$50 in one month in read.cash **$50 in one month in read.cash** Wow, $50 in one month, yes, yes, **just like you read it**, I have no mistakes, Excel doesn't lie. I have reached $50 in one month. I've been on read.cash since October 17, around there, but my first post I made on October 21. Already read.cash says I have 4 weeks, but I have really started posting often since October 31 until today, my challenge this month is to post daily and reach 20 followers... But wow wow wow wow I already have 22 followers, what a joy and I also have wonderful sponsors who are kind and have supported me in all my journey here at read.cash... .**How fast time goes by when we enjoy it to the fullest....** *Tuesday, October 16th* __________________________________________________ Wow, we are already in the middle of the month... Soon comes my mother's birthday, then comes December with Christmas, and the year is coming to an end, how fast everything has happened. This year many things have happened, but what I want to tell you today is how I reached $50 in read.cash in one month, without counting the times I have been paid for comments, I'm only counting the payment for the articles I have uploaded. **How have you been my dear friends? I didn't say hello before, sorry, I'm super excited.** I had already made an article before when I reached my first $10, but I didn't think that in the middle of this month I would reach $50, I thought I would reach that amount at the end of the month or in December. I'm really excited, thanks to all the beautiful people at read.cash who have helped me reach this amount. I know that many people dream of reaching 1BCH or 5BCH and it is something wonderful, but $50 is also excellent, and more now that I need it so much hahaha As you know I am a music teacher, but right now I am not working, the jobs I have gotten have been few and do not pay well, besides I do not like teaching online, I do not feel comfortable. I have tried to work in other ways and it has turned out badly, more is the money I have invested than the money I have earned. So I was quite disappointed, but I continued studying online drawing and 3d modeling, which are things that also interest me. All in all this $50 has helped me a lot, now my couple "stopped working", he composes music and is doing very well, but the person who pays him for making the songs is now on vacation, so he won't receive any money for the next month, but read.cash has come to save us hahaha. We have enough food, I invested $10 in cryptocurrencies (well my dad did, I don't know much about it yet). I paid the internet service, we don't have any more debts of that kind for this month. I have money saved for my mom's gift, I bought and gifted my couple a pack of strings for his guitar that he needed to record his music and I still have over $10 saved in read.cash. All of that I have done with just the $50 I have earned. **It's all thanks to you and your support** **I'm not lying!,** these have been my earnings so far, without including payments for commenting or the generous payments made to me by my wonderful sponsors. __________________________________________________ Today I created a 3d donut in blender, I haven't used blender for a while and I also made a quick animation where the donut rotates, I hope you like it haha my computer suffered a lot today doing those things. The 3d modeling of the donut I wanted to share with you, because I felt it came out well even though I haven't used blender in a long time haha. __________________________________________________ Thanks to my sponsors and all my supporters for all their love. Thanks to my dad for showing me read.cash and teaching me how it works. @Frankmart **Remember you can follow my wonderful sponsors, read their articles and support them with nice comments.** **See you in the next article! ❤️** All content is original Information obtained from the web is indicated. Memories with Rose Memories... We all have a good memories or a bad memories. It depends a lot on our mood what we want to remember. If we are happy we think of good memories, if we are sad we think of sad memories... *Monday, November 15th* Hello, hello, my dear friends, how have you been? I hope your week is full of love and much profit, that you make all the plans you wish to make this week. _________________________________________________ I'm at my sister-in-law's house and so many memories of the past come back to me... The first place where I lived rented for the first time with Luis (my couple) had a swimming pool. So I have remembered all the times we used to have meetings there with my sister-in-law. I remember we would spend 3 days together, watch movies, go to the pool, make hamburgers or Venezuelan style Chinese rice. It was great to share with them, I felt like I had a sister. Yesterday my couple and my sister-in-law made Chinese rice, and I started thinking about those days, those outings before covid 19. When Luis and I lived in the place with the pool and we had meetings with my sister-in-law Rosa, it was a lot of fun. Rosa would go early and they would prepare Chinese rice, we would buy lots of snacks and soft drinks. We would spend the day in the pool playing ball with my nephew. Little Daron always had fun, at that time he didn't know how to speak well, now Daron is older, he is 6 years old and speaks a lot, he reads very well and knows how to add and subtract very well. He is very intelligent We watched a lot of movies together, but not only at our house, we would also go to my sister-in-law's house and watch movies there or go to the cinema. Daron never falls asleep when he watches a movie, it doesn't matter if he is very tired, he waits for the movie to end before he falls asleep. But I remember one day we went to the cinema and watched a very bad movie, the movie was so bad that Daron fell asleep in the beginning of the movie hahaha. We also went to a lot of concerts and karaoke. The karaoke was free, you would tell the band you wanted to sing and you would get up on stage to sing, it was super fun, I had never done karaoke like that. I remember my sister in law and Luis sang many times and in one of those songs Luis played the drums hahaha. Daron had a lot of fun in our old house because he could play the drums there. We really enjoyed living there, but the situation of the country started to change drastically and the owners of the place had to sell the house because the rent was very cheap and they needed much more money, so we left there as soon as we could find another place. I remembered the time we went to the beach with some friends and then from there we walked to a pizzeria we loved that was near the beach, now this pizzeria is closed. We always ordered one or two big pizzas with mushrooms, pepperoni, bacon, corn, etc., etc...At the table they put a little grinder that had spices on it, it was delicious to add different spices to the pizza. It's so funny to think that Daron doesn't like tomato, but he loves pizza hahaha he still doesn't understand that pizza sauce is made with tomato, but that's kid stuff hahaha. I would love to go back to those times or re-create moments with good memories like these, I hope the pandemic passes soon to go back to doing fun things like before... I would love to go to the beach, eat pizza or ice cream with my brothers in law and Daron. Everything was so much fun. I hope to create good times again... **This has been all my article for today, come back soon** hahaha Thank you for reading all my article and know a little more about me. **Thanks to my sponsors for being thoughtful and kind. I invite you to follow and read the articles of my loving sponsors.** PS: My sister-in-law is called Rosangela, but we call her Rosa or Rosi PS2: my nephew is named Daron after the guitarist of the band System of a Down. It's my sister-in-law's favorite band https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/System_of_a_Down **This week I will talk about my good memories.... #WeekOfMemories** **See you in the next article! ❤️** All content is original Information obtained from the web is indicated. A cold love **If I had to choose between traveling or eating pizza... I choose to travel and eat pizza somewhere else hahaha.** Welcome to this cold and sweet article... **Today is family hug day**, have you hugged your family yet? I hope you shared with them today and gave them all your love....   *Sunday, November 14th*   Today I went to mass with my couple's family. My sister-in-law, her husband and son were there. We had a good time, taking care of each other because of the pandemic. Today we are staying over at my sister-in-law's house. We will share as a family and watch movies. We had not seen each other for a long time, now we are all vaccinated, but we still keep our distance and wear our masks.   My sister-in-law and her husband play every Sunday at church. When we go with them my couple also starts playing to worship God. Here are some evidences... **My article today is about "A cold love" or "Merengadas with a taste of love" hahaha.** The first time I went out with my couple we had merengadas, I don't have pictures but I remember very well. We had a marbled cake merengada, it was a bit expensive, but it was super tasty. That place became our favorite place, we would go walk all over the mall and then we would have merengadas, but it was once or twice a month that we had the merengadas because they were expensive. We had oreo meringues, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, but my favorite was the marbled cake merengadae. The marbled cake merengada had chocolate, vanilla and cookie pieces. We also went to eat pizza a lot, where I lived they sold delicious and inexpensive pizzas, but one day we went there they were closed. We walked around to see what other food there was, but we didn't want any of that... There were sales of shawarmas, pepitos, hot dogs, fried chicken, but they didn't catch our attention. The pepito is a sandwich that has meat, chicken, cheese, tomato, lettuce, french fries, egg, sausage and many sauces, in Venezuela we call this sandwich "pepito". We went into a small place that was a little hidden, they sold ice cream, but they were super ice cream. I was fascinated. We went twice because it was expensive. It was the same owner of the pizzeria. They served us very well, but we only had two chances to go. The first one had vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup and lots of brownies. The second one I don't remember, I'll upload the picture later. Things in the country were changing, everything became more difficult, things were more expensive. So now we made merengadas at home. My couple has made all kinds of merengadas for me.... Chocolate merengadas, chocolate cake merengadas, strawberry merengadas, cookie merengadas and once he made me cambur merengada, but I didn't like it. I don't like cambur merengada, I've tried it many times, but I don't like it hahaha . I feel that cambur merengada is too sweet or cloying, it leaves a strange taste in my throat, I don't like it.   As my friend @gertu13 says  ***"Love is reached through food"***   **And you... Which merengada do you like? And which merengada don't you like?** **Thanks to my father for participating with me in this sweet week.** **Sweet articles from my father:** Chocolate Sweet Passion https://read.cash/@Frankmart/chocolate-sweet-passion-41cd25b5 Quesillo and Coffee or Coffee Quesillo? https://read.cash/@Frankmart/quesillo-and-coffee-or-coffee-quesillo-ac4f0cc0 **My sweet items for this sweet week:** Traditional Venezuelan Sweets https://read.cash/@ArteFM/traditional-venezuelan-sweets-f552297f Sweet memories https://read.cash/@ArteFM/sweet-memories-b024d434 The sweetest and coldest farewell https://read.cash/@ArteFM/the-sweetest-and-coldest-farewell-ef28521e The sweetest and coldest farewell 2 https://read.cash/@ArteFM/the-sweetest-and-coldest-farewell-2-42f29456 Every good sweet, must be repeated https://read.cash/@ArteFM/every-good-sweet-must-be-repeated-22277c07 Desserts for my couple https://read.cash/@ArteFM/desserts-for-my-couple-a6859c6b Thanks to all of you for once again reading one of my articles, a thousand thanks for continuing to be by my side. Desserts for my couple **"If we are well, we feel good about ourselves and others".** Good, good, good, beloved people of read.cash, the sweet week is coming to an end, I won't torture you for a while with delicious desserts. How have you been? Have you sweetened up or have you become bitter? I hope you have sweetened up haha ***Today is a Saturday, November 13 and it wants to rain outside, but it's not raining.*** On this rainy and not rainy Saturday, I want to tell you about desserts that I love and that my couple loves, but that I have not been able to make. These desserts are my couple's favorites and I promise I will make them at some point hahaha. I know they cost quite a bit of money to make, but when I make them I will post them here and let you know if they are tasty or not. (I hope they turn out good) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=btPJPFnesV4 Eye of the tiger or financier with chocolate I love this dessert, but I have never prepared it. Curiously this dessert in Spanish has the same name as this song. It is quite simple to make this dessert, but I don't have the materials to make it, they are a bit expensive, that's why I haven't made it yet haha When I have more money I promise to make this recipe and share it with you. We need wheat flour, almond flour, butter, sugar, eggs, chocolate drops, baking chocolate, milk and sugar. The first thing we have to do is melt the butter in a saucepan, stir until the color of the butter turns dark golden brown. In a bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar by hand and then add the flours while whisking. When the mixture is homogeneous add the butter and beat, finally add the chocolate drops and beat just a little. Take this mixture to the refrigerator for 3 hours. After this time, add the mixture to a piping bag and carefully pour the mixture into a mold that will be baked for 15 minutes. Let it cool down to room temperature and then take it to the refrigerator for 24 hours. To make the ganache, chop the baking chocolate into small pieces. Heat some milk and put it in a bowl. In another bowl we beat the yolks with sugar and when it is totally united we add the hot milk, we mix well and then we add it in a pot, we heat a little this preparation without stopping mixing. When this preparation is a little warm, pour it over the chocolate pieces and mix until a homogeneous mixture is created. We wait for the ganache to cool a little and then we add it in a pastry bag and fill our tiger eyes. Let it refrigerate for 15 minutes and ready, we have a rich and delicious dessert to share with family or on a special occasion. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.petitchef.es%2Fimgupl%2Frecipe%2Ffinanciers-con-chocolate--ojos-de-tigre--md-461385p726720.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.petitchef.es%2Frecetas%2Fpostre%2Ffinanciers-a-la-naranja-con-pepitas-de-chocolate-fid-1398152&tbnid=5RAzEA3Ng21ZoM&vet=12ahUKEwitnMjb35b0AhXawikDHS7tCUQQMygLegUIARDUAQ..i&docid=y658enfnLujv2M&w=394&h=296&itg=1&q=ojo%20de%20tigre%20postre&ved=2ahUKEwitnMjb35b0AhXawikDHS7tCUQQMygLegUIARDUAQ Profiteroles Although the origin of profiteroles is unknown, it is one of the desserts I would most like to prepare. It is said that this dessert is of French origin, but it was an Italian who made it. To prepare this delicious dessert we need water, milk, salt, sugar, butter, flour, eggs and chocolate. Boil water and milk, a pinch of salt and sugar in a pot. When this preparation is lukewarm add butter, stir until the butter melts. Add flour and beat for a few minutes until the mixture begins to detach from the pot. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and continue mixing until it cools down a little. Add the eggs one by one without stopping beating. It may seem that the eggs are not going to join the mixture, but if they do, you just have to be patient. When the preparation is ready, add it to a piping bag and make little balls, which we will take to the oven for a few minutes. After removing the profiteroles from the oven, let them cool. If I had the opportunity I would love to fill it with hazelnut pastry cream, I think it would be delicious. And to decorate the profiterol we add chocolate ganache on top. I saw a video where they make a crackle that they put on the profiteroles before taking them to the oven, but I didn't like this, I prefer to decorate them with chocolate ganache when they are ready. In the links section, I leave the videos I saw. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http%3A%2F%2Fbavette.es%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2Fprofiteroles-receta.