a wide variety of leisure and recreational activities. It has a big impact on their lives and pouring out the efforts to learn how to cope with modern things. Basically, the action of the young people today becomes new and newer as the years pass by. I noticed how the changes brought too many to feel pressure and how it creates a boundary to change lives. I was spending my leisure time on discord, reading mangas, watching movies and TV series all at once.
Women spend their leisure time differently than men.
I think that everyone has their own unique way of spending their leisure time since we navigate life differently. As far as I know, leisure time is the one that makes our time humorous, adventurous and glamorous. No matter what or how you spend it, the most important thing is you are happy doing it. I totally believed that women and men spend their leisure time differently from each other. But sometimes, they both spend and use it together. How amazing it is when two genders play neither masculine nor feminine sport.
In this age, we have seen the barriers of gender shattering and the walls are not a hindrance anymore. The greatest observation that I had was when a sport can be played and participated by mixed-gender people. It really broke the unstoppable, unshakable wall that had been stopping people from doing so. Thus, I believe that whatever your leisure stuff is, as long as you value your time, giving enough space for learning, and creating a path for new opportunities. Then, there's no reason for us to stop doing it.
Is a summer vacation better than a winter vacation?
Dear me, I think for me living in a tropical country I would say that I prefer winter vacation all my life. I have been constantly feeling the warmth of summer that enveloped my skin and soul until to the bone. I think the winter vacation in Japan, Korea or any Western country will be enough to fill my satisfaction. The joy of relaxation and winter vibe could strike me and I feel like it will be awesome. The part where I can throw a snowball, ice skate and feel the coldness of the snowflakes. Gosh!
I believe that winter vacation is much better than summer vacation but of course, to those who live in colder countries. They will prefer to go to a tropical country to enjoy the summer vacation. Meaning, it's just a matter of where you live, preference and how you would like to spend your vacation. Don't forget that vacation is temporary after your very tiring work or study. Just be happy and create fun memorable experiences.

The free education that we always dream of
It was a rainy and cold day for me for the never stops the whole day. It will rain hard, then will just shower a few raindrops, but will never stop. I wanted to go out this morning or this afternoon because I want to eat grilled foods outside. However, the rain stops me from getting out and I have no choice but to stay at home. I badly craved for grilled foods nowadays, and I have no idea why. It's just feel good the eating the roasted part, isn't it?
Schools should block sites like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram on their computers
The relevant sites that schools should allow are the ones that make sense and are useful for kids. I think banning the sites like the social media sites such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram is favorable to me. Who would use them anyway? I believe that most of the computers in school and university just allow those students who take computer-related courses and subjects. Meaning to say, it will not affect the students or the school much from this banning.
I would like to emphasize that school computers are not made and bought for the non-school agenda. It was solely purchased for the sake of improving the quality of education and to give enough resources to students who cannot afford to buy their own computer or laptop. It would be a great help and tool for students to use the school computers and do their assignments. I think I've used the school computer and printer before when I was in high school. In that way, we can prevent the students to access various nonsensical and unrelated sites from the social media platforms.
Sexual education should be mandatory in schools.
The recent data that shows teenage pregnancy have increase in numerous fold this pandemic is very alarming. I have seen myself an example of teenage pregnancy from our old neighborhood back then. She was young and around my age, but she was impregnated by her boyfriend. At first, she hid it from her family and to all the neighbors because of thinking she might received unwanted opinions from other people. But right now, she was happy with her son and unmarried husband.
Sexual education is a must, but not a mandatory for all the students. I mean is we have to discuss this kind of subject to those students on high school and above. Primary students are not yet capable of knowing, understanding and coping with this kind of knowledge. The sexual education will help students to be equip, ready and foreknowledge what would happen to their lives if they get pregnant early without a plan. I've seen this as a good strategy to lower and minimize the higher percentage of teenage pregnancy and related.
Public college should be tuition free
Tuition fee is the most stressful part of being college student. Some high school graduates are afraid of enrolling to college university or academy because they cannot pay for the tuition fee. I believe that if we lower or pass a law that allowed students to get a free education on college. Then, many opportunities will come and the country's economy will rise above the previous bars. We scholars in the state universities are thankful for the opportunity that is given to us and have a free education until we graduate.
The free education from senior high school to college made a huge difference since it will help to graduate many students deserving students and get a stable job here in our country. However, it doesn't mean that they are all will be successful because we know how things work in corporate world. The connection, skill, and school attainment matters, sometimes. So better be do the best when schooling and graduate with an impact.

The new crypto browser I used for a week now
Commonly, we are using Chrome, Brave, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox as our browsers. But this time, I changed my browser to something extraordinary. I found this browser in Hive since I saw some of the users in Hive promoting it and I was just curious why they are promoting it. Then, I tried it, since there was nothing to lose here. Of course, I was kind of scared since I might be hacked or lose some data, but when I read the report and reviews about it. It was pretty good and safe to use.
The browser I was talking about was called Presearch. Presearch is a decentralized search engine that allows you to earn PRE tokens, the more you use it. As far as I know, this search engine is limited, unlike the google search engine. Why? I believed they just include all the trusted sites that will make sure that the user’s safe browsing is kept at bay. Wait, did I just say browser? I think this is not a browser, but a search engine. Yet, this is more than your ordinary search engine.
How can you start?
Well, the first thing I did was create an account. Creating an account will help you navigate the Presearch faster, and the token you will receive every time you search will be added to your wallet. I haven’t screenshot the process of creating an account, but when you get there. It was easy and it would tell you what and how to do it. It was pretty exciting to use it since it’s a decentralized one.
These are the usage rewards. As you can see, I earned 28 PRE tokens in my week of using it. I don’t research often so I had these few tokens earned. But when you search a lot, then you can earn more than this. So much can you earn per search? Right now, I can earn 0.10 PRE tokens, and I don’t know if it will increase with the time I used it. I can redeem the token when I reached the 1000 PRE tokens, quite a lot, huh? Currently, the PRE token is worth $0.07.
I told you earlier that Presearch is limited to some verified and trusted sites. So, the results you will see every time you search are limited and filtered too. Unlike, the Google search engine, it offers a wide and diverse range of results. But one thing I loved about Presearch is the safety and security that you are protected from unwanted sites. So, you use it the way you want and see it fit.
Aside from the usage reward, there are more things Presearch offer. These are the so-called stakes. Keyword stakes, Node Stakes, and Node Rewards. Unfortunately, I didn’t know that these three things were different and similar to each other. I haven’t explored this part yet, perhaps, I would edit this blog soon. But for now, the important thing is you can earn a crypto token PRE, then you can withdraw it after you reach 1000 tokens. Constant use of Presearch allows you to gain such an amount.
I just loved that the internet is evolving and search engines can be a source of alternative income. No, not an income but an alternative search engine that allows you to earn tokens. I will definitely use it every day since I enjoyed the visual, too. You can change some of the settings if you want and try to navigate it so you can know how it works.

An electric car, is it my dream car?
Another weekend has come and since it’s the weekend there are no classes. However, even though we don’t have classes today, there are certain projects we are working on. Every night, I was trying and writing more drafts to read cash as much as possible because I know I cannot write in the morning. Given the hectic schedule I have recently, I have to focus on my studies and lessen my activeness in blogging. It was hard for me to do that but I had to. There is a bigger priority that I am looking forward to.
Will robots increase people’s quality of life?
We, humans, are creative and adventurous in nature. Our life was anchored with so much curiosity, diversity, and authority. The quality of life begins when the acceptance of resources and blessings are fully attached to your life. I believe that more than anything else, we are evolving and changing each day. Whatever we ate today will not be the same tomorrow or the other day. It means that the quality of life might not be stable. You have to work on it so that you can remain to have such quality.
Robots are the invention of humans to support us from our heavy workloads and to increase the efficiency of productivity. In addition, I think robots will definitely improve the quality of human life in any way. As a computer-related student, I know the value of robots and the intention why robots are still developing right now. Programmers and scientists are making it so that we could have a faster, more efficient, and a better understanding of things since we cannot understand and memorize most of the general knowledge of this world.
Can people save nature using technology (or destroy it)?
Technology is a high-rise development of the human race and will probably dominate it in the future. No, should I say that technology has been embedded in our lives, and we cannot live without it? However, there is a reason why technology starting to destroy our planet by the means of human incompetence and irresponsibility. Technology was developed to help us, save us, and above all, to make this world a better place. On the other hand, we have seen its adverse effects on it our environment.
Saving nature is a hard task when the bad effects are too severe. Have you remembered the time when the scientists protested and announced that we have a few years to fix our world or else we cannot reverse its effects? This call is truly a scary call but some ignore them thinking that those scientists are insane. I believe that the more we evolve technology, the faster our world will collapse. Looking at how the situation against climate change, big companies don’t support it since this will kill their businesses. How poor we could be in the next century.
Can all cars become electric?
Wherever you look, there are cars everywhere. It was a big dream for some to buy their own car from renowned companies and producers. I believed that if all cars will become electric, it would be problematic. The demand for electricity and power will increase, and the source of electricity will be depleted drastically. It is not wise to implement that all cars are powered by electricity. Yet, at some point, I am thinking if an all-electric car's battery will be recharged from solar energy then it will be okay. Consequently, recharging via solar energy takes time.
I can imagine pollution-free roads where is okay to inhale directly the air since there is no harmful smoke produced by cars. Can you imagine the place where you usually travel has no greyish black smoke around? That would be an amazing experience and the air pollution will be lessened many folds. Then, if ever the world produced only electric cars, then I wish that there are more than enough energy to recharge all the cars. Pros and cons should be balanced, weigh all the probabilities, and choose the best result with a lesser impact on our environment.

