Maglakbay sa Mundo ng Mitolohiya
For this day, allow me to introduce you in the world of Mythology. It is not about the Greek one nor the Roman mythologies. It is about Filipino Mythologies. Yes, you have read it right. So, if you are excited about this, ready yourself because it will be a series of articles since it is quite numerous. This is it, *pansit!*

**“Ang Bulaklak ng Viera”**
Sa isang malayong lugar na tinatawag na Halisaya, nakatira ang mga taong tinatawag na Kaylens. Ang mga Kaylens ay may kani-kanyang kapangyarihan. Nahahati ang Halisaya sa apat na dibisiyon, ito ay ang mga Lera Halisaya, Hera Halisaya, Mera Halisaya at ang pinakamakapangyarihan sa kanilang lahat, ang Vera Halisaya. Ang Vera Halisaya ay pinapagitnahan ng mga natitirang dibisyon ng Halisaya. Ang pinakamakapangyarihan na Kaylens sa buong Halisaya ay nagmumula sa Vera Halisaya hanggang dumating ang isang pangyayaring bumago sa buhay ng lahat ng mga Kaylens.
May namumuno sa buong Halisaya pero sa bawat dibisiyon nito ay mayroon ding namumuno. Apat na babaeng magkakapatid ang namumuno sa bawat dibisiyon. Si Seriya, ang pinakamantanda sa kanilang magkakapatid kung kaya’t siya ang namumuno sa kaharian. Nasa kanya na ang lahat, ang kagandahan, katalinuhan, ang trono bilang reyna ng kaharian at maging sa buhay pag-ibig ay hindi nawalan si Seriya, may kasintahan siyang nagngangalang Hironi na nagmula sa Hera Halisaya kung saan namumuno si Yalisa, kapatid ni Seriya. Ilang taon na rin ang nakalilipas nang malaman ni Seriya na sa kanya ay nagagalit si Yalisa dahil sa inggit, subalit inggit lamang ang nalaman Seriya, hindi niya kailanman na nalaman na mahal ni Yalisa ang kanyang kasintahan na si Hironi at inaasahan nitong siya ang makakatuluyan ni ng kanyang kapatid dahil sila ay nagmumula sa parehong dibisyon. Hanggang sa dumating ang isang gabi na gumimbal sa kaharian.
“Hindi ko alam na darating ka ngayong gabi, Yalisa. Maupo ka muna,” ani ni Seriya na kagigising lang mula sa mahabang pagkakatulog sa kapatid ngunit nanatiling nakatitig si Yalisa sa kanya. “Alam kong may kailangan tayong pag-usapan tungkol sa pagitan nating dalawa ngunit hindi natin iyon maisasagawa ng maayos kung ganiyan ang inaasal mo,” muling banggit ni Seriya at ngumiti pa. Hindi maipagkakait na siya ay karapat-dapat sa lahat ng bagay na nasa kanya dahil sa kabutihan na nakapaloob sa kanyang puso. Sa kabila ng kasiyahan ni Seriya dahil sa muling pagkakita sa kapatid ay ang unti-unting pag-apoy ng kamay ni Yalisa na nangangahulugang tumitindi ang kanyang galit at ang tensiyon sa pagitan nilang dalawa. Apoy ang kapangyarihan ni Yalisa samantalang ang pagkontrol naman sa hangin naman ang kay Seriya.
“Hindi mo man lang tatanungin kung nasaan si Hironi?” tanong ni Yalisa sa kapatid taglay ang mga mapang-asar na ngiti. “Alam kong nasa Gubat Silon si Hironi, kumukuha siya ng bunga ng Frias para sa lumalapit na pagdiriwang dito sa Vera Halisaya,” buong loob na sagot ni Seriya ngunit nagulat siya sa pagtawa ni Yalisa sa kanya. “Nasaan na ang katalinuhan at kapangyarihan mo, mahal kong kapatid?” muling tanong ni Yalisa na siyang nakapagpawala sa ngiti ni Seriya at nagsimula na siyang kabahan. Hinawakan niya ang kanyang leeg at hinanap ang kanyang kwintas subalit wala na ito. Bawat Kaylen ay may kwintas, nakakatulong ito sa kapangyarihan na nakuha mo mula sa pagkabata at dito ay maaari mong makita at maramdaman ang mga taong malapit sa’yo kahit sila ay nasa malayong lugar.

