How to cook the perfect beef stake! 🥩 Chose a good piece and rest it at room temperature. I buy my meat from butchers not supermarkets. 🥩 Season a lot as most of the seasoning is getting burned. Add some butter in the hot pan and a bit of olive oil so the butter will not burn. Add the stake and fry 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