Banning plastic bags are yes to me
I woke up this morning with such ease since I slept for more than 11 hours last night. I tried to stay away from my phone because my head is already spinning like a crazy ball. I was coding all-day yesterday, that was why. The rain didn't stop this evening until I woke up. What a gloomy, cold day it is. Since it's Thursday, I have only one class to attend and I'll continue my code learning.
How does tourism affect the environment?
The Philippines is blessed with abundance of natural beauty starting with bodies of water until the beautiful landscapes of each region. It is not surprising when we know that we are visited with plenty of foreigners abroad. However, tourism is not always good for the environment. The best example is the undying paradise of Boracay Beach. We have heard that it was severely polluted and damaged due to economical and environmental problems.
The rehabilitation lasted for about a year and when it was opened to the public. We have seen how much it improved and how strict they were today. Tourism is a vital part of our economy and tourism affects the environment with different aspects. I believe that the more we show care and love towards the environment, then it will have a good response and blessing for us. Some effects left a tremendous impact and will take time to recover. I think we don't have to wait for that to happen since we cannot bear the consequences.
Should all people become vegetarians?
Vegetables and fruits are undoubtedly the healthiest food we could ever eat. They are festive with a bountiful of colors, types, shapes, and textures. Thus, eating vegetables and fruits are highly recommended by the dietician and nutritionist. On the other hand, not everyone is fond of eating vegetables. They despise eating it and settle with meat, beef, poultry and sea foods. Who would like to eat vegetables each day if we could taste them all?
I don't think it's appropriate to say and implement that we have all to be vegetarian because it will cause a huge commotion to everyone. I believe that we have to respect each other's choice or preference to whatever kind of food he or she likes to eat. Being vegetarian is a commitment and a long term commitment. Temptation will always be there, waving and enticing our weak minds. Thus, the demands of vegetables and fruits will rise and I believe that we're not capable yet of producing and sustaining all the needs of humankind.
Banning plastic bags and packaging: yes or no?
Ultimately, we can see the goodness and effectiveness of using plastic bags since it is more efficient and stronger than paper bags. However, the exchange of its effectiveness is the high risk of pollution and the thousand of years before it ceases to exist in this world. The awareness of how it will be reused is a good thing, but the pollution it creates due to our lack of discipline is made this way. It's a sad reality that we see pollution everywhere. From the sky above to the ground until the bodies of water.
I would definitely say yes to ban the plastic bags and packaging since we have plenty of alternatives nowadays. There are eco-friendly bags and paper bags that will be good for the environment. Thus, the risk of pollution is lower since the eco-friendly ones are easily dissolved in the water. Though, I'm not sure how to encourage us to throw the papers anywhere, but I mean it's better than plastic. Just be responsible enough on how to take care of this lovely world.

Should we ban zoos for good?
It was such a good day for me as I finished most of my tasks today. The whole class was finding their own thesis subjects and problems and submitted them to our professor to check. I couldn't help myself but to be scared since this is a vital part of the gateway for our graduation. Gosh! Anyway, I'm positive that we will survive this thesis and get our diploma. How fantastic it would be.
Is there any reason to raise minimum wages?
The world is powered by money and without money, we could lose plenty of opportunities for ourselves, our families, and our future. It is inevitable that the prices of goods and services arise as the global economy reduces and fluctuates at the same time. For those countries who are depending on the importation, then surely, the prices are quite pricey and it will severely affect the people. It is sad to think that the lower-earning countries such as the Philippines still have higher prices compared to the high-earning countries.
That is why there are a lot of reasons why to raise the minimum wages in our country. Although it is not a one-day action plan and implementation, it is highly recommended. I have featured multiple articles regarding the minimum wage in our place and thankfully, they increased it by a few pesos. It holds value and importance since every peso matters now. How likely possible that there will be another raise since it is barely enough today? I believe that we can solve this problem when our economy has stabilized.
Drug addicts: Do they need help or punishment?
It is widely believed that drug addicts should be punished immediately without knowing what are the reasons why that particular person took and used drugs. The punishment for those who will be caught and raided is severe. I believe that drug addicts deserve to have a second chance if they are really committed to change. The moment we recognized that they are no longer useful in society, then we will look down on that person no matter what he does. It’s quite hard for that person to reclaim his reputation and morals back.
But we can look at the beauty of his past before he committed being a drug addict so that we have a good basis for giving him a second chance. Addicts don’t mean lifetime, it is a temporary action and habit that can resolve if receives good guidance. Why we would resent and be selfish to them giving them a second chance if they truly deserve to have one, right? It’s just our way of extending help without and regardless of what they are.
Banning zoos: yes or no?
Animals are the wonder of this world. They are the most likely closest to the human race and we can see how much important they are to us. Zoos are a way of giving and offering to the people what kind of life they are living. If we’re going to ban the making and permitting of zoos, it will cause a huge noise. Since the animals will be released into the wild, then we cannot observe closely and have a good observation. I think that zoo animals should be picked based on how likely they are able to survive when they are quarantined.
Looking back on the Manila zoo, I believe that whenever I see animals who have teary eyes. I feel like they want to go back to their original home and be free without the presence of humans. I know some of us are fond of animals, raising them at home, and giving them the best treatment possible. However, the zoo is different. Most are wild animals that are forced or raised to live in a place they shouldn’t belong. This is a sad reality, but a fun experience for most of us since we go to zoos to see them, feed them and take photos of them. Be free, lovely creatures!

I want to live with my partner soon
Our class ended with so much excitement and nervousness since our professor already discussed some glimpse of our thesis. It was a shocking revelation that made me quivered and thought wisely about what could be the best, rational, and practical project that I can do. However, the time was really fast as I did learn the python programming language a while ago. I'm familiar with python, but haven't had a chance to code. Right now, I could do some basics of python and will finish the whole lesson by myself. Truly depressing, but needed to do.
Daydreaming versus dreaming at night: which is better?
For some reason, daydreaming becomes a habit of mine during the days when I'm truly alone at home. It does feel good to expand your mind floating to the parallel world of creativity and imagination. Daydreaming is a form of relaxation to me and it allows my brain to think deeply of one's decision in life. Others might find daydreaming a weird and nonsensical action. But there is a larger form of daydreaming which uses a lot of energy to visualize what the scenes and senses are.
I would like to highlight that dreaming at night is an uncontrolled action because it is coming from your trauma, heightened emotions, and regaining consciousness in a parallel world. However, daydreaming is controlled action. You can start, pause, and stop daydreaming any time you want. That's why I believe that daydreaming is still better than dreaming at night. Lately, I noticed that I rarely dream at night because of tiredness and a stressed mind.
Is living together before marriage appropriate nowadays?
Loving someone is totally a right of everyone. Thus, picking up someone you love and deciding to sleep with that person is also your decision. There is a concept wherein a girl should never sleep with a guy unless they are married. However, looking at how things changed in the past decades. The culture of staying and living with your partner even though you are not married yet is acceptable and okay for the eyes of the society.
I believe that living with your boyfriend or girlfriend will create a stronger bond and you will have a chance to get to know that person deeply. In that way, you will have an idea what kind of person you will be and the partner you will be living with. Consequently, it is a matter of staying genuine, faithful, and responsible not just as an individual, but as a committed partner too. How beautiful it will be when you know you are in the right place and the right person. How harmonious the relationship could be in the future.
From a historical perspective, are women smarter than men?
The intellectual intelligent of an individual is not all equal regardless of your sex and gender. In addition, one's intelligence is not focused on one aspect of life. It could be in the form of art, writing, sports, movement, and many more. Looking back at our history, we can realize that men are actually smarter than women. That is because only men have the opportunity to rule, to localize, and to govern a certain piece of land.
For that reason, women didn't have a chance to layout and bring out their full potential because they have no chance and opportunity to do so. However, recently, we could see how women dominated the world. There are world leaders that were led by women and they did great things such as the late queen of England. She was a good, benevolent, and respectable leader that many can agree to. Basically, women and men will never be equal, but it doesn't mean that men will always be superior to women.

