The tune sings and invades your dream. It must be a good dream, but the alarm interrupts it. Yes that's the purpose of the alarm, to interrupt our sleep. Because we gotta work, work, work!
You open your eyes, and get the urge to sleep again. I know that feeling very, very well. The eyes wanna get what it wants—more sleep. But have you got more time? No? Then don't give the eyes what it wants. You should've slept earlier then.
Set an earlier alarm time, maybe ten to twenty minutes, so you can have an allowance to fully convince yourself to wake up.
Anyway, supposed you have now somehow forced yourself to get up (do you have a choice?), try to do a short breathing exercise. Inhale.. exhale.. Inhale, exhale. Meditate. Pray and thank God for another day. Not everyone wakes up anymore to see the beauty of the morning, so you are always lucky that you can still wake up.
Have you muttered your morning prayer already? Okay, stand up. Get a little bit physical! Do some stretching, exercise! Get those muscles working! Exercise lets you release happy hormones and gives you a boost for the day.
Finished, you're good to prepare now. But hey, don't.. don't just go with an empty stomach! Sit down, sit down and have a breakfast! No matter how good you look from taking a bath, getting a good attire, you are still a hungry one. That may affect your work. So, go eat! That's not a suggestion, that's an order!
What did you have for breakfast? Oh, nice. It would be better if you had some fruit as dessert. Drink lots of water, your body needs that.
Going to work now? Be safe. Practice the health and safety measures, because unfortunately, not everyone does that anymore. Wear your mask properly, distance as you can, and always bring alcohol with you. Make sure to keep your hands clean after touching things. Vitamin C supplements are also highly-encouraged. Don't just sit all day at work, stand and walk from time to time, too.
Have you been getying headaches from work? Or that dizzy feeling, accompanied by lethargy? Dear, must be eye strain. Know the 20-20-20 rule? No? Here it goes.
After staring at your computer, or any gadget, for 20 minutes, take a break, and look away and let your eyes explore at some space 20 meters/feet away from you, for 20 seconds. It gives your eyes a break from staring at devices for too long, because yes, your eyes get tired, too.
Comes lunch time, don't tell me you're having those chips for lunch? Go get something healthy! You should be nourished enough for the rest of the day. If you still have enough time, get a power nap. A ten-minute nap does wonders. It makes you more alert and alive for the remaining hours at work. In case you haven't started that habit yet, please start now. Get some zzz when possible. It really helps, I promise.
Now the time is ticking and it's only a few more minutes before the work day ends. Have you thought of what to eat for dinner by now? I am suggesting a light one for dinner, like a healthy salad or something. Don't eat too much at night, so you're digestive system won't overwork itself overnight.
No more phones at least an hour before going to bed. You can listen to calming music or exercise to get to sleep as early as possible. A healthy sleep is at least full six to eight hours of them, just to remind you. Don't forget to pray before you sleep. Release all the stress, and fears, don't let these things bother your sleep. You deserve a good rest because you did well today.
Whatever those people did to you, whatever caused you feeling hurt, karma will work on them. Karma works overtime, without fail. Good things will come your way soon. New blessings, new beginnings, happy memories, they'll come to get you soon.
God is not blind nor deaf to your sufferings, He is working a way for you. He wants you to be reminded that you are precious, you are loved, you are worth it. It's not a lie, it's a fact. You are God's precious creation. You are a masterpiece, and don't let people tell you otherwise. That includes yourself.
I sincerely hope that there'd be more reasons for you to smile and take courage. Don't hesitate to find opportunities, because you are more than able. You are stronger than you think, brave heart. Beautiful things are waiting for a beautiful warrior to embrace them.
I hope these are the things that would occupy your mind all the time, especially before you sleep. The whole day is enough to stress and worry about never-ending chaos of this life, please use the night to make peace with yourself. Even it's just temporary, relieve yourself from all burdens and get some good sleep, for Pete's sake! Anyway, I don't know who Pete is, and why he's suddenly included in our conversation, but just sleep. Okay? I know you can do that.
It must be tiring. It must feel so unbearable. Go, take a rest. Take a break. But don't give up. The battle is made for you, brave heart. It's difficulty leve is designed for courageous warriors like you, so be proud. And prove them who's the queen, who's the king. You rule! Go get 'em!
You can stop smiling, love. And just sleep. Now. Goodnight. Sleep well.

Oh yeah, here I am again with a new article. If you've read it, it's not a coincidence. God let you visit here to get reminded that you are precious. I will be relieved if it could be a comfort for you who read this.
For some reason, I get really tired after work, so there has been a change with my write and publish time. Now, I do it every morning. I hope you'd still be happy reading my works.