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bavette.es%2Fpequena-reposteria%2F291-profiteroles-de-nata-y-chocolate%2F&tbnid=9khn-iRZwnR2nM&vet=12ahUKEwiJ66SJ4Jb0AhXBBd8KHdvMCtEQMygHegUIARDfAQ..i&docid=jGLSu3y1HgA9bM&w=480&h=720&itg=1&q=profiteroles&ved=2ahUKEwiJ66SJ4Jb0AhXBBd8KHdvMCtEQMygHegUIARDfAQ For these dessert preparations **you have to have a lot of patience**, they are not desserts that are made right away, you have to let them rest for the necessary time so that they are delicious, otherwise, they will not be so delicious. I wanted to make this writing a little shorter, I always write too much and I know that not everyone likes to read so much. So I tried to summarize and think of the top two desserts I would love to make. If you've had a list of desserts you want to make and haven't been able to, feel free to leave it in the comments. **By the way, dear followers and friends... What are these desserts called in your country or how do you know them?** **This is the end of my article, thank you once again for being by my side, supporting, reading and making nice comments. Every good sweet, must be repeated **"All good things, must be repeated"** Good and welcome dear friends, sponsors, wonderful people of read.cash. I hope your day is going great. As you know, if you read my posts of course, on Monday November 8 I started writing about a sweet week, that's why my last posts are only about desserts, you are totally invited to talk about any dessert you want. This week full of sweets ends on Sunday 14th. You can participate, it's totally free hahaha. Just post in the SweetWeek topics and tag me to make sure I can read your post. I would love to know what desserts you like, have made or if there is a traditional dessert in your country that you love and want to share with the rest of the world. ***Friday, October 12th*** **Like "every good thing, must be repeated" or better "every good sweet, must be repeated" hahaha.** Today I will talk about the traditional sweets of my country, a second part, when I did the first part there are still many sweets missing. If you haven't read the first one I'll leave it here Traditional Venezuelan Sweets https://read.cash/@ArteFM/traditional-venezuelan-sweets-f552297f There is something very strange with Venezuelan sweets and now I realized... Have you noticed it too? I don't know why, but many of the sweets have papelón, coconut or cloves, I think we love these ingredients. If you haven't noticed this yet, read the sweets below. **Coconut Kisses** Can you imagine a coconut kissing you? It would be a little strange, I don't know why this dessert has that name, I just know that it is made with coconut. This sweet is a crunchy cookie but it is also soft, I wouldn't know how to explain it, you have to try it if you have never eaten it. For this recipe we need coconut, wheat flour, papelón, cloves, cinnamon and baking soda. The first thing we do is grate the coconut very well. We add papelón and cloves to a pot, the papelón should melt well in the water creating a syrup. We keep half of this syrup, in the other half of the syrup we add the grated coconut. In a bowl we mix the flour, cinnamon and baking soda very well, then we add the syrup containing grated coconut, we continue mixing, until we have a good consistency of cookies. We place our portions of cookies on a tray and before putting the tray in the oven, we add with a kitchen brush the syrup that we had saved on the cookies. Bake for a few minutes and Voila! We have some delicious coconut kisses to share with the family. **Note:** Some people add the syrup that was saved after baking and not before baking. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fimages.hive.blog%2F0x0%2Fhttps%3A%2F%2Fcdn.steemitimages.com%2FDQmTm9WcmuYeZzMau9mSDkGcRdr4rRSfb5w1MB1FZJT6WqB%2FBesos%2520de%2520coco.jpeg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fpeakd.com%2Fspanish%2F%40woli%2Freceta-besos-de-coco-venezolanos&tbnid=suKHdjn3pgKrYM&vet=12ahUKEwiLzdC97JP0AhWqnuAKHV8CDo8QMygnegUIARChAg..i&docid=RECCYQFlEMDWhM&w=1080&h=1012&itg=1&q=besos%20de%20coco&ved=2ahUKEwiLzdC97JP0AhWqnuAKHV8CDo8QMygnegUIARChAg#imgrc=suKHdjn3pgKrYM&imgdii=5N4hFjvhHcDi6M **Dulce de Tamarindo or Tamarind Pulp** If you like sweet and bitter desserts at the same time, this dessert is for you. For this dessert we need tamarind, lots of sugar and lemon. To start we must remove the peel of the tamarind to keep only the pulp, many people leave the seeds and other people remove the seeds. We soak the pulp until it puffs up. Once the pulp is inflated, heat it over low heat, add sugar and stir it. Add lemon juice while stirring. When the preparation is ready, put it in a container and store it in the refrigerator. My grandmother usually puts some of this mixture in a plastic ball, giving the dessert an elongated shape. Other people make this sweet in the shape of little balls. https://www.cocinafacil.com.mx/recetas-de-comida/receta/dulces-de-tamarindo/ **Golfeados** At first I didn't really like these sweets or they didn't call my attention, it's like a snail shaped bread filled with papelón and cheese, it seemed disgusting to me, even though I had never eaten it. One day my mom prepared golfeados, I didn't want to eat, but she told me to try it, and I loved it, I wanted to eat a lot and a lot more hahaha. There are sweets or food that we see that do not call our attention, but when we taste it is exquisite, so is this dessert, maybe I saw it a little ugly, not knowing that it had a rich flavor. As I said at the beginning, it is like a bread, you need flour, milk, butter, baking powder, sugar and eggs, and well, what makes it different is that it has anise, cheese and papelón, super essential for this recipe. A papelón syrup is made. In a bowl add the milk, eggs, baking powder, butter, sugar and 2 tablespoons of syrup, this should be mixed well, until it has a homogeneous consistency. Add the aniseed and knead. The dough is placed on the work table and with a rolling pin we give it a rectangular shape. Paint the dough with the syrup and add the cheese over the dough, roll the dough and cut it into slices. Place the golfeados on a tray and let it rest, remember that we are making "breads", the dough must rest so that it grows. After it rests, take it to the oven for 25 minutes, remove it from the oven, paint it with papelón and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes. When finished, decorate it with grated cheese and ready, you can eat this delicious dessert hot or cold. As you like it. **Have you tried this or a similar dessert before? Let me know in the comments** https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fcomidasvenezolanas.net%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2019%2F03%2FGolfeados-venezolanos.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fcomidasvenezolanas.net%2Fgolfeados%2F&tbnid=MtkkyN5rTk6HNM&vet=12ahUKEwiP5ICy7ZP0AhWaHd8KHQceAnEQMygCegUIARDdAQ..i&docid=5x9DcnBNNU7gbM&w=1024&h=682&itg=1&q=golfeados&ved=2ahUKEwiP5ICy7ZP0AhWaHd8KHQceAnEQMygCegUIARDdAQ **Jalea de Mango** Yumi yumi, my uncle always makes jalea de mango for everyone when he has mangoes, I love it. Mango is one of the tastiest and juiciest fruits I have ever tasted and I love it in jalea. **The jalea is not a jelly or a jam,** it looks like a jam but its preparation and consistency are different, the jalea is harder than a jam, but it is also used to spread on bread or cookies. Like tamarind pulp, mango jelly combines sweetness with acid, it is not as sour as tamarind, but it has a delicious acidity. This recipe is prepared with green mangoes, sugar and lemon. The mangoes should be cooked in a pot until the water begins to boil. After 30 minutes, remove from the heat. Remove the mangoes from the water and let them cool down. Carefully remove the shell and extract all the pulp. The pulp is placed in a pot with sugar and lemon juice. Cook over high heat, always stirring the preparation. This preparation should be thick. We remove the preparation from the fire and add it in a refractory glass mold, we must let the preparation curdle so we let it rest. Preferably it should be kept in the refrigerator and after it is cold enough to serve. This is how to prepare a delicious jalea de mango. https://ultimasnoticias.com.ve/noticias/cocina/jalea-de-mango/ **This is the end of my article for today, thank you for coming this far.** Have you tried a dessert like the ones I published? The sweetest and coldest farewell 2 Hello hello, good morning, afternoon or evening. Great and special read.cash people. How has your week been? I hope very well. Today like yesterday, today is gray and cold, but I am a little better. I am happy in spite of everything. ***Thursday, November 11*** These months are cold and rainy, so it will be normal for every day to be like this hahaha The weather will be like this for the rest of the year. Enough of weather reports, I'm fine and I hope you are too, have a nice day today, tomorrow and always. Let's continue with the end of yesterday's article, if you haven't read the first part it's here "The most sweetly cold farewell..." https://read.cash/@ArteFM/the-sweetest-and-coldest-farewell-ef28521e **Ice cream parlor of a thousand flavors** When I was about 10 or 11 years old, I had the opportunity to travel with my mother to Merida. We visited many historical, touristic and above all beautiful places, but the place I am going to tell you about today is the ice cream parlor. We went to visit the Coromoto Ice Cream Parlor or as it is also known the Ice Cream Parlor of the thousand flavors, this ice cream parlor has a Guinness Record for the amount of ice cream they offer, these are the largest number of flavors of ice cream in the world. This ice cream parlor was inaugurated in 1961. It is a touristy place where we had a good time. I went on that trip with my mom, my grandmother and a cousin. I remember I ordered an ice cream called "wedding night" and one of "champagne", why did I order those flavors of ice cream? I really don't know, I guess they were the first ones I read about that didn't seem weird to me. There are known flavors like strawberry, mantecado, chocolate, arequipe, cookie, coconut, etc., but the weirdest ones that didn't make me want to eat were caraota, pabellon, mi llano, wild duck, chipichipi, mondongo, among many more strange flavors that didn't make me want to try. I remember my grandmother asked for chocolate and strawberry ice cream. When I asked her why she chose some normal flavors she said "I didn't want to order something I didn't like, that I don't know and then I have to throw it away because I don't like it". Very smart thinking, Grandma. The ice cream shop closed in 2017, in some places it says that its closure was due to shortages in Venezuela, in other places they say it's because the owner of the place passed away. Doing a little research I learned that the ice cream shop is back up and running and who is in charge is the daughter of the owner, but they are only offering 27 flavors, I don't know how true or updated this news is. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fmedia-cdn.tripadvisor.com%2Fmedia%2Fphoto-s%2F01%2F81%2Fc9%2Fa8%2Fheladeria-coromoto.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.tripadvisor.com.pe%2FShowUserReviews-g316050-d1084144-r323502596-Heladeria_Coromoto-Merida_Andean_Region.html&tbnid=BhK7yIK8AUU_IM&vet=12ahUKEwjYpq-CpZH0AhUGDd8KHQcODgkQMygEegUIARCqAQ..i&docid=qvZIeh_WiOx0tM&w=550&h=412&itg=1&q=heladeria%20de%20los%20mil%20sabores&ved=2ahUKEwjYpq-CpZH0AhUGDd8KHQcODgkQMygEegUIARCqAQ **Now... The ice cream that gives name to this article "The most sweetly cold farewell".** **The last ice cream, a hug and a goodbye** Yesterday my best friend got on a plane to Caracas, today she got on the plane to Spain, I don't know when I will see her again... I feel a lot of sadness in my heart, but also happiness, I know she will be better off there. It's just that... it's been so many years, how quickly time goes by. I can still clearly remember high school. She and I studied together from the age of 5 or 6, until we graduated from high school. I moved to Anzoátegui and she moved to Mérida. Distant places... She had problems to continue studying in Merida, so she started studying near me, in Anzoategui, different careers in different places, but we were closer. We went out to concerts, walks, the beach and she went to all the concerts where I invited her, where I went to play, she has always been there for me. Tuesday the 9th was the last time we saw each other... We went to Plaza Mayor, walked around and ended up eating ice cream at Mcdonalds. We said goodbye, I got on my motorcycle, but before my couple could start the motorcycle, I got off the motorcycle and ran and hugged my best friend again. I couldn't stop crying, I knew I was going to miss her so much and I will miss all the time she has shared with me. Finally I knew I had to leave, it was late and I still had to go shopping for food. I got on the motorcycle, my couple started the motorcycle, and I watched as I rode away from my best friend. I was riding on the back of the motorcycle crying, trying to take in the beautiful sunset. I don't know if the people in the vehicles nearby saw me crying, but I didn't care, I am human and I can be sad, I can cry despite my age, I can cry from happiness or sadness, it is normal, feelings are what makes us human.... https://www.mcdonalds.com.ve/menu/postres/sundae-topping I hope you liked my article, I had to take a break, because I was crying hahaha Always be happy and follow your dreams, even if they are quite crazy or your dreams are in another country. The sweetest and coldest farewell Hello, how have you been? Dear beautiful people of read.cash ... I've been a bit well, but also a bit sad. As I told you in yesterday's article, I won't see my best friend again, she went to another country, so it will be quite difficult to see her ... ***Today is a cold and gray Wednesday, November 10th.*** Outside the sky is gray, it wants to rain, but it doesn't rain, maybe the sky is also sad ... And it is very cold, so much that I would think that at any moment it could start to snow or hail, but it is almost impossible, where I live those things don't happen... A cold day, a cold dessert, cold memories, a sweet and cold goodbye. Ice cream, a rather cold dessert. Like my memories at this moment, maybe I should write poems, but that would take me back to a time within my memories that no longer exists. A time when I was happy without knowing why I was happy, where everything was easier for me, where I had no problem learning something new, where I went out and shared with my friends or saw them every day at school, where the orchestra went, a time I keep in my memory, full of joy, sadness and good teachings, good teachers around me, living with my parents and my brother. Times that will never come back ... I don't want to keep saddening you, my today's article is about the sweetest and coldest memories I have ... From the oldest to the most recent ones. My grandmother's ice cream This is one of my best cold and sweet memories. My family sold ice cream, malts and soft drinks. My grandmother was the one who made the ice creams and they were delicious. The ice creams were very creamy and we had different flavors. The ice creams came in small cups and were very inexpensive. We also ate ice cream from time to time, as a snack, it was irresistible to have so many ice creams in the fridge and not eat just one, so from time to time we would eat one, you had to choose well which one to eat. The ice creams my grandmother used to make were: Chocolate Coconut Cookies Jobito Mango Passion fruit Misery Rum with raisins strawberry Tamarind The fruit ice creams were all-natural https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Flookaside.fbsbx.com%2Flookaside%2Fcrawler%2Fmedia%2F%3Fmedia_id%3D2680329872250070&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fm.facebook.com%2F2680329872250070&tbnid=WgluMbGhS7bPLM&vet=12ahUKEwjo4aKr8470AhUBNd8KHbfVDVcQMygeegUIARCMAg..i&docid=okED8nmIsU5odM&w=2048&h=2048&itg=1&q=helados%20caseros&hl=es&ved=2ahUKEwjo4aKr8470AhUBNd8KHbfVDVcQMygeegUIARCMAg#imgrc=WgluMbGhS7bPLM&imgdii=Oz-iT8F-gUTYSM The super cone When I was little I went almost every weekend to Ayacucho Park (in Cumaná) to play on the swings, on the seesaw, to run with other kids, it was a lot of fun. After spending hours running and before going home, my parents would buy ice cream. There were always 5 of us, my dad, my mom, my brother, my grandmother and me. I am the youngest daughter. My parents always ordered ice cream cones in two flavors, mine was always chocolate and strawberry. They added chocolate syrup to the chocolate one, I loved it so much. The ice cream shop was very good, the ice cream was tasty, creamy and cheap, I really liked that ice cream shop, but because of the problems in the country the ice cream shop stopped working, I would have liked to go back there at this time. There was a very peculiar and different ice cream, the cone was gigantic and it had 4 or 5 flavors, it was a little expensive, but it was a lot of ice cream. This ice cream was called "super cone", and every time we went there we saw people trying to eat this ice cream but it was almost impossible. My mom had always wanted to eat one by herself, every time we went to the park she wanted to eat a super cone, she looked like a little girl wanting ice cream. Until one day she bought it, 5 big scoops of ice cream for herself. We each ordered a 2-flavor cone, as usual. When we all finished eating ice cream, my mom still had her ice cream almost full and couldn't eat more hahaha We laughed a lot at her and then helped her finish the ice cream. It was the first time I had eaten so much ice cream... After that day I don't remember going to the park again, maybe I grew up fast or the economic difficulties began to increase. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http%3A%2F%2F2.bp.blogspot.com%2F-ehb8xOEOuSU%2FUnZBVeF2ktI%2FAAAAAAAAAFc%2FKtPXbbKlc6Q%2Fs1600%2F985571_59850291.jpg&imgrefurl=http%3A%2F%2Fheladostathi.blogspot.com%2F2013%2F10%2Fbarquillas.html&tbnid=rDu8exK5N480dM&vet=12ahUKEwiVxeeY9I70AhWlGd8KHeqLA9EQMygGegUIARDfAQ..i&docid=R1YL89e_Ibu7oM&w=800&h=1200&itg=1&q=barquillas&hl=es&ved=2ahUKEwiVxeeY9I70AhWlGd8KHeqLA9EQMygGegUIARDfAQ Why is the title "The sweetest and coldest farewell"? Because all sweet and cold memories will only remain in my memory and in this writing. I shared many happy moments with my family eating ice cream, but because of all the problems that started in the country and all the things that began to change we stopped going out and especially eating in the street because it was very expensive, many businesses also closed because they did not have as much profit as before. My parents are in another state of the country, so I don't see them very often, my brother is in another country so the last time I saw him was three years ago.... By the way, my beloved read.cash friends I will divide this sweet farewell in two parts so they won't be so long. I hope you liked this article. A thousand thanks for reading each of my articles and supporting me in every way you could. **Despite all the sadness, the day has also been super magnificent, I now have 2 new sponsors, 2!! Sweet memories Hello and welcome once again to one of my articles, beautiful people of read.cash.... Today was not a very happy day for me, but I enjoyed it. I ate ice cream and cried a lot hahaha. Today I had to say goodbye to my best friend... Because of the situation of the country she is moving to another country, I just hope it goes very well for her. A lot of my friends and family have left, but.... Is it something normal? As you know I am a music teacher although I also like to draw. When the pandemic started I lost my job so I had to look for other things to do.... I also like sweets, you should already know that hahaha I told my father to teach me how to make the filled chocolates chocolates that he used to make and to teach me how to make bread. My father gladly taught me. ***Tuesday, November 9th*** I started selling sweets like sweet breads, cookies, filled chocolates and truffles. In this article I will talk about that. **Sweet bread** Eating a rich and delicious sweet bread with coffee is one of the things I love the most, especially if the bread is fluffy. I thought that making bread was very difficult, but it is not, you just need to have patience and the necessary ingredients. When I first started making bread, I learned by heart the amounts of the ingredients, but I have so much time that I don't make that they were erased from my mind. I remember when my father was teaching me we made a flour volcano on the work table. In a bowl we added warm milk with yeast, a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of flour, that we kept in the oven turned off. We waited a while while the yeast made its reaction. In the flour volcano we added eggs, sugar and yeast. We kneaded the dough, my father taught me the correct way to incorporate and remove air from the dough, depending on how the dough is kneaded, the bread will be different. We let the dough rest for several minutes. Wow, what a surprise it had grown so much, we kneaded again and separated the dough into small balls. We let the dough rest for more than 1 hour. By this time the dough balls had doubled in size. The bread was taken to the oven for 10 minutes, removed from the oven, topped with sugar while still warm and then back in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown. I loved learning to make bread with my dad, it was a great experience. The times I made bread by myself I didn't make it on the work table, I made it in a big bowl hahaha. **Chocolate bonbons** Bonbons are easy to make, when I learned how to make them I even made them in my sleep hahaha. You just have to have the right molds, an exquisite filling, know at what temperature to work the chocolate and know how to temper its temperature to make it shiny. I think this was what I prepared the most, but unfortunately they didn't buy from me. They asked me for orders and when they were ready they cancelled them, that made me really sad, but I kept going. I stopped making them when I didn't have enough money to make chocolates and pay rent. The main thing is to have a good chocolate, this is put to melt in a bain-marie while stirring, then we go to our work table and start to temper, we go back to the bain-marie for a few moments and add it to our molds. We fill the mold completely and then we empty it, just like that, we empty it hahaha This creates a first layer of chocolate inside the mold. We add our filling and on top of the filling we add the chocolate. The fillings I used were arequipe, almonds, cashews and peanut butter with peanut pieces. Each shape had a different filling **Truffles** The preparation of the truffles was not done by me, it was done by Luis, my couple. He made a moist chocolate cake and then we crumbled it. To this mixture we added milk to give it consistency and then we made the little balls that were decorated with chocolate chips, coconut or peanuts. Truffles have another way of being prepared and condensed milk is used, but it was very expensive to buy condensed milk, so we made the truffles with a chocolate cake recipe. They were very fluffy and tasty. **Cookies** The dessert I like to make the most are cookies, because they are simple to make and delicious. I was trying many recipes until I made one of my own, but it is no longer in my mind, it has been erased hahaha it must be written in some notebook. I only made one recipe for butter cookies and I kept modifying it according to my tastes. I made peanut, almond, chocolate and orange, and chocolate chip cookies. Peanut cookies: I used peanut butter and peanut chunks. If the recipe called for 100 grams of regular butter, I used 50 grams of regular butter and 50 grams of peanut butter. Almond cookies: I used almond essence and almonds that I removed the skins myself. Orange and chocolate cookies: This is my favorite. My mother-in-law makes "candied oranges" with the peel of oranges. She would take the bitterness out of the orange peels by boiling them and then making a preparation with lots of sugar. When I added the candied oranges to the cookies I didn't like them very much because it was a little bitter, but then I thought of melting chocolate and dipping them, I think it's the best idea I've ever had, they turned out fantastic! Chocolate chip cookies: like all the previous ones, it's the same recipe as the butter cookies but with chocolate chips. **Thanks once again to all of you for being here for me, you are my new friends hahaha Thanks for reading me, supporting me and commenting. Thank you for making it to the end of my article...** Today I've been very sad, but that doesn't stop me from talking about delicious desserts haha **And speaking of sweet things... Traditional Venezuelan Sweets Hello hello, beautiful people of read.cash. How are you? I hope you are feeling great, I hope you have had a great day. I really love being here at read.cash sharing with each one of you, learning about your food, your walks, travels, musical tastes or culture. I wanted to upload my article earlier, but something always happens hahaha. No matter, you have to keep going no matter what, with lots of energy and joy. **Monday, November 8th** Today is a special day, I came up with the brilliant idea to make a whole week of sweets. It starts today, **Monday, November 8 and ends on Sunday, November 14.** I will be doing these events throughout the month, each week will be a new event, you can participate whenever you like and in the event you want. The idea of this week is to share about the desserts you like, desserts made by you or traditional desserts from your country. I hope you like my idea and you are encouraged to participate in it. As you know, I am still very new to read.cash, but I wanted to share and interact a little more with you. To start this event I would love to talk about the traditional sweets of my country. In Venezuela there are many typical foods with a lot of flavor, but there are also exquisite desserts which began to be elaborated by the different mixtures of races that the country had, such as indigenous, African and European influences. These traditional sweets are made in many parts of Venezuela according to the time of the year or they can be made all year round. It depends on each person or family. I can prepare a Christmas dish even though it is not Christmas and I will still enjoy it hahaha. **Coconut rice** The beloved arroz con coco... In Venezuela, the regions where arroz con coco is most commonly eaten are on the coasts, since coconut palms abound. This dessert is not only typical in Venezuela, but can be found in many Latin American countries. There are many desserts prepared with coconut, such as majarete, coconut preserves or bienmesabe, but of all, my favorite is the rice with coconut that my grandmother makes. I have never seen her prepare it, but I know it is delicious. Rice, coconut and a touch of cinnamon, yummi, the most delicious dessert. Maybe some people think that eating rice and coconut is something strange, but if they try this dessert they will think the opposite hahaha. Its texture is very smooth and creamy. The ingredients used are rice, spice cloves, coconut milk, condensed milk and cinnamon. The rice must be washed very well, then it is cooked over high heat for 8 minutes. Add the coconut milk, the cinnamon and the cloves. Mix very well over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the condensed milk and mix very well. Let it cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly and then add the grated coconut. Powdered cinnamon can be added when it is served. This dessert can be eaten warm or cold. https://www.laylita.com/recetas/arroz-con-coco-dulce/ **Bocadillo** The bocadillo is a sweet prepared by mixing the pulp of a ripe fruit with papelón or sugar. The way the sweet is cooked gives it a hard texture and a bright red color. This delicious sweet is wrapped in banana or corn leaves, these leaves preserve the product and give it a characteristic aroma. Normally this sweet comes chopped in the shape of rectangles. In Venezuela, the ripe fruits normally used to prepare this sweet are guava and plantain. The snack is also prepared in several Latin American countries, such as Colombia, Ecuador and Panama. In Colombia this sweet is usually combined with cheeses. To prepare this sweet, the fruit is first washed and peeled well, then crushed. The cloves are boiled with enough water until the water acquires its essence. Remove the cloves from the water and add the powdered cinnamon and the fruit. Add sugar and mix over low heat. When it is finished cooking, add sugar on top and put it in the refrigerator until it hardens and then.... Enjoy hahaha https://www.mundodeportivo.com/uncomo/comida/receta/como-hacer-dulce-de-guayaba-30338.html **Catalina** It is said that this delicious dessert, which are cookies with a very soft texture, come from the union of a Spanish and Indian sweet. This dessert was prepared with honey, but in America the honey was replaced by papelón, giving it its characteristic dark brown color. This recipe is very popular in Venezuelan and Colombian pastries. Melt the papelón until it is like a thick honeydew. In a bowl, combine wheat flour, butter and the melted papelón, mixing all the ingredients well until the dough is well united. Cut into round or flower shapes, then bake in the oven for 30 minutes. From what I have read you can also fill them with dulce de lechosa or dulce de leche, I wouldn't do it, I have never eaten them that way. I think they are perfect as they are, they just need a good cup of coffee. **Papaya Sweet** It's almost December and Christmas, our kitchen smells like papaya sweet! I'll be honest, I don't really like papaya juice, but I love papaya sweet! This traditional sweet is usually eaten in December, but it is so irresistible that it is prepared at any time of the year hahaha. For this sweet, the papaya must be green or pintona, we must have sugar or papelón, cloves and cinnamon. Yummi. The pulp of the papaya is cut into slices and then all the ingredients are mixed very well in a pot, it is cooked slowly until a crystalline sweet is obtained. The final appearance of the sweet will depend a lot on the fruit. If the fruit is green, the sweet will be crystalline, if the fruit is pintona, the sweet will be dark. https://www.laylita.com/recetas/dulce-de-lechosa-papaya/ **Thank you very much for having reached the end of my article, remember that your comments are very important to me, you can leave some.** ***Thank you very much to my beautiful sponsors for following me, reading and commenting on each article. Strangely realistic dreams Good morning, beautiful and loving people of read.cash. Welcome once again to one of my articles, thank you for another day of showing me your support and love. **Sunday, November 7th** Every day is different, every night, every dream, every wake up, every meal, every coffee, it's always different.... There are days we dream and days we don't dream or don't remember the dream. There are dreams that seem real and when you wake up you don't know if you are still dreaming or if it is reality.... There are also strange dreams... I know we have all had strange but realistic dreams. We have dreamed that we can fly, that we fall, that we have powers, that we work in a job different from ours, that we are someone else, that we have something we have always wanted and it seems so real.... We can touch the objects that are in the dream, eat the food or sweets that we find in the dream.... When we wake up we can't know if we are in reality or if we are still dreaming... Dreams where we wake up, we do our life and then we wake up again and we are still in the same dream. **Note:** I just remembered that I recently read my faithful friend @RosheiGanda dream where she was going to have sixtuplets. https://read.cash/@RosheiGanda/my-sixtuplets-2232f219 Today I had one of those strange dreams that I would like to come true. A dream different from the others, I had never had a dream like that before.... It was a day like any other, I had woken up at my parents' house, it didn't seem strange at all, lately I have been visiting them a lot. I got out of bed, went to the bathroom, brushed myself, greeted my brother and talked to him for a while. I walked to the living room, greeted my parents. A neighbor arrived looking for my dad, he had brought him some food he had prepared, I didn't pay attention to him, but my dad stayed outside the house talking to him. I went to my room, got my laptop and put it in the living room. I turned on the computer and while I was turning it on I kept talking to my brother. I didn't think it was strange that he was there, we talked about movies, series and video games. My brother is no longer in Venezuela, he lives in another country, but normal, he was there and it was so real that we kept talking. The laptop was already on, I connected to the wifi and waited for the browser to open. My laptop is quite slow, so the dream was very realistic. I logged in to facebook, saw some pictures, checked gmail, etc. Everything perfect, now the moment of truth... I opened the read.cash page, I wanted to see if they had written me or if I had won some money... Suddenly I saw a rather large sum of money.... I jumped out of my chair and called my brother like crazy. I started shouting "Gustavo, Gustavo, come quickly, come, run, Gustavooo" my brother came running and scared. Between jumps and screams I asked him to see how much I had won in read.cash. My brother was surprised and congratulated me. I had $200 in read.cash, it seemed so real.... I called my mom, ran all over the house looking for her. She was in her room. I rushed her out of the room, I couldn't contain my joy and excitement. I told her to see how much I had won in read.cash but.... There was no longer $200, there was $500! More to get excited about... I wanted to scream, what a joy I felt.... I started to call my dad, but he was with the neighbor. I begged him to come over, when he finally arrived and saw the screen there was no longer $500 there was $1,000 God, I was going to go crazy!!!!! I thought and thought until I said: First I'm going to buy the PC my couple needs to work, the PC he has always wanted. With that PC he will be able to record his songs better, he will work without any problem and he will be able to earn enough money to buy the other things he needs, after improving his stuff he will be able to sell his songs better or maybe he will follow his path as a producer... So many things he could do... Of course, I would also use the PC, with it I could make better drawings, the one I have right now crashes and closes the programs. Well, the first thing I will do with the money is to buy a better computer. It's $800, without shipping or anything like that, but I already had the money to buy it. What will be left I will give it to my father to invest it in some cryptocurrency, since he knows more about it and %30 or %40 of what I generate I will give it to him as a gift. With the new computer you can work better, generate more profit, I improve my drawings and my couple can make their music.... After thinking that and starting to look for and buy the computer, a very annoying sound started. Where was that sound coming from? I couldn't tell where it was coming from. Somebody turn it off... And then suddenly I opened my eyes and I was in my bed.... Noooo I screamed inside me, it was just a dream. I couldn't believe it hahaha After so much thinking it was something logical. My parents live far away and I didn't remember traveling, my brother is in another country and I haven't uploaded so many things on read.cash to have won that amount.... Hahaha all in all it was a good dream. I promise I will work very hard to earn that amount of money to buy the PC I need. **Thank you very much for having reached the end of my article/story/dream....