The best parental support I got
This was the day when I decided to buy the laptop so I woke up earlier than usual. I felt so tired and hyped at the same time because of the nervousness and stress I had accumulated for the past few days. In the meantime, I contacted my classmate to help me find a good store in one of the malls in Cavite. I’ll not share this yet since it is reserved for the other draft. Well, the day went fine, I met my best friend and he accompanied me to the store. He was actually making fun of me, teasing I’m rich or something.
Anyway, although I had the set of choices of the laptop I would probably buy, when we went to the stores. There was no single model that I was looking for so I had to change the model. I stuck to the same specs, but the processor was changed. Well, it was okay since the processor of this new laptop was much better. Thus, I would probably make a review and how the day went during the shopping so stay tuned!
Is homeschooling better than a public or private school education?
A child's education is one of the most important things they should get and possess because it will help them to achieve better things in life. How could someone who's no schooling at all get better? I think it's just a matter of priority and dedication to pursue what they want in life. I had experienced the life of both public and private students, but I had a longer experience in public school. It was such an amazing focal point of my life wherein I met plenty of people who became friends with me.
To answer this question, since I haven’t experienced homeschooling, but seeing as how the homeschool graduates were. They were having a bad time adjusting to the system, socializing to others, and making their lives harder because of lack of socialization. I have noticed that one of the perks of homeschooled students were the closeness and bonds made between the child and parents. That was a good example on how a parent could exert their parenting style to the maximum limit.
Does the traditional classroom address contemporary society’s needs?
The world was continuing to change and as it changed, the evolution of societal needs changed as well. I believe that the traditional classrooms are irreplaceable places for the students who were raised and learned there. As for me, who was taking a computer-related course, it was not a good idea anymore to stay in traditional classrooms. It would not meet my needs and the equipment needed for my study. We all know how hard it is to study in traditional classrooms who have a limited amount of resources.
Contemporary society needs the students to not achieve the best result of their education. I cannot imagine that if you are taking a technical, computer, and anything that is related to technology. The traditional classroom provides traditional education as well. I think if we want to have a good performance of graduated students, then we must upgrade the subjects too. The needs and trends of society are changing. But the education system remained the same. So it’s not surprising that we can see how low the general education of graduates is, especially those who graduated during the pandemic.
Is parental support essential for the future success of children?
The most amazing thing a parent can do is to support their children all the time. The journey of a child might be hard, rocky-road, and an endless loop of happiness, sadness, and pain. But it would not matter when a parent is there to help raise the moral and spirit of a child. Some will say that a child needs to stand on their own feet so that they will know how to address the problems quickly. Yet, I believe parental support should still be there, existing and co-relating to the child’s life.

This is where my thoughts lie today
It seemed the day was really good for me as I have reached the almost exact amount of money I needed to buy a laptop. I was really paranoid thinking where I could get such a huge amount of money in one go, thus right now, I was truly thankful to all the people who shared their blessings to yours truly. I will not mention anyone for the sake of their privacy, and I know they already know how thankful I am to them.
My body needs rest as my mental health has downgraded for the past couple of days. It was weakened because of my problem, personally and socially. Anyways, we just had a departmental orientation wherein the professors toured the freshmen virtually. The physical tour will not happen due to covid health restrictions. As much as they wanted to give the best for students, yet the protocols must be followed accordingly.
Well, as for today, I would like to answer the day three questions-and-answers portion where I got debatable two questions. I'll try to supplement and argue with each one, so I don't have any idea how I am going to answer it. If you noticed, I haven't made any personal blog lately since I was going through a tough time. I would say that this was the toughest time of my blogging and schooling journey. They simultaneously emerged at the same time. On the other hand, thankfully, I am firm in my will power that I will finish the challenge victoriously.
Who are we, apart from the names, nationalities, and other social attributes? At the core, who are we, and what defines who we are?
A persona of one's individual is an important recognition to label and categorize what and who you are. We cannot avoid thinking that names, nationalities, and social attributes are the three things that make up what we are in society. However, if we're going to cancel these three from the choices. Then, what will be the remaining characteristic that could describe us? The humane character implanted to each one of us will separate us categorically.
I think what defines who we are is the history of our own lives. This means that from the moment we were born, we have been tagged as a person and whatever your parents did to you was part of your history. Thus, as we grow up, the history continues which eventually will be a collection of memories and experiences. Our experiences are different from one another so it is appropriate to say it's the core of our humanity without name, nationality, and social attributes.
Where and how do thoughts originate?
This is the most interesting question I've seen so far. Well, we cannot say that our thoughts are all true since lies can run through our mouths every day. Could you imagine that if our thoughts were actually coming from the brain, then the wonder is how the brain cells, nerve cells, and any cells that can transmit data into words. That's the wonder how our brain is capable of, so I never belittle anyone's brain because they are majestically created.
If we're going to say that our thoughts come from the collection of knowledge mixed with our wisdom, then our thoughts are never-ending. As long as we can acquire knowledge, then we can produce thoughts based on that knowledge. I think the wonder here is that we cannot speak what we don't know. The knowledge should be registered in our brain so that it could be processed as a thought. Such wonderful things never cease to amaze every time I think about it.

The opportunity that I cannot miss
For the whole day, I was attending my online classes since the physical class will be only intended for laboratory and exams. We have been listening to our professors all day, while I was seeking help for my friends online. Actually, this was my first time seeking such huge help because I was really in a position wherein I had to take whatever was on the table. I just cannot believe how fast they wanted to help me. I’m just grateful that I have friends like them. No, not a friend anymore, but a family.
This will be day 2 of the question-and-answer portion where I chose the questions myself. Thus, I think these questions are worth answering since they are not nonsensical. Moreover, I wanted to expand my opinion on each question, express my perspective, and let you know what I think about them.
Why are some belief systems called “mythologies”, while others “religions”?
It is not new to every one to hear the mythologies since ancient times. We usually see two famous mythologies in movies, characters, and books. Greek mythology and Roman mythology have been widely known for their supernatural powers and hierarchies. It allows people to objectively believe that it actually exists. Meanwhile, religions are supernatural beliefs with proven facts, and the existence of God was recorded in books.
It’s not hard to believe that religions are dominating the world’s point of view. Thus, it has sufficient shreds of evidence that it actually exists with the doctrine embedded in every fiber of the story. Aside from that, the religious books have multiple writers, testifying about the miracle of God to its people. On the contrary, mythology hasn’t proven anything since it’s just a myth that people created out of creativity. So now, religion is the believable one compared to a mythological belief system.
In a culture that teaches its people to respect their elders, must one still show respect in a case where the elder is unworthy of being respected?
The culture is definitely hard to go against because the people involved have been living and practicing it over the years. However, since the elder is unworthy of being respected, then I think we can conclude that he should not be respected in a way how that elder disrespected others too. The concept here is what you do to others will do to you as well. Then, we can say that this particular elder should not be deserved to be recognized.
It’s hard for a culture that has been respecting an elder is a tradition like in the Philippines. We are taught to be respectful at all times to our elders whoever they are, regardless of family or non-family. However, it will come a time when an elder is too rude or below the belt that it has a tendency to disrespect him out of nowhere. Although elders are quite old enough, still they have to live and shouldn’t think that they are superior to others. This means that in a culture where elders are highly respected, they lived up to it worthy of respect.
Is it better to die fighting for your beliefs or to sit patiently waiting for an opportunity to induce change?
We commonly say that we need to change for the better. But the change starts within and when that happens, our environment will start to change as well. We tend to focus on the outside without assessing whether we are capable of handling changes. It’s delusional to think that we are pursuing change not knowing why we should pursue it. Like, the concept of change must be according to the reality of life rather than the ideology that it will help others.
Thus, the change will not happen without someone doing for it like when you are sitting patiently for change. I don’t think it will happen the way you perceive it. So it’s better when you center your focus to find where you can offer the change so that it will come and happen. Moreover, I think sitting patiently will be just an excuse to be just a lookout for that things will happen next.

This is the gender I want!
It has been a rainy day today. I actually didn’t go outside and as much as possible, I stay at home, writing every draft that I can. My head hurts due to some stress in school because I am finding money to buy my new laptop since the one I am using right now is not compatible with my upcoming thesis. Gosh! It was yesterday when I was whacking my brain about where to find money or whether even an installment laptop was okay for me. Anyways, it is my problem to solve so I better find a solution for it as early as possible.
In the meantime, I am starting to draft so many blogs in my Google Docs because I think I would be busy these in the coming weeks. Like, the hardest part of being a graduating student is the thesis itself. I just wanted to sigh about all the problems and forgot them for a day. Anyways, this would be another question-and-answer portion which is quite debatable if we look at and analyze the question closely.
What makes each human unique?
Will it be sufficient to say that we are just unique toward each other and to all the living things existing? I have watched multiple documentaries about why human is becoming more the center of this world as we dominate all forms of life. However, we cannot deny that humans are still vulnerable and have multiple weaknesses. We’re nowhere near perfection, but since we are similar to the image of God, then I can say that our physical attributes are definitely unique.
A higher chance of uniqueness of each human is based on their skill set, we are born differently with a natural talent and wisdom. To be precise, the potential of an individual will come out entirely dissimilar to one another even though they are with similar talents. I mean, it is a matter of developing and how much it takes time for you to realize your talent. It is not simple to walk and just begin your journey without even realizing what’s happening.
Can wrong actions be excused and accepted if the outcome is for the greater good of society?
It is actually hard to say that we have to normalize the wrong actions to be accepted just because it has a more significant cause for society. Isn’t it just patronizing to do bad actions even though it’s not ethical and moral? I think the concept here is that the good actions will be covered by bad actions and later on, bad actions will be the new norms. It is and should not be that way. It expresses that the meaning of right and wrong will be useless to us all.
The greater good of society is not to be based on the cause which triggers a ripple of bad actions. It is supposed to be coming from the good cause that ripples a sequence of good actions which affect many people. I would consider doing bad actions when a life is at stake because life is more valuable than any beliefs. Whether the doer has not good intentions, but it saves a life, then it would be acceptable to me.
Why must all individuals conform to the gender roles described by society?
It is not required to conform to the gender roles assigned and described by society because it is our right to hide a personal identity if we want. I think the main goal of society is to label our gender so that it would be easier to classify us. However, not everyone is happy talking about gender roles since it’s sensitive. Not everyone is open to talking about it. A gender role should be picked and chosen by ours, and ours to tell us not to conform.

