Are you Ready to Get a Dog?
Before getting a dog, there are things you need to seriously consider. You should get yourself well-prepared because you might get overwhelmed and your dog might suffer.
In this article, I list down the things (aside from having cash) which I think you need to assess within yourself before welcoming a dog in your life!
**Commitment**
It is important to know that having a dog will change your life. A dog can live anywhere from five to fifteen years which means having a dog is a five-to-fifteen-year commitment. Thus, you need to be willing to keep that dog, no matter what. You can't give up your dog because your parents don't like it, because you don't have enough time for it, because the dog has behavioral problems or health problems, or because you're too busy with schoolwork. Before you do anything else, you need to know that everything you plan will have to be done around your dog's needs.
***Patience***
It takes a lot of patience and sacrifice to bring a dog into your life. However, having one is extremely rewarding. Your dog will surely teach you the importance of unconditional love and loyalty.
It takes a long time to teach your dog to do something as simple as sit or stand still. So, you must be able to take several deep breaths and train them again calmy. You need to be in your dog's safe space. This means, you should never punish your dog no matter how frustrating things could get. When dogs make mistakes, they will always choose to come to you rather than to try to fix things on their own.
Dogs, on the other hand, will play with anything and everything they come across in your home. Consequently, you should prepare for the possibility that your plants will be dug up, your favorite slippers will have bitemarks, and your pillow will vanish into a cloud of fluffy dust.
***Time***
Dogs need you and your time. They need you to interact with them, play with them, treat them and indulge with them from time to time. Dogs need to be walked for at least 15 minutes a day. You should also have the time to prepare for their food, give them water and the likes. You need to constantly have to check on them because they might need something. But don’t forget to enjoy their company. They’re truly the perfect companions and I wouldn’t trade a loyal, playful dog for anything.
Your dog’s needs depend on its breed. So, before getting one, you should have enough knowledge on how to raise them.
***Your personal level of laziness***
If you personally are lazy, your dog will definitely be a sad dog. Dogs need to be taken for walks on a regular basis. They wither and develop behavioral issues if they do not get enough exercise. Allowing them to roam around the yard and sniff is not the same as taking them for walks.
If you've get all of these, you're now ready to get one! Be sure to love them as if they are a member of your family
That's it for today's blog, readcashers! I hope you're enjoying the day as much as I do!
Challenge Accepted: Self-Care Bingo
I was busy reading articles on this platform when I found something interesting that would make a good article. For quite some time now, I've been thinking of article ideas that are worth posting and sharing to you but I don't really have a nice idea in mind. However, I found this self-care bingo challenge and I find it interesting. So, I decided to do this and to share it with you. Thanks to the original author of this one!
So, I will be filling out this self-care bingo while contemplating and reflecting with my own self. Let's start!
**Took a shower**
I haven't taken a shower this morning. But I will surely take a bath later. Because of the increased heat and humidity, I tend to sweat a lot. So, I usually take a bath twice a day. I love having a cold shower and the refreshing feeling it makes!
**Got dressed**
Whether I go out or stay inside our house, I usually prefer simple clothing. I don't have much clothes since I only shop clothes perhaps 3 times a year!
I am thick. Because of that, it's hard for me to shop for clothes that suit me. Besides that, I am also not confident enough to wear cute OOTDs in public.
**I caught up with friends.**
I don't normally share a lot of things with my friends through chat. But when we had a chance to go out and have a date, that's when I caught up with them! We may not talk so much online but when we meet personally, we talk like there's no tomorrow!
**I processed my feelings.**
I have many frustrations that I have in my life. Maybe, that's the reason why I easily get angry or emotional. I know that I shouldn't be like this. So, I am working out my emotions and learning to deal with them calmly.
**I complemented myself.**
I don't know why but I always do this. No matter how small my victories are or even if I fail to do something, I always compliment myself for having the courage to do so. Complimenting yourself is an uplifting act.
**Meditated**
When I take a shower, that's the only time and chance for me to meditate. I don't know why I find taking a bath something therapeutic.
**Ate good food.**
Yes, I ate good food. If there's something I crave for, I tend to personally cook it.
**Listened to my body**
Sometimes, I don't. I can say that because I know that I have to exercise and to get fit, but I don't have the courage to do so.
**Had fun**
Yeah. I always look forward to having fun. People say that I am a funny person but I don’t think I am haha
**Asked for help**
I always ask for help from classmates when there's something unclear in our lessons. Thankfully, my friends are always willing to give me a hand.
**Took a much needed break.**
I took a break last night from my schoolworks and slept early. I don’t know if it’s enough but I definitely feel energized today!
**Drank water**
Staying hydrated in this very hot weather is very important. I think I drink more than 8 glasses a day and it’s a good thing though.
**Take a social media break.**
This is something that I can’t do. Social media is indeed a toxic world. However, it has also helped me connect to my friends and to my family abroad as well. Well, I think its benefits outweigh the stress associated to it.
**I treated myself**
As long as I have extra money, I always look forward to treating myself.
**Complimented someone**
Yes! I always do this! Complimenting someone is a good thing, especially when they deserve it! Complimenting them will in some way boost their confidence.
**Got 8 hours of sleep.**
I got 8 hours of sleep today**!** Yay! I feel refreshed and energized today!
**Took steps to tame negative thoughts.**
I do take steps to tame negative thoughts I have in my head. One of which is that I distract myself with something fun such as my hobbies that interest me!
**Hugging my parents**
This is something I did when I was still a kid. Now that I am an adult, I find it awkward to hug my parents.
**Dropped a habit that was not for me.**
Yeah. There are habits that I find interesting at first but eventually get tired of it in the long run.
**Took a mental health day.**
Unfortunately, I don't have a free day to dedicate as a mental health day. I was busy with my schoolworks and some tasks at home.
**Spending time with nature.**
I don’t spend a day without looking for my plants. In fact, I became addicted to plants when the pandemic started and I continue to be addicted to them up to this day
**Declutter my space.**
I declutter my space every time I finish doing some work. A decluttered space motivates me to do schoolwork!
**Wrote down in my journal.**
I don’t own a journal. Perhaps, it’s a good idea to have a journal and to write down anything in there, right?
**Practice self-compassion**
I practice self-compassion but I think I am hard on myself sometimes. I think I need to practice it more oftenly.
No matter how busy our day would be, we should, once in a while, have to check our mental health even just through this simple game. These are the bare minimum of what we can do for ourselves to cope up with life's struggles.
That's it! Doing this article was sure fun one!
My Sunday: Do I Feel Rested or not?
Woke up early this morning because of the loud gingles of the running politicians in our city. I got up on my bed to see what they were up to. My mom said that they are having their house-to-house campaign.
What a bad start to my supposedly good rest day! Grrr! I didn't plan on walking up that early since I am trying to get rested and to have 9 hours of good sleep. Besides that, I am also trying to fix my overall sleeping schedules.
I had a persistent headache which I experienced for 3 weeks, and I suspect that one of the causes is that I am not getting enough sleep. Last week, I went to my doctor to get checked and to have the right medicine for my headache but sadly the medicine she recommended didn't make my headache any better. It seemed that my headache was getting worse. So, I decided to go to an ophthalmologist to get my eye checked. I thought that perhaps there was something wrong with my eye. But then, he said that my eyes were okay and that I am just having a migraine. Well, I took an anti-migraine medicine and it did work! By the way, that's just a back story haha!
This morning, I came across a cooking video featuring an oriental pasta. It looked delicious and I suddenly craved for it! I didn't think twice and went to the kitchen to prepare and cook one too. First, I went to check the available ingredients that we have in our home. I found "giniling" or ground pork, shrimp, squid and of course, pasta! They are not exactly the ingredients that I saw in the video but I just make use of them. I followed the instructions and it came up as a delicious one! I forgot to take a picture of it since I was so excited to dig into it haha but it somehow looked like this!
It served as our brunch and merienda as well. Can't get enough of it! I think this recipe instantly became one of my favorites! My mom said that it was perfectly cooked, so I can't help but smile. Well, thanks to that video!
In the afternoon, I get myself prepared because I have a party to attend to! I am one of the ninangs or godparents of the birthday celebrant. When I arrived at the venue, I looked for the birthday celebrant and handed out my gift. I waited for the party to start and eventually ate dinner. There were many kinds of food that they prepared but I chose Igado (an ilocano dish) and lechon.
That basically summed up my Sunday! Do I feel rested? No, but I somewhat enjoy this day because I learned a new recipe!
How about you, readcashers? Did you enjoy this day? I hope you do!