** I hope you liked it and laughed. Now for the $1,200 question hahaha Have you ever had a strange dream that seemed real to you? If you want you can leave it to me in the comments... As always, it is a pleasure for me to be here at read.cash, together with so many wonderful people and among those people are my sponsors, you can follow them, read their articles and comment on them. They are excellent people and above all very kind Success to all, I hope all your dreams and goals are fulfilled soon, thanks for still being there reading each of my articles. ❤️ **See you in the next article! ❤️** All content is original Information obtained from the web is indicated. **Greetings from Venezuela❤️😊**

All this time I have been making coffee wrong☕. I can't believe it, I love coffee and have had it and brewed it many times, but .... Oh oh, I've been doing it wrong since I've been living in the new place.☕ Saturday, November 06☕ Very good and profitable day to all. I hope you are all feeling great on this warm and beautiful day. For me the 6th days are super special, these days I turn one more month with my couple it's already 5 years and 6 months since we started dating as boyfriend and girlfriend. If memory serves me correctly hahaha On this special day they have prepared a special coffee for me. Who investigated and realized that we have made a bad coffee, is my couple. First I must tell you who he is. His name is Luis, he is a musician, he plays several instruments like piano, cuatro, guitar, mandolin, etc. He has already appeared in several photos in my previous articles. Luis and I used to work together in a music academy and then we started to give music lessons in the homes of our students. That's what we have been doing all this time. Since the pandemic we lost many students because of the distance, but we learned new things. All of our students dropped out of music except for three students. And they really matter to us... They have shown us that no matter the pandemic, if you love music you always have to keep studying. Very sweet coffee, bitter coffee, cold coffee, extremely hot coffee, burnt coffee, coffee with cream, coffee with milk... Perfect coffee. **What's my problem? Why did I make the coffee wrong?** Well... It's not because I wanted to do it wrong, I was simply taught wrong. And well, I trusted the person too much and didn't bother to look up how the coffee was made in this new machine. I had no idea that I was drinking "burnt coffee", because that's what it tastes like!!! We bought several types of coffee and they all tasted burnt, they tasted bad. It's not a tasty bitter, it's an ugly bitter. I don't know if you understand me... **Before living in this new place there were two ways of making coffee:** **With a simple coffee machine, which was given to us as a gift.** You just add water, put the coffee in the coffee container and that's it. Turn on the machine and let it do all the work. Perfect and instant coffee. **With a pot** There are two ways that I know of to prepare coffee with a pot: 1 You put the water to boil, then add the coffee, stir it, and pass it through a filter, or 2 Add the water and the coffee in the pot and bring it to a boil, stir it and pass it through a filter or coffee strainer. **Where I live now there is the following coffee machine:** The person who taught us how to make coffee in this machine was doing it wrong. This person completely fills the bottom of the machine with water. She adds a lot of coffee in the container and presses it. And she turns the flame up high until the machine starts to beep or the coffee overflows all over the kitchen. That's how I learned, but I measure the cups of water and the coffee, so it didn't overflow, but the machine sounded very bad and the coffee started to have strange flavors, it wasn't like before. I thought they had changed and worsened the coffee, with the situation of the country, many foods have worsened. My couple saw a video and was telling me that this way of making coffee was wrong. The first thing to do is to fill the machine with water up to the vent, place the filter and add the coffee in the form of a mountain, without pressing it. Close the machine and heat it for 3 to 5 minutes over low heat. Then the bottom part of the machine is removed so as not to continue heating the coffee. **The coffee should create a kind of cream, and for the first time it did!** We followed all these steps and there was the cream. And an exquisite coffee, tasty, delicious, however you want to call it. **Enough of burnt coffee!** I have found coffee heaven again, it wasn't the type of coffee, it wasn't my palate, it was the way we were making coffee, **we were burning it!** Here is the link to the video with which my couple learned how to make coffee, I hope they don't burn their coffee hahaha **https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XExON2hESk0** **Now, there are two things about me that you should know, if you don't:** I talk a lot, but a lot, a lot. That's why my articles are long and sometimes my comments too, I start talking about a lot of things. I'm a very serious person but if you talk to me and I think you're a nice person, I start talking a lot hahaha. I am also very curious and I had always wondered how is the history of coffee, how a person went from grabbing a bean, then roasting it, grinding it, then boiling it with water to create this magnificent hot drink, or well, it can also be cold, for people who like cold coffee. So now I have the story, for those who are interested in how coffee was made to what we know today. All the processes it had to go through, but I won't do it in this article. I don't want to make it longer, **so look forward to the coffee history article.** Thanks @CoquiCoin and @rebeysa85 for being my new sponsors, I'm very happy. ❤️ Thank you friend @RosheiGanda for continuing to be my sponsor. As you know, now I have three excellent sponsors, please read their articles, they are wonderful, if you are going to comment, I hope your comments are full of love. ❤️. Much love and success to all, thanks for still there reading each of my articles. ❤️ **Thank you for reaching the end of my article.** How do you guys make coffee? How do you prefer it hot or cold? Coffee with cream or coffee with milk? You can leave me a like and a comment. **See you in the next article!** ❤️ All content is original Information obtained from the web is indicated. Photos were taken by me The drawings were made by me **Greetings from Venezuela**❤️😊

Thank you very much @CoquiCoin for being my new sponsor. And thanks to my first sponsor @RosheiGanda for being my friend. But, I have a doubt, I also got @rebeysa85 for the sponsorship, but when I accepted CoquiCoin, the notification of Rebeysa disappeared. I don't know what to do, I'm still new to this part.

My first 10 dollars in Read.Cash Wow, I can't believe it, I have reached my first $10. 😲 Well, I've actually made a little more because of the comments I've made and liked, there are also several articles that after taking out the $10 account and having almost all of this article ready, upped the profit. hahaha, I'm not upset about that at all. ***Today is Friday November 05th*** And... This is fantastic news for me and it's all thanks to you and your support. Thank you so much. 🥳🥳 I already published an article where I thanked you which is Thank you all. https://read.cash/@ArteFM/thank-you-all-878cac7e In this story I will explain everything that has been going through my head every time I have written and uploaded an article, from the first article to this article. **First article**🏖️🍩👩‍🎨 To write and upload the first article I was really scared, I'm not going to lie to you. My dad had been encouraging me for a long time to get on the platform, I saw many stories that I loved, I saw the comments, the profits, how people supported each other, but I was not convinced, I was afraid. I have tried many things and they have fallen apart, so I had been very hurt, I didn't want to try something new, and have it stop working. However it has continued to work and it makes me feel good. Actually My Life, was not the first article I wrote, but it was the first one I published. My father commented to me to first write an article about me and then about whatever I wanted. Thanks father for the advice @Frankmart https://read.cash/@ArteFM/my-life-9cdd0c0f My Life was the highest paid article and boy was I super happy. I knew that the first thing I had to do was to say hello, it is the most normal thing to do, we must always be polite, even if others do not treat us properly. You have to always treat people well. I remembered an article that I had loved and that I had read with my dad. https://read.cash/@LykeLyca/if-i-were-a-crocodile-2b402e23 I am writing it here again, thanks to this article and the CoquiCoin article. https://read.cash/@CoquiCoin/of-rock-and-hot-dogs-1f0ff00a It was that I entered read.cash. Only this I didn't write in my first article. I also like rock and would love to go to Caracas to eat at that place. Here where I live there is a similar place, but I will talk about that place later. I remembered my time in the orchestra, high school, university, my friends, the trips I've made, etc. I opened my heart and my imagination without limits to be able to write my first article, so there is what I am and what I have been through. My old job and what I am learning to do.😊 I was so surprised when I started getting followers after that post and when I started earning penny by penny until I reached $3.37 I was so excited.😁😁😁 **Second Article**🕊️ This was actually the first one I wrote, I told the life of my neighbors, the pigeons hahaha. In My new neighbors I tell how I have lived in several places and these neighbors have been different from all the others. https://read.cash/@ArteFM/my-new-neighbors-601d5c4f I did a lot of research on them. It took me a very long time to make the illustrations and the little videos, however I didn't gain much. I got discouraged because I thought that the same thing would happen again as before, everything goes well and then everything is ruined. I started reading a lot of articles, I gave support to other people and I was convinced, so I started giving support to myself to be able to achieve what I want. I didn't get a lot of money on this article, but I had a lot of fun doing the story and the drawings, I also got several followers. So I'm glad I shared my neighbors story with you. And best of all, I already had 1 sponsor. 😊 **Third Article🥧** I didn't upload it when I wanted to, but when I could. I wanted to upload it on October 25, but I uploaded it on October 27, never mind. I told myself that I would upload the next one closer. My first lemon pie. I stayed up all night trying to make an effort to do something I had never done before, which are drawings of desserts, yes, in my first article there is a drawing of desserts made by me, but I did it with more time. The drawings in this article I did in 2 days with almost no sleep hahaha, I won't do it again. https://read.cash/@ArteFM/my-first-lemon-pie-50b26283 In this article I got paid better than the previous one, so I said to myself it's obvious, people like sweets more than the neighbors hahaha. I kept encouraging others and myself. **Fourth Article 🌲** Looking at old pictures and talking to my couple, I remembered this trip and wanted to talk about how wonderful and dangerous it was. And... Then I remembered the strange things that happened to us, I took advantage that we were close to Halloween and there was a contest, so after I wrote everything and published, I found out about the contest and I said "let's participate". I didn't win, but it doesn't matter, I didn't write this to win, but because I remembered this trip, anyway they still gave me a payment for participating, excellent, don't you think? I was very happy, I was really glad that this contest happened there hahaha. I was able to upload this article followed by the third article, I was able to accomplish what I wanted to do. And it almost reached $2, I was even more excited, I loved sharing with you Magical trip to... Pekin? https://read.cash/@ArteFM/magical-trip-to-pekin-ebf58bd3 **Fifth Article** 😱 Again taking advantage of Halloween I wrote this article. They are strange things that happened to me, what happened to my father-in-law and my grandfather. Many more family and friends told me that strange things had happened to them, but I had already published and I didn't want to edit again, for me it was done. Paranormal Happenings reached over $1.00, just like my previous article, how wonderful! https://read.cash/@ArteFM/paranormal-happenings-432a803f https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fimg.culturacolectiva.com%2Fcontent_image%2F2017%2F11%2F07%2F1510084755912%2Fhistorias-de-la-gente-sombra.png&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fculturacolectiva.com%2Ftecnologia%2Fgente-sombra-la-presencia-que-te-atormenta-por-las-noches&tbnid=iBEnzOZgoRDprM&vet=12ahUKEwixvcu8jYL0AhXFW98KHQbmA-QQMygVegUIARCjAQ..i&docid=-0bvpEiI89SuvM&w=978&h=800&q=sombras%20extra%C3%B1as&ved=2ahUKEwixvcu8jYL0AhXFW98KHQbmA-QQMygVegUIARCjAQ **Sixth Article** 🎥 We were still close to Halloween, so I wrote Horror Movies, the reason was that I was home alone and couldn't sleep. So I started watching movies, but not just any movies. I watched a marathon, 8 movies in total until dawn. Already at this time I was not afraid of what things to write on the platform, I had many followers and beautiful supportive comments. https://read.cash/@ArteFM/horror-movies-19f9bbf7 ***I write what comes from my heart.*** https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fpng.pngtree.com%2Fthumb_back%2Ffw800%2Fback_pic%2F02%2F66%2F87%2F73578b94f836a03.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fes.pngtree.com%2Ffreebackground%2Ftape-and-film-titles-background_277723.html&tbnid=X_50U2a1ARRNDM&vet=12ahUKEwjFw733joL0AhXHIN8KHbioC0UQMygIegUIARDlAQ..i&docid=J2BF-tZjF-6iFM&w=960&h=350&q=cintapeliculas&hl=es-419&ved=2ahUKEwjFw733joL0AhXHIN8KHbioC0UQMygIegUIARDlAQ I don't like to watch a lot of horror movies, so I watched another style, but in the article I talk about the movies I watched from another point of view. **Seventh Article** 🥘 Many people have eaten things in their life that they don't know what it is, or that to other people that food seems strange, so in this article I talked about that. Once when I was little I ate snake and they told me it was chicken, so I decided to talk about those kinds of strange foods. My father and my father-in-law have eaten many exotic foods, but I only talked about my father-in-law in this first part of the article Strange or Exotic Foods Part I. In the next article I talk about my father. It almost reached $1 hahaha and the best part is that I have been able to write continuously, from October 31 until today. https://read.cash/@ArteFM/strange-or-exotic-foods-part-i-ef781803 https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fmunchies-images.vice.com%2Fwp_upload%2Figuanasoup_22418097149_8b3a7e5f5f_k.