What are the things that you always do when you are mad?

Today's topic, I will share you how I spend my day and time when I am mad or stressed to something that i don't like about. These past few days, it makes me like I was in hell because I always problem is money. Just like what I said to my previous article, I realize that making decisions as an adult is hard , i was being problematic about money because I need to spend my other BCH earnings for my Family. However, I thought that the Farm of my grandparents, current bill, and groceries for our daily needs is the only problem that I needed to pay but there is another problem that making me mad again and that is When I just got home and when I need to use my electricfan in my room it isn't working well. I ask my sister if who was in fault why my fan isn't working because the last time that i know, she is the last person who used my room when I was away but then, she said that she is not at fault because she is also away for almost 1 week and she is just also arrived here with me.

When I ask my grandma why my fan isn't working she go to my room and help me to fix my Fan but it is hard to fix it. I asked her why it is being like that and she tell me the truth that my Uncle's family borrowed it and she doesn't know that it was broken already. You know after I heared that I almost speak the words that they don't like to hear but I calmed my self and not speak anything even if I am mad already. It makes my head hurts because, I just buy this Fan last June and it is broke already? Like parang relasyon niyo ng ex mo wala pa ngang ilang buwan sira na kaagad?

You know I am generous when people are in need , I can allow them the things that they need here but to the point that they should ask for my permission first right? So that I know who is borrowing the things that I owned when I was away. That Family who borrowed my Fan did not even tell to me that they will borrowed it and the thing that makes me feel mad is they are so good at spending some current yet they can't give their share or they can't even lend some money to pay our current bills.

even if i know that it doesn't solve everything when I post there but you can't blame me because I want to let out my thoughts even if it is just for a second.

Last night, I was so quiet how I can be not sad, and feel this when I am not still at my 2BCH yet I need to cash out some of my BCH already? and today, I need to withdraw a total amount of Php 5,000.00 or $99 usd for the groceries and for the Farm of my grandparents my Mom and I did not talk about it again and still it is undecided or unfinished discussion but for now, that is the only thing that i need to withdraw while for the bills will be in the end of the month.

Anyways, let's go back to our main topic.

What are the things that I always do when I always stressed?

For the other people i think they let their self let out some words that they will regret it in the end. Well, I don't blame them because when I was in my High School, I always done that but now that I grow up, I don't like to say some words that makes myself regret it later.

Sometimes, they also drink some alcoholic drinks and I also experienced that before but now I couldn't believed myself but I just drink some cold water you know I make that as my alcoholic drink last night. haha and that is the first example that I do when I was stressed or mad to something I hate.

So the first thing that I always do when I was stressed and mad is

1.Eat a lot of Food

When I was mad and stressed to something I did not mind if I will get more fat. I just let myself eat and eat and eat until I become satisfied. Because food comforts me. So yesterday night, I let myself eat again even if I just done eating our Dinner.

2.Eat Gummy Bears

When I was First Year High School, I remembered the time when I was mad to my classmate I just go to the canteen to buy something that makes me cool down. I am not the type of kid that when I am mad I will fight with my classmate because I am scared to my aunt which is my Grandma's sister because she is our Head Teacher before. So when I was at the canteen I saw a pack of colorful gummy bears and I find it so cute so I buy that and then munch munch munch and I fight it relaxing to my mouth and tongue so after that, I always buy some gummy bears to the market or I let my Grandma buy it when she was going to the grocery and there is no time that I don't have some of that to my Bag everyday.

3. Sleep

Of course I need some beauty rest because the last time that I think and makes me stress about money and that problem, my pimple was born to my forehead my ghad! Good thing that I always use Ponds white beauty Cleansing foam. They are good to my pimples and my dark spots are now gone. It is just a cheap beauty product. Anyways, I slept earlier because I don't like to think anything about money so that I can forget for a little time that I have a problem. Mas maganda na matulog kasi si crush lang naman iniisip ko doon diba?

And today before I sleep, I also spend my time Here in read.cash and noise.cash like it is not New because that is how I always spend my time for everyday. I set up some goals earlier in Noise.Cash and I want to try for aiming $5 today but I failed because my index fingers are tired in typing to the screen of my phone. It is hard because I need to comment in a lot if post to gain that so by now I just reached a total amount of

$1.91 usd but still I am happy because I experienced this kind of set up goals for my earning of noise.cash goals. So that I will not just always focusing to read.cash right? so since I failed today, I will continue it tomorrow.

4.Dancing in Tiktok

This is not the real me. You know HAHA I used to dislike dancing tiktok even watching others dancing but here I am, I dance and dance that I almost forgot that I need to write a Article today. My god! I also share my dance video to our Group chat telegram and my friends laughing to it and even myself because why not? I find also myself funny in dancing lol.

Being stressed and mad is so fun because I do some things that makes me cringe sometimes and one of the example is the dancing to tiktok thingy. I don't why but dancing to tiktok is makes me Addicted to it so...

What I do when I'm mad .. I watch anime..yung intense..na medyo comedy..then I sleep..to rest my mind ..and soul ..There are times that I can speak something but not that harsh... Di nalang nila pinaayos yan ..kahit alam naman na sila ang nakasira..hayst.

Nanunuod din ako dati ng anime pero now wala na ata akong hilig pero pinapanuod ko yung charlotte. Nakakatulong talaga ang pagtulog no? Lalo na kapag walang storbo pero gigising parin akong badtrip kasi naalala ko lang problema ko. minsan naman di naman talaga natin maiwasan di makapag salita lalo pag galit. Pero lilipas din.

It's good that you have found an outlet and ways to cope with your emotions. It's okay to get mad but it's how we react to that and how we handle it will show what kind of person we are. It's quite a challenge how we deal with our emotions but be the better person and choose peace.

I think Tiktok is not bad afterall. Well, I used to be stressed all the time especially when pressure arises but lately, I've realized that I shouldn't be.

Always remember, thing will get better in no time. These activities, like you, had helped me to cope up with my life dramas. But honestly, just don't think of it too much. Afterall, things will get better in God's grace. Hodl and hustle, kaya mo yan! Cheer up!

Before, when I get mad, I always said things that I actually don't mean. Words that can hurt others. Now that I've become mature somehow, every time I get mad, what I do is close my eyes, walk away, and stay silent for at least 30 mins. I need to think things over, possible reasons what makes me mad, and just to calm down myself. As much as possible I want to avoid releasing words I don't think about. When I'm calm already, I will talked about it with the person intended, and hear out his reason. Well, it depends also. If he talks to me bluntly, there's no reason I should act like a saint. Respect begets respect.

I always try to listen to music whenever Im mad. It's hard to be angry because my blood pressure might spike up. I also try to walk to calm me down.
