Hey there, folks! Long time no see! I've been really busy lately and haven't been active on other platforms, but I'm doing my best to write whenever I can. How is everyone doing? Silently, I've been keeping up with your posts here. I miss engaging with the people here.
It's Raining in Manila Hello there! What's uppp? Has it been raining in your area lately? It's been raining here in Makati for quite some time now, making everything feel cold and gloomy. It's gotten to the point where I don't want to use an electric fan anymore 🤣 By the way, I am someone who easily gets cold that's why I find comfort in a hot cup of coffee or anything warm enough to keep me cozy. *~~Hello hugs!~~* 😁 Being my parents' favorite child *~~(self-proclaimed)~~*, my father asked me what I wanted for lunch, and without hesitation, I said Sopas. During rainy days, I always crave some comforting soup. Ramen would be great too! So, we had lunch, which consisted of spicy chicken neck and sopas. When my mom arrived home from work, she cooked champorado. It was almost dinner time by the time she finished, I decided to save the champorado for my midnight snack instead. I prefer my champorado with lots of powdered milk on top of it. I was torn between watching another episode of The Desperate Housewives or being productive and writing another draft on Hive. But instead of choosing between the two, I ended up grabbing my phone and mindlessly scrolling through TikTok 🤣 As I entered TikTok, Lola Amour's It's Raining in Manila song greeted me, and now I can't get it out of my head! *It's raining in Manila, hindi ka ba nilalamig?* Of course, I am! Then I came across videos of flooded streets in Manila, which brought back memories from my college days. During my undergraduate years, I used to live in Manila, but even before that, Wil and I used to commute back and forth to Manila because our university was located there. Every time it rained, the streets would flood ankle to knee-deep. I even recall a time when we had to pay for a kariton ride because there were no other modes of transportation to take us from Luneta to Pedro Gil. It was chaotic and anxiety-inducing, especially since we were carrying laptops with important files! Just imagine if our laptops got soaked! Thank God they didn't. As they say, It's raining in Manila, di ka makauwi. That statement couldn't be more accurate. Our classes back then end at 7pm but we often reach home at 12 midnight or 1 am. That's all for this update. I just wanted to share with you how obsessed I am with that song right now and how it took me back to my college days. Do you have any rainy day stories to share? What I Like About This Series Sheldon Cooper. Does this name ring a bell? Well, if you're into the Big Bang Theory series, for sure you know Sheldon. For the past few days, I've been watching Young Sheldon. I find myself bursting with laughter while watching each episode. Just like the series Friends, the episodes are only around 20-25 minutes long, and before I know it, I've finished another season. One thing that captivates me about this series is the fascinating stuff I've gained from the nine-year old Sheldon. I adore him and his family's sense of humor. The way his family supports him is something I really really appreciate. Family-related movies and series really make me teary-eyed. Despite being a nine-year old attending high school and college classes, Sheldon receives different form of support from his family, including his funny grandma, religious mom, football coach dad, high school brother, and his twin sister, Missy. This is my reaction to each episode, whenever they show their love and support to one another: It warms my heart whenever I witness their support and love towards each other. They may not be a perfect family but I love how they manage their household. Financially speaking, they can't afford to send Sheldon to a private school that is suited to his needs. However, they do everything to provide for him and support him. Ain't that sweet? I also admire how Sheldon pursues his curiosity and enjoys learning. Whenever he becomes curious, he doesn't give up until he finds the answers. I enjoyed the episode where he overcame his fear of solid food, thanks to the comic books! HAHAHAHA It's weird at first, but maybe we could really overcome things with the help of small things! I love that episode. How did I even end up watching this series? Thanks to TikTok! I chanced upon a tiktok video of an episode of Young Sheldon. The moment I heard the name Sheldon, I knew had to watch it. So here I am, sharing with you how I'm into this series these days. Have you watched Young Sheldon yet? If not, then what are you waiting for? I promise you'll love it! Til my next blog about Young Sheldon! **📌Onboarding Webinar!** If you want to join Hive, HivePH has an upcoming Onboarding Webinar on June 3, 8pm! Join kayo! May 29, 2023

Another Cancelled Trip? Hello there! It's been a while. How have you been? Dawn, my friend, reached out to me last night. It was nice to reconnect with her and catch up. Our conversation quickly changed to the topic of our upcoming trip to Pampanga to visit our friend, Ces. Ces had been looking forward to our visit this weekend. Unfortunately, there's a change of plan because of the Typhoon Mawar. The news is filled with updates on how destructive and strong the typhoon is. Seeing some videos of how strong it was in Guam via Twitter, left me feeling sad and concerned. Good thing, our family and friends in Guam were safe. Because of that, Dawn and I talked about whether we'll push through with the trip or not. I asked her, ***Rain or shine ba?*** and she answered: Even if we're all that excited to travel to Pampanga to spend time with Ces before she gave birth, we need to consider the risks of the unpredictable movement of the Typhoon. I mean, we might get stranded in Pampanga. Dawn and I agreed that we will cancel the trip, for now, to prioritize our safety and our responsibilities as well. It was a difficult choice because the week after this, I am not available for a trip because I have prior commitments. We really wanted to support Ces before she welcome her baby into the world but circumstances like this are beyond our control. I haven't told Ces yet. Dawn asked me to do the thing because she finds my talking skills amazing, especially when I need to talk nicely and convince someone. Lol. I don't know why but my other friends have the same thought. Maybe talking to other people nicely is my forte? Lol. I hope Ces understands our side. For sure we can find another time to visit her soon. In the meantime, we're hoping for better weather conditions. Stay safe everyone! May 26, 2023

Disappointment, How Do You Deal With It? How do you deal with disappointments? Do you cry? vent out? Do you use any creative outlets? When your friend or loved ones' action got you disappointed, what do you do? Some people usually ask why I build walls around me and why I use *bardagulan* to cope with whatever I'm feeling, whether I'm happy or sad, or if I really wanted to cry, jokes and humour never fail to be my companion. Everybody's not entitled to know what I'm feeling. Not everybody's entitled to know what's happening in my life. It's a kind of privilege I give only to the people I trust. I really don't know the answer to the question of why I'm building walls around me not until I encountered this situation. Recently, I discovered that one of my trusted friends, let's call her Lia, shared my personal life stuff with another person, without me knowing. When I shared with you my personal life stuff, my emotions, what I felt at a certain moment, it means that I trust you enough. I don't usually share random stuff about myself unless it's from my blogs. I just knew that Lia told others what I had shared with her when my other friend, Jennie, heard it. Jennie, as a concerned friend, told me about this. It was just heartbreaking to know that someone you trust can break your heart. What did I feel? Disappointed. Jennie asked if I was mad. I wasn't. I was just disappointed. It takes courage for me to trust someone about my personal life and this is what I've got, coming from the person I trust. My heart aches for the disappointment I've felt. That's when I knew the reason why I keep building walls around me. This is what I've got after opening