Note: This is more of a photoblog.
Last night, I was discussing vampires if they do really exist. Today, I can't help thinking about what Beauty And The Beast palace resemble. How does it look like? Is it even real? I'm likewise, been a huge fan of this Fairytale since I was a kid, and I am entranced with everything inside the palace. When I visited Hong Kong Disneyland a few years back, they have a replica of the palace and I was in awe when I witness it before my eyes. What more if it's in real life?
According to travel and history, Disney fans like me are in for a genuine delight, as you would now be able to visit the amazing palace which is Beauty and the Beast inspired and is located in France. Yay! Set in the wonderful French open country, Chateau de Chambord will surpass your assumptions, regardless of how incredible it is. (Battling eyelashes)
Now, let's go back to the Philippines. In December of 2019, my personal friend @ARTicLEE together with @crazybeautifulfurmom invited me to go out for a morning coffee somewhere up in the mountains - Baguio City. I am from the lowlands (between the beach and the farm) and it is my yearly activity to go visit my friends up in the mountains every Christmas Season. I stayed at @crazybeautifulfurmom's house the day before @articlee's invitation. The perks of having friends, you have a free board and lodging hehe.@Jaytee at that time was not available. Not sure if it was her birthday, but she didn't make it. So yeah, we went to a hotel which is for me a marvel and a Beauty And The Beast inspired.
Let's go in!
It was my first time going to this Hotel and I was stunned when I got inside. The interior is extremely extraordinary and it seems like strolling in a palace. Timing it was Christmas Season when we visited and the decorations make the place more appealing.
We were ravenously hungry around then so we went on directly to the cafe/restaurant. It's an underground cafe. So here it is. Extremely brilliant and genuinely instagrammable- from the floor to the roofs, seats, tables, utensils, and everything around the restaurant.
ARTicLEE wearing a green sweatshirt, crazybeautifulfurmom wearing a blue dress, her daughter wearing brown and my daughter wearing pink/white. Of course, the photographer is yours truly lol.
It was a buffet breakfast so pick whatever you want. I had fried dilis (tiny dried fish), fried eggplant, fried potatoes, fried rice, and my favorite - coffee. I don't remember if I had some cupcakes though. I think I had one. My daughter had a hot chocolate and a cupcake with a little bit of rice. Rice is life you know? lol
Did Belle and the Beast eat like rice? Hmmm.
Now, let's go find out if Beauty And The Beast are just around here.
Hmmm, they're not around. Maybe they're outside in the outdoor dining area. Let's go see. Join me. Are they hiding somewhere in the bushes? Or somewhere behind the bamboo trees?
So, nothing. If you want to find out if they're hiding somewhere, go visit Kamiseta Hotel in Baguio City. Let me know if you see them there.
I know we're still living in a pandemic, but everybody needs some time and a spot to lay their fatigue away. Chill, unwind, relax, breath, and just be. If you're visiting Baguio City here in the Philippines, Kamiseta Hotel is a magnificent decision for rest and revival. Notable for its extravagant and chilly climate and nearness to extraordinary cafรฉs and other attractions, Kamiseta Hotel makes it simple to partake in the best of Baguio.
Their amenities include:
24-hour front work area
24-hour registration and an attendant
they offer breakfast
free parking for visitors
air-conditioned rooms
free wifi
Given the closeness of mainstream tourist spots, Kamiseta Hotel is just a taxi away to Session Road, Philippine Military Academy, Camp John Hay, The Mansion, Wright Park, Teachers Camp, Mines View, and many other tourist spots of Baguio.
If you want to roam around, go dine and wander, you can drop by at some famous spots nearby like Craft 1945, The Other Office, and The Red Lion Pub and Inn, which are a few bars that are mainstream with local people and tourists the same. Baguio is likewise known for some incredible cascades, including Bridal Veil Falls and Colorado Falls, which are not very a long way from Kamiseta Hotel. Regardless of whether you're going for business, delight, or both, Kamiseta Hotel makes certain to make your visit to Baguio one worth recollecting. Who knows, maybe you're going to bump Beauty And The Beast somewhere on the street.
Have fun. We did have a fun visit. And oh, Don' forget their cupcakes. Must try.
That's all for now, my amazing friends. Now, I want my cupcake and some hot brewed coffee. What are we having? Whatever it is, whatever you're doing, I hope all is well with you all. If you're not, I hope you are doing what you can to get yourself to a good place. I know it's never easy, but you're worth it. Remember that.
One love
