PanXCafé and BCH: Report 2.
Introduction.
First of all, I must thank God for all the blessings from him. For this report I will not be able to count on photographic material because my cell phone is damaged. And although much of the bakery data is there, here I will capture an overview of what happened last December and the current month of January.
Operations in December and January: intonation time.
December is usually one of the best business months for all businesses, people receive their profits, Christmas bonuses and go out and spend it. On the contrary, January is a month where the consequences of excessive consumption are palpable: people hardly make it to the end of the month. That is why the month of December should be used as much as possible.
During the month of December there are two peak days: December 24 and 31. Sales of traditional ham bread were generally good for our return to the market. We receive many compliments and orders. However, total sales were below our expectations. Thanks to our business model, material has not been lost and therefore money, but we are looking for an increase in sales and unused material is stored waiting for more orders. We have sold approximately 60 units of ham bread at a price of $10, obtaining an approximate profit of 40%. Subtracting some unexpected expenses such as bags for said breads, gas recharge for baking, fuel for the car, we have obtained a profit of $180. We still have several kilos of flour and enough material to continue our work in the bakery. The first two weeks of January have been very low and slow sales. And this last week I have had to stop the sale because my only channel of communication and sales has been damaged. My cell phone has dropped water and the screen has suffered the consequences. I am looking for a way to repair it so that we can continue advancing towards our objectives.
Thanks to all Nicholas.
During World War II a man named Nicholas Winton saved 669 children from the Holocaust. Nicholas along with other colleagues and family members created a foundation to transport as many children as possible beyond enemy lines. This man secretly heroics and the thousands of applause and praise I keep for himself in his heart and conscience. It was not until his wife found among his things all the documents related to that event. This unleashed a wave of honors and praise for this man's kind deed. Among these honors, there is one that really moved me and made me reflect. A television program invited Nicholas and his wife without correctly knowing what it was about, he was in the first row of the public and the public was a very special one, because, at the moment of revealing the surprise, the presenter asks if it exists someone in the room who has been saved by Nicholas and all the public behind him have stood up since they were the children that he would have saved. This impacted me so much because feeling like a man with a simple gesture transformed the lives of many people and seeing the impact after so much time must be so gratifying that it is worth all the gold in the world. Nicholas has been a great human being without a doubt.
So, I want to thank all the "Nicholas" who in one way or another have contributed to change my life and that of thousands of people through Bitcoin Cash. Many times we do not know the impact of our actions until they explode in our faces and that is how I am sure that Nicholas, seeing a whole room full of people who, thanks to him, had a second chance, knew how to value everything that he is: a great human being. For this reason, I never tire of being grateful to all those who in one way or another have supported me and continue to support me. Thanks!
PanXCafé and BCH: Report 1.
Introduction.
PanXCafé we are a small bakery committed to bringing good bread to all the inhabitants of Cabudare and eastern Barquisimeto. Two cities of Lara State, Venezuela. We are passionate about kneading and the smell of freshly baked bread. However, this is not the only thing that we are passionate about. We are also passionate about the world of cryptocurrencies and freedom. Even before making bread we already knew and used cryptocurrencies and we contemplated blockchain technology with all its potential.
We can affirm that, thanks to Bitcoin as a technology, today this project is underway. We have traveled several years to get to the beginning of this story, we have experimented with various blockchains without ever losing sight of the idea of satoshi: “a person-to-person electronic cash system”. Until you get to Bitcoin Cash and its valuable community. From whom we have not only received a lot of support but also agree with the idea of keeping our money free.
That is why, as a bakery, we want to promote not only a new business model but also promote and implement Bitcoin Cash as the mother cryptocurrency. From PanXCafe we have created a campaign called CryptoBakery. Dedicated to research, implement and promote everything related to Bitcoin Cash and the crypto world.
***My name is Ramón Oropeza and I am building a new bakery thanks to Bitcoin Cash.***
Bakery reality.
PanXCafe is just starting operations after a brief period in which it had to put out its flame. In this new stage we are going to win back our long-standing customers and to win over new customers by expanding our coverage outside our neighborhood.
Our business model is dark kitchen. This model allows us to have greater control over the administration of the business. This is important in a country like Venezuela and since we are a small business.
The first days of our sales have been small. Our start has been marked by the situation in the country, which has combined several factors to create the perfect storm for the despair of merchants. In recent weeks the country has seen how its currency has been devalued precipitously as a result of the increase in the value of the dollar in Venezuela. As a consequence an intimidating inflation. Added to this is a shortage of fuel that makes us spend long hours of the day at service stations.
Despite all this, we have been able to keep our heads up and move on. We fight inflation and the devaluation of the currency taking care of our inventory, making only what is fair for our clients through a previous order. We have marked all our prices in US dollars while the voracious storm of devaluation passes. A minor pain is buying fuel from resellers to save time at the bakery. It is not easy to be an entrepreneur in Venezuela.
Currently our offer has five products, with the Christmas season being the main objective. As a star product we have ham bread in three presentations: traditional bread, mini bread and ham bread roll. And as snack bread and cravings we have traditional sweet breads and cinnamon rolls. In the following days we will be incorporating more products.
Bitcoin Cash as a flag.
Not only out of gratitude but also out of conviction we want to implement, promote and educate about Bitcoin Cash through our small business. For this we have two central guidelines:
1) The education of Bitcoin Cash as a tool for financial freedom and autonomy.
2) The implementation of Bitcoin Cash around our bakery as an introduction to adoption.
These guidelines are under development. Both lines will be located under the name of CryptoBakery. The first will be focused on education through social networks and dynamic meetings in which you can directly interact with the blockchain and its entire environment. The second, our aim is to create an environment for the use of BCH as a payment currency in our bakery through a community that receives and is encouraged to use BCH as a payment method.

Bitcoin Cash Merry Christmas.
Life in Venezuela is not easy. And being part of this community I would like and ASK for support to share the quintessential Christmas bread in Venezuela: Pan De Jamon. The price of my ham bread is $10. For the BCH community, it will cost $9 and it will reach the children of the “La Chiquillada” children's shelter foundation, located in the city of Barquisimeto. If you want to collaborate with this cause let us know in this post!

It's not goodbye, it's see you later.
Last Friday, September 30, 2022, we formally handed over the establishment where the "Anticafe Pastisserie" project worked. It's really very hard for me to get to this point. Which I have risked all my security to enter a whirlwind from which I hope to get out soon.
At the beginning the project is really promising, however many failures in the administration have led us to this great stumble. I do not allow myself to see it as a failure because it has left me with a great experience and personal growth. Despite all the difficulties that I find myself in right now, I do not think about giving up in my search for a better life for myself and my family.
Most of the things that are left have lost their value. And all I have left is the machinery to continue doing my job. In my plan I would like to start from a more modest establishment but not in my home. It is difficult to return when you have already taken flight from your nest. And it is not ideal to have a bakery inside a 60m2 apartment where your family lives.

