So I invited my brother to join noise.cash today since he just verified his coins.ph wallet app. He wasn't interested at first but when he learned that he can buy mobile load at coins.ph, he immediately became attentive. The registration office has been opened 2 years ago for voters to start registering and the deadline was just this month. It's not that it has just been opened last week, that has been 2 years.