up to other people. This is what I've got after trusting them. At the moment, I don't know what to feel or how to act around Lia. Should I confront her? Should I tell her I'm disappointed? But for what? The damage has been done and my trust has been broken. I know it would take time to process what happened and to fully recover from a broken trust. This is another lesson learned. Should I keep building walls around me to protect myself? Maybe. Back in the Game and Other Life Updates Heyyo peeps! It's me C, and I'm up to being active here again. It's been three months since I last posted here. Gahd, I miss interacting with you guys. I took a break here when I became active in Hive. I also had to attend to other stuff aside from my main job which kept me busy. I am planning to be active in publishing here again and interacting with my readcash friends. I do hope some of you are still reading this. Lol. I couldn't find the others on Hive, I am also not sure if they're there or not. I wasn't that active in noise.app either, so I really don't know what happened to the others. Hopefully, bit by bit, I could engage with y'all regularly again. How about you? Yes you, the one who's reading this. Are you still active here? How are you? Other Life Update So starting my plan of being active here, I'll share with you what happened a while ago before I had my lunch. I was working from home. I asked my youngest sister what our viand for lunch because I couldn't smell the food from the room. She gave me some clues. it was pork it was brown it has something like a flower I wonder what it was. At first, I thought it was something that has sauce. The first viand that came to mind was Pork Steak, but I realized there's no 'flower' included there unless my youngest sister look at the onion as a flower. Lol. The next viand that came to mind was Pork Puchero, but then again, I realized there's no 'flower' in there. What I meant by the flower is the broccoli tho. I thought maybe my youngest sister look at the cabbage as a flower. I couldn't think of any viand that is pork, brown and has a flower. So, I went out of the room and went to the kitchen. There, I saw this: It turned out that our viand for lunch was Chicharong Bulaklak (Fried Ruffle Fat) and Bagnet (Fried Pork Belly). I was laughing the whole time because it didn't occur to me that the pork, brown, and flower were these. My youngest sister was right though, lol. Perhaps next time, I need to think of more viand that is related to the clues she's giving. **How about you, what viand came into your mind when I mentioned pork, brown, and has flower?** Let me know in the comments! Before I end this, let me thank @Jento for not leaving my sponsorship tab. You da best! It's good to be back here. I hope my friends are still here tho. By the way, I changed my avatar because I had my hair colored and I now have bangs too! That's it for this blog. Thanks for your time. Til my next blog! 🖤C March 24, 2023

Would You or Wouldn't You?: That's The Question Howdy! It's a holiday but I had chosen to work instead of resting. I was a bit jealous though because my family went out this afternoon then there's me, working. Anyway, here's a random article. *We still have time.'* We planned to end the call at 2 pm so we could still have our break before another activity. *'It's just 1:35 pm. I have an extra question here, but I'll reserve that for next time. Should we use the wheel of names again, together with the 250 questions?'* I was the one who led the meeting a while ago. We're done with my first icebreaker, but there's still time to have another one. That's what I told them before we had this funny yet thought-provoking discussion about love. Mon, one of the coolest extroverts I know, told me that Oki, our friend, said something about love that stuck in his mind. ****'Ang hassle na ng buhay, magpapahassle ka pa ba sa pag-ibig?'**** That's Oki's question. Interestingly enough, I called names to hear their opinion about this. Most of my colleagues were older than me by a few years, so it's fascinating to know their opinion about this. Some answered NO. They wouldn't dare to be another source of hassle and pain in this cruel world. Their answers were on point. They said that if they really like someone, they wouldn't think twice about giving out their hundred per cent of love. Even those who are single and not in a relationship, they don't want their love life to be a hassle. If they like someone, they will take them seriously. For them, it's a waste of time if they'll still play games. One answered yes. For her, being a 'hassle' isn't negative at all. It's her way of testing if her partner is genuine or not. My answer? Well, my younger self would choose the complexity of love - playing games and enjoying the push and pull. But then again, I'm more mature now. I'd choose peace over mind games. I'd choose consistency over temporary highs. Life's already full of what if's. In love, I want to be someone's sure choice. That's it for this random article. It's been days since I last posted here. Will try to be active this December. Time flies so fast!! In a few months, I'll be celebrating my first year here! Yey! Regarding the sponsorships, I haven't updated mine yet, so if ever I haven't renewed yours, please bear with me. I'll try to find time to update them. I hope you're having a great day! A Wedding Invite and Another Godchild At my twenty-something age, I realized I already have a lot of godchildren. My cousin informed me last week that I'd be one of the godparents of her son. When it comes to my cousins, I wouldn't mind if they'd not ask me first if I want to become a godparent or not since we have a great relationship with each other. But if it's a friend or just an acquaintance, I'd think twice. The baptismal happened last Saturday morning. It was fun! Our busiest relative, who rarely visits because of his job being a film director, joined us, together with his boyfriend. They both work in the creatives that's why I like talking to them. We talked about literature and films the whole day and some bardagulans with our other relatives too. It was funny though because there's 'biko' in the menu and my aunt forbid my cousin to eat it because she just had her baby last week. My aunt told us that 'biko' is not good for those who recently had given birth. Weird, I said. Are you familiar with this kind of belief? Thanks, sponsors! The other day, one of my college BFFs informed me and my other friend that she wants us to host her wedding! OMG! For real! At first, she wants us to sing, then she changed her mind, she wanted us to facilitate the games for the party, then now she wants us to host. I asked her if she was serious because, for me, that's way toooo funny! I mean, I do host events in school but this one's a wedding! We might spill something so we told her to think about it one more time before finalizing it. Her wedding date falls on a Monday but that won't stop us. She thought I might not be able to attend her wedding for I have a lot on my plate but I reassured her that I will make time. She's important to me, I'm willing to take a leave and if my leave won't suffice, it's easy for me to be absent for a day or two. I'm actually excited about her wedding because finally, she's with her ***'the one'***. She used to rant all day, for years, about having issues with her ex-boyfriend and we tend to scold her a lot. I'm really glad that she's happy now with her fiance. That's it for today! I participated in the Onboarding Webinar last night, thank goodness it's done! I was actually procrastinating because my cousins and I were having the after-party of my nephew's christening. Good thing, I was able to make a presentation that same day. Whew! It's Monday again, ugh. I should fix my sleeping schedule. Lol. Ciao! November 20, 2022