Toxic Filipino Traits: Part 1
These are few of the irritating characteristics of the Filipino that need to be addressed. As much as I adore my home country, I feel compelled to criticize it, and I believe that everything that is wrong with our culture today should be brought to light so that we can clean up the entire mess and filth that has engulfed the entire archipelago.
***Children's responsibilities to their parents.***
It is common for parents to retire from their jobs in their 40s and live off the earnings of their children. This deprives the children of sayings which pushes them to postpone the beginning of their own independent lives. I understand that the parents were responsible for the children, but keep in mind that the children did not ask to be born into this world. The decision was made by the parents. After that, the parents decided to pass this responsibility on to their children.
Filipino parents often do not plan for their own retirement; instead, they rely on their children. Then those children do the same thing to their own children, and the cycle continues.
***Crab Mentality***
The presence of this toxic mentality is frequently observed in many Filipinos who are members of huge social circles. The majority of Filipinos who hold this kind of mindset would be extremely envious and jealous of a certain person who is known to him/her and who begins to realize their goals and attain virtue in life.
In order to bring the other person down, Filipinos with this kind of trait would spread false tales and resort to character assassination in order to undermine their reputation and harm the other person's relationships with others. Filipinos with crab mentality believe that they are the only ones who are entitled to all of life's pleasures, and if they cannot attain something, neither can you nor should you attempt to attain it.
***Hypocrisy in the religious community.***
As a Filipino, this is something that I find incredibly offensive. Many Filipinos are deeply committed to their religion, and they observe all of the rituals and rites that are required of them with complete devotion and dedication. However, once you step outside of the church, mosque, temple, and other houses of worship, hypocrisy begins to show itself. They have a proclivity to disobey the fundamental principles of their faith, as well as its regulations and prohibitions. Consider that many of the Filipinos who identify as "religious" engage in premarital sex and marital infidelity, as well as in other major sins such as political corruption, cheating, gambling, intoxication, violence, greed and selfishness, among other things.
The fact that we are regarded as one of the most pious countries in Asia, while our government is also considered to be one of the most corrupt, has a great deal to do with our current situation.
***Filipino Time***
It should come as no surprise that Filipinos are not well-known for being punctual. Let's say, you're meeting up with your Filipino friend at 8 a.m. Even if your friend claims to have gotten up at 8 a.m. and is on his or her way, the odds are that he or she just got up.
Filipino time is nothing more than an excuse for them to be late. They just didn't plan out their day properly. Don't waste time making excuses; instead, take action.
If you appreciate this article, please stay tuned for the next part! Good night, readcashers!

Best Summer Treats to beat Summer Heat
During summer, the temperature in most parts of the Philippines becomes scorching hot. However, it is also the time when one can enjoy the beauty and abundance of nature. For some people, summer is the perfect time to visit a beach and sunbathe. However, whether it’s near the beach or in the city, you can't escape the heat. That’s why people dehydrate easily .
Everyone has their ways in order to beat the painful heat of the sun such as using an air conditioner to cool their room, or even taking bath multiple times a day and of course, eating cold treats and fruits. Here is the list of the treats and drinks which I think are the best to beat the summer heat in the Philippines!
***Not-so-healty options***
**Halo-halo**
This is the most popular treat choice to cool down during summertime in the Philippines. This is basically layers of sweet beans, fruits, sago and crushed iced which is drizzled with milk. It’s also topped with Leche flan, ube halaya, or even Ice Cream to make it even more special. It's called halo halo (mix-mix when directly translated to English) because you have to mix the ingredients first before eating it. During summer months, you can sulely see halo-halo vendors in every street in the Philippines!
**Banana con yelo**
This is a simple dessert that I enjoy during the summer. It's simply banana and sago with caramel sauce. My mom prepared this once when I was still a kid. Since then, I always crave for this especially when it’s scorching hot!
**Ice Cream**
It’s everyone’s favorite summer treat. Though it is not unique in the Philippines. I list it here because it’s my favorite one! By the way, my favorite flavors are cheso and cookies and cream.
**Iced Coffee or Tea**
Nothing beats cooling off in the sun while sipping on ice-cold drinks next to a beach. A simple cup of iced coffee or tea can go a long way in getting you up and going for the day. Adding a squeeze of lemon juice to the tea helps to preserve the antioxidants and makes it a refreshing summer beverage to enjoy.
***You may also opt for healthier ones***
**Fresh Fruits**
During the hot summer season, it's important to eat foods that are high in water content.
In particular, cucumber is a great fruit for keeping you cool because they contain a lot of water. Watermelons are so high in water content that it helps regulate body temperatures. These fruits are also great iin weight loss when coupled with exercise as the high-water content keeps you satisfied on very few calories. It's important to keep in mind that the water you get from food and drink is part of your total daily water requirement. Take advantage of its natural moisture and water content by eating it raw instead of procesing it.

