A Broken Soul!
***He could hear everything, but dare not open his eyes... he'll just cover himself with a blanket and cover his ears. You might think he's afraid of ghost, but it's not.. his reality is scarier than ghost.*** *When his mom and dad are quarreling in the next room. This scenario always happens, mostly late at night because he's dad always comes home late.* *Jacob is still young but he already understood that there's something wrong with his mom and dad as he always hears them quarrelling with each other, although in front him they don't quarrel but they don't talk much as well.* *Whenever Jacob was at school he always envy some of his classmates that was sent by their parents, mom or dad because he didn't experience it. His mom is also working so they're only maid will be the one to sent him at school.* *He also envy some of his classmates that had their lunch box prepared by their mom. He has his lunchbox too but it was prepared by his nanny. His nanny was good to him but he always craves attention from his parents as they are always busy.* *Whenever both of his parents are home they don't do bonding as well because they are also busy with their laptop or gadgest and when he wants to play with them, they'll gonna say they have unfinished works to do.* *But what saddened Jacob most is when he hears both of his parents always quarreling at night. Sometimes his dad comes home late and he'll hear his mom saying,* *“Where we're you again this time? Over time at work? Come on, why don't you just admit that you had another woman!”* *“Cynthia stop it! I'm so tired of your naggings almost every night! I can't take it anymore! Why don't we have divorse instead?!”* *** Poor Jacob, he doesn't understand what divorce means. He's still young, innocent and vulnerable.. his childhood was filled with fears from hearing his parents fights. He had parents but it seems love isn't in their vocabulary. He has roof over his head, a pleasant food to eat, and good clothing but he is broken inside.. ***he is a broken soul.*** This is a fictional story derived from reality, mostly broken family are always producing broken souls.. souls of their child that they didn't manage to nurture as they are busy fighting with each other and does not think about their children sakes. Jacob symbolizes the products of broken family, what they really wants and insecure with..to have a loving and complete family. This is the prompt that I chose, I wrote for 5 minutes.. and that's where the time ended after Jacob's dad asking his mom to have divorse. Ainubukan ko yan prompt na yan kanina kaso di ko kinaya, nabira agad kaya hanap naman ako ng iba, hehehe.. Ganito din article ko ngayon.. Anyway, about sa broken family, mga anak talaga ang nagsasuffer. Ako I came from a broken family ay kahit pa may lola ako na nag alaga sa amin eh iba pa din kasi talaga kapag kumpleto ang pamilya..
Haha kailangan talaga mabilisan mag type noh nakaka pressure nga isulat haha. Ako din sis pag ang parents talaga di bou mga anak nag suffer.. haay tapos patibayan na lang nang loob mga anak noh kawawa.
Kaya nga kanina andaming typo, inayos ko na lang nun natapos ko na..

there are a lot of kids suffering from a broken family though it is not their fault that they were born in that family or in this world.. parents should responsible enough to make the lives of their kids comfortable and have a happy family.
Exactly, parents should consider their children firsts before making any decisions.

Living with parents who are quarrelsome since then also be made me feel like a broken soul, I faintly feel any love or trust for my family because of this.
Oh, that's sad.. we are actually the same that's why it's easy to write this one as I can relate to it, we don't have a choice but to stay stronger.. I hope you'll heal sooner.

the children are oftentimes the ones suffering so much because of the parent's decisions.. it is so pitiful
Nakakaiyak ang thought na pag ang mag asawa ng hiwalay iiwan ang anak din sa panibago nilang pamilya si more on ideal family which masakit sa part ng unang anak. Ang anak talaga ang sasalo sa desisyon ng mag asawa.
That is sad reality. We are creating a bad example for our kids so we can't blame what our society has become. Pag rested na siguro ko try ko ang prompt na yan hehe.
This story hurt me a lot, Due to the mistake of parents, the world of children is shattered like glass. The children later became mentally insane.
Kapag nag aaway yung parents, unang naapektuhan talaga is yung mga anak. They should be considered as irresponsible parents because their actions unknowlingly makes their children suffer!