It was the first day of the school year, the first semester of my 4th year taking up BS in Computer Science. I was not excited but I’m happy that finally, I was two semesters away from reaching my short-term goal which was getting my very own diploma. How cliche it is, back then, when I was in 7th grade, I told one of my teachers that I would graduate with pride and honor. Well, I think it’s coming soon. I wish that as we end our journey in college, we can able to land a good job.
Speaking of the job, I’m planning to get a civil service exam after my graduation if it is available. I’d like to gain experience here in our country in the meantime, then try my luck abroad with my cousins. She is living in Dubai now and has a good job. Most of the time, she would send photos about her travels and the foods she ate. One time, since I was not busy, she called me on Zoom and toured me live on the buildings. I was like, gosh! “I’ll reach that place soon!”
As I was browsing the internet, I found some interesting questions I’d like to discuss and expand on. These questions are the things that caught my attention and are worth sharing. The questions can be debatable and have a broad overview depending on how we see them. So let me start with this first question:
Since every person has more or less a unique worldview, the way they perceive objects in situations is also unique. Therefore, how does one know whether what they perceive is true or an illusion?
This is quite an interesting question since it pertains to one’s point of view based on how he copes with situations and realities. I believe that we cannot twist the truths and we might fabricate some pieces of it, yet it doesn’t change the fact that it’s still the truth. True and reality are coexistent. Without reality, the truth will never come forth. Without truth, reality will be twisted with lies and deceptions. So one can perceive whether it is true when it happens, exists, and living things are involved.
Would you be better or worse off if you knew your future? And does the mere act of knowing your future instantly change your actual future?
For some reason, I would still prefer worse off if I know my future because the cause of casualties and fate will be severely affected. I have a strong belief that everything must be in accordance with natural law and process. Whoever takes a short route will never taste the sweet fruit of success. It doesn’t matter if you know the future because it has a solid foundation wherein our fates and His will never change. We may have our own will, but it just affects the very decisions we make, and will not affect the entirety of our lives.
Is failing at something worse than not attempting it in the first place?
I always taught myself that to be able to gain success we have to run into failure. It will not cost anything, but courage and will to step up. The beginning of success starts with a small, baby step. So failing to walk, trip, and lay down on the ground is understandable. The worse thing is not attempting at all since you don’t know what will happen and what will be the effects. Sometimes, it takes guts to pursue what we really want to do in life and be happy with whatever the outcomes are.
I just wanted to remind everyone that whatever is going on right now to you. I hope, truly hope that you can able to understand why you are going through such difficult times. Life works in mysterious ways and we cannot fathom its complexity. But one thing is for sure, as long as you are alive, there’s hope and abundance.

My rabbits got fungus in their ears
Some of us loved and took care of pets dearly, without holding back. Our pets become part of the family, wherein they will share good food and treatment inside of our home. Basically, I would consider my pets my friends as well, because I talk to them like humans. You know, it doesn't matter what kind of animal you are petting and raising since as long as you give them the love they need, it will be fine.
However, there are some instances where they will get sick. We cannot avoid the fact that they will get one along the way, even though you are giving them the best treatment possible and available. How unfortunate that it happened to my two rabbits that got infected with ear fungus. At first, I hadn't noticed it yet since for the past few days, I have been occupied with something and I had no time to check their physical appearance at all.
I just gave them food, water, and cleaned the cage. After that, I would go away, continue what I was doing, and sit in front of the laptop. Well, the next day that I checked them, I noticed a whitish thing in their ears, and upon checking them, I realized that it was a fungus. I immediately messaged @Eunoia for consultation since he was raising rabbits as well. He advised me to use spray instead of oral because it wasn’t much more severely affected. Basically, the fungus is starting to develop and spread in their ears.
Opening my shoppe account was not really a good thing for me because I would be tempted to order unnecessary products or things that I liked but would not use in the future. But I told myself to calm down and order what I needed for my rabbits. So, I actually searched for the best one available on different stores, then I picked the lowest price with good reviews. Thankfully, the one I chose was having a sale and I got a bit of a discount, so I used the voucher too. Anyways, since the order will take 3–4 days, I cleaned the rabbit cage from time to time so it would not spread faster.
It was one afternoon when a delivery driver was calling in front of our home. I was inside, cleaning my room. I didn’t hear his calling either. My sister knocked on the door, telling me that there was an order that needed to be paid. I turned off my music, got my wallet, and headed out. The bottle was secured since it was not an ordinary spray bottle. It was quite pricey for me, so it was really better that it was secured well. I opened the package with care because I might break the plastic or something. It’s better to be careful, you know.
One hour later, I tested the spray on one of my rabbits, but only one. I do not want to lose two at the same time when it didn’t work. Thankfully, nothing bad happened, so I applied it to the other one as well. In the first 24 hours, I noticed that the whitish ones, which were fungus, were turning pinkish red. I did not know why, perhaps a chemical reaction since it was killing the fungus. The next few days, I noticed that there were only a few spots where the fungus stayed. So it means it was truly effective.
Currently, they are now okay. Their ears were fine, as if nothing had happened to them. I make sure that I clean their cage every day and sanitize it. The food I gave was good and fresh, so I know they will not get sick again. It was difficult for me and my family to see our pets ill because they were also members of our family. I’m thankful because during that day, I have spare money to spend or else I will be forced to get some from my savings. I really hate draining my savings because I allotted it for something else. The game that made me happy during a break
What have you done during the break from your work or school? It is actually a good thing that we have to unwind by playing games online so that we can relax our minds from the overload of work. As for me, I always wanted to become occupied with something because I easily get bored. It’s like my body doesn’t know what to do when I don’t have any tasks at all. So, to be able to become productive and occupied, I would study some notes, write a blog, or play online games.
I do not know if anyone of you played the game I used to play online. So, lately, since I’m waiting for someone to send a file, I accidentally typed skribbl.io in my web browser, and gosh, it directed me to the game. Well, I didn’t hesitate to start the game with unknown users on the web room. At first, I struggled to comprehend what was going on because it had been a while since I played the game. Though I didn’t get it at first, I got used to it in the second round.
So here is what it looks like. The game's visuals are not too much to comprehend, so you can get used to it for a few plays. The game can only accommodate 7 players, and those players will compete against each other. Well, you can gain points per correct answer, and the pointing system depends on where you got the answer right. So basically, you have to answer and guess the words faster than your opponents so you can gain more points than them. My name on the server is "the hot dog. I forgot to change the name, gosh!
There are words that are so hard to guess because the user's drawing is not very good. It was far from the guessing word itself. Unless the user draws the whole thing and creates an arrow to specify what should be guessed, Looking at this photo, you can immediately tell that it is a tree. Just making a branch of the tree was super easy and you had to be fast. I love this game since it’s really fun and perfect for the whole family and friends.
Can you guess this one? This one was a little bit easier since I got it right. Well now, can you tell me what you think? Actually, I thought it was a slice of cheese or something because he drew the box shape in yellow, so I could tell that it was cheese. But then, when he started to draw a new shape on the right side, I guessed it was not cheese at all. When we added a green leafy thing at the top, that’s when I knew it was a pineapple. Thus, I guessed it right. I was the one who guessed first. Easy peasy!
For this time, it’s my time to write a word. The options are coffee, fish, and eel. How can I draw the fly? There’s nothing I can do in fly and specify that the word is fly. In addition, the eel is quite difficult to draw as well. How could I manage to draw it since they might have thought it was a snake or something? So, for a brief moment, I decided to choose the coffee. I drew the cup first then just added a steam effect.
As I expected, the player guessed the word first, and it seemed like he played the game for so very long that he was able to guess the word quickly. Look at his points. He was in second place just playing the game for a few rounds. Sadly, there were two players who couldn’t guess the word, and they left too. So, if you don’t have a game to play online, you can search for one on your web browser. Unfortunately, although it works on the phone, the gaming experience is not suitable.