Using Cartoon Characters To Recall Our Childhood Experiences Have you ever associated some TV shows with your routines? Like when a specific show is running, you immediately remember a certain routine from the past? Thanks so much, lovely peeps! ✨❤️ My colleagues and I had this as a topic of our conversation during a meeting. After discussing the agenda, we looked for an icebreaker. Usually, we opt for the 250 icebreaker questions and the wheel of names to pick who's going to answer a certain question but a colleague dropped this question: We still had an hour so we decided to use the wheel of names to decide who's going to share first. I was quite nervous because I'm the youngest and I'm not sure whether they know the cartoons I'm going to share. One shared **Mr. Bean** - both the animated and the live-action one. When K shared it, I remembered the days when my sister and I used to watch it on Disney and we still watch it even if we already know what will happen next. On the other hand, one colleague shared that her's is the **Totally Spies**! Can you still remember it? Image Source https://img.reelgood.com/content/show/301139b7-92a1-4cce-8188-eb0afe1fdc58/backdrop-1920.jpg She said she always wanted to be Sam (the orange-haired girl) but her personality is Clover (the yellow-haired one). We all laughed because we can relate! I was chosen by the wheel of names. I couldn't think of any but this specific cartoon came to mind. Image source https://i.pinimg.com/originals/b0/f2/c7/b0f2c728ff4770c8deadd7f304f3e18b.jpg At first, I couldn't remember the title! I explained to them that I remembered watching this bunny who doesn't talk but with a really great routine! I mean, imagine its routine - going t grocery stores, reading books, drinking a cup of tea, very relaxing! Then one of my colleagues commented, it's the **Untalkable Bunny**! After I confirmed, one colleague asked, **Is that even for kids?** HAHAHAHA because I remember, I watched some video clips saying that this show is for adults! LOL Let me find that video and I'll share it with you next time. Another cartoon I mentioned is **Happy Tree Friends**. When I mentioned the title, another colleague commented, ***Color me concerned, C.*** as he can't imagine why these two are the cartoons I mentioned. For him, it's not suitable for kids. HAHAHAHA The others mentioned **Sailor Moon, One Piece, Slam Dunk, Ghost Fighter**, and **Naruto**. We talked about how these animations affected our lives. Those were the days when we don't need internet connection to watch these. How about you, which cartoons or anime gave you fond memories of childhood? Let me know! Thanks for reading~ November 9, 2022

The Drawing And The Song As usual, it is another tiring yet productive day. Much love to these people! ❤️❤️❤️ Last night, I asked my partner and my friend to guess something. I told them that it's like we're playing gartic. If you're not familiar, gartic is a draw and guess game. This is what I asked them to guess. I also asked my youngest sister to guess the picture. Knowing their answers made me laugh all night! Here are their guesses: gate, door, glass, bed, coat, bread, hole, tunnel, sadako, hair ***Can you guess what it is?*** I'll reveal the answer in the later part of this blog. This drawing was actually one of my drawings when I joined our company's Cup. It was full of online games played by teams. There were four virtual rooms and we were required to play the game all throughout the day. I had chosen the Battle Game and Game of the Wits even without knowing what I'm facing. Good thing, Game of the Wits is basically about guessing the movie based on the movie lines being presented and guessing the character based on the pictures. As someone who likes watching American movies and series helped me score in the said game. On the other hand, I didn't expect that Battle Game was like Gartic! I'm not that good at drawing but when I'm very competitive. I did enjoy drawing and guessing. In the end, we won! My colleague took a screenshot of my last drawing and shared it in our Teams Chat with the caption 'rawr'. It was a buzzer-beater! It took us 13 rounds to win! Perhaps number 13 wasn't that unlucky after all. Aside from the virtual games, we also had a Guess the Mystery Singer portion. My colleague sang beautifully that we thought the song we were listening to was an original one! It took me days to figure out the title of the song! If you want to listen to it, here's the link. https://youtu.be/9I4dijLY6gA I searched for the song on Google but I wasn't able to know the title and the artist. Good thing, my colleague, who sang that song, talked to me a while ago! I was able to compliment his voice and it was also my chance to ask about the title of the song. Sadly, the song he sang was just a teaser and still unreleased. When I heard the original version, I figured I liked my colleague's version more. That's it for this random article. These are the things that made my day. Ohhh, btw! The drawing is a lion. Does it look like one? HAHAHAHA Until my next update~ November 3, 2022

Was It Even Worth It? ***Was it even worth it?*** I have been asking this question for quite some time now. There are many things I keep on doing, and I still ask myself if they're worth doing. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy those things, but at the back of my mind, I need validation to consider them worthy. But hey, how do we know if things are worthy it? Hmmm.. Thanks, sponsors ✨ What are those things? The first one is sleeping late. I know I have been ranting about this lately, but still, I can't help but sleep late. What am I doing late at night? Well, I eat most of the time. Haha! I should ask myself then.. *what keeps you up at night?* Maybe my thoughts... some tasks I need to do the next day... some random lyrics from Midnights by Taylor Swift... or an emoji I just recently discovered in Discord. Another thing is my recent purchase... Nitro! I, together with Jiji, JM, and Mebu purchased it mainly for the emojis! No more waiting for other Nitro users to react first before we could use the cute emojis, we can now do it ourselves. Hooray! We were having our conversation in the general chat when I saw that Mebu was already using cool emojis. I hurriedly opened my Gcash to check if I still had extra money left to pay for the Nitro. Good thing I have some left! A few seconds later, I'm using the cool emojis too! We bought that kind of happiness for Php 99! I'm still not sure if it's worth it. Oh well! There are times when I feel like some things I've chosen were not worth it but there's a voice at the back of my mind that says they are worth it. Perhaps it doesn't matter if they're worthy or not, as long as we're having fun and enjoying the moment. **Have you been sleeping late recently like me?** **What keeps you up at night?** **Do you have a recent purchase? What is it?** **Were they worth it?** **Let me know!** *Heyyoo! It's been a while; how's your Monday going?* *Mine's a bit busy, and I wasn't able to interact with others that much today. Thanks to my daily dose of coffee, I was able to get through the day even if I only had 3 hours of sleep.* *Thanks a lot to those who stick around even if I'm inactive. Love you all!* *For the sponsorship, I'm still budgeting some BCH since I have at most 23 sponsorships to renew, so if I haven't renewed yours, bear with me 🥹* I hope you all are doing fine. Get Ready To Rip Those Clothes *Rip those clothes, as soon as possible!* *Hurry, rip those now!* These are just two of the sentences I've read the other day. Why do they need to rip those clothes? *(Okay, I admit, this got me thinking some inappropriate things once again)* Thanks again, sponsors! What are those instances when you need to rip your own clothes or someone else's? I was eating my snack the other day while I was browsing some posts online. I chanced upon a post that piqued my interest. ***Do we need to burn or rip our clothes when we got into accidents or life-threatening situations? Was that a superstition?*** It got me thinking. Was there a superstition like that? One of the readers commented on his own experience. He said he didn't believe it until it happened to their family. His father had a terrible heart attack and he was the only company. He took a picture of his father then he sent it to his family through Messenger. Good thing, he's quick enough to accompany his father to the hospital that day or else, it could've been worse. A year passed by, and his father experienced another terrible heart attack. He took a picture of his father again to inform his family. That's when one of his sisters pointed out the shirt their father was wearing. It was the same shirt he was wearing before when he experienced a life-threatening situation. They then decided to rip the clothes already. Another anecdote was from an adult woman who likes to shop in thrift stores. She said she bought certain clothing from Ukay-Ukay. Whenever she wear that certain clothing, she face misfortunes. The recent one she had was she was hit by a car. From then on, she ripped and burned what she bought from ukay. I don't know if these stories are true but there are a lot of stories that claims - **rip the clothes you've used when you had an accident or life-threatening situation.** My take on this The clothes has nothing to do with our circumstances. Perhaps, it's a reminder of what used to be - could be a life-threatening scenario, a bad day, or any inconvenience we've faced before -- that whenever we wear that certain clothing, it reminds us the traumatic experience as if we're still experiencing it. How about you? Do you think it's beneficial that we should rip and burn the clothes we've used when we faced accidents or any bad situation? Have you tried it before? October 18, 2022