How I Achieved my First 200$?

**It has been a month and four days** when I registered on this platform. I come empty-handed, and only my passion of writing and learning serves as my asset in starting my journey here.
The moment I find this platform, I see a spark and feel a different vibe - something that I am very thankful for because out of many things that come around, I went into the right place, with the right decision, at the right time. Thanks to @Read.Cash , sir @MarcDeMesel , and everyone else who are in one way or another, have contributed help in their own ways in supporting and promoting this platform.
With my constant hard work and patience while doing my writing passion, I have published articles that somehow have inspired others. I may not know you personally, guys, but to those 37 reads.cash members who believed in me, thank you guys for supporting me. Know that I am always doing my best to continuously provide you some articles that I have written to entertain you and help you learn something, too.
So, in my more than a month of being here, I did not just learn about many things, I also earned a monetary bonus in bitcoin cash, which is really of great help in my studies and other matters because it helps me in cutting down my expenses.

Just in case you did not know, fiction is a work of imagination of the writer. The story itself is an invention, including the characters, the storyline, the script, and sometimes even the setting or the location where many exciting events in the story are held. Note that it does not claim to narrate a real story. Instead, it lets us travel to any place, helps us to experience something that we may never have in real life, among others. A Million Times!

They say that in this world, we live with full of battles, risk, opportunities, among others. And it is up to us what we are going to do. Are you going to live your life to the fullest? Go with the flow? It depends on you how you would like to live your life.
And to me, I choose to start it simple. With this opportunity given to me by finding this platform, I am proud to say that I have made one of the best decisions in my life - to be a read.cash member, and to learn more. I can say that I am enjoying while doing the things I like, such as sharing stories and various forms of articles with or without tips.
February, the month of love, was filled with many things. Some maybe not that good, but still, many things had happened that could already make us feel happy. And I was so delighted with each achievement I have achieved on this platform. The monetary bonus I received by writing here is really of great help. And so I decided to share some of the things I bought using the tips I got here. And also, I want to take this chance to thank you all for this wonderful platform for all of us.

The first thing I bought are the things I can use in my studies such as various school supplies that are affordable yet with good quality.
**Pens** - My supply of ballpens was running out already, so I bought two boxes of ballpens with 12 pens in each box. The colors I choose are blue and black since they are the colors required to be used in our activities and assignments. I also bought *signing pens*, and their colors are green and blue, which I am using to take notes on my index cards.
**Pencils and Sharpeners** - Pencils are of great importance for us so I also bought some pencils, which I can use in writing activities and assignments. An of course, I also bought sharpeners which I can use in sharpening the pencils once their tips get small after using them in writing a long computations.
**Books and Highlighters** - With the help of what I have earned by writing on this platform, I used it to buy the books we need in our subjects. Honestly, one of our books costs 16$ or 800 in Philippine currency, and the other one costs 12$ or P600. That is why I am very thankful because it lessens my parents' expenses for my studies. The books were one of my most significant investments to achieve my dream. On the other hand, the highlighters were bought to highlight the crucial terms in the books and my notes.
**Study Lamp and File Organizer** - These two things had a total cost of $4. I just bought the most affordable yet with good quality so that I will able to save more for other things I need. I bought them because I have to organize my activities, books, essential hard copies of my files, among others. I usually study at night, and so I need the study lamp to aid me in reading.
[2] Birthday Gift
I also bought a pair of shoes as a gift for my father whose birthday happened last week. He has always been good to us to provide us our daily needs, so I decided to buy him new shoes since the one he is using is already old and needs to be replaced. It is just a simple gift from me to express how much I love him and how thankful I am for having him as our father.
[3] Prepaid Load
Since our class is held online, a student like me has to purchase a prepaid load to connect to the internet and join our class online. The promo I usually register at is SURF4ALL99 which comes with 9GB of data, already enough for a week of having an online class.
The rest are saved in my online wallet, where some of it is being hodl with the hope of gaining a profit as its value increases. In this brand new month, I hope that more achievements will be unlocked and that I will be able to inspire more just by writing and sharing things I love to share with everybody. One Chapter has done, Another had Opened
February had passed, and now we are on the first day of March. So many things had happened last month. Some are amazing, some are sad, some are happy moments for us, but what is essential is that we never get tired.
For this month, I am setting new goals for myself here. It is my first month, and there were many things that I had experienced already, so I want to be more productive for this month. Though it is a challenge to write unique content every now and then, I will always do my best to publish an article a day.