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.vice.com%2Fes%2Farticle%2F8qkm8v%2Fcomete-una-iguana-para-curar-la-cruda&tbnid=_fBY7SCHFamRMM&vet=12ahUKEwiQu7uYj4L0AhUOWt8KHalDBBMQMygBegUIARC0AQ..i&docid=QYCo_6QlwMKMmM&w=1800&h=1192&q=sopa%20de%20iguana&hl=es-419&ved=2ahUKEwiQu7uYj4L0AhUOWt8KHalDBBMQMygBegUIARC0AQ **Eighth Article** 💟 I thanked all of you who deserve it, you have helped me a lot to get here. Your articles, your comments and all your support have made me really happy. Thank you very much. Thanks to all of you https://read.cash/@ArteFM/thank-you-all-878cac7e **Ninth Article** 🥧 I visited my parents, shared a good time with them, made a passion fruit pie or as we call it in Venezuela "Un pie de parchita", my dad made pizza with my couple and I tried to take a lot of pictures and record, but my phone had turned off, and I couldn't enjoy my family, make the passion fruit pie and take pictures at the same time hahaha. The pictures I uploaded are the ones I was able to take. Passion Fruit Pie and Homemade Pizza Night https://read.cash/@ArteFM/passion-fruit-pie-and-homemade-pizza-night-47261ecf **Tenth Article** 🤑 This is it, thank you so much for reading my article to the end. Thanks to each and every one of you. I am going to share with you how I keep track of what I write and have earned just by writing, without the comments. As always, you can follow, read and support my sponsor❤️. Passion Fruit Pie 🥧 and Homemade Pizza Night 🍕 **Good Morning Starshine, The Earth Says "Hello!"** 🌟🌟🌟 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETE135Ib1ew Welcome dear readers and writers, how have you been doing? I have been very good. I have read many articles that have given me a lot of motivation to keep writing on read.cash, articles by: @RosheiGanda @rebeysa85 @CoquiCoin @King_Gozie @Frankmart @Jher0122 @G_lenahhh @ZehraSky You can follow all these people if you like and comment on their articles, they are fantastic. 🥰 **Guaranteed quality** 👍 ***Today is a great Thursday, November 04.*** It was a beautiful day outside, at this time in the evening it's deliciously cold. 🌬️ I have been trying to be very active on the platform, I would love to be able to write and upload a daily post and be able to have 20 or 25 followers before the end of the month, this is my goal... 😊 Previously I made my first lemon pie and it turned out very well, I repeated it and it came out very well again. I am already an expert in making lemon pie hahaha Now my new creation is a passion fruit pie, it turned out super delicious, but not as I expected. **I hope you join me in this new story!!!** I traveled to my parents' house, I went to share a few days with them and my mother wanted me to make her a passion fruit pie, even though I had never made a passion fruit pie before. **Passion Fruit Pie**🥧 I bought the necessary ingredients such as: Butter Condensed milk Cookies Eggs Passion Fruit Sugar Vanilla This time I was able to grind the cookies with my dad's food processor. I didn't have to crush the cookies with my hands hahaha. There is something I didn't comment before, the second time I made the lemon pie (for my mother in law) my couple helped me to grind the cookies but since we don't have a processor he turned them into powder with a sledgehammer hahaha It's a good method but not the right one. Here you can read my article about lemon pie. https://read.cash/@ArteFM/my-first-lemon-pie-50b26283 When the cookies were crushed I added the butter and vanilla, turned the food processor back on until the butter and cookies came together. The butter I bought is very salty, so the base was salty. 😭 I rolled out the dough, placed it in the springform pan and kept it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. On the other hand, I made the filling for the passion fruit pie. I added 4 passion fruit in the blender and blended it with a little water, then I passed it through a strainer and stored it in a container. I put the condensed milk in a bowl and then I added yolk by yolk without stopping beating. When I finished, I added the passion fruit juice to the mixture while stirring. I took the cookie base out of the refrigerator. With a pastry brush I made an egg film on the base and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. I took the base out of the oven and waited for it to cool. I placed the filling inside the cookie base and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. At the end of this time I left the passion fruit to cool at room temperature, then I put it in the fridge for 6 hours. On the other hand my father made the pizza with my couple (man time hahaha). 💪 **Pizza** 🍕 For the pizza base you need: Eggs Milk (optional) Oil or butter (or both) Yeast Salt Sugar Wheat flour First dissolve the yeast in a cup of warm water, add a spoonful of milk, a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of flour. The cup is taken for a few minutes to a slightly warm and dark place (it can be inside the oven turned off). Make a flour volcano, add the eggs, add the yeast and a pinch of salt, knead for 5 to 10 minutes or until the dough is well compacted. The dough is left to rest covered for 15 to 30 minutes, it is kept in a bowl and covered with a cloth or kitchen film. After the dough has rested enough, we flour the place where we are going to work. Stretch the dough with a rolling pin giving it the shape we are going to use, in the case of my parents the shape is rectangular. Place the dough on the tray and let it rest for 15 to 30 minutes. **Note:** Many people let the dough rest for 1 hour. While the dough is resting we prepare our delicious ingredients that we will add. Many times we prepare our own sauce with tomatoes, but this time we bought a pizza sauce. So what was missing was to cut the ingredients that we add to the pizza were: Cheese Ham Onion Oregano Paprika Tomato I love pizza with pepperoni, corn and mushrooms. I also love pizza with french fries hahaha I love french fries only once I have eaten it like this and it was in a restaurant. But these ingredients are a bit expensive, so we added the ingredients we were counting on. The pizza was covered with a lot of sauce, all the ingredients were added and then it was put in the oven for 15 minutes. **Note**: The pizza should be checked from time to time to avoid burning. After finishing the pizza and waiting for the passion fruit pie to cool in the refrigerator for 6 hours, it was decorated with the meringue. **Trick:** after decorating the foot was baked in the oven for a few minutes. **Notes:** the butter was very salty, so I didn't really enjoy the flavor of the base, but vanilla was added to give it a different touch. I loved the passion fruit filling, it was tasty, but I like the lemon filling better as it combines sweet and sour and gives it a delicious flavor, the passion fruit filling was not as sour as I expected, it was very sweet but it was tasty. I would love to make and try an apple pie, I have never had one, but apples where I live are a **bit** expensive, so I am raising money to buy enough apples to make my mother an apple pie for her birthday. But this time I will prepare the base with flour, eggs, sugar and butter, like a flaky dough. For that occasion I will not buy cookies and I will make sure that the butter is not too salty. I have seen several videos where I learned how to make the braiding, I have not tried it yet, I will do it on his birthday, I hope it turns out well. **Thank you all for reading my article** 🥧🍕 Remember to follow my wonderful sponsor. I am sure you will like his articles.❤️ Thank you again for making it to the end of the article. **Lots of love to everyone, remember you can give me a comment** **See you in the next article!** 🥧🍕❤️   All content is original The information obtained from the web is indicated **Greetings from Venezuela**❤️

Thank you all Welcome to a new story, thank you for sharing once again with me wonderful people of read.cash, I hope your day, afternoon or evening is beautiful, relaxed, happy and peaceful. May you have accomplished everything you wanted to do, may your day be or have been spectacular.   **Wednesday, November 3rd**   Thanks to everyone who has supported me with their comments and their grain of sand, they have helped me a lot and have given me motivation to continue writing in this wonderful place, I love all the stories I read, I have also read many sad stories, but it is normal, many people are going through very difficult times and here they have a way to unburden themselves or seek help or support. Whenever I can I will support them, we are here to help each other, the world is not really good right now, but we have to be happy with what we have around us, life is only one. Enjoy life despite the difficulties along the way, they will be part of our experience in our future. Difficulties help to strengthen us and to be better every day. Every mistake we make is a lesson to improve. Every failure shows us that we are human and that we must have patience and determination. Health is one of the most important things in life and yet we neglect it, I do not know when was the last time I went to a doctor, I would love to go to one to know how I am, but right now I can not. I have met many people here who have been able to go, who are in very good health, as well as others who are having a bad time and read.cash is a way for them to unburden themselves, to meet other people and to cheer up. I have read many wonderful stories, of meals, walks, plants, sweets, etc. . I would love to read all the articles that everyone posts daily, but wow, there are too many, I could not comment on them all, however I keep a list of who I have commented and who I have not commented on the day, I would love to have a little more time to write a good article and to be able to comment to everyone, to let them know that I am here if they need me, if they need any advice or help. I don't know many things, I make mistakes like any human, but I love to support and help people, not only help in a monetary way.   Today for me was a great day, even though I didn't do many things. Today I cheered up and went out to the street as if I was going to a restaurant or something like that. I walked with my couple, we went to my mother-in-law's house, I played with my couple's niece and we talked for a long time there. I didn't really do anything else all day other than make breakfast and dinner. Wait... I did do something, I made my couple's and my lunch, I made comments to all the people I read, I don't know how many comments I must have made, but I distributed my point of view and read yours, I agreed with many and disagreed with others, but in a good way I gave my point of view. Today I dressed beautifully, I haven't dressed like this for a long time, maybe I have been a little discouraged, leaving my job and not getting another one is difficult. But I don't give up, I have tried to do a thousand and one things. I know I will get ahead one way or another. Despite the short time I have in read.cash I have felt very supported, I have felt good and I hope I can continue like this. I would love to draw every day and show you my drawings, but these are things that take me a lot of time and right now I don't have the necessary resources, but I know that if I work hard I will achieve everything I set out to do.   Thank you very much for reading and reaching the end of my article, it is a different article from the rest. Thank you for following me, for giving me a little grain of sand that is so important to me, a thousand thanks to all the people who have read and commented on my articles, I carry them in my heart. I have told and talked a lot to my couple about all the articles I read and about what you tell me. It makes me happy to read them and to be read by you.   You can stop by my dear sponsor's articles and comment on them. I know that would make you very happy. Thanks to @RosheiGanda for being my first sponsor, it really makes me happy.   Thank you very much for having reached the end of my article, I would love you to give me a like and a comment, to know that you have read it and that you liked it.     **See you in the next article!**   **Greetings from Venezuela**   All content is original Information obtained from the web is indicated

Strange or Exotic Foods Part I Welcome once again, dear people of read.cash. I hope your day is excellent. **Tuesday, November 2nd** Today is the Day of the Dead, some people in my country celebrate it, some people don't... In my family we don't celebrate it, do you celebrate the Day of the Dead? If you celebrate this holiday are you free to comment on what you do on this day, do you do dances, songs, some kind of special food? Always in the festivities there is some food, a traditional dish or an exotic dish to try. You can comment what dish you prepare. You will not be judged hahaha This time I will talk about strange or exotic foods. All these days have been festive and a celebration involves food of any kind. **What is a strange or exotic food?** 🥗🥔🍝🌯🍜🥘🍲 It is a type of food according to my point of view, that for some people is common and for others is a food out of the ordinary, something they have never eaten or do not want to eat. Normally this type of food is of animal origin. Join me in this article to know what I mean by strange or exotic foods according to each person's point of view. The topic of my article came up at a family dinner with my couple’s family. We were talking about anything, mostly horror stuff, because we were on Halloween, but someone asked a question and we were all left thinking, the question was the following: **"What weird or exotic food have you eaten?"** The weirdest food I have eaten is busco or curito soup. This soup was prepared with lots of vegetables and the pot was put on the firewood by my father-in-law. The soup was exquisite, but I find this fish very strange, it is very tasty but I don't like the look of it. The busco is a freshwater fish that is covered with a hard shell, its scales are very different from any other fish I have ever eaten. Normally this strange fish is found in the Amazon River and the Orinoco River, it can also be found in the caños or lagoons. This fish tolerates oxygen deficiency and adapts easily to the environment and in the dry season it can be found in puddles. Sancocho de busco is a traditional dish of the Venezuelan plains. Many people consider the taste of the fish to be similar to the taste of lobster. Another strange food I have tried is fried snake. I was with my family visiting the countryside and what they had for dinner was snake, I didn't know anything, it was very small, they told me it was chicken. My father told me that he brought more than 1 meter of snake to where we live and here he prepared it, he shared it with the neighbors. I ate the snake again thinking it was chicken. I admit it was delicious, even though I didn't know what I was eating hahaha. My father-in-law used to tell us that he had eaten a lot of animals in the countryside, since he used to hunt with his brothers. My father-in-law has eaten chigüire, guacharaca, iguana, pigeon and pufferfish. **Chigüire** 🥗🍲🥔 https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fcuantoviven.net%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2015%2F01%2Fcuanto-vive-chiguiro.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fcuantoviven.net%2Fcuanto-vive-el-chiguiro%2F&tbnid=AHiFWBGyrFE5wM&vet=12ahUKEwiu1Y_wnvvzAhUEON8KHVOwCUkQMygCegUIARCyAQ..i&docid=GQoSabLHLpuWPM&w=600&h=400&q=chiguiro&ved=2ahUKEwiu1Y_wnvvzAhUEON8KHVOwCUkQMygCegUIARCyAQ It is said that the chigüire or capybara is the largest rodent in the world and that its meat can weigh up to 80 kilos. In Venezuela, the chigüire has been consumed since colonial times, especially in the country's plains. The chigüire became an essential dish in our country, being part of the tradition of consuming this dish during Holy Week as well as eating fish, since it is forbidden by the Catholic Church to eat beef during Holy Week. The government banned the poaching of this species, since the population of 1968 was finishing with this animal. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http%3A%2F%2F2.bp.blogspot.com%2F-cKhX7qtTpuQ%2FVRdeEIzQVjI%2FAAAAAAAAEhc%2F2hbSHgzQ8qw%2Fs16000%2Fchiguiro-.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fcomidatipicatradicional.blogspot.com%2F2015%2F03%2Fchiguiro-la-brasa-porciones.html%3Fm%3D1&tbnid=V0H3emkHI7DrjM&vet=12ahUKEwiA8q73nvvzAhUGDd8KHbA2Cd0QMygGegUIARC9AQ..i&docid=ayokdeQzaCHCTM&w=615&h=461&q=chiguiro%20asado&ved=2ahUKEwiA8q73nvvzAhUGDd8KHbA2Cd0QMygGegUIARC9AQ **However, for many people buying the certified meat is too expensive (US$20 per kilo) and they opt for illegal hunting.