I Am Good With My Hands What things popped into your mind when you read the title? Have you thought of something wholesome?.... or maybe not? Thanks a lot, sponsors! ❤️ At work, we held our meetings every Thursday and Friday. While I was working on paperworks, a notification popped up. At precisely 10 in the morning, there's a meeting to welcome the newly hired peeps. Our workplace's tradition is to embrace the newly hired peeps on a Tuesday. In that meeting, there's no real agenda to be discussed. It's just catch-up and getting to know each other, especially the newly hired ones. If I remembered it clearly, there were three. We usually introduce ourselves by stating our names and something interesting about ourselves. Then, we need to answer a random question. A while ago, the random question was about household chores: ***What is your favorite household chore?*** I was called by a colleague. I started introducing myself then I answered the random question by saying that it's difficult for me to choose *just* one household chore ***because I'm good with my hands.*** After I uttered those words, some of my colleagues burst into laughter. That's when I realized that what I've said has another meaning!! ***(Well, what do you think it is?)*** Hahaha! It's been a minute and more before we called another colleague to answer. That was embarrassing, especially since our supervisors were also in the meeting. Looking at it from a different angle, what other tasks can I perform well with my hands? **Lettering and Calligraphy (Writing)** I don't have a talent for drawing, but I have good handwriting. I hope that's my way of compensating for my lack of skill in drawing. Lol. **Playing musical instruments** At an early age, I learned how to play the piano. I pursued learning how to play the guitar when I was in high school. **Baking and making desserts** Another thing that compensates for my lack of cooking skills is that I can bake and make desserts. There are still many incredible things that I could do with my hands *(we're wholesome here, okay??)* Hahaha! I can still hear the laughter of my colleagues after I uttered those words. Ughhh! How come they associated it with something inappropriate when we're in a meeting? 😂 What other tasks can you perform well with your hands? Let me know! October 14, 2022 I hope you had a great Friday! I'm looking forward to the weekend! Thanks for reading~
Some Things You Just Can't Refuse In life, there are things that we keep on choosing, no matter what. It could be food, a habit, or a person. Sounds familiar? Haha, is it a red flag? Well, I'll leave the thinking to you. *Thanks for sticking around, sponsors! ❤️* A few days ago, I talked with a friend about my decision to attend the Music Festival. True enough that the concert is pricey but the idea of it happening once a year... or more.. keeps on running through my head. If I were to attend the concert, the consequence is that I'd get to spend a lot on it. Aside from the ticket that costs almost Php 16,000, the venue is a bit far from my place, so my friend and I would need to rent an Airbnb or stay in a nearby hotel since it's a two-day event. ***It's pricey, and yet you'd still go for it.*** That's what my friend said after I mentioned that I'd still push through (if there are no conflicts with my schedule). I told her that ***some things are worth choosing despite the consequences.*** After a while, a thought popped up. **What are the other things I keep choosing despite the consequences?** **Staying up late at night** Sleepy mornings and waiting for the caffeine to kick in. Despite the feeling of being exhausted, I like staying up late. This past few months, I have found myself productive at night. **Ordering via Grab Food** I keep ordering snacks through Grab food even if we have food stocks at home. There are days when I really crave something. Good thing food deliveries are there to the rescue. The cons? Sooo pricey! **Drinking with friends on a weekday** I can't say no to my friends who keep asking for my presence on a weekday night, even if it makes me sleepy the next day. I've learned how to limit my alcohol intake somehow when we drink on a weekday because I have classes the next day. I can't afford to be a drunk teacher! Lol. To be honest, there are a lot aside from these things. *Are these things worth it?* Hmm, at some point, yes, but most of the time, I complain about how these things negatively affected me. Despite the consequences, I'm still choosing these. Lol. Perhaps I need to change for the better. How about you? What are the things that you keep on choosing despite the consequences? Thanks for reading this random article of mine! I hope you had a great weekend! How To Identify If I Deserve It? Have you ever asked yourself the question ***Do I deserve this?*** That question has both positive and negative meanings: ***Do I deserve this? UwU*** - where you feel like you don't deserve the good things that have been happening to your life; and then there's ***Do I deserve this?*** - where you feel like you're carrying all the problems in the world Yesterday, when I was about to end my shift at work, a message popped up. It's from a friend who's really into music. She's one of my high school friends. We used to bring our guitars to school just to have jamming sessions during break time. We also used to go to private studios to play music. Ahh, those days! We've been talking about the **Heads in the Clouds Manila Music and Arts Festival**. It's the **88rising** event that will be held on **December 9 and 10**, showcasing a lot of artists like **Niki, Joji, BIBI, Ylona Garcia, Rich Brian, EaJ, YOASOBI,** and a lot more! Last August, we already talked about whether to buy the tickets already or to wait for further announcements. HITC disclosed the price of the tickets even without the lineup, last August. If we availed the ticket last August, even without knowing the lineup, we could've saved Php 3000 for the VIP pass. Then again, we're not sure whether our bet, like Niki, is in the lineup. We thought there was still a possibility for Niki to have her own solo concert here in Manila. We decided to put it aside for a month. Came October, HITC released the official line up and now we regret not buying earlier. VIP now costs Php 15,888. My friend and I were still undecided, about whether to push through or not because, to be honest, we don't know if we deserve to attend HITC 😂 ***How do we even distinguish if we deserve something?*** We often use the terms ***deserve ko 'to*** / ***deserve mo 'yan*** but then again, do we really deserve it? Perhaps life isn't about us, humans, deserving of things or not. For me, it's just a justification. When we find reasons to have something, then we say we deserve it. When we find reasons ***not*** to have something, then we say we don't deserve it. It's all about how deeply we understand our desires toward something. Just like what Paolo Coelho said in one of his books, ***All that you are seeking is seeking you.*** ***Now, do I deserve to attend HITC?*** I'd say yes because I have my reasons and I really love to go. I'm still undecided whether to go for the VIP or if Gen Ad is already enough. Anyway, have you uttered **I deserve it** recently? What is it? Let me know! October 7, 2022