Feeling Sad for No Reason
One day, you keep wandering around your house, feeling sad, unable to pinpoint the root cause of it. However, there is always a reason for your sadness. You might think that there is no reason, but the truth is you are just unaware of it.
When you are faced with sadness, ask yourself a few questions. Sit and reflect on what led up to your sadness.
These might be the possible causes:
**Sleep deprivation**
Insufficient sleep is the common cause for sadness while a healthy sleep can improve one's well being. According to studies, sleep deprivation affects 80 percent of persons who are unhappy.
**Daily routine**
Some people get sick of tedious daily routines, which eventually overwhelms them and makes them sad. One should engage in creative and useful activities. Try to break your routine!
**Food intake**
Certain foods might make you sad. We all know that a balanced diet is essential for our health, but certain foods, like coffee, can cause sleeplessness, which then causes sadness. Try avoiding such food when you're feeling sad.
However, I am the complete opposite of this. When I feel sad, it is when I indulge myself more with unhealthy foods which should not be the case.
**Overthinking**
Stop worrying about things you can't change. We can all agree that we often overthink things which are in fact simple. Our thinking has in some way complicated our lives. To simplify it, stay in your domain and focus on your responsibilities. It will make you happy.
**Last night's emotional chat**
Bedtime emotional chats cause sadness. Last night's fight with your friends or partner can drain your energy which makes you sad the next day. If possible, avoid fighting with your partner before going to sleep. If you sleep with a peace of mind, you will feel rejuvenated in the morning.
**Isolation**
Isolation from society also brings sadness. Socialize and meet people with the same interests as you. They might shift your energy!
However, this is not always the case. For introverted people, socializing can make them anxious. Chatting with someone online can be a choice for them.
**Inactivity**
Inactivity also causes you to feel down. So get moving! Though it is difficult to exercise when depressed, it is the finest antidepressant. Exercise raises serotonin levels, which is an antidepressant. Exercise also releases endorphins, a natural painkiller. Furthermore, exercising will fatigue you, allowing you to sleep well.
***So now you know what to do when you're sad. Go live your life and smile!***

Music: A Way to Transport Back in Time
Many people already know that music is a great stress reliever. However, we can agree that the most fascinating aspect of it was that it brings back memories. Music transports you back to the good old days. Music unknowingly plays a role in some of the most unforgettable moments in one's life.
Listening to music is something that many of us do on a regular basis, whether it's when commuting, lazy afternoons, working out, remembering someone, or even studying. But I don't understand why time moves so quickly. New songs are added to the playlist all the time, while old ones are rarely played. Time slips by too rapidly. We've noticed a shift in ourselves throughout the years. But one day, you hear an old song, which was your favorite just a few months ago, all of a sudden. You suddenly feel like you're in the same location and time.
Those memories are rekindled unintentionally and bring back feelings associated with such. It's unimaginable how good it feels. It's as if I've stumbled across a way around the loops of time.
Listening to the same tune I used to listen to while playing my favorite video game made me feel like a kid again. I used to play Super Mario. Well, that game's theme song instantly transports me back 10 years in time.
Listening to One Direction or Justin Bieber reminds me of my elementary days. Back then, when they released a new song, my classmates and I played their songs repeatedly whenever there was a chance. We danced to the song’s beat and sang it with our own but wrong lyrics. Those were the days when life was simple and innocent. I can’t help but smile whenever I hear their old songs.
The song “Buko” by Jireh Lim refreshes my memories with my puppy love. It was then our theme song. It reminds me of the times when I viewed love as a simple commitment.
The music may serve as a reminder of the effort you put in while at school. But for me, multitasking was never an option, thus I never listened to music while studying.
Even commercials might make you feel the same way. That's why some people go online and view old commercials from their childhood.
However, It's not always a good thing when we get nostalgic for music because it brings back bad memories. When you hear a sad song and remember a conflict you had with your loved ones, it will make you long for them or for the beautiful memories.
Many people listen to music in order to keep up with the latest trends and remain relevant in their social circles. There isn't a lot of pressure on me to listen to a lot of music. That strengthened the connection between my personal experiences and the music I listened to.

The Feeling of Emptiness
Everyone has felt a sense of emptiness at some point in their lives. I've experienced it many times, and I'm able to relate to how you've been feeling on the inside because I'm going through something similar right now.
So let me start there, I need you to know that what you're feeling is normal. Emptiness affects everyone at some point in their lives. Concerns about where they're going or what they're doing with their lives. Even the most successful people have their share of disappointment. In between bouts of self-loathing and moments of self-worth.
It is not my purpose to tell you that what you're going through is not signifant and that you simply must act strong and do stuff that interests you. Even more interestingly, there is no one else who can help you solve it. Although it doesn't appear to be of any benefit, it's undeniable. I've been there and I know how it feels to know that everything is fine but it is just not. I know that I have to make a move, but I’m hesitant to do so since I am unsure.
***What do I do when I feel empty?***
When I was feeling this way, I would do something active to distract myself. For no apparent reason, I've recently begun learning how to write articles, but the emptiness inside me has begun to dissipate. It's time to learn something new and interesting that isn't going to aid you in any way, shape, or form. I'm not sure if it will help you come out or not, but at the very least you will have something fresh to work with when you do come out, which you will.
A cold shower, a workout, or a food binge, according to some, are all good ways to boost your mood. Yes, it may lift your mood but it is only temporary due to a release of dopamine orendorphin, but it will not completely cure a mental issue.
Take a good look at yourself in the mirror and remind yourself that you're capable of controlling your emotions, then head to the psychologist.
Depression is a condition that affects nearly a third of the population, and it's not anything to be embarrassed of or shunned. As a sickness, it's best to get expert assistance. And it'll just make it easier for you to deal with what's going on right now.

Good evening, readcashers! I hope this article will help you in some way and clear things up for you. Thank you for reading. God bless you always!

Why Filipinos are good singers?
When it comes to vocal prowess, there is no country like the Philippines. Even the average citizens can sing and aren't out of tune. ***Ever wondered why there are so many good Filipino singers?***
The short answer to this question is that singing is an integral part of Filipino life and culture. It would not be unexpected to have friends who can sing as well as Mariah Carey but who are not famous.
**Singing competitions and talent shows predominate in popular culture**. It's not uncommon for people to use singing as a form of stress relief and entertainment.
***Partying is a big part of Filipino culture.*** There is no doubt that we are among the most sociable people on the planet. Because Filipinos are known for their love of partying, karaoke and parties are a great combination for singing practice. Plus, singing in public is socially acceptable!
If you go to a Filipino party, be prepared for karaoke and be prepared to sing. Aunties and Uncles will ask you to sing and they don't expect you to sing flawlessly. The ability to sing off key is always appreciated! Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Airsupply, Whitney Houston and Journey are all popular choices for Filipino singers who prefer challenging pieces.
I guess our culture ***encourages everyone to participate in community singing*** such as in church choirs, fiestas, school singing contests, to name a few which are prevalent anywhere in the country. In the Philippines, everyone is encouraged regardless of how good or bad they sound. It is quite common to have a couple of karaoke parties along a single street during a barangay or town fiesta.
***Not only Filipinos are happy and content, but we are also emotional and sensitive***. We relate to music and sing every song with feeling as if the song is ours. There are just so many songs that’s perfect for every single emotion.
However, in the Philippines, singing is not just a pastime, ***but a way to climb the social ladder.*** It's a strategy we employ in order to gain acceptance into more prestigious social groups. When we travel, we use it to show off our heritage and foster a sense of national pride among the people we meet along the way. All the more reason to be excited about the "Filipino dream" of winning a national singing competition and getting a recording contract or winning a house and lot, or a car or a scholarship to college. We sing because it embodies our hopes and aspirations for a better future.

