I am craving for something salty and I decided to make an egg chips. This is easy to prepare. You just need a cornstarch , all purpose flour , egg , salt and pepper to taste. I first cook it last year after I watched a video in YT. And if you want to make the crispiness last long you need to put an ice on the batter. It taste like chicken skin guys. You can dip it on vinegar 🙂