The One Where the Music Boosted My Mood Yesterday was tiring! I felt like I was really drained. Ugh, Mondays. I was working nonstop yesterday; I even forgot the time. It was 2 in the morning when my eyes started to feel the need to rest while I was reviewing for an early meeting the next day. I wasn't able to reply to a lot of messages last night because of that. I've been thinking about a lot of things as well as if my brain can handle 39 tabs simultaneously opened inside my head. Good thing I always have paper and pen with me on my desk so I could write whatever is bothering me. It helps though. Since I slept at 2 in the morning, I woke up feeling empty. I'm not sure if that's the right term but I'm not feeling well. I was actually thinking if I'd go to work or use my leave to rest and unwind. Luckily, our company prioritizes our mental health, we can take leaves even without stating the reason. I went to the kitchen to check what was for breakfast. I'm really grateful that I still live with my parents. My breakfast - fried rice, egg, and longganisa was already on the table, waiting for me. What would I do without them preparing everything for me? I'd probably have just bread and coffee for breakfast, then canned goods for lunch and dinner. Hahahaha! While I was making my coffee, I'm weighing the pros and cons of not reporting to work just for today. If I won't report to work, I'd miss the meeting, the reason why I'm still up at 2 am. I was busy preparing for it last night. The ending? I decided to go to work despite not feeling well. It's not the physical kind of not feeling well though, it's more emotional and mental. Perhaps it's a sign for me to unwind already. While waiting for the others to join the meeting, one of my colleagues played upbeat background music. It was really good that I, myself, started to feel better at some point. The meeting lasted for almost five hours. It was draining mentally, yes, but because of the music, I was able to redirect my focus. Actually, I'm not sure if it's the music or the coffee that boosted my mood. Either way, I'm glad I did report to work. *Nag iinarte lang ako. Sayang ang leave!* Music really helps in changing my mood for the better, that's why I love making playlists. Although, most of the time, I depend on Spotify mixes and radios for the recommendation. I also refer to TikTok songs haha! TikTok helps us to rediscover songs from ages ago! Lol. Anyway, this is just a random blog of my kaartehan this morning. Til my next update! Ciaoooo~ October 4, 2022
Making Another Month Better - Plans This October October is a month-long celebration for me. Aside from the fact that it is my birth month, there are many things that I look forward to at this time of the year. *Thanks for sticking around, sponsors!* **Birthdays** I celebrate my cake day this month, alongside many other birthday parties. It became a routine for me and one of my college circles to celebrate our birthdays. We're all born in October; thus, we made this month our yearly get-together. **Halloween Parties** I don't know about you, but I love dressing up for Halloween parties. I look forward to Halloween parties with students and also with my friends. I'm not into sweets, though, but I'd appreciate the drinks ☺️ **Coffee** October first is National Coffee Day! Did you drink one or more yesterday? For a coffee lover like me, every day is the coffee day! **Museums and Galleries** I mentioned in my previous blogs that I love visiting museums and galleries. Sadly, my museum and gallery buddy is already out of the country. This month, I'm looking forward to going to museums and galleries alone, or maybe I'll tag my friends along. October is also known as the Museums and Galleries month too! My September Recap Every month is a busy month for me. Last month, I only published **six articles**! That's the lowest number of articles I've posted so far. What's happening? Well, life happened! These are the articles I published last month: **Letting Go of August on The First of September** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/letting-go-of-august-on-the-first-of-september-2490c211 **The One with The Ice Pick** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/the-one-with-the-ice-pick-f39dcdd7 **My Preference: I Like It Long** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/my-preference-i-like-it-long-29affccb **Another Motivation To Do Better** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/another-motivation-to-do-better-5be6237d **Games and Other Random Stuff** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/games-and-other-random-stuff-22907e3e **This is What I Got From Sleeping Early** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/this-is-what-i-got-from-sleeping-early-66008083 This month, I'm aiming for **15 articles** at the least. I'm challenging myself here despite my hectic schedule. Wish me luck! I'm still struggling to manage my sponsorships. Please bear with me if I haven't renewed yours. I haven't been very active here lately. Life Updates September was fast and tiring at the same time. My September consisted of sleepless nights and lots of workloads. Hopefully, I get to sleep a lot and rest well this month. I'm looking forward to my October weekends since they are fully booked from all the invites of my friends to celebrate my birthday. How I wish my partner is here, though. Long-distance relationship sucks. I can't say I'm really okay, but perhaps I'd say I'm learning how to surf the waves. I guess that's it for now! Let's connect here as well. Thanks for stopping by✨ https://noise.app/cthings October 2, 2022
This is What I Got From Sleeping Early I am a morning person. Well, I used to. I used to sleep at 9 or 10 in the evening, then wake up as early as 5 am. That was my routine before the pandemic happened. Thanks for sticking around, sponsors! ❤️ These past few months, I've been sleeping late until it became a habit, even on the weekdays. There were times when I was still awake until 3 in the morning, and I had to wake up at 5 am for work. I do that thrice a week! I regret it in the afternoon, but I'd still do it again because I have many things to do! Last night was somewhat different. I've been telling myself I'd sleep early this month, for my body's sake!! And well, of course, for my overall well-being. I planned to sleep at 9 or 10 pm last night, but my partner and I were still talking. We're already in a long-distance relationship, and having the time to speak with her is one of the things I value. Due to an internet connection problem, we ended the call at 10 pm. I was wondering if I should do my other job or sleep early. I chose the latter. At around 11 pm, I fell asleep while listening to my playlist on Spotify. I woke up in the middle of the night, perhaps around 2 in the morning. Have you ever felt like you've suddenly been summoned by something? Hahaha, because that was the feeling! It felt like someone was calling me. That's why I suddenly woke up. *Has any of you been thinking of me?* Lol. Kidding! Or maybe I just forgot to do something important? Oops!!! I didn't bother to go to the restroom, or else I'd stay awake. I didn't check my phone as well because, for sure, I'd be tempted to do the endless scrolling on my other socials. I opted to go back to sleep. I've heard Ariana Grande's voice singing ***Heaven sent you to me. I'm just hoping I don't repeat history.*** That's my alarm! It's already 5 am! What's the default thing to do when it alarms? Of course, hit the snooze button! I went back to sleep. Then, I heard my bedroom door open! My younger sister went in to ask for my permission because she wanted to borrow my old shirt. **Fuuuuuudge! It's already 6:33 am! I'm already late!! I was supposed to log in at precisely 6:30 am. I'm doomed.** I hurried to my PC and turned it on. Good thing I'm working from home today! I tried to fix my body clock by sleeping early, but this happened. I guess it's not yet the right time to sleep early, eh? So, tonight, I'd be a night owl once again. Thanks for dropping by! ❤️ September 28, 2022
Happy Monday! I've been away for how many days already 🥲 Will be back soon! For now, let's catch up on noise.app, I'm there too https://noise.app/cthings ❤️