Jealous is an adjective, and BCH doesn't know it
Looking at the dictionary, you may see *adj.* beside the term *Jealous.* It obviously implies that it is an adjective, which means a feeling of envy for someone's accomplishments and recognition.
Probably, just probably, you may encounter some situation where that such term happened. Some may not be exposed literally, and some may not be told directly. But the action was noticed.
It may just be simple to just disregard it, but you just can't help but speak up when it is too much already. It is just more than a word, but make sure that if you get jealous, do it in the right way. I mean, there are ways wherein jealous can also be a good thing.
When you see articles which got a huge tip, how did you feel?

Second, they quickly get demotivated and jealous.
Some users failed in this platform because of these things. They easily get demotivated once they find their articles are not receiving tips, while others receive small to huge ones. What's even worse is that they downvote articles without a justifiable reason intentionally. Correct me if I am wrong.
Third, they failed to have patience.

Yesterday morning, I shared about some of the famous islands and beaches found in our country - the Philippines. This time, support me as I write more about their description with their names and more photos so you can appreciate them more.
No one took the chance to answer some of the islands and beaches, but it is okay. Probably, you have just seen the majority of the place online. So you might not know their names yet. Anyway, I hope you will appreciate what I am going to share. Enjoy!

Several water bodies enclose the Philippines, and because of this, the country is renowned for its beautiful and amazing beaches. Some of the country's most visited places have some of the most magnificent beaches and islands in the whole wide world. These locations include Morong Beach of Batanes, Calaguas Island in Camarines Norte, Boracay Island, and Palawan Island.

This is Morong Beach of Batanes. Just like what I have said during the first time, it is home to many stunning beaches and sceneries, such as lighthouses, rolling hills, and stone houses. The huge rocky arch you can see in the second photo is called ***Nakabuang Arch***, one of the most photographed scenes in Batanes.

Calaguas Island is found in Camarines Norte and is recognized for its natural yet amazingly marvelous shores. On the larger Philippines island of Panay, Boracay Island is about an hour's flight from Cebu or Manila, is encompassed by marvelous white sand beaches and clear blue waters. Compelling Thoughts from a Powerful Mind
Today, allow me to share a feature story. It was a given task to us before to have an interview with a foreigner who was in the country at that time. Since our university is known to have foreign students, I was one of those who took the chance to ask someone from them.
Actually, I am timid at that time. I have thoughts in my mind that the interview might not go well since I was not used to talking to anybody who is entirely stranger to me, especially to a foreigner who has a different language. But thankfully, it went just right, and all the efforts I have committed were paid off since I got a good grade.
Without so much ado, I present to you my feature story out of it.

An Indian student, pursuing medicine at the University of Northern Philippines, has chosen to study here because the cost of education in the university is considerate and because of the excellent quality of education being offered.
In fact, in 2017, an Indian national who graduated from the university where I am studying at, topped the medical board exam in India. Indeed, the university is a global university anchored on excellence.