Anticafe Patisserie: Barquisimeto's Crypto Enthusiast Cafe
For a few weeks, after several setbacks, we have managed to open the first Anticafe in Venezuela. One of our most important goals is to be a reference and meeting place for the crypto community in our city. Objective that we are progressively achieving.
One of our first clients has been a couple who visited us motivated by the good coffee and bread but fundamentally to know more about cryptocurrencies. They have ventured into them on their own through Binance. They even have an NFT project with plants from their garden. They came to our cafe with no more expectations than another site that "accepts" cryptocurrencies, and they were very surprised to share a discussion with us and ended up leaving happy for the advice and even a proposal to present their NFT Collection in our facilities.
A place like the Anticafe is important for the general adoption of cryptocurrencies. A place where the use of cryptocurrencies is accepted and spread. There is still a long way to go: events, gatherings, implementations... share experience and knowledge.
Word spreads little by little. A new flavor in bakery has come to town. Our best selling items are Cinnamon Rolls and Ham Rolls. All accompanied by a delicious coffee. Also, we have given the opportunity to two businesses to be present at the cafe with their delicious sweets.
We hope we can continue to count on the support of the Read.Cash and Bitcoin Cash community to advance the Anticafe. We are still starting and have been reviewing the weak points that need a boost to reach the full potential of this promising project.
To the conquest of good bread. | A great story at Read.Cash.
My name is Ramón Oropeza, a baker by profession. Crypto enthusiast and entrepreneur. My story at Read.Cash has been rewarding. Never in my life did I think I would receive the support that the Read.Cash community and the bitcoin cash community have provided for the integral improvement of the lives of other human beings.
More than a year ago I received the support of a great person whom I respect and admire and to whom I hope to repay everything he did for me at some point to start this dream. And until very recently we managed to advance to what today becomes the first Anticafe in Venezuela, which we intend to become a center for cryptocurrency education and therefore for adoption, being our standard Bitcoin Cash.
Currently, we have a production center that is my little bakery from my apartment and a store in which the cafeteria is located. I produce the items for sale from the production center and then they are sold in the store. A scheme simple to speak but complex to apply. We take care of every detail so that everything is up and running.
Going forward, we seek to increase sales through advertising and also increase our variety of products. For this we need to inject capital. We are looking for it on our own at first, however we would like to see all those who have believed in me from the beginning and also those who believe in the massive adoption of BCH and cryptocurrencies join this beautiful project.
We are really very excited to move forward with this great project, which has a lot of potential to be the epicenter of cryptocurrencies of ours. Thank you very much to everyone who has supported us, eternally grateful.

The bakery built thanks to Read.Cash (Support me in my project)
MY name is Ramón Oropeza, I am a chef and baker by profession. I have been publishing articles about my bakery on Read.Cash for over a year. Thanks to the Read.cash and Bitcoin Cash community I have been able to move forward to build my bakery from scratch. Many have believed in me, for which I am eternally grateful and the universe will know how to repay them for their humanitarian action.
My story is just one example of how cryptocurrencies can transform entire lives in a meaningful way with an emphasis on direct solidarity between people regardless of distance or nationality.
More than a year ago this journey began, I was very depressed because of the economic situation that I was going through with my family. Despite working hard it was never enough to eat well or to be able to buy even the simplest such as a small treat or a little treat. Really, being in that situation is very frustrating and makes you sink into dangerous depressions.
Thank God, many from here and Read.Cash himself have helped me to continue with the hope of changing my life and I was able to start a small bakery from my home (my mother's apartment). This small bakery gives me enough to take food home, my bread is becoming more and more popular in my neighborhood, I hope to continue growing this business.
However, the last two months have been very difficult for me, as my mother and my brother got sick at the same time. And my energy had to multiply to tend both my home and the bakery. In addition to covering the costs of medicines and doctors, it was a very hard blow to my finances. My brother suffered from a major depressive crisis and which also affected me, while my mother spent more than a month in bed due to a great discomfort in the sciatic nerve. I couldn't even take her to the doctor, we could only wait while the pain passed and give her massages every day. I had to cook the three meals of the day and make the breads for the clients and also deliver them. It was a very hard season for me, thank God I did not allow myself to lose heart.
Despite all this, I have been able to keep the bakery afloat and even managed to take a pastry course with puff pastry. From which I hope to be able to offer soon in the bakery. My greatest wish at this time is to be able to take my bakery to the next level and thus be able to earn a better income and thus be able to help my family.
Support me to continue to the next level
Currently the bakery only gives me food to take home and with a little sacrifice I have been able to gather to buy some things that the bakery needs. But not even thinking about big things like a mixer or fixing my mother's car to expand customer service capacity.
I must say for sure that my bakery has been well accepted in my community. My bread has managed to captivate the palates of my neighbors and the people of my neighborhood. The voice has been spreading through the municipality, however, I have no way to reach them. Orders are dispatched on foot. Step by step to the table of our clients. This is why it is strategic for the growth of the bakery to fix my mother's damaged car. He has been damaged for more than three years due to a traffic accident that my brother had, thank God only the car suffered. An immediate consequence of fixing the car will be the increase in demand, of which my arms alone will not be enough, making it urgent to acquire a mixer and therefore more trays and a tray holder. It is quite a challenge for me that I am sure in time I will be able to achieve. It is a step by step plan:
1) Fix the car to satisfy and increase the offer of my bakery (500 USD).
2) Acquisition of a suitable mixer to satisfy the new demand for my breads (1200 USD).
3) Acquisition of more trays and the tray holder to optimize processes in the production of breads (300 USD).
Total: 2000USD (**3.34 BCH** calculated to 600 per USD)
In one year I have been able to achieve a lot thanks to everyone who has supported me. Honestly my life has changed thanks to you. I hope I can get support and continue to transform my life and that of my family. Maybe you are not saving someone from a terminal illness or feeding a large group of people, but you are supporting a young man in pursuing his dreams and raising his family. Very grateful in advance.

I am forbidden to give up.
March has been a difficult month. Sales at my bakery are down and price inflation cuts into the purchasing power of my customers. The pandemic makes it difficult to move around the city, as a consequence I have had to buy supplies at higher prices and reduce the percentage of profit. This month has been mentally exhausting for me. But without a doubt, what affects me the most is my mother's health.
My mother worked for more than 25 years in the national telephone company, her job consisted of designing and supervising projects of fiber optic communication lines throughout the western region of Venezuela. For this reason I travel to many places in my country, many kilometers on the road affected his spine due to his weight, many years ago he had 2 herniated discs, the doctor indicated that he should have surgery or lose weight and learn to live with it. She opted for the second option, she was always afraid of the operation. From time to time, she would inject herself with a pain reliever. That drug today is very expensive for us. My mother has been in her bed for a month without being able to move except to the bathroom, I have only been able to buy pills and a single injection. I have not been able to take her to a doctor directly and she is afraid to go for a possible operation. After a month in bed, she has been able to walk to the living room and sit on the PC at times, in pain, but unlike at the beginning it is progress.
However, this does not take away the anguish of knowing that I should take her to the doctor or that the pain that she has in bed occurs again. For this I cannot give up, I must be financially stable so that my mother can live calmly, because deep down I know that she does not want me to spend my money on her health, but how do you ask me to do that? I'll do whatever I have to do to make her okay. My professional dream is to have a successful bakery chain, and to make money come back from being a worry at all. I must admit how exhausting this situation is, it has made me think about leaving the bakery while my mother recovers, but this is not the solution to anything. I will continue working ...
Despite how tough this month is, I have added a new bakery item for sale. It is a bread widely consumed in Venezuelan breakfasts, "Cachito" is its name, it is a semi-sweet dough bread, very soft and stuffed with ham. I put them up for sale once a week and they have been very receptive. The objective is still to recover my mother's car, and now it becomes indispensable to be able to transfer her to any place she requires. Also, it would help me increase sales outside my area, since until now we distribute the bread on foot. I am forbidden to give up, my desires to live are getting bigger, I thank everyone who has always supported me and continues to do so.
Focused for the Next Level.
More than a year ago I started a small bakery from the basic need to get ahead. Tired of so many hardships and thinking that I could not do anything to change my life and that of my family. I went through several jobs and none of them found my focus.
In the bakery I have found an activity that I really enjoy doing on a daily basis, being profitable with my passion is my dream and my goal. Thanks to Bitcoin Cash, Read Cash and their community, I have been able to take firm steps forward with my goals in this life project.
Right now, I am in a moment of growth. It's hard to have the act of growing your business and not taking enough returns for my household expenses. However, I have managed to maintain a process for this to be the case, without affecting the growth of the bakery.
**1)** Fix the car to satisfy and increase the offer of my bakery (500 USD).
**2)** Acquisition of a suitable mixer to satisfy the new demand for my breads (950 - 1200 USD).
**3)** Acquisition of more trays and the tray holder to optimize processes in the production of breads (300 USD).
I have faith to achieve each of these goals that will take me to the next level. I am already raising the money to fix the car and I will carry out the necessary interventions until its complete restoration. Then I will go forward until I can finally buy all the items that I need. The long-term goal is to get out of my apartment and have my own establishment from where I can make, distribute and sell all my breads. I imagine it as a pleasant place where all kinds of gatherings can take place. Thank you very much to all the people who have supported me in this project, I am sure they only wish me the best. Likewise, for you, I just have a lot of thanks and best wishes to you!