Grabbing a hook: Qualities of a Good Article
It's nearly impossible to get your article noticed on the internet, where there are more than a billion articles. So, before publishing an article, think about what will set it apart from other author’s.
The criteria for determining what makes a good article can vary from reader to reader, but there are a few guidelines that can be used consistently to any post in order to elevate its quality.
***Here are the qualities of a good article!***
**1. Your article must have title that is both straightforward and attention-grabbing**
This assures that your post will be read by the intended audience. It ought to grab the reader's attention right away by using the right wordiness.
**2. Your article must be focused on the audience and not on you as the author**
Writers who know their audience's values, assumptions, expectations, and interests are more likely to produce a high-quality piece of writing. This information serves as the foundation for all further research and writing.
**3. Your article must has been well-studied**
For the sake of your writing's credibility and soundness, it is critical that your content be founded on facts that have been thoroughly investigated and cross-checked.
**4. Your article is relevant and accessible to the audience**
Include a point of view in your writing and make any necessary corrections, but don't sacrifice relatability. When a topic isn't relatable, individuals are more likely to skip over it on their phone's home screen. An excellent, relatable article is more likely to go viral than a piece of material that isn't relevant.
**5. Your article must be well-structured**
To write well-structured articles, you must first have a firm grasp of the subject matter. Look for inspiration in previous papers about the subject. It offers quick and easy ways to improve your writing style. As a result, the subject stays focused on the initial objective of the writing throughout the composing process.
**6.Your article must have conclusion that squeezes the whole topic into a few words**
This helps the reader to get a conclusive answer to their question
It may seem as if your work will never be seen in the sea of information that is now available. However, you must think positively. Regardless of the type of article you're writing, there are a few measures you can take to ensure that you produce a fascinating piece of work. In the beginning, write down everything you know. After that, devote some time to crafting an engaging piece of writing. Finally, give it a thorough edit to ensure that it appears polished and finished.
Finally published an article after days of resting. I've been experiencing headache for the past few days. Because of that, I am unable to write and publish an article. Anyway, I'm happy to be back!

Does Time Really Heals Wound?
This article is a follow-up to the one that I published yesterday. I mentioned in my previous article that time is a great healer of wounds. I, on the other hand, keep thinking about it throughout the night. I began to have second thoughts about what I had said in that article and realized that time does not always heal all emotional wounds. Time only witnessed what you have gone through in your life.
When you and your partner recently broken up, a lot of things seem heartbreaking and agonizing to you. With time, you will, however, be able to forget all of the pain and sadness you are experiencing at the moment. Perhaps, at some point in your life, you will come to realize that time is the most effective way to erase the heartbreaking sensation you endured. However, that was not the case. The truth is, time did not heal your wounds; rather, it only withness the process you’ve been through to forget the suffering you endured. So, leave nothing to time and focus on being the best version of yourself.
Just after the moment you separate ways with your partner, you couldn't seem to keep the overwhelming waves of negative emotions under control. You will unable to eat properly, sleep properly, or even think properly for several days. Moreover, as time progresses, we gradually come to realize that "the show must go on." After a while, we begin to see things from a more rational and practical perspective, and the discomfort begins to fade away.
We are humans, and our emotions, thoughts, and state of mind never remain at the same level. It changes constantly in response to the situations we face and the environment we are exposed to. As a result, it's nearly impossible to maintain the same level of intensity of emotions for the rest of one's life after experiencing any of those self-devastating events. We sob for days and nights, but the length of our "crying session" gets shorter and shorter with each passing day.
As the time goes by, you will eventually learn that nothing is temporary, so there is no point in wasting time or energy worrying about it. You soon start sharing your experiences and listening to others', realizing that you are not alone in your struggles. There will always be someone in a worse situation. Putting yourself in their shoes reveals how minor your own issue is.
To conclue, although time cannot heal everything, it can provide you with all of the answers. All of the sincerity that is expressed will gradually reveal the truth and falsehood as the passage of time progresses. You have the commitment to bear the consequences of your decisions because time cannot heal everything. Whatever you choose, the consequences will be yours to bear. Will you be able to forgive yourself everything that you've done, and will you be able to reconcile with the rest of the world? The ultimate conclusion is that you are the only one who has the ability to heal yourself in the end.

Thank you for reading! Have a good night!

Dealing with Heartbreak
Every person, at some point in their lives, is confronted with a tough situation, such as heartbreak. Heartbreak is a very devastating event for one's life. However, it also presents an opportunity. An opportunity to reinvent yourself and become the finest version of yourself.
There is no quick way on how to move on but I hope my suggestions will make the situation easier for you!
**Cry**
The best thing you should do after the breakup is to cry. Breaking up is pretty overwhelming and crying is a way of releasing the frustrations and sadness you felt at that moment. You can cry until your tears have not dried
**Have a closure**
Most of the time, closure allows both parties to go on with their life in a healthy manner. I'm not saying that pain will go away once you get closure. However, with a good closure, the healing process becomes much easier.
It is also worth noting that you should respect the closure of your relationship. By respecting the closure, it means that you shouldn't be involved in any of his/her business or new relationship.
**Listen to sad music**
It may sound a bit absurd but it's actually not. We feel better when we listen to sad music because it normalizes our feelings. You realize that if this is a common human experience. That you are not alone, and things will get better.
**Talk About It**
If you're ready to talk about your break-up, converse with people you trust. It will really a great way of releasing your emotions.
Speak with your mother, your brother, your cousin, or your best friend about your feelings and concerns. If they are trully genuine in their affection for you, they will listen to you. You will eventually realize that you are not alone in your feelings. And there is someone who understands what you are going through.
**Time**
Time is the best healing medicine for broken heart. Spend your time meeting with new people to converse with. You can also go and discover something new that you think is enjoyable. Going on a vacation with your friends or family to unwind is also a good idea. Also, try to figure out what you want to do with your life right now and make progress toward your goals by focusing on them.
***The people you've met throughout your life are all part of a fated game. You will always gain a valuable lesson from them. There will never be a time when you will be at a loss.***
***Always bear in mind that love is a journey, not a destination.***