When she started to answer the questions, I was immediately amazed by her **tone and accent**. From that moment, I remembered that I am actually talking to a foreigner.
She’s been staying here in the place temporarily for three years now. She never came here before; it’s her dream to pursue medicine that brought her here. In that period, she has met many people, witnessed the Filipino culture, and heard our language.

As stated by her, Indians discerned Filipinos as **kind, joyful, and friendly**. As I heard these words, I felt uplifted. I believe that many feel the same way as they think of us. The respect there was still intact.
The climate here in our country is the same as theirs, too. The differences were in terms of clothing, culture, language, and most especially in terms of foods. We all know that they love spicy foods, and only a few of us are a fan of it. That is why she has not taste any Filipino food yet. But she enjoys staying in our country as others do.

She loves talking just like others also, but she uttered that there is this so-called **language barrier**. It is a thing that needs to be solved because if this will continue to be a hindrance, it may cause a big problem.
It came from her that she cannot understand Filipino’s native language. I, as well, cannot understand some of her responses due to the language she used. But thanks to the English language because the hindrance for better communication was overcome.

With these responses, I realized that although people worldwide have different races, cultures, and languages, it is essential to **respect one another** regardless of their social state.
Inquiring about someone who is completely stranger and having a different nationality is challenging but pleasing at the same time. Her thoughts may be as simple as she was, yet it still has a significant impact on us. These are worth sharing. Having the chance to know her responses made me feel that it was a fulfilling moment.
I can say that my curious mind and craving for thoughts from a foreign national was satisfied because of her, and I found it pleasant to experience talking to someone like her. She came here with a purpose, conveying what was instructed to her by their land, and never forgets to act and give the value of respect.

*Let me start the story this way:*
In the middle of the war, it is not only the soldiers that act like heroes. Filipinos are known to be brave, and with the raging courage that runs through the veins of Filipinos, anyone who wanted to save the place that time really fought even if they knew that their lives might be taken away.
Manila, which is the center of trade, has taken vast damage. Other provinces also faced the same fate, but there is one town that was spared from bombing, and that was Vigan.
Here are the two love stories which saved the town. Yes, not only one, but two love stories. The first one is the love story of Major Sakae Narioka, A Japanese Soldier, and Belen Castillo, a *bigueña* (a name given to each woman in the place). The other story is Major Fujiro Takahashi's love story and his wife Adela Tolentino, a *bigueña* also.
According to the story, the Americans desired to bomb Vigan because of the appearance of the Japanese there. But the attack and bombing were halted and redirected to a different place because the current parish priest of the place at that time said to the Americans that there were no more Japanese soldiers in the area. With this, they regarded the call.

Their love stories are why Vigan has triumphed over difficulties and unwanted events, saving the city from the destruction of war, making it more than just a cobblestone street where something about the history of the past was still preserved and being told and enjoyed today.
While walking in the street, the story that was told may resonate. The old houses are the witnesses of this love story, and if only they can speak, I would like to hear each story they may tell.
**Indeed, love does not only give charm. It can also make something more than that. These two love stories prove that love is magical. A magic that makes us amazed that even the fright of war could still conceive a matter of beauty. It cannot only move a mountain, but it can also spare a town from being bombed.**

