In today's article, I would like to share with all of you the happenings on my life recently. To answer all of those who asked questioned about if one our close employee already have a boyfriend, I represent myself.

These are the format of our internship's journal that will be passed after our graduation pictures.

Let's get Started

(Here are the objectives, reflection, realization, and accomplished task for today.

Objectives:
To arrange company's files and to encode the names of the owner who avail tricycle and motorcycle loans.

To search for the company's potential clients through searching it in Facebook.
To continue listing the company's prospects.

To do listing or write the names of company's potential clients.

To encode the list of company's prospects and tag contact information in the flyers.

Reflection:

Having an understanding about loans and how it works can contribute to the company's growth because they might gain more clients and prospects.

Using social media like Facebook makes our lives even better and convenient. By just one click we can now search for the person we are looking for.

A prospect lists are the people that we believe to benefit from our our product/services. It was an easy task because we only write their contact information such as their mobile number and email.

In listing names, a focus mind is needed to not make mistakes in writing the potential client's contact information.

Encoding the lists requires a basic knowledge about computer and efficient in Microsoft tools.

We arranged the files of the company and separated the motorcycle and tricycle loans documents. Then, we listed the names of those who avail the loans.

Together with my co-trainees, we searched for the name of the companies that are listed on the papers that was given to us.

Accomplishment of the day:

I listed the names of companies that can be our potential clients.

We continue lists the names of company's prospects.

I encoded the company's lists of prospects and tagged information in the flyers.

Realization of the task:

I learned to be detail oriented in this task because we avoid to mess up the documents. Also, I familiarized myself in using Microsoft Excel and the basics on how to use it.

I realized that I need to be a detail oriented person to be able to arrange files and not mixed the documents.

I realized that identifying prospects can be time consuming but it is an important part for the company's growth. Having a prospect lists can be an effective way to convert those leads into a paying clients.

I learned that listing of prospects is necessary for the company to build a strong customer base. The customer is the life line of any businesses, so having a lists may help the company to create it.

This task helps to improve my technical skills as I used Microsoft tool and encoded data.