Staying Organized and Efficient as a Student
As a college student, you have to deal with a lot of stuff. You have a lot to balance, that's why it’s important to stay organized. Aside from this, being organized can help you lower your stress levels, save time, and have a clutter-free environment both in your physical environment and inside of your head.
`Make going to college easier by knowing these organization tricks I prepared for you!`
**Create a weekly to-do list that includes deadlines for each item on the list.**
So, Among the tasks that must be completed are readings, homework, activities and important topics to study for exams and quizzes. Make preparations on the weekend in expectation of the activities scheduled for the following week. A better understanding of how much work remains will enable you to set priority areas for the activities that are the most important at this point in time. Doing this enables you to visualize which can help you stay motivated and focused.
However, creating a weekly to-do-list can’t help you at all if you do not stick to the scheduled task. If you do not stick to it, you will procrastinate. And procrastination brings nothing but stress, making you an inefficient one. So, It will always boil down to your behavior and discipline as a student.
**Taking down notes**
A note should include all of the major points of a certain topic. It should be organized logically and accordingly in order to be effective and concise. Note-taking would be just as essential as thorough revision because we wouldn't have to revisit the entire chapter. When information is written down, it is more likely to be retained.
**The Pomodoro Technique**
The Pomodoro Technique is the breaking down the total duration of time it will take to complete a task into manageable time. For instance, you have a 2-hour study session scheduled. Divide it into two equal parts. After every hour, you'll reward yourself a break for 15 minutes. You can do whatever you want to do during this time. After which, you will continue your study session. Utilizing this technique can improve your abillity to concentrate but also let’s you take a necessary study break!
**Creating your own exam questions**
Creating and answering your own exam questions is a helpful strategy for tests and examinations. It will help you gain confidence and practice answering questions on the real thing.
**Making use of flashcards**
It is possible to check our understanding of a subject by using flash cards. A simple method for creating flashcards is to cut equal-sized pieces of paper and write the name of a difficult topic on each of the pieces of paper. After you've finished studying, try to explain the topic covered by the flash cards to yourself. As a result, you'll have a thorough understanding of the subject matter.
Hello, everyone. I hope you are all doing just fine. Thank you for reading my article!

Coping Up With Stress
The purpose of a student's time in school is to help him or her discover who he or she is as a person. Students, on the other hand, often find it difficult to handle the pressures of school due to things like assignments, deadlines, extracurricular activities, and tests. In addition, students' stress levels might be increased by peer pressure and severe parental restrictions. There is a lot of anxiety associated with attending college or university. Students must therefore learn to control their stress levels before it becomes out of control.
**Here are some ways on how to control stress levels**
Stress is typically a response to a sense of overwhelm or lack of control. As a student, you must prioritize eating well, being active, sleeping on time, and managing your time effectively. You will get some self - control this way. You should eat a well-balanced diet that includes all of the necessary proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
Exercise, yoga, and other forms of meditation are excellent ways to relax both our bodies and minds.
Assignments, tests, activities, and deadlines typically cause a great deal of stress, so prioritize time management and goal setting. You should break the terrible habit of procrastinating your work. It should be either now or never. When you are prepared, your stress level will decrease.
Spend some time away from blue light by engaging in self-care activities such as hobbies or breathing exercises. Stay out of your room and enjoy the greenery outside. Constant exposure to phones, laptops, televisions, and iPads causes a rise in hostility and annoyance.
Talk to someone close to you so you may express your feelings such as your friends, family or significant other.Talking to someone you fully trust can help you sort off the things which causing you to be stressed. With their help, things will be much clearer to you.
You must envision how the future day will unfold. Consider favorable occurrences in the near future to raise your confidence and make you feel more prepared for the day ahead.
You should think positively. It necessitates that we trust that suffering can be overcome. To avoid tension, utilize positive words such as "I can do it."
Stress is unavoidable. Nobody can completely avoid it. However, as a student, you may acquire strategies to manage your personal responses to events that cause you to respond strongly to stress-inducing scenarios, or you can just avoid those situations entirely. However, in today's complex environment, I believe that it is just impossible to avoid anything fully.