** **Guacharaca**🍜🥘🍲 https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcaripevirtual.com%2Fimages%2Fcontent%2F06.jpg&imgrefurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcaripevirtual.com%2Findex.php%2Fla-cartelera%2Fsonidos-de-caripe%2F61-la-guacharaca&tbnid=fHYmE_m-HwW93M&vet=12ahUKEwjbt7zQn_vzAhXJHN8KHb4wACEQMygKegUIARC5AQ..i&docid=NlcpcokM_rVpnM&w=460&h=276&q=guacharaca&ved=2ahUKEwjbt7zQn_vzAhXJHN8KHb4wACEQMygKegUIARC5AQ The guacharaca is a bird that is very loud, so you can easily spot where it is found. This bird is very similar to the chicken but has a long tail, robust wings, is brown in color, and lives in thickets or areas near the forest. This bird can be found in northern Venezuela, northeastern Colombia and Tobago. In Central America there is a similar species known as the chachalaca. These birds measure between 53 to 61 cm in length and weigh approximately 450 to 800 grams. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fi.ytimg.com%2Fvi%2FJjhVyGdbDmQ%2Fmaxresdefault.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DJjhVyGdbDmQ&tbnid=AO93iXpWtWa5VM&vet=12ahUKEwjC6afxoPvzAhUGPN8KHRS4CP4QMygFegQIARA9..i&docid=eLdB5_k54GUhDM&w=1280&h=720&q=chachalaca%20sopa&ved=2ahUKEwjC6afxoPvzAhUGPN8KHRS4CP4QMygFegQIARA9 Normally the guacharaca as a dish is eaten in soup, but there are many other ways to prepare it. Researching I found a guachara soup with rice and coconut milk. For this dish is prepared like cooking chicken, water is placed to heat and when it boils the guacharaca is placed until it softens, add the seasonings and rice until it cooks, when the preparation is thick coconut milk is added, let it stand and ready, it is served as a broth. You can add carrots, potatoes, peas, onions, etc. to this preparation. I really don't know if I would eat this dish, I don't like guacharaca, but it looks like a chicken soup. **Iguanas**🥗🌯🥘 https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.anipedia.net%2Fimagenes%2Figuanas-800x375.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.anipedia.net%2Figuanas%2F&tbnid=j2YlUY08TTFrOM&vet=12ahUKEwjkv7K2ofvzAhXNi-AKHVtQDfAQMygiegUIARCUAg..i&docid=djcpnHywcZBTiM&w=800&h=375&q=iguanas&ved=2ahUKEwjkv7K2ofvzAhXNi-AKHVtQDfAQMygiegUIARCUAg Iguanas are green reptiles, these reptiles are very observant and calm. Many people hunt them for consumption or to eat their eggs, or they are also adopted as pets. This peaceful reptile is usually between 2 meters long from head to tail. To me it seems evil to eat this peaceful animal, since they usually hunt them during the breeding season to take their eggs. What they do is to grab the female to cut her open and remove her eggs, then they stitch her up, leaving her in a bad state and sterile. The weight of the iguana is normally between 15 and 17 kilograms. The iguana is highly sought after in Panama and Colombia, where its meat is prepared with coconut milk. The iguana in coconut is one of the most sought after dishes in the Colombian Guajira. The trade of this animal is illegal, however its consumption is huge. In Nicaragua it is prepared in soup, it is illegal, but the country has no laws against it. In Mexico it is used as an ingredient in tamales, but only the meat of adult iguanas is used. It is said that its flavor is sweet and gives a different "touch" to the tamale, but a special permit is needed for hunting. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.diariomarca.com.mx%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2019%2F04%2F2-2-1024x618.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.diariomarca.com.mx%2F2019%2F04%2Ftamales-de-iguana-un-manjar-de-cuaresma%2F&tbnid=ZOjkS_wC5KGZAM&vet=12ahUKEwjo5OrdofvzAhXPHt8KHdDiCzoQMygJegUIARDCAQ..i&docid=eWpAWLeXhTIKlM&w=1024&h=618&q=tamal%20de%20iguana&ved=2ahUKEwjo5OrdofvzAhXPHt8KHdDiCzoQMygJegUIARDCAQ I am afraid to go to Mexico and eat a tamale with iguana meat, I don't know if all tamales will be like that or it is a special tamale they sell. **Pigeon**🍜🥘🍲 https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.infobae.com%2Fnew-resizer%2Fgf0luFZyWQH-Ovc4oJPJ7RJdJEA%3D%2F1200x900%2Ffilters%3Aformat(jpg)%3Aquality(85)%2F%2Fs3.amazonaws.com%2Farc-wordpress-client-uploads%2Finfobae-wp%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2016%2F09%2F27174918%2FPaloma1.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.infobae.com%2Famerica%2Fmundo%2F2017%2F11%2F24%2Flas-palomas-son-mucho-mejores-en-la-multitarea-que-los-humanos%2F&tbnid=dL2oMoWHx9Cf2M&vet=12ahUKEwjbwr6SovvzAhVTwikDHSvhADkQMygUegUIARDvAQ..i&docid=x3WfgVY9W-xUJM&w=1200&h=900&itg=1&q=paloma&ved=2ahUKEwjbwr6SovvzAhVTwikDHSvhADkQMygUegUIARDvAQ There are many types of pigeons, both their size and weight vary a lot depending on the species. Their length ranges from 15 to 75 centimeters and their weight varies between 30 and 2000 grams. The largest pigeon species can weigh up to 4 kilograms and is the size of a turkey. The smallest pigeon weighs 22 grams. It is said that pigeon meat provides a lot of protein, minerals and saturated fats, but I understand that pigeon has a lot of parasites. The pigeon casserole is a very popular dish in Catalan gastronomy. This dish belongs to the traditional cuisine and is mainly consumed during autumn or winter. It is said that by marinating this dish well the wine softens the fibers of the pigeon giving it a very exquisite flavor. Some time ago I read a news article where pigeons were disappearing in Venezuela due to the crisis. This article was published on April 30, 2018. It comments that began to decrease the amount of these birds in the state of Táchira, because of the problems of the country there was not enough food for the population, I do not know if this will be true. In the news they comment that there were many witnesses seeing several inhabitants hunting the pigeons for their consumption. Some people said that it was a crime and other people did not agree, because the economic problem of the country was very big. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.desalud.net%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2016%2F09%2Fpaloma-223x137.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.desalud.net%2Fsopa-paloma-propiedades-beneficios-la-salud%2F&tbnid=fSPSXp3DSex6UM&vet=12ahUKEwihnrOWovvzAhUqSN8KHUcTDhAQMygAegUIARCsAQ..i&docid=1HQRqNFLPzoqrM&w=223&h=137&q=paloma%20sopa&ved=2ahUKEwihnrOWovvzAhUqSN8KHUcTDhAQMygAegUIARCsAQ#imgrc=fSPSXp3DSex6UM&imgdii=MX2NWAJuwzR8fM If you want to read more about pigeons you can read my article: https://read.cash/@ArteFM/my-new-neighbors-601d5c4f I'm not talking about how to eat them, it's a story about my neighbors who are pigeons. **Pufferfish**🥗🍝🍜 https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fstatic.wikia.nocookie.net%2Fanimalplanetsthemostextreme%2Fimages%2F4%2F49%2F6805d90cb5dc79c7875376436343ae2133cab97-puffer-fish.jpg%2Frevision%2Flatest%3Fcb%3D20210217184159&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fthe-most-exteme.fandom.com%2Fwiki%2FPufferfish&tbnid=ASaPiQtIyTBN1M&vet=12ahUKEwjPotq-ovvzAhVrwikDHTnRAzkQMygRegUIARDbAQ..i&docid=Nl6zzc3doK_p4M&w=1039&h=692&q=pufferfish&ved=2ahUKEwjPotq-ovvzAhVrwikDHTnRAzkQMygRegUIARDbAQ A rather strange fish that belongs to the order Tetraodontiformes, this family of fish includes many species that are considered to be pufferfish, porcupinefish or sea ostrich. This fish, when it feels threatened or frightened, swells by taking in water or air, which makes its size increase dramatically and prevents the predator from devouring it. The pufferfish is the third most venomous vertebrate in the world, after the poison dart frog and the stonefish. Some internal organs of the pufferfish, such as the liver and skin, contain tetrodotoxin which is a deadly neurotoxin that deprives the potential actions of neurons or muscles in humans. This neurotoxin accumulates in the skin while the fish is still alive. The venom of this fish is said to be greater than the venom of cyanide and is capable of killing 30 adult humans. Despite the fact that this animal is highly toxic, many people consume its meat. Japan is the main consumer of pufferfish, as its meat is considered a delicacy. Korea and China also consume a lot of pufferfish. Chefs have to be specially trained to prepare dishes that contain pufferfish, they must know what part of the animal can be eaten and how much of it is safe to eat. The average size of pufferfish is between 30 to 50 centimeters, but some species have reached more than 100 centimeters. Pufferfish teeth are always growing, but due to their diet their teeth wear down, otherwise they would grow abnormally. These fish feed on clams, snails, sea urchins, algae and sponges. Chefs who prepare dishes with pufferfish must study this fish for 3 years, must be licensed and authorized by the Japanese government. For the preparation of pufferfish, the meat must follow a strict protocol. There are different ways to accompany or garnish a dish with pufferfish, **Sashimi** is the most popular way where the fish is cut into thin, almost transparent slices and place these slices in the shape of a flower. You can also prepare fried puffer fish known as **Kara-age**, it can also be prepared in **salads, Sake or stew.** I think I am more afraid of eating puffer fish than iguana meat. And of course as it takes great skill to prepare this deadly food it is also very expensive.  https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Frimage.gnst.jp%2Flivejapan.com%2Fpublic%2Farticle%2Fdetail%2Fa%2F00%2F00%2Fa0000349%2Fimg%2Fbasic%2Fa0000349_main.jpg%3F20170428103434%26q%3D80%26rw%3D750%26rh%3D536&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Flivejapan.com%2Fen%2Farticle-a0000349%2F&tbnid=9ltmW1SICArNgM&vet=12ahUKEwjX65zNovvzAhUOjOAKHd3dDyEQMygEegUIARDGAQ..i&docid=7QLwq3zxNNVUjM&w=750&h=536&q=sashimi%20pufferfish&ved=2ahUKEwjX65zNovvzAhUOjOAKHd3dDyEQMygEegUIARDGAQ **Have you eaten any of these strange or exotic foods?** **What exotic food have you eaten that I have not mentioned?** **Are you ready for part two? Horror Movies Hello, hello, wonderful people of read.cash. I hope you are having a great day, happy beginning of November to all. Today is a beautiful Monday, November 1st, Saint's Day... I know we just finished Halloween, but there are still many things that happened that day that I want to tell you about....   A few days ago I was very lonely at home, my partner went to work and it started to rain very hard, he couldn't come back because it got very late and the road was flooded, it didn't stop raining. So my partner stayed at a friend's house. Taking advantage of the fact that I was alone I started to watch a lot of horror movies until dawn. At the end I will put the list of the movies.   I am not very fond of horror movies, but I wanted to entertain myself until I fell asleep. I searched all over the internet for what to watch, until I found the right movies. I didn't want to watch anything that had to do with possessions, viruses or the spell. It took me a long time to find what I wanted to see... I'm going to describe the movies one by one, and I'd love for you to think about what movie I'm describing as you read to see if you're a good guesser. https://www.deviantart.com/bettkisslove/art/Cinta-De-Pelicula-By-Kokoamaslowhayden-d5m1ll9-339478638 ***First and Second Movie*** The main character goes through many challenges and goes through many terrible things.  Despite that, our protagonist tries to make friends and get along with others, but something terrible happens in the story, the protagonist loses his mother in a very horrible way. The protagonist is left in a state of shock. His father starts to take care of him, but he is not the best father in the world. At first his father does not want to accept him and imposes many rules on him, he stops spending time with him, because he did not want to take care of him. The father starts a search to find him a new mother to take care of him, as he is too busy working and has no time for his son. His son is a little clumsy boy, who wants to have fun, but his father won't let him. His father leaves him with his new mother and takes off. Our protagonist's new mother falls into a trap made by the main villain. The protagonist must leave his fear and face life and the reality of what is happening in order to stay alive. https://www.deviantart.com/bettkisslove/art/Cinta-De-Pelicula-By-Kokoamaslowhayden-d5m1ll9-339478638  ***Third Movie*** A boy lives happily with his parents until a great threat arrives. This threat wants to take his parents away from him, keeping them totally occupied, making the boy start to be the villain in front of the world. The protagonist's threat, actually had a bigger threat and was following orders in order to finish his mission. He had to keep the boy's parents busy so he could study and eliminate his greatest enemy. The protagonist and the antagonist team up to take down a bigger threat so the protagonist can get his parents back.... https://www.deviantart.com/bettkisslove/art/Cinta-De-Pelicula-By-Kokoamaslowhayden-d5m1ll9-339478638 ***Fourth Movie*** The boy is already an adult, but now he has to fight against a threat that attacks his children, putting his whole family in grave danger... https://www.deviantart.com/bettkisslove/art/Cinta-De-Pelicula-By-Kokoamaslowhayden-d5m1ll9-339478638  ***Fifth Movie*** A married couple decide to adopt at Christmas. Paranormal Happenings Sunday, October 31st ***Good spooky good evening, beautiful people of read.cash. How are you in these special days of Halloween?*** 💀👻🎃 These days there are many costume contests and game shows. There are prizes for adults and children for the best costume. These days the streets have been very crowded with vehicles, so traffic is difficult. All the food businesses have their usual Halloween contests. But, it has been raining a lot so many events have been cancelled because of the heavy rains. Being honest I won't be attending these events, Covid is a pretty complicated disease and people are not taking proper measures... What's creepier than that? hahaha People are walking around without masks, not respecting the spacing, being very oblivious, etc, etc, etc. Since everyone is going crazy for Halloween, I'll tell these paranormal happenings that I've had in storage for a long time. They are short stories, but very real. **The night coins** 💀👻🎃 I've always had trouble sleeping, but when I do fall asleep two things happen: - I wake up very easily or. - There is nothing that can wake me up, just me. Many years ago when I lived with my parents it was hard to fall asleep, I would count sheep, make up stories in my head, sing a song until I could fall asleep, but these things didn't work. There was something that bothered me, I started to use my ears a lot to be aware of everything. I listened to dogs, cats fighting and any normal night noise. But there was a time when I started to hear coins, and I found it very uncomfortable. Why did I find it uncomfortable? Well, before at my parents' house, they sold ice cream, the neighbors paid with coins and those coins went into a bowl in the kitchen. And that was the noise I heard at night, not always, but it was really annoying. When I wanted to sleep, those coins sounded, they were thrown one by one into the bowl or they were moved into that bowl, it was such an annoying sound. Then I had a hard time waking up to go to school, but I knew that it was better during the day than at night. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fthumbs.dreamstime.com%2Fb%2Fbol-de-vidrio-con-monedas-del-centavo-euro-129539580.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fes.dreamstime.com%2Fbol-de-vidrio-con-monedas-del-centavo-euro-image129539580&tbnid=O0kGRSBxeKxk0M&vet=12ahUKEwjIsajX4_XzAhVhwCkDHRarBHsQMygCegUIARCzAQ..i&docid=eSdrCh1DG1MVPM&w=800&h=533&itg=1&q=bol%20con%20monedas&ved=2ahUKEwjIsajX4_XzAhVhwCkDHRarBHsQMygCegUIARCzAQ I never knew what made the coins rattle in the kitchen bowl. **The spirit of the field** 💀👻🎃 This didn't happen to me, it happened to my father-in-law. My father-in-law is from the countryside, so he often went out hunting with his brothers. He tells me that when they hunted they could not follow the whistles or voices they heard because they would be lost forever or if they saw a strange light, they should not follow it. Once he told me that he went with two brothers to hunt, they went into the field and each one went to a different place, but they had a meeting point. My father-in-law went on the right side, his older brother on the left side and his younger brother followed straight ahead. When they separated my father-in-law began to see a light, he told me that the light was calling him. My father-in-law started to follow the light which led him to a place he didn't know, so he stopped following it. He told me that the light was leading him somewhere he didn't want to go. Then he started to hear whistling or calling, but he didn't respond, he had to ignore all those sounds or he would get lost again. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fmapio.net%2Fimages-p%2F14007960.