The night during the town's festival
On August 28, we celebrated the annual Fiesta in our community in Tanza. It was a fun, warming, and delightful experience to attend because it has been years since the last event happened. There were multiple activities held and two exciting activities were the concert and Toro. The concert was held in the town's plaza, with guests invited, JRoa. I heard JRoa's music like covers and his originals, but didn't hear him perform live.
Actually, I'm supposed to attend the concert but since the time I got was limited. I wasn't able to attend the concert with my friends. My friends invited me to come over to their house, free accommodation in their own restaurant, yet I declined it graciously. Even if I wanted to go with them that night, my time and body would definitely break. I messaged them in our group chat to tell them my reason and they understood it. Of course, they knew my side hustles online and it was my honest reason.
After we strolled around for the whole day, we stayed in the plaza until the sky became dark. Actually, I noticed that most of the young ones appeared around 6pm. Perhaps, they decided to come in the evening because there's no sunlight. Like, avoiding the skin burnt and sun kisses in their skins. To be honest, I don't really like standing and waiting for so long because my legs are shaking. I'm quite an impatient guy so I have to switch my focus to something else.
This photo is of my sister and I at the side of the church. I don't really like to have a photo of mine anywhere that day because I am really not in the mood. However, my cousins insisted on having at least a few shots. Behind that mask, a tired and hungry face. Do I look tired one here? Hmm. Anyway, after we had taken a few shots, a groupie of all my cousins, which I had expected, of course. My sister was growing fine and fast. Gosh! She can almost reach my height sooner or later.
The procession happened around 7:40 pm, it was very late because the mass was bombarded by the crowd. I didn't expect that many would come because gosh, I cannot breathe well. Fortunately, there were only two images of the patron released since it would not be okay if many would come out.
The first image was the cross which Christ was crucified with. My phone was not really good at night mode so I had to borrow my cousin's phone to take some shots. Can you see the crowd? Yeah, that crowd which was estimated around 40k was present during that night.
The second image was the wooden-carved image of St. Augustine. There were many staff around the patron and I didn't dare to come forward. The procession lasted for around 40 minutes before it finally reached the destination. So when the fireworks were lit up, the crowd shouted like a concert.
Here are some shots of fireworks in our place and I don't find it pretty. Fireworks were not as grand as expected. It lasted for around 15 minutes and the whole place was covered with smoke. A very unpleasant smoke, causing cough to others.
Everything happened fast and created a good atmosphere around. I enjoyed the activity since it has been so long since I had one. Gosh! If

Getting my PIZZA badge feels surreal
For the past few days, I wasn't able to become active in read cash as much as I wanted to because of several reasons. However, I still am able to read some of the articles here because I know how is to become a good blogger. My mind is absolutely drained, but I have to work on my blogging accounts so that it wouldn't be stocked without any activities happening. That would be so bad in the account though.
I have been targeting for a while to get a pizza badge. If you still recall, I wrote and published an article about getting my newest badge which is the collection collector. So far, there are a few who had this after I posted it. I'm glad that I was able to make a content so that others would get theirs too. I think ate @ayane-chan and bro @Eunoia got their own badge after posting a collection. It was easy and you don't have to do anything hard just to get the badge.
Speaking of badges, I was really wanted to use pizza command, luv command, or any tokens that we can distribute through comment in Hive. Isn't it feeling good to be able to use a pizza command and because of that desire I was able to get one myself. I stumbled upon on HivePH discord in #general and since I'm still writing my draft, I didn't understand what they were talking about. Until @JM who asked one of the staff how to swap hive to PIZZA. So, I just re-read what they said and followed the instructions.
Thankfully, it wasn't that hard to swap all you have to do is to follow this simple instruction I am going to write.
First. Go to your Hive Keychain wallet. Open it and past this link in the browser menu **https://beeswap.dcity.io/swap?input=SWAP.HIVE&output=PIZZA**. It was actually easy if you will open it in that browser to connect it fast without creating accoubfor beeswap.
Second. Click the menu button, and select login. Sorry guys, I already login so my hive username is what you can see now.
Third. After you login, go to convert section. This is what you can see and since we don't have swap.hive yet. We have to convert the HIVE to SWAP.HIVE. I converted 2 HIVE for this.
Fourth. Since you already have swap.hive, then you can swap it into PIZZA in swap menu. You just need to click Max button if you wanted to swap them all. 2 HIVE is equal to 52.51 PIZZA.
Fifth. Click the Swap button at the bottom part. There will be a confirmation that will appear and you need to click confirm. In just a seconds, the PIZZA will reflected on your account.
Sixth. Go to your peakd account. Click the wallet button. Selected Hive Engine Tokens. You will see the available PIZZA in your account.
Seventh. The last step of all is to stake your PIZZA. Click the stake button and confirm it. Then now, wait for several minutes before you get your own PIZZA badge. I think you have to stake at least 20 PIZZA to earn PIZZA badge so be very careful on transferring because it's your own money.
Actually, I had really fun exploring the different kind of things in Hive. There are so much things to learn and discover. I think it will be very helpful if we can experience and teach it to others too. In the near future, we might not know that we can onboard some folks and you can tell them all your learnings and understandings.

The books are all mine, mine alone
Whenever you touch a book, your brain automatically processes all information from it. A suspicious-looking guy walking past just "accidentally" dropped a very old and cursed-looking book in front of you.
This is the endgame of everything. Nothing seems to work in this life, whenever I choose to be happy, fate doesn’t allow it to. I cried multiple times in a day because I hoped that I could be someone that I dreamt for myself. However, why would the universe turn around me? What I have done in my previous life to be punished like this. I went to my bathroom, and looked in the mirror, sobbing like a lost child in the middle of the forest. Perhaps my life was useless after all. A life that is unworthy of living for, unloved in any way, and not cherished by the people I love.
Through the mirror, I saw a dark faint color changing from dark purple into bright red. It kept changing and changing until I decided to touch the center. I didn’t feel anything. It has no mass, is untouchable, and is just like colored air. I wondered how it got to my mirror, and when I was about to splash water. It floated in the air, I am not aware of what it is capable of. Fear and nervousness were nowhere to be found in me. Why would I be afraid to die when I am prepared for it? I am deeply hurt as I remembered my mother who passed away the last couple of months ago. She was my everything.
The bright color floated in front of my eyes and I was hallucinating. It moved forward gradually in my head until it merged with my skin. I gasped from the cold sensation I felt and there was a pain in the middle of my head that I wanted to remove. I saw a glimpse of power, the vessel of air, trees, human life, and animals. My head got dizzy from what happened and it caused me to lose consciousness. But before my vision ended, I saw a context on the air saying, “Read, the power is all yours to use. Again, read.”
I woke up in the same position I lost consciousness, and so I took care of myself. The mirror seemed ordinary in the morning, I didn’t see any suspicious activity. In fact, as my head hurts, I felt like what happened last night was just part of the hallucination I got. Yet, I remember the message I saw before my eyes closed. The cabinet beside my mother’s room door has a bookshelf containing old collections. Gradually sliding the glass until I get the first book my mother used to read before she passed away. The first time I opened the book, a chilling sensation scattered all over my body.
The more I turned the pages, the more I felt the cold sensation. It wasn’t freezing, but purely cold that my body can hold on to. I finished the book full of thoughts and knowledge without even reading a single page. Instantly, I got four books in my arms, went inside my room, and threw the books on my bed. “This is a crazy day!” Little did I know I skipped my breakfast and lunch. My stomach produces acid that even in my mouth, I can already taste it. I couldn’t hold back from reading since this is the first time it happened to me.
I read multiple fantasy and action books that my mother and father collected over the years. My imagination skyrocketed, emotions burst and my experience widened exponentially without even exerting an effort to read. I went down to get food to satisfy my hunger for I felt I would be dying. Sandwiches, pizza, and salad were left on my fridge so I reheated them once again. After I finish my meal, I don’t plan to read because I need to process my thoughts first. The park was completely crowded since it was the weekend.
An ice cream vendor came to a halt beneath the tree's shadowed wings. I got up to go buy some because I hadn't had one in a long time. I scrolled through my phone to get past the time because a man in his 30s was in the first line. The vendor yelled at me to come forward. "Hey! Are you buying it or not? If not, get out!" I was about to pay for my ice cream when I stepped on something hard. When I looked down, I noticed a book. The first person who came to mind was the man who came before me. I looked all over the park for him, but there was no sign of him. I read the book’s title that shocked me to the bone, "The Ultimate Guide to Summoning Demons."

A boiling oil splashes on my right hand
This morning was nothing new since the weather was still the same in the past few days. I actually wanted to go outside, chill, and buy some street foods. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to because for most of my free time, the rain poured really hard. Supposedly, I would publish a Wednesday walk yesterday but due to frequent and heavy rain, I canceled my plan. Yet, here I am in our house, bored and alone. My family members were all outside working and schooling.
At 10 am this morning, I decided to ask myself what's a good dish to cook since it's raining. I don't want to eat pork or chicken as of the moment because I feel like I would gain a feather anytime soon. Fortunately, @Jijisaur was online that time and she suggested Adobong Sitaw. It was actually good food since I missed it too. I bought three strings of string beans, ¼ ground pork, and 1 kilo of galunggong. If you don't know, I am the cook in our household. Most of the dishes we ate were cooked by yours truly. I have loved cooking since I was young.
After market
I went home holding the bag that contained all the ingredients I bought a while ago. It was quite a long walk since the market was a few blocks away from our home. Since I don't have a bicycle, I walked and I think it was my little exercise too. I didn't bring an umbrella because the weather was gloomy. It wasn't hot either. One thing I noticed about myself was that I was easily exhausted and you know the feeling of running out of breath? That's what I felt, and the reason I wanted to pursue exercising. Unfortunately, I cannot do push ups for long because my right hand, in the wrist area, has a broken bone ( it's a fact).
Expectedly, I was alone at the house, cooking and preparing the ingredients alone. Well, this kind of situation became new for me since Monday. Supposedly, three of my parents' children will be left at home, but since they are schooling now. I am now alone, nothing to do, but to enjoy being alone in the house. There are actually many things to do while you are alone. I can clean some parts of the house without being bothered and annoyed by my sisters. Also, I can write multiple articles so that I would have plenty of drafts. It was truly a scary one if I lost some drafts because I know it would be difficult to write when I go to University soon.
Cooking time!
For the longest time, a very unfortunate incident happened to me. You know the drill in cooking; heating and adding oil until it boils. But this cook of yours didn't realize that the oil is really hot and I accidently threw the galunggong in the pain. So what happened is, the hot oil splashes in my right hand since it was the hand I used for cooking. Goodness! I immediately opened the faucet and let the burnt skin watered. It was not painful at first since the effect isn't that obvious. But a few hours later, my skin turned into deep brownish one and there is a watery skin emerging. I touched it several times, and shocks, it was painful.
The afternoon had passed, and I was bored to death, really. I had no one to talk with although I want to do some video call or call a friend of mine. I didn't bother them even though I really want to. Sometimes, I have this moment that I wang to hangout with stranger. Chat, have a casual talk, and eat food. But then, it doesn't happen since the pandemic. I'm an introvert person, but still I have a desire and will to make friends. I think it's kind of obvious the way I approached everyone both in blogging comments and messages. But still, my right hand is in pain.

