Was "beef o'clock" again! Nothing goes better on a Sunday than a nice rare rump stake 🥩 and a glass of wine 🍷 Butter, wine and basil in the pan and only salt and pepper on the stake. Gin & rosemary jelly as relish and orange slices for extra flavour! Waiting for Gordon Ramsey seal of approval! 🏅
