AxieBCH Guild, A Virtual Family
AxieBCH was my first ever guild in crypto space but I can say it's one of the best. Way back I keep searching for Axie Infinity Scholarship as I really wanted to experience playing it, I applied different post in Facebook and in Twitter but luck didn't side me.
Then one day AxieBCH was introduced by PVMihalache to us, my dreams on experiencing how to play Axie Infinity materialize. Applying to other guilds is too bothersome and very lame, I must say because they asked resume like applying for a real job, what's worst is that when a certain guild demands for a video application instead of plain resume like wtf why it's too hard to apply on other guild but with AxieBCH? It's simple..they don't complicate things as long as they can see an applicant is eager to join the guild and pass all the requirements they needed.
From the recent failure of Axie Infinity the guild do it's best to find more P2E games just to survive and also help scholars. Due to this they've also invested in Pegaxy and gives out to all scholars with a shimmering 50% shares.
Other guilds does not share 50% but them? They shared it because they wanted their scholars to be happy and also help them financially or help them grow their portfolio just so we'll be financially literate sooner.
AxieBCH as a virtual family
When we say family those are people who cares about us, and AxieBCH is like a virtual family that cares about their scholars like a family instead of an employee.
Here's the guild characteristics towards the community;
They don't ask too much - the guild does not ask too much from their scholars as long as they are being responsible in grinding their Axie's, meeting qouta (which was removed as of now due to continues changes in Axie Infinity), burning Pegaxy energy.. they don't even demand their scholars to tweet this and that. Sometimes when head coach Nazko has live stream they don't force all the scholars to watch.. although it's our duty to be active on the community.
They hear out scholars
When a certain scholar having hard time over their teams in Axie they are giving upgrade as long as they do their best to grind despite having struggles.. During typhoon Odette in PH, they hear out all the scholars that was affected by Typhoon and understand even if they didn't manage to achieve their daily qouta.
They don't hold you back
They aren't stopping their scholars to apply to other guild (especially in Pegaxy) as long as they don't remove the “AxieBCH” tag on Twitter and Discord handle. They understand that we grab more opportunities to earn. They aren't selfish as they wanted their scholars to be financially stable as well.
They appreciate your efforts and contribution
The guild appreciate their scholars who made an extra effort in contributing to the guilds growth. They give rewards like prioritize them with the new opportunities that may come along just for example Pegaxy. I was happy that even if I am not that active on our Discord gramps recognize my efforts in writing content about the guild.
They give educational insight
One thing I really like with the guild is that Olicrypto (gramps) share his insights towards investment.. I always seek other people's insight when it comes to putting money on a certain projects just like Pegaxy and he'll never hesitate to share his insights and knowledge about it.
They connect with the community
Founder of AxieBCH Guild connects with the community, they are very approachable and you can connect with them directly, except for SaSha who is very busy with her athletic career.. Olicrypto and Nazko are easy to reach anytime.
In building a strong community it must have strong foundation and it will always starts on how you connect with people. Just like in a workplace, a company can make a better teams and produced better outputs of their works if top ranks will cooperate and communicate well with their subordinates.

If not for an amazing community and the generous share of Pegaxy (50%) I would've quit playing Axie Infinity long time ago as it only stress me instead of enjoying the game. But considering I have a guild that is like a virtual family, I can't let go.. being part of an amazing community is always a better experience that I can use maybe in the future.
Aside from that even if I seldom visit our discord they don't pressure me to do so, they understand that I have so much in my plate..that I am seizing every opportunity I bump into as long as I don't neglect my duty as their scholar. I also write stuff about the guild like this or about AxieBCH and GAME tokens.

Things to consider before applying our guild:
You must be active in the discord and do contribute to its growth
You must play Axie Infinity
You'll have an opportunity to play Pegaxy that has 50% share if you are hired.
More games that will come if you are interested such as Draco, while the team behind the guild doing their best to find more profitable P2E.
