I am craving for something salty and I decided to make an egg chips. This is easy to prepare. You just need a cornstarch , all purpose flour , egg , salt and pepper to taste. I first cook it last year after I watched a video in YT. And if you want to make the crispiness last long you need to put an ice on the batter. It taste like chicken skin guys.