Games and Other Random Stuff I've had a long, long day. I had no idea that one hour of sleep and three coffee doses would be enough to get me through the day. I recently met my colleagues in an international company where I'm currently working part time. I'm doing my best to keep from dozing off while attending the webinar. Gosh, getting to know them makes me want to work overtime!! Most of them are in the same age as me and they're cool af!! The majority of them majored in art, however several also studied literature. We even made the decision to get inked before the year ends. Guess who's excited? Games! Last night, Mebu informed me that he received 4 hive tokens from Hiveph garticbot. I immediately checked my wallet and there, I also received mine! I had no idea that playing Gartic would allow us to earn hives. Cooooool! Games! I came across the Unpacking game while browsing some games. I've already seen this game in Tiktok and it's really satisfying. I'm actually planning to buy that one very soon. Games! My friend, J, sent a template of a video game bingo and from that we talked about **Japanese Role Playing Games (jrpg)**. This is the template that he sent. I'm not supposed to think of what to put in because we're still working, but I can't help it. Sims 4 is definitely going to be one of my guilty pleasures. With that, I asked what he included in his video game bingo card. It looked like this: However, I'm not surprised that we share the same game under the category of guilty pleasures. Hahaha I also asked for their recommendations because I was planning to purchase another game for my birthday, and they offered the following: I really love ***Stardew Valley*** so I checked the ***Coral Island*** right away. As you can see, we're talking as early as 7 am about random stuff. J added that there are more characters on Coral Island than in Stardew Valley. In fact, he sent photo of it: Ahhhhh! This game has a lot of Southeast Asian references, which is extremely amazing, aside from the quantity of characters, we can customize them as well. This game will be released on October 11 and I can't wait! In time for my birth month! Games. Tomorrow is Friday so you know what that means! It's **Game Night** in **HivePH discord** server and this time, I'll be hosting it together with Mebu! See you there at exactly **8pm** 😊 September 15, 2022

Another Motivation To Do Better I'm quite active and inactive these days. I'm trying to make the most of my time before I head on to another tight schedule. So far, my schedule is not that hectic that's why I was able to interact on discord and post blogs too. I'm afraid I get busy starting next week. I'm already planning ahead and prioritizing things. I believe that there's no such thing as ***I don't have time***, it's a matter of time management. **If you value it, make time for it.** It was 1st of September when I participated the Hive Power Up Day. Looking back at my progress last August in all of my blogging platforms, I was really inactive. When it comes to crypto, I'd say it's my bear days. Seeing my virtual friends' growth makes me want to be like them too. Their growth inspires me to become better and be consistent as well. I've been here for months, and among the things I've learned is that consistency is key and that even little steps could add up to a lot of progress. Yesterday, thanks to @Eunoia, he notified us that @Ayane-chan and I won 300 HP delegation from the generous supporters on hive. I'm actually surprised, and I didn't expect that I'd be included in the winner list. This delegation is another motivation for me to do better when it comes to blogging both here and on hive. I also wanted to share this blessing to others by using it wisely. I included in my post last September 1st that one of my goals in hive is to support others too by delegating, but then again, I could only do that if I have lots of HP to delegate, that's why I push myself to make my account grow. That's my way of sharing my blessings since the community has been so supportive throughout my journey. Self-care is what I'm into this 2022. I'm a risk taker and I love challenges but as the time goes by, fear and negativities keep on eating me alive. I used to accept challenges without thinking the downsides but now, all I did is to think twice. ***Is that what they called growing up? If that's it, then I don't want that.*** I want to bring back the old me, the one who keeps on going no matter what. No what ifs and not indecisive. I'm still in the process and I'm actually loving it. I'm learning and unlearning a lot. Have you experienced that also? What did you do to fight it? Thanks for reading this random article. What motivates you to do better? September 8, 2022
My Preference: I Like It Long Oops oops, I know what you're thinking. Keep going. I will talk about it here. I already mentioned my preference before that I also like it big. This time, I'll explain why I like it long. Drop those ***green thoughts*** because it's not all about it. I'll share with you why I like to have a long generation of family... in Sims 4. Lately, I've been thinking what story plot to follow in playing Sims, then I chanced upon a post in the Sims 4 group about the generations and generations of her character. ***Isn't it great to see your own family tree?*** So, I created another family in Sims 4 with the goal of having a loooong and big family tree. As of now, this is the family I'm playing. Both of the grandparents died because of old age. Boring though, I want them to die in a complicated or funny way. The daughter married a junior draftsman. They gave birth to a son, who's now a high schooler, and to a triplet - two beautiful girls and a handsome boy. I usually use the ***age up*** option to make the pacing faster because I want the grandkids to have their own family already. In that way, the family tree would be bigger and longer. Plus, I love dramas about the families in sims. Oh! I forgot to mention, they have a live in service, one maid and one nanny. The **maid got pregnant**, thanks to the grandfather of this family 😂 The granny died weeks before the grandfather, and he took advantage of it by flirting the maid. Goodness! What a drama! Hahaha I have yet to see the baby of the maid though. If ever, the family tree would be quite complicated and interesting. I'm open for suggestions and recommendations, so feel free to drop whatever you think would spice up the story. I'm also thinking of creating an apartment for my hiveph friends. The apartment would be chaotic for sure hahaha. I got the idea from Demotry. It takes 30 minutes to 1 hour for me to create a specific Sim. I want the features to be accurate as much as possible, although I doubt if I can do it accurately since some of the hairstyles and eye shapes are not available. Perhaps one of these days, I'll post it here. I'm still gathering some reference for their face, body, preferred style, and personality. I also tried making Sims based on a movie and tv series. It's actually fascinating because I can create my own ending on Sims 4 hahaha. Again, if you have some suggestions, let me know. Thanks for reading! September 6, 2022

The One with The Ice Pick Howdy hoomans? It's Sunday and it means I'll just be resting and relaxing all day because tomorrow is back to workday. ***What do you mostly do on a Sunday though?*** Usually, I clean my bedroom, listen to podcasts, read a book, have a movie marathon, and cook my favorite snacks. Last night was another fun weekend night because we get to play Mafia again, unexpectedly. I thought we could only play it every Friday after the game night. I'm really happy when I get to play a game that I like, not to mention that I'm playing it with my virtual friends. Aside from playing the mafia game itself, there's also a mini game in the Mafia channel where we could rob other participants with the command m.rob then the username. It's fun to play that mini game because we can see our own Mafia money points increase and decrease. There are times that we get frustrated when we can't rob others because of their defense and how weak our weapons are. Speaking of weapons.. last night, I woke up in the middle of the night because someone's using an ice pick as a weapon to rob me. Was it you, @Jijisaur and the gang?😂 I was walking with my friends, heck I don't even know who those friends are, but I know they're my friends based on how I treat them. We were about to attend an event, can't remember what it is but perhaps it's a concert? We were walking to get into the car when someone tried to block and stop us from getting into the car. In my dream, I can't see the person's face, but I know that person is familiar. That person was holding an ice pick, pointing to the side of my body, under the ribs. I was so scared! That person is not alone though, there's another person from afar holding a revolver. Lol! That's one of the weapons we used in Mafia to rob the others. *Kaka-mafia ko yata 'to.* I whispered to my friends who were currently hiding that they should call the cops or other people who could save us from the hold up. Gahd, I was terrified that I woke up in the middle of the night, trembling! I really thought it was real, thank God it's not! It's just another bad dream. When I slept once more, the dream continued. What!? I was about to give up my phone and my wallet, just for them not to harm me, when a car came. It was the police. The robbers run as fast as they could, and in seconds, they were gone. Shocked and still can't believe I survived it; I sat on the floor... and that's how I saw the lights coming from my window, greeting me a good morning. Have you experienced being in that kind of situation in your dreams? September 4, 2022