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fmapio.net%2Fpic%2Fp-14007960%2F&tbnid=hjH1awxHFPNq7M&vet=12ahUKEwiBvZe_5PXzAhUKjOAKHa2BD6AQMygHegUIARDKAQ..i&docid=RpuIxzCTCmD1rM&w=1024&h=685&q=campo%20nocturno&ved=2ahUKEwiBvZe_5PXzAhUKjOAKHa2BD6AQMygHegUIARDKAQ It was a long time before he arrived at the meeting point and his older brother was waiting for him, the younger brother had not yet arrived. Hours passed and the younger brother did not show up, so they decided to look for him all over the countryside without separating. They found him standing near a river, he seemed hypnotized and was talking nonsense. As best they could, they took him away. When his younger brother reacted, he didn't know where he was or who he was. After a few hours he began to remember everything and said that he was following a light that wanted to take him to the depths of the river because he would be better off there. From that day on they were much more careful when they were in the camp. Perhaps if they had been separated the "spirit of the camp" would have taken them to the depths of the river. **Terrifying days** 💀👻🎃 After I graduated from high school, I moved to another city My Life https://read.cash/@ArteFM/my-life-973fb977 you can read my life here if you are interested and haven't read it yet... I moved to another state, now I was living with my aunt. As you know I have trouble sleeping. It was great living with my aunt, but when they would leave weird things would happen in her house. From the bottom of my bedroom door I saw shadows of people, I also heard voices, that really scared me, but I tried not to pay attention to them. Only my aunt and I lived there. My aunt left the country so I had to move. I was for many years living in a residence with 9 women, so there were 10 of us in total. It wasn't much fun, they were always fighting, but that's not what bothered me. None of the rooms had windows, so there was no sunlight coming in, or rather, there were no windows anywhere in the dorm. The light we had was from the light bulbs. When we slept, the room was submerged in darkness. At night the sounds of drums started very close to me, drums that I had never heard in my life. I tried to ignore them for a long time. One day I started to hear footsteps very close to my bed, I kept ignoring them, whatever it was didn't bother me as such, only when I was trying to sleep. Many times I would leave the TV on with low volume, so I wouldn't hear either the footsteps or the drums, when I woke up the TV was off, but it was already daylight, so I would leave for college or work. "The problems" happened at night when I wanted to sleep. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fichef.bbci.co.uk%2Fnews%2F640%2Famz%2Fworldservice%2Flive%2Fassets%2Fimages%2F2014%2F11%2F10%2F141110160743_fantasma_624x351_thinkstock.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bbc.com%2Fmundo%2Fnoticias%2F2014%2F11%2F141110_fantasmas_presencia_cerebro_laboratorio_lp&tbnid=Jwd7CCeIhrX8MM&vet=12ahUKEwjX4ary5PXzAhWLCd8KHd04CqMQMygBegQIARB4..i&docid=xnbHduwPpSRJKM&w=640&h=360&q=sombras%20extra%C3%B1as&ved=2ahUKEwjX4ary5PXzAhWLCd8KHd04CqMQMygBegQIARB4#imgrc=Jwd7CCeIhrX8MM&imgdii=4xl2Kp3Iq-aiHM One day while I was trying to sleep, "something" pushed down the corner of my bed, I stood up running to turn on the light and the TV, I didn't want to turn around in case I found that something, however, there was nothing and the bed was normal. I could not go back to sleep in that room. I told my roommates what had happened to me and they told me that they went through similar things. I slept many times in my roommates' rooms, they told me about the paranormal events they had experienced. Many times my roommates were hanged. From that moment on I moved away from home... I didn't want to go through those horrible things anymore, I couldn't sleep because I didn't know at what moment I could be disturbed... ***Finally, the most terrifying story*** **The light that moved** 💀👻🎃 My mom told me that my grandfather loved to read books at night. He would lie in a hammock and start reading. One night the lights went out, my grandfather got out of the hammock. In the dark he started looking for a candle and matches. He lit the candle and put it on a stone near him. My grandfather lay down in the hammock and continued reading, but... A strange event started, the light of the candle began to move. My grandfather stopped reading and watched as the candle moved around the room, he didn't pay much attention to it and continued reading. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fi.blogs.es%2F48160e%2Fcomo-fotografiar-vela-encendida-a-oscuras-1-%2F1366_2000.jpg&imgrefurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.xatakafoto.com%2Ftrucos-y-consejos%2Fcomo-hacer-buena-foto-a-vela-encendida-a-oscuras&tbnid=IxlSCjmIrS3ktM&vet=12ahUKEwj498SB5fXzAhWjnuAKHfXsAGkQMygEegUIARDGAQ..i&docid=LlCtvgmftC8_XM&w=1366&h=911&q=vela%20en%20la%20oscuridad&ved=2ahUKEwj498SB5fXzAhWjnuAKHfXsAGkQMygEegUIARDGAQ When the candle started to move closer to the hammock my grandfather got very scared and ran away. My grandfather went into a room and didn't come out until the light came on. Time went by and he didn't hear anything strange outside, when he went to the living room he realized that he had put the candle on the morrocoy and that's why that strange light was moving hahaha. There are things in life that seem strange to us, some have an explanation, like what happened to my grandfather, but there are things that simply have no explanation?   Thank you very much for reaching the end of my article, I hope you liked it. If you have any strange occurrences, something paranormal, you can leave it in the comments.   Have you seen or heard unexplained things? According to what several people have told me, if they talk to you or bother you, you should ignore them, otherwise they will keep bothering you. What do you think about this, is it real or a lie?   If you like, you can follow my friend-sponsor. He has very interesting stories I wanted to participate in the Halloween contest, but unfortunately I couldn't log in to read.cash yesterday because my internet was down, I wanted to post what I wrote anyway. I would love for you to read it @Theblackdoll **Note:** In Venezuela we no longer use coins, only bills, due to hyperinflation.   Thank you again for making it to the end of the article.   **See you in the next article!** 💀👻🎃   All content is original The information obtained from the web is indicated

Magical trip to... Pekin? Thursday, October 28th ***Welcome once again to one of my stories, nice and kind people.*** 🧡**Thank you for the support you have given me. Today I am super happy**🧡 Let's start with the story... A few days ago I was talking with my partner about the trips we've taken and the times we've eaten out (all this before Covid). I remembered the first and only time we have gone camping. We had never camped before, so we didn't know what to bring. We asked the friend who invited us and he just said **"buy a kilo of cheese"** We took overalls, towels, lots of clothes, sheets, the tent, a kilo of cheese and bread. We didn't buy repellent, nor fever, headache or allergy pills, I didn't think it was necessary. Big mistake, always go prepared. The only thing I knew was that my brother-in-law, my couple and my friend would be there. I didn't really know where we were going, only that we were going to camp near a river by "Pekin". I didn't know where that place was, what it looked like, let alone how to get there. I just wanted to be part of that adventure. I brought plenty of cash in case we needed it, it was money for the bus fare to the meeting point and the entrance to the place. My couple and I went first to my brother-in-law's house to go together, he had everything ready, the tent, the clothes, all his stuff. Before leaving we called our friend and he told us that he was already close to the meeting point, so we hurried to leave. We waited for a long time for a bus to go to the meeting point. We arrived at the place, it was a bakery, and we started looking for our friend, he was not there, but it was quite crowded despite the time and place (very few people go to that bakery). Our friend was late in arriving, we greeted him and realized that all the people who were in the bakery were also going on the trip, but there were still people who had not yet arrived When the 16 people were there, we got into a truck. It took us an hour to get to the site, or so we thought, there was still a long way to go, but it was on foot, there were no paved roads, just nature. We walked to the site for 30 minutes or maybe more. We passed many, many bridges, we skipped stones to cross the river. The "last challenge" was climbing a high stone wall to get to the house hahaha. It was a fairly simple house, but we weren't going to sleep there, we slept outside in our tents. We rested from the walk, we were talking a lot. There were many musicians and photographers in the group. We did not know the people we were with, but they knew each other, it was not the first time they traveled there. I didn't take a lot of photos because I was focused on enjoying nature, but I remember everything I saw. We walked trying not to get lost hahaha. We bathed in the river that was near the house, we just had to go down the stone wall very carefully because it was slippery. Soon it began to get dark and we made a bonfire. Around the campfire we began to play and sing. Our dinner was bread and cheese and orange juice. When night fell, we changed the activity, stopped the music, and began to tell horror stories. They all talked about "paranormal" things that had happened to them or talked about horror movies. We laughed, we were scared, but we had a great time. Then we went to sleep in our tents. I had never shared so much with strangers, it was weird and nice, I would love to do it again when Covid stops being so dangerous. In the morning we had a breakfast of arepas stuffed with cheese and meat. We went for a walk around, our destination was a waterfall, but we still did not know anything, we only knew that we were going to walk a lot. We walked for 1 hour, our guides were 8 and 9 year old kids, who joked all the time  and acted like they were lost, they did not make me distrust them, they just gave me a lot of laughter. They are the best guides I have ever had hahaha. We went over many bridges where only one person could pass at a time, they were quite dangerous, but we continued our adventure. I was very scared, they were very high and I'm afraid of heights. Then we were on a path where we had to be totally stuck to the mountain and where we had to walk one foot behind the other, the only way not to fall was to hold on to a rusty pipe that was over there, but the pipe was not safe, it could break at any mo. We were almost 3 meters above the river, so my fear of heights had to be calmed, I had to be quite relaxed to cross that difficult challenge hahaha. We walked a lot, jumped a lot of rocks, got pretty tired. In spite of everything, we enjoyed a lot, the landscape is really beautiful, we are surrounded by a lot of vegetation, plants and the river. The weather is very pleasant. We arrived at a "small" waterfall. I thought we were going to stay there, how wrong I was, we rested for about 10 minutes, we took a bath and then we went up to that waterfall. It was quite risky, all the rocks were very slippery, you had to climb very steep, you could slip and hurt yourself on the rocks. We walked a lot more and kept going up.  Finally we came to a super waterfall, it was the waterfall we were going to go to, we were there for a while and then the guys who had been there more than once started climbing that waterfall. I think they had too much adrenaline and I had too little hahaha. That waterfall was about 12 meters, I'm not very good with measurements, all measurements are approximate. Because of the height of the waterfall they had to be much more careful than before and help each other a lot more, because they could fall. I didn't go up this super waterfall because my knee hurt a lot (I have joint problems), I stayed below with other people who didn't want to or couldn't go up either. My couple stayed with me, but I know he really wanted to go. I told him he could go, but to be careful. My couple tried to climb alone very carefully without slipping. Here is the evidence of how he was climbing alone hahaha. I don't have pictures of that waterfall, my couple gave me his camera to keep so he wouldn't get wet going up to the waterfall. It was very cold and we were very tired, but the scenery was wonderful. I don't know how many hours passed before I saw the guys coming down. I started to get ready for the return trip, which was somewhat quicker, I feel it took us longer to go to the waterfall than it did to get back to camp. Before nightfall, we were back at camp. We re-lit the campfire and made lots of wood-fired arepas while the guys created a relaxed atmosphere with their music. Our friend is a musician so in that house he had piano, guitars, drums, maracas, etc... So the music always accompanied us. We had dinner and did the same as the day before, we sat around the campfire to sing, tell stories and horror experiences. The next day ended our magical trip to Pekin, where I would like to return at some point. But... There is something that happened at night and I have remembered it at this moment since we are close to Halloween... Even though we were going to sleep and there was no one around, there were children's voices, laughing, shouting, talking, hitting the tents and running from one side to the other. In the mornings the stones had marks of small feet and the moment you saw them again they had no more marks. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of this strange event. We don't know what really happened, but these types of events or unexplained beings are known as "the haunted". Many stories tell that when you go to the countryside or to the river "the haunted" come out. There are many stories about these beliefs, they say that they are beings in human form that take children or young people and disappear by drowning them in the rivers and that the body of the missing person is never found. Many people who live in rural areas claim to have seen them or say they have had some experience with these beings. It is also said that it is bad to be alone in a river or to sleep nearby because you can be carried away by the haunted ones... What do you think about this strange event? Have you ever heard about these beings? In Venezuela there are many myths and legends about goblins, enchanted beings, apparitions, ghosts... The most popular ones are the llorona, the sayona and the silbón. You can find information about these Venezuelan spirits in @CoquiCoin post https://read.cash/@CoquiCoin/of-screams-and-whistles-c7f9614d Note: On the way to Pekin my couple was stung by a wasp on his arm. His arm started to swell a lot and became very hot (he is not allergic, so it seemed strange to us). I got really scared, it's the first time something like that has happened to him. He started feeling dizzy and stopped moving his arm, luckily someone was carrying allergy pills, and within 10 minutes he was better. His arm was back to normal after a short time, but it was quite a scare. Since that day we always carry headache, fever and allergy pills.  If you want to go camping or go somewhere you don't know on vacation, always carry insect repellent, headache, allergy and motion sickness pills. Remember to always carry all kinds of first aid items, they are very important.  If you want to remember your trip in photographs, carry plenty of batteries in your camera. **Thanks so much to** @RosheiGanda **for being my first sponsor, I was so happy to hear this news, I am really very very happy** You can follow his articles, comment and enjoy them. **Thank you very much to all of you dear readers for reaching the end of my article.** I hope you liked my story about the magical trip I had to Pekin and the paranormal experience I lived hahaha. My first lemon pie Wednesday, October 27th The things I love are: Sweets Coffee Plants And good music So today I want to tell you about the first lemon pie I made. Greetings wonderful people from read.cash and thank you once again for accepting me in this community... Sweets, donuts, chocolates, cookies, cakes, chocolate bonbons, cupcakes, truffles, brownies, flan, cheesecake, golfeados... There were so many sweets out there and I decided to make a lemon pie. **Why did I decide to make a lemon pie?** I had never made a lemon pie before, it was a new experience, it takes a lot of patience and few ingredients. My brother-in-law had a birthday and what better gift than to make him a dessert that he likes. He always helps us and shares a lot with us, it is a way to thank him for all his help. **Is it difficult to make a lemon pie?