Many times I have the feeling or thought why many crypto enthusiasts just want to live on income or asset speculation? But what about life outside there, we must produce something... someone must prepare your bread for example... Do you understand? There is life outside the markets...
Report: One year at Read.Cash! (My experience and my bakery)
For me it is still incredible that I am counting these words. That I am reporting to all of you how I have progressed so far. I have always had a lot of Faith and I still have it now more than ever that the times to come will be much better.
A year has passed since I have been at Read.Cash I have been able to see its evolution, all the debates about BCH, I have learned a lot, as I have never done before.
I lived at the Hard Fork, even as a spectator I vehemently followed all the arguments, I must confess that I always felt that it was an unnecessary debate, I understand that there are still many things to do in BCH; And this Hard Fork, although necessary, its consequences were beyond the childish. It was a real "political" fight to determine the real influence of "Community" and the "Benevolent Dictator", the result is obvious and BCH continues its course. The market does not give rise to nonsense. I may not have the "authority" to say these things, but I can give my opinion as an end user who witnessed this "debate". I love BCH, it is my favorite cryptocurrency and I only hope (I have faith that it will be like that) the people who work on improving all its aspects will achieve it.
I also remember the onslaught of "criticism" that the Read.Cash admin received for the point system by which many people tried to take advantage of it and earn more than they really deserved. If you ask me I totally agree with the position of the Admin, Read.Cash in no way seeks to generate a kind of "salary" to the people who use it, it is a social network project to mass the adoption of Read .Cash. Of course I understand people who are looking for a thousand ways to make some money online while they (and I) are in countries submerged in deep social and economic crisis. However, many of their arguments were ridiculous, I came to feel sorry for them. I have never complained about the platform because I understand its purpose well and on the contrary I am only grateful. And I want to congratulate the admin for all the work and make Read.Cash a viable site, time has proved you right.
I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to start my little bakery. Now I am just starting and it has not been easy because it is completely changing my life. I have many more responsibilities and I must live up to it. I am currently working alone with my brother. I am the baker and manager. He is my assistant and he is in charge of sales. We work from Wednesday to Sunday (Monday and Tuesday we restock and plan the weeks), I start to knead by hand in the mornings, at noon I am baking and the breads are delivered to our clients' homes in the afternoons. The product has been very well received. Everyone talks about our breads, I wish I could meet all the demand. I still have to repair my mother's car, I'm sure this will be a great boost, many people want to try our breads, but they are far away and we deliver the products on foot. I am very excited and want to keep moving forward, improve some products and their presentation. Expand the offer and reach more people who want our bread, real bread. My bread is really good, people say it: “it is not pure air like that of bakeries, it is tasty and well presented”. You do not know how happy it makes me that you are giving your opinion about my bread, it is a dream. I hope I can continue to have everyone's support and advance to the next level. Keep changing my life and that of my family. This has been great. Thank you very much BCH!

My first year at Read.Cash! Here dreams come true. Thank you!
It is simply amazing. Today, February 1, I have realized that I have been on this wonderful platform for a year. That I am part of a great libertarian and voluntarist community. And for which I am infinitely grateful.
I knew I was in the months when I discovered Read.Cash. Arrive from Honest.Cash. I have had many mixed feelings reading my first article and seeing how much progress has been made and all thanks to Read Cash. I officially celebrate a year at Read.Cash on February 18, also my first article. I was excited because I started here looking for a dream and I have achieved it. God bless the creator of this platform and all who support it.
**My First article in RC** https://read.cash/@ramonoropeza/help-me-bake-future-c41d4e88
My dream is to have a large bakery or a chain of bakeries. I'm ambitious. I don't think I have to apologize for it. But if you think about doing something with your life it has to be big. This is how I wanted to start my own bakery with only $ 10 to buy some materials and bake in my mother's oven (I registered this through an article in honest.cash but it no longer exists).
Today I have many of the things I needed to start the journey to have a great bakery. Thanks to all who have accompanied me on this path, I cannot stop thanking you. And the best way to be grateful is undoubtedly returning trust. Although there have been ups and downs and my business has not gone in the best way, I have been able to buy other things that I really needed such as more baking trays and other utensils such as scales, domestic gas cylinder. I had to make a modification in the initial plan, I did not buy the mixer because it was not what I needed (the one I need is more expensive) and I bought a refrigerator for it (in my house we had more than 10 years without a refrigerator). I still lack many things such as the mixer which has a cost of $ 900, for my house I still have to buy a suitable kitchen (the current one only works a stove) or fix my mother's car (which has more than 3 years broken) however I am optimistic that I can achieve all these goals and keep moving forward!

Systematic attrition for social control.
The situation in Venezuela for many years is terrible. I talk about this so much that I think my readers already know it very well. Today I want to tell a little experience that I have had with the last suspension of the electric service that my neighborhood has passed.
This time the feeling was different, I felt that I was able to cope better with the situation last night. Although the thought does not get out of my head: how long have we suffered this ordeal. But yes, this time it was different (at least for me). And it is that I had days that I did not go through this situation, for some reason the service cuts had been reduced considerably (Venezuelans make jokes when this happens, we think we live in another country or something like that). This hard reduction until, in the meantime, I had rested from the long, daily nights without power. Those nights it was hard not to feel drained, frustrated, and powerless from simply having nothing to do but wait for service to be re-established. It is something very exhausting, and if you think about it very convenient to dissuade the population through this attrition to any type of uprising and fight for their rights. It's some kind of reminder of how miserable life has made us.
Life as a constant struggle for dreams.
Some time ago I wrote this article about how I felt on many of my saddest days. Those who know me in person do not know how to tell if I am going through a bad time or not: I usually hide it very well, I am usually smiling and do not talk about my problems. There are very few people around me to whom I can trust my feelings and emotions, I am quite lonely in that sense. I always have people around me, but it is very easy for me to feel alone. Lost in my darkest thoughts while in the real world I am smiling. https://read.cash/@ramonoropeza/life-as-a-constant-struggle-against-despair-f86febbc
Perhaps you feel identified with me, I think that many human beings go through these moments in various stages of our lives. It's not the first time that I feel like this. Now, I count this because in the cited article. My financial situation was terrible, my helplessness for not being able to access the most basic things made me feel in the deepest and most humid well of life. https://read.cash/@ramonoropeza/life-as-a-constant-struggle-against-despair-f86febbc
Today things have changed, and much is due to this great community. I have been able to improve my economic situation and that of my family. I have also helped other people do it and there is the best reward. Being able to make the lives of others better is priceless in the market. I think that's what we are here for on this earthly plane. Be servants.
However, my current emotions I think are anxiety. Anxiety about my future. Or fear of going back. I can't really identify what is happening to me, but it won't let me sleep or eat well. I think it's anxiety because I still wish I could have the ability to improve my life to the levels that my mother did for me. Fear of running into the worst situations I've ever been through before.
These months I have been driving my small bakery from my home in order to fulfill my commitments to my home and my life. But my biggest obstacle is the current situation in the country. In a first attempt to start baking I was already preparing to announce how everything is going inside my bakery, however, just at that moment we have run out of gas to turn on the oven. From that moment we have more than a month without gas. Something that has frustrated me so much because we were already obtaining new customers and with the little profit I obtained I bought another gas cylinder precisely to handle this type of situation. It is really stressful to feel that you cannot achieve your goals due to situations that are out of your hands or do not depend on yourself. My mother says that I have high expectations about it and she is not wrong, I really want to get a lot of money, I do not see the problem to be calm and be solvent with our own lives. I have not been able to calm my anxiety or my fear or both these days (Maybe it is one of the reasons why I write, it has always been an escape). I hope to improve the days that follow and to be able to continue fighting for my dreams and make others do it too.
The bakery was doing well. I prepared the breads and in the afternoon my brother distributed them to the clients. The day I ran out of gas, it was just the day I started selling the most popular Christmas bread in Venezuela: ham bread. MY neighbors (who are my first customers) are waiting for him. I managed to give you a little sneak peek and I hope to be able to satisfy your palates soon. Here I leave you a little of the days that I was able to work.
I want to end this article, thanking the person behind Read.Cash (@Read.Cash ) here is a fact that in due measure is thanks to you and your goal of bringing digital cash to people around the world. I remember that at some point you were criticized for doing things as you thought best and many were amazed when they understood that you were a single person behind this great site that until now and thanks to your insistence and all the donors has been able to subsist (here you can thank the BCH community and @MarcDeMesel for having the initiative in the donation).
I also want to thank @Telesfor and @Cain because they have always supported me from honest.cash and Yours.Org. I always remember that they have been among the tips being great believers in digital cash. Very grateful to all those who in one way or another have supported me and believed in me. We will let you down and I look forward to continuing to share my progress through Read.Cash! This is just beginning!

Meeting with Bitcoin Cash House Venezuela (@BCHouseVe)
Since I started collecting funds to start a bakery from the simplest, I have come across many people who in one way or another have collaborated with this goal that thanks to several members of the Bitcoin Cash community I have been able to achieve. https://read.cash/@ramonoropeza/great-news-the-fundraiser-to-start-my-bakery-is-complete-thanks-bch-comunnity-9144db89
Among them is Roberto @BCHouseVE as he tells me, somehow I caught the attention of @SatoshisAngels and through Roberto they wanted to contact me. This denotes the human sensitivity that exists among the Bitcoin Cash community to help people around the world and the power it has to do so with BCH technology. Although very grateful for the intention, by the time Roberto had contacted me the fundraiser had already been completed. That contact was at first around here at Read.Cash. Then by email. Thus, I was also learning about all the work that Roberto has done for Bitcoin Cash here in Barquisimeto, it is really admirable.
My personal meeting with Roberto was on Friday, November 6. I have hardly had time to be present here and on social networks because I find myself working very hard to get my little bakery going despite all the setbacks that exist, I say this because one night before the meeting I saw an email from Roberto making me one invitation to the Bitcoin Cash House Stand for the dissemination and download of wallets among citizens. So the decision to attend was made at the last minute. I even texted him very late at night and he still responded.
On the day of the meeting, I went to the place where Roberto located the Stand. Without a doubt the busiest avenue in the entire city. Located in the center of the city, 20 avenue is actually a boulevard full of shops where many people go to shop. An ideal place to talk about Bitcoin.
I arrived at the same time as him and his team, helped set up the Stand, and we were quickly approached by the curious people. For me it was a great experience that I did not expect to live. My expectation was to accompany and see Roberto's work, however, the interest generated by the Bitcoin Cash Stand was so much that I also had to collaborate to explain to people about Bitcoin Cash and cryptocurrencies.
Most of the people who approached the Stand were not very clear about what cryptocurrencies are and even more “sad”, those who had heard about cryptocurrencies had mostly done so for the “Petro”, the token launched by the Government of Nicolas Maduro that has been a total SCAM. However, we do not miss the opportunity to explain the benefits of being your own bank and sovereign of your money. This is for me the main feature to highlight about Bitcoin. I realize that the work must be aimed at the collective consciousness and activate this great potential for sovereignty that each person has over themselves thanks to Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency environment. The difference between bitcoin BTC and bitcoin cash BCH, how to use wallets (in this case Bitcoin.com for android) and how to accept payments in BCH in the case of entrepreneurs, all this was among the explanations and doubts of the people. I also had to mitigate many fears: the most emblematic. Who supports this? It is still very new to conceive a digital and decentralized currency in the population, it is the most difficult barrier to break down.
I am very satisfied with all this experience that day, facing people and explaining all the benefits of using this technology is not easy. From here my respect to Roberto for his work and I hope he continues to be supported by the Bitcoin Cash community. It also helped me to know my degree of knowledge of cryptocurrencies with respect to other people, I do not talk to many people about cryptocurrencies, they see you as a Geek (and I feel like a money geek) when you talk about cryptocurrencies, blockchain and the system global monetary. Grateful to Roberto because after this little work done he invited me to lunch the day with his team and to have had this opportunity. My blessings and best wishes to you!
Why do Venezuelans wait more than 20 days for fuel?
The Venezuelan economy has been severely hit by the global crisis of COVID-19, adding to this, the social and economic catastrophe that has been experienced for several years in the country, absolutely the responsibility of the Pharisees of the national government headed by Nicolás Maduro and the satraps of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV). They have taken it upon themselves to plunge one of the countries with the greatest potential in the hemisphere into utter misery.
The episode that Venezuelans are experiencing at the moment are the long waits to fill the fuel tank of their cars. Bringing multiple consequences to only aggravate the delicate economic and mental health of all of us.
Venezuelans have chosen to sacrifice many days of their lives to obtain the precious liquid not to ride in their private cars, but to survive with the resale of gasoline to whoever can pay the price of this resale. Some have to wait for more than 20 days, even if you are paying directly in dollars. Because the government has two categories for service stations: "Premium" and subsidized. No matter where the tank was filled, both will be profitable to resell the gasoline. Many think that it is taking advantage of the moment, but it is also a way to survive the hyperinflation that today causes the minimum wage to be below the US dollar.
This situation has also reduced the general economic activity in the country. In my particular case, despite moving forward to start operating my small bakery from home, I have not yet been able to get gas to light the oven. However, I have already been able to buy the raw material to start working. It is a matter of time to start and everything goes well. Another consequence of the fuel shortage has been the increase in the value of the US dollar against the national currency, devaluing our work much more. This will be one of the challenges that I have in front of my bakery to be able to function properly.
A few small breaths of hope have given us the inhabitants of a small state called Yaracuy, who have raised their voices for all Venezuelans coming out to protest against the generalized disaster of public services to which the national government has subjected us. Hopefully the rest of us can follow this example and get out of this tragedy once and for all.

Path from dream to reality: progress report.
Two weeks ago I was honored to announce that my fundraising campaign was successfully completed. Since that day I have been working to start working in my bakery as soon as possible. I have been able to meet some goals, while others have been a bit more difficult due to the fuel shortage across the country.
To begin with, I have been able to buy the oven and a gas cylinder (empty). The acquisition of the furnace did not have much setback other than the transfer, due to the shortage of fuel, there are very few people doing this service and they charge it dearly, however, I managed to negotiate a good price to move the furnace to my house. In the case of the gas cylinder, it is much more complicated at this time, the already high prices have risen more due to the same situation and many people take advantage to charge a high price. I still need to recharge the cylinder to start the oven, but recharging the cylinder at this time would cause me losses in the future. I have faith that I will be able to find a good price soon.
To supply me, my main supplier is undergoing remodeling and is not delivering home delivery at the moment. I already have several alternatives to not depend on a single provider.
I have been working on the products that I will be offering and on a small accounting system to have a better view of the accounts as soon as I make the first sale. Finally, I have asked a friend to renew the image for this new stage and she has done a wonderful job.
Videos and various photos about the situation and daily life in my city.