I cannot get over with what happened today
One of the most painful aches we can ever experience is the toothache. Can you still remember those days when you wish want to stop the world because of such pain? Or you wish to make yourself die so that you cannot feel it anymore. Each of us have a toothache story, and how funny to think the methods we used to ease the pain. I just cannot get over with its pain and how troublesome it is on the long run.
I sat down at the nearest chair beneath the shadows of the tree. How comforting, relaxing, and peaceful it was. I breathe in a refreshing air coming from the west side of our farm. A dark, cloudy sky covered the entire stratosphere as it warns the humankind to stay at home for its upcoming rage. A torrential rain was expected due to weather update I heard in the news a while ago. Truly, a bad weather made me an instant lazy person and cannot be productive as much as I wanted to.
Yet, this time I was forced myself to employ an effort to create a substantial activities that later on I wouldn't want to miss out. The time had passed by just swinging back and forth of my left feet towards to nothingness. I felt this kind of motion was to exhaust the remaining energy inside of me. Sort of, nothing new happened today. A pure revelation of what kindness must be throw to others for you to be able to be accepted, as a person and as a humble creation.
Looking at the tiny hole the ants created were made me think of, should I destroy it? Yeah, it was the honest attention I had, to destroy the hole and to cover by an ample of sand and mud. However, I realized why would I do that? Indeed, satisfaction of my desire and curiosity of its imagery. I got a dried mango leaf fell from the above, removed its sides until I got its very bone. I circled the remaining mud on the hole's side, figuring out what to do next.

I could have been encircled and buried the biggest hole but I felt pity for the worker ants. They were trying to stock foods for the upcoming season since heavy rains were expected to happen. It was truly a wonder how these ants are able to detect season, perhaps their insights and instinct heightened over time. An opportunity arose for me to stan up since my back was aching. I heard a blasting sound at my back signaled that I had no proper sitting for quite some time. I stretched my arms, legs, and back to ease my nerves.
I walked around the area, spotting varieties of birds flying freely without stress. They were animals living their best life and fulfilling the task and purpose they received. A tiny bird were whistling like gesturing he was having a good time of his life. Nothing's incomparable for a bird's life throwing, flying, and mimicking one's self. It jumped and flew in the next branch of Mango tree. It stayed there for a while until I got bored and left the place. There were so much value we could get from the animals when we genuinely observed them from afar.

Created from the shadows, the sun sets and the night's opportunity to reign over the half of the world. A three bright stars were spotted towards North. I thought nothing but let myself amazed from the view I had tonight. Benefitting from its name, shining and glimmering brightly to create a minimal light for the earth's surface. The tasked I forgot to do was to captured the starry night. I hugged my dog, feeling its fluffy fur, and playing its teeth in front. My dog's saliva was all over my two fingers, but I cannot complain.
All the majestic view was gone after a few minutes due to the repeating cycle of thunder and lightning. I was filled with emotions and unpleasant thought when a cold, hair-raising, and ghastly air touched my skin. For sure, another elementals were hovering around, but I would I care for it? Resting on the couch, raising my two legs on the top, and plugging an earphone to my ears. Yes, this music truly a good one. Reshaping my love for music was ever-changing, but to you dear, filling up the most of it.

Going back to school with a class suspension
What’s the best feeling for kids today? It's going back to school and meeting their classmates. The classmates they haven’t met for a very long time, and they sit together in a classroom. It’s kind of weird to say hi to them at first since the boundaries are built over time. However, after a few minutes of silence, the loud, funny, and jolly friend will start to make funny movements. Can you still remember who’s the funniest amongst your group? It doesn’t matter whether it is a guy or a girl.
One time, our group decided to go out of school to get food. Although the canteen offered delicious and healthy snacks, we students loved to try new foods. We were sickened by the foods we ate all the time. The egg sandwich, pancake with grated coconut, flying saucer, turon, and banana cue So, most of the time, we asked our adviser to give us permission to go outside and fetch some good food. Thankfully, our advisers were kind enough to permit us to go.
Why were Caviteno students loved the governor before?
Alright, this is not a political post or something. This is about my honest feeling and experience before when I was in high school. During those rainy seasons, we expected a lot from the governor, it was not we expect him to give us Ayuda, but the class suspension announcement stating, “Walang Pasok!” I remembered clearly that whenever we had a light to the moderate rain shower, all the students woke up early and waited patiently for the announcement. Well, I will not get out of bed and continue refreshing every a few minutes to check whether he has an update or not.
The good part of this governor is he played the announcement well. He was jokingly announced that “Matulog na kayo, wag kayong maligo ng maaga bukas.” After he posted it, then we expected that it has another post related to it. “Sabi ko matulog na kayo, aba, nag aabang ka pa rin? Oh sige na nga, walang pasok bukas araw ng Miyerkules.” When the students like me read this, it was a joy in our hearts. For those who will take an exam tomorrow, it was a good news. But to those who will adjust the class discussion because of the suspension is not great at all. I think @kli4d experienced this multiple times since we lived in the same province.
I am not happy when it’s raining before the class ends
There were moments back then when the unexpected rain will hit the school and the reason why I hate it was because the flood rise faster. This means my shoes will be watered and messed up. The smell of the shoes which were watered by the flood smells unpleasant and will stay like that until it was drained and dried properly. Fortunately, my feet still smell fine after that since I applied some foot powder. When the flood reached the front gate, I know what happened next. This means students and teachers would be crowded, and hard to pass through.
The only choice for you to pass through the flood was to call a tricycle and asked some friends to hope in. There are times that tricycles offered to get you home and will not ask for pricey fare so we always take it. I told you before that we only have tricycles or buses in our area so you don’t have much of a choice. When it was truly bad weather, I will message my father to pick us including my cousins. But it rarely happens in a month unless it was really bad.
The foods we usually eat during raining season
During my high school years, I am a very thrifty person. It was the reason why I had a lot of savings per week and I used it for some emergencies. But commonly, my friends and I ate at lugawan, mami, or pares. I think these three are the perfect foods for rainy days since it was a hot and good meal before we separated and went home. It happened often on Fridays and I missed it.

I got a new badge in Hive
It hasn't been long since I got a badge in Hive because when I became a member in the Hive PH community. Of course, it was a perk for each member to receive a badge and the role you have there. The badge symbolizes something in each community and I think the best description of the badge is that you are a legit member of the said community. Whether you are new or old, you always have a chance to become part of the community.
So a while ago, as I was doing my normal routine on blogging particularly in Hive. I saw the blog of ate @farmgirl there. She published a blog about her collection of travel blogs. The collection is a part of PeakD's feature wherein you can collect all the blogs that are similar to each other. I think what ate farm girl collected was her travel blogs that happened abroad. It was actually cool to see it all because you don't have to find it for yourself. That's the power and use of the collection feature in PeakD.
So this is my current Hive account look, and you can see that I have two badges under my profile picture. I was actually not expecting to have a badge since I do not know how about collection feature. All I know is that it helps users to compile his related works into one and he can add more works in the future. So having a badge is out of the question and on my mind. But I still love it though. It looks awesome and you feel like growing in Hive. It's like an achievement or something.
My current goal actually is to gain a pizza holder badge, but it seems it will take some time for me to have it because I don't have a sufficient amount of pizza staked in my account. I don't know exactly how to buy pizza, but there are some discord servers which gives free pizzas through airdrop. I think that's the reason why I got pizza in discord. Anyway, I hope I can gain some more from them. I want to use pizza command in Hive. It would be kind of an awesome to experience. But let's see what will happen next.
One thing I noticed about selecting the right blogs for your collection is that it should be curated by the curators. That's why CCC stands for Content Curated Collection. But I am not sure if that's it or you can still include blogs that haven't been yet curated. Anyways, we're all curators in Hive, it's just a matter of how much you have staked in HP and it increased your voting value. The bigger, the better. However, gaining HP is quite hard if you are earning low per blog.
It was truly a gift and a sense of achievement whenever you are having a badge. There are times when I stalked some old users in Hive, they have a lot of badges in under their names and sometimes you cannot see them all since they are too many. I would say that if you are gaining badges, it means your reputation is rising as well. You know, it has an impact for the eyes of readers and curators since they know you are a good content creator. I have seen multiple of users who gained such huge upvotes in split of minutes. Like, what? That's awesome!
For now, I think that best way to do is to make yourself improve and observe how things work in Hive. I think observing is a way of developing and the process of growth will increase even more. The fact that you are observing means you are gathering data (research yarn?) and make a final assessment of what you should do next. I think that's a very important thing to do when you are willing to grow not just being a writer, but as a general.