Letting Go of August on The First of September Salt air and rust on your door season is over and August slipped away into a moment in time. Are you happy that we're already entering the Ber months? I'm actually sooo excited because Ber months are my favorite! Why? I'll reserve that for another article. In this blog, I'll just share with you how I spent September first and how I let go the month of August. There's an instagram story that says **August Dump** where people would share the highlights of their August. Might as well do it here as my August recap. Before that, let me share with you first my writing progress last month. I was able to publish a total of **11 articles** last month. It's not that much as I had gotten sick and I travelled for quite awhile that I didn't have the time to draft some articles but still I'm happy that I had 11 blogs. **It's a Brand New Month** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/its-a-brand-new-month-a9e15a7a **I Think It's A Silly Reason** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/i-think-its-a-silly-reason-26f6ee89 **She Found A Rose Hiding Under The Pillow** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/she-found-a-rose-hiding-under-the-pillow-3cc7c08e **This Is What Happens When You Laugh So Hard** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/this-is-what-happens-when-you-laugh-so-hard-a6acc42d **Because I Am Not A Kid Anymore** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/because-i-am-not-a-kid-anymore-285348de **An Exciting Game I Like Playing** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/an-exciting-game-i-like-playing-74198dd7 **Sing Along With High School Musical: The Musical** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/sing-along-with-high-school-musical-the-musical-6ece3044 **My Recent Life Happenings** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/my-recent-life-happenings-2cea40e3 **We're Looking For My Aunt Last Night** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/were-looking-for-my-aunt-last-night-f6d50268 **Look Both Ways And For Sure You Will Be Okay** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/look-both-ways-and-for-sure-you-will-be-okay-971e410b **How To Be A Cool Parent? I Admire Their Parenting Style** https://read.cash/@itsmeCguro/how-to-be-a-cool-parent-i-admire-their-parenting-style-6409e587 Looking back at my previous goal setting at the very first day of August, I mentioned that my goal is to publish 15 articles and looking at my blogs now, I only had 11. Sorry self, bawi na lang next month. Another goal that I've set last month is to sponsor more than 20 readcash users. So far, I'm still sponsoring 20 users. I haven't updated it yet so if I haven't renewed yours, don't worry, I will. August Recap **Cagayan Trip** Our Cagayan trip is basically one of the highlights of my August. I brought with me this little squishy because my youngest sister wants me to have a photo of it wherever I go. **Outfit Planning** Every time I travel, it's a must to mix and match my outfits beforehand. It takes me a whole day to pack my things because I can't decide which outfit to bring. I tend to overpack because I bring a lot of clothes and accessories with me. Here's a picture of one of the outfits I'm matching. I take pictures of the combinations so that I'll refer to them when I'm about to choose the outfit for the day. It's convenient for me that way. **House of the Dragons** I've been looking forward to this show. If you're a fan of Game of Thrones like me, you better watch this as well. I'm looking forward to the weekly episode of this show. Perhaps I've found another way to destress every week. **Friday Night Discord Games** I've already joined several games on the HivePH Discord server but only this August that I get to win two of the games. Lucky August! **Sick** I've been inactive for quite sometime in all the blogging platforms that I'm handling because I got sick for a week after traveling. Thank God I bounced back! Throughout my sick days, I've been drinking this lemon ginger with honey tea made by my mom. That's it for this article. I hope our September is full of abundance and awesomeness ✨💖 September 1, 2022

How To Be A Cool Parent? I Admire Their Parenting Style Do you admire some parents on the way they do parenting? Because I do! As a teacher, I encountered only a few parents that I really admire. Most of the parents I've met are busy and are not hands-on when it comes to their children. I'm not against those working parents because I grew up with two career-oriented parents. What I'm saying is that parents should be there during the formative years of their children because that would be their children's foundation. Back when I was in college, I really admire my philosophy professor. The way he thinks and the way he reason out everything. My classmates and I were the happiest when we discovered that he got married to her girlfriend then, whom we admire for being so gorgeous! Now, they have two witty sons. One of the things I love about their parenting style is that they didn't had a baptismal or christening for their children. They reserve their children's rights to choose their own religion which I find very amusing! In our culture, the religion of the parents is automatically the religion of the children, especially if they are still kids. The mom sacrificed her career temporarily just so she could take care of their sons. They opted to have them home-schooled first before entering the usual classroom set up, which I find really good. The important values were taught very well to the kids. I'm friends with them on Facebook and whenever I log in to my account, I always search for their updates regarding their family situations because their posts always make my day. Sharing with you here some of their random posts that made my day: Lance, the first born kiddo is defending himself why he's always in a rush - he then said that life is short so might as well do everything in a hurry. That's the same reason why he doesn't want to sleep in the afternoon, I guess he's thinking it's a waste of time hahahaha I don't know how they teach philosophy to their kids but I really admire their kids' way of thinking. Plus, they taught them to use Filipino instead of English as their mother tongue! If I were to become a parent in the near future, I also want to use some of their parenting techniques. Of course we don't know what's happening behind the scenes, we were only given a glimpse of their daily lives. **How about you, do you have someone you admire when it comes to parenting? Why?** August 31, 2022