From here we will continue fighting to get ahead together with our families and friends. Thank you very much to everyone who has always supported me!**
Great news! The fundraiser to start my bakery is complete! Thanks BCH Comunnity!
I simply cannot express my joy and satisfaction at having completed the fundraising campaign to start my little bakery. This is just the beginning of the transformation of the life of my family and many other people that I can help from here. And of which you will be witnesses. This objective has been achieved thanks to members of the Bitcoin Cash community through a friendly agreement with which I must and am happy to fulfill. It is an opportunity to show that we exist and that there are honest people capable of changing realities.
Here the transaction of funds https://explorer.bitcoin.com/bch/tx/3cda8be349a19db997b45f659496ef83466a715cf5eb149975ee87f4dc02f63c
The next thing is to acquire the necessary equipment to start working from home. In this phase there are intrinsic obstacles to the global pandemic situation and the economic and social situation of Venezuela.
The pandemic has us all serving quarantine in our homes, in Venezuela this compliance has repressive political overtones to appease any movement against the government or citizen demonstration to complain about the lack of fuel in the country. In this sense, another important obstacle is the lack of fuel to transport the equipment. Surely I will have to pay some premium due to the fuel shortage many people are reselling gasoline at a premium, inflating the prices of many other services and products. In spite of everything, I am sure to complete the acquisition of each of the equipment that I need to start working for a better future.
To conclude, I invite all those who are in the fight for life not to give up in the face of difficulties, overcoming every obstacle that life puts on us only makes us wiser and better people. Reconcile with yourself and your relationship with the world will be better than you imagine! To those who have the opportunity to give a helping hand, do not hesitate to do so when your conscience so dictated the best satisfactions on this earthly plane are those that come from the spirit and feed the soul.
Thank you very much to all who have always been with me from a distance, a hug and a very strong greeting. This is just beginning !! Let's go!

The significance of a gesture.
Today I share with great satisfaction and joy the news of having acquired a cell phone, thanks to all those who gave me their support and solidarity with me. Thanks to all those who with a small gesture have contributed with me to achieve this goal that until now I realize how valuable it is for me. I share my joy because it belongs to all of us!
I bought the phone on Friday 08/14/2020 here in my city, it is a Xiaomi Redmi 9, and although in the market it has a value of $ 155 or $ 150, I was lucky enough to acquire it for $ 145 and plus 2 gifts. I finally got the money between their collaborations, some things that I sold and the money that I had left from the bakery after separating from my partner.
At the time of writing the first article where I simply expressed all my emotions, I did not remember that a phone was so important to everyday life. My old phone allowed me to be in communication with my family only by WhatsApp messages or calls. The camera was not working and he was unable to make video calls. Now, with this phone I have been able to make video calls to several of my relatives in other countries and even those who are here in Venezuela that we have not been able to see due to the pandemic. Seeing my mother speak and seeing her sisters is indescribable happiness for me.
Is that when I thought that I would be without a phone, what caused me the most depression was thinking about money: to buy another, what I would stop generating to help my family or what I simply did not have. In this way I did not think that I needed a phone to communicate with my people, but that it was just to continue surviving. But once again my mother's smile has shown me that there are things more important than money. Of course, money is a super important tool but it does not give full happiness, happiness comes when we have someone with whom to share each achievement and goal that we have reached and also our sadness and have comfort in them.
I am very sincere and did not believe at first that I could obtain any collaboration with many of you (because you do not have to), but we have shown that there are many human beings capable of believing and supporting those who really need it. I hope that the fact of seeing the objective reached for which you believed generated many positive emotions. Blessings for all. I don't think I have enough words to express my appreciation and respect for all of you.

My story on Steemit.com
This is probably one of the most revealing articles about my life in recent years. It is an old article, I published it for the first time and only time on Steemit **(18/2/2018)** for a contest on how it came to Steemit. The events in this article occurred between 2015 and 2017. The hardest years (according to my perception of the current Venezuelan crisis). Here I tell how from being a university student I ended up being a cook, how I have gone through time looking for ways to earn money online and how I have benefited from cryptocurrencies. Also, the bad times that he has put me through, like when I bought bitcoin to trade and basically lost everything. I hope it is to your liking and reflection

My story for Steemit.com
personal history
Once upon a time, there was a young man looking to help his family financially speaking. The young man was studying for a degree in mathematics and systems engineering. At that time he did not care much about money or appearances, he only liked to solve calculation problems and go to classes. He was a young man interested in the politics of his country and helping others, he was part of the student center of his University where he tried to carry out his altruistic activities.
However, none of this was a comfort when it came to eating at home and having nothing to eat anymore. It was not a comfort to him not even having the passage and transferring to his university. Universities have their transportation and dining rooms, but the economic crisis in their country means that these services diminish their quality, leaving them to the point that they cannot continue to provide them to their communities or they do so with great deficiencies.
One day the young man stopped attending math classes to be able to dedicate himself exclusively to engineering and thus be able to save on expenses. This also led him to think about how to contribute to the expenses in his house and be able to maintain his studies, even if it was for the cost of travel: he began to sell bread and brownies among his colleagues and neighbors.
Business was going well, it was meeting its objectives. It made enough for the commute and breakfast at the university; it even had its growth stage of only selling bread and brownies, cookies, doritos and tostones were also included. This stage of "bonanza" ended quickly and unceremoniously: galloping inflation in the country attacked this small merchant; In a week a box of cookies that came out in 2000bs (which was earning only 500bs) rose to 4500bs and thus undercapitalizing the young man's business.
THE VORAGINE
Despite this, the young man kept trying to sell bread, without much success he ended up eating it with his family. During this period, the young man began to look for what to do online: thus entering the annoying world of PTCs. It did not take long to realize that it was not the right way to discard it quickly.
One fine day, an old classmate from high school told him about a page called Humanatic, a little resentful of his experience with the PTCs, he thought it was just another page and they wanted him only as a referral. So he ignored his old partner. For not leaving and with nothing to lose that same day, I investigate what it was about: the thing was serious.
Humanatic, a website to audit calls in English. It was one of the best things that could happen to the young man. But getting there was not easy, the old high school classmate was charging her a certain amount of money which the young man did not have (30 thousand Bs for that time 10 $). He got to obtain it in a unique way, the young man received a scholarship for 2500bs per month, but it was on a trip to Maracay (Garden City of Venezuela) on behalf of his university next to the student center that he obtained the money because they gave him 15 thousand bolivars for travel expenses which he saved, the rest his mother lent him with some suspicion when she told him that it was an investment to work online.
After a week the investment was back, indeed he managed to make $ 12 in humanatic and with something he had in a ptc he was able to sell $ 15 through the payment processor Paypal. Our young man was excellent, he already had two sources of money: humanatic and the scholarship, so he could continue studying and help his family. It was December and the end of the year was approaching, the young man had $ 20 raised to spend a decent end of years. But this time he attacked the insecurity: the battery was stolen from his mother's car and because of the high prices even his mother had to complete to buy the battery, it was a family end of the year without many in particular.
Entering the new year, the economic outlook of the country continued to worsen, the shortage of products worsens and society begins to rebel the guarimbas they have on every street in Barquisimeto and Cabudare. Humanatic and the scholarship are no longer enough and the young man ventures into the resale of basic products. His flag was toilet paper, he sold them by bulk, however, getting them was not easy and taking them to the client, unless you had to avoid the national guard. The guarimbas escalate and the clashes cause the internet service to fail for four months: humanatic is over.
Faced with this situation, the young man ends up abandoning his engineering studies and begins to look for work. He succeeds and becomes a Cook. For a whole year he worked in the kitchen of gourmet fast food establishments. Developing as a cook and learning a lot. When recovering the internet in his home, he tries to return to humanatic but this had already changed the rules and for the young man it was more difficult to audit the calls. I collect your last $ 10 from the platform. He invested them in Bitcoin and placed them in poloniex, thus taking his first steps in cryptocurrency trading.
They were traumatic beginnings, so it is for those who venture into this world without knowing what awaits them, if they do not have patience or how the markets work. I buy Dash at a certain price and when it goes down I just wait for it to rise and the market continued to sink the price of Dash and the young man only suffered from the probabilistic bias of which he was unaware. This is how he lost more than half of his investment. He stopped playing the trader and only dedicated himself to cooking.
ALL ROADS LEAD TO STEEMIT
As time passed, he continued to enter poloniex to see the behavior of the market and making small movements with what little he had. I was looking for ways to invest in cloud mining, but these were unattainable. Mining a "traditional" cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Ethereum or any other is really expensive for a newcomer to the subject. He then decided to investigate what other forms and assets could exist and by reviewing the various currencies offered in the poloniex market, he found STEEM and STEEM DOLLAR. In his investigations he could not believe it. A social network that will pay you to do the same as you do in the others. It was extremely exciting to find this world and see all the possibilities. He is now a proud Steemian and full of enthusiasm to continue growing on the platform.
Photo Gallery of PanXCafé, my bakery.
This little photo gallery was made several months ago by a photographer friend and journalism student. He just did me the favor, and I am so grateful. He still has not finished giving me all the photos he took, however here is a small sample of all my work as a baker.
I remind you that I am raising funds to start my little bakery from my home. I have a well-developed plan to meet the bakery's goals: to help my family move forward and build a better future for my family and all those around me. Looking for financing in Venezuela is not possible, nor can I go to a traditional crowdfunding website, it is for this and many other reasons (P2P digital cash, immediate availability ...) why I go to Bitcoin Cash as a means of receiving contributions. Very grateful for all your support, I hope you enjoy these excellent photographs and my bakery! https://fundme.cash/project/5f2650b23dfeb21b0e32e026