My Hive and Life Updates
It has been a while since I published my last blog here. Although as much as I wanted to write a blog, my body cannot handle writing consecutive blogs anymore. The more I write online, the more I cannot see myself improving in real life. It’s not something I am looking at as a bad thing, it is just that I want to be developed in the real world too. I have been blogging without rest for how many months, and the struggle I felt in the real world is expounding.
That is the reason why you see me often opening my read cash account. I cannot weigh the two blogging sites since they are both important to me. I love writing and wherever I write, I’ll write wholeheartedly without reservation. I felt happy, loved, and accepted in a way how I received feedback from all of you. That feedback impacted my blogging journey a lot. However, I have to choose where I should write first and balance my time.
**Life Updates!**
As everyone knows, I am a college student and we just finished the midyear classes of the third year. I am just waiting for the enrollment day for the first semester of the 4th year. I am happy and excited because finally, I am one step closer to my short-term dream which is to hold my very own diploma. These midyear classes have been hard for me since the subjects we had were all part of major ones. Basically, it kills my time often to study and review our lessons.
Last three weeks ago, my mother underwent surgery and our finances dropped significantly. Aside from paying her bills which shocked me a lot, she has to stop working for a while for a month. This leads us to secure and spend the allotted amount of money for paying bills, groceries, and daily expenses. Gosh! I don’t know how we survive each day because I felt the money draining faster than I thought. Thus, my sister was attending school, and the other one will start this Monday.
I sighed as I was writing this blog because I felt so drained inside, but I had to keep going and continue the race of life. There’s no point in stopping now since I have come to this point. Moving forward, it will be a big mistake to keep myself at rest for a long time. I’m jealous of those birds flying in the wide sky, not thinking about where to spend the night and what’s the food for tomorrow. But, I am not a bird, I am a human who made things possible.
**Hive Updates!**
Just thinking about my hive account and experiences, made me smile. There are a lot of things happening there and most of them are happy ones. Of course, there are some bad things occurring, but I think they are just light ones. So far, I only have a few minor warnings from the InkWell community. Yes, I think the first warning was when I made a mistake inserting a baby scene where the mother left it, and in my latest blog where I cliffhanger the story. I felt disappointed, but I know I can write better.
As of today, I broke 100+ subscribers in Hive. A true achievement for this young humble writer of yours. My current reputation is around 62.21, but yesterday night I saw a glitch in my reputation where it lowered from 62 to 32. Yeah, I do not know how it happened, but as to what kuya @tpkidkai said, it was just a glitch. Currently, I have 175 HIVE, 398 HP, and 1.46 HBD. The HBD rose yesterday and I sold most of it to HIVE tokens thanks to my guide, ate @Ruffa However, I sold my HIVE to HBD but it wasn’t filled yet. I guess my sell limit is too high.
I had fun in last night’s game on the Hive PH discord server. Gosh! Thankfully, I got two points. Not bad at all. Congrats ate @Jijisaur for winning the game. Idol! Thus, I am also looking forward to my development in writing and to all of my friends in blogging. You are all the best and making this young man’s blogging journey fun, happy, and worth the time. I shouldn’t do that. I shouldn’t make things hard when I know I'll be the one who’ll be hurt in the end. No more lies, I told myself. Making an impactful decision will bounce from one to another, causing another ripple to flow outside.No matter what I do, all I see is you. Perhaps it’s not bad to look out for you since my love has grown stronger. It could lead me astray, to nothingness, but you save me nonetheless.
How powerful one's love is, shouldering responsibility as you maintain your wit and logic to make a substantial difference between love, lust, and infatuation. What is real? Anime marathon with a close friend of mine
Who wouldn’t be happy if you received a blessing that is more than you could ever know? A blessing that made me so happy this Monday, and became a fuel to lit up my passion. A desire that is continuously burning with so much happiness because of the fact that everything is pure positivity. I wonder what it really feels like to achieve something that comes from unexpected happening. What a good day! A good week to be inspired until the weekend ends.
Some of you would already know that yesterday, my university released the all president and vice-president's lister according and based on your average last semester. I would admit that last semester was very hard, challenging, and a bit disappointig as I do not feel my efforts and determinations to have a result. All the while, I can do is to go with the flow, accept what's happening, and do better until we reach the end of the semester.
I am a very transparent person and I rarely hide something unless it is a secret that should be kept only to me. As I speak, when the university released the lists, I was writing a story for InkWell prompts. I was bombarded with messages on my Messenger and Instagram telling me to check my messages and the newly released lists of our university. Oh well, actually I didn't know what's going on because I thought the scholarship would finally be given to us or so I thought.
In this photo, you can see that my name is listed on the President's list which I am very glad of. A new achievement that I am always looking forward to because there are perks and benefits of becoming one. One of those perks is the university scholarship. You can apply for it, and when you are a President's lister, you would receive the exact amount of tuition fee the CHED paid for you. Meaning, it's a win-win situation for those students who excel in their academics.
Later on, the university announced the awarding ceremony. The ceremony was held yesterday at exactly 1 pm. It was quite a fast one since there are many students who have been listed this year compared to last year. I guess students are focusing right now as the face to face classes would likely happen for this upcoming semester. I am not excited though because I know the fare is so high and 70% of my daily budget would go in my fares. Poor soul!
Aside from my academic life, I just gained something in Hive that was so unexpected. Most of you know what it was since some of my friends are in Hive too. My recent post received an overwhelming upvotes of $130. This is by far, my highest upvotes and I appreciated it a lot. I don't know what happened, and why people upvoted mine for such a huge amount of money. In fact, I was really shy about it. I am shy because I don't know, it's just way too much, but since it was there, I gladly accepted it.
So last night, @kli4d and I had a little anime marathon. It was funny because I felt like he was really panicking. He was panicking because the sound of the video he was sharing on screen had no volume to mine. We tried Google meet, and it failed. We tried messenger, and it failed once again. And we tried zoom, yet we failed again. Until we got back on Google meet, then finally the sound was good since he opened the anime in uTorrent not from his downloaded video.
I had fun watching Spy×Family last night. It was very funny. I read its manga, but haven't watched the animation so when I had the chance to watch it. I was with him. Most probably, we will do it again and watch a horror film. I wonder how silent or noisy we will be. This kind of activity is actually making me happy. It's simple, not grand. But the fun to watch with someone is amazing.

The sandman: The Lord of Dreams and Nightmares
I was scrolling around Netflix to find some good series to watch this afternoon because I felt like I needed to watch. A whole sense of excitement and boredom are fighting inside me as I was picking up a new series. I wanted to watch something new, a series which hypes me, and would give me a wow factor. It has been days since I haven't watched a new series because I finished the Teen Wolf series.
There are few movies and series released this week, and I picked the mysterious series called The Sandman. I haven't watched the trailer so I watched it to have an idea what it was about. Surprisingly, I was amazed at how much the story plots and sequences gave me a confused face. It was a new concept, and this was what I liked. A concept that is beyond my imagination, and I salute to creators and writers of this show.
**The storyline**

The first time I read the summary of The Sandman, I was instantly hooked by it. Who wouldn’t like a quest like a series? It was my favorite genre, the same as manga and novels. It gives me hype when I know the story has a good character development and it continuously builds the story from it. When a story has a leveling up system or adventure, it doesn't bore me.

**Review (First episode)**
Unfortunately, I have finished watching only the first episode today since I wrote an entry for the InkWell community. Speaking of entry, I published my entry for the Weekend Experiences community earlier. Check it out if you want to read another story from mine. I hope it doesn't bore you because I made it with every skill I have. A creative, short fiction story with the touch of the original question I picked from the challenge.
In terms of the first episode of The Sandman, it was amazing like it depicts the power of unknown realms with a touch of realistic period of life. The wholesome story of introducing the character, together with its upcoming problem. I was carried away by its characters, but that was a good sign that I was loving it. I grinned like a feral wolf because of my annoyance towards the man who captured him.
**What do I expect from the following episodes?**
Oh well, I had a big expectation of this series because I read a lot of good reviews. I think it deserves the praise and good feedback it received. Many things are offered by this show and I believe you guys would love to watch this as well. The actors are so great, especially the main character. His facial expressions and emotions are depicted with high acting skills. You can feel the lines and it feels so alive.
This series is addictive for me. It depends on you how you relate to the series especially to the characters and the story lines. The amazing effects struck me too. Like the special effects and how it was crafted are truly a masterpiece. If you watch the clip posted by Netflix on Facebook, you will see the amazing video. The transition and powerful scene is so good in my eyes.
Atlast, I just wanted to say to everyone that be careful going out since the weather is raining so hard. It has been days that rain pouring in our place, and I guess it's the same thing happened in your area as well. It's cold, so better drink a hot coffee, tea or milk once a day. I had fun writing this because of I was so hyped watching The Sandman. Watch it too!