Look Both Ways And For Sure You Will Be Okay **Have you ever questioned your choices in life?** Like having the ***'what ifs'*** of every situation you're dealing with.. whether you're just picking which flavor of ice cream to order or you're having a hard time deciding if you'll attend an event or not. **What would life and love be if you chose a different path?** What would your life look like if you didn't marry your husband/wife? What would your life be if you didn't take that course? I was looking for a movie to watch yesterday after I watched the House of the Dragon episode 2 when I chanced upon the movie **Look Both Ways.** Image Source https://dvd-fever.co.uk/look-both-ways-the-dvdfever-review-netflix-lili-reinhart/ I basically thought that the movie is about a girl who lives the best of both worlds but I was wrong. Natalie, the main character, is an aspiring animator who's about to graduate college. Then one night, she was in the bathroom, with her bff, taking a pregnancy test that changed her life. Was it positive? or negative? That's the beginning of the story. It tackles the two different possible paths for Natalie. Why did I like the movie? Aside from the fact that it is a movie starring Lili Reinhart, I also liked the plot. It is very relatable! If you're a young adult like me, things about decision making, friendship, relationship with our parents, and also love life were catered in this movie. Oh I almost forgot, it's also pursuing what you really love. Lessons I've Learned from this movie **What's meant for you will always find its way.** True enough, what's destined for us is for us. Even with the **detours** and **not yet**s of life, if it is meant to be, it will be. They say we'll regret the choices we didn't pick and the chances we didn't take but along the way, those choices and chances will emerge once again, maybe not in the same form but in the way that's suitable to our current situation. I am a believer that things that are meant for me will find its way to me no matter what, no matter how, no matter when. **You will be okay.** Whichever path we take, whatever decision we make... at the end of the day, we will be okay. There are several instances when we thought it's already the end of us, like there's no chance of getting back up again but in reality, there is and we'll survive. Life is tough but we are tougher. If you happen to watch this movie, let us know your thoughts too. It's available on Netflix but you can also watch it here. https://fmoviesgo.to/movie/look-both-ways-2022-full-86178 August 30, 2022

We're Looking For My Aunt Last Night What would you do if a relative or a family member is missing in the middle of the night? It was 10pm last night, while I was reading some articles and drafting some blogs, my cousin messaged me and asked if her mom is in our house. Ever since I graduated college, my relatives call me 'teacher' because that's my profession. Our houses are near to each other and my aunts usually go to our house just to check us out or just for a little chitchat. It was already 10pm, my parents are on their bed already when I told my mom that my aunt was missing. My mom is quite paranoid now that we've heard of multiple news about kidnapping in the Metro. Rules in our household got stricter, especially when we're bound to go outside these days. I asked my cousin if she already asked my other aunts who happen to live near our area as well. Unfortunately, my aunt wasn't there too. I'm the one who talks to my cousin but I relay the message to my mom who's also worried at the time. I asked what happened and if my aunt has her phone with her. It seemed like there was a commotion in their residence last night because my nephews refuse to listen to my aunt regarding their studies. My aunt got mad and walked away without bringing her phone. It's already past 10pm but my aunt hasn't come back yet. My mom thought that maybe she's with one of our neighbors because one of them is my aunt's friend. We contacted our neighbor, sadly, she's not picking the phone up. Perhaps she's asleep already. My cousin is really worried and there are a lot of what ifs in her mind. *What if my aunt was so mad that she doesn't pay attention to where she's going? What if she gets hit by a car while walking mindlessly? What if.. what if..?* We were about to go outside and go to the nearest fast food chains and stores to look if my aunt was there. My cousin together with her partner was about to go to the barangay to ask for help too.. when my cousin messaged me again. Ok na, so it means my aunt's home already? Yep. While they're preparing their electronic bike to roam around the streets, they saw my aunt holding a plastic of goods from Mercury Drugstore, walking towards them. My aunt asked them where they're going in the middle of the night.. and that's how they told her they're about to find her. We were relieved that my aunt was just buying stuff from the drugstore. She said she took some time to unwind because she was so mad, she doesn't want to say negative things to her grandchildren that's why she went outside. We jokingly told her that my cousins were about to post her on Facebook as a missing person hahaha and that we were about to go to the barangay too to report. We also asked her to bring her phone with her at all times so we can contact her. She can't blame us for worrying because of the recent news about the missing people. I'm just glad she's safe. Paranoid as it may seem, we can't help but to be worried whenever a family member, relatives, or friends are not yet home. Take care everyone and stay safe! Bring your phones with you and update your family members of your recent whereabouts for them not to worry. August 29, 2022

My Recent Life Happenings I really miss blogging and interacting. I've been away for two weeks! The first week I was traveling in Cagayan for my cousin's wedding and of course to travel as well. The second week is the time I spent recovering from being sick. Thank you, sponsors, for remembering me! 💖 I honestly tried to write and post articles and even short updates on noise but I find it really difficult to enjoy traveling while posting lol. I'm the person who really enjoys traveling and exploring things, then when I want to reminisce, that's the time I want to blog and post about it. My Facebook era is now gone lol, I don't post much now on my social media accounts, even on my instagram, unless it's an IG story. I guess I prefer it that way. Up until now, I'm still wondering how I got sick. The moment we landed in Makati from Cagayan, I made sure to energize myself because I know I still have lots of travels waiting for me before I get to work again. We received a notification that weekend that my sister will have her full blast face to face classes already, same with my other sister. Both of them needs to go to school that Monday but we hadn't bought any single school stuff yet. Travel pa more. So, my mom decided we go to the nearest mall which is SM Aura. Since it's the nearest and we usually go there for shopping, I suggested that we go to SM Makati instead for a change of atmosphere, although we usually shop there too. We were out to buy several things that my sisters need but I guess I'm the most excited. As a person who loves school supplies and things about arts and crafts, National Book Store, Typo, and other related shops are my thing. My youngest sister already had her shoes and uniform, together with a bag so we opt to buy her notebooks, pens, and paper just for the opening of classes. While my mom was picking a rubber shoes for my youngest sister, I'm persuading my youngest sister to get the fluffy pencil case hahaha. She doesn't look excited, to be honest, and she just wanted to buy another Beanie Boo (that's her toy collection). Ending? I was the one who chose her pencil case, gladly she agreed with the design. It was just a plain pencil case with pink paws printed on it. My other sister did not buy anything, I'm being suspicious whether she's still attending classes or not hahaha. **Hive related thingz** I won from last night's discord game! Yeyyy! I actually ranked second, Jiji won first place but thankfully, I got 3 Hive as the reward as well 🥳 Friday nights are best spent with HivePH peeps, although last night we were only few. I wonder where were the others. JM was the host last night, I had fun as usual! Saturday Shenanigans I didn't do any productive thing today aside from posting again. I watched **Minions: The Rise of Gru** while waiting for my afternoon snack. My parents don't want me to do any household chores yet because I just recovered from being sick, plus it's the weekend. They want me to just rest. That's it for today's update. I checked on my sponsorship list and I forgot to renew some sponsorships, bear with me. I'll renew them one by one, don't worry 💖 Thanks so much for dropping by! August 27, 2022