*A few days ago I officially published a* *fundraising campaign* *on the Fundme.Cash website. The details of the campaign are* *here**.* https://fundme.cash/project/5f2650b23dfeb21b0e32e026 https://read.cash/@ramonoropeza/help-me-get-my-family-ahead-fundraising-to-start-my-little-bakery-1c400ee3
**Fundme.Cash** is in its beta version. It is a simple website, easy to use by any user and without restrictions of any kind. This is due to the advantage of using Bitcoin Cash to raise funds, there is **no FIAT money** involved, **only Bitcoin Cash** and you can do it from anywhere in the world you just need an internet connection. It also has no identity or identity verification restrictions, absolutely everything is based on the trust that donors or investors have in the creator of the campaign. An immediate consequence of these characteristics is the possible creation of spam or misplaced campaigns. For this, the administrators of Fundme.Cash reserve the right to suspend the campaign for their consideration. However, his motto is that anyone can create and drive their campaign on the web.
`FAQ 4: "Anybody in any location. We don’t place restrictions on who can use our platform. This is the benefit of using BCH."`
Another significant feature is **custody over the funds**, the funds are delivered (or released) once the campaign has ended. Anyone can contribute to the campaign either by registering on Fundme.Cash or anonymously. **Fundme.Cash charges 5% on the funds raised**.
Fundme.Cash versus other platforms.
Fundme.Cash has several advantages for campaign builders compared to other traditional platforms (**Kickstarter**, **Indiegogo** or **GoFundme**). The main reason is the use of Bitcoin Cash to avoid the use of credit cards and what avoids country restrictions (as is the case with the mentioned platforms). This makes anyone who owns the internet and a Bitcoin Cash wallet able to access financing or donations. So it is an **inclusive system** for people who do not have access to the traditional financial system and for those who do not have bank accounts in dollars and are outside the countries on the allowed list in traditional fundraising platforms.
Fundme.Cash vs. FlipStarter.
Fundme.Cash does not intend to compete with FlipStarter, it even recommends it in its FAQ’s to people who disagree with the custody of donations. In my case, I used Fundme.Cash because FlipStarter in its "Easy" section asked me for an account in DigitalOcean to start the campaign, and this in turn, asked for a credit card or a paypal account. Which I don't have access to either, so I'm excluded. Therefore, he chose Fundme.Cash.
My user experience has been good overall. Both the configuration of the profile and the elaboration of the campaign are very intuitive and basic. Although it shows that it is in a beta phase, well, I could only upload two photos and it also has limits for the text and does not have a text editor. However, Artur's technical support on the campaign's telegram channel has been good to resolve any questions. So I have been able to publish my campaign without major setbacks.
Behind Fundme.Cash is @Keith_Patrick and Artur (you can find him on the Fundme.Cash telegram channel). https://t.me/fundmecash
Finally, I want to personally ask you to support me in achieving this goal, which is only the beginning of the restoration of my life and that of my family after seeing it finished due to the serious economic, political and social crisis that Venezuelans are experiencing. I am not looking for compassion **I want solidarity**. Solidarity for a human being who seeks to get ahead under his own hands and sweat of work. I will be grateful for any financial support or words of encouragement that are very important to the spirit. I say goodbye, always **grateful to God** and all those who support me.

One day, two dates
Today is a beautiful day for two reasons:
1) Here in Venezuela (It is still August 4) the baker's day is celebrated, my day. I am very grateful for God and the life of so many processes that I went through on my way, I have found in the bakery a great passion to be a better person and professional. So happy baker's day to me !!
2) Although, as I write this it is still August 4 here in Venezuela. Elsewhere on the globe, it is already August 5. A very nice day for @Mila , because it is her birthday. Congratulations on your birthday, from here I see that you are a very beautiful woman and full of virtues. Also, I can tell you that she is very generous in offering for her birthday 3 BCH-valued gifts just for participating in her contest. Definitely an exceptional woman, God bless you Mila! https://read.cash/@Mila/70bch-giveaway-e58cc73b
**Maybe I have the wood to be a Satoshi Angels? xD**
*I invite you to participate in your contest, there are three opportunities to win.*

Penultimate advance about my smartphone. (Absolutely grateful to everyone)
It is satisfying for me to write these words, they are words of thanks for all those who have collaborated and supported me at this time in my life. I think this is an example of how important the development of Read.Cash has been for many people like me. I guess it's something @Read.Cash can be proud of, understanding that you really help a lot of people while making Bitcoin Cash much more well-known and adopted. Congratulations on your work my friend, what you do is important.
On the other hand, this is the penultimate article on my phone because, although I have the money, I have not been able to buy the phone due to the quarantine that governs the country. Turns out I bought $ 20USD from a friend who's traveling to a neighboring city, and she's trapped until she was quarantined in that city (she's fine with her family there). Only those $ 20 would be missing to complete the payment of the phone that I have decided to buy (I am really between two: Xiaomi Redmi 8a or 9a, they have almost the same price), in total I have collected 120USD $. The story of the first $ 90 is here. And the next $ 30 I'll tell you: they are the product of my separation from my partner in the bakery. The story is that before the end of our relationship, there was the equivalent of $ 115 in our bank account (approximately 27,000,000.00 BS.S). However, here is a curious fact: the day I decided to end our relationship the conversion of USD / BS.S was 256,000, that day I made a proposal to end our relationship well, I told him that I wanted to buy his share of things that we had managed to acquire together, so she would keep more money and start another business. Well, she didn't know what to do at the time (and it's okay I spent a week thinking about what to do), so I let her think for two days. She accepted my proposal. But, in those two days the exchange value went from 256K to 270k. We lost money because of hyperinflation. Finally, I get 45 $ approximately and she with the rest. $ 30 to complete the phone and the other $ 15 for my household expenses. https://read.cash/@ramonoropeza/readcash-and-bch-changing-lives-my-story-bc080e5f
In the image you can see 100USD $ in cash, a representative currency of Bitcoin (here its history) and a bread that I managed to make together with a friend for our families (We did more than that is the last one). https://read.cash/@ramonoropeza/the-day-i-earned-a-bitcoin-btc-in-venezuela-a2594526
I have two months without a phone, I am really very anxious to have mine and be able to enhance my life with it. Currently, people communicate with me through my brother's phone. **Thank you all very much always**, I hope to soon post an article from my new phone on a night without electricity and say with you **I did it!**
This experience and also finding the development of platforms like fundme.Cash have given me the impetus to seek to finance my small bakery and thus take my family out of so much suffering, if you want to see what this link is about here to receive your support!