Signs that you should end your Relationship
Today's topic is about being in a relationship. I hope this article clarifies things for you.
I acknowledge that love necessitates forgiveness and acceptance of each other's faults. That's how we know a normal relationship should work but it's not. Because when you're in love, it's as if you've been blinded by it. As a result, you would try to force the relationship, despite the fact that doing so would actually worsen the situation. That ought not to be the case. When relationships simply don't work anymore, there comes a point when you should end the relationship and try to move on.
In order to ascertain if it is time to break up with a partner, you should look for these signals in yourself.
When you are suffering any type of abuse in your relationship (emotional or physical), this is a strong indication that you should stop the relationship and give yourself a break.
If you can't talk to your partner about anything sensitive without getting into a fight, it's a notable hint that you should leave. Consistent fights are indications of deep-seated problems between you and your partner, and they might indicate that things will likely become very detrimental. In this case, you might as well cut the rope with your partner.
When your lover looks uncaring about your poor self-esteem. In a healthy relationship, you support and encourage one another. If you feel your self-esteem is being compromised rather than enhanced, you should quit the relationship.
You should consider ending your relationship if you keep expressing your wishes, needs, and hopes and feel like you're talking to a stone wall. It only means that you're no longer heard or appreciated.
When it comes to spending time with one another, it should be a pleasure rather than a task. If your partner avoids spending time with you and instead prefers to spend time with their friends, you should inquire as to why. However, you should also try to respect his time for his friends. But if he constantly avoids spending time with you, it may be time to consider leaving him.
When you ever feel unworthy or you are not good enough. Or when you wish you were taller, skinnier, smarter, etc. to make him/her like you more? If that's the case, it's a sign that you're in the wrong relationship.
You enter a relationship thinking that it would make you happy rather than drive you crazy. Your partner shouldn’t do anything to endanger the relationship. So, the first time you're mistreated, take it as an experience. An experience which should leave a lesson to both of you. However, the second time you are mistreated, it's time for you to make a decision whether to stay in the relationship or to end it.
You only have one life to live. Maintain your integrity. It's heartbreaking to think about what life will be like when you quit in a relationship, but it's much worse to consider sticking with someone who doesn't appreciate you as much as you deserve to be cherished in the first place.
Online Shopping Must Do's
According to my observations, practically everyone engages in (or is hooked to) online shopping. Shopping has become a pricey guilty pleasure for some. Every month, prominent shopping applications such as Shopee and Lazada run promotions and offer free shipping vouchers, which everyone, including myself, cannot afford to miss. Without even realizing it, we had developed a habit of checking out goods in our chart as soon as there were available vouchers! Do you agree? As a result, many of us end up buying stuff we don't really need or that are overpriced. Trying to locate what you're looking for without spending a fortune is difficult when there are so many options to choose from! But, before you buy anything new online, I'd like to share these tried-and-true shopping must do's that will ensure you receive the best value on every transaction.
**Be mindful of items which are too good to be true**
If any Shopee or Lazada store promises too much for an item for a cheap price tag, then you should suspect that store. If the price is too low, think about whether the seller obtained the items legally, whether you will ever receive the items you paid for, whether the items are the brand shown or a cheap substitute or if the item will work or if you will be able to return damaged goods.
**Take a look at the model's stats in the product description before placing an order**
It's easy to get carried away while buying online. Check the model's measurements to ensure that you obtain the right size for your body type. In this way, you can see if it's the correct fit for your needs. Also, most clothing websites include size guides and online fit assistants to assist you in determining your proper fit. Do this to avoid any inconvenience because returning it to seller may be a hassle
**Keep the things in your cart that you're not sure about for a time**
I think we're all guilty that we are impulsive buyers. However, you should keep in mind that if you are unsure about particular things and would like to take some time to consider them, you can leave them in your shopping basket for a while, thus leaving the transaction unfinished. This will prevent you from purchasing unnecessary items.
**Look at the customer feedback and remarks shown below the item's details.**
Online shopping can be risky, especially if you're buying electronics or any expensive items. By quickly browsing through community reviews and comments below the product description, you can quickly learn about the product, its authenticity, its quality and the like.
In addition, you may help others in a similar "to purchase or not to buy" dilemma by writing reviews of products you've used and enjoyed or not.
**The best time to buy online is during their monthly sale**
The best way to catch up on really good deals is to know when their monthly promo is.Shipping costs are one of the most discouraging aspects of online buying. However, Shopee and Lazada got your back. The ultimate key to shopping is patience. Patience to keep an eye on the vouchers. Also, there can be stores that might have an extra discount for a particular item.
Importance of being Computer Literate
In this article, I will dicuss what is computer literacy and why it is important in today's world. Let's define first computer literacy.
**So, what is computer literacy?**
Computer literacy is the ability to effectively utilize computers and related technologies, with a variety of skills ranging from simple computer use to programming and advanced problem solving. A person's level of computer literacy can also be measured by how comfortable they are with computer programs and other computer-related applications. Having an understanding of how computers work and operate is also a vital asset. Computer literacy may be distinguished from computer programming which is the design and coding of computer programs rather than familiarity and skill in their use.
**What is the importance of being computer literate in this modern world?**
Computer literacy is becoming increasingly vital in our world today since our daily lives are increasingly dependent on the use of computers, rather than the way they were 2 decades ago.
Below are some of the reasons why being computer literate is important
Many companies today heavily rely on computers to speed up and reduce the cost of their operations, thus employees must be able to operate computers if they are to work for them. Employers prefer that their employees have a basic understanding of computers so that costly training can be avoided. Companies prefer individual (who are applying for position) who has a basic knowledge of even mastery with Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Letters or mails are becoming a thing of the past, as instant texting or messaging between friends, employers, and family all around the world has made them unnecessary. Because of the speed and convenience with which they transmit, store, and print data, computers have supplanted pen and paper as the preferred method of communication.
In the modern world, personal computers are no longer simple tools but rather high-tech machines that have the capacity to transform our lives. In fact, it has already tranformed our way of life, such as in regards to buying and selling of goods and services, payment of bills, and banking transactions. Indeed, in this day and age, computers have a role in almost everything, making it imperative that individuals become computer literate.
In a nutshell, our current society relies heavily on computerized technology to efficiently complete significant amounts of tasks. We can no longer afford to be technophobic. It is time for us to become computer literate, to embrace the technology revolution, and to prepare ourselves for a greater and brighter future. Computer literacy is essential for everybody who wishes to participate in the modern world.
Crocheting as my Hobby
Crafts have always had a space in my heart ever since my childhood. In fact, my biggest childhood dream is to have a bookstore with lots of craft things in it. Sadly, I didn't achieve that dream of mine. Instead, what I have is a cabinet dedicated for my crafts (lol).
In this article, I will focus on one of my favorite crafts which is crocheting.
**Crocheting**
Crochet is a textile-making technique that involves interlocking loops of yarn, thread, or other materials with a crochet hook.
Crocheting serves as my creative outlet. Through crocheting, I was able to pour my creativity and produce products that reflect my personality. I considered myself kinda creative but I tried several creative hobbies but nothing stuck around for long but surprisingly crocheting became my go-to-hobby every leisure time of mine. However, It is much more than just a mere creative hobby. It is also a relaxation. Crocheting is fun and relaxing. Just like any other hobby, it relieves stress and helps to release some negative energy and it yields a gift that is handmade, durable, and inexpensive.
***Here are some of my crochet projects***
**Coaster**
This is my very first crochet project. I love coffee so a coffee coaster is the first thing that I thought I should make. I made a sunflower-like coaster and I like how it turned out even when I was only a beginner. Not bad for a beginner, right?
Crochet coasters are easy to make and are perfect for using up little scraps of yarn and can be made in a variety of patterns, from the most basic to the most intricate.
**Book mark**
My next cute crochet project is this flower-themed bookmark. A crochet bookmark is a fast and simple way of producing a unique handcrafted gift in a short amount of time. It is the perfect project to make use of the leftover yarn scraps. You can gift this to your friends and family.
**Round Table Top Cover**
Initially, what I planned to do is a floor crochet mat. However, I ran out of yarn of the same colour and size so I just used it as a round table top cover. I only completed this project in about 2 hours. I’m happy with how this turned out. It is perfect for my white table and it blends with my other table top decorations.
**Cell Phone Drawstring Pouch**
My next project is something functional since It can really protect my phone from scratches. When I completed this project, I felt a sense of fulfillment because I created something useful with a touch of my personality.
I am looking forward to making more crochet projects in my next leisure time. For now, I do crochet projects for myself and friends. I don't have yet plans on selling crochet items as I know that I'm not that good yet in crocheting.
Is Debt Really That Bad?
Oftentimes, debt is perceived as a negative thing. However, debt isn’t always that bad. There are some kinds of debt that can be considered as good. In this article, you will find out more about these debts.
Debt can be catergorized into two— the good debt and the bad debt. Let us define the two.
**So, what is good debt and bad debt?**
***Good debt*** is described as money due for items that can contribute to wealth accumulation or income growth over time, such as business loans, mortgage loans, or student loans. The term ***bad debt*** refers to items such as credit cards or other consumer debt that contribute nothing to your financial well-being. These are usually appropriated for something luxurious rather than a need or commodity.
**What are the kinds of debt that can be considered as good debt?**
**Business Loan**
There are many businessmen who are able to achieve business success with debt as their source of capital. When the business will run smoothly and accordingly, the debt will significantly enhance the income and productivity of such a business. Eventually, the business will have enough money to pay the obligation associated with the business loan. Moreover, businesses often have no significant cash or liquid assets for business expansion. In these instances, business loans are also quite helpful.
**Student Loans**
If you’re a student and don’t have enough money to sustain your education, then you can opt for student loans so that you can receive a good education. When you have a good education, there is more chance for you to have a good paying career. You should borrow as little as you need, live within your means and go to a university and earn a degree where there’s a certainty in such a way that you will be able to pay the student loan.
**Mortgage Loans**
Most people who have an average paying job usually don’t have enough savings to purchase a house. Opting for a mortgage for a house could be a great investment. However, only buy a house that you can afford to pay in the long run. You should settle into a house with basic features. House mortgage can become bad if the person applying for it decides to buy a luxurious house which is not usually within their budget.
***All other debts other than these are pretty much all the debts that you don’t need***
**My conclusion**
Debt isn't always a negative thing, since it enables you to reap the benefits of other people's hard work while repaying them. As long as you don't purchase more than you can afford, you'll be able to save a lot of money.
There's no stress like crushing debt, and purchasing less than you can afford may keep you out of a lot of the financial binds that afflict our society today.

