People are really fond of doing things at the last minute just like what's happening in the Comelec registration office now. Why in the last minute? The registration office has been opened 2 years ago for voters to start registering and the deadline was just this month. It's not that it has just been opened last week, that has been 2 years. Still, people choose the last minute and like to queue in the crowd.