You can help me create my little bakery with BCH through Fundme.Cash
Just minutes after the end of the BCH day, I was able to publish in Fundme.Cash my campaign to create my small bakery from my home and thus be able to work for a better future. https://read.cash/@ramonoropeza/help-me-get-my-family-ahead-fundraising-to-start-my-little-bakery-1c400ee3
My wish was to publish this campaign in the first place on Flipstarter, however, this platform asks me for requirements that in my financial situation I cannot meet: either have a bank account in dollars or have a paypal account associated with a card in dollars. I am simply excluded, unless you really are a programmer. But I am not (I have some notions of HTML and CSS) but what I have really dedicated myself to is cooking and now my love for bakery just keeps growing. I look forward to receiving support and completing this fundraiser. I will not leave here and even if I do not obtain your support in one way or another, I will be able to build this little dream and I will show it to all those who do not believe in me. And everyone who has been with me will simply be very happy not to be wrong with me and will always receive my full support. Thank you very much, with the best encouragement and desire to excel, I say goodbye! I hope you can really support me!

Happy Bitcoin Cash day!
On this day I want to thank all the people who have supported me and given their encouragement to continue fighting for life. Personally, I remember @Telesfor and @Cain follow me from honest.Cash and I do not remember if also from Yours.org. They have always been there. Here at Read.Cash I have seen a lot of Bitcoin Cash content and it is where I have learned the most. Also (I remember names while writing, sorry if I miss one) @tula_s who has given me advice to formulate a better proposal for my bakery and believed in me, like @wakeupkitty. All this, globally thanks to cryptocurrencies and now Bitcoin Cash and its developers. And here especially @Read.Cash who is doing his best to bring Bitcoin Cash to everyone! Happy Bitcoin Cash day to everyone!!
Help me get my family ahead (fundraising to start my little bakery).
My name is Ramón Oropeza, I am a baker by profession. For many years I have been through a bad economic moment that all it does is get worse over time. I am not a defeatist, and I always seek to get ahead. I know it's not your problem and you shouldn't have to help me. However, many of us want to make the world a better place. Many help hungry people and donate to feed them one day or perhaps a year, others to help pay the medical bills of a terminally ill patient. They are all very noble causes, but they do not really change the world, they are just a cloth of water in the pain of others. That is why I am not looking for money to pay for the medicines my mother needs, nor for you to help me repair my mother's car, which has been damaged for more than two years, nor to repair the refrigerator in my house that It has been working for over 8 years and it has been impossible for us to even repair it and we cannot dream of buying a new one. No, I am not seeking financial help for that directly. My idea and the one I want you to help me with is to build my own business with which I, together with my family, can restore our lives. Indeed you will not help thousands of people directly to satisfy their hunger for a day, instead, if you decide to give me your support, you will help me create and work for a better future and a better quality for me and my family.
BUSINESS PLAN
I am a baker by profession, I have worked in restaurants for more than 4 years and I understand how the gastronomic business works. Therefore, not wanting to occupy a large infrastructure and only to start from scratch. The initial vision of the business is based on a Venezuelan bakery from my home and serving my neighborhood. This is possible in the context of the pandemic and the rise of home services in my country. I've already tried this system successfully and have over 50 leads a week earning sales of $ 15 to $ 20 a week. These numbers are good here in Venezuela, since I do not have to pay taxes to be in my house and the services are relatively free (Very little is paid for the electrical and water service, although both constantly fail). Basically the expenses are in salary, maintenance and restoration of inventory. Which is covered in the cost of the product.
Sales are made before bread is made through reservations made by my neighbors. This is possible thanks to the advertising and contact made with them through social networks (Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook), as well as direct face-to-face contact. It is also possible that they come to my house to withdraw the product if they wish. Every day we send messages with the menu that corresponds to the following day. In this way, the customer selects the product and makes their reservations. The next day, the bread chosen by the customer is baked with some left over to sell customers who want bread at the last minute. It is a system that has worked and this allows us to sell fresh bread to all our customers and reduce the risk of loss of freshness of our breads and therefore of product quality. Our motto is "Good bread, always fresh".
Another important point for this initiative is to maintain customer loyalty. One strategy to follow is to create reward points to exchange them for products in a certain time. This point system would be based on Bitcoin Cash SLP tokens. This ensures that, unlike coupons or points managed by the company, each person will know how many points they have in their wallet. Another advantage offered by using SLP tokens for customers, is that they can add points to each other in a single wallet and thus claim the desired product. A direct consequence of the use of SLP tokens will be the disclosure and adoption of Bitcoin Cash among customers. https://read.cash/@ramonoropeza/migascoin-migas-slp-token-for-panxcafe-preview-114ab0ca
To start we have three types of bread:
**Venezuelan French bread**: this bread is widely consumed by our customers. It is sold in batches of 6 or 10 units. It is normally consumed for dinner or breakfast. Also, to accompany lunch.
**Braided sweet bread**: This is our version of a very Venezuelan bread called “piñita”. However, I always wanted to present it differently, so I knotted or braided them. This bread is consumed as a snack to accompany a coffee or a sugary drink. It is also highly consumed.
**Cinnamonrolls**: This product is also very dear to our customers. One of the few luxuries that some can give themselves in this time of crisis. I am particularly pleased to be able to bring a little happiness through my breads.
To grow after this first phase, I would add to the menu the Venezuelan cheese braided bread and the “golfeados” (a well-loved Venezuelan bread).
Finally, to do all of this. Taking into account that the premises is my home and I will use different elements to work on it (tables, dishwashers), the services are basically free, I will not pay any more taxes than those included in the cost of raw materials. Here I have the budget for what I need to start changing my family's life through my work and with all your support:
What I can start with:
**1 Gas cylinder** (50 USD $) 0.175 BCH
**1 3-tray oven** (500 USD $) 1.76 BCH
**3 trays** (36 USD $) 0.126 BCH
**Raw materia**l (flour, drinking water, yeast, sugar, butter, milk, salt, cinnamon ...) ($ 100) 0.351 BCH
Total: (650 USD $) 2,412 BCH (conversion 285 USD $ / BCH)
With what could start and go to a next level:
**All of the above** (650 USD $)
**Homemade blender or mixer** ($ 475 USD)
**Tray holder** (300 USD $)
**Small refrigerator** ($ 200 USD)
Total: (1625USD $) 5.7 BCH (conversion 285USD $ / BCH).
**The most significant elements are: the gas cylinder, the oven, the trays and the bread mixer.**
All operations will be under my charge. My assistant will be my brother. He will be in charge of sales and customer service, under my supervision, therefore, he will make home deliveries. While I will be in charge of production and maintenance.
In conclusion, it is your decision to help me take my family forward and solve our problems by our own hands. You are not changing the world, but you are changing the world of a family. I would like to promise small dividends through the delivery of SLP Tokens that guarantees their distribution. I will be informing myself about that possibility. I say goodbye hoping for all your support, thank you very much.