The pain I got from the rain
The day started with a heavy rain. Before I slept yesterday, the rain was pouring hard with minimal wind. However, I could still feel the cold temperature and it was dropping continuously. I turned off my fan because I can't stop myself from freezing. My skin was not ready for it. I started to felt uncomfortable since the temperature was becoming cold. Although my blanket was thick, but the cold still entering inside.
I got my phone beside my deck to visit my messenger and Google classroom since I was waiting for my professor's announcement about the quiz and long test we will be having. I got nothing, but bombarded with annoying messages from my friends. They were telling me to ask our professors whether the exams will happen tomorrow or not so that they can prepare. I know what it means, preparing to review since the lessons are quite long.
The trip my mind came up was drink milo, a popular choco drink for kids. I was preparing it in our kitchen, I prefer to pour a hot water, enough to dissolved the milo powder. After that, I would add ice, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and water. Mix it well until it becomes cold enough to drink. I got 5 pieces of stick-o which my sister bought two days ago. A cool snack I had before I finally sleep to my comfortable, huggable, cold bedroom.
When morning comes
I woke up with heavy rain once again. I really hate raining days because I felt so lazy to feed chickens and rabbits. Thus, I have to get out to feed our dogs as well. There is a spot in our place that I avoid stepping up into because it was slippery. A huge algae can be seen, and even if I scratch it with steel wool - it came back after a week or so. Then, I don't remove it until it scattered around 18 inches wide.
My mind was full with lessons and discussions which means my focus and thoughts are flying around. I got the chicken feeds, bringing it to their cages. But then, I suddenly stepped in the algae and slipped into it. My hand threw the chicken feed bottles, and my two hands supported my back so that it wouldn't hit the ground. However, my hands damage quite a bit. I had a broken wrist when I was young so when that part was pushed beyond its limit. It would cause a pain that is unbearable.
How it causes my day?
I finished feeding our animals and pets. I went inside our home to treat my scratches from sliding into an algae and I applied a cold water to my broken wrist to ease the pain. I would wait for at least a few 15 minutes before the pain would gone. Actually, it's the reason why I really hate push-ups because the pain is so real. I would always ask my professor if I could skip push-ups and do an alternative. Thankfully, all of my Physical Education instructors permitted me since they see how bad it gets when I do push-ups.
I cannot able to type fast since my right wrist was still aching like so bad. It caused some delays on answering my exams because from time to time, the pain came back. Thus, my butt was still aching from slapping on the ground. It would be bad if my whole back slammed because I don't know how to respond in the upcoming pain I would get. Today, I am okay and the pain was gone. I didn't actually took a shower because I could get cold and I think it would be bad for my wrist.

My McDo unexpected love story
The story I am about to share is an unexpected love story which happened a few months ago. I didn't expect that my boring, uninterested heart would suddenly pump to a beautiful young woman dining alone at the backside of McDonald's. She was glamorous, twinkling, and shining in my two humble eyes. A goddess if I were to compare in Greek and Roman mythology.
This young man of yours was having a good time on his normal day. It was night time, and everything seemed dark but still bright due to lights on the street. I was wondering why my day is very normal, like no fun at all. What's the best way to live your life or make it more exciting? A question that hung up on my head for the whole day. I started to feel hungry, and cooked food was nowhere to be found on the table. Perhaps, it was eaten by my family.
I was thinking of frying some eggs, siomai, and tocino, then I realized my body wasn't in the condition to cook. I changed my shirt, put my sandals on, and went off from our house. I rode a tricycle out of our village, then rode a bus to go to the nearest McDonald's branch. I smelled the unique fragrance of burger and fries. It drooled me over and over. I was eager to open the door, then I noticed a beautiful young woman. She was wearing a khaki semi-fitted shirt with denim pants.
“She seems alone, huh! Just you wait. I'll be there in a minute” my tempted mind said. I immediately typed my order on the kiosk screen, printed my receipt, and paid it to the cashier. The cashier was young, and I think she was younger than me. Perhaps, this pandemic taught us to be efficient and able at all times. “Thank you!” a humble response from her. I waited for my order for a few minutes, and when I got them; I knew where to sit.
I was walking, feeling nervous and excited at the same time. “Hi, is the seat taken?” I asked. She didn't respond at first. But I asked once again with a higher volume of my voice, and she smiled at me. “No, you can sit. Thank you!” she answered. I sat at the chair, we were face to face. I was setting aside my food out of the tray. I casually looked at her. “Damn! She's a beauty!” I murmured.
It was a total silence for the both of us, but I initiated to open a conversation.
“It seems you are on your diet? I asked.
“Nah, I'm not. You're funny! Don't ask me that. I love chicken and fries” she answered me with a smile. “Are you alone or are you waiting for someone, like a girlfriend?” she added.
“I'm totally alone. I don't have a girlfriend though. Wait, pardon me! I have, I am talking to her right now” I responded.
“Ha! You're funny! Alright, I'm single too. Are you sure you're single, and casually flirting with me? she asked.
“You don't believe me? That hurts! Why would I lie to you? You're a princess” jokingly as I said.
We were casually having casual conversations with flirty interpretation and intention. She was a nice speaker. I didn't get bored from her response, thus she listened well. She finished her food and retouched her face. I was looking at her with my two wide eyes. Her beauty is ecstasy to me. Her lips are pink, cheeks with some big muscles, and her eyes that was commanding me to adore her more.
Looking at her, I forgot to eat my meal. My chicken and spaghetti are left hanging. I was fantasizing what our future will be. Her cuddles in the mall, her laughs would be my laugh, and we hold hands together wherever we go. She would be the girl that raises my libido, an inspiration to overcome my daily hurdles, and the future wife I would have together with our future kids.
But damn, she was about to stand up when her phone rang. I heard that someone was coming to pick her up. A few minutes later, a tomboy girl approached her. I smiled at her, speaking my welcome greetings. She liked a badass action actress in the movie. Then the girl I spoke to earlier told me something that shocked me. “Hi, I told you that I don't have a boyfriend, right? It's because I have a girlfriend. Meet, Sammy!” she said. “Like, what the heck?” I shouted inside my mind.

My blogging momento
It has been exactly 26 days since I created my account in Hive, and 6 months, 6 days since I created my read cash account. Looking back to the day I decided to join, it was an exquisite day. I felt nervous, joyous, and excited about what my journey in blogging would be like. It was the day I realized that my dream as a young kid would finally be coming true. The dream of writing and transforming my passion into reality. That would be the greatest momentum for my dream.
As everyone knows, I have been writing for quite some time now while studying at university. I do know how I was able to manage my time and give extra to engage in the community. During this time, I gained a good reputation among some of you, which is my proudest moment. Who wouldn't be proud of himself when he receives positive feedback on his humble works of art? Whenever I saw good feedback, I giggled and smiled.
What I told myself?
I told myself to write better, connect my feelings and emotions through writing, and specialize my output to the maximum. Many times, I felt exhausted and unsure whether I would be able to publish on consecutive days because we all know how difficult it is to do so for an entire month. Creepy as it says, but publishing a daily blog is such a headache, and it’s true. I can vouch for that, and I know others can do the same thing as well.
We were holding on to our work, to the community, and our fellow writers because we loved the relationships built over time. Relationships that had been progressing and forging to be as hard as steel. Boundaries, criticism, and feedback are what it takes to stay longer in this community. You will get a lot of praise, good comments, and sympathy whenever you are down in life. No one will tell you to stop ranting, stop posting about how bad your family treats you, and stop giving nonsensical feedback on their posts.
Everyone’s accepted in this whole, worldwide community. The diverse cultures were interconnected and intercepted each other in a good way. We learn about Nigerian culture, Filipino culture, American culture, Latin culture, Arabic culture, and many more. I was amazed at how proud we were when we published something related to our culture and genealogy. It was by the power of declaration that we were born in this way, and our life was happy enough to be called.
How I look blogging?
Reading and writing have become essential in our daily lives. We cannot see ourselves stopping doing these two things because we know how valuable they are today. The fantastic news about reading is that you get a chance to develop, learn, and improve yourself, whether it is your vocabulary, general knowledge, or writing. Everyone has an opportunity to become something they would love to be. The writing was our ultimate weapon to connect, build, and transform our passion into a reality that others would appreciate.
The moment you start your journey in this community, you will realize later on that it was hard to leave since some part of your heart would be attached. I was lucky enough to make friends, build relationships with some, and socialize with some of you. It's becoming harder to earn right now, but it’s not important right now. I think what matters most today is the chance to satisfy ourselves in writing and create a positive outcome in the eyes of others.
Finally, the ability to inspire, motivate, and bring positivity to some is such a great feeling. You are someone that people are looking up to, whether it may be your content or your writing style itself. A beautiful moment in blogging is when you are being appreciated by your readers. I think blogging without readers is not blogging at all. They are somehow the outlet to continue writing, and they have the eagerness to write better each day.