** No, it is very easy to make lemon pie, you just need time. **Base of the lemon pie** To prepare the base of the lemon pie there are 2 ways: With flour, eggs, butter and sugar or Buy a package of cookies. In my case I bought a package of cookies, it was cheaper. It was complicated to crush the cookies because I don't have a food processor, so I did everything by hand. Although it took me a long time to crush the cookies it was quite a fun task, while I was making the base I listened to music and danced. After a while the cookies were completely crushed. I mixed the crushed cookies with melted butter and made the base of the lemon pie. Then I took the lemon pie base to the oven for a few minutes. **Lemon pie filling** The filling can also be made in two ways: With egg yolk, sugar, lemon juice, water and cornstarch or Condensed milk, egg yolk and lemon juice. I did it with the second option, it is faster and it was more economical. I added the condensed milk to a bowl, then added the egg yolk to the container and beat until the mixture was well blended. I added the lemon juice to the mixture and stirred in circles. The filling is ready! I poured the filling into the base of the lemon pie very carefully. At the end, the preparation went straight into the oven for a few minutes. I let the lemon pie cool very well at room temperature, then I kept the preparation in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours. **Lemon pie decoration** My couple helped me make the lemon pie ornament. He made an Italian meringue with sugar, egg whites and water. He heated water with sugar in a saucepan to create a syrup. In a bowl he beat the egg whites until stiff. The hot syrup was added to the egg whites and mixed in an enveloping manner until it cooled a little. The Italian meringue is ready, after that we decorate the lemon pie.  When we finished decorating the pie, we baked  for a few minutes, until most of the meringue turned this beautiful color. My couple's family, the birthday boy and my couple and I really liked my dessert, so I made it again for my mother-in-law's birthday. My mother-in-law's birthday pie was bigger, but the meringue didn't set long enough, it was still warm. On the way to my mother-in-law's house the meringue moved around, but that didn't matter, the lemon pie was very tasty. It is a very simple recipe to make, it only takes a little time. It is excellent as a snack and worthy of being accompanied by a nice, hot coffee. I am very happy to have made the lemon pie, there is a perfect balance of flavors. **History of lemon pie** It is said that lemon pie was first prepared in England during the 18th century by Protestants and then became popular in the United States in the late 18th century. The first recipe for lemon pie with a puff pastry base and lemon cream filling was captured in 1806 by Elizabeth Goodwell. She ran a bakery and taught cooking classes. Other historians say that lemon pie was invented in the 19th century by Swiss pastry chef Alexander Frehse, who was the first to combine lemon cream with Italian meringue.  Historians say that this dessert was served at the banquets offered by Queen Elizabeth of England, so it is deduced that the origin is English. **There is no exact date for the creation of this magnificent dessert, but its creation was an excellent idea.** Lemon pie has been so popular that August 15 is celebrated as National Lemon Pie Day. This recipe is very exquisite, a semi-sweet dough, with a sweet and sour filling, and a very sweet decoration, leaves your mouth full of desire to keep eating this dessert.  **I invite you to make and try this recipe, it is a good snack to share with your loved ones.** **Links where I got the information about the history of the lemon pie:** Tarta de limón con merengue - Wikipedia, la enciclopedia libre https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarta_de_lim%C3%B3n_con_merengue Historia del Pie de Limón: Origen y Receta del Postre Inglés (peruenvideos.com) https://www.peruenvideos.com/historia-pie-de-limon/ Lemon pie: el origen desconocido de un clásico de las meriendas en todo el mundo - Cucinare https://www.cucinare.tv/2020/07/27/lemon-pie-el-origen-desconocido-de-un-clasico-de-las-meriendas-en-todo-el-mundo/ Lemon Pie - Ebenezer Maxwell Mansion https://ebenezermaxwellmansion.org/lemon-pie/ Lemon pie world’s favourite dessert | Puratos Deli(cious) Stories https://delistories.puratos.com/lemon-pie/ NATIONAL LEMON MERINGUE PIE DAY - August 15 - National Day Calendar https://nationaldaycalendar.com/national-lemon-meringue-pie-day-august-15/ **Music I was listening to while writing this article:** https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhHW5f9LYC8 Thank you very much for having reached the end of my article about my first lemon cake, I hope you liked it a lot and that you are encouraged to make this delicious sweet. I loved making this lemon cake, I really enjoyed it with the family and we all found it to be a very delicious dessert. I want to redo this recipe. Have you ever made a dessert like this? If so, can you comment on your experience? **If you haven't made this dessert yet, here's the recipe.** **Lemon tart recipe** Ingredients (20 cm mold) **For the filling** 790 grams of condensed milk (I used 395 grams of condensed milk). 240 ml of lemon juice (I used 120 ml of lemon juice). 8 egg yolks (I used 4 egg yolks). **For the base** 250 grams of cookies 120 grams of melted butter. **For decoration** 2 cups of sugar (450 grams) 1 cup of egg whites (about 8 egg whites) (250 grams) ½ cup of water (125 ml)   **See you in the next article!**   Greetings from Venezuela All content is original The information obtained from the web is indicated The photos were taken by me The drawings were made by me

My new neighbors Sunday, October 24 I live in Anzoátegui, Venezuela. Every year I move to a new home. My new neighbors are quite peculiar, very different from all the neighbors I have had. I watched as my neighbors built their home. My neighbors are a newly married couple, they support each other but they also have differences. They argue when someone comes to bother them. They built their home regardless of the problems they had. There were heavy rains, very cold, lightning, sometimes it was very hot. A lot of negative things happened when my neighbors were making their home, I am amazed at how much they endured. When it rained, my neighbors hugged each other so they wouldn't get cold. When the man would go out to get food, the lady would stay and take care of the house.   They finished building their house at the end of June. My neighbors now had more free time, so they enjoyed their time at home.   One day I noticed that my neighbor was getting chubbier and it was difficult for her to walk. My neighbor no longer went out for walks, she stayed at home resting.   **My neighbor was pregnant!** I couldn't believe it, time went by fast. I have been more aware of her. My neighbors watch me in anguish, maybe they are afraid of me. I wouldn't hurt them. I was watching them for a long time, but I didn't know anything about my neighbors. I didn't know how many eggs she would have.   One day I saw a small beak under my neighbor's body and a piece of eggshell nearby, I knew they had hatched, I couldn't tell how many there were, but I was happy. Their chicks seemed curious to me, they were yellow, they cried a lot, they didn't look ugly to me and they were always hungry. I researched my neighbors to learn about them and gave them names. The female pigeon was called "Palomina", the male "Palomino". Their offspring didn't have names, I didn't know if they were male or female. I named the big one "Pepe" and the little one "Dormilona".  With a lot of cold the pigeon could have many complications when laying the eggs. There are many obstacles in the incubation of a pigeon's eggs: The pigeon can easily become fatigued. The egg is too large and the pigeon cannot expel it. The female is too young to have young. The female is poorly fed **Calcium and sunlight is very important for the life of pigeons. I am very happy because her hatching was excellent.** "Pepe" and "Dormilona" got bigger, the color of their feathers changed. Their plumage became dark. Her parents no longer gave her food in her beak, now the food was far from the nest. Other pigeons began to arrive to take the food from "Pepe" and "Dormilona" but they fought back. Palomino and Palomina did not go to the nest much anymore, they were always in the street. The change of plumage of the chicks made me change their name. "Pepe" is now called "Petunia" (it was female not male) and "Dormilona" is called "Paco" (it was male not female). They became the siblings "Paco and Petunia". I had to travel and was away from home for a long time. I knew that "Petunia" and "Paco" would soon learn to fly, I didn't want to miss it. They already had almost all the feathers of their new color, they were missing the head and neck feathers. They were flapping their wings very hard, they wanted to fly. Luckily my couple was telling me about their changes.   I recently returned from the trip, "Petunia" and "Paco" were still there near their nest, with their beautiful new plumage. I haven't seen them fly yet, but I hope not to miss their flight.   **Information about the pigeons:** http://www.pigeonrescue.sirtobyservices.com/commonailments-2/eggrelatedproblems/ https://animals.mom.com/signs-eggbound-pigeons-7639.html http://www.misamigaslaspalomas.com/2011/10/huevos-incubacion-y-la-retencion-de.html http://www.misamigaslaspalomas.com/2011/08/ciclo-de-vida-de-las-palomas.html https://www.heraldo.es/noticias/aragon/2016/07/09/cuantos-huevos-ponen-las-palomas-950955-300.html I find it funny how pigeons move their heads and I find it fascinating how pigeons keep their balance for a long time on one foot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lc5BdYldpzw&feature=youtu.be Thank you very much for reaching the end of my article about my new neighbors, I hope you found it interesting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mhmiSsH3hzY&feature=youtu.be I am very fond of animals and this is the first time I have been around a family of pigeons.   I enjoyed witnessing the life of the pigeons. I learned a little more about the birds and enjoyed writing this article.   Do you know of any other difficulties a pigeon or any bird goes through when laying eggs? If so, feel free to comment, I'll be waiting for your response!   See you in the next article!   Greetings from Venezuela All content is original Information obtained from the web is indicated The photos were taken by me The drawings were made by me

My Life Happy day to all Read.cash users and thank you for allowing me to be part of this beautiful community. When I visit my father, he always talks to me about how much he enjoys being surrounded by different wonderful people that are in different parts of the world and this has been thanks to being connected with all of you through this platform. He comments to me about the articles you post, shows me what he has done, read and his ideas about what he wants to write about. There was one article that I really liked, "If I Were A Crocodile".  https://read.cash/@LykeLyca/if-i-were-a-crocodile-2b402e23 I told my father that I would not like to be a crocodile, that I would rather be a lion (because of my hair). So today I have been motivated to create my account in this place to be able to share my stories with you, and to be able to read your stories in an easier way, without having to travel to my parents' house.  My name is Francys Martinez, I am a music teacher. I enjoy drawing, planting cactus and succulents (I have a lot of them in small pots). I love to travel, take pictures, make sweets, and drink a good cup of coffee every morning. I started in the world of music when I was a little girl. My brother had a rock band, so I was surrounded by instruments. I really liked the electric bass, but one of my brother's friends told me that the electric guitar was better, so my parents bought me one. I tried to learn to play the guitar online, but I found it very difficult. By then I was about 8 or 9 years old. A friend from school told me that she was in a music school where you could learn any instrument. I came home very excited telling my parents that if they enrolled me I was going to learn to play the guitar, and the best thing about it was that it was free, I didn't have to pay anything at all. Soon my parents and I went to the academy, and they enrolled me. I started singing in the choir, I learned about the notes and musical figures, and a few days later I had my first singing concert. Everything was super amazing for me, and I was very happy, but something was a little strange for me: I didn't see any electric guitar or electric bass like the ones my brother used to use with his friends. At the end of the concert a girl was playing a very big instrument and I asked her what was the name of that instrument and she said "Bassoon", however, I did not tell my parents about it. When the music teacher asked me "What instrument are you going to choose?". I told him very confidently “the electric guitar”, and he told me that they didn't teach that there, so I chose the bassoon. I had enrolled in an orchestra, not in a music school as my classmate told me, so there I was not going to learn to play the electric guitar. I told my parents about the instrument I had chosen and they asked me what it was like. I told them it was like a flute, but bigger, they would never imagine that the instrument was almost my size. I played bassoon for a very short time, but the teacher assigned to me didn't go very often, so I often stayed in the orchestra all day without doing anything, because I didn't have anyone to teach me. https://read.cash/@Frankmart/choirs-and-orchestras-this-is-how-we-entered-music-ec26f408 Here my father writes his point of view of what happened hahaha. I wanted to change instruments, and since I really liked The Simpsons and the sound of the saxophone, I decided to go for that instrument. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c73KuaWn8EM A colleague told me that in order to play saxophone, one must first learn to play clarinet, so I was determined to play clarinet. The secretary of the orchestra told me that there were no clarinets available, she was offering me to learn violin, but I don't like that instrument very much, then she said that there was an oboe available, and she said that it was similar to the clarinet, not very convinced I accepted it. On my way out of there I saw a girl playing the oboe, but at the time I didn't know it, I thought it was a clarinet but different hahaha. From my first lesson to this day I have loved the oboe, even though I didn't have very good teachers, I managed to learn on my own. Many years after graduating from high school, I decided to study Architecture. I had to move to another state. In the university enrollment process I was one of the first, but they told me that there was no space for Architecture, so I decided to study Civil Engineering, years later I found out that to study Architecture you had to pay much more to opt for a place. At the university I made many friends, I went out a lot, I got to know most of the city thanks to them, we went to many rock concerts, to bowling, to the beach, to the cinema, to eat. As for music I joined the orchestra in that state right after I entered college, made a lot of friends, had a lot of concerts, it was quite fun, but I was out very late.  I had very little free time, but I enjoyed it a lot. I usually entered the university at 7am and left at 1pm, from there I would go to the orchestra, I would enter at 2:30pm and leave at 8 or 9pm. I would arrive home very late and tired, but I would go straight to study. After two years of living in this new place, my university classes started to clash with the orchestra, so I had to say goodbye to the orchestra. I was very sad, but I knew that at some point I would return to music. Time passed, I found a job as a music teacher in an academy, I was there for a long time, but there were many problems with the payments, I lost my job in the academy, luckily I also gave music lessons at home. Thanks to the academy and my wonderful colleagues I learned to play different instruments such as guitar, cuatro, piano and drums. As for the university I had to drop out of, there were many protests in the country and college became very expensive, I could no longer pay for my studies. I decided to study at UNEARTE, an Arts Teacher Training Course (music) and I am still there. With the pandemic, the home classes ended, but I started studying on my own to learn how to make 2d digital drawings in Illustrator and Photoshop and 3D modeling in blender. I'm still practicing. https://youtu.be/yJ3i6TuCjCI Thank you very much for having reached the end of my presentation, I hope you liked it, if so, you can comment and subscribe. Soon I will upload a new article. I hope I can upload an article each week. I thank @LykeLyca for making such a wonderful article, if you like, you can go through her profile.