Useful Apps for Students
**Indeed, being in college is the one of the hardest, if not the hardest phase of a student's life. However, with the help of some phone applications, the flow of it would in some way, become easier. There are a lot of essential phone applications for students in the Play Store and AppleStore that are yet to be discovered by them. These are the applications that can come in handy in a student's study sessions. I hope you try these apps yourself and be helped by it.**
**CamScanner**
CamScanner is a free apple and android application that users may scan stuff, save it, sync it, and collaborate on it across devices such as smartphones, tablets, and personal computers. CamScanner is a mobile scanner that operates via the use of a camera function inside the application.
It comes in handy when passing documents, drawings and math problems solutions online. Gone are the days when you have to use a bulky scanner that needs to be connected to a computer. It still fascinates me the ways technology change our ways of life.
**Docs**
Docs is the google version of Microsoft Word. I think the most useful feature that this app has is the synching feauture. For instance, you're writing an article and your laptop suddenly turns off and you don't have your laptop's charger with you. There's nothing you need to worry about because your article is surely saved. In fact, you can access it to your other devices which sync to your google account so long as you are connected to the internet. Moreover, you can also edit the document offline. Just make sure you download it before you go offline.
**Focus to do App**
This is a must-have app for time management. It makes use of the pomodoro technique. As you may know, the Pomodoro Technique is a time management technique invented by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s and popularized by Tim Ferriss. It employs a timer to divide work into intervals, separated by short breaks. The purpose of this app is that it will let you focus on your readings on a certain time frame. At this time frame you can’t use your phone. At the end of the time frame, you can take a break and use your phone.
**Notion**
Notion is one of the most popular and versatile tools available in AppStore and Playstore. All in all, it's one of the most useful productivity tools I've come across. Notion is incredibly flexible. It may be used as a calendar, a planner, a note-taking program, and so much more. Notion brings together all of the resources necessary for a student to be organized and productive on a single platform. As a result, notion will keep on on track and will not let go behind your studies.
Thank you for all your support. I hope this article can be of great help.😊

All About Being a Responsible Voter
As the elections are getting nearer and nearer and the politicians who are running for positions are getting busier and busier in campaigning, I think that this topic is relevant and worth pondering.
The first step in becoming a responsible citizen is exercising the right to vote. As citizens of a country, we are entitled to the right to vote. The right to vote is a basic right that allows you to have your voice heard and to have your problems and issues addressed. It is also necessary for democracy to continue to function properly, with complete responsibility and accountability to the people. For all citizens, exercising our freedom to vote is essential since the future of the nation is heavily dependent on the leadership of that country, as well as the residents of that country.
It is critical also to stay up to current on election-related news by reading newspapers, visiting online news portals, periodicals, or even using news apps to stay updated about what is going on in the political arena.
Read quite a lot and perhaps chat to people who are open for discussions relating to political concerns.
Listen to political podcasts that aren't merely paid trolls for specific individuals or viewpoints. Try to learn about candidates' backgrounds in government, economics, the army, or anything material about them.
A voter should also double-check any information because it may be unnecessarily sensationalized. There is a lot of fake news going around all platforms that intends to fool poeple. Be sure to not be a victim of it.
At the very least, a voter should be responsible and accountable for any measures that a politician promises and then implements that were underperformed during and after their election.
Voters should not be swayed. During elections, leaders frequently target, bribe, or make emotional pleas to their people. The voter ought to be aware and able to see through these pleas and misinformation.
In the Philippines where most people are below the poverty line, there are a number of people who would sell their vote. Their decision to whom they would cast their vote is blided by the money given by such running government officials. That’s the sad reality of today. That’s probably the reason why it’s hard for us to attain progress because we are governed by mostly corrupt and incompenent government officials.
**In this coming election, may we all exercise our right to vote responsibly and with accountablity.**
Hello, everyone! Are you all okay? Please include in your prayer the soldiers and other civilians who are fighting for their lives in this very moment. Thank you and God bless us all!

Little Escapade
`Hey, readcashers! I just came back from a little escapade. I have a lot of content ideas in mind, but the one which I will share with you today is my experience of this day. Allow me to share this with you, and I hope you will enjoy too as I enjoyed so much!`
Early in the morning, one of my cousins suddenly came into our home. I don’t have any idea why she would visit me that early. Little did I know that she was celebrating her birthday today. And what she said next excites me so much because according to her, we were going to a beach today! We live near a beach with black sand. However, our destination for today is a little different because it is a white sand beach with floating cottages.
After a one hour drive, we finally arrived at our destination. The moment we got there, I was instantly mesmerized by the view. Take a look!
The water is noticebly calm and clystal clear. It was my first time seing beach water that clear so it feels enchanting to me. It is also already established and popularized as seen by the number of visitors for today. Although that’s the case, I still think that this beach preserved its beauty.
I also observed that there are a lot of unique and pretty stones in the part where the dry land meets the water. In fact, I brought home one as a souvenir.
We spent most of our time in floating cottages. But then, one of my cousins asked me to join them in the Kayak boat. At first, I was skeptical about riding the Kayak boat as I haven’t tried it before. But I chose not to waste the chance to try it. It was surreal when the boat was getting faster and faster. As the water meets our boat, I put down my hands and play with the water, look at the sky and enjoy the sea breeze. Such a nice feeling.
Aside from that little adventure with the Kayak boat, the scrumptious cuisine is what really thrilled me! ! They prepared a lot of dishes such as Sweet and Sour meatballs, Chopseuy, Adobo, Kaldereta, sotanghon pancit and many more.
Enjoyed every single food as it was joined by laughter and stories. We havent had a family reunion in a very long time so it's wonderful to have a get together like this once in a while to catch up with each other's life updates. And the rest is history…
`That’s all for tonight, dear readcashers! Definitely tired today but I hope you would appreciate my article.`