Life, according to my mother
A few days ago I invited my mother to write something and post it here on Read.Cash. She has always been a little shy, or a little daring, despite this, she agreed to write something. I am happy about that, because although the relationship with my mother is excellent, it is always good to make her better.
My mother is the most sacred and important thing I have in my life. I would give everything for her. Even all my work and effort is for her, if I have to leave the country to give her a better life, I will. She took care of me all this time and now I must repay him as a good man.
Her name is Mary Sanchez, she is 63 years old and she is a very gentle and calm woman. He does not like problems and is very spiritual and practices meditation. She has a Christian social formation but over time she has taken a current that says that God is ourselves and that we are one with her and therefore with the universe. She has instilled in me a great love for life, nature and neighbor. She is a greater reason to get ahead with my projects. Here I present them to you and leave a writing that you have made for all of us about life...
Life, according to my mother.
Life, the word is so short but the immense meaning or what this word contains, begins from the conception of a seed, or in the case of humans, the seed is sown between two beings of opposite sexes through an act of love; animals too, but through the instinctive act of sex. In plants, the seed is sown directly into the ground and flourishes over time. Whatever the way of life, during the conception, whether of the human or animal fetus, that of plants, there life is generated in the formation of each one of them. Since cellular and molecular life is also generated inside them, shaping the morphological aspect of each one. Coming to form a complete living being and thus add one more in the species that corresponds to it. Each one will have its evolution according to the environment that each species develops. Then, another phase follows which is the interaction with the environment according to its species and its growth. In the case of humans, at birth we have the life of a baby, then at the age of one, we evolve into the life of a child, an adult, and finally an Elder. As these stages pass, a large number of experiences occur that give you reason to have a good or bad life. Everything will depend on the environment in which he lives: if he had good, loving parents, concerned about his future, full of virtues, good behavior, who taught him values that would raise his self-esteem; This would assure him a harmonious "life" full of love and triumphs, of course, this does not escape that he passes in each of these stages all kinds of positive and negative experiences, the first ones will give him joy, happiness and well-being; And the second sadnesses, mistakes, but this at the same time will give you a lot of strength to keep going.
That is why I think that the word life is too short for the immense that it implies, I do a mental exercise: I stand on the moon, looking towards the earth, I see a single planet and I am aware of everything that has had to happen so that our planet exists, I am aware that this huge ball of rocky mass and water has been formed at first by ultra-tiny beings and after that, they have formed all other living beings in a kind of consensual luck of the universe. It is wonderful, it is amazing, and thinking about that vastness makes you appreciate and be grateful for every moment you breathe.

What was my bakery like and why do I want one?
*I have recently stated my intention to create a true campaign to raise funds with the aim of being able to start a small bakery from my home. I got a couple of comments and between them from @wakeupkitty. I want to try to answer many of your questions through this article and it will also serve me for myself and to have things clearer in terms of how can my small bakery work at home?*
I think the first thing to understand is the situation in Venezuela and my personal situation. Venezuela is a country with a politically, economically and socially weakened state. We are talking about a country that in recent years has emigrated more than 5 million people looking for a better life. Most of these people are young people. Hyperinflation, unemployment and destruction of the country's productive apparatus. It is the general situation of the country for years that over time has only worsened.
In Venezuela, there is also widespread corruption, which results in injustice when applying the law. In this context, you can basically have an informal business anywhere without much problem: without paying taxes or any other expense that a formal business deserves. At home, on the avenues, in the squares or simply walking on the sidewalks of any street. Of course, as long as it is not frowned upon by the government or some corrupt official tries to take advantage of the irregular situation of the business. Many Venezuelans in the midst of a pandemic have decided to start small sales from their homes to their neighbors as a way to overcome low incomes and hyperinflation. These businesses are just for daily living: candy sales, household items for retail, cakes ... among others. They are small sales to survive.
Well, now my economic situation does not escape all these realities that every Venezuelan lives. I am a 26 year old, until a few years ago I was still studying two university degrees and I tried to keep my days at university with one of these businesses: I sold sweets and bread to my friends from the university and to my neighbors. Until one day, hyperinflation simply ended all that: I went to restore my small inventory and everything was worth twice as much. Those times were very hard for me and my family, not only did I have to leave university, I also didn't have to eat at home. It was marked in my memories, three days when there was nothing to eat, I just went to the fridge to drink water and my mother, my brother and I did not talk to each other about anything. It was immensely sad. We were embarrassed to ask for help from our neighbors and family (how could we not be able to feed ourselves? The first time we went through such a situation), it was a great lesson for me: now when I need help I really ask for it, without feeling shame on nothing. And I tell you, if you need help do not hesitate to ask for it without fear or shame life is one and it is worth fighting for. Okay, keep going; Over time, I have realized that it did not just happen to us, many other Venezuelans went through those same bad days.
At that time I started working to bring food home, and I started in a restaurant as a kitchen assistant, washing potatoes and dishes. There I had my first close encounter with gastronomy. Since university days I have been interested in cryptocurrencies and thanks to my publications in YOURS and BCH, Steemit and Steem and other cryptos I was able to partially finance my studies as a cook. I could not finish them, however, it opened many doors for me to continue carving out a gastronomic career. The jobs here have always been poorly paid, in one of the best restaurants I managed to earn just $ 2 a month. For my last job, the salary was already better: I started with $ 40 per month until hyperinflation led me to earn $ 20. Before entering my last job, I started a bakery course and this one I did. In those days I was already planning to quit my job to start a bakery business at my home. It really is more profitable than working for a salary.
I have skipped many things that I could tell you about my condition, but here I will make a summary:
My name is Ramón Oropeza, I am 26 years old and I still live with my mother. We live in a residential complex of lower-middle-class apartments. We can hardly pay for the maintenance of the common areas and pay for the necessary food. For several years now the refrigerator in my house stopped working and it has been impossible to buy another one or fix this one, my mother's car (Aveo Chevrolet 2005) has been damaged for 2 years and it has also been impossible to fix it (I wanted to sell it, but my mother refuses because they would pay very little for him). We have different problems in our apartment. With a paid job in Venezuela, I can't even dream of eating well, much less could I manage to pay to solve various problems. My mother also has health problems and I must buy her treatment (today she has not taken it for 5 days). Despite all this, I am grateful to life and to God for everything I have. I am a man who is in good mental and physical health who can do his job. I have the affection of my friends and family and I am very positive to achieve my goals in life. I still don't have a partner, but I want to have my own family.
Well, after this long but sincere introduction! Hahahaha I'll explain how, then, did my bakery work?
I will try to be brief. The lady who is still my business partner is also my neighbor and my friend. So we decided with the oven that at that time we had borrowed to do everything in her apartment. We had no table for kneading dough and bread, so I asked my mother for our borrowed dining table as well. The trays we used are on loan. Several of the instruments were borrowed from friends and family. Our only thing was a bowl and a scale.
Everything was handled by both of them. However, the leader was me. She learned everything from me. Instead, I learned a lot of order and discipline from her. Great virtues. The administrative part and the purchases I did. Many times I had to go shopping walking carrying kilos of materials on my back. Later, I got a good supplier once we had enough money to make big purchases. This was done only one day a week (Monday) to ensure all production for the week. We work from Wednesday to Sunday, Mondays were shopping days and Tuesdays were rest. She arranged everything for bread and maintenance and also wrote down bread reservations. Between the two of us we sent messages to sell the bread. I kneaded and baked everything. She helped me form and organize the packages to distribute. I would distribute them once I baked all the breads. I distributed all the breads at dinner time.
We managed to buy several things together: 2 baking sheets, 2 scales, 2 bowls, a rolling pin. We increase inventory and sales. All this thanks to a lot of sacrifices. Basically, we only got a small salary and I was reinvesting the profits. Until my friend's friend asked us for the oven back. There everything went to the ground.
In short, all this worked in a small room in a 70-square-meter apartment. With many borrowed and household instruments. We made between 400 and 500 loaves a week. And the earnings were $ 15 to $ 20 a week. Of course, this thanks to many convenient factors: it is our home (we do not pay rent or taxes), gas and water are cheap (although there is a gas shortage at certain times in the fifth country in gas reserves, this problem is often solved buying on the black market).
In short, my dream is to build a real bakery from below with my work. The impulse that I hope to obtain is to start from my house and progress at my own pace in time. To grow the bakery while I can give my family a better life. Simple dreams of youth ...
**Thanks for reading, do not hesitate to write any comment and express your opinion.**
I would like to start a fundraising campaign and start my first bakery business in my own home. I still don't estimate how much I really need, but the goal is not for me to start my first business. The goal is to change my life and I am sure that many people can feel identified with my fighting spirit and not give up. However, I cannot find the correct way to carry out this campaign, the reason is because I would like everyone who supports me to receive something back beyond the satisfaction of having initiated a great change in the life of another human being ... Someone Do you have any idea? Thankful for all your opinions.