Perfectly Imperfect

*The world where we live in is full of many things and individuals with different attributes and deeds. It is continuously being affected by the so-called earthquakes of change, where everything, even ourselves, may undergo change. Sometimes, watching how the fools or the toxic people is like watching how some robbers escape the robbery scene-remain uncaught.*
There have been many stories that were told. But there are still some stories that remained unspoken. They are not just ordinary tales. Some were traumatic, where the victim wanted to forget. They have a voice, but it seems like they could not use it to speak up because something or someone is hindering them from doing so. Some were witnesses but afraid to show up. Some have heard it, acted like they were deaf. And the saddest truth is that some keep it within themselves even after their death.
In reality, it is sad if you, who came from a poor family or lower state of life, becomes a victim of abuse, not necessarily abuse, but a victim of being taken advantage of by those who have the power. It is a sad reality that sometimes, you just have to remain silent, even if you know the truth, for the sake of being safe.
Sometimes, there is this feeling of emptiness in our hearts and a feeling of unfairness. You, who are doing good, sometimes appear as being the bad ones. That thing is real, and it actually happens. Its source can be traced back, and the root cause is money. Money can make the world go round, but sometimes it is the source of evilness.
Anyways, we all have a choice. If you are brave and strong enough to fight for your right when things around you seemed to turn upside down, why not? Remember the quote from Charles Darwin that states - "*It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change."*
Even roses have thorns, and it simply connotes that life is not always about bed of roses. It is about growing up and being mature enough on dealing with life's trials and circumstances. And also, celebrating events that are worth celebrating for.
It is a fact that we have many what if's about this and that, but at least try doing what is good for you. It may be risky sometimes, but it is worth the risk once you reap the fruit of your labor. You will feel at ease and get freed from the labyrinth of confusion and what if's, which you have been waiting for once you take the necessary actions.
Though the world is full of ugly sides, still take a look at the brighter side. The world is also full of beautiful things such as breathtaking sceneries and the like. Also, it is not always full of pain and hardships. After the storm comes a better day with a ray of great sunshine, symbolizing a new hope. You just have to remain firm and have faith.
The one who is being pushed down will be lifted up. Sometimes, you no longer need to take revenge because *karma* might happen to those who belittled you. What's worst is that once it takes its action, the person who has done something terrible to you may get the *karma* that person deserves.
As long as you are breathing, the game will not be over. Fight for what you believe in, and do not let others take away the raging passion in your heart. Be strong enough and ask for God's guidance, for he will always provide. Life may be *****perfectly imperfect*****, but it is such a beautiful gift we have ever received. So always choose to live it to the fullest.

A Newbie's Steps Towards the Road to .10 BCH: Challenging yet Fulfilling
Never have I ever experienced myself earning something through writing online before. But it suddenly comes true when I finally found this site. With my more than a week's stay here, I saved some, which is very timely because I am struggling with how I can buy our books needed for my study.
At first, I thought that the first few dollars I get were just a dream of mine, but I found out that it is real when I successfully transferred it out. As of the moment, I was holding some of it while the rest were set aside to buy the books we need.

As a small-time investor of Bitcoin Cash, I get worried, especially so when the price of BCH goes down. Since I am just a student yet, each cent would be of great importance. That is why I can't put all of the earnings I get into my investment because I am still in the learning process and fully understand the best way to maximize my investments.

After a week of being here
After a week of being a member of read.cash, I was able to grasp some information about cryptocurrencies, especially so to bitcoin cash. They were exciting and full of information. I also find it interesting some other's blog about life, travels, and the like. And of course, reading some series from different users who use the platform to explore their creativity and imagination like me and made a story that depicts ordinary stories and exciting and full of lessons to learn.
As of the moment, I have already earned ***.074 BCH***. It is just a few more before I could reach my first ***.1o BCH***. It is only a small amount for some, but it is already a great achievement to a student like me. I know that the road towards achieving my first ever 1 BCH will take more time, but after successfully completing this .10 BCH goal, I will immediately start my 1 BCH goal.
At first, I thought it is impossible to reach this as early as now since I had just started a week ago, but it seems like the universe conspires, and the stars align and granted my wish.
Just like what I have said in one of my articles:

First of all, I made this community not only because I want to manage my own community here, too, but with the intention of sharing my knowledge, what I have, and also acquire learnings from you also.

Believe me when I say that through hard work, you will attain what you want to achieve. If you have a passion that is burning deep within your heart, keep the flame raging. Believe me, it will all be worth it in the end.
