Our work schedule was change into day shift previously. I haven't got used to it yet, but it sure feels great. I feel like I have longer rest days though it's still a 2-day rest. I think it's because I can enjoy rest for 3 nights now.

We're gonna start our OJT soon, then there's a suddedn schedule transition at the office from night time to day time. I can't get used to it since I'm not a morning person. It's hard to wake up early. 😴

Merry Christmas, everyone! I can only you had a happy and jolly one. I was stressed out these past few days by my school activities. I have to endure since I'm almost there and just a few months more, I'll be graduating. I hope and pray that I can have more energy to do this and finished what I've started. It's not easy, for sure. I'm even on the point of giving up but I'm still here.

I'm quite upset with my broken power chord since someone used it without taking care of it properly. Now, I have to buy another charger from my own pocket. It just upsetting that they can borrow it whenever they want but when it's time for me to use, I can't. I'm so upset but I can't speak it out because I don't want to blame anyone and cause chaos around the house. I'll just rant it all out here. However, I wouldn't be lending my things to anyone next time. Lesson learned.

Rest days, finally!! I got to play my mobile games. I was excited since they're releasing a new hero, and it's Lapulapu! Tried to play as him thrice, I still can't quite master his skills but getting there. So far, I've managed to do well in three battles for Quick Matches and victory's on my side.

Today, we're going home to the countryside to check on our damaged home from the typhoon. There's no electricity still, but it's okay. It's a little sacrifice and safety is more important.

Since my first year in college, I've been looking for a way to have a scholarship but some people won't really share their knowledge about it. I don't know why they're making it so confidential like they have signed an NDA but nothing like that at all. Fortunately, before the year ended last December 2024, I have been given an opportunity to process my registration and submit my documents. Earlier today, this November 2025, I finally received my first payout from CHED Scholarship. Note, I'm a graduating student already and my funds came way back from 2nd year standing still. So, in the future, I still have 2-year worth of payout to look forward even if I wouldn't be studying anymore next year. Delayed, but a very good thing. ✨

It really depends on the management skills of the higher ups on how to retain employees. If they're not doing well with mostly bad attitude, even the best performer with high salary would resign. However, it the management is fun and bearable, people would stay even if the salary is low. That's just what I have noticed with my stay in my 2- company experience.

It's really heartbreaking to see your hardwork being ruined in just a week. Two typhoons have gone by, and it sank our hardships to the bottom once again —back to square one, progress dissolved. First, the eruption of Mt. Kanlaon. Then, the earthquakes. Now, the typhoons. I'm not really sure what to do and how to recover anymore but I've gotta keep my head sane if I wanna help my family. I guess, fighting and moving forward is the only thing I can do now. 🥺 Prayer for the Philippines. 🙏

We have a relaxing vacation here in the countryside. We haven't done anything much but at least we're relaxed. We got a lot of rest before working again tonight.

I'm not the one that tolerates workpace unhealthy behaviors but I'm not also the type that can confront people right away. My biggest insecurity is my low self esteem, where I'm afraid to stand up for myself. Whenever that happens, my anxiety acts up immediately —turning my expressions into limited words. It's kind hard since I need to fight a battle within me first before I could fight any other people.

When your body gives you signs, you should listen. Don't shrug off those small burst of pains, it will be much severe next time. This is what happened to me recently. From the usual back pains to muscle spasms, it surely have escalated quickly just within a year.

So far, it has been a peaceful week. There were still some slight tremors and constant warnings from PHILVOCS because the Mt. Kanlaon is active. I hope it will not be that grave again as other islands is recovering from the previous tragedy.

Hi, how's everyone here? It has been a hectic week for me. The rain was also an annoying companion which made me feel sick. Gladly, I made it through my rest days or else, I would have been absent at work.