Greed
I came up with this article while contemplating the current state of the world such as the ongoing conflict between countries. It just saddens me that there are people in other parts of the world, at this very moment, who are frightened for their lives. I believe that it is all rooted by greed.
**So, what causes greed?**
First and foremost, there is a profound sense of insecurity that some people experience, which leads them to become greedy as a means of obtaining comfort. Again, deep-seated unhappiness can lead to some people becoming greedy in order to fill what they perceive to be a gaping hole in their lives.
Greed is a type of addiction, just like gambling and alcohol addiction. Greed can be fueled by feelings of jealousy as well as other emotions. Some people believe that if others have it, why can't he or she have it as well?
I'm being skeptical here, but I believe that some people are by nature selfish, and this can lead to people becoming excessively selfish, which can then lead to people becoming excessively greedy, which is a vicious cycle. Human beings, I believe, are a complex mixture of both good and bad qualities.
We live in a social system that is overly focused on money and overly materialistic in its pursuit of happiness. The advertising industry is constantly bombarding us with messages telling us that we must have this, that, and the other.
**Do I consider myself greedy?**
Greed is the desire for more. For that, I can say that I am greedy for good things such as love and peace among all people in the world and increased education for myself. That is not to say, I will do anything such as injure someone in order to obtain it. There is nothing wrong with desiring good things so long as you’re not hurting anyone.
**My conclusion**
All crimes are motivated by greed. Greed stems from man's competitive nature. In some ways, greed makes you more competitive, and as demonstrated by the cold war and its aftermath, greed is what drives countries to develop ground-breaking technology and raise social standards.
I also believed that greed for power is the cause of the situation of the world right now. Instead of being greedy for negative things such as power and money, have greed for love, non-violence, harmony, unity, patriotism, and respect. In that way, we can all live in peace.
`Let us continue to pray for the world.`
Fruit Trees in our Backyard
**Hello! I’m back again with a new article which talks about the fruits in our very own backyard.**
**In this article, you will know about my memories with each of these fruit trees, what they taste like and much more! I will also share ideas that you can also do out of these fruits.**
**Mango**
It’s mango season again! Mango is a fruit that you can definitely see anywhere in the Philippines. Here in the province, it seems like almost all of the backyards have been planted by Mango. Because of the large supply, others sell them as a fruit shake which is really popular.
In our backyard, we have three Mango trees, and this is one of them. When mangoes are unripe, they are crunchy, and when they are ripe, they are sweet. Unripe mango is kinda sour, that's why it is best eaten with alamang or shrimp paste or just sprinkled with salt. On the other hand, we usually serve ripe mango after we eat lunch or dinner. It served as our dessert because of its sweetness.
When there are occasions, ripe mangoes are used as an ingredient to dessert such as Mango Graham Float or in Mango Sago’t Gulaman. Actually, I made Mango Graham Float last Mango season. I am planning to make one again since I received compliments from my family and friends who took a bite out of it. Take a look at this! Isn't it mouth-watering?
**Chico**
Sapodilla or Chico as we call it here in the Philippines, is a fruit that is native to the Philippines. Some people describe the texture of the fruit as grainy while others describe it as a fruit that has an intense sweetness.
This tree was planted by my grandfather many years ago in our backyard. Nonetheless, it never fails to provide us with fruits year after year. Although, I noticed that it bears a lot more fruit years ago than what it bears in the past three years. Chico is a quick-ripening fruit. Because of this, my mother would pick them when they were unripe and place them in the rice dispenser. She thought the rice would help ripen the fruit and that we would eat them if they were already perfectly ripe. By the way, it is best served when they are chilled.
**Guava**
Among the numerous fruits that thrive in the Philippines, the guava, locally known as bayabas, is one of the popular choices for many.
Whenever I eat guava, I would remember my childhood friends and my grandmother. Guava makes me remember my grandmother because she usually makes jam out of the ripe guavas. She would normally share the extra guava jam to our neighbors. They love her for that.
On the other hand, guava also reminds me of my childhood friends because we would climb every guava tree to pick up its fruit no matter how tall it is, that’s how obsessed we are with guava!
**That’s the end of my article today! Through this article, I am able to reminisce the past out of these trees. So glad that I have an opportunity to write and share my memories with these trees to you, my readers!**
My Top 3 Purchases in Shopee
Greetings to all readcashers! This is my first article in this platform. Hope you'll welcome me and my article well.
My first article would be my top 3 Shopee purchases that I made this week that I can attest are worthy of money. These items are cheap but they work like a charm!
**Cable organizer**
Are you also tired of seeing your chargers and other cables tangled and disorganized? Well, this product is perfect for you. Cable organizer is necessary for maintaining a visually appealing and tiddy work environment. Aside from this, organizing such cables will extend their life and maintain their performance.
I purchased this organizer for 90 pesos and it has proven to be a lifesaver. My cables are much more organized now, and my study table is as tidy as it is never before. A must buy indeed! Previously, I didn't mind the cables being disorganized. However, as time passes, I come to appreciate a well-organized environment. A sign of adulting I guess? Comment down below if you agree.
Laptop Riser or Stand
My next favorite purchase is my laptop riser. Do you know that an excellent way to help improve the ergonomics of using a laptop is to use a laptop or riser stand that can be adjusted in height?
Raising your laptop to the same level as your eyes will help you avoid eyestrain and neck pain. Aside from that, a laptop riser can help to keep the laptop temperature a little lower. It is essential to keep your laptop cooler since its performance suffers if it becomes too hot.
Before, my neck and back was easily strained due to the bad economics of using a laptop. But with the laptop riser, it's now easy for me to stay productive whether I am at my study desk. You can also bring it to a coffee shop or a library because it can be folded and doesn't take up much space in your bag. This product costs me 180 pesos excluding shipping fee.
Phone Stand
A phone stand can help you be organized while also giving your hands a rest especially when you use your phone in attending classes, meetings or conferences which usually take time. It can also do a lot for the safety and cleanliness of your phone, as well as for your comfort and productivity.
The phone stand that I ordered only costs 32 pesos. It is very much useful for my online class yet it comes in a cheap price tag. By the way, I chose the rose gold one. Not only that it does its job but it is also aesthtically pleasing, right? It became a decocation that is perfect for my study table. So worthy! Get this also to give your hand a well-deserved break.
**That’s it, my top purchases for this month. I hope I've given you some ideas for your next purchase. Check it out if you have the time. Thank